And I love Avatar edits at one point, and I still do to this day. And all we would send back and forth like years ago was, like, edits of Avatar. And so Adriana renamed our Instagram group chat Avatar Memes. And it's been that to this day.

But Olivia just said thongs are okay. I only wear thongs with it.

That's okay, guys. I was going to get coffee the other day and I like parked my car illegally. 100. It was legal. And I put my hazard on just cuz I was running in to get a bag of beans. And so I run in, I get my bag, and then I'm waiting for my free cold brew, of course, but I look out the window and it's being ticketed. And I was like. So I get out, I run rush outside and the lady's about to give me a ticket. And I was like, oh man, I'm so sorry. Can I move it? She's like, nope, this is unsafe. You're not allowed to park here. And I feel like most people would just really argue with her and be like, I can Just move it right now. It's fine. Yeah, but I was like, you know what? You're right. I parked illegally. And I was like, can I just tap for you? Like, can I pay it right now? Can I just pay right now? And I think that because I did was just like, yeah, I had done wrong.

You accepted your faith.

[Alona]

I parked illegally. And even though when I shouldn't have, and there was parking all over the other place. And so I accepted my fan. And I was like, you know what? Heard ma' am Apple pay there. And I think because of that change of tune, she was like, I'm gonna give you grace today, and you can move your car, but please don't park here again. I was like, oh, heard. So what I'm saying is that's not always gonna work for you to get out of a ticket, but give some people some grace. Yeah, like that. What? It's not a fun job to give people tickets. And the way that people respond also is very negative. Yeah. And it's like, you. Most of the time, you have parked legally, you haven't done your laws. I think I try to be nice

Ashley K10 asks, what are you looking forward to most in 2026? And what song has been on repeat for you guys? Oh, I love this.

It's a good one. Okay, what am I looking forward to most? I think this was. I talked about this on. My goals for 2026 is to go on a trip with one of my best friends, Leah. Do we have a date yet? No, no, but we've decided on Portugal, and that is very exciting to me.

[Alona]

Oh, my gosh. I didn't know you decided on that.

[Adriana]

She decided on Portugal, but it was fine because, like, we were so up in the air, and then she was like, I think we should go to Portugal. And I was like. Because we were talking more of, like, going to, like, somewhere in the Caribbean or something, and I was like, okay, switch. We switched it. But then I started to watch vlogs of Portugal, and I was like, there's something here.

[Alona]

Olivia needs to go, too, so I need to go get her. She's going on your trip with you? She's doing a girls trip. Like, a friend trip. That's the whole thing. Okay. We'll just at least go with her and just be there.

[Adriana]

You can just fly over, then you can disappear.

[Alona]

Just hang out on my own, so that's what I'm really friendly there. All right.

She'd be traveling low. What I want to do in 2026, what are you most looking forward to? I don't know. I think. There's, like, so much stuff that's already, like, on in the works, and I almost, in the case, of, like, scared to say out loud because I just want it to happen so much. I think that hopefully I'll get to go to, like, a family reunion we have that I haven't been to in, like, last time I went was 2017. Crazy. Almost, like eight years of not going. So I'm hoping to maybe do that.

You guys have been in the past, but it's always never worked out for me, so that could be really cool to be able to do that. The numbers have dwindled, but. Yeah. Yeah, that's a good. That's a really good answer. We. We're a very small family, but, like, I was just calling. Just talked to Aunt Pat this morning, actually gave her a ring. I like to give people random rings. She likes. Aunt Pat, how are you? What's up? She likes to bless them. I'll bless people with rings sometimes. So I think seeing them. There's some young cousins that we have. Not young. They're like. Like 18. Yeah. So teenagers see them in person, and I haven't seen them since probably the Tokyo Olympics or. No. Yeah. Paris after Paris, right? Yeah. Right. Yeah. Yeah.

They not come up. I don't know, parties.

They. We have a picture that Aunt Pat sent us of us right At. At the, like, Olympics party.

And then I'm listening to a lot of. Because I'm running on treadmills and that really gets me, like, it's very hard to do. So I listen to a lot of Ashniko. I'm looking forward to going to Medieval Times.

That would be right up your alley. I am looking forward to my friend Gloria and my other girlfriends. We're going to Medieval Times because apparently there's a hot emo night. But she just found out he does have a wife. Devastating. We're still gonna go and enjoy them. And I'm also really looking forward to Hong Kong. Going back to Hong Kong. If that all works out. I think that'll be really cool to go watch some rugby. Experience Hong Kong again. Yeah, I think that'd be fabulous. And for me, I've been listening to. Because I saw it in a video and then I kept playing it on replay on loop and. And my DJ was even like, here's a song you listened to X amount of times last week and it's choosing Texas by Ella Langley.

And actually I was fangirling a bit to Ilona. You look at the credits. Hold on. Of this song. And she is the main artist. Background vocals, lyricist, composer, studio producer and vocal engineer. The only other person credited on this song is the post producer.

Well, actually, I've just. I've only ever read everything I know about love. And it's like my favorite book.

Do I read the next one from Shira, Henry, Cleo? Do you guys prank each other? What are your favorite pranks?

We're not really a prank family. Not a prank family. I hate pranks. I hate prank videos. Couples that prank each other. Oh, that feels so toxic.

They don't fucking come back.

We did have some qualms. When can we talk about these qualms? Because. Well, I want to say we love Outlander. We've watched all of most of the original seasons. I kind of fell off when they got to the US or the, you know, the Americas. But this show feels like those original seasons of. Of Outlander. You're, you know, you're in Scotland, you're in the Highlands. You're in the clans, and it's like, there's something in, like, the romance of it and just the textures. It's fabulous. But we do have questions on story. Like, I get why the. One of the plots is that she chose over a guy who really loves her. Was. Is a pretty great dude. Like, a really great dude at every turn in every great dude. Money. I kept waiting for him to, like, turn evil, and I was like, damn, he's still defending her. Okay. Period. Lovely. And it was like, almost like a Real Notebook situation where, like, both guys. I'm like, hey, girl. I get it. I love. I don't know if I get it. That's a businessman. Spoiler alert. Well, actually, bleep. That will bleep. She went with bleep. Yeah, I guess, if you watch. But it was just like, okay. Like, maybe I just haven't felt love like that. Right. Where I would literally give up a comfortable. Like, to be. To be the woman. I was like, okay, crazy. But y' all gotten together only three times. Yeah. Right. It's that powerful. We actually saw the main characters when we were on a run. We did. And we cat called them. We didn't cat call them. We just got really excited. We also just climbed. We were running up a hill, so I think our endorphins were like. And we had seen them. We were like, love that show. We were running by, too, so it probably was a. We're big. There was a lot going on. We were like, love this show, you guys. I was like, I'm watching the finale tonight. We love what you do as we're, like, running away. And they were a little scared at first, and then they were like, oh, thank you. Good.

I recently picked back up Sex in the City because I watch seasons one through five few years ago. Then I got a few episodes into season six and stopped, which is the last season. They really did something with that show. The writing is so good. It's so clever the way things always come back. I will say, watching it in 2026, there are some takes you're like, yikes, yikes. Did not age well. But I just still think the writing is well done. We just watched the trapeze episode where Carrie's learning how to do the trapeze, and she can't do the cat. She's talking about how Like Blank is catching a man over there. Just like. They had such a fun time with that show, Right?

It is a moment. She was getting a lot of second hand embarrassment, though. Oh, you were.

[Adriana]

What was happening for that episode?

Miranda had hot boyfriend.

It was when Miranda is dating the doctor from her building and she's trying to make Steve jealous. Is it Steve? And it's just like she. It's so tough. It is tough to watch.

Low show fixations. This is kind of a really depressing. But I'm watching the day documentary the Reckoning, right. Produced by 50 Cent fucking Wild. Oh, really crazy. Crazy, but yeah, insane stuff. We've talked about this before, but Alona will watch anything. She will turn on the tv, scroll through the apps, one or two things. Boom, chooses it. Watch. Oh, recently I watched Iron man and I watched Captain America, the first Avenger, and I watched the last Avengers. You watched End Game? End Game, Yeah. Have you watched the New Avengers? There's a New Avengers.

The New Avengers got. Oh, that thunderbolt. No, I haven't watched that. You guys ever get. You know that the pose of just putting your hand on your boob? I need to be holding my. My boobs. I had one in England, I think that lasted a while.

Oh, I opened the. Because it was morning time. We needed to get up and get moving. And she got mad. Yeah, she wasn't pleased with me.

No, there's more to it. What happened? I can't remember.

That's what I remember. It was. And I Was like, are we for real? And so then you and I are going and mom and dad are listening in the other room of the Airbnb.

But then mom and dad stepped in and were on my side.

It is so vague to me now, but I remember dad had to be like, olivia, you need to comment.

I was like, what am I commenting on? Tell me, Olivia. Olivia and I recently, not mad, but I get in moods and I become an annoying person. But we got to an airport too early once.

And I got annoyed. I was like, why are we here? I will say she gets us to the airport extremely early. Sometimes that's okay. But like, say we were late. Like, that would suck. So then we get there early and I was just like, really upset. And then there was once. Usually she doesn't speak out. Usually she just takes it.

She was like, you had access to the schedule too. I cleared this by you. It's not fair that you're getting mad at me.

[Alona]

Because she did try. She did say all that. That was way too much. No way. She said all that. I think I said a lot.

[Adriana]

Okay. But she did say that, like, you had access to the schedule.

And I asked her, though. I asked her what time the flight was. She said it was at 1:00pm it was actually at 1:30.

I think the way she raised her eyebrow, I was about to get really mad at her. She makes that face for the 30 minute difference there. She's talking about when she raises her eyebrow to the 1T pain. What did I say right now?

I'm like, you need. No. I felt like she did passes me off. I also just got so angry when she made that face. Oh, my God. Okay, next question. What did I say? I said right now. I do think maybe if it's the first person you date, give it longer than two years. If that's the one. That's the one.

That could be your role. You love them, right? What are they missing out on? One night stands? No, not that. But like, meeting many people. I think you learn a lot about yourself with every but if any relationship.

I think there's a difference of like, if it's the first person you're dating and it's. It's just fine, then maybe not. Maybe you should go out. But I'm saying, like, if it's good, it's good. I don't think you'd want to give that up.

Just I guess I'm thinking this is somebody like you met them in middle school school or something.

Like, that's where I guess my brain's at even then. Yeah, but if you love them, I think it's ridiculous to be like, you should go on a break so that you can.

I'm not saying like, go on a break. I'm saying, I don't know, let it be a relationship of your youth. Live your life. If you find more people later in life. But then again, I don't know because I never had a relationship like that. But I've enjoyed living my life, meeting many versions of myself the older I got.

Like, I do think people tend to not isolate themselves but like, tend to settle for maybe not the best.

Right? Charlotte? All the north country. The north country of Vermont. Funny. You know what's cool? They call it the North Kingdom. The north in Vermont, East Kingdom, the Northeast Kingdom. How cool. Some towns are really like kind of sound mythical. Yeah, they Northeast Kingdom, Kingdom. My five year plan. Tell me just kind of have the freedom. This is kind of serious, but have the freedom to do what I want. I think that I'm working a lot now and trying to make a lot of money now so that when I am retired or done, I have the freedom to do what I would like. I'd love to invest in a. A women's sports league or sports team. I would love to, you know, travel where I wanted to when I wanted to and get a yacht while I'm there. Have my money, make money for me, but also give back in some ways that are very tangible. Like, I love what Billie Jean King does and I think I could see myself as progression in that of continue to have a hand in sports and all sports. Billie Jean King still is like part owner or still does a lot with the Dodgers. At a time, I'd be okay dipping from the limelight and the spotlight, but I would love to still be comfortable living in our lake houses, knowing my. I have and I. I talk about money. Money's never been a real like, motivator for me. It's never been why I got into rugby. I wouldn't have gone into rugby then if it was like a need money, but it is. You realize how comfortable it can make you. And also comfortable it can make my family. Like, it can make sure that when, as my parents get older, they'll be taken care of. As my aunt gets older, you know, she'll be taken care of. And so that's where I think. I think it's not bad to be motivated by money. I'm motivated by other things, but I would. I like making money now knowing I can take care of my family for 5, 10, 15, 20 years.

[Adriana]

You're putting in the work now, so later you can also rest.

[Alona]

In five years, you think you're gonna retire to a lake house? Who said anything about retiring? I want to write a cookbook with my mama. I want to have my own travel show. You guys can come too. If you want. I would like to. I feel like for the cookbook, we were like, that was like, hopefully all of our ideas. Maybe we get into it later. Okay, we can. Yeah, for sure.

I don't know if I've really thought like five years ahead. I've got like, little things I want to do.

And I've always said I don't need it to like, go far or do anything, but I think for my own desire and just like almost self worth of like, okay, ye. You fucking finally did something that you're interested in.

This is a good question. What's a failure that changed the direction of your life?

[Alona]

Ooh.

[Adriana]

Kind of the butterfly effect almost that Ilona loves to talk about. Sometimes I try to not have regrets because I'm like, that's. That's what led me to here. I think I've looked back at really big decisions in my life and I'm like, no, it's good that that maybe didn't work out as the way I wanted it to. Cause it led me here. I think one thing I did fail at was applying to colleges. I did a very bad job at it. I wasn't ready for it. I wasn't as informed as my peers on it. So I really.

[Alona]

I applied that way too.

[Adriana]

Yeah, I applied to three. I applied to uvm, Castleton, and then like a random ass. One that had like free, no application fee. Oh, and one in Maine. And I just. I didn't really like any of them. Like, and I didn't want to Go. And dad just convinced me. And, like, it felt like going to Castleton was a failure because it's not seen as the best university. You know, it's a state school. But it led me to, like, where I am. I think if I had gone to a bigger college or something, like, I would have been maybe swept up in all of that. Yeah, I was able to shine more at Castleton because it was smaller, it gave me what I needed. And I was also there during, like, the COVID years. So wouldn't it even mattered if I had gone to, you know, a more expensive, bigger school?

[Alona]

Interesting. But you can only have that perspective now, Exactly. Being this far out of it. Katie P. Asks, what's the most ridiculous thing a man has said to you about your height? Has this happened either? I, like, this wasn't about my height, but one time in college, I was at, like, the bar that everybody went to, and this guy came up to me who's like, sort of an acquaintance. And I was out at the bars, so I was wearing probably like a more like low cut top. And he goes, damn, Liv, those things look ready for milking. Hello. Yeah, Crazy. But I'm wondering if that was a height thing too, because he was much taller than me and he was looking right down on him. So. Yeah, I hate that. Most ridiculous thing somebody's ever said to me.

One time in college, she meant it as a compliment, and I think it's not bad. She was. Out of nowhere, she goes, you have a really eclectic looking face. And at that moment, I was not ready for that. I was like, I would actually prefer conventionally.

[Alona]

Right, right.

[Adriana]

A conventional face. And now I've learned to, I think, appreciate it, to be like, sure, I'll take eclectic. I'll take eclectic. Like, that's what all the model agencies want and stuff. They're looking for eclectic people.

[Alona]

I like that.

[Adriana]

But I was really not ready for that. So it felt very ridiculous at the time. Yeah, I think this house is looking pretty messy. I think it's time to do some chores. And this week we get to do them.

Dry dishes or vacuums.

[Adriana]

I'll do vacuuming.

The Rejected Mate Academy. It's kind of what you think it is. It's a werewolf book. And in this world, it's really fucked up. So if your mate rejects you, whoever rejects the first person, or like the person first, the other gets sent to an academy to, like, fix themselves until the other one Wants to accept them. And if they never get accepted, then they get sent to live as a feral, which is basically a death sentence. It was pretty good. However, there's a lot of things, like, I was like, how are we gonna finish this part?

[Alona]

And they kind of didn't. Cause it was kind of like just leaving a lot of problems for probably what's gonna be like a very long series. But that also is, like, a lot of injustice in this world of how the rejected mates are treated, which they started to, like, get to. But it was a quick read. I enjoyed it.

And it was spicy.

[Adriana]

Yeah, it had some spicy scenes. But it wasn't just like, sex, Right?
