Lexi is a stay-at-home mom. She did not struggle with her weight until after having her four boys. By 2018, she had reached her highest weight and joined a diet group. In the group, Lexi learned about Gin’s book, Delay, Don’t Deny. She read it and immediately began her IF journey. Lexi has found that ADF (alternate day fasting) works best for her body.

Lexi has lost almost twenty pounds, sleeps better, is sick less often, and her relationship with food has been healed.
