Hey everyone, it's Katherine Price, author of the how to Feel Alive Substack newsletter, here with a couple of quick announcements. First is that my revised edition of how to Break up with youh Phone officially comes out next Tuesday, February 3rd. I'm super excited about it. As many of you know, it combines a look at why our screens are so hard to look away from and an investigation into what our screen time is doing to us with a 30 day plan to take back control. The goal is not to dump your phone. It's just to create a relationship that feels good where you actually have boundaries with it. Which is something I think all of us really, really need right now. As you also may know, in celebration of the book's relaunch, I am running a Phone Breakup February Challenge here on Substack, which is an opportunity to go through the books 30 day plan alongside other people. So the most basic version of this challenge is just to read my newsletters. I'll send you one each week that roughly outlines what that week in the challenge does. But if you want more, please become a paid subscriber because we will actually have a support group chat here in Substack where you will get to receive a daily assignment based on the plan in the book and then chat about that assignment with other participants. Get some input from me. I just feel like you're not so alone. So gather some friends. It's much more fun if you do it with other people. Consider becoming a paid subscriber. Grab a copy of the book because this will be the backbone of what we're doing together. And I can't wait to see you on Monday for the official kickoff of the February Phone Breakup Challenge. Thanks.
