I’m M. Rochelle, and in this first conversation, I’m letting my heart lead. I chose to keep this raw and uncut because that’s just me. I like directness. I’m done with the "staged" and "polished" versions of life that we see everywhere else. If the fillers or the "umms" make you cringe, that’s fine, as long as the message hits your spirit.

This episode is the foundation. I’m sharing the "Aha!" moment I had at almost 50, realizing that I had spent decades in survival mode. Between raising four children as a single parent and the daily grind of life, I wasn't even on my own radar.
