You know, we're trying to get a little bit of rhythm, momentum. You know, we're moving into spring now. This is like really the beginning of the year. You know, this is when life is starting to sprout and blossom, or we can really start to develop some motion. There's a momentum that builds when we stay in motion. You know, a flow that carries us, shapes us, refines us. And it's not always about moving at full speed, even though that's something. I try to do, move at full speed sometimes, but it rarely works. Sometimes it's about steady, intentional movement, you know, showing up even when it's inconvenient, even when inspiration is nowhere to be found. Because, let's be honest, sometimes life is boring. It's dull. The saturation is turned right down. Even when the weight of the day feels a little too heavy. Oh, I know how that feels. You know those days where you just. Everything feels as if you're just carrying an elephant on your back. Just to do the smallest things just takes so much energy. And you're like, why? But here's the thing. If we stop completely, if we let ourselves sit too long in stagnation, starting again becomes 10 times harder, doesn't it? We get in our head, we question everything, and then the doubt creeps in and takes over. And then before you know it, we're, like, frozen in place, waiting for the right moment that never comes in our mind. We know we want to be moving, but for some reason, we look at our actions and nothing is happening. And day by day, this happens, goes by. We're in a cycle. We're stuck. And the seasons are passing us by. So today, I simply want to remind you to move. Just move. It doesn't have to be groundbreaking. It doesn't have to be perfect. It doesn't even have to be your best work or your best step. But let it be something. Let it be a breath, a step, a small act, a defiance against resistance. You know, we often think of motivation as this thing that gets us moving, like a spark that ignites the fire. But if you've been doing this long enough, this thing called life, you know the truth? Motivation is completely unreliable. Unreliable. It's there some days, it's there some weeks, and then out of nowhere, it's nowhere to be found. It comes in waves, and it fades when things get tough. The real key is devotion. Beyond discipline, devotion when we are devoted. Discipline follows a routine, a little bit of structure. The decision to show up, whether you feel like it or not, is a Muscle that we have to train in certain seasons. I don't feel like it. Who cares? Who cares? That's the separator between those who wait for inspiration and those who create the life that they want. Now, some seasons we take breaks, yes. Some seasons we are idle, yes, we are observing. But you know, you know, when you've been stagnant for too long, you can feel it. It's the difference between the ideas that remain scribbles in a notebook and the ideas that take shape in the real world. We have to make the difference. It's the difference between the dreamers and the doers. Right? Anyone can dream. Anyone can dream. Anyone can go into their mind and dream. Except apparently, some people can't see things in their mind. That's crazy. Like, I saw a TED Talk on that. Some people can't visualize. Wow. But all in all, everyone can dream. Anyone can have an idea. But execution, that is rare, that takes grit. That takes moving through resistance and showing up even when it's easier to disappear. We're making action our new spiritual practice. Let's be the ones who move, who develop rhythm, momentum, who create, who don't wait for some grand moment to give us permission. Let's be the ones who commit to the process even when the results aren't immediate. Because, let's be honest, I struggle with this too. Sometimes you're working on something, sometimes you're in a season and there's just like no sign of progress. Although you feel like you're getting up every day and you're trying your best. You think you're moving in the direction that matters. You think you're applying your energy, you're trying, man. You may even be busting a little bit of a sweat each day, but there seems to be no sign of progress. Think about a river. A river doesn't stop when it hits a rock and moves around it, over it, reshaping the whole land as it flows. It doesn't question whether it should continue. It just does. It just flows. It doesn't hesitate or second guess. It simply finds a way forward. Even if a dam builds up and blocks the water from flowing, it will start to bleed through the cracks and break that dam down, break the lumber down, the trees down. It may take time, but it's still in motion. Most people overthink their way out of action. They analyze, they plan, they make lists. They get addicted to the first step. When you had the idea, when you put it in your calendar, when you're making those notes, and then you Lose the excitement. And then you chase another idea. And then you chase another idea. You know, the real shift happens when we stop thinking so much and we start doing. When we stop asking ourselves if we feel like it and we just step into it. Action breeds clarity. Action breeds confidence. We just have to act a c T. Action creates transformation. Sometimes we're sitting there meditating, going for walks, we're looking for the answers. We're hoping, we're praying for some clarity, not realizing. Action breeds clarity. Action creates transformation. You don't just think your way into being who you want to be. You create your way into it. Don't worry if you're struggling right now, I feel you. If you feel stuck, man, I've been there, I be there. But just ask yourself one thing. When was the last time you moved without overthinking? When was the last time you just started without waiting for the perfect moment? There's a reason momentum is one of the most powerful forces in physics. A body in motion stays in motion. The hardest part is the beginning. That first push. Once you get rolling, once you get into rhythm, it becomes easier to keep going. That's why consistency matters more then sprouts of motivation. A little progress as every day compounds into something massive over time. Transformation. It's not about going viral or being successful overnight. You know, even though we may want that, just to feel a sense of relief like, ah, get me out of this season. But it's about building something real, something so undeniable that it can't be ignored. And that happens just through steady motion, through daily commitments, the daily deposits. Today, I just challenge you. Take one step forward, do one thing that moves you towards your goal. And then tomorrow just do another and another. And before you know, you're flowing again. Before you know it, the resistance has lost its grip. And the fear. Let's talk about the fear. Because a lot of the time it's not laziness that keeps us from moving. It's fear. Fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment. Fear that we're not good enough. We don't try because we fear that we may prove that we're actually not good enough. And we save ourselves from that disappointment. But the truth is, fear will always be there. You don't get rid of fear by waiting until it disappears. You get rid of fear by moving in spite of it. You know, by proving to yourself over and over that you are bigger than the thing trying to hold you back. The people who succeed aren't the ones without fear. They're the Ones who learned to dance with it, who felt it and kept moving anyway, put it in their backpack and said, ah, don't worry. I'm gonna carry this and move forward. If you've been holding back, and I bet you have been, because there's so much within you, so much power, so much potential. If you've been waiting for fear to remove itself before you take action, I need you to hear this one more time. Move now. Move scared. Move uncertain. But just move. That's how you take your power back. If you feel as if it's gone, that's how you shift your energy. That's how you become the kind of person who doesn't let fear dictate their path. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that the work teaches you. The creations you create as well will teach you. You don't have to have everything figured out before you start. You don't need a perfect plan. You just need to begin living the life that you want and love it while you live it. Because the act of creating your life, the act of doing that, is what shapes you. It's what gives you the lessons, the clarity, the confidence. How do you explain something that hasn't been done before? You can't. So what do you do? You just get into it. You move. You don't wait for confidence to start. Confidence comes from starting, comes from proof. It comes from a little bit of evidence. And if you're feeling like whatever you have been doing or your work is not good enough, if you're feeling like it's not there yet, it's not good, that means you have taste. That means you have style. That's beautiful. That means you see the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Imagine making a song and. And just like not thinking it could be better ever, you know, when you make things, when you do things and you're like, oh, this isn't good enough, and you beat yourself down, turn that around and be like, oh, I have taste. I have standards. I know that this isn't quite where it could be, but each time I make something, each time I take a step or whatever I am doing, I'm getting closer to that vision. I'm getting closer to where I know it should be. So we're not beating ourselves down. We're not. Because it's not where we want it to be. We're congratulating ourselves for making a step to where it needs to be. The only way to close that gap is by doing the work, by making more things by staying in motion, by moving. You're not supposed to be perfect yet. You're supposed to be growing. And the growth that you need in this season may be through action. Listen, growth happens in rest too. No problem with resting and being idle in a season. But you will know if you have been stagnant for too long, and if so, it's time to move. Don't wait. Don't hesitate. Don't let overthinking keep you frozen. Move. Create. Take a step forward, even if it's small, because the path reveals itself in motion. And one day you'll look back and realize that every step, every small act, a discipline, every moment you pushed through the resistance, it all added up to something greater than you even imagined. Keep going. Keep moving. Your future self is really depending on it. And you done know nights that everything is going to be all right.
