Richard is a UK-based wellness practitioner, author, and founder of Creative Wellness, as well as co-owner, director and facilitator of the Moinhos Velhos Detox Retreat in Portugal. With over a decade of experience in acupuncture, yoga, meditation, and coaching, he helps individuals reset, reconnect, and create lasting transformation in their lives.

He began his career in London, where he built a successful wellness practice and led community-focused yoga events that brought people together through movement and connection. His work later expanded internationally through his involvement with Moinhos Velhos, where he now facilitates immersive retreat experiences focused on physical detox, mental clarity and emotional wellbeing.

Drawing on acupuncture, yoga, and meditation to support a holistic approach to health and personal growth. He is also the author of Understanding Human Nature: A User's Guide to Life, a practical guide to purpose, self-awareness, and living in alignment.
