We met at Cara Delevane's birthday.

Okay, so you met him on the beach, then you were at the party, and then have you guys been together ever since, or did it take a while to get going or.

We're definitely been together ever since. Directly after that experience in Ibiza, we went to our separate countries and two days later he was in la, showing up at my doorstep, ready to see me.

Was he in la?

He was invited. He was invited. He was supposed to come and visit me at the. I don't know, like, at the end of the week. And instead of waiting the week, he decided to, like, wait two days and then Come. Which was very cute.

And as well as that, next week I had a trip with my mom, a work trip to Greece, and. And her husband and whatnot. And. And he packed for that. He. He packed for that. Cause he had assumed that it was going to go well for us and that I would ask him to come.

He invited himself on your trip? Family work trip?

Basically. Yes.

I'm excited to show up and invite myself and be like, we're in love.

Well, I met a boy on Thursday.

So my concern is, is that if you do get married because you. Whenever you meet someone, we don't see you for months, you just disappear. Do you have friends like that, Bella?

Yes, I do. I can kind of be like that in general at school.

I just don't usually. The guys I've dated in the past, usually they don't have jobs. So now that I met a guy that has a job and a career, I'm just like, I think I have to marry him.

One time when I was living in Atlanta, I was working on Atlanta Housewives, and I was dating this guy, and he was, like, living in my production. Put you up in housing. So I was living in this house, and I came home from work one day, and he's like, hey, we gotta talk. I got something to tell you. I'm like, what's up? And he, like, looks down at his ankle, and he's wearing an ankle bracelet. And I go, not the cute kind. What is that? And he's like, well, I did something bad in the past, and it just kind of caught up with me, and I went to court. I'm on house arrest.

In your house?

Here? In my production housing.

So he was on house arrest and he gave them my address and was on house arrest in my house for how long? Three months.

Oh, my God. How long did you let him stay for three months?

Yeah. Sweet boy. Your shoot was that whole time, though. Luckily, y. Thank God. But what was funny is one day I come home from work and we were in an apartment in Atlanta, and he goes, I want to take you on a date. And I'm like, bitch, where? Well, you can't. He's like, I went for a walk today, and I realized if I sit at the corner table at the restaurant across the street, my ankle bracelet doesn't buzz. So for every week for the entire summer, we went once a week on a date.

You have to sit on that table? Yeah.

He couldn't even go inside. I had to go get the table and he could come and get sitting on the outside table.

So you're engaged. You're not going to tell us the actual date if. Unless you want to. But when do you think you'll be getting married?

When we finish our movie.

[Jeff Lewis]

Okay. You guys are working on your movie?

[Bella Thorne]

We're having a movie baby currently. And so we have to really raise that child to be amazing and smart and glorious.

[Jeff Lewis]

Of all these things that you do, direct, act, sing, write, do you have a favorite? Like, what's your passion?

[Bella Thorne]

Directing.

[Jeff Lewis]

That's your passion.

[Bella Thorne]

And writing. Yeah, those are definitely. Writing is something that I've always felt incredibly connected to. And then directing is, you know, like, after a long day of work, tired. I never. I feel high. I feel like I'm even 17 hours in. I'm, like, still just, like, so happy. So excited to.

[Jeff Lewis]

So it's what drives you. Yeah, but acting. You're not gonna give up acting. You're gonna keep acting.

[Bella Thorne]

Yeah, yeah. I, I just got done filming a movie. I have another movie to film right after I'm done directing this movie for acting. So, yeah, still lots and lots of acting.

[Jeff Lewis]

I'll tell you what I saw you in. I saw you in Scream, the TV series, MTV. I watched every episode. I think it was 2014. And you were in the very opening scene of episode one. Uh huh.

[Bella Thorne]

That you're very moral.

[Jeff Lewis]

And you just, you know.

[Bella Thorne]

Murdered.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yeah, murdered pretty violently. Yeah, yeah.

[Bella Thorne]

In a bikini girl, but in the pool.

[Jeff Lewis]

That was freaking scary. Yeah, yeah, I remember that. And she was living in that sick house and then you kept trying to get in and you were like trying to turn the doors on with your phone. Oh, yes. Yeah, I was like, that was terrifying.

[Bella Thorne]

Yeah. I have a little secret for you after we're done, because it can't be said live, but I have a little secret that involves Scream.

[Jeff Lewis]

Really?

[Bella Thorne]

Yeah. It's just funny you brought that up.

Because I'm like, oh, I think someone's in the new Scream. Congratulations. That would be awesome if you. I mean, yeah, we're, we're Scream fans here. Are you a big horror fan?

Is that why you do so many projects?

[Bella Thorne]

Yeah, I love horror. I grew up on horror. But one of my favorite movies when I was little was the grudge. I'm 27, so do the math. I was little.

[Jeff Lewis]

Well, Shane said I remember her from American Horror Story. And I'm like, I don't remember. But then when I looked on it. Drive. I saw it. I saw it. Because that was like the weird twisted end. We don't want to ruin it for people, but I guess it's been out for a while, but where we thought you were the victim, but it turned like you weren't the victim.

[Bella Thorne]

Uh huh. I was not the victim.

[Jeff Lewis]

Will you work with Ryan Murphy again?

[Bella Thorne]

I love Ryan Murphy. Yeah.

[Jeff Lewis]

Because he kind of takes care of his people. Right. And brings them back and uses them again and. Yeah, but you've got. I mean, you're gonna be busy with the new Scream movie. Some. There's something going on here. I hope so. Don't. I don't think you should tell me. Yeah, don't tell me. You know why. I'm afraid I'm gonna slip tomorrow live on the radio.

So don't tell me. I'd rather almost just assume. Just assume without. Yeah. Without clarifying.

And so she was there, and she had invited me. Do you know that I was initially offered a role in that film? Really? What, were you gonna be the. But I didn't. I didn't do it. Or I was like, no, no, no, I can't act. I'm not an actor. Which everyone will attest to.

It was the. I don't. I thought it was maybe the teacher role or something.

I was gonna say, were you the teacher?

Unbelievable.
