Today, we're finding the courage to be you, you know, the courage to be ourselves. The courage to expand, the courage to, you know, love the life that we are living. And you know, just while we are living it, you know, we are learning to love it. Learning to love every moment, you know, seeing every moment, breathing into the next and understanding that everything is coming together beautifully for us. Right? That's the perspective that we want to have. You know, I always say we might as well be ourselves undeniably, you know, so the ones that love us can come closer and the ones that don't, well, they can go somewhere else. There's a lot of space on this planet. There's a lot of people who will like them or, you know, we don't need to be everything for everybody, actually. In fact, if we try to be everything for everybody will be nobody to ourselves. I'm big into inner exploration. You know, truly learning who we are and being unapologetic for that. You know, we have one life to live. So many of us. You know, there's such like, unique things about us that maybe aren't normally celebrated or recognized. It's like maybe you're the one that has to recognize and celebrate yourself first. You're the one that has to recognize and celebrate yourself first. You know, a lot of us, we. We do want the validation. We do want the applause. Yeah, it feels good. It feels good to be loved. It feels good to be seen. But you know, I always say it's a lot better to be felt. And the pathway to be felt is, first we have to feel ourselves. You know, we have to feel ourselves. You have to look in the mirror, and the first reaction is, man, I love you. The first reaction is, oh, man, your eyes look beautiful today. But how many of us you know, myself included, do we look in the mirror and we find something we don't like about ourselves right away? Ask yourself that. What is your first reaction when you see yourself? When you see your reflection, do you notice a flaw right away, or do you reaffirm something you love about yourself? I'm going to go out on a limb here and say, like, 70% of people notice a flaw. Oh, I don't like my nose. Oh, why don't my eyes look baggy today? Oh, damn. Like, whatever it may be. But what if you could look at yourself, see your reflection? And your reaction was, man, your aura is different. Your. Your energy is special. Your presence is needed in this world. It has so much purpose. And if people don't respect you and show up for you and love you the way you deserve to be loved, you don't see it as any knock to your value. Now, you understand that they're battling their own hurdles, their own inability to recognize something beautiful and to show love has nothing to do with you. So what do we do? We just remove our presence because we understand the power of our presence. You understand the courage to be ourselves. We have to recognize how beautiful our presence is and respect it, honor it. Don't accept BS in your life. But understand that we're all humans as well, and we're gonna have to show grace as well. But that's the beauty of our presence. So when you look in the mirror and you see a reflection, you're walking in the park and you see a reflection in the pond, what's your first reaction? Put it to the test this week and then rewire it if it has been negative. Every day we should be waking up and being like, yo, what are three things I love about myself? Pick physical things and internal things. Physical things and internal things and things within the mind as well. Some of us, like, we. We. We have pattern recognition. Beautiful pattern recognition. You should celebrate that. Some of us are creative intelligence. Like, we walk into the room and we just know to celebrate that. You know what I'm saying? Some of us, we just walk with a certain kind of swag. You understand? Celebrate that. Start to celebrate your whole self and have the courage to be yourself and to discover more of yourself. Because guess what? If you have the Courage to be yourself. And if every day you're finding ways to love yourself, what's going to happen? You're going to continue to discover more about yourself. Going deeper into yourself because you actually enjoy being in yourself. You're not running away from yourself. You're not escaping, you're not numbing yourself. You're not searching for people to affirm if you're a value. No, you're actually so comfortable in your own energy. You want to go deeper into yourself. You want to put yourself in environments and opportunities and challenge yourself because you know that there's more within you. So you're genuinely wanting to expand. We have the courage to genuinely live our life the way we want to live it. Like, how do you want to live your life truly? How do you want to live your life? Because no one's going to paint that picture for you. No one's going to lay the path for you. No one's going to come and just pluck you and save you out of your life. The courage to live your life, even if others don't approve, even if others don't understand that courage right there. What is it? It's self trust. It's love. It's belief, it's faith, it's curiosity in the unknown. It's resilience through. Oh, it's resilience through uncertainty. I love just giving myself opportunities. You know, I think that's one thing I enjoy in this world is giving myself opportunities to discover more of what is within me so I can get comfortable with it, so I can enjoy it. And then I can bring it back out into the world as well and be like, hey, look at what I discovered about me. You know, like some of us, you may have such like a comedic side to you or you know, another level of brilliance that you haven't shared with the world. And once you share more of yourself and what our capacity, whatever way, right? Just embodying who you are, what do you think happens? The world opens up for you. The world is like, look at this individual living in their truth, living in alignment of who they are. Life starts to send you people who love you for the real you, opportunities that are aligned with your gifts, with your abilities. Right? Life starts to pull you in directions where your energy will be appreciated, in environments that are truly meant for you. But it starts with having the courage to be ourselves, to discover ourselves and love ourselves. Yeah, I know. I'm like a firm believer in self love. I really do think everything starts there. I really do believe that when we Work on ourselves. But, like, we're playful with it and we're not working on ourselves because we're so broken. No, we're like, man, there's more to discover about ourselves. There's more ways to expand. Let's learn about ourselves. Like, we're genuinely excited about it. Then we change our inner world. We build that inner foundation, and then naturally we change the world in our own unique ways. We create a ripple effect. Imagine if just everybody that was like, one of their main goals, how would this world look beautiful, you understand? Full of light, you understand? All just embodying our truth. We love it. No comparison. You don't need to compare. Your life is your life, your path is your path. We were all born in different environments with different privileges. It's absolutely insane to compare yourself to another soul on this planet. It's insane. We need to focus on ours, be present, understand the power in our own path. And it's unfolding in us in beautiful ways, unfolding for us in beautiful ways. Believe that. You know, that's a beautiful thing about a destiny, right? We're already living in it. It's already unfolding. Some of us were so, like, we just judge, you know, what we can see in front of us, not realizing that we're moving in a direction that truly matters. But we're so far in the past and those regrets, or we're so far in the future just wishing we were somewhere, somewhere else, that we're just missing the beauty of every single moment. And when you're doing that, you're actually missing the beauty of yourself because you're not in yourself, you're somewhere else. When right now, the moment wants your full presence because it's powerful, it's purposeful, right? But this is a practice, right? It's a practice to actually see ourselves, understand ourselves, and want to embrace ourselves and see ourselves in a way that is uplifting, right? Like, to have an optimistic spirit and mind, it's a muscle. That's why I said, when you look in the mirror, what's your first reaction? Do you critique yourself? Do you critique, you know, your figure right away? Or do you find something you love about yourself? And then through that love, you fine tune and refine the things that you want to work on, right? But with excitement, like, ooh, let's build. Let's build ourselves up to the version of ourselves we can feel already within ourselves. And now it's unfolding versus doing it from, like, a place of shame and judgment because that's not going to last long. No, we're doing it from a place of a love for ourselves, truly building ourselves up, having the courage to be ourselves, undeniably. Because the ones that love us will come closer and the ones that don't, again, they will go somewhere else. So today was just like a simple reminder to be you. To love you. Not love the version of you that is final or complete, but the version of you that is unfolding, that is becoming. Because everything that we went through in the past gave us the information for our foundation. Now the mistakes that we made shaped us, carved us, and put us where we are right now, right here, still breathing, still moving forward, still growing through whatever we are going through. So we are thankful for all parts of ourselves. We are truly embodying gratitude. Gratitude sounds cliche, sounds simple. But how well are you embodying gratitude? Like, every day? Like, truly just feeling it, like man, like being grateful. What do you think that's going to do? Life's going to mirror that gratitude and just continue to bring you beautiful things, beautiful connections, more wealth, internal and external. It's going to give you a life that you truly want to live. I'm only sharing this because I feel like I'm doing it. You know, I'm like, wow. Like, my external reality is continuously shaping out to mirror what we already created within. And always having that belief that it's going to happen. Even if it's so far away or we can't see it, but we feel it and we focus on that feeling and we nurture it. We nurture our future. We never lose that hope. Maybe it wavers, ebbs and flows, but we always come back and we remind ourselves that we are the type of people that work it out. I always say the greatest way to love yourself is just to say that I will never quit on myself. I will never quit on myself. That's the attitude that we have. No matter what happens, no matter what we go through, no matter what life throws at us, no matter how hard we get knocked down, we say to ourselves, I'm not going to quit on myself. I might have to restart. I might have to rebuild. I might have to heal a broken heart. But we will love again. Because why, when we lead with love, we leave with love. You understand? That's your power. That's super. That's your superpower. You know what I'm saying? You should celebrate yourself for the fact that you have gone through breakups that broke you down, you built yourself back up, you loved yourself, and then also one day decided to that you're going to love somebody else again, even though that risk is there. That's the power of you. Have the courage to be yourself. Have the courage to explore yourself. Have the courage to love yourself and love others again. Have the courage to take that solo trip. Have the courage to pick up that hobby for no reason, for it to be anything but. You just want to do it, to be present in the moment. Have the courage to launch that business. Have the courage to go in that silent meditation. Have the courage to be still with yourself today. Have the courage to say what's on your mind. Have the courage to express your love to somebody, even if you don't know how they feel. Because you just got so much love in you, you got to share it, whatever it may be. Have the courage to be yourself and watch what life does for you. It's going to unfold beautifully and you don't know in hindsight, everything going to be more than all right.
