This month our questions are from Steve and Chris.

Steve is a Sexual in the Erotic Blueprints and is struggling to have his needs met as he wants to be adored and is craving touch, yet he does not want to pressure his partner and cause her to feel inadequate.

Chris is seeking practical ideas on how to deepen his emotional connection with his partner.

What I love about these two questions is that firstly they are from men and it is often surmised that it is the women aching for deeper connections, and secondly I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to reach out and ask for support

We all crave connection. A connection where we feel safe and seen, adored and respected.
