Hi TrueSapiens… It’s been a while!

In this episode of Human Be True, I explore Lesson 2 from A Course in Miracles: "I have given everything I see all the meaning that it has for me." What if the world around you isn’t as fixed as it seems, and the meaning you assign to people, family members, situations, and experiences is entirely within your control? This episode explores how our perceptions shape our reality and how changing the way we see the world can lead to profound inner peace and freedom.

The most exciting part of this episode for me to create for you was the meditation, beginning at 14:49. At first, I desired the meditation to be very zen. Perhaps one would listen while lying down in total relaxation. However, as the sound mixing and creation overtook my spirit, the vibe completely shifted into more of an energetic, hypnotic, tantric groove, with angelic and deep oceanic ambiance, chimes, peaceful bells, disco guitars, and electric pluck strings. So feel to groove to this one as you explore the depths of the awakening within your body. Listen to your body and what it has to tell you. Remember to breathe, to feel, and that everything you see has been given a particular meaning from centuries past that is either causing you pain, liberation, peace, emptiness, zen, love.. the list goes on. The choice is yours.

This meditation invites you to release limiting beliefs, shift your perspective, and reclaim your power to create a reality grounded in love and clarity. Tune in and discover how letting go of old meanings can transform your experience and open the door to true personal freedom.
