Jayne is an animal communicator. She began her fasting journey in January 2022, inspired by a friend who practiced the 16:8 fasting method. Despite not experiencing rapid weight loss, with only a 21-pound loss over 18 months, Jayne emphasizes the non-scale victories she has achieved, such as improved energy levels, reduced need for thyroid medication, and better overall health. She discusses the challenges of menopause, and the importance of mindset in her journey.
