Hey, guys. Dr. Leslie, forensic psychologist. A lot of stuff dropped on the Lively Beldoni docket today. And in this video, I'm going to go through what I think are some key components. I plan to make another video on the psychologist expert who actually coined the term Darvo, because that was the expert that reviewed the Lively case. Now, she got her PhD the year I was born, and she is one of the most incredible psychologists. She's taught the world about domestic violence and coercive control. Incredible. Now, a LinkedIn friend, very excited to learn even more from her. But, you know, everything we talk about with coercive control is, is from this doctor. So pretty awesome. And then I'm going to do like a, a recap again, like a world recap, because Trump is insane. But anyways, I pulled everything that was loaded to the docket today. So with the Blake Lively and Baldoni case, the judge basically said that everything had to be unsealed and the public can see. And so Blake Lively's team dropped everything first today. I'm assuming that Baldoni team, Wayfair Friedman, Icky, Jamie Heath, Steve Surowitz, will drop all their shit tomorrow, and then it'll just be like this back and forth. And I'm assuming everybody's manipulating information. It's all out of context. But there are a few things that genuinely align for me, and I've been saying it for over a year now, that I believe Blake Lively was sexually harassed. And I believe that she was. That there was an ongoing abuse. It was psychological, it was verbal, it was sexual to her for over, over a year. And now we have all of these depositions of other actresses who were sexually harassed at times, you could call it full abuse. And it was full, just fucking weird. Gross by Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath. And so we've got Isabella Ferrer, we've got Jenny Slate, we've got Claire Ayoub from another movie. We have people from Jane the Virgin. We have Justin Baldoni saying that he's forced himself on women even when they've said no. And of course, we have Blake Lively, who didn't need this movie and sure as fuck didn't need this lawsuit, but is actually taking a stand for women. And I'm leaving out a million different things as well. Okay, so let's go through some of the messages that I clipped today. In one instance, the driver was driving Justin Baldoni and someone named Sophia and Blake Lively. And in the deposition, the driver said that he overheard Justin Baldoni say he was forced on and he forced himself on women. To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. This was one of the first meetings that Justin and Blake had had. And then he's openly saying this in the car, in the Escalade. That's why it caught my attention. Basically. He kept talking about his sexual relationships. And again, like, I'm repeating myself, I believe. But, you know, he would force himself on women if they said, no, this, that he would revert back. It was just disturbing. Now, this falls in line with people who have DMed me that he abused them in college at Long Beach State. There are other people that are going to come up in this, and there are also other drivers that witnessed the two of them in a car when he was doing even worse behavior. And for all you people who say, if it's not out there yet, it's not going to be out there. No, no, no. I have been in so many trials where on the day of the trial, something is brought in and it is so worthy of being put in evidence. It is. Or experts can bring in anything. So if you didn't say it in your report or you didn't bring it, or you were deposed and you didn't state it earlier, you can then mention it in trial. It's a little strategic. And then all of a sudden, you need to, I don't know, expand on your opinions. Another thing that struck me was that Blake and her newborn got Covid. They had to go to the hospital during filming, and her baby, her newborn had rs. Now, I don't know about you mommies out there, but it is pretty fucking terrifying when your newborn isn't breathing. Maybe it has to be intubated. RSV was really serious at that time, and it was because people on set had Covid. Now, Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath did not tell Blake Lively that people on set were testing positive for Covid. And they were reassured that people on set didn't have any symptoms, so they didn't feel like they had to tell her. They also pocketed the insurance money, the COVID insurance money that the studio had given them. They split it. That'll be a part of the trial, too. So they didn't tell her. And so she got really, really sick when she probably shouldn't have come to set because there was Covid on set. They literally could have killed her baby. And that's where we see this excerpt. I remember. I mostly remember her being very concerned about the COVID And if I'm correct, I. I don't know if it was before or after. I'm not great with timing, but I recall that been in the hospital and the baby had been in too. The baby had been in with rsv. And so this, you know, this. That potentially the baby would have Covid as a mother. That was her concern, you know, very concerning. These aren't, like, the smartest people in the world. Also, this is just typing. I would love to see actual videos of these depositions, but Answer. It fell into the category of unprepared, indecisive, and inexperienced directors, which they were. Question. Those are the only issues that you recall her raising to you at the time regarding Justin Baldoni? Answer. She had other criticisms. Well, what were they? It was too loose on the set. What else? He was too sensitive. Too sensitive, yes. Anything else? I'm sure. But I can't recall the specificity of that. Oh, my goodness. This writing is, like, tiny because I'm literally on my cell phone reading this. Hold on. Okay. So then they ask, like, he was too loose. What does too loose mean? But the guy being deposed wants to talk about the sensitivity part first. He basically said that Blake felt like she even talk to Justin. He would come into her trailer and cry a lot, and she couldn't even give him feedback because he was so fucking sensitive. That kind of plays in line with, like, Jenny Slate calling him a raging narcissist, because what happens to narcissists when things don't go their way? The person being deposed said she would have a criticism. Blake would have criticism, and he wouldn't take it well. He'd be hurt by it. And then she felt like she had to, like, go in and buck him back up. And this was a repeated pattern. How exhausting. So somebody is sexually harassing you, and you've got to keep them motivated so that you can do these scenes with them and get the fucking movie done. And again, this movie, she wanted done because she wanted the cast and crew to be paid. It wasn't all about her. Blake Lively does not need the money. I recall Jamie apologizing. I recall Blake being very clear about entering the trailer and not entering the trailer and her privacy. And she was. She was very clear. Now we jump to Jamie Heath opening the trailer, Blake Lively's trailer, when she was with her two makeup artists. She had one breast exposed. Just hang in there. They stripped her of her costume, and they basically go clean it and, like, prepare it. And then she gets body makeup done and everything. And one breast had the baby. The baby was breastfeeding. And she was facing a mirror. And he, like, knocked and then starts to come in. And they were screaming. No, no, no. Like, they were all screaming, lo, don't come in. And he didn't care. He doesn't have a known hearing problem to me. He didn't care. And he said he wouldn't leave and that he had to. Jamie Heath had to come in and talk to her. So her breast is exposed. They are so upset by this that one of the makeup artists throw a cloth, like, a tiny face cloth. Imagine you washing your face. Like, it's not like a hand towel. It's like, I don't know, 4 inches. And they just throw it over her other boob so that nipple's not exposed. She's also in her underwear. She also just gave birth to a fucking newborn. So he continues to have a conversation with her. He won't leave. And he's talking to her. She's facing the mirror, but he's talking to her into the mirror and staring at her boob. This is the boss, right? This is the director. And regardless of anything you want to say about work or roles, this is still a man coming in to a woman's trailer and doing this against multiple women saying, get the fuck out. I recall Jamie apologizing, and I recall Blake being very clear. Was she upset? She seemed. Seemed upset, yeah. And did Lively tell you that not only did she not give Mr. Heath permission to enter the trailer, that she actively told him not to come in? She may have. Did she also tell you that she insisted on coming? That he insisted on coming in notwithstanding her request for him not, and said that if they were going to have a meeting, it had to happen then or not at all. What was so fucking urgent? And then, of course, Friedman, the lawyer who is trash, goes, objection. Oh, my God. You're actually going to tell something that's meaningful and truthful. And then the witness says, I don't recall. She may have. You got to also remember that makeup artists and people on set, like, tune out. They don't want to be a part of the A listers conversations. A lot of the time. The professional people, at least, they don't want to hear it. They don't want to be a part of it. It's not their role. They want to stay professional, focus on their trade, and just step out, and that's what gives them a good reputation and then future jobs in the future. Okay, then we move on to J. Justin Baldoni making more inappropriate comments towards Big Blake Lively. And the lawyers asked, do you know what inappropriate comments Justin was making. And again, I'm pulling this from multiple depositions. You guys, this is just every thousands of things drop today and thousands will tomorrow, I believe. But I don't know the timing, so I would have to look back. But I believe he called Jenny Slate sexy when she was dressed in a character on set. And I think that's what that refers to. Question. Okay. Did Ms. Lively, during this call raise any issue with you about Mr. Baldoni touching, kissing, or otherwise interacting with her physically in ways that were not scripted? She might have. She might have. She might have. Okay. Is that a topic that you recall her raising with you at some point? I love the lack of clarity. Yeah, I think so. I'm trying to figure it out. Anyway, okay. The 9:35am Ms. Sack says, we had a very good, tough chat with Blake. She was eloquent and on point, called Jamie out in front of me and Justin, kindly, but was very direct. It was impressive to watch, and then I'll find it later. But that same person has, like, a private message where they're like, yeah, Blake was an elegant boss bitch, basically. And these guys had to bow down to her because finally they had to bow down to someone because they've gotten away with this behavior for so long because nobody's been able to combat them, I think with power, friendships and finances. She was in a state of undress. Here's a good quote. During the January 4 meeting, the parties discussed in detail the inappropriate conduct that Ms. Lively, her employees and other cast and crew experienced at the hands of Mr. Baldoni and Mr. Heath. Ms. Lively, read the list below in its entirety. That's that 17 point list of things he shouldn't be doing. If your husband had to do that. Does your husband have a 17 point list he shouldn't be doing? Like, staging the entire theater, like having hugs with every one hug groups, making sexually harassing statements to multiple women, and wouldn't stop adding things that were sexually explicit to what would be teenager scenes. Yeah, that's someone's husband. Whatever. Ms. Lively, read the entirety. And after a discussion, all parties present agreed that the outlined conduct would cease. Like 50 million. Your blood, sweat, tears, smarts, heart and soul in every single frame. My God, it's incredible. Thank you. 50 million times. And it's only Saturday night. So that is a representative from Sony being very grateful that they're making millions of dollars off all of us and watching a movie. They ended up making $350 million, I think, to date, which I'd have To say is, well, actually, they say in the deposition is a historically large success. So Justin wants to bitch about Blake Lively's cut. Yeah. Seems like she knows what she's doing. It's weird. Every time that Sony gets brought up in these depositions, Brian Friedman objects. I wonder if he's covering up for something. Maybe he's distracted since he's being sued himself right now. So the question is, can you tell me what happened during the filming of the scene? My co star and I were filming a sex scene. So this is Isabella Ferrer's deposition that she wanted the whole deposition hidden and couldn't. It's completely unsealed. I kind of understand why. I mean, she's. She's very young, mature, you know, she was, what, 20 at the time. Had this guy in his 40s making really inappropriate sexual comments to her. The power dynamic, the abuse of authority. Bad, bad all around. I understand why she'd want it sealed just because she doesn't want to be affiliated with any of this. It's her first fucking movie. I also understand why she's confused and her story bounces around because she's a baby. She's so young. She's still trying to understand what happened to her throughout this movie. And then the intense bullying afterwards, which she describes here. My co star and I were filming a sex scene. And after a couple of takes after cut, Justin Baldoni turned to my co star and I and said, I know I'm not supposed to say this, but that was hot. They were playing teenagers. They were acting as children. Was anyone else present when Mr. Baldoni said that? Yes. Who else was present? The crew that were in the room for the closed set. My co star. And I don't recall her being there, but I'm assuming the intimacy coordinator. That intimacy coordinator. Her statements are all over the docket. And you can read that she gets into like, really, like. I mean, like, you can't watch a movie the same way. Now that you understand how they film these intimacy scenes, what, if anything, did you say after Mr. Baldoni made that comment? I laughed it off. Yeah. You're 20. He's the director. It's your first movie. Probably realizing what the fuck it's about now. She said there was a scene in which my character Lily is in her kitchen and the other character, played by my co star, Alex, is making cookies. And there was a note that was a change to the scene in which he was feeding me cookie dough from a spoon. Justin offered that I lick the cookie dough off the spoon and look at her co star. Now what she tried to explain, and I won't read all of it to you, was that she felt like it was inappropriate because she was playing a teenager and teenagers wouldn't do that. She didn't feel necessarily harmed or harassed by Justin. She felt like he was inappropriately trying to portray the sexuality of a teenager being beyond that of a teenager. Now what I don't think she could articulate was that she was a teenager just two years prior. We have to take into account how young this girl is. Did you complain to Alex that you felt that was not inappropriate, that it was seen? Objection. Yes. Then she goes on to say, the first day I met Alex and the first day I was on set before the intimacy rehearsal which I had earlier referenced, I was told this after the fact. She didn't really know who these people were. Months later, because Alex expressed that he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable. But Alex told me that he had had a private conversation while we were on the way to the car to drive to Jersey City in which Justin pulled Alex aside and said, I really want you to get to know Isabella well. And then winked at him. Now all these pro Baldoni creators are trying to read that so differently, but I really want you to get to know Isabella well. Wink. Yeah. That means that he wants him to engage in something intimate and sexual with 20 year old Isabella who is playing a teenager and is in character as a teenager. I don't know about you guys but. But that all is really fucking weird. And predatory as Jenny Slate called him. He's a predator. Question. Why were you of the opinion that Justin Baldoni was the best con artist you had ever witnessed? Con artist. That's what she called him. I think I at this time believed that he, due to us all seemingly doing our press without him because they were told to, none of them wanted to do press with them. And then they were told to do press around florals and not actually lead with press around domestic violence. What they were told was that if you let with press around domestic violence, people weren't going to want to watch the movie because it was like too heavy. Because you're always trying to, you know, you're trying to make the movie for the population, right? A movie wants to make money. But what she goes on to say is what she realized is that the reason they were told not to talk about domestic violence wasn't because of the population and selling the movie. It was because Justin was going to come out and talk about domestic violence as the only one in the movie who was talking about it. So again, he is cosplaying as a feminist when he. He's really just a misogynist and a Lia and what she called a con artist. Jenny Slay called him a misogynist. She also said, I really hope he one day feels morally responsible for promoting bullying towards us after the way he treated us already. I'm grateful. I'm not taking it too personally and I'm aware that it's bullshit. I'm going to stop there. That's the lawyer's reading that to her. How did Justin promote bullying towards you? And she said, given the online hate that I was getting, it seemed like there was nothing being done to speak out against the bullying that was happening to the women and the cast while he was going along with the rest of the press run. And I assume anybody that was online would have seen what was going on. So he could have spoken up, he could have stopped the harm to all of these women, to all of this bullying, but he didn't. And in fact, he was instructed by his attorneys to go hide in Hawaii for months and months. You didn't see him, right? You didn't hear from him. They didn't want him to talk. They even referred to him as stupid because of the way he was interviewing to promote the movie, wanted him gone so that PR could fix the narrative of this nasty. In the next sentence of that same text you wrote, this is the lawyer question. Justin has been playing all of this up because he knows he's about to get his shit exposed, so he's hyping her up and then playing the victim at the same time. What did you mean when you said this, playing all of this up? I think she meant exactly what she said and she's pretty accurate. The lawyer also asked, you said something like justice only speaking on DV and no one else is. What do you think about that? In which she stated that that's what she was told to do and it looks bad now going into the con artist. She says, I think the opinion was based off of the context that I had forgotten about the timing of when he decided to speak on it, when we were told to not. And I think the studio I'm referencing is Wayfair. So I think the dichotomy of Wayfarer telling us to not speak on it and then Justin going and speaking on it kind of looked to in conclusion, like he was trying to make it look like he wouldn't want to talk about it. Like we. We wouldn't want to talk about it? Yeah, he's very manipulative and his image is the image he's trying to portray. But this lawsuit is breaking it down completely. She said it didn't feel appropriate in a work environment and given that it was not necessarily like a note of any kind to do with my acting. This is about the licking the spoon as a teenager. Seductively. It felt out of place and strange to hear about a scene, especially a scene that is meant to be a PG scene that's like young kids watching that about two young teenagers having a very like innocent experience. Intimately. It felt out of place to hear my director say that as a personal thing to me and my co star. She said yes. And just the. I think the main thing that I remember her having discovered comfort with is the fact that he had been lying about her religion. This is about Colleen Hoover and her religious faith and telling people that she was of Baha' I faith when she wasn't. That's just weird. Also, Colleen Hoover just dropped a new book and it pretty much just reads like this entire lawsuit about Blake. Question. In connection with promoting the film, you were instructed not to focus on domestic violence, is that right? Right. Yes. And you attended some promotional events that were floral based, is that right? Or are you aware of Wayfair hosting floral based events in connection with the film? I believe it was in connection with the text. The best con artist I have ever witnessed. Yes. I believe the references the fact that he was doing press for in support of domestic violence victims and it felt ingenuine because we were instructed from what I was informed by his production company to not speak on domestic violence. And then he went out of his way and did his own press run in the United States where he did, where he did only speak on domestic violence. And then when the rest of the cast, mainly the women, got cyber bullied online for it, he didn't do anything to stop it or to tell people that that was inappropriate and that they shouldn't cyber bully people. Is that. Is there just nothing more fucking obvious? So then we move on to Jenny question. And then you go on to say that you're okay to keep this Jenny Slate, you're okay to keep going. But you say, I feel like it's about to get really bad. And I'm not sure that Blake's limit, I'm not sure what Blake's limit is, but she's really taking a lot of crap from them, like crazy shit. And I'm not kidding when I tell you that Justin and Jamie freak me out. Like they tell really weird lies. And Justin is astoundingly wrong headed when you say they tell you really weird lies. What did you have in mind at the moment? Also, you also said I really don't get how he did a TED Talk. He is worse than most of the bros I've encountered. Yeah, because he's cosplaying as somebody who is actually a good person. Slate says he's predatory, but because of his general fragility and misogyny. Well stated. Like ne not seeming to be aware of any of the obvious no nos. Okay, so the lawyer's asking her, what were you referring to with the fragility, misogyny and the no no's. And she says the defensiveness of that sort of huffy behavior, the inappropriate behavior, those types of things. She later goes on to call him a narcissist, which would fall in line with the diagnosis. And these behaviors, she says I referenced it because of what I say here. His behavior was really at odds with someone who is apparently an expert enough to TED Talk, who is vetting these TED talks. Let's take that. Let's take that one down. I'm telling you guys, much was put up today. There's no way that anyone's gonna cover it thoroughly. I mean, maybe people who don't have jobs. I have a real job, so I'm just doing this now, but I probably won't do it again. Well, maybe I'll cover the Wayfair drops tomorrow. And then we definitely have the Jamie Heath questioning that was out about him showing the video of his wife's birth. So what the Sony lady Angie says was that she just saw a woman in a tub of water with a person behind. It looked like maybe a birthing scene. Right. So I don't think she's being honest at all there. Or Jamie Heath showed her a different video. No, I don't think she's being honest. I think that the video that was shown to Blake Lively, he intentionally put it on the vagina of his wife or paused it when she was crowning. And he didn't explain it to her because he's an immature pig and he wanted to shock value her and just put an image right in her face of a vagina and a baby coming out. Now, this was after Blake had filmed the birth scene. This was after she had already felt entirely victimized because Justin Baldoni put his fucking friend as the ob GYN actor last minute between her thighs and she had a little piece of fabric covering literally her Clitoris. And it was after they had turned off the monitors so the cast and crew could not see the scene and her backside and her genitalia, but Justin Baldoni had flicked them on just to fuck with Blake. And so, as you'll see in the testimonials, under oath, these people will perjure themselves if they lie. They said that they saw her genitalia blasted on the monitors again that Justin Baldoni put on. So then the next day, what? Go ahead, show Blake your wife's vagina crowning. This is telling me. This is showing me days of just fucking tormenting this woman for shits and giggles because they're immature, predatory and sexually addicted and. And probably all going to get effing divorced and then deluded by this delusional religion that they're in. And maybe the religion is good, I don't know, but however they're living in, it is not good. They actually include pictures of Blake giving birth in that birthing scene. No, she doesn't have fucking shorts on. She's got nothing on. And they never had sexual harassment training. They didn't have anyone for hr. So if you were going to make a complaint or complain, there was no one to complain to. So everyone just started complaining to Blake because obviously she was the most powerful person on set and the most experienced person. And then Blake had to take it upon herself to then go to Sony and advocate for everybody else. Now, what it seems like is Sony took some notes and did file these away, but did not actually move forward with realistic intervention. And as I've said all along, Tom Rothman's name was also dropped in those in shit today. So basically, Sony knew about this, but they said their hands were tied because of Wayfair's ownership of the film. Yeah, everybody's just throwing this to somebody else to not take responsibility. And that's what trial will do. It will make people responsible. Because women were being sexually harassed on that set repeatedly. They were complaining and no one helped them. No one stepped in and no one stopped it. Yeah, they had these meetings with no follow up. No one wonder Ryan Reynolds came in and pulled his weight. I mean, he was there so frequently just so that his appearance would stop these men who were completely immature and obsessed with sex, stop them from harassing these women. It sounds like one of the most shit show film sets I've ever seen. I mean, there have definitely been more where people's lives have ended. Like with Alec Baldwin and then like Mark Wahlberg's movie he filmed in Long beach. And one of the dancers passed away because they fell in a stunt. I mean, there's been a lot of people that have passed away on stunts and movies, but you just don't hear about it because they cover it up. And there's civil litigation and there's NDAs, and we can't talk about it. So, yeah, Jamie Heath basically said that we didn't have a policy about sexual harassment, but we just sexually harass every woman. I think the answer was Sony's hands were tied. They had no control over the movie and that Wayfair would never replace themselves. It made no fucking sense. And then you've got. You've got the text messages from people at Sony texting back and forth. Justin can come copy. Fuck. This is a lot. He's asking a lot. And so much is unscripted. Oh, this is the intim intimacy coordinator. I know. Finch is talking to me about it now. What is he asking them to do? He wants them to undress, get into their underwear. I mean, he was just disgusting. Obsessed with sex. And he has already disclosed that he is obsessed with pornography and that he had an addiction to it. And if you do any science. I mean, go ahead, guys. Go into ChatGPT and just ask. Ask if you have a severe history of porn addiction, what's your future look like with it? How responsive are you to treatment? Not very. Oh, I love injustice deposition where they. The question was, do you use signal to communicate? You know that encrypted app that can delete your messages since the lawsuit? I do, yeah. Okay, so you just started using. You just started deleting your messages because you know that what you're talking about is incriminated before the lawsuit. No, since the lawsuit. Who have you used it to communicate with? Mostly my attorneys, the people that are the defendants and friends. Are you, like, that much of a nitwit that you just outed yourself and said that you've been deleting communication? Yeah. And we'll get into the birth scene. Basically, what they talked about was that the person who. Justin's friend who went ahead and just became the OB that Blake didn't know about was just straight up and down between face between her legs like you would in any pregnancy with visibility to her genitalia. Yeah. Nice and close. Completely, completely unprofessional. Then we have a message that I hadn't seen before. It is Blake texting someone. I'm not sure. It's redacted. They gave me and the baby Covid because they didn't tell me. I'D been exposed by multiple people because they were hoping I wouldn't test. And this time, after the lead producer showed me nude photos of his wife giving birth in a tub without any warning of what he wanted to show me, all I saw was boobs and vagina spread while I was eating my steak. It was alarming. Throw that in there. We have more about this completely inappropriate car ride where the driver is hearing Justin Baldoni say that he's basically graped women. Essayed women. Nice. Now we'll hear from another driver, I'm sure. Probably at trial or. I don't know. I. I think some people have fled their subpoenas and literally aren't going to be showing up for this trial because of their own psychological issues, and they want nothing to do. The do with this or court is really scary for a lot of people. I like this exchange from Alex Sachs where she says, man, people with power like her. Now this is when Blake's given the crackdown smackdown. I don't know. Are the only ones these guys won't combat. He took it. And then she's talking to somebody and they say, not a lot of options there. Yeah, finally someone fucking stands up to nasty pigs like this. I also really liked a statement by Blake that said that her character wasn't defined by abuse and it made sense to her to promote florals. It made sense to her to not just talk about dv, because you aren't defined by the DV you went through. You are defined by the life that you have survived and that you have earned. And it made sense to her to promote that. A healthy, happy concept of surviving this relationship. But the narrative that you've been seeing from. From the Wayfarer team, from Brian Friedman, from the smear campaign, is that she was immature and she was minimizing domestic violence. No, she was actually told not to talk about domestic violence. And she also thought it was kind of awesome not to talk about it, because in that sense, we saw the aftermath of a woman who's been through hell and back and how wonderful life can be. Enjoying the floral. Do you want to be defined by the abuse you went through forever? The narrative makes sense. Maybe ask every Epstein victim what they think of that. There was an interesting exchange from Ryan Reynolds and Liz Plank, you know, the prior podcast host with Justin Baldoni. And this is early on. This is April 2023. Ryan writes, I'm a little baffled by Mr. Baldoni. I would love any guidance at some point. And then Liz playing says, rats. Rats. I tried to warn Blake on the red flags, but was hoping he had gotten better. I'm on a shoot right now. Want me to call you after? Ryan said, sure, zero pressure. We can chat tomorrow and sigh in all caps. And Liz wrote, oh, I'm sorry. Ryan working on his set was truly one of the worst days of my life, but it's survivable and I'll help. Call me anytime. Tomorrow. Tomorrow. What does that tell you? His prior co host of his podcast despises him, Justin Baldoni. He invited people to Russian baths. He was staging the stage. He was having everyone hug and pray. He had an employee who was a pretend employee going around and trying to get people to join the Baha' I faith while filming this Hollywood movie. Is this like Scientology 2.5? Oh, we've got texts from Blake to Jenny where Jenny is just saying, I'm so sorry you're going through this. This is good. It's so truly confounding that they are desperate and greedy for the cheapest marks of fame and they're not worthy adversaries, but they keep worming their way into these horrid battles, like, what did you think would happen then? I didn't. Didn't they expect. Expect that you most likely have really great lawyers and that you yourself are incredibly smart and that they could never get away with that. They are such dipshits. Blake writes, I didn't even think about that. It's crazy how above reproach they feel. And that's how Blake talks. She said. It's like he said to me about his previous sexual encounters when we were in my car with Sophia and my security Kevin, who was so spooked that day, after he wanted a background check of Justin and made sure I was never alone with him, he said, have I always asked for consent? No. I always. No. Have I always listened when they say no? No, that's Justin Baldoni. And then Blake writes, people show you who they are. Believe them the first time. Oh, my gosh. Okay, this video is getting really long. We definitely have some draft apology mess messages from Justin that he sends to PR saying, like, oh, I'm so sorry, I'll do better. But he sends it to PR to just make sure that they sound like they're actually genuine when they're not fucking genuine. Okay? And then we go into all the shit. That Blake Lively basically wrote a letter to the court about her experience. It's like 270 pages. It names a lot of actors like Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Ryan Reynolds isn't there. But Especially Taylor Swift. So check out one of my short videos that I just. I'm gonna post tonight. And then there's some carousels on. On my Instagram. And everything about just the statements that Taylor Swift made. Taylor Swift did not like Justin Baldoni. And I know the Swifties are gonna have a rough time trying to wrap their head around that, but, you know, I've never been a Swifty, but I am a girls girl. And what Taylor said about Justin, I mean, just calling him, like, a little bitch with a violin. Yeah. I believe that somebody of Taylor Swift's notoriety and power and life experience. Yeah. Blake Lively was having a horrible time very, very early on with this guy and got into a commitment that she didn't want to get out of because she didn't want to ruin the salary of hundreds of people on cast and crew. I mean, there's so. This is so complex. I love the people that try to just, like, minimize this down to these little things. Things. But let's look at the big picture, guys. The big picture is that Justin Baldoni and Jamie Heath are really, really creepy and did things that no boss, no one in authority, no director. I don't care what job you're in, anybody in a supervisory role should be doing. And they were backed by Steve Surowitz, who constantly used his money to make threats, and it's all fucking disgusting. And then they had a lawyer who's being sued now for fucking with another case. His ethics are in question. So much is in question. And he's. And he's quite scared of that as well. But this whole team of these macho men thinking that they're just going to take down women. And that is why Blake Lively continues to fight this fight. We do have a hearing on Thursday, so not tomorrow, the day after. The hearing is going to be if the judge is going to say yes to the summary judgment. Baldoni wants this to end, right? So here's my prediction. Two days before, I think the judge is going to tell him to fuck off. And this is going to go to trial. Trial. We are going to have a trial, and I don't know how much we'll be able to witness it. I'm not a party to the matter. It'll be probably one of those things you see on Twitter as, like, some reporters are, like, updating it. But my guess is on Thursday, Justin Baldoni, his team, Brian Friedman, they're all going to hear that judge say, your evidence is lacking. You guys clearly are predators, and we will go to a jury trial. Anyway. Anyways. That was so long. Okay, so that was just today. I didn't cover the Taylor Swift. Look at my shorts. More shit to drop tomorrow. And I will try and get to that too. Okay. Good night, family and friends.
Host: Dr. Leslie Dobson
Episode: Behind the Scenes of the Lively-Baldoni Case: Truth About Coercive Control and Harassment
Date: January 21, 2026
In this episode, Dr. Leslie Dobson, a forensic psychologist with a no-nonsense approach, unpacks the explosive court case between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni. With the case documents freshly unsealed, she sifts through mountains of testimony and deposition excerpts, exposing the nuances of coercive control, sexual harassment, manipulation, and the blurred boundaries between power, abuse, and accountability on a Hollywood film set. Dr. Leslie maintains her signature tone — sharp, sarcastic, and darkly comedic — as she calls out the absurdities and horrors behind the headlines.
During filming, Blake and her newborn contracted COVID and RSV due to lack of transparency on set.
Blake had to be hospitalized with her infant — a situation highlighted in depositions.
Texts from Ryan Reynolds and Liz Plank reveal their concern for Blake, and prior warnings about Baldoni’s behavior.
Taylor Swift supported Blake, reportedly called Baldoni “a little bitch with a violin,” showing that even amongst high-powered circles, warnings and concerns spread quickly.
Dr. Leslie maintains a fierce, sarcastic voice, branding the ordeal as both “fucking disgusting” and darkly comedic in its absurdity and tragedy. She openly mocks defensive tactics, highlights institutional cowardice, and champions the women standing up to power, all while refusing to let listeners minimize the gravity or complexity of Hollywood’s abuse and accountability crisis.
This episode delivers an unvarnished, detailed breakdown of ongoing abuses, failures of power, and the courage it takes to stand up to entrenched, manipulative industry predators. Dr. Leslie makes clear that while the headlines may treat these stories as entertainment, the real impact is lived by survivors — and the reckoning, at last, appears to be at hand.
