In this short video above both Serrita and I share what is the inspiration behind our TopLess Brunch.

If you are here in Puerto Vallarta we would LOVE for you to join us for a sacred gathering of women—topless, unfiltered, and unapologetic. A space where we share our stories, shift the pain, and bring love and acceptance back to our own bodies.

This is more than a brunch. It’s a revolution of self-love, body sovereignty, and feminine empowerment.

When a girl starts to move through into puberty her breasts become a significant factor to the world that she is changing. And this change can be one that signals to her that her behaviour must change, her clothing must placate the world around her and the growth of her breasts are often the centre of ridicule, bullying and conversation.

Gorgeous woman. Are you showing off your breasts ? or do you just have breasts!!!

Instead of learning how incredible our breasts are at alchemizing our life, reset our hormones and how to detoxify and look after them through massage and doaist practices, we learn to hide them, cut them, change them and be ashamed of them.

It is our beautiful responsibility to honour and love them.

The topless brunch is where this begins.
