I think I was in college at this time, I forget what year I also thought I went back. I was like, this is gonna be fun to find. Funny content I was making. I was really, like, studious in college for no reason. And I was making time lapses of myself studying in the library. What's up? Who was gonna see that? Like, I'm watching back. It's like, do time lapse. Sipping coffee. Yeah, coffee, of course. So it's kind of stuff like that that I'm not really comfortable sharing.

How did you go back that far? Okay, so the rumors are true. I was in Oklahoma, the musical campus. That's me. Okay, so the second picture is me jumping off a cliff with my college roommate. Landed so weirdly, I thought that I bruised my rib. Never did that again. And then the one on the. Yeah, that's me in the library.

[Adriana]

I was studying speech pathology and theater at the same time. And I knew I wasn't gonna do anything with speech. It was too boring. But it was really hard, and I studied.

I did theater.

I always done theater, like, growing up. And so my parents were like, well, no money in theater. And I was like, you guys are so right. Let me do speech therapy. Let me go ahead and pivot to speech. And I was miserable. And, like, the way. Only way to keep doing that was for me to double major in theater to have some kind of, like, relief outlet.

I do. I don't know. I started. I've never seen any before moving to la. But here I feel like there's such, I mean, plethora of cool shows all the time. And then I was in Edinburgh at the Fringe Fest two years ago and saw a bunch, which was really inspiring. So we're working on it. It's really scary. This is like the scariest thing because being behind a screen and like making content that Way feels so different than actually like, I miss that part of theater. Like the live, like connecting with an audience. But it's something that feels so foreign to me now and so scary because you don't get.

It was, like, the largest solar flare ever, and it was really solar. Or all the lights everywhere. I was like, what the fuck?

Speaking of Alaska cruise ships, people go to see the northern lights.

First bit of news. Barnes and Noble is opening 60 new locations this year, and this is on top of the 60 they opened last year. Books are back. Books are hot. Books are sexy. How exciting is that?

[Olivia]

That's wild. I know.

[Alona]

It was a dying art there. And now we're fully back.

[Becca Bastos]

I can. I've just recently started learning again.

[Olivia]

I did actually do see a guy because. Have you seen that? The memes. I'm sorry. Have you seen those memes where, like, get a man to read to you on the first date and how much it can give you the ick. Hearing a man read because they can't read well sometimes. Have you seen this? So she takes him to her. Like, they go out, and she has him read, and he can't read very well. So that's the new thing to do with guys on dates. But then I saw another guy who's actually working on his reading. He never read out loud. And so his page is about him learning to read out loud.

Well, you should hear the reading.

But he's getting better at it.

My thing is, if someone asks me to read out loud, it's not hot. They've all seen it. I have a horrible time reading out loud here.

And then one time I'd said something so wrong, and it stuck with me for a while.

I was. And this was in college, actually. I was in to play To Kill a Mockingbird, and we were reading, and the word was subpoena. You know? Yep. And I said sub poeta.

Like, senior in college, one time in church. So this was middle school. But I had to read during church. Went to Catholic school, famously. And they just threw me up there to do it. Or maybe I had been practicing, but only in my head. And the line was, and it sprung from their loins. And I read, and it sprung from their lions. Idiot. And everyone in church kind of laughed a little bit. And I think that's fucked up. Yeah.

But now, like, how funny of an image is that?

I just finished Heartless Hunter, and I got it from the library. And so I was like, yeah, real book. Actually, I shouldn't be calling books real or not. I got yelled at about how it's mean to women and what women read.

And I hear them, even though she is the target demographic of everything that women read.

So basically, all I'm saying is that it was through the library, traditionally published, and was it about a witch and a witch hunter?

It was kind of. I don't know, it was just like, not eye openening, but it also kind of told me, you don't have to not stress as much as I do about, like, sex and. And bringing people into my life and partners. Like, it is a very special, intimate thing. And I will always, like, cherish it in that way. But that also, like, life is for living, and she's out here living, dude.
