The United States will come to an end. That's clear from Scripture. But how and when will that happen? Hey listen, as we get into this topic right now, which obviously to any American sounds atrocious, I'm addressing this from a biblical worldview, from Scripture itself, the Bible's crystal clear. It teaches that throughout Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation, there are various nations that are mentioned in the Bible that have been, that are and that will be throughout God's prophetic time work. There's just no doubt about it. When you think about, for example, the remarkable events of what was Russia and then it became the Soviet Union and then now it's back to Russia. How, how does that play into the Bible? Book of Ezekiel, chapter 38 doesn't address the Soviet Union. It addresses the people of Rosh, Meshech and Tubal, which is today Russia. That said, the Bible makes it very clear that in Old and New Testament there is the rise or there's the persistence of the nation of Egypt, for example. The Bible talks about the continuation of even into the millennium of the region of Jordan and other nations, of course, and Arabia mentioned in the Bible. But what is the most affluent nation that has ever existed. United States of America. What is the most militarily powerful nation that has ever existed in the history of man? The United States of America. What is a nation that has had the greatest Christian or faith based liberties and freedoms for all people, even atheists? The United States of America. What nation on the face of the earth broke what is known as the divine rights of the kings? But the United States of America, where it is we the people. All of these wonderful things that we're talking about that makes the United States great, powerful, affluent, strongest military, most free people, the most industrious, the most creative people who for example, hold the most patents in the world are Americans. How can we be removed from off of the prophetic map, as it were? And yet that's exactly what history tells us. The question is, you cannot find America anywhere in the Bible. Now there's going to be some people that are going to give their little arguments about Tarshish and the young lions thereof and all these kinds of. There's no support for that whatsoever, only pure speculation. Let's go with the facts. Because the single one crowning nation of all time, both past, present and future revealed in the Bible. You got it. It's the country the size of New Jersey. You got it. It's a country that is existing in the most hostile neighborhood in the world. You got it. It's the nation that was a nation for thousands of years and then ceased to be a nation. And those citizens of the nation were driven by God's judgment to the ends of the earth. And it's that same nation who God said that at the end of time I will bring them back into their land and when I bring them back, they will be coming back in unbelief. Yes, you got it. It's the nation of Israel. Remarkable. Awesome, right? But think about this. The the United States, I believe is clear from scripture that we had a Judeo Christian worldview establishment that's clear from our nation's history. We don't have to guess that. We can just read our original documents. No other nation in the world has ever done that. And what kind of a country throughout the history of man has ever stopped to say what is it about the biblical standards that would be beneficial to creating a nation, but our Founding Fathers. And when I say our founding Fathers, I'm talking about also not only the Founding Fathers that you and I are acquainted with, but I'm talking about the Founding Fathers who our founding fathers said were the original Founding Fathers. Who were they? They were those that ridden upon or came across the seas on that old wooden ship, the Mayflower. Talking about the Mayflower Compact. And right there, if you've never read it, I'd love for you to pause this podcast right now and go and read the two paragraphs of the Mayflower Compact to see if you can answer this question. Was America founded upon a Judeo Christian biblical worldview? The answer is absolutely yes. I guess what I'm saying to all of you today is that America is an anomaly. It is a miracle. It is something that God did to serve various purposes. But what happens to a nation that has finished its course for its purpose? For example, And I guess I'm on this team. I'm not guessing. I'm on this team. I am on this team because I was born and raised in Southern California. I'm coming to you right now from the wonderful city of Huntington Beach. But the things that God has given us as a nation are truly awesome and God has blessed this country. But what happens, according to the Bible, when a country has either finished its use to God or number two disqualifies its use for God? The Bible tells us, happy is the nation whose God is the Lord. Let me ask you this question. Is America happy? Are we rich? Technically, we're not. Hate to burst your bubble, but did you know that the United States citizen is actually the most indebted individual on the face of the planet? For example, if you live in communist China, you, you don't owe anything to the country. You're debt free, the country owns you. If you live in some other socialistic nation, for example, places like, in some ways, Germany is a socialistic country, Italy is a socialistic country. There are socialistic countries where people are not in debt because the government is their provider. That's not true for a constitutional republic. What a lot of Americans do not realize is that we are not a democracy. We are a constitutional republic. And that's where we get that three word phrase, we the people. But what happens when we the people forget God and the laws of nature and of the of God's provision? What if we forget about God? Did you know that our early government leaders saw to it that our money, our currency, would be embossed and with a couple or three important statements. In God we trust. For in God we trust is embossed on our currency because they were afraid that our affluence would cause us to forget who God is. And so we have this beautiful statement. But let me ask you, even in light of those reminders, even in light of the fact that when you and I go to a football game or a baseball game, do we not stand up and take our hats off and we all sing the national anthem and we hear the Pledge of Allegiance and we talk about a free people in the home of the brave. Is that still true? I don't know. But I will tell you this. America is showing the evidence of having forgotten God. Right now we look to our political or our military leaders to get us out of our troubles. But who do they look to? Are we trusting in certain political parties, our candidates, our congressmen or senators or presidents or the military to get us through our problems? Are we trusting in our currency to get us through to the end? Listen, many Americans today are trusting their retirement account more than they're trusting God. And yet our retirement account cannot be what God is to us. And the remarkable fact of the matter is that in one moment, our economic stability and our economic foundations could crumble because we are a people that are profoundly in debt. For example, when I said earlier that we as a people, as Americans, we are the poorest people in the world, and I mean that we are the most in debt. For example, take the test. Your home, do you own it? Do you have the deed to your house? Do you have the pink slip to your vehicles? Do you have the pink slip to your cars, airplanes, your boats? Do you have the pink slip to those things? Do you own those things? See, in our culture, in the way that our economy works, we can acquire all kinds of things whereby we seek to establish our identity by the size of our home, the location of where we live, our zip code, or the car that we drive. And in reality, the truth of the matter is we don't own any of those things. In fact, you know all the fine print you had to read, which you didn't read, but you signed the contract anyway, that said, at any time the bank who owns your home could default or call your loan and take your property from you. You never thought about that, right? Nobody pointed that out when they were selling you that house or that car or that airplane or that boat. But it's there that said, the average American is in debt to hundreds of thousands of dollars that you need. I need to pay if called upon now. And if you can't pay that, you go into what used to be called debtors prison. You would go to jail because you couldn't pay off your loan or your debt. But the man in Africa today, or the man in South America, in the Amazon, we think he's a poor Ignorant barbarian. But he owns his spear, he owns his hut and he owns his bed, and he owns his boat that he travels up and down on the Amazon. That said, are we looking at the end of America right now? The United States with all of its military might and power, and God bless our troops, we are deployed to the Middle east. And at the time of this recording, we'll see what happens. Iran is asking that we can gather together and have peace talks with President Trump. And you know, listen, Trump has put that out there a few times, the IRCG has put that out there a few times. But there's two opposing worldviews, folks. We think from the Western worldview that America has been successful in this war in Iran and now it's time to seek peace. The Islamic world, in the irgc, in Islam, they view it this way. Anybody who asks for a peace deal is surrendering. That's what they believe. Doesn't matter what you believe, that's what they believe. Or if they say, hey, you guys want to meet and talk about peace? Which is what they just did yesterday or the day before, and if America or any nation says, yes, we do, they believe that they offered you the opportunity to surrender and if you're going to come and make peace, you are surrendering. You say, yeah, but Jack, that's not how it's shaken out. Listen, you don't know how it's shaken out because we have two opposite polarized worldviews of how things are seen. The United States has got an expiration date on it. According to the Bible, there is soon going to come a time that we see in Ezekiel chapter 38, when Israel will come under attack by Russia and Persia and Libya and Sudan. And we think Turkey is involved in that. And it's going to be about a five nation coalition that will come and attack Israel. And all the nations of the world will ask, why are you doing this? Nobody intervenes, nobody gets involved. There's no mention of any war. God takes care of it. Why will God have to take care of it for Israel? Because there'll be no intervention. Which implies there is either a distracted United States, a different belief, political party system regarding Israel to abandon Israel, or America will be so depleted that it won't have any ability to respond. We also know this from the book of Zechariah, that all nations of the world will turn against Israel in the last days leading up to the tribulation period. My point is this, that America in her affluence has forgotten God. We've got Politicians and political parties. We've got educational institutions and systems making it a point not only not to mention God, but to make sure that God is nowhere in our information or our curriculum. And so God has been erased. You say, Jack, you're being harsh. In the United States, where our founding fathers and our Pilgrim fathers displayed the word of God, displayed, for example, the Ten Commandments, our nation's government, state by state, has removed the Ten Commandments. Now some states have tried to get them back in and some states have succeeded, but it doesn't matter if you post them or not. That's fine if you do, and I think they should be posted. But will they be obeyed? Will they be sought after? That comes from the heart. And so we're in a very, very serious crossroads here in the United states on its 250th birthday year. What will we decide? What road will we choose to take? Number one, will the Christian obey God and insert themselves, as Jeremiah 29:7 says and Proverbs 29:2 says, Will every American citizen who's a Christian insert themselves into the local politics of their community to make a difference, to be salt and light, recognizing clearly that the kingdoms of this world are temporary and fleeting and all of them will answer before God in the end, we the believer represent actually the eternal kingdom in the here and now. We are not going to Christianize California and we're not going to Christianize any other state. We're not going to Christianize the United States of America. We don't intend to, nor should we. But the fact of the matter is we are to shine the light of what is right and what is true and stop being silent and stop being quiet. And this is where the pastors come in over America's churches. I believe it can easily be argued from the Bible, both Old and New Testament, that every situation of every political hero that you and I know of in the Bible, all of them dealt with or ministered to the political leaders of their day. Every single one of them, including Jesus, dealt with political issues of the day. Jesus said, whose coin is this? Whose inscription is on it? And the people shouted, Caesar. And Jesus said, render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's and to God the things that are God's. That was a political response by Jesus Christ from the authority of the religious realm, of the faith based realm. David ministered as king. That's politics. Jeremiah spoke to a Godless nation having forgotten God, and he spoke to the evil king of the nation. That's getting involved in politics. Ezekiel was Involved in politics. Isaiah was a friend and counselor to King Uzziah. Friend, listen. Any pastor that today says we should not get involved, nor should I inform my people of evil that is approaching through the school board or through the PTA or through my county or city or state government. Any pastor who does not address those things is an idle shepherd. A pastor disengaged from warning his flock that there are those in Sacramento or in your nation's capital or in all of the capitals of these 50 states that are implementing or legislating the robbery of parental rights and the sexual abuse and mind abuse of your children in public school. If a pastor doesn't blow the trumpet of warning, then he is actually encouraging by his silence the this act of evil. By him being silent, he is giving approval to what is advancing in the darkness. It is a time, if there is any hope for America, it's spiritual. The nation will fail. The nation will crumble. The United States of America will go away from off the influence of the world scene. We don't know when, but we see the hints and we see the warning signs. Regardless, what are we going to do right now, today to the pastors? What will they say? Will pastors encourage their people who will be 18 years of age at the time of this next election, to get involved and vote as close as possible a biblical worldview candidate into office. From local mayor to governors to presidents, will they get involved? Or will they be so holy and so removed in a monastic way that we would never dare get our hands dirty by getting involved in politics or talking about it? Which is exactly the practice and limp wristed policy that got this nation into the morass that it's in right now. Listen, every pastor, by his very way of teaching the word of God and exhorting his people with instruction and with the challenge to go live out the word will create people in the congregation just like him. You will become like your teachers. And so I want to challenge you today from this paradise of a location in my look, the way that I view things, to me, growing up, spending my listen up and down this beach that's behind me. I ran up and down these beaches from the time I was seven years old. Right here behind me, to me, this is the picture of freedom. It's these beaches that Gavin Newsom said during COVID you can't go out in the sunshine. You cannot. You can stand for a limited period of time, but you can't sit down. And right by that pier, a surfer was arrested for surfing and he even had a mask on while he was surfing and he was arrested because the governor had shut down the beach. That's anti freedom. That's insanity. So what government will you allow yourself to be governed under until Christ comes and takes us away? Will it be the rule of a few called a democracy? Or will it be a rule of the people in a republic? The choice is yours. But know this, we are to do everything that's right, speak up for what's right and do the right thing. Because we're running out of time. Soon we're going to go see Jesus, but in the meantime we need to prepare by doing the right thing. And don't shed a tear that someday America will vanish from the world scene of influence because your citizenship, if you're a believer, is in heaven. I love this country and I will fight for this country, all the while knowing that this country, based upon its relationship with God, will determine how long it exists. Will America See a 251st year or a 252nd year? I don't know. I don't know. Because happy is the nation whose God is the Lord. And if America does not turn back to God, then there's no guarantee that there will ever exist or continue on to be an America. May God have mercy on his pastors in America. May God have mercy on his churches. But may God do that mercy by sending and us profound revival. That's what we pray for. I trust that's what you're praying for. But my dear friend, remember we have told you for years, do not allow yourself to become a spectator Christian. Because newsflash, there are no such things as spectator Christians. Amen.
