I love my phone, but not my carrier.
Annie Letterman
What do I do? Well, there are 250 reasons to join T Mobile. Like what? You can keep your phone and your number and T Mobile helps pay it off up to $800 per line. So I wouldn't have to buy a new phone?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Yep.
Annie Letterman

Annie Letterman
When you're Jeff Lewis, the drama never stops.
Jeff Lewis
This is our love language. We terrorize each other.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Right?
Jeff Lewis
You're the villain, you're now the villain. Yeah, same girl. But that's kind of the deal. You come on here, you get made fun of, right? Uh, yeah.
Annie Letterman
Jeff Lewis has issues.
Jeff Lewis
Hey, welcome to Jeff Lewis has Issues. In today's episode, Annie Letterman and Justin Sylvester join the show. We talk about blow up dolls skin taping and the return of a former employee. Annie, how are you?
Annie Letterman
I'm good. How are you?
Justin Sylvester
Good.
Jeff Lewis
I have to tell you, I love your hair today. I love it. Pull back.
Annie Letterman
Thank you.
Jeff Lewis
You have such a pretty face.
Annie Letterman
Thank you.
Jeff Lewis
And it. I. I don't think I've ever seen you in a ponytail.
Annie Letterman
Only, only gay men say this to me.
Jeff Lewis
Really?
Annie Letterman
That. Yeah. Straight men like my face just down in the pillow. They like a ponytail to yank it back up, you know.
Jeff Lewis
But I think. No, I think you look very, very nice.
Annie Letterman
Thank you guys.
Jeff Lewis
All right, so we received. Well, I received a text from my ex, now engaged to my ex.
Justin Sylvester
Do not say we. You received a text?
Jeff Lewis
Justin received a text.
Annie Letterman
Okay.
Jeff Lewis
It says Gage and I are fine. Our household is fine. Please put sunscreen on Monroe this time at Pelican. Oh wow. So I guess that's shady. I. I put. We put so much sunscreen on that kid. She's out all day long.
Annie Letterman
Why wouldn't it be? We're sorry to hear about your afib. We're worried about your heart.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, then it says the three us should be sitting down in co parenting therapy. No thank you.
Justin Sylvester
No thanks.
Jeff Lewis
Why don't you worry about your own kid? Oh, don't worry about my kid. Worry about your own kid.
Justin Sylvester
I think we need to go to commercial. Give me my commercial.
Annie Letterman
By the way. Yeah, My exes don't have my phone number anymore. If they tried to call me, it would be.
Justin Sylvester
He must be a Scorpio. Is he?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
He.
Jeff Lewis
December, November. I forgot.
Annie Letterman
I'm gonna be. Do you think maybe. Did he see your sunburn and was like, maybe if he's not handling Shane's.
Shane
I can sunscreen myself.
Annie Letterman
Well, obviously not.
Justin Sylvester
Right?
Shane
Except for last.
Justin Sylvester
I know, I know.
Jeff Lewis
To put sunscreen on my kid.
Shane
You know, whatever.
Annie Letterman
Yeah, yeah, I know what you mean.
Jeff Lewis
Why are you laughing over there? And I don't want to do co parenting because those two are just gonna blame me for everything.
Shane
Yeah, okay, you swiped and he swiped back, but. Well, it sounds like Scott's more open to a conversation than anyone else now.
Annie Letterman
Wait, so okay, wait. Both of your exes are together?
Justin Sylvester
Oh shit.
Annie Letterman
Very nice of you, little yenta. And then that happened how soon after you broke up with them?
Jeff Lewis
We were trying to figure this out. I think it was like three. Was it three years ago?
Shane
Okay, so yeah, probably. I think, I think three and a half years ago they got together and that was. And how long after you had broken up with Scott did that happen?
Jeff Lewis
I used to. Very much. Well, first of all, obviously I was pissed initially, right? Then after a while I came around and thought, you know, he's good to my kid and he does love my kids. So I came around to that. But I honestly, in all honesty, do not think that Monroe is happy there. Okay, so it is. What? From feedback from talking to her. I think there's a lot of issues going on and that could just be a tense, unhappy household. I don't know. But I don't believe that my child is entirely happy there. Now what I did find out last night during the fireside chat. Get ready for the sound bite, please. Is that my ex nanny Lisa is back.
Justin Sylvester
Wait, the nanny you don't like?
Jeff Lewis
Uh huh. The one that I fired?
Justin Sylvester
Did you guys make a, like a decision that you guys were not going to use her anymore?
Jeff Lewis
I'm going to tell you about this. It is the most fucked up situation. This woman hated Gage to the point where when I was suing him, she was going to be a witness Testifying against him and all of the things that he has done and said to my daughter. Now I fire her for cause. Now, I can't say specifically why, but I've had many reasons, many reasons why I let her go. Some are concerning to the point where I don't want her around my child at all. Period.
Annie Letterman
Yes.
Jeff Lewis
So I tried to communicate that with him because I heard that he was reached out and was talking to her and was potentially going to hire her. So I tried to reach him. He would not hear it. He would not hear it. I had my attorney call. He would not take my attorney's call. He still to this day, does not know why she was fired. And he's still hiring her. Now, I said to Monroe, I go, wait a minute. I go, we haven't heard from her in a while. And I go, months, right? And she goes, yeah. And I go. But now she's back. Interesting, because as of the last seven days, I refused to pay his attorney's fees. I believe this is retaliatory.
Annie Letterman
Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
Now, where she's fucking crazy is that I'm. Now, I've already called my attorney. I've already called a therapist. I've already called the Minors Council. If I can file a restraining order against her, I will. And it will be so damn public that anywhere she walks, people are going to see her and look at her for who she is.
Annie Letterman
Right.
Jeff Lewis
Why she's messing with this, I have no idea.
Annie Letterman
Why would she still be in this world,
Justin Sylvester
Lisa?
Jeff Lewis
Nuts.
Justin Sylvester
Lisa, I don't know you. And I'm trying.
Jeff Lewis
She's listening.
Justin Sylvester
Lisa, I'm trying to do you a favor here, because I've seen. Give me some music. Lisa. There's many a job. There are many jobs in Los Angeles. Don't do this, baby. Do not do this. You do not want to get mixed and involved in this. There are so many emotions. There are so many other things. Don't do this to yourself. Save yourself, Lisa. Don't do it.
Jeff Lewis
Thank you, Justin. Hopefully she listens today.
Justin Sylvester
Hopefully.
Jeff Lewis
Because I'm about to create a mess of problems.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, you have written out for Lisa.
Jeff Lewis
And I'm doing this just so the listeners know. Again, I can't get specific. I am doing this to protect my child.
Annie Letterman
Yeah.
Justin Sylvester
And Lisa knows why she was let go from your employment.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, she knows.
Annie Letterman
It's so crazy to still be around. Get out of here.
Jeff Lewis
After. This is the guy you disliked. You were gonna testify against him. Now you're working for him. It's. This is insane.
Annie Letterman
Well, why yeah, he shouldn't be allowed to hire her too. It's like all the people in the world.
Jeff Lewis
Well, I'm going to. Yeah, that's. We're going to. I'm going to see what I can do now. You think you have attorney's fees now, Gage? Okay, hold a minute.
Justin Sylvester
Hold a minute. I came here three weeks ago and everybody was like, yeah, the co parenting great. We don't use that app anymore. We just text one another. Mercury isn't retrograde. That bitch is holding a machete. Please, you guys, I know. Let's not talk about this until after the retrograde is over. I'm telling you, it's a retrograde like I have never seen before.
Annie Letterman
And when is it over?
Justin Sylvester
Fuck do I know? 2027. At this point, it's wild.
Jeff Lewis
Okay, now the good news is Thursday, we're gonna pivot a little bit.
Annie Letterman
Okay, Thursday. Soon. Okay.
Jeff Lewis
I'm happy that you are getting along so well with your mother.
Annie Letterman
No, I actually think she's a bit. She's just here with me. No, I'm just kidding. Now we're doing great.
Jeff Lewis
Abby is here.
Annie Letterman
Abby.
Justin Sylvester
She was lovely.
Annie Letterman
Isn't she so cute.
Jeff Lewis
Where's she from, Charming?
Annie Letterman
Philadelphia. Well, she's from New York originally.
Justin Sylvester
The loveliest thing. And she goes. Jeff. Excuse me. My favorite thing this morning. I don't know who you are. What did you. What was the show were you on? Bitch.
Jeff Lewis
She said she recognized me, she just
Justin Sylvester
couldn't remember where I loved it.
Annie Letterman
Isn't that cute? Well, she doesn't know much, you know, but she knows faces, so she freaks out.
Justin Sylvester
It was incredible.
Jeff Lewis
Now you just went on a road trip with her.
Annie Letterman
We did. We went. So I. I got a gig in Arizona last minute and I have an aunt and uncle who both have dementia, but no one's, like, around them, so they just started exhibiting these. These signs and they're just cuckoo. Alone in their house. It is a absolute living nightmare. So we've been needing to go out there to see them as my dad who just passed away sister. And so my mom flew out and it was my birthday yesterday. So my mom's like, I'll fly out. We'll be together. So then she flew to Arizona and then we drove back. It was really fun. Or the Tesla drove us, so it was fun.
Jeff Lewis
That's a pretty ring. Is that your engagement ring?
Annie Letterman
Yeah, it's my engagement ring.
Jeff Lewis
It's really pretty. Are you writing the oscillates?
Annie Letterman
It goes back and forth.
Jeff Lewis
I really like it. So it's emerald with Diamonds around it.
Annie Letterman
Well, when I. My first time I came on, I was explaining to her, I said, the emerald is my great great aunts. And then these are diamonds around are my. My mother in law's.
Jeff Lewis
It's my A fib. I'm sorry.
Annie Letterman
No, no, no. It was funny though because you went, so your fiance paid $0 for it. I went, that's actually good point.
Jeff Lewis
No, that's not something.
Justin Sylvester
No, not me.
Jeff Lewis
But afib causes memory loss, I think.
Shane
Oh, I've heard that.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, yeah.
Shane
Because of the heartbeat.
Annie Letterman
Your heart is. Listen, I don't think it's your fault that your heart's doing this.
Shane
Whose fault is that?
Annie Letterman
The evil nanny's back.
Justin Sylvester
By the way. She probably. If you had that heart monitor on today, it would have. The doctor would have been here in two seconds.
Annie Letterman
There's no more copain.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, yes. The ambulance would have been here the minute you got back to the hospital.
Jeff Lewis
Do you think they're the cause of my heart issues?
Annie Letterman
I think we should blame others. Yes.
Jeff Lewis
I have been. You know what? I was thinking about this this morning. I have been very edgy and defensive and confrontational lately, just over the last few months. I'm very concerned about my daughter. Very concerned. Things that she repeats, things that she says. I'm very worried about her.
Annie Letterman
Well, that's gotta be so tough when you are just. You can't be around her all the time. So you have no clue what's going on.
Jeff Lewis
They're very strict over there. Well, at least one of them is very, very strict. Unreasonably strict and almost cruel. She told me that the TV was taken away. And I go, why did, why did he take the TV away? She goes, he told me that I'm better behaved when I don't watch tv. I said, so you never actually did anything wrong? She goes, no.
Justin Sylvester
Now let me ask you a question.
Jeff Lewis
It's just un. It's just unnecessary.
Annie Letterman
Yeah, yeah.
Justin Sylvester
Have you guys had that conversation before? Will he sit with you and talk about those?
Jeff Lewis
Everyone else's fault. It's everyone else's fault. It is a waste. It is a waste of time. You know those people.
Justin Sylvester
Yeah, yeah.
Jeff Lewis
Like, like Kendra, for example. That they'll never, ever, ever see any other perspective but their own crazy, fucked up narrative. That's him. It is useless to. That's why I even said. I go, because the co parenting counselor called me. She goes, he. He would like to sit down with you. I go, it is a waste of my time. And by the way, he's going to complain about which, by the way, I don't have the same experience. She's lovely at my home. Yeah, lovely.
Justin Sylvester
Is she acting?
Jeff Lewis
Because she's fucking miserable over there.
Justin Sylvester
What about Scott? Is he maybe the middle ground between.
Jeff Lewis
I don't know, between the beach and Gay Pride? I don't know. I don't know if he's available.
Annie Letterman
He's fallen into a sinkhole. Is that what you're saying?
Justin Sylvester
You're afib. Remember your afib?
Jeff Lewis
Yes. Oh, yeah.
Annie Letterman
How long have your ex has been
Shane
a couple, three years or so.
Annie Letterman
Yeah, that is really.
Shane
Is that weird?
Annie Letterman
Fucked up because I had two exes who started doing, like, sketches together and I was like, I'm not comfortable with this. Yeah, you're a sketch group now.
Jeff Lewis
But I mean, look, you're looking at two people, clearly. You know, it's like trauma, hate bonding.
Annie Letterman
Right, of course.
Jeff Lewis
I mean, does that. Does something like that ever have a future? No.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, I'm not even mad at that. I'm mad at Lisa trying to get in the mix.
Jeff Lewis
Like, I don't know who's crazier. Probably me.
Justin Sylvester
I'm happy you said it before I did.
Annie Letterman
Well, just a lot orbiting around you.
Jeff Lewis
It's like, guys, bitch, you need some sage.
Justin Sylvester
Just put it right.
Jeff Lewis
You do that every morning, don't you?
Annie Letterman
I do, I do. I light sweetgrass.
Jeff Lewis
I need to light some sweet. I probably catch the house on fire
Justin Sylvester
coming over to your house. I'm going to light it.
Shane
Don't light anything.
Justin Sylvester
Don't get anywhere near that place.
Annie Letterman
No fire.
Justin Sylvester
Do not.
Jeff Lewis
Imagine if you just burned that place down.
Justin Sylvester
No. Imagine if you caught a fire.
Jeff Lewis
I have really good insurance, though. I learned from those Palisades fires.
Justin Sylvester
You better have good insurance.
Jeff Lewis
I'll be in better shape if that house burns down.
Shane
Don't tell Patrick.
Justin Sylvester
I'm sorry. I just saw your neighbor run his car into a home. You better have good insurance. No, that's the second one I've seen in that neighborhood.
Jeff Lewis
It's probably the same guy.
Justin Sylvester
It is probably the same guy.
Jeff Lewis
This older man in the neighborhood who should not have his license.
Annie Letterman
This is my aunt and uncle, by the way.
Jeff Lewis
You know, his parents are going to have. His kids are going to step in and take his license in his car. Yeah, he was driving down my street. He hit the accelerator instead of the brake, went. And this is a. These are big properties. Like, he went all the way up the front yard, like, up the lawn.
Justin Sylvester
It was like a slope.
Jeff Lewis
A slope goes all the way up the slope and smashes into the neighbor's car that's in the driveway up at the house.
Justin Sylvester
And he looks like the old man in the poltergeist. Yeah, like he is old. Yes, I thought he was because he was.
Annie Letterman
Just kept pushing the gas. Think he was the brain. He kept going and going and going. I know, it's so tough. So my aunt, when we went there, she has. She's lost her purse, so now she uses her underwear. She puts all of her stuff in her underwear. So she's just like, pulling passports out of, like, her.
Jeff Lewis
Basically, I'm like, auntie, wait, I'm sorry, what? She's leaving her identification. Everything is, like, in her underwear.
Annie Letterman
She said my. My uncle won't be able to get it there.
Justin Sylvester
Are you writing this movie?
Annie Letterman
She's so funny.
Justin Sylvester
Are you writing. Are you writing this movie?
Jeff Lewis
You have to write such a bad place to put it because I. I've left my wallet in an Uber. I've left my phone in Uber. If it was in my underwear, I wouldn't have left it.
Annie Letterman
In a way, the Lord gave women a wallet. We kind of came with our own little pouch. Yeah, you guys would have to go in the. You know.
Jeff Lewis
How long do you think it's going to take for pubic hair to grow back? Actually, now that I think about it.
Justin Sylvester
Oh.
Annie Letterman
Oh, for the shavings.
Justin Sylvester
Yeah.
Shane
Like weeks.
Jeff Lewis
It's going to look weird.
Annie Letterman
It's going to make your dick look a little bigger, though.
Jeff Lewis
Do you think?
Annie Letterman
Yeah, when you shave, the pubes gives you.
Justin Sylvester
Shane, grab the razor.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, poor Shane has empathy fatigue already.
Justin Sylvester
Shane, we have work to do.
Jeff Lewis
You thought we were good. We were through it because we went through the whole, you know, spinal surgery together, but.
Shane
Poor guy, years of appointments. I did have some PTSD hearing that hold music from Cedars yesterday.
Justin Sylvester
Let me ask you a question. How bad of a patient are we talking is?
Shane
I think for this you'll be okay.
Jeff Lewis
I was very focused yesterday. Did you notice that? I didn't make jokes I didn't like? I was very focused.
Shane
He doesn't normally stay focused and take these kind of things seriously, but for some reason, yesterday, you were, you know, so.
Annie Letterman
So this is concierge or. No, you have like, a whole separate or. This is actually.
Jeff Lewis
I went to Doug's. Doug's cardiologist at Cedars.
Annie Letterman
Okay.
Jeff Lewis
But now I have to go to that ablation guy.
Shane
Yeah, the other.
Jeff Lewis
There's another doctor.
Annie Letterman
He's black and Asian.
Jeff Lewis
That's exactly what Xiao Ying said.
Annie Letterman
Oh, did she say it on the earlier one?
Jeff Lewis
I hope so. But no, I think he's probably a white guy. Oh, I'll bring lens wipes.
Shane
He's white.
Justin Sylvester
Yeah, you should totally.
Jeff Lewis
You're still pissed about the lens wipes?
Justin Sylvester
Fucking pissed about.
Jeff Lewis
You want another one?
Justin Sylvester
You know what? I'll take another one.
Annie Letterman
You can have mine. Oh, my God. Wait. This is me being an ally. You can have my wife, Justin. A white woman.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, my God. You gave her one when she walked in.
Jeff Lewis
So, Justin, how many lens wipes do you have now?
Justin Sylvester
Oh, I have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
Annie Letterman
Now, that was me posting a picture.
Jeff Lewis
Like, I don't want to hear you
Shane
bitching and moaning when we're out.
Justin Sylvester
That's what.
Jeff Lewis
That's just all I don't want to hear. Mark my words, listeners of Jeff Lewis life. He's going to be bitching and moaning. I'm going to say you gave them
Shane
all to your friends.
Jeff Lewis
Can I say something, though?
Annie Letterman
Jameson? You're so well put together and you're. You never have a smudge on your glasses. So it is like, you are obviously, like, feeding yourself first and that's what you're supposed to do, but it's still, like, a little disrespectful when I have fingerprints all over my face.
Jeff Lewis
I was trying to protect you because you were clearly profiling.
Shane
And go post a black square on Instagram.
Justin Sylvester
Yeah, yeah, go do that.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, I was trying to protect you. That's so kind of you.
Shane
Thank you.
Jeff Lewis
I don't need your protection. And I don't need yours.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
I don't.
Jeff Lewis
Now, when you're traveling with your mom, you obviously are sleeping in the same room.
Annie Letterman
Yes.
Jeff Lewis
Are you seeing each other naked?
Annie Letterman
I'm fully naked around my mom all the time. And that was one of the gifts of my dad dying is I can be naked in her apartment now.
Justin Sylvester
Do you feel that? It's. That's not weird.
Annie Letterman
We were a naked family. We were a naked family.
Jeff Lewis
We're not a naked family.
Annie Letterman
My. My mom was. Yeah, I saw my mom naked quite a bit as a kid.
Jeff Lewis
And when did you discover that your nipples are identical, you and your mom?
Annie Letterman
Oh, they are. They are similar. How do you hers are in different areas?
Jeff Lewis
Because Kian gets the most random information.
Annie Letterman
I did. Oh, my God. It's so cute that you have to just listen to all of our nonsense.
Jeff Lewis
What I do want to talk to Abby about, though, is hers aren't pierced, though. Retirement community. She lives in a retirement.
Annie Letterman
Oh, it's the most fun I've ever had.
Jeff Lewis
It looks so much fun.
Annie Letterman
It's in Jersey.
Justin Sylvester
Let me let you know something. It's Disneyland for adults.
Annie Letterman
It's so fun. They all have syphilis, by the way. They're all banging my mom.
Justin Sylvester
It's like the biggest deal. It's like the biggest deal there. They all have chlamydia.
Jeff Lewis
Not Abby, though.
Annie Letterman
Not yet. Daddy's warm. Daddy's warm.
Justin Sylvester
You said it, not me. Those ashes are still smoking.
Annie Letterman
Listen, we're still spreading the ashes. She can't spread the legs yet. We got to spread the ashes on the legs. I'm kidding.
Jeff Lewis
Audience, Tell me about the retirement community. How long has Abby lived there?
Annie Letterman
Okay, so they moved in about a year ago. And then my dad went into the hospital, and we thought he was going to die. Then we were, like, worried about it, and it would have sucked because my mom's a lot younger than everyone. My mom's like, not only is she younger than everyone at the retirement community because my dad was 10 years older, but she's. She just is younger than her age. She's very sturdy and cool, and so she wasn't, like, into it. Like, she was just like, God, I'm with a bunch of really freaking old people. And then if my dad had died, then she would have hated it. But then he lived another eight months, so then she got, like, all of her friends.
Jeff Lewis
That's great.
Annie Letterman
And now she's got all these widow friends. But it's fun. We do the exercise classes with everyone.
Jeff Lewis
Yoga in a chair.
Annie Letterman
They have chair yoga.
Jeff Lewis
I need to do that with my afib.
Shane
He's a regular.
Justin Sylvester
He's a regular.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, he's gonna die. Can I get a handicap placard?
Annie Letterman
Yeah, you should.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, my God.
Jeff Lewis
I can't walk that long.
Shane
I think you. You could because. Yeah, you can't walk.
Annie Letterman
But aren't you, like, dropped off?
Justin Sylvester
He already has. Are you driving that placard?
Jeff Lewis
I'm driving.
Annie Letterman
Oh, you drive? Really?
Shane
What are you.
Jeff Lewis
What do you mean, do I drive?
Justin Sylvester
By the way, that is the second time I said the same thing.
Annie Letterman
I want you driven. I don't like this.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Why?
Annie Letterman
I don't want you to have to do anything.
Justin Sylvester
See, there I am.
Annie Letterman
Oh, my God. Jeff.
Jeff Lewis
No, this is my mom in there.
Annie Letterman
How funny is that?
Justin Sylvester
By the way, you're so lucky that you don't have to worry about your mom, because now that she is the hottest piece in that New Jersey retirement.
Annie Letterman
No, she's so much younger.
Shane
You're gonna get a new daddy. Like.
Annie Letterman
Well, my mom has always been.
Jeff Lewis
Let's be respectful of Abby, though, she is here today.
Annie Letterman
She's. Listen, she. My mom has always been getting hit on. She'd been married to my dad my whole life. She's always been getting hit on by men. And she doesn't like wearing makeup.
Jeff Lewis
She doesn't try like that, but are coming for her.
Justin Sylvester
I'm telling you, they're coming for her. I worry about people who, like, she's been married for 53 years. Like, she probably wouldn't even know where to start making new friends or finding somebody. But the fact that she has a built in community and she's the youngest one there.
Jeff Lewis
Do they have karaoke?
Annie Letterman
I don't know. They have like. I did an origami class. I did an origami class. That was fun.
Justin Sylvester
You know what they have? Oh, I bet those old Betty's play some serious mahjong.
Jeff Lewis
Mahjong.
Annie Letterman
Oh, they do play mahjong. I don't know.
Justin Sylvester
I know they play some serious mahjong.
Annie Letterman
Listen, we're doing. We're doing water aerobics. We're doing zumba. It's so fun.
Jeff Lewis
You know who would love it? Doug. Oh, Pottery making. All the things he's interested in.
Shane
He should live in one of those.
Jeff Lewis
You know what? It just occurred to you.
Justin Sylvester
No. He should be a cruise director.
Shane
He should be like a president of, like a retirement community.
Annie Letterman
Also, by the way, you don't have to park. Well, you can park like shit. You can. You don't have to worry. There's no pressure.
Jeff Lewis
We have a lot of chumps that park terribly here.
Shane
We should have like a chump retirement home or just like, even if you're young, you just want to like.
Jeff Lewis
Is there a gay retirement home?
Annie Letterman
There's definitely called Palm Springs.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, okay. Yeah, but I want gays and lesbians because I want to hang out with lesbians. But sleep with the gay guys.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, that should be our next development. We should develop a gay and lesbian retirement.
Jeff Lewis
Lesbians are much better friends.
Justin Sylvester
Huh?
Annie Letterman
Have you developed something before?
Justin Sylvester
No, but we can.
Annie Letterman
Because I was like, is that what happens when you're on the show a lot?
Justin Sylvester
Yeah, you start developing.
Annie Letterman
Because you know what I learned hanging out with all these old people? You need money, guys. Money, money, money, money, money, money, money, money. You need money when you get old money. It doesn't guarantee you a good end of life, but it gives you a good shot.
Jeff Lewis
I don't know if Monroe's gonna give me any money.
Annie Letterman
Any money.
Justin Sylvester
Mm.
Shane
She's gonna leave you out. You and your afib out on the Street.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah.
Justin Sylvester
You definitely have to live in New Jersey.
Annie Letterman
You'd crush New Jersey, though.
Jeff Lewis
You think?
Justin Sylvester
Yes, I think you'd really like it. Cause you would stir shit up there.
Jeff Lewis
Which, your mom's retirement community or a different one?
Annie Letterman
Well, there. I mean, anywhere.
Jeff Lewis
I mean, I qualify now, right?
Justin Sylvester
You're. It's 55 off.
Annie Letterman
Hers is 55 plus. But it's. But they all moved in like 30 years ago. I mean, I was hanging out with a woman that was 100 years old. Yeah, I'm hanging out with like 100 year old people. It's fine.
Jeff Lewis
There's a reason why they're 100. They're living their best lives.
Annie Letterman
Well, no kids.
Jeff Lewis
Well, Kian, where was that woman? Remember the woman that got in trouble and she got kicked out of the retirement home? I was showing you that article.
Justin Sylvester
Why did she get kicked out?
Jeff Lewis
She's 96. She was partying late in the night. She was drinking. She was stop. And she was like, I spend $12,000 a month here. I'm going do whatever the.
Annie Letterman
I want.
Jeff Lewis
96. What did she. What else did she do, Kean?
Shane
I mean, it just.
Justin Sylvester
This must have been in Florida.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, she was hosting parties up late, noise complaints.
Annie Letterman
Serving alcohol without a license to like kids like Andre.
Jeff Lewis
96 year old chump.
Justin Sylvester
That's you.
Shane
Literally.
Annie Letterman
I would feel so. I always like, I. I go like way off their, like little campus to smoke weed, like on the little outside.
Shane
Because I'm like, smoke with the old people they love.
Annie Letterman
I think you can, but it's not like a no smoking area. But I'm just so. I have this fear of getting my mom kicked out of her community because
Justin Sylvester
then she'd have to come live with you.
Annie Letterman
Well, listen, she can. There's a lot of snakes.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, there's drink after my ablation. Like, am I safe to drink again if I'm on blood thinners and an
Justin Sylvester
ablation Girl, they told you stop drinking before the ablation.
Annie Letterman
They said one. What was that? One drink a week.
Jeff Lewis
He said, like, there's no realistic. Who wants to live?
Annie Letterman
Well, one drink.
Shane
You should avoid alcohol for at least the first 24 to 72 hours.
Jeff Lewis
Please tell me the no. But I can eventually go back.
Shane
Yeah. And then during the critical healing phase, the first one to three months, I
Jeff Lewis
could do it in one.
Shane
Abstinence would help stop the success. You're not really supposed to drink for the first one to three months.
Jeff Lewis
There she is.
Annie Letterman
Oh, she's so fun.
Justin Sylvester
And it plays you in seconds.
Jeff Lewis
Do you see her T shirt? I Support women's wrongs and rights.
Justin Sylvester
What part of Florida is this at?
Jeff Lewis
She's fun.
Annie Letterman
Do you see what I'm saying? Like, don't you want to be in this.
Shane
Yeah.
Annie Letterman
Community all the time? It's so fun.
Shane
Medical studies show that even light to moderate alcohol consumption is significantly associated with the increased risk of your heart condition. Like afib. Returning.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, my God. Heart.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, returning.
Shane
Yeah. So even if like, you heal and you start drinking again.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, this heart is just letting me down.
Annie Letterman
My dad. My dad had afib. Look at him now.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, no.
Annie Letterman
84. He died at 84.
Jeff Lewis
That's of afib.
Annie Letterman
No, no, but he had stroke.
Justin Sylvester
Blood clot.
Annie Letterman
Stroke.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Stroke. Got it.
Annie Letterman
Oh, girl. Stroke got him.
Justin Sylvester
Damn.
Jeff Lewis
From afib.
Justin Sylvester
Now let me ask you a question. Was he strapped? Was he stressed
Annie Letterman
at this point? Was he stressed he was hanging out with these people? No, he just. My dad. My dad had a heart disease since I was little, so he was in and out for stuff all the time. He got his dick shaved quite a bit, if you know what I'm saying, for free.
Shane
And he had.
Jeff Lewis
Well, Jamie goes in and out all the time too.
Annie Letterman
Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
Because he's had several ablations.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Right.
Shane
I'm glad that that means he's manscaping then. For Jamie.
Annie Letterman
I mean, the thing is, we're just. Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
Otherwise he wouldn't have.
Shane
Otherwise he wouldn't.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah.
Annie Letterman
Thank God. The longer we live, the more procedures we have to get.
Justin Sylvester
Don't say that. Oh, my God, my check engine light just went on. No, I know.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, at 40 it does that.
Justin Sylvester
Vertigo started at 30.
Jeff Lewis
I didn't start having problems until mid, late 40s. You're good.
Annie Letterman
Oh, really?
Jeff Lewis
I have vertigo? And you're so fit and healthy.
Justin Sylvester
You know what, though? It doesn't even matter.
Jeff Lewis
You're right.
Justin Sylvester
It's like genetics and, you know, heredity.
Annie Letterman
You just got to do your best. You got to work out, you got to make money.
Jeff Lewis
That's.
Annie Letterman
That's what I'm learning. 100 work out and make money is really what you could. The best thing you can do or say learn to.
Justin Sylvester
But let me. You know, I have an aunt who's a drug addict and she never has issues.
Annie Letterman
Is that crazy?
Justin Sylvester
She's like in her 70s and she's been probably smoking for a minute.
Annie Letterman
Yep. Some people, like, pickle themselves. They like, drink so much. They're like.
Justin Sylvester
Exactly.
Annie Letterman
They preserve themselves or something.
Jeff Lewis
Now let me ask you. So I've seen on Instagram lately a blow up doll of your father with your father's Face on it and I understand, you know, it's. His death is fresh and this is your way of coping.
Justin Sylvester
Don't do it.
Jeff Lewis
But you have talked to a therapist, right?
Justin Sylvester
Don't do it.
Annie Letterman
Yes. No. I know this could get me into the cuckoo bin, but. Okay, so my parents, when they were first married, they had these like blow up toys that were like their pretend kids and they would make my. My grandmother make places for them at the table. So. And then in college, I had a blow up doll that I said was my roommate. It's kind of like we've had like blow ups dolls in our lives. Are. My whole family is like. It's like our thing. So during my dad's memorial, I wanted to surprise my mom and I got five blow up dolls and put his face on them and dressed them in his clothes and I like blew them up in the garage before she and I had them hung up everywhere. Yeah, so now we have all these
Jeff Lewis
blow up dolls that could go one or two ways.
Justin Sylvester
That could go one way.
Annie Letterman
They're poop toys. There's no holes, there's no appendages. It's not a sex doll.
Jeff Lewis
Okay. It's just, you know, you had a
Justin Sylvester
blow up doll as a college roommate.
Annie Letterman
Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
How many blow up. You have your five blow up dolls of your dad.
Annie Letterman
Yes, five blow up dolls of my dad.
Jeff Lewis
We should take a couple of pelicans.
Shane
Oh, fuck.
Jeff Lewis
Can I take your dad to Pelican?
Annie Letterman
You can totally have my dad.
Jeff Lewis
I was gonna say you had to
Annie Letterman
put sunscreen on him.
Justin Sylvester
That was so shady.
Jeff Lewis
But I'm a bad father because I didn't put sunscreen on enough. Damn. I wasn't at San Diego Pride with my shirt off.
Annie Letterman
Yeah, you're like, well, you don't have to put sunscreen on her because you're so shady.
Jeff Lewis
Maybe SC sunscreen on himself.
Justin Sylvester
You guys, I came here for the coffee this morning. Okay, this is crazy.
Shane
And you got Lindsay and you got tea.
Justin Sylvester
I got Lindsay's lives and tea.
Annie Letterman
Well, yeah, but. No, no, I know. I'm, I'm. I'm fully aware of what the bluff doll looks like.
Justin Sylvester
When did your dad pass?
Annie Letterman
February.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, so you guys are still in the throes of.
Annie Letterman
We're in it, baby.
Justin Sylvester
But I love that it brought you and your mom together.
Annie Letterman
It's so cute. Me and my mom are having such a good time together.
Justin Sylvester
That's awesome.
Annie Letterman
Just naked running around the retirement center.
Justin Sylvester
Are you the only kid?
Annie Letterman
No, I have two brothers.
Jeff Lewis
It sounds like you had a really nice relationship with Your dad?
Annie Letterman
Oh yeah. No, we were besties.
Jeff Lewis
That's sweet.
Annie Letterman
And then it's really because my mom. I never gave.
Jeff Lewis
How old are you?
Annie Letterman
Just turned 43 yesterday.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, see, I won't be around that long for Monroe. Not with my afib.
Shane
And your ex husband, that's like 30 more years.
Jeff Lewis
I don't think I'll be around.
Annie Letterman
No, not with this nanny around. Confined with a nanny.
Jeff Lewis
Someone to talk with all your blow up dolls. I was going to introduce you to her. You could be great friends.
Annie Letterman
That's what she just had blow up dolls. That's why you had to fire her 100%.
Justin Sylvester
You know what?
Jeff Lewis
You just saw that. Speaking of my ex nanny, you saw the Hand that Rocks the Cradle this weekend.
Shane
Oh, I just watched it.
Jeff Lewis
He watched her the first time.
Annie Letterman
Great movie.
Justin Sylvester
Rebecca De Mornay.
Annie Letterman
Yes, great movie.
Shane
Stop.
Justin Sylvester
Have you ever seen Single Wife Female?
Shane
Honestly, no.
Justin Sylvester
Single Male feat.
Jeff Lewis
They should remake it. And I've got the perfect actress.
Justin Sylvester
Shut up.
Jeff Lewis

Annie Letterman
Oh, was she in the men's room?
Jeff Lewis
Your mother, she hangs out there a
Annie Letterman
lot since she's been single. She's looking for some money.
Jeff Lewis
I said, I'm trying to protect you, Abby, and I'm trying to keep it classy. And she says, yeah, my daughter, the lack of class is astounding.
Annie Letterman
She raised me. Listen, we were in the car the other day and she was like, being like, really, like kind of competitive with me. And she goes, she goes, just getting work done and getting places on time. It's just always been so, like, easy for me. I guess it was just the way I was raised. I was like, yeah, getting work done and getting places on time, been really difficult for me. I guess it's the way I was raised. And she went, oh,
Jeff Lewis
now, is it true that you never learned to read properly?
Annie Letterman
I'm going to be honest, I can barely. It's. It's a struggle to read. Well, I told, I called my dad once and I said it was pretty recently. I said, dad, I think I might be dyslexic. And he went, annie, at this point, who gives a shit? But I always, like, would read. Like, I would read and then like, like my eyes would be at the bottom of the page.
Justin Sylvester
80%.
Shane
It could be an eye thing.
Annie Letterman
No, no, they said I had like a tracking problem that had glasses. But then it was in this hard, like, glasses case and I threw it at my teacher once. And then they're like, let's just keep the glasses away from her. Let's just not, let's just not have books near her.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, do we want to read the text we got from Lisa?
Annie Letterman
Yes.
Justin Sylvester
No. You guys, she text Shane.
Jeff Lewis
She didn't text me.
Annie Letterman
A live show's so fun. The drama of a live show is so exciting. This is why you have afib. Your heart never had a break. Had a time to not be.
Jeff Lewis
Thank God. I don't my monitor on.
Justin Sylvester
Thank God.
Jeff Lewis
And stuck to my chest for two weeks.
Justin Sylvester
That's not high, by the way. Lisa, you know this Show's live for two hours. Wait until goddamn 11 o'. Clock. Let me get out of here.
Jeff Lewis
What did she say?
Shane
She said she's not listening live. She says she does not work for Gage. She just took Monroe to lunch. They didn't talk about anything other than her friends. Zero. I didn't even see Gage just picked her up and dropped her off. Period.
Annie Letterman
Lisa's friends, she like, takes her out to lunch to talk about herself.
Jeff Lewis
That's really.
Annie Letterman
But also, why is she saying she's not listening live if she is answering?
Jeff Lewis
They all listen. I mean, Scott's listening live. They're all listening live. God, I, I, I wouldn't listen to this show if I wasn't on it. Would you, Justin?
Justin Sylvester
No. I listen every day.
Jeff Lewis
Better things to do.
Justin Sylvester
I listen every day.
Annie Letterman
It's so fun.
Justin Sylvester
Also, when you don't listen to the
Annie Letterman
show, I miss so much. I don't know what's going on when I don't listen.
Justin Sylvester
You miss so much, but people also DM you&text you like, are you listening to Jeff Lewis today? You gotta turn it on. You gotta turn it on. And I'm like, what the hell am I missing? You know what I mean? So now I just listen.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, I feel like the day that you don't listen, you miss something.
Justin Sylvester
Shit happens.
Shane
The one day that I didn't was when you and Dr. Donna had the whole fight about the hotel when I was home for Christmas. It was the one show I didn't hear. And then I came back.
Jeff Lewis
There's a lot of people unchumped.
Shane
There's always something.
Justin Sylvester
Also, I missed Jamie and Mercedes when I wasn't listening.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, big mistake.
Justin Sylvester
And then I had to go back and piece it together on Reddit. It I also missed that.
Annie Letterman
I don't Know what that is?
Justin Sylvester
Don't bring it up. We are not bringing it up.
Jeff Lewis
Those are teeth.
Justin Sylvester
I'm also taking those with me.
Annie Letterman
Oh, there's teeth.
Shane
Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah.
Annie Letterman
I carry my dad's ashes. You think I'm gonna be worried about that?
Justin Sylvester
No, don't you dare. Do not let him get into this.
Jeff Lewis
We did not need the formaldehyde.
Shane
What do you mean?
Jeff Lewis
It was already. They were already soaked in alcohol.
Justin Sylvester
The.
Annie Letterman
I have my dogs too.
Jeff Lewis
No, they would have preserved themselves. We wouldn't even need to do that.
Annie Letterman
I have my dog's balls in a thing like that, by the way.
Shane
Way. Why you have your dog's balls?
Annie Letterman
Yeah, cuz I just was to the vet. I was like, can I have them? And he was like, okay.
Shane
Ew.
Annie Letterman
It's funny. We have them. I put it on a thing that like spins around and like lights up.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, I don't wouldn't. Oh, really?
Justin Sylvester
I'm sorry.
Jeff Lewis
I wouldn't.
Justin Sylvester
We have blow up. We have blowup dolls. We have doll.
Annie Letterman
I'm a prop.
Jeff Lewis
You know what I like?
Annie Letterman
I'm like comic.
Jeff Lewis
I would put Gage's balls here.
Annie Letterman
Yes.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, I would like his balls.
Annie Letterman
Why do you put one of Gages and one of. What's your. And Scots and then you put them in there?
Jeff Lewis
I would put both their balls in there.
Justin Sylvester
Put your goddamn in there. Why don't you go ahead and put one of your valves in there too?
Jeff Lewis
Oh, God, Justin, we gotta go on a walk. Oh, but I can't walk that fast now with my afib.
Shane
Oh, God, that dizziness.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, everything's gonna be about this afib. Well, that one did the next 90 days.
Jeff Lewis
No, 90 days. Nine years.
Justin Sylvester
If I see in court documents that you put in there that they have caused your afib, I'm gonna lose my goddamn mind.
Jeff Lewis
That's a good idea. I'm gonna make a note of that. It's the stress Now Waba has an afib diet. Waba grill.
Shane
Oh, we're obsessed with waba right now.
Justin Sylvester
My ass.
Jeff Lewis
Brown rice.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Yeah.
Annie Letterman
Okay.
Jeff Lewis
Vegetables. A little bit of chicken.
Shane
That is afib friendly.
Jeff Lewis
Afib friendly.
Justin Sylvester
And which sauce do you put on top of that?
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, that's what Ty asked.
Annie Letterman
Sauceless.
Jeff Lewis
Well, I did a little soy and
Shane
then I added with the green cap so it's not as much sodium.
Jeff Lewis
What's the other sauce though, that we use?
Shane
Oh, yes, the waba sauce.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah, that's totally healthy.
Justin Sylvester
Can I tell you what's near your house now?
Shane
Sugar and soy sauce.
Justin Sylvester
I tell you what's near your house? Absolutely Goddamn be obsessed with what Goop Kitchen.
Shane
Don't say the GW around him and gets really upset.
Justin Sylvester
Wait, you don't like Goop Kitchen?
Annie Letterman
I want to say this.
Jeff Lewis
I, I, I made a mistake because I. What happens is when I find something, I become a bit obsessive. I order the same thing every day, every day, every day. And then all of a sudden I'm like, sick of this. I never want to see it again. But, but Goop. I was told yesterday there was a couple of other dishes by Monica told me that I should try a few other things which I'm very open to doing.
Justin Sylvester
What were you ordering?
Jeff Lewis
I was ordering the chicken.
Shane
Chicken teriyaki bowl.
Annie Letterman
But they're all different.
Justin Sylvester
You can go like Daddy, you're missing out on like a whole menu.
Jeff Lewis
That's what Monica told me.
Justin Sylvester
So many good things.
Jeff Lewis
Yes, but is it afib friendly?
Justin Sylvester
It's Afib friendly.
Annie Letterman
Of course, Gwyneth.
Justin Sylvester
Thank you.
Jeff Lewis
Okay. Okay.
Justin Sylvester
Thank you.
Shane
Turkey chili. Yum.
Justin Sylvester
It's so goddamn good. The pizza's unbelievable.
Jeff Lewis
It's in Larchmont.
Justin Sylvester
The blackened salmon bowl is divine.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, look at the miso salmon bento box.
Justin Sylvester
Yes, it is. And by the way, do not sleep on the Japanese sweet potato soup.
Shane
I love Japanese sweet potatoes.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, you are about to lose your mind.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, my God. I have not been going to Larchmont because I can't find parking. But guess what?
Justin Sylvester
It can be delivered.
Jeff Lewis
Handicapped placard.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Whoa.
Jeff Lewis
I'm just gonna park in a fucking meter for free.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, you can park now. You have dealer plates. No one knows where those goddamn dealers go.
Annie Letterman
You never put it on. You never put your plate on.
Jeff Lewis
No, I do.
Justin Sylvester
He's shady.
Jeff Lewis
I'm not shady.
Annie Letterman
I love leaving that paper on. As long as until it pulls off, I can.
Jeff Lewis
Are there handicapped spots at Larchmont? Yeah, I don't see them.
Shane
You can park in a loading zone.
Annie Letterman
You don't see them till you need them.
Jeff Lewis
When you're handicapped, can you park in front of like really a red zone and all that?
Justin Sylvester
Park wherever you want.
Shane
No, not red, but will you look it up?
Jeff Lewis
Where can I park?
Annie Letterman
Well, you guys know that the loading zones you parking. It's free parking from 6 on. Yes. night.
Justin Sylvester
Okay. Yes. What?
Annie Letterman
What are you bitching about over there?
Justin Sylvester
That's like one of my best LA secrets.
Annie Letterman
I know. Should we not told people? Oh, sorry.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Sorry.
Jeff Lewis
Wait, what is it?
Justin Sylvester
No, don't say it. Do not say it.
Shane
Yeah, if the curb is.
Jeff Lewis
But can I park there? Normally with my placard.
Annie Letterman
Just drag your leg when you get out.
Jeff Lewis
I don't have to. I drag it anyway. It drags. Yeah, the left one doesn't keep up with the right.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
You.
Jeff Lewis
No, you can't park in. In a loading zone with a handy.
Annie Letterman
You have to park in a.
Jeff Lewis
In any spot or any handicapped spot.
Justin Sylvester
But you don't have to go feed the meter. You don't have to. No. If you have a handicap bargain placard, you don't have to feed the meter.
Annie Letterman
That's really nice.
Shane
I know you don't.
Justin Sylvester
And you know what? You can get them from China.
Jeff Lewis
The placards.
Justin Sylvester
I didn't say that.
Shane
Don't tell the chumpster.
Annie Letterman
I did not. But I have a question.
Jeff Lewis
Wait, can I order one on Amazon? I legitimately have a problem, though.
Annie Letterman
Does your dog have the fake service?
Jeff Lewis
No, I'm never taking my dog anywhere.
Annie Letterman
I've tried.
Jeff Lewis
So misbehaving.
Annie Letterman
I have tried to do that, and I'm such a bad liar. Like, one time I brought my dog into a hotel, and they go, is this a service dog? I said, yeah. And they go, what. What's the service that helps you with? And I went. I said, epilepsy.
Justin Sylvester
No, I said, epilepsy.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, you're going to hell.
Justin Sylvester
Oh, hand basket.
Jeff Lewis
I'll see you there.
Annie Letterman
But then I was thinking. I was thinking, that's an easy one to kind of fake. You just kind of can shake it around.
Justin Sylvester
You can also say anxiety, and nobody
Jeff Lewis
would ask you anything.
Annie Letterman
Well, the blob doll would.
Jeff Lewis
I'd be like, I need to get to my goal weight before I do that ablation.
Shane
Okay, well, there's something called goop for two where you can get, like, a whole chicken and put a Taco Bell.
Jeff Lewis
I love Taco Bell so much.
Annie Letterman
That could be your last. Just eat a little lettuce. You got one week. You'll get your goal weight.
Justin Sylvester
You're always on a goddamn diet.
Jeff Lewis
I know, but now that I have to do the ablation, I'm gonna be naked there. On that. On that.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
That.
Annie Letterman
Oh, you're worried about what they think. Well, you're a celeb.
Jeff Lewis
I'm gonna get a spray tan too. I know I have to. I've got to get a spray tan.
Justin Sylvester
But do the ab etching too. Like, have her do the full amante on.
Jeff Lewis
You do sugar and. What is it called?
Shane
Sugar and bronze. John Hill loves that one.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
They'll.
Shane
They'll sugar you, which is like wax.
Annie Letterman
I do it monthly.
Justin Sylvester
Really?
Annie Letterman
Yeah.
Jeff Lewis
I need to do A sugar and bronze before I go.
Justin Sylvester
But do you like a sugar?
Jeff Lewis
But I gotta get down to my goal. Wait, I can't go in. Like, they can't roll my big fat ass on that gurney. It's tough, right? Right.
Justin Sylvester
I'm not kind of awake, right?
Annie Letterman
You look good, Jeff. I don't allow you to have.
Jeff Lewis
I don't look at naked.
Annie Letterman
You're. Listen. Your exes are together, talking, saying that right now. But. Oh, it's silence. No, you look good. He was like. He's like, are they. I was like, oh, no. I'm like.
Justin Sylvester
And it's time for me to say goodbye.
Jeff Lewis
The good news with the afib diet is I will lose weight.
Annie Letterman
Yeah. Well, what are you eating? What's your problem?
Shane
I like this goop.
Justin Sylvester
Everything.
Jeff Lewis
Literally everything.
Annie Letterman
Yeah. Are your sweet tooth.
Shane
Yeah.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
You're not.
Justin Sylvester
You're more of a salty girl.
Jeff Lewis
More of a salty.
Justin Sylvester
You like a salty.
Shane
I'm a sweet girl.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, are you?
Shane
For sure.
Jeff Lewis
So I got to lose weight and I got to get spray tan before the ablation, by the way, the ablation
Justin Sylvester
is like in three weeks.
Jeff Lewis
We're going to have to postpone it.
Annie Letterman
You work out?
Justin Sylvester
Yeah.
Annie Letterman
You work out?
Jeff Lewis
Sometimes, yeah. Justin told me that I should get like. I need to be doing 10,000 steps a day.
Justin Sylvester
You also need to start, and I'm sorry to tell you this, you're going to hate.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Hate me.
Justin Sylvester
You have to. When you get to a certain age, you have to start weightlifting.
Annie Letterman
You have to weightlift.
Justin Sylvester
You need it for the bone.
Annie Letterman
You'll feel so good.
Jeff Lewis
I do have a gym posture.
Justin Sylvester
And by the way, Justin, that's the
Shane
one thing he does.
Justin Sylvester
You burn more. No, but I don't do it. You don't burn more calories working out than you would during cardio.
Jeff Lewis
You know what's been happening? Helping me with the. The gym is the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
You watch.
Jeff Lewis
So I put it on and then I. I can be in there for like 45 minutes just watching an episode
Justin Sylvester
of Atlanta once a week.
Jeff Lewis
Those girls. Well, maybe no more than once a week because then I'm gonna finish. I'm almost done. I'm almost caught up with Atlanta. Then I gotta catch up with the Valley. Then I got. I haven't done Rhode Island. Oh, you have not done Rhode Island. I'm only two in. I gotta work out more. If I work out more, then I'll be able to watch more tv.
Annie Letterman
Yeah, that's a good point.
Justin Sylvester
How often do you work out?
Jeff Lewis
It's been a couple days. A week. But for a while there I was really consistent. But then I just.
Annie Letterman
I think having a trainer is kinda what you have to do.
Jeff Lewis
Since my eighth grade, I'm just so tired.
Justin Sylvester
Shut up with that.
Annie Letterman
Eight.
Justin Sylvester
Found out about it two days ago.
Jeff Lewis
So you're Justin's doing like 16,000 steps a day. How many miles is that?
Justin Sylvester
I don't play around. That's also like me on a treadmill. Like I go to the gym.
Annie Letterman
Like how long have you been doing it for? Cuz I've done that for like a week and a half. Oh wow.
Shane
Long time no.
Jeff Lewis
He's fit, Justin. And so is Kevin.
Justin Sylvester
Kevin's really fit.
Jeff Lewis
His dog miles. 16,000 steps. You're. You're walking eight miles a day.
Justin Sylvester
I'm not around.
Annie Letterman
It takes a while though.
Jeff Lewis
Should I walk three? And that's like could cuz ten for me.
Annie Letterman
Takes me like two hours almost.
Justin Sylvester
And how much is 14,000 steps? That's where I'm normally at.
Shane
6.6.
Justin Sylvester
Yeah, that's where I'm normally.
Annie Letterman
My dog slows me down though. I leave my dog easy.
Jeff Lewis
You're walking the.
Justin Sylvester
I don't fuck around. Also, do not run. It is like the worst thing for your knees, your joints. Walking on an incline.
Jeff Lewis
I have an irregular heartbeat.
Justin Sylvester
I can tell.
Annie Letterman
You cannot run.
Justin Sylvester
You cannot run. You cannot troll your exit. You can't fight, Lisa. You can't do shit with that afib.
Jeff Lewis
Now I run six days a week.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Is that bad?
Jeff Lewis
Your poor knees. But I only ever run 20 to 30 minutes. I don't do marathons.
Justin Sylvester
I'm not good doing it for an hour. Yeah. Oh, this is cute.
Jeff Lewis
By the way, Mindy Cohn joined FanSocial Co one of her experiences, mahjong in New York. You need to add mahjong to fan social.
Justin Sylvester
I have a booking in New York already for mahjong. And by the way, I'm not even on the website. People are seeking me out to play mahjong on fan social and I'm gonna do it. I also know how to play Siamese now. So all we need is one other person and we can get it going.
Annie Letterman
And guys, just hang out with older people. You learn what you got to just weightlift. You got to do good things for yourself because you're gonna get so screwed.
Justin Sylvester
100%.
Jeff Lewis
Nancy, Massachusetts. Nancy, line two.
Annie Letterman
Oh, they're so sweet. Trying to help you.
Jeff Lewis
I think she's calling to say goodbye.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Hi, Jeff.
Jeff Lewis
Hi, Nancy.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
No, no, no, no, no, no. Hi, Jeff. Can you hear me okay?
Justin Sylvester
Y.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Okay, so I'm a champath friend of Doug's. I'm a cardiology nurse practitioner. I've been that way for 25 years and a nurse for 50 years. But I used to assist in afib ablations, and I've also had afib myself. So I just want to reassure you. Don't worry. You have the best kind of cardiomyopathy, which is a weakening of the heart muscle because of your fast heart rate. And once you get this ablation, your heart muscle will recover from it. So that's good news. Now, in terms of the afib, one of the most common causes is alcohol and. I know. I'm sorry. And alcohol is also a. Can cause a cardiomyopathy as well. So although I'm not telling you to completely abstain from alcohol, you really gotta cut back.
Jeff Lewis
I am.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Nancy, think can weaken your heart now,
Annie Letterman
can he replace it with cocaine?
Jeff Lewis
Oh, no, I don't think that's good for afib.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Oh, no, no, it's not.
Jeff Lewis
Okay, what is?
Justin Sylvester
Nancy, if he were to drink alcohol, what would be the alcohol of choice for, like, you know, a. For afib? Is it a glass of wine? Would it be like, thank you, you've got my back. Justin, you got your back.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
The lowest amount of. Of alcohol in whatever he's drinking.
Justin Sylvester
Ah.
Annie Letterman
So you can have some Shirley Temples coming your way.
Jeff Lewis
Like, what is it?
Annie Letterman
I quit drinking. I hadn't had a drink in 17 years. It is a fun life. You got to get a blow up doll, though.
Jeff Lewis
You know what's interesting? Last night. Thank you so much for your call. Nancy, real quick, Would you get a spray tan before the ablation?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Absolutely. And we used to pull patients skin up and tape it for the ablation, but you don't need that because you're in great shape.
Jeff Lewis
Well, then why would you bring that up, Nancy? Why would you bring that up?
Justin Sylvester
Nancy?
Shane
We're gonna find tape. Nancy.
Justin Sylvester
Lisa sent your ass. Lisa sent Nancy.
Shane
The tape is gonna pull up your spray tan. You're gonna lie.
Jeff Lewis
You don't understand, Nancy. If I wake up and my skin is taped up, my heart will stop.
Justin Sylvester
Nancy, I will give him my heart. I don't even need to live if he wakes up with me masking tape on him. I don't need to live anymore.
Jeff Lewis
See, that's why I have to lose weight. Nancy. I am. That is humiliating.
Shane
Yeah.
Justin Sylvester
Wow, look at Jameson sending this signal.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, my God.
Shane
You're gonna be taped up.
Justin Sylvester
By the way, New fear unlocked.
Jeff Lewis
This is. No, I'm really, like, traumatized. Nancy.
Justin Sylvester
New fear Unlocked.
Jeff Lewis
Nancy, you still there?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Yes.
Jeff Lewis
Okay, in regards to like the shaving, would you prefer, since you're a nurse, would you prefer I'm really, really shaved? And then you finish. Finish everything?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Yes. It's going to be about the size of your fist over your femoral artery. So if you put your finger over your femoral artery, you can feel the pulse. And we shave from about the middle of the groin all the way out to the. A little bit to the thigh. But the more that we can shave, the better because we're going to be putting those catheters inside where the femoral vein is. And so that's okay, but the nurse is probably going to clean it up anyway. But the more that you can do, don't worry about it.
Jeff Lewis
Would you wax or just shave?
Justin Sylvester
Wax.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
Shave. Yeah, we use clippers. So we use the clippers on the patients to prep them.
Annie Letterman
And you don't just finish off the bush, you just leave half?
Jeff Lewis
That's a good question.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
In some cases, absolutely.
Jeff Lewis
Oh, please finish.
Justin Sylvester
I don't.
Jeff Lewis
Don't do half.
Justin Sylvester
I know, Nancy.
Shane
Do it till it's nice.
Jeff Lewis
Do I have time for electrolysis?
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
You can do as much as you can, but again, use clippers because you don't want to break the skin.
Justin Sylvester
Now, Nancy, last and final question. Do you guys make fun of the people who come in unshaved and untamed?
Jeff Lewis
And you also make fun of small penises?
Justin Sylvester
Yes.
Nancy (Cardiology Nurse Practitioner)
No. I don't make fun of anybody. I'm a professional. But I just want to let you know that I will text Doug any further information for you. Don't worry about the procedure. I had it done. You'll be in and out the same day, sometimes the next day. But it's purely safe. You will benefit from it. Your heart function will come back to normal once you're out of the afib.
Jeff Lewis
All right, Love you. Nancy, thank you so much for your call. I really appreciate it. I do want to promote your stand up. You have several dates you'd like to promote, right?
