Ilona Mar
for any of you just listening. I've spilled champagne.
Noni
Oh, you pissed yourself.
Olivia
Alona's 30th birthday.
Ilona Mar
Oh my God.
Narrator/Ad Host
Yay.
Ilona Mar
Yay for my birthday. We're getting down to some business. Do you like the side boob I
Olivia
brought up for your birthday?
Ilona Mar
I'm not sure about it. I could go for more.
Noni
Is this where we talk about God?
Ilona Mar
Drop your religion in the chat, guys.
Olivia
Yeah, drop. Drop your God down below.
Ilona Mar
Welcome or welcome back to House of Mar A Wave original presented by Muscle Mouth. Blow out your candles and help yourself to whatever is in the fridge. The WI fi password is going underscore on underscore.
Olivia
Thank you.
Ilona Mar
30 all caps. Oh my God. You should know we have few house rules here.
Olivia
Girls are magic.
Noni
Reading is hot and so are you.
Ilona Mar
Make sure to like subscribe on YouTube because you can see how the the set we've got going on and it'll explain some things. Probably the the sounds of us chewing and drinking.
Olivia
The real ASMR visceral experience you're getting. We should probably put a trigger warning on this. Some people hate that sound, but it is all in honor of Alona's 30th birthday. Happy birthday, girl.
Ilona Mar
Well, my birthday is tomorrow.
Olivia
Yes, tomorrow.
Noni
So 29 still.
Ilona Mar
So I'm still 29. She's so I'm still in my 20s today.
Olivia
So young.
Ilona Mar
And my producer got me one of my favorite cakes. It's very basic, but the Trader Joe's sheet cake. Sheet cake, I think one of the best cakes in the world. It's moist as hell.
Olivia
It's moist.
Ilona Mar
I'll say that. It has a good. Can we get a close up on this? Has a good frosting to cake ratio. It almost takes corn. You don't actually have to do it.
Olivia
Thank you though.
Ilona Mar
Thanks, Brie. Brie was ready to get close up. It has a good corn. It almost like cornmeal taste.
Olivia
I don't know. I love that.
Ilona Mar
This was really lovely. This was a surprise. And then we have drinks.
Olivia
Mm.
Ilona Mar
The Veuve mimosa.
Noni
Christiana, you did your big one.
Olivia
You did your big one on this here. The clique. We're all benefiting from Alona's birthday. The clique, it pairs deliciously with our muscle milk
Ilona Mar
tip. If you drink, if you put your muscle in with champagne, you're getting your protein and fun.
Noni
No, I'm scared.
Ilona Mar
I'm scared, guys.
Olivia
So welcome to Alona's birthday party.
Ilona Mar
Welcome.
Noni
This is your 13 going on 30 year old. And as Ms. Jennifer Garner look alike. How does that feel?
Ilona Mar
I feel good. I'm. I'm. I actually am excited to be 30. You know, in. In Covid years. I still feel 24 in some ways. I'm sure many some people do say I look young sometimes.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
What would we say? Comment down below on YouTube if you're watching.
Olivia
Okay. I'm gonna give 26.
Ilona Mar
Yeah, I was gonna say 28. That's freaked up Adrona, but I can see it. Yeah. So I'm excited. I'm just gonna keep things simple for now because I am still training this week, so.
Narrator/Ad Host
Right.
Noni
Sorry that she's grinding.
Olivia
She stay grinding.
Noni
She's downing a bullshit.
Olivia
I'm showing that to Trey right now. She also literally gave a John and I the smallest piece as possible.
Ilona Mar
And actually I've only had half and
Olivia
I'm kind of full. I get that it's your birthday. Shut up.
Ilona Mar
Shut the fuck up. That's me cosplaying Olivia recently. She won't shut the fuck up about.
Noni
I'm just so full.
Olivia
I don't do it that way.
Noni
We have the same amount like, same portion, and I could still go. And then she's like, I just don't know.
Ilona Mar
She's intuitive eating.
Olivia
And I'm not saying it like I'm so full. I'm saying it like I'm kind of mad I'm so full right now because
Ilona Mar
I want to keep eating it when
Noni
you do get that way.
Ilona Mar
And I'm like. Because she's out loud saying that she's.
Olivia
I need to. I need to speak into the universe to get myself to. To quit, you know, while I'm ahead.
Noni
Well, it's not a safe space around
Ilona Mar
me, but anyway, we're here to party. Like it's your birthday. So is that all about me? Yeah.
Olivia
Yeah.
Noni
And a little bit about God.
Ilona Mar
You may have noticed some workout equipment behind me on the set lately. Or maybe you got distracted looking at my beautiful face. Either way, we've been teasing something, and it's finally time to tell you. I'm about to make you sweat more than ever. Starting August 20th, we're pushing our squats lower and our standards higher. Get ready for power hour with Alona Mar. How much of that you had to drink?
Adriana
Jeez.
Ilona Mar
You'll get an inside look at my workouts. Yes, there will be plenty of close ups on my back. It's like I'm wearing this outfit. Be serious. You'll see how some of your favorite people get after, too. I'll make them answer personal questions while holding planks and see you can really keep up. It's a little bit workout and a whole lot of hangout. Power hour with Alona Mar starts Thursday, August 20th on the House of Mar YouTube channel. Hit that bell. Hit that bell.
Olivia
Let's get into what's going on with
Ilona Mar
us in the group chat. Number one,
Noni
this is Ilona Mars.
Ilona Mar
Wikipedia. I'm somebody's number one aunt.
Olivia
Who did that?
Ilona Mar
I keep changing it to that Alona in a beanie.
Olivia
The lighting makes your teeth look so yellow. Yeah, like, what's going on here?
Ilona Mar
This was from 2022?
Olivia
If not.
Ilona Mar
No, it's just 2022, but, like, early, like, February 2022.
Olivia
Guinness. Six nations in Italy.
Ilona Mar
Who's. Who's got.
Olivia
Who did this?
Ilona Mar
Who keeps changing it? You keep you, John.
Noni
I tried to change it before, and they tell me that, like, my VPN doesn't have access or something. And it makes me feel like I've done something wrong on Wikipedia before, but I don't think I've ever edited a
Olivia
page, and I'm trying as well. The thing is, like, we need to Fully own the image that we put up there. So, like, one of those, like, officially shot photos of you in your uniform. Like, we don't own, so we can' the rights to put it up there. So what? What? You know, we heard about recently or a little bit ago, Zara Larson went on chicken shop date and they talked about it because Zara was in a battle to get hers changed and she kept changing it back. And while ago, she made a video that goes, whoever keeps changing my Wikipedia, you will never win. I will change it. I will beat you every single time. She changes it all the fucking time. Until it finally got locked and it can't be changed anymore. Emelia's sister changed hers to a photo of her with a wine glass, like, at dinner. So it's like, that's the route we gotta go. We gotta own it and we' put it up there.
Ilona Mar
I think we just got to get
Noni
Olivia's G7X you against like a wall. Let's do it.
Ilona Mar
I feel like we have pictures like that.
Olivia
Yeah.
Noni
She just doesn't want to give up the rights to win.
Olivia
I don't want to give up the rights to it. That means, like, anybody can use it for anything. Like, I have to. I have to enter it into the public domain to put it up there. So it has to be good.
Ilona Mar
Anything will be better than that.
Noni
True. It's worth the sacrifice.
Ilona Mar
We put a few options of photos up there.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
For those watching at home. What could be chosen Rate and honestly, some of my other Wikipedia I don't think is correct.
Narrator/Ad Host
Mm.
Ilona Mar
Who goes in there and changes?
Olivia
I have gone in there and edited stuff to make it correct. And then it gets changed back and
Noni
it's like, you need sources.
Ilona Mar
I'm the source.
Olivia
I'm the source. Trust me. Wikipedia, she's going to it right now.
Noni
The sports you played wrong sometimes.
Olivia
Yeah, right. Like comment below. Which of these options do you guys
Ilona Mar
remember when they did like that? We'll get like, AI things where it's
Olivia
like, oh, my God.
Ilona Mar
Ilona was born in Wichita, Kansas. And it's like all the most. Her father's literally.
Olivia
That photo.
Ilona Mar
Yep.
Olivia
It's still literally there.
Ilona Mar
Oh, my gosh.
Olivia
Her father's a dentist with two brothers. And we're all like, huh.
Ilona Mar
And then for the nah sound. Okay, hold on. She's expressed. Yep. So that's right.
Noni
Anything you want to correct right now? Because this. Hey, this is now a source thing.
Ilona Mar
This is a source.
Olivia
If you have yourself put it on the record.
Noni
Oh, no.
Olivia
You get cake on your Shirt.
Noni
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
I thought it was oil.
Olivia
Successful party.
Ilona Mar
I love. They added this. Her mother is a Dutch nurse. Her father, who has Iris, who has Irish ancestry. Okay, okay.
Noni
What about the Croatian?
Olivia
Oh, you shouldn't leave out the Italian. Croatian like that.
Noni
More Yugoslavian than anything, really.
Ilona Mar
Little League softball. I mean, I guess we can go with that. I don't know if it's so. Little League softball?
Olivia
Yeah.
Noni
The Parks and Rec softball team.
Olivia
Yeah. Little League.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Noni
Margaret.
Ilona Mar
I just think somebody could write something more.
Olivia
I was encouraged by her father to play rugby union.
Ilona Mar
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Noni
Any information you want them to know? Alona?
Olivia
Yeah. Put it out there.
Ilona Mar
Wow. They even have, like, my injury on here.
Noni
Do they have your bmi? You could say it.
Ilona Mar
They don't have my BMI on here. Can we add that so my Wikipedia could be better?
Olivia
We're on it.
Ilona Mar
Who's on it?
Olivia
We're on it. Dre.
Ilona Mar
On it. Are you? Every day trying to change my image.
Noni
It won't let me. I've already said this.
Olivia
I'm in there, like, swim as some artist. Asmrtist. Everyone get in there. 3, 2, 1.
Ilona Mar
That's delicious.
Olivia
All right. In girl news, research from Columbia University shows that women who have their first children in their 30s have longer telomeres compared to those who have children earlier. Telomeres are a biomarker for healthy cellular aging.
Noni
This is the first time I've ever heard of telomeres.
Olivia
Is that basically saying, like, this is peer reviewed? Is it?
Noni
It's Columbia University, lona.
Olivia
So we know how Ilona feels about a study. Sorry to bring up a study on your birthday. That's crazy. So basically, that means that you are potentially more in line to have a longer life by having kids later.
Noni
So mom had you guys when she was in her 20s? Yeah, did me when she was in her 30s.
Olivia
Oh, well, she was in her 30s for.
Ilona Mar
Isn't it the moms that are gonna have more telomeres?
Noni
That's on me. I did not understand that.
Olivia
You've got to put the champagne down.
Ilona Mar
Cool. I mean, that's good for people, because I think for you, that's a big.
Noni
Yeah, 30.
Olivia
30.
Ilona Mar
I think that's a big point of, like, fear for women is waiting. So, like, should we have babies now? Your wrist gets. Do your eggs dry up? Or all these, like, misconceptions about it. Yeah. I've always wanted to have kids. I've always been a lover of kids. When my aunt. My mom's best friend, our aunt had babies, I was over there, like, all the Time. I've always enjoyed kids. I think you guys. You guys like kids, but maybe not as obsessed as I was with them. So that's like, it's always on my radar. I would love to have them sooner, I guess.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
But, like, Sooner is like 32, 33. After the Olympics. That would mean I would. I would like to have a partner. Yeah. I do think women can do it. Single mom. And that might be an option for me later. But I think it would be really nice to have a partner to do it with. Yeah. And raise a baby. Hopefully in love as well. Yeah. How many years cooking, how many years
Noni
would you want to be with someone before you have kids with them?
Ilona Mar
I feel like it's so dependent. Yeah. Like, when, you know, you know, situation. I think sometimes you can. Now that I've found them, sometimes it can be a year, sometimes it can be two years, five years. I think it's all person dependent, and you can't really put a time on it. Like, if I felt like that was my person and they asked me to marry me after a year, and I felt right.
Narrator/Ad Host
Yeah.
Noni
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
I don't think that there should be a time on it when, you know, you know? Exactly.
Olivia
And all that. Any baby names? I feel like I can't give that up. Like, I feel like those are.
Noni
You gotta hold that to your chest.
Olivia
This one is very. It's a bit more common, but I still love it. Our Oma's name is Lily. And I've always thought that that's just darling for a baby girl. So I like that one.
Ilona Mar
I like a basic name.
Olivia
Like what?
Ilona Mar
Well, I think I like a basic name more for boys. Like a Parker Richard. That's cute.
Noni
Parker, like the housekeeper is very, I would say, modern now.
Ilona Mar
Is it Parker? I really like the name Marika.
Noni
It's Dutch. But we do have an aunt with that name. Feels wrong.
Ilona Mar
Well, I think when you say these names, don't you have to also think what they would. How Americans would say Mary. Yeah, I know.
Noni
Negatory. Kiki.
Ilona Mar
Maybe Kaka. Mari.
Olivia
Mari.
Ilona Mar
They'd go with Marie. You have to be smart. No, I. I actually like the idea of continuing names from my family.
Olivia
Yeah. Yeah.
Ilona Mar
It's like even my mom's name, like Minika or Wilhelmina.
Noni
Wilhelmina's on my list.
Ilona Mar
Oh, in color.
Olivia
Willa.
Ilona Mar
That's beautiful. I. Or even Willie. That's kind of cute.
Olivia
That's cute.
Ilona Mar
So I. I enjoy that idea of, like, keeping on the tradition. You know, some people, celebrities who are like, rumble, honey, that's Nar Smith.
Olivia
That's Nar Smith.
Ilona Mar
That's cool. That's a apple. Different apple. Gwyneth Paltrow I'm seeing on this bl. This board saga Blade is Megan Fox and mgks.
Olivia
That's insane.
Ilona Mar
Huh?
Olivia
That's really.
Ilona Mar
Aquaman is Trish Paytas's baby like actually. Actually named Aquaman.
Noni
That's got to be some sort of ip. Like that's got to be tough when they grow up.
Ilona Mar
I got to think about it. When they grow up. Some of these names too. We were. We were just talking to, oh my goodness, our friend India, Georgie's twin sister, and she was just in India. So they would ask her, oh, what's your name? And she'd go, india. They'd be like, what do you know? I asked you what your name was,
Olivia
not where you are.
Ilona Mar
Where you are. She'd be like, India. And they'd be like, what the. What are you saying? So I think you have to be smart about that in some ways.
Olivia
What about naming your baby after like Romantasy characters or like anything Like, I feel like we don't see any Hermione's despite the influence, which isn't is a
Ilona Mar
name used in British people use that name, but I think she really took that.
Olivia
Yeah, yeah.
Noni
I would go Irish with an Irish name. I like a lot of them, but Siobhan. Siobhan.
Ilona Mar
It's also tough though, because you can't do a name where you know somebody.
Noni
Yeah, yeah.
Ilona Mar
Like I know. I think of so many people like, oh no, didn't like that kid.
Olivia
You see those Tick tock videos that girls make where they find out that their ex boyfriend who is with a new girl and has a baby and his name, the baby after them has used their name for their baby. I'm like, yikes.
Ilona Mar
Is it some name like Ally, though?
Olivia
Yeah, but still, you don't need someone named Ali for the longest time.
Ilona Mar
What if his wife really liked it all about you, sweetie. No, he probably forgot about you.
Olivia
It is the world I'm living in. I'll tell you what. Like, would you name your kid Feyre?
Noni
No, there's going to be 5,000 of those. And that's just so of the time, you know Lucian.
Olivia
You had a friend named Baby Lucian's Lucian? Are they a fan of. Of Court of Thorns and Roses?
Ilona Mar
I think there's more to that. I think it might be something else, like a Catholic name.
Olivia
Is it a biblical name?
Noni
It must be some sort of Christian Lucian.
Ilona Mar
I don't know what I Heard it, too, because I'm so much in romanticity. I'll have to see if she's actually read those books. Yeah, because I think once you've read those books, I don't know if she would have named her baby Lucian.
Olivia
He's not a bad dude.
Ilona Mar
Cute baby, though. No, it's not a bad name. It's that I only character. No, he's a great character, but I only associate that name with that character now.
Olivia
Yeah, same. Well, so when I learned the baby name, I was like, hello, the guy
Ilona Mar
from Court of Roses.
Olivia
Whoa, whoa.
Ilona Mar
Should we mix people's names? Renesmee.
Noni
No, no, enough.
Ilona Mar
I also. Our aunt's name is Annelane. That's a pretty name.
Noni
It is. Well, her real name.
Ilona Mar
That's her call name, though. There's a what name to crawl names like Minika. Oh, well, I would just do Annalayan as the name.
Noni
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
And then you can call them Lainey. That's a cute name.
Olivia
That's cute. Lainey.
Ilona Mar
Or just Layne.
Olivia
She can get a fabulous country career started off of that. Lainey.
Ilona Mar
What other names you have in our family? We could go with very Anouk. Anouk.
Olivia
Anouk.
Noni
Really chewing on that.
Ilona Mar
Why'd you say like that? Anouk.
Olivia
Anouk.
Noni
I do love my middle names. Frederica and Johanna.
Olivia
I could do that.
Ilona Mar
I've thought about Frederica, but whenever I say to people, they think that's weird.
Noni
Why you do Frederica?
Olivia
Adriana's touched.
Ilona Mar
I would do it whenever I say to people, they think it's. They're not sure about it. And then I would call her.
Noni
You know what?
Ilona Mar
I don't know if we can keep this in. That's my baby name.
Olivia
Keep that. Cut that. Bleep it.
Noni
I do. Like, I feel like we all just have got such good middle names. A lot of inspo in there.
Olivia
Yeah, it's true.
Ilona Mar
Olivia. Gemma. Your name was going to be Gema, but it's spelled G E M M A. And so my mom says Hema, but in America, she'd be Gemma, and my mom did not like that. So they said, let's go with the really cool name that nobody's gonna have. It's gonna be really, like. It's gonna be hip, and they need no. What name is this year? Olivia.
Olivia
1994.
Ilona Mar
And they said, let's go with Olivia. Nobody's gonna have this name.
Olivia
Girl in Vermont. Like, at one point, it was like, the fifth most.
Ilona Mar
There's actually a girl we know in Vermont who's Olivia Mar.
Olivia
Spelling the last name different pronunciation.
Ilona Mar
Mar. Mar.
Olivia
Mar.
Ilona Mar
So crazy. Is that why you had to go with Livy Mars? Because she took Olivia?
Olivia
She was too young. Somebody. I mean, it's just Mar is super popular Irish name, though, too. And you know everything. So there's many Olivia Mars in the world. I looked it up at one point.
Noni
Mom and dad went from Olivia to Alona.
Olivia
What a jump, dude.
Ilona Mar
What do you think of that name? Ilona?
Noni
I love it.
Olivia
I think they got really clever.
Ilona Mar
Elona.
Olivia
Elona. It's so unique.
Noni
I get really out with the name Draw.
Olivia
I will say mom and dad did their big one with that one.
Ilona Mar
You think?
Olivia
Yeah. Do you ever think about, like, oh, my name's at Luna.
Ilona Mar
Sometimes I hear it because I say this for a minute. I think I lost control of my name. And I kind of. In college, people asked me what, Like, I remember a girl being like, your name's too hard to say. What can we call you? And I was like, oh, okay, you can call me low. And so from, I would say, like, 2015 to 2024, I went by low. So it was almost like I would. I'd always introduce myself as Alona, but you can call me Low. So, like, I wiped that. That name from existence. And it was only until recently, like with Dancing with the Stars, where I made people call me Ilona again.
Olivia
You reclaimed it.
Ilona Mar
And it was like, Was that purposeful?
Olivia
Were you trying to do that or it just happened?
Ilona Mar
I think so in some ways. I think maybe it's also, like, now that I'm in media, Low can be so just like lost Low. Whereas Ilona, you're Ilonamar. Ilona Mar.
Noni
If you ever became a pop star, you could just drop Margo.
Ilona Mar
And I was the Ilona All Caps. But I do think I. I've been calling it a reclaiming of my name because I still don't mind. Some people still call me low, and I think Low is a good sports name. I don't mind on the field or in rugby for people to call me low because it's quick. It's like, low, pass me the ball or whatever. But, yeah, it has been a point for me now to make people say my name Ilona. And for anybody asking my camera, it's Ilona Mar. You can call me Ilona. You can call me Alona. Ilona. The big thing there is the low. The owner. The owner.
Olivia
The big thing is the owner in everyone.
Ilona Mar
Like, when they do Ilana, I'm like, who's that?
Olivia
Elena, where are you throwing the A?
Ilona Mar
Yeah, there's an O there.
Olivia
Ona. Get it in there.
Ilona Mar
So I am. Sometimes I am like, whoa, I am Ilona. You're alone. And I think forgot that for a while there, I was just beautiful.
Noni
My Noni.
Ilona Mar
And to some, I am. My dad calls me Noni.
Noni
She got like the most nickname able name.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
What's.
Olivia
What does mom call you? Noni?
Noni
Nona. No.
Ilona Mar
Yeah, Noni. I think she's spilling.
Olivia
I call her anything but.
Ilona Mar
And then you got your name. Audriana.
Noni
And I used to think it was so cool when I was younger, because I was like, no one has this name. But then the older I get, I'm like, oh, people do have this name, but they don't have double N and
Olivia
they don't have double N's.
Ilona Mar
And they.
Adriana
Yeah.
Olivia
Why did they do that? For Annalaine?
Ilona Mar
For Tonalane?
Noni
No, I was named after an Adrian.
Ilona Mar
Adriana. I don't know.
Noni
But I like it. It looks right with two Ns.
Ilona Mar
I've got a good amount of Ilona's now, though. Like a Polish girl's named Ilona.
Olivia
It's a Hungarian name, right?
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Olivia
Meaning the light.
Ilona Mar
Yes.
Noni
Beautiful name.
Olivia
Beautiful. Stunning.
Ilona Mar
You want to name your baby that? Don't, please. Yeah, it's not after me. Just be it like a cool name you have.
Olivia
Yeah, right, Right. I do think if I was named Gemma. Gemma and Americans called me Gemma, I. They could call me Jem. And that's cute.
Noni
You think you would be.
Adriana
You're not.
Noni
You'd be an annoying Gemma.
Ilona Mar
I don't see gem on you, dude.
Olivia
Jam.
Ilona Mar
I think you are Olivia.
Olivia
Side look again.
Ilona Mar
I'll side eye it. No, I don't think. I think you are Olivia.
Olivia
Really? Am I live Sometimes.
Ilona Mar
I never saw you as live until recently. And by recently, like the past four years. But to me, you're always Olivia. But now I call you Live a little more.
Olivia
And what is the why the change?
Ilona Mar
I think I hear it all around if people call you that. Live. Livey live. So that's just what I call you. But you're more Olivia.
Olivia
People that spell Olivia with an A, I've recently met.
Noni
Oh, yeah? Yeah.
Ilona Mar
There's a girl on my rugby team who does that.
Olivia
Yep. And I went to school with an olivienne. A L I V I A Olivian. Olivia.
Noni
My Swedish host sister was Olivia with a W instead of a V. Huh?
Ilona Mar
Olivia.
Olivia
But it was Olivia.
Ilona Mar
Yeah, that's how it's pronounced in Sweden.
Noni
Just Olivia.
Ilona Mar
Olivia.
Noni
Yeah.
Olivia
Widowy Olivia.
Noni
No, I remember just saying Olivia, and that was fine.
Olivia
Oh, I love it. Okay. Wait. My name means okay. Olive tree or Olive. In ancient Greek mythology, the olive tree was sacred to Athena and represented wisdom and victory. And people call you Athena. So I am sacred to you and represent.
Ilona Mar
Whoa.
Olivia
That's fucking deep. 2026 has been such a big year for protein. I think I need to be upping my intake of protein.
Noni
Actually sometimes it is very hard though, especially when you just want to eat carbs.
Ilona Mar
Pasta for sure. We got to get the protein in even though our bodies are built by bread. That is why I do enjoy muscle milk. You can get 26 to 42 grams of high quality protein from real ultra filtered milk. So this is a nice way to get it in no matter what you're doing. And then you can get back to the bread.
Olivia
I also hear that their new formula has no artificial sweeteners, flavors or added colors.
Noni
And it comes in four different flavors. Chocolate, vanilla, cream, cookies and cream, and strawberries and cream. So you can pick up your favorite or try them all. I personally like the vanilla.
Ilona Mar
I know I'm basic too. I like vanilla or chocolate.
Olivia
I'm a chocolate girly all the way. But the cookies and cream is turning my head a bit.
Ilona Mar
I will say it's perfect when you're on the go and need something quick.

Did you know Sam's Club isn't a store? It's actually a club with cool finds
Ilona Mar
and like a whole community.
Olivia
It's a club.
Noni
Of course, Jason. It's in the name Sam's Club.
Olivia
Oh, yeah. Come join us, Sam's Club. Ladies, we have got some serious birthday tea to spill today. Let's get into tea time. Sponsored by the new great tasting Muscle milk. Everybody flex on for muscle milk on three.
Ilona Mar
Olivia. That's not bad, dude.
Olivia
Thank you. I've only been running too. I haven't even been working out my stuff.
Ilona Mar
I was thinking yesterday or no. Recently about your pull up goal. I don't know if you're gonna hit it because you're not working out at all.
Olivia
No, I'm not working upper body at all.
Ilona Mar
Just running.
Olivia
I'm convinced I could just get up there and do it. Like one of these days I'm just gonna get on there, I'm gonna grab that bar and I'm gonna be like. Because the trick is to pretend you're breaking it and I'm gonna get up there.
Ilona Mar
You're not.
Olivia
I think so.
Ilona Mar
Who told you this trick?
Olivia
The Internet.
Noni
No.
Olivia
Shut up.
Ilona Mar
Okay.
Olivia
Because you like the side boob I brought up for your birthday.
Noni
It's kind of taking.
Ilona Mar
It's kind of going into the. I'm not sure about it. I could go for more.
Olivia
Oh, well, it's tasteful. Feel like I could wear this on a date.
Ilona Mar
No.
Olivia
Or is it too much?
Noni
Maybe we should get some like boob tape first.
Olivia
Why?
Noni
It's like just. It's an interesting placement.
Olivia
Anyway, I love it. Anyway. What's the most 30 year old thing you've done recently? Queen.
Noni
If you don't claim it, you don't claim it.
Ilona Mar
I've bought a car and moved into a new apartment and bought a king size mattress. I bought a king size mattress. Big dog, big bitch, big dog. When I'm sleeping next to somebody and it's time for night night, I need them to be five feet away.
Olivia
You don't cuddle you don't cuddle. You're kidding.
Ilona Mar
I need to get my eight hours in.
Olivia
You don't want to be like tucked into someone.
Ilona Mar
Oh, I'm. But you know, I'm a mover. When I. When I sleep, I'm moving. She's a mover. I move a shaker. I need you to get to your own side. Speaking prophecies, I. I'll cuddle for a little bit and then they'll fall asleep and I'll be like, I gotta get out of here. So these arms are in prison. But then I saw something. I think it was Matthew McConaughey who was like, my marriage lasts because I gotta have a queen size bed and we can never just be apart. I don't know. So then that made me think.
Noni
But I think you can live your truth. And if it's a king mattress, it's king mattress. Noni.
Ilona Mar
It is because you have a king mattress. Which works out because when I honestly will mostly have you guys sleeping in the bed too. So I won't have that many come visit.
Olivia
Right.
Ilona Mar
It's more YouTube anyway.
Olivia
So I gotta say, king size badger, king size mattress is a life hack. If you live alone because you sleep on one side and of in a typical bed where you would like change the sheets, you then switch and you start sleeping on the other side. You have a perfectly clean other side of the bed.
Ilona Mar
Yeah. When she's feeling a little lazy.
Olivia
Is that gross?
Noni
Just doesn't feel like you. It's not indicative of your shoe.
Ilona Mar
She didn't like it. I don't think you like sleeping on that side that you don't normally.
Adriana
I don't.
Olivia
But I do it now for convenience.
Ilona Mar
So when. How often should we be cleaning our sheets?
Olivia
I think like every two weeks.
Noni
Two weeks. I'm not doing that. I gotta lug it all downstairs and
Ilona Mar
pay like that is tough.
Noni
Six bucks to wash them.
Ilona Mar
I'm good, right?
Olivia
What did 20 year old Alona completely misunderstand?
Ilona Mar
This is tough because when I answer questions, sometimes I like people to answer for me.
Noni
What?
Ilona Mar
What did 20 something Alona. What? What do you think?
Olivia
I think your power in a space, you hadn't fully stepped into it by any means. And I think as someone who knew how fabulous you were, watching you not do that was painful. Was like, she is everything to me, but she doesn't fill a space yet the way that she should be. And then you figured it out and now you do. But I think at 20. Yeah. You did not understand that.
Ilona Mar
Well, yeah, that's Probably. Huh. Anything else like this is not in my twenties as my twenty year old self. I think that was a good one. I think that I'm still realizing my own beauty and my own, like, worth and sometimes I still am unsure of it in many ways. So I hope 30s is more of a. Oh, I am that I do deserve that love or I do deserve that attraction, whatnot. I love that.
Noni
What's one opinion you've done a 180 on?
Ilona Mar
Do you know,
Noni
is this where we
Olivia
talk about the God?
Ilona Mar
Sure. What was your God thing? And John, I want to bring up a God thing.
Noni
I'm thinking about God recently.
Adriana
Careful.
Ilona Mar
Whoa.
Noni
You're just gonna go over the gene?
Ilona Mar
Well, I tried to catch it, so it wasn't on the carpet. Well, the carpet performs for any of you just listening. I've spilled champagne.
Noni
Okay. And I just don't.
Olivia
Give me that much then.
Ilona Mar
Careful, that side boob. We're gonna have a nipple showing soon. Dude, that's impressive.
Noni
Yeah, there was no easier way to do that. Sorry.
Ilona Mar
Dang.
Narrator/Ad Host
I really.
Noni
Oh, you pissed yourself.
Olivia
A big pissed girl on her birthday.
Noni
All right. God. I saw this thing online and it's already like been something I've been thinking about for a while. Just like I've. Anyway, it was this thing, it was basically like different toggles and it was.
Ilona Mar
There's three of them.
Noni
One was all powerful, one was all knowing, all loving.
Ilona Mar
Okay.
Noni
And how you can't have all three in one because. Yeah, because one is always going to be clicked off for it to make sense. Because that's what you hear is that God is all powerful, all loving and all knowing. But how can an all loving and an all knowing God let so much horror and like sadness and sickness and violence happen in the world if he's all power, if they're all powerful, you know, it does not kind of go. It makes. It's hypocritical then, because how can you be all three? And then it's like, okay, but then it can make sense if maybe it's all powerful and all loving. They're not all knowing because then that can explain why they're not doing everything. And so that's what I've been just chewing on is like, you can't have all three at once. Because I've just been looking and like, I will say, like, I've. I think TikTok really sometimes gives me like very sad videos, like back to back. And I just see so much sadness that's in the world. And I'm like, And how can if there is a God let all this happen if God is supposedly all powerful, all knowing and all loving? If you're all powerful and all loving, do something right. And I don't know. So that's my thing is I'm struggling with those three right now. What's your thing, Nonie?
Ilona Mar
My thing has been recently, in very similar vein to yours, of. Again, not understanding if God is somebody who can control so much and do so much, why he would let so much suffering happen. We were raised Catholic. I think in many ways I. I do like to believe in a God. I think when I think of God, though, feels very weird to talk about this with this on. Yeah, you take it off. I think when I think of God, though, I think of somebody is loving, but is also gave us free will. And a lot of us have chosen the wrong ways to use that free will. And I think if there is a God, he looks on with a lot of sadness at times when he sees what we chose to do with his son that he gave to the world, if that is what happened. And I think he looks on with love, and there's so much love in moments, but also with, like, sadness. I don't think he's possibly all powerful because then why is that young girl being abused? Why is that man on the street homeless? Why was I born here and given all the opportunities, whereas that girl in Afghanistan is losing her right to education, to sports just because of where she was born. I have a friend whose mom is sick and a healthy, beautiful woman who is sick and on her deathbed. Why? I was asking mom about it. I was asking mom, like, you know, because I was having a little bit of a crisis. What, you know, mom, like, what? Why does God do this? Why is he like, does he choose some. Does he choose not. She said, it's not one thing. I think that a lot of people maybe in religion say it's not for us to question. And I thought that was interesting for her to say it's not for us to question. And I think that's how a lot of people go about it in their life. I've never fully understand why when people win a medal or when people win a race, they say, all glory to God. And God got this for me. And I said, you know, you think that, that God did that for you, and it was just him. So why did he choose you? Why did he choose the millionaire with 500 subscribers or 500 followers, 500,000 followers, who already has a name, who doesn't even Work as hard as this kid who this. Winning this race would have changed his life for the better. His family's in poverty and this life could have changed this race, could have changed it. So why do you think he chose you out of all. So I think I'm still trying to figure out who God is to me. If he is there, what does that mean for me?
Noni
Yeah, I think you said that beautifully.
Olivia
No, dude, I'm crying. The empath in me can't deal right now. That was so beautifully said.
Ilona Mar
I think when I see in people's Instagram bio sometimes God fearing, I think God fearing.
Noni
I think it should be God loving
Ilona Mar
then or God loving. I don't. I don't see him if he is alive and I'm still grappling with that. He's a man to be feared. Man. I kind of see him as a man entity. I don't see him as a man to be feared.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
I think him. I see him as a man who loves us, but we have done him wrong in some ways and he gave us this opportunity and we've spoiled in some ways anyway. No, I think that's deep.
Olivia
And it makes me wonder, like, because we are obviously raised Catholic. We were raised with religion.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Olivia
And. And when some people then turn deeper into it, we kind of were like some of this, I don't know if it's necessarily for us while still having the teachings and like the background in it. But then everything you're saying also makes me not understand. But also people then for the exact same questions you're posing that. The exact same questions that you're posing, I think then are why people are drawn then further to God. To be like, well, then there still must be a reason, though.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Olivia
And we. Who are we to try to understand what it is. And that's what draws them in closer.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Olivia
You know, I actually.
Ilona Mar
I think that having religion is so cool. And I think a lot of people do need it.
Olivia
Definitely believe in.
Ilona Mar
It gives people something to believe in.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
And it gives them understanding that this is happening.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
I think we're in a place of privilege where maybe for somebody who's not in a as good a place like this is what's supposed to happen. It gives them a reason, like, no, no, it's okay. I might not have the money or this or that, but there's a reason for this. Whereas us, we maybe have the opportunity to question more.
Olivia
Yeah, absolutely.
Noni
I'm often jealous of my friends who are religious and just how secure they are and their beliefs And I don't think maybe when I was younger I was secure, but I think it's because I, you know, my world was small. And so I think I started rejecting religion at a very young age. Things weren't making a lot of sense to me. I also transparently didn't enjoy the going to church. Yeah, right. But what you said alone about who are we to question God in that conversation, I'm like, I think that's the point.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Noni
Of it's not blind faith.
Ilona Mar
Yeah.
Noni
You know, I think that it is to be religious. It has to be like almost a relationship of what is purpose and what is, you know, your guidance.
Olivia
And people want to believe it's all for a reason, you know, so they put that belief in an entity to explain the why. Why are we here? Why are you in this position? Why this? Why that they want to put their faith somewhere? Because it's all confusing to be alive and to be experiencing through the lenses that we have.
Noni
I think some religion is. But I. I personally don't believe that is 100% healthy.
Ilona Mar
No, I don't think so either. I do. When mom said that, I was like, hmm.
Olivia
I remember the teaching. I remember literally being in religious class in religion class in, you know, elementary school, and it was the teaching of when Jesus came back and they didn't believe it and they wanted to touch the holes in his hands. And he was like, I shouldn't have. You shouldn't have to feel it to believe. Like, you should just believe. And I remember then being like, ah. Like I'd want to feel it, you know, and then I could believe it. That's amazing. But, like, the teaching of that, I think maybe I'm getting it wrong all these years later, was you to believe in God's love and God's power. You don't need to see it to believe it. You need to just believe it. And I was always kind of like, okay, okay. Like that kind of deal.
Ilona Mar
So that's interesting perspective where the people who need to touch the wounds would need to have touched the.
Olivia
The hole.
Ilona Mar
And then if we touched it, I think it would have been like, oh, my gosh.
Olivia
Right.
Ilona Mar
But science tells us. Or I don't know if it's science. If it's like human lived experience, it says, well, wow, he just. He just rose from the dead.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
Wait a second.
Noni
That's.
Olivia
That's incredible.
Ilona Mar
I want to believe.
Olivia
I want to.
Ilona Mar
But like, yeah, I just gotta check. Yeah.
Olivia
And the whole teaching was like, no, no, no, it's bad if you want to check. You should just believe.
Ilona Mar
But so I think what you're into is. There's also. It's so cool. There's some people who just. He's back. I don't need to touch the wounds. I'm good. So I think there's, like, positives and negatives to all side. When I look at my friends who are very religious, they have a sense of peace to them, of, no, this is all God's plan.
Noni
Got me.
Ilona Mar
God's got me. And I see that kind of taking that off their shoulders. I do see the. The appeal to that, but I think it maybe. Does it also take away from you seeing the other parts of the world.
Olivia
It does you a bit of an injustice.
Ilona Mar
I think he's got you. What about the others? Yeah.
Olivia
Oh, how nice for you. Like, let's question a bit more, guys. I feel like we do circle back to religion a lot of times on the show sometimes, and I wonder if people think that, like, we're, like, secretly super religious or something. But I think we just look at it from a very inquisitive, intellectual lens of having grown up with it. And there's people in our lives that are still religious, and we've seen the effects, positive and negative, but people want to believe in something and wonder why they're here. Why are we here?
Noni
I think it's part of being human, and I think part of being human. We're probably always gonna have these questions. Yeah. You know, I don't think that any of us is gonna, like, well, I don't want to speak in absolutes, but, like, I think I'll be questioning for my entire life.
Narrator/Ad Host
Right.
Olivia
And I'm going to bring it up again. I've said it on this. On this podcast before in the book atmosphere. It's about scientists, like NASA scientists. And she explains religion in the most unreal way. The trees need our breath, and our breath needs the trees. As scientists, we call that symbiosis. But the natural consequences of our connections to each other, that's God. To me, life is God.
Ilona Mar
Hello.
Olivia
My life is tied to yours and to everyone else's on this planet. Like, we are all God. Like, we, like, we make up the living, like, organism that is like, so
Ilona Mar
two can be true science and.
Olivia
Yeah, science and religion.
Ilona Mar
We are.
Noni
You guys, alona for my birthday.
Ilona Mar
We're getting down to some business. You gave us a little champagne and
Olivia
a Trader Joe's cake. We're gonna uncover the mysteries of the universe.
Ilona Mar
I also like how. I don't think I wouldn't say we have religious trauma, but we can look at religion in many ways. And I think some people are like, oh, religion is blah, blah, blah, blah. And I think there's some that parts of it, but I think if you can have a faith that really makes you feel good and guides you and. But you don't impress it on others. You aren't like, this is what needs to happen. Because religion has caused so many wars, all the wars, almost.
Noni
I want to say it's the institution that's often not the faith that is the institution, and that's where I struggle with belief. But a lot of my internal, like, anger and just qualm is with the institutions. Yeah. You know, and, like, how that has affected the world, how that has affected me, and, like, not even anything too bad for me, but just, like, you know, like, the. The quiet things growing up of, like, from the church, and so I. I just.
Ilona Mar
Can you explain one. No, that's okay.
Noni
That's okay.
Ilona Mar
You need more champagne.
Olivia
Oh, my God. You guys. I think, too, like, I think many people that are very religious are gonna. If they listen to this conversation, are gonna think it's blasphemy to speak the way that we, like, have been. But to me, we're just. We're talking about it from a very intellectual, inquisitive lens that I think an entity that created us would want us to. Don't you want us to be inquisitive? Don't you want us to think further? Not to question or to doubt, but to just, like, think for ourselves? Like, I don't know, be spiritual in a way that isn't just, I guess, the blind faith, like you're saying. I think they would want us to.
Ilona Mar
So I think God wants that, too.
Olivia
That's what I'm saying. God wants us to that entity.
Ilona Mar
Yeah. I. I, God, Allah, whoever it is, I think they want you to get to know it better.
Noni
Yeah. And.
Ilona Mar
Oh. Oh, no.
Olivia
Dre.
Ilona Mar
Oh, boy. Oh.
Olivia
What's the cry? Count Andre, on this podcast? Can we get a counter on the. On the screen? No.
Ilona Mar
Me too. Drop your religion in the chat, guys.
Olivia
Yeah, drop. Drop your God down below.
Ilona Mar
Drop your God down below. Allah. Give me the subsection.
Olivia
Buddhism, Athena.
Ilona Mar
Good job. Yeah.
Olivia
Literally, like, whatever it is. And if you're Ariana Grande, God is a woman, you know, like, drop that down below for real, Period. And it's also like, sorry. I love this thing where it's like, men created religion or institutions because they couldn't bear that women create life. So they had to make a man that does that for us to worship instead of.
Ilona Mar
Interesting idea, Olivia. If we're going to get more into it, I actually think Mary Magdalene. And this isn't even from the Da Vinci Code, which.
Olivia
Love the Da Vinci Code.
Noni
And talk on Mary Magdalene.
Olivia
No, and actually talk on Mary Magdalene, please.
Ilona Mar
In Catholics, who. I did a big report on her. I believe that she had more of a role than she did. And again, if you've watched Da Vinci Code, there's a whole thing on it.
Olivia
Highly recommend.
Ilona Mar
Great movie. The Catholics hated that coming from.
Olivia
They also hated the last Harry Potter movie because he died and came back to life, so.
Ilona Mar
Oh, whatever. Oh, my God.
Narrator/Ad Host
Huge.
Ilona Mar
I think that there's some things that you can question, you can pull from religion. Like if it's Castle Catholicism. For me, I think I. I like some things of a Catholicism. I don't like a lot of things. Can I talk?
Noni
And if we're talking, so much of our teachings are pulled straight from the Bible. You got to talk about the translation of the Bible.
Olivia
Translated by men.
Noni
Translated by men. So many things have been misconstrued, and that has created so much harm. And like. Of like, a man shall not lay with another man. And the apple and the.
Ilona Mar
This, like, it is all like.
Noni
It's the language. It comes down to the language.
Olivia
Like you.
Noni
They've even translated the Odyssey wrong.
Adriana
Yeah.
Noni
You know, it's. And you can. The translator can put in their own fucking messaging that way.
Ilona Mar
Right, right, right.
Noni
And so, like, I think that's my big thing.
Ilona Mar
I also think we just want to
Noni
know why we're here.
Olivia
And that's why the history of religion and spiritualism is so, like, I always found so interesting, like, learning about Native Americans and how they believe in, like, this is here because of this. And we do this with a whole animal because we took from the earth. And we're gonna give back to it also all back to, like, ancient Greek. You know, why. Why is this mountain here? Oh, well, because this person did this. We want to know. We want it. We're curious. We want to know why we're here and to take comfort in something. And I love all those stories, too. Oh, the sun rises because that guy's got a chariot. You're like, hell, yeah.
Ilona Mar
I think that is interesting how, you know, with the Crusades and everything and spreading this one religion. A lot of religions and ideas have been lost in that way.
Noni
It makes me so sad, especially when we were in Mexico, of seeing how so much of the native religions have been Wiped. And people just. It's gone because missionaries came. Yeah. You know, and it was. A lot of. It was, like, forced, like, converting.
Olivia
Yeah.
Noni
You know, like, you must. A lot of people, you know, like, yeah, we're Christians. To save themselves. Not in a save themselves religious way. Save themselves in a physical way.
Narrator/Ad Host
Right.
Ilona Mar
Yeah. You think God wanted that?
Noni
You think the.
Ilona Mar
The big man.
Noni
So maybe in the 30s, your 30s,
Olivia
you'll figure it out and keep thinking about it.
Ilona Mar
Yeah, maybe I join a cult.
Olivia
She starts one. Yeah.
Ilona Mar
I think it's right to talk to your friends about it, I think. I have Mormon friends. A lot of Mormons play rugby. I have very Christian friends. I have Catholic friends. And I think it's something interesting to talk to about. I went on a day with a guy who's very Catholic, who still upholds a lot of the teachings, even the teachings of, like, waiting for marriage for sex. I think it's interesting to learn and, like, well, okay, so why do you do that? And what's this reason? So, yeah, the main takeaway, guys, is it's okay, I think, to question and to learn, and then that maybe by questioning, by feeling the wounds, you will get a deeper faith. Goodness me.
Narrator/Ad Host
God,
Olivia
no. I've got chills.
Noni
All of this in party ads.
Ilona Mar
All of this in the wildest thing.
Olivia
I don't know if it's just me, but it has been hot this summer. I'm talking capital hot.
Noni
It's been like heat wave after heat wave. And it absolutely sucks when it's so hot because you can't fall asleep.
Ilona Mar
And you know what's just as bad? Night sweats.
Olivia
Oh, don't I know it. I just don't sleep well when it's hot and, like, waking up sticky. It does affect me. Like, in the night, I'd be waking up feeling myself, and I do not feel rested in the morning. And I hate that.
Ilona Mar
Does not set yourself up for the best day.
Olivia
I feel so much better when I wake up at a normal temperature. I just feel so much more well rested.
Ilona Mar

Olivia
That's Thrive Cosmetics. C A U S E M E t I c s.com House what's a. Have you guys had a spiritual experience?
Ilona Mar
I don't know if I have spiritual experiences. I think I have these moments where, like, I'm with my family or I'm around my teammates or something like that, or I'm looking out at a view in a new place, and I realize how lucky I am to be there, how cool it is I am there, and that I have been given this life to do that.
Olivia
I feel it most when I make a new friend, too, and I start feeling that warm, fuzzy, like, oh, my gosh, I'm getting to know another human and I'm bonding with them. I love that. I'm like, this is why we're here, to know and experience each other. This is so cool. I love it. I'm making a connection with this person, and I think I feel very spiritual in that sense with human connection. Otherwise, like, spiritual experience. My brain goes to. We had an uncle that passed away that played guitar, and I've told you guys a story. I played guitar, and I learned to play guitar to play with him. And, like, I would. I would play it, like, on my own time. And then especially when we saw him at, like, family gatherings at Christmas or family reunions. And he passed away quite young. And from there, like, obviously it was devastating. Devastated me. Whenever I would be, like, extra sad about, like, his passing or whatever, I would randomly find guitar picks, like, anywhere I would go. Like, it was the craziest. Like, the way people say, like, oh, I saw a butterfly, and that was my grandmother, because she loved butterflies or whatever. I truly would physically find guitar picks, like, on the ground, wherever it was. Like, I was in a sushi restaurant in Killington, Vermont. The most random place, right?
Ilona Mar
Hibachi sushi place.
Olivia
And it was around Christmas time, and my friends were like, olivia's a grinch. She doesn't like Christmas that much. And it was still closer to his passing, so Christmas kind of reminded me of him. And it would make me, like, extra sad around the holidays. And they'd be like, oh, Livy's a grinch. Isn't much like Christmas or whatever. And I'd be like. In my head, I was like, yeah, yeah, whatever. They don't know. They just don't know that. It just makes me kind of sad. Walking out, I saw a guitar pick on the ground of a sushi restaurant. You know what I mean? I picked it up, and I was like. That felt very spiritual and, like, deep to me. So, yeah, Adriana's crying. Parker. So let's wrap out Tea Time team with some predictions for Alona's birthday. What are you doing for your birthday?
Ilona Mar
I'm just gonna do a little dinner. Hey, not too crazy. And then a trip with my little girls. My little girls being my women. Very fully grown women.
Olivia
Voluptuous. Voluptuous women.
Ilona Mar
I've never been the biggest birthday person, but I feel like for your 30s, you kind of have to do something.
Olivia
The big three. Oh, what medal is associated with the 30th?
Narrator/Ad Host
Could we.
Olivia
Can we look that up?
Noni
At one point, you just got to run out of medals.
Olivia
The pearl.
Ilona Mar
How cute.
Olivia
Oh, my gosh. Okay, so you're pearl.
Ilona Mar
Olivia.
Noni
We've got to get decorations.
Olivia
We've got to do. That's not. Believe me. Literally, as I said that, I went. Oh, hold on. Write that down. Okay, so.
Noni
So we could do a pearl theme. Or do you have a dream theme?
Olivia
Unlimited budget. What's your dream birthday party?
Ilona Mar
A yacht with my girls. The yachts around the med. Mediterranean. And it's just like, days of us dumping in, tanning, drinking. We take a private jet to get there. Of course I would. I. I think something that brings me joy is spoiling my girls. And so much has been bestowed upon me. I would like them to. To also reap the benefits of this. So I would like to. It brings me joy, that I can bring people joy. So big old yacht, and we're just there for a few days, drinking, maybe going to party on shore, coming back. Oh, yeah. An excursion or two. Excursion or two.
Noni
And now when is there going to be an Adidas yacht? Because there was that other fitness brand that had a yacht.
Olivia
Talk to Adidas for us.
Noni
I think we should get an Adidas yacht.
Olivia
Better yet, Adidas Viking River Cruise. I'd love to do that.
Noni
Olivia, we must ask, what can Adidas do for us?
Ilona Mar
Yeah, ask not what you can do
Olivia
for Adidas, ask what Adidas can do for you.
Ilona Mar
We're gonna play a rapid fire game called Try Hard. But this one is a birthday edition. Let's see how well you really know me, ladies. Try Hard. Presented by the new great tasting muscle milk. Okay, buzz in by making a buzzer sound. Please test your buzzers now.
Olivia
Perfect.
Ilona Mar
Okay, ready? What's my favorite movie? Very tough to say.
Olivia
Okay, on the count of three. One, two, three. Last holiday. Yes.
Ilona Mar
I love that movie, but I have some others. Last holiday, it could have been pr. Could have been Princess Irish, too. Also really frick with the first avatar.
Olivia
The avatars up there. She refuses to watch the other ones because she just wishes this family could know.
Ilona Mar
I mean. Oh, my gosh, they just keep fighting. I was like, made in Manhattan. Anyway, next. Where do I always say, I will find my husband?
Noni
Sorry, I read the screen. England. Yes.
Ilona Mar
I.
Olivia
Enough reading the screen. Don't look.
Ilona Mar
Okay, what would be on my warning label if I had one?
Narrator/Ad Host
Beep.
Olivia
Yeah. Mood swings.
Ilona Mar
That's a good one.
Olivia
Yeah.
Ilona Mar
May. May. May have mood swings.
Olivia
May. Objects in mirror will swing in mood.
Ilona Mar
Right.
Olivia
Okay, Androni, you're doing the thing where you're kind of peeking out through your eyes.
Ilona Mar
You're pissing me off. I'm not old. This is my birthday.
Olivia
Please stop it.
Ilona Mar
How old will I be in 26 years? Oh, my gosh, you guys. That was diagonal. Adriana. Good job. Olivia didn't even.
Olivia
I wasn't even.
Ilona Mar
I'm just so scared of getting a wrong and embarrassing myself. Tell me your favorite fantasy story. I wrote. Beep. And not that I've wrote it, but I have it in my head.
Olivia
It's written in her head. I love the werewolf one where she's with the one, but then, like. Like the other pack or the other alpha, like, wants her and needs her, and then he's the one that changes her and not her original love.
Ilona Mar
That's a good one.
Olivia
I was on the edge of my seat. I was like.
Ilona Mar
And then what happened? It's made up in her brain.
Olivia
It's all up here.
Ilona Mar
I've been tweaking it too. There is a really sexy moon, full moon scene that we got coming. Like, this is good.
Noni
The original stories were by word of mouth.
Olivia
By word of mouth.
Noni
You're just bringing.
Ilona Mar
That's how religion was passed down. That's what you got going on right, though too. I gotta write.
Olivia
Oh, wait, you gotta fix your hair.
Ilona Mar
I've got to write those.
Olivia
Damn. Okay.
Ilona Mar
Because really, like, all werewolf stories are pretty very similar.
Noni
Very similar. And sometimes when they deviate, I'm like,
Olivia
figure it out, Figure it out.
Ilona Mar
Okay, ready? How many points is a rugby penalty kick worth?
Noni
Off. Oh.
Olivia
Three, two. Oh, one, two.
Noni
A penalty point.
Ilona Mar
One.
Olivia
Okay, I thought it was two as well. A penalty kick, A penalty kick.
Noni
Oh, is it one?
Olivia
Is three? Yeah, it is.
Ilona Mar
Well, you don't do a lot of them.
Olivia
I was thinking conversion.
Ilona Mar
Conversion is 2, 2, 2.
Olivia
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Noni
That was good.
Olivia
That was good. All right, next.
Ilona Mar
Obviously they don't know my sport. What type of content always makes me cry.
Olivia
Oh, always makes you cry. Cry with laughter. I mean, I'm gonna say soldiers coming home.
Ilona Mar
Those do always make me cry. What's my favorite family tradition? Olivia, the way you're sitting right now, I cannot take.
Narrator/Ad Host
What?
Ilona Mar
Oh, my God.
Olivia
Dude.
Ilona Mar
Feet pointed out is.
Olivia
Holy crap.
Ilona Mar
That was crazy to watch.
Noni
David.
Ilona Mar
Famous fuck up. Favorite family tradition. Or maybe my favorite holiday.
Noni
Okay,
Ilona Mar
I'm the last one.
Noni
Christmas.
Ilona Mar
I'd say now it's Christmas because, like, that's the only time we're together. It used to be I really loved Thanksgiving. When we'd wake up, they'd be cooking, I'd hug a little bit. I watch the masonry now you have
Noni
to clock in and cook the turkey.
Olivia
Yeah, somebody's got to cook the turkey. And it's our dog.
Ilona Mar
That's me. What drink am I ordering off a menu? What?
Olivia
A Negroni.
Noni
Okay, well, I'd say aperol sprouts.
Ilona Mar
I'll go more with negroni, but I was gonna say painkiller. I love a rum based.
Olivia
Loves a painkiller.
Noni
Painkiller.
Olivia
There's not on a lot of menus, so you're normally with a negroni. Thank you so much for coming over, y'. All. Happy birthday to our darling Ilona. You don't look a day over 29, baby. And we'll see you next freaking week.
Noni
Thanks so much for coming. Thanks so much for coming over to the House of Mar. A wave original.
