Jasmin is a deputy principal at a primary school. She first discovered intermittent fasting in 2016 through Michael Mosley's documentary. Despite initial hesitations and trials with various diets, Jasmin committed to intermittent fasting in 2019, leading to significant weight loss and improved health.
