I mean, I'm doing charity right now. I think of that twice in one year. You're doing charity Charity twice. What was the first one you went to dinner with me.
Heather Dubrow
Do people want to be in your circle? Buy your way with Jeff Lewis.
Kylie Wing
I think people are trying to get out. When I first started coming here, I was like, jeff Lewis.
Jeff Lewis
Jeff Lewis has issues.
Kylie Wing
Hey, welcome to Jeff Lewis has issues. In today's episode, Christina Haack and her friend Kylie Wing join the show. We talk about construction sites, ear piercings, and finding love in retail. Christina, welcome.
Christina Haack
Hi.
Kylie Wing
No, I didn't. So I've been. I've been promoting you all week as Christina Hall. Did we change our name again?
Christina Haack
We went back to my maiden name. It's actually Hawk. Like the bird.
Kylie Wing
Oh, it's not hack, it's hawk.
Christina Haack
Yes. German. Two A's.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so you have been married three times.
Christina Haack
Correct.
Kylie Wing
And you're barely 40.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Okay.
Christina Haack
Two and a half, I call it.
Kylie Wing
The reason I bring that up is because you have. You've had a very successful professional life and you've had, from what I know, at least three shows. Right. So you've had flip or flop for. I think that was it, 10 or 11 seasons.
Christina Haack
10 seasons.
Kylie Wing
And then you had Christina in the. Which you still do. Christina in the country. Right.
Christina Haack
It's over. It's two seasons.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And then you. Christina on the coast, and that's been five seasons. Okay. But sometimes, and I can relate to this, sometimes your professional life gets eclipsed by your personal life.
Christina Haack
Correct.
Kylie Wing
Now, what I appreciate about this new show, which I'm fortunate enough to be involved in as a judge, that it's very interesting that hgtv, it seems for me now, I have no idea, but it seemed to me just being on.
Christina Haack
Set, we're allowed to talk about this.
Kylie Wing
You know, I don't know. So you can, you can, you can shut.
Josh
Well, no, they put out a teaser. You can see the teaser and the pressure.
Kylie Wing
You can shut me down.
Christina Haack
They talk about Jeff.
Josh
Yes, he's in the.
Christina Haack
I've seen that teaser.
Josh
No, you haven't seen him. But in the press release they name him Heather Dubrow and several other guests.
Kylie Wing
But we can't talk about anything that happens on the show.
Christina Haack
You know, everyone was very worried about me coming on today, so I'm just making sure I'm not crossing any lines.
Kylie Wing
I've received multiple emails about what Jeff.
Christina Haack
Can and cannot say.
Kylie Wing
Okay, first of all, it's a new show, which I think is gonna be incredible. And again, I've had first hand experience watching it and it's called the Flip off. And it's Wednesday, January 29th, 8:00pm yeah.
Christina Haack
Why aren't you coming to my premiere party?
Kylie Wing
When is it?
Christina Haack
You RSVP'd now.
Kylie Wing
Oh, can I tell you something? I'll tell you why. When is your premiere party?
Heather Dubrow
Wednesday the 29th, because.
Kylie Wing
You know why I told you? Because I was supposed to get a hair transplant a week from tomorrow, but I'm not. I canceled it. So I can go now.
Christina Haack
Okay, we'd love to have.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, no, no, I can go now, so.
Christina Haack
But why can't you come after a hair transplant?
Kylie Wing
Oh, you. Have you seen how crazy people look afterwards?
Christina Haack
I think it goes away in like three days. I do know.
Kylie Wing
No, no, no, no, no.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
You know someone who got one.
Christina Haack
I think it goes away like three days. You'll be fine.
Kylie Wing
What if your ex husband's.
Christina Haack
I'm not saying I'm out.
Kylie Wing
What? So I've watched HD HGTV for a dozen years. It's very much kind of how to type shows. Right? It's more about the process, the before, the after. I've never seen HGTV do this, but it seems like in this show that it's become a little bit more of a reality show where they're starting to kind of really dive into your personal lives, which, by the way, we've all fucking been waiting for this for a dozen years. It's about time. Hgtv.
Christina Haack
I've wanted to do it for a dozen years. It's. I've been watching all the cuts and it's. It's by far the best thing I've ever worked on. It's the most fun, it's the most real and very real. It's very authentic.
Kylie Wing
So tell us the premise of the show because that's kind of crazy too.
Christina Haack
Right. So it was supposed to be Tarek and his wife Heather versus me and my ex husband, Josh.
Kylie Wing
Your third husband, just to clarify, two and a half.
Christina Haack
He was.
Kylie Wing
Okay, yeah.
Christina Haack
So I would just say two and a half husbands. So the half. Anyways, we started filming. We filmed together, I think only three times. And then we split up. But the show must go on. And it was so much better without him. And then really, Kylie kind of took over his place.
Kylie Wing
Wait, is Kylie on the show?
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Josh
Oh, good.
Kylie Wing
I didn't see you there. You weren't there the day I was there.
Christina Haack
I was so bummed she couldn't be there.
Heather Dubrow
I was devastated.
Christina Haack
This is your biggest fan.
Kylie Wing
Well, I'm supposed to shoot on Sunday. Are you around?
Christina Haack
She'll be there.
Kylie Wing
Okay.
Heather Dubrow
Oh, yeah, she's on.
Christina Haack
She's in the whole show.
Josh
But the premise of the show, you and Tarek both purchased actual homes to flip.
Christina Haack
Right.
Kylie Wing
Like, with your money, you purchased a home and Tarik purchased a home.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Tarek and Heather did.
Christina Haack
Right.
Kylie Wing
And then now the whole premise is it's who can remodel the house, sell the house and make the most money.
Christina Haack
Correct.
Kylie Wing
And whoever makes the most money wins the game, the show, the season, the challenge, whatever.
Christina Haack
Which. Yeah, which. That's typical hgtv. But the difference between this show is I've never filmed a show, and I'm sure you have, where they just roll all the time. In my other shows, it's like, stop, start, cut, like. And you know they're going to cut out all the good things because the show really is the show behind the show. It's really what actually happens when the cameras aren't rolling with the clients, with each other, with the coworkers. Like, there's so many amazing moments that happen that never make the air. So I feel like this show does a better job of actually showing what really happens.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so now I'm a little worried because when you and I met for the first time, we were, like, talking shit about everyone and everything.
Christina Haack
And I thought, stop talking.
Kylie Wing
And I was like, they're not gonna use this. They're not gonna use this. This is not. They don't do this on hgtv. Now I'm fucking worried.
Christina Haack
Yeah. Yeah. You said nothing bad.
Kylie Wing
Are you sure?
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Okay.
Christina Haack
I would have.
Kylie Wing
Like you would have. Okay. Are you sure?
Christina Haack
I'm positive.
Heather Dubrow
I'm a little worried. Josh is coming for me.
Christina Haack
He probably is.
Kylie Wing
And how. Okay, so obviously your separation is fresh.
Christina Haack
Yes. Seven months now.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And then how are you guys getting along? You and Josh?
Christina Haack
We don't get along.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so it's not getting along. It's not good.
Christina Haack
You're seeing how I go after him on social. No. Anyways, yeah, we don't get along.
Kylie Wing
How long were you actually married to Josh?
Christina Haack
Less than three years.
Kylie Wing
Okay, well, that's not. I mean, that's a.
Josh
That's a decent run.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, it's a decent run for you.
Christina Haack
I mean, that was way longer than I wanted to stay in it.
Josh
So how long did you date before you got married?
Christina Haack
Not long.
Kylie Wing
Oh, sue got married quick.
Josh
She's counting on her fingers.
Kylie Wing
I don't know how many months.
Christina Haack
Eight.
Kylie Wing
Okay, well, that's not. That's not terrible.
Christina Haack
He's cringing.
Josh
It's a little quick.
Kylie Wing
It's not like eight weeks, eight months. You could. I mean, I obviously. She clearly didn't Obviously. Need a little more time to get to know people. Yes.
Christina Haack
Okay. I learned a lot. And they're like very big lessons and I actually feel them this time. That will never happen again.
Kylie Wing
So your first marriage, you were married for a while. Was it seven years?
Christina Haack
Yeah, we were together for 10.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And then that's it.
Christina Haack
10 years.
Kylie Wing
And then how quickly did you met aunt Antstead? Right after. Was that right after your separation?
Christina Haack
About a year and a half after.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And then how long were you married to Ant?
Christina Haack
Oh, not long. I don't know. Less than two years.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And you had a baby?
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Is it Hudson? Yeah, and he's five.
Christina Haack
He's wonderful. Yeah.
Kylie Wing
So you have three children? Yes, from two marriages. I mean, thank God.
Christina Haack
Two baby daddies. Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Thank God you didn't have a baby with Josh.
Christina Haack
Oh my God. Thank God.
Kylie Wing
Could you imagine?
Heather Dubrow
Biggest blessing.
Christina Haack
No.
Kylie Wing
And you hired. I read that you hired Laura Wasser.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so for those of you who do not know, she is the disso queen, the legend. Yeah. She represents all the big celebrities in these divorces.
Christina Haack
She just did. Ben and Jen. Yeah.
Kylie Wing
I can't imagine what Laura Wasser must cost.
Christina Haack
Oh, yes.
Kylie Wing
Christina. Wow. And then are you. Are you making headway with this, like settlement? Are you guys. Have you come to an agreement?
Christina Haack
Not even close. We're going to be going to trial.
Josh
I hear, for a three year marriage.
Christina Haack
Yeah. He doesn't want to do mediation. Oh, it's going to be fun.
Josh
Trial with Laura is going to be cheap.
Kylie Wing
Have you been ordered to pay any of the attorney's fees?
Christina Haack
Oh, of course, yes.
Kylie Wing
So you already went to court and then they ordered.
Christina Haack
Well, no, they haven't. Ordered me yet. But he's been asking. But we shall.
Kylie Wing
That doesn't mean shit.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I know. So yes, I've already had to give a little something. But then he bought a Bentley.
Kylie Wing
So what?
Christina Haack
Yeah, I live and attorney's fees, Bentley. But he also doesn't have a job.
Heather Dubrow
So no one knows how he's living right now.
Christina Haack
Yeah, but he drives a Bentley, so he's pulling a lot of chicks.
Kylie Wing
And obviously Laura knows about all of this and she'll bring that up when you go to court. Okay. Yeah. Wow. So it's been a little rough around here in Los Angeles, as you know. Oh, by the way, on Sunday if I look pale, yesterday my spray tanner canceled.
Christina Haack
Oh, I spray tan every week too.
Kylie Wing
Because of the evacuations.
Christina Haack
Well, don't you have a backup?
Josh
No, I didn't think about the backup.
Christina Haack
You need a backup.
Josh
You do.
Christina Haack
You need a backup.
Kylie Wing
I do have a backup. Maybe I need to call her.
Christina Haack
Yeah, no, you need to spray tan before Sunday.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, I know. Because between you and Heather, I'm gonna look like an albino.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I don't like that either. That's not okay.
Kylie Wing
You're spray tanned. Heather spray tann Tarex tan.
Christina Haack
Yeah, he spray tans.
Kylie Wing
I bought some Shane. Shane did for me. What did we get?
Josh
Yeah, the one that Glam by Pam suggested.
Kylie Wing
What is it called? Laura Mercier.
Christina Haack
What's the one you like?
Kylie Wing
I did like a bought a bronzer.
Heather Dubrow
You gotta do San Tropez. It's like the ultra tan. It's the blue bottle and it's a really quick formula and you just apply it with a mitt. It's perfect.
Christina Haack
You're not orange.
Josh
I'm not applying him with a mitt.
Kylie Wing
I think I just.
Heather Dubrow
You couldn't do yourself.
Kylie Wing
I'm just gonna. I'll put it on my face and my neck and I'll just wear gloves.
Heather Dubrow
No, the mitt prevents the like the white glove situation.
Kylie Wing
But I also have the Chaz Dean bronzer.
Josh
I love the Chastine. I'll try and bronze you.
Kylie Wing
So I feel like I'm gonna.
Heather Dubrow
So you're not a mobile spray tan.
Christina Haack
How are you not doing that?
Kylie Wing
What about Monica? But I don't want Monica to see my penis.
Christina Haack
Well, can't we just wear like. I mean, we're not gonna be like naked on the show.
Kylie Wing
Oh, you're right.
Christina Haack
Boxers.
Kylie Wing
Oh, you're right. You're right.
Christina Haack
I forgot about that.
Heather Dubrow
You only need to do your face and your neck.
Kylie Wing
Well, and my. I think my arms and my hands.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I Don't like when the hands are pale.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Okay. So I've got to get spray tanned before Sunday because I was worried because we already did one shooting day. I had longer hair and I was tan. And then when I go back on Sunday, they're gonna be like, oh, God, he's sick. Something's wrong with him. Because I cut my hair short because I was supposed to get a hair transplant a week from tomorrow.
Jeff Lewis
Yeah.
Christina Haack
I like the haircut, though.
Heather Dubrow
I feel the same way every time we film. My extensions are a different length because I get them bumped up. Grown out.
Christina Haack
Yep. But the tan. The tan, it really. It doesn't matter about the hair. This is the tan.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Okay. We're gonna. We're gonna deal with this today.
Josh
Today.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And the other thing, too, is I have no car because on Monday I got a flat tire and I took it into the Range Rover dealer, and then I got it back. When did I get it back? Tuesday. I got it back Tuesday. And then what happened was I. Was it Wednesday that we ended up back in the shop?
Josh
Yeah, why?
Kylie Wing
So I got it back Tuesday, and then Wednesday it started losing air again. The same brand new tire that I just bought. So I took it back in on Wednesday and I said, look, this thing is losing air. I don't know what happened. And they accused me of being on construction sites. Could you imagine?
Heather Dubrow
I know.
Kylie Wing
I was like, no, I'm not on any construction sites. Why would you think that? And so Shane blamed it on their tire.
Josh
Yeah. I said, clearly it's an error with the installation. It's a brand new tire and it's. Yeah.
Christina Haack
They were trying to make you buy another one.
Kylie Wing
Well, they said they were gonna patch the tire, and then they couldn't. And then they got a new tire. I don't know. So what happened was Wednesday I drop it back off, and I said, I'll be back in the morning to pick it up. So yesterday I go to pick up my car. The dealership is closed and service all closed because of everyone. Evacuations. Well, can you let me know? Could somebody call me or text me or whatever? Because I went to the dealership to pick up my car. They're holding it hostage. Yes. So I have no Range Rover, no spray tan.
Christina Haack
Aren't they gonna get you a driver?
Kylie Wing
Yeah.
Christina Haack
Okay.
Kylie Wing
Okay. And I've been.
Christina Haack
You're gonna be okay. Yeah. We're gonna get a spray tan. We're gonna get a driver.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Christina Haack
We're gonna go to dinner after. You gotta be looking at your best.
Kylie Wing
Okay.
Christina Haack
There's good people watching at Oceans.
Kylie Wing
Well, don't tell where we're going by the ocean. So the flip off is the 29th of January. Is it six episodes? I thought it was seven.
Josh
It's six.
Christina Haack
I thought it was eight. The first and the last are two hours, though. I mean, my ADHD, two hours.
Kylie Wing
Oh, there's no way we can fast forward.
Josh
Why didn't they come back?
Kylie Wing
We'll fast forward, Tarik.
Heather Dubrow
The first episode's so good.
Kylie Wing
Let's just fast forward Tarik and Heather. We'll just watch our parts. That'll get it down to like, an hour. Yeah, I actually will say they're gonna.
Christina Haack
Be there, though, so they might get offended when I keep fast forwarding through them.
Heather Dubrow
I know we'll be able to.
Kylie Wing
I was kind of expecting a little bit more, like, cattiness and rivalry and all that now. I think Taric is a poor winner and a poor loser. Yeah, he is.
Christina Haack
He is.
Kylie Wing
And I think he's funny. I liked him, and I feel like there's a bit. He's very competitive to Taric. Like, it's kind of obnoxious.
Christina Haack
It's very obnoxious.
Kylie Wing
Now, Heather, I really like. I mean, I like Tark, but I really love Heather. And I will say. Cause you know, my loyalty is to you.
Christina Haack
I will say, I know you like me better.
Kylie Wing
I like you a lot. And so I was asking her a lot about you, and she was actually sincerely, very nice. Yes, she likes you.
Christina Haack
Yeah, no, we've come a long way. I actually did some stuff with them yesterday, and it was so fun. And I was literally thinking the whole time, actually really like her. Like, I actually genuinely like her. Like, I would hang out with her if, you know. Yes.
Kylie Wing
She wasn't married to your ex.
Christina Haack
Yes. I really need to stay together.
Kylie Wing
She's fine. She's fine. Well, maybe we should just go out with her.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I agree. Yes. She's much more fun than him.
Kylie Wing
So you don't find out until the end, obviously, who wins.
Christina Haack
Right.
Kylie Wing
Oh, if he wins.
Christina Haack
Oh, God, he's gonna be so annoying.
Kylie Wing
He's gonna rub it in your face for the rest of your life.
Christina Haack
Why is he such a poor winner?
Kylie Wing
But I just. But remember the. So there's all these different challenges. You do. And by the way, the designs are incredible. And I even said to you, your design aesthetic has really leveled up. I mean, I love. I thought your work was fantastic. I thought their work was fantastic. I think if you're an avid HGTV viewer, you're gonna Love the designs, but also, I kind of love the whole competition element. But you have to remember it's not about the design. Right. She could have painted it a white box, and it's who makes the most money.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
So in the end, it doesn't fucking. The design doesn't really matter.
Heather Dubrow
That's what's.
Christina Haack
I'm not gonna give anything.
Kylie Wing
Were you a judge?
Heather Dubrow
No.
Christina Haack
No.
Kylie Wing
So what is your. What is your participation?
Christina Haack
She's my design partner, so we have a business together too. She's a designer.
Kylie Wing
Okay. All right, I'm getting it now.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
But it's. Oh. Why was Heather Dubrow named first? So what happens is it's special guest stars. So tell me.
Christina Haack
Maybe. Cause she's the first judge.
Kylie Wing
You're in the acting world. So tell me this. So it says there's like 10 or six, seven judges, right? It says Heather Dubrow first, but then in the end it says and Jeff Lewis. So which one you want? You want to be and.
Christina Haack
Or plus or with? Yeah, like, that's like.
Kylie Wing
I don't want to be first.
Josh
No, you're the grandfather.
Kylie Wing
I want to be last. Does everyone agree?
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Oscar.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Heather Dubrow
You saved the best for last.
Unnamed Speaker
Same goes for. Well, I don't want to bring it up because you're gonna make fun of me, but marching band is the same way.
Heather Dubrow
Wait, what comes last in the marching band?
Unnamed Speaker
You want to go last because one of the.
Heather Dubrow
Is it an instrument? Like, is it a set arrangement of how the instruments play?
Christina Haack
Whoever the best is.
Heather Dubrow
Okay.
Unnamed Speaker
Performer wise, how they line you up per school is. Yeah. They don't tell you, but that's how it goes.
Kylie Wing
But we've given up marching band. He has.
Unnamed Speaker
We have.
Kylie Wing
Right. So when did you graduate?
Unnamed Speaker
From what?
Kylie Wing
High school.
Unnamed Speaker
Oh, high school, 2016.
Christina Haack
Oh, wow. Baby.
Kylie Wing
So for eight years, he has a baby. So for eight years, he's been going back to the marching band reunions. But we have agreed that this.
Heather Dubrow
Pacific Marching Band reunions.
Kylie Wing
Don't even get me started.
Unnamed Speaker
It's a whole other hour conversation we don't need to have.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, we don't need to do that. But what we've done is he has committed to me that this was. Or last year was the last year. We're done. We're moving on. Because I'm just watching out for him.
Unnamed Speaker
My band director retired, so there's no reason to go back now.
Heather Dubrow
Okay.
Kylie Wing
Is that the reason? There's. There's many reasons not to go back. Many reasons. Not just. But. Yeah, that's another conversation that's My main.
Unnamed Speaker
Reason not to go back. But I like to go back and see all my Drumline friends that I don't get to see often.
Kylie Wing
Oh, by the way, maybe you asked Christina and Kylie advice because you found someone at Target you want to ask out.
Unnamed Speaker
Oh, Target.
Kylie Wing
Oh, this is what I heard. These are the rumors around SiriusXM.
Josh
This is the gossip in the hallway.
Kylie Wing
First of all, what happened at Hollister?
Unnamed Speaker
Oh, Hollister. I completely forgot about Hollister. It's.
Josh
We didn't.
Unnamed Speaker
It's funny.
Christina Haack
I worked there in college. Hollister's still around.
Josh
That's where the hot people were.
Christina Haack
Yeah, Hollister's back.
Kylie Wing
Funny, I don't.
Christina Haack
I worked there in, like, 04.
Josh
I mean, they still exist.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah, I feel like they've had a little bit of a rebrand. Abercrombie, too.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Josh
Abra's taken over, by the way.
Kylie Wing
Oh, so we're going back to Hollister now?
Unnamed Speaker
No. Their jeans are so incredibly comfortable. That's all I go back for is the jeans. I put my head down because I don't want to see that guy. I hope he's not there.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so what happened? Explain to Kristina and Kylie.
Christina Haack
Is it still loud and dark in there?
Unnamed Speaker
So in Hollister, there was a worker there that I thought was really cute. So instead of going up to him and asking him out, I wrote my name and number down on a piece of paper, which I had to find because I didn't have on me, and I gave it to him and he never texted me back. Target is different.
Christina Haack
You had a pre written piece of paper with your phone number on it.
Unnamed Speaker
I had to go find. Oh, I thought you like pocket and a pen, so I had to go to a pen store. A whole other thing.
Christina Haack
You had to go to a pen store?
Unnamed Speaker
Pen store, yeah.
Kylie Wing
Oh, to buy a pen. To write down.
Unnamed Speaker
To buy a pen. To write down my pen.
Kylie Wing
So what? I suggested he just go and talk to the person, and then if. If he's feeling some sort of vibe, then ask the person for his number. But I don't think.
Heather Dubrow
What do you think? So how did you. You just randomly delivered your piece of paper with your phone number to this person? Or was there any interaction before then?
Unnamed Speaker
There was interaction before we were talking. I sensed the vibe, so.
Kylie Wing
Oh, so you did pick up a vibe.
Unnamed Speaker
I did. There was a little vibe. Target's different, though. Okay.
Kylie Wing
But the vibe was reciprocal.
Unnamed Speaker
Yes.
Kylie Wing
It wasn't.
Josh
Just not a sexy environment.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I don't now, how do you go from dark, dark, sexy Hollister to Target with the bright lights in the.
Heather Dubrow
Fluorescence and those khakis in that red polo.
Kylie Wing
You have to have good skin to look good in Target.
Josh
Yeah, I can't chop.
Unnamed Speaker
She was really pretty, the girl that was helping me, and I just could not stop staring at her beautiful brown eyes. And it was. It was just a really good conversation.
Kylie Wing
Yes.
Unnamed Speaker
It went from, hey, how's the sale for today? To hey, what are you doing later today? And it just.
Kylie Wing
Oh, she asked you? Yeah, I like.
Unnamed Speaker
Yeah, it was a conversation question. Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Yes.
Christina Haack
This sounds like a very different type of person. So we have a guy at Hollister, which is like, moody, sexy environment, and now we have a girl at Target.
Unnamed Speaker
I'm bisexual.
Christina Haack
I understand that, but. But that just seems like a whole different type of person in general. Like, whole other side of the spectrum between Target and Hollister.
Unnamed Speaker
So I shouldn't be asking people out at Target then?
Christina Haack
No, that. It just depends on their different. That's what I figure out, what your type is.
Josh
I feel like you didn't ask her out. It'd be weird now.
Unnamed Speaker
Well, I didn't ask her out because my question was, should I be asking people who are working in retail.
Kylie Wing
Yeah. Period.
Josh
For sure.
Unnamed Speaker
While they're working.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah. I used to get. I worked at Nordstrom for a number of years, and I used to get set up. I mainly helped women, but they would, like, set me up with their sons.
Christina Haack
Yeah, there's nothing wrong with that.
Kylie Wing
Really?
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Christina Haack
That's good.
Kylie Wing
Did guys. Did a guy. At any point in time. How long were you at Nordstrom?
Heather Dubrow
Like, five years.
Kylie Wing
Okay. Anyone ever just hand you their number?
Heather Dubrow
Well, here's the thing. When you're like a personal stylist in Nordstrom, you're checking someone out, you are inevitably taking their number because you're looking up to see if they're already a client in the system. So it's kind of.
Christina Haack
But you're not gonna call.
Kylie Wing
It be unprofessional for you to call someone.
Heather Dubrow
They have to call you. I had it. I had a. Like, I had a cell phone at Nordstrom, too, for. Strictly for clients.
Christina Haack
But you're not out there calling people.
Heather Dubrow
Be like, hey, no, but if I ever had to, like, cross over into other departments and stuff, like, you know, I'm helping a client and her husband is. You know, she wants me to buy stuff for her husband. No, she wants me to buy stuff for her husband too. I'd go into the men's department, and that's where I would get hit on.
Kylie Wing
Where are the hottest gay Guys at the makeup counter at Nordstrom?
Heather Dubrow
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Kylie Wing
Are they all gay that worked at. Is it like the flight attendants?
Heather Dubrow
No, like. No, actually, no. A lot of the guys that worked at the rail or, like, in the men's department. I mean, we would, like. Retail's a whole different beast. When you work that many hours and weekends, you go out hard after, like.
Kylie Wing
On Mondays, so you Nordstrom people go out and party.
Heather Dubrow
It's real incestuous. Yes.
Kylie Wing
So you guys are fucking each other. Did you ever sleep with anyone that worked at Nordstrom?
Heather Dubrow
Well, my husband. We never worked at Nordstrom at the same time, but he worked at Nordstrom, too, so.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Wow. Have you ever met anyone at Nordstrom?
Christina Haack
No, I don't really go to the mall.
Kylie Wing
Oh, you don't go to the mall?
Josh
The mall comes to her.
Christina Haack
Yeah, I like to order online.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, it's a little easier.
Heather Dubrow
No, actually, I can't step foot in a mall now after working retail for so many years.
Kylie Wing
I saw pictures of your beautiful home, which I think I'm gonna see this Sunday. Right. Do we get to keep that in the divorce?
Christina Haack
Oh, yes.
Kylie Wing
Good.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Because that's a gorgeous house.
Heather Dubrow
That's a must.
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
But what about the one in Tennessee?
Christina Haack
I'm selling that one, but I just don't want it anymore.
Kylie Wing
Okay. How come you don't? Do you not go to Tennessee anymore?
Christina Haack
No, it's too hard to go back and forth.
Kylie Wing
Was that a place where you and Josh would go together?
Christina Haack
Yes.
Kylie Wing
Okay.
Christina Haack
I understand he lives in Tennessee, too, so he can stay in Tennessee.
Kylie Wing
Got it.
Christina Haack
He can stay in California.
Kylie Wing
You know, I dated someone for five and a half years, and Palm Springs was kind of our thing. And when it was over, I just didn't feel like going there anymore. Is that kind of the way it feels for you?
Christina Haack
Yeah.

Kylie Wing
Okay. Do you have children, Kylie?
Heather Dubrow
I have three, too.
Kylie Wing
How old are your kids?
Heather Dubrow
12, 5 and 2.
Kylie Wing
I think Monroe did something to me. My daughter's 8 and I think she was trying to be shady yesterday. So I'm working in my office. There's like four of us working, right? And she came in and she's like, daddy, I have a new game on my iPad. She goes, remember when you used to design houses? And I was like, I go, excuse me, what do you think I'm doing right now? She minimizes what I am doing.
Christina Haack
Yeah, that's typical.
Kylie Wing
And at lunch she hit me up, which I was going to ask you ladies. At lunch, she hit me up, which I didn't think we were going to have this conversation. Daddy, I would like to get my ears pierced. My friends are getting their ears pierced. Chloe's getting her ears pierced. I'm like, I don't, I thought we talked about somewhere between 10 and 13. What do you think, girls?
Heather Dubrow
My daughter was about eight when she got her first. She's got two holes now and she's 12.
Christina Haack
Yeah. Taylor got her second piercings at 12, but I think the first we did. I think she was eight.
Kylie Wing
Shit.
Christina Haack
Sorry.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, I was hoping we could, we could postpone this for like two more years. But if her friends keep getting their ears pierced, it's gonna be a problem.
Josh
If Chloe has it, she needs it, right?
Heather Dubrow
If she's willing to, I mean, it's actually. Well, no, it's more the sound, I feel like of the gun, but you.
Christina Haack
Don'T have to do the gun.
Heather Dubrow
No. Yeah, you can take her to like.
Christina Haack
A real piercing place.
Josh
Yeah, you can do it like the Parent Trap.
Christina Haack
Yeah. The needle, it actually doesn't hurt.
Heather Dubrow
It's more.
Kylie Wing
Which, which one should we do?
Heather Dubrow
I would do the needle. It's more cleaner.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
I got to talk to, well, when he starts talking to me again, I got to talk to the her other dad and we got to figure this out.
Christina Haack
But I, I, he's not talking to you right Now.
Kylie Wing
No, he's mad at me right now.
Christina Haack
Yeah, it happened.
Josh
Have you had the conversation? What. What do you wanted to talk about?
Kylie Wing
No, because you know it was nothing.
Josh
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
So sometimes there's a lot of drama, like I need to talk to you and then.
Christina Haack
And then they never do.
Kylie Wing
Yeah. Or it's nothing. You know what I mean? It's a little bit of. It's like a little bit of gaslighting.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Do you have that with your. With your baby daddies?
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
How do you co parent who's okay.
Christina Haack
So I have the same custody schedule.
Kylie Wing
Oh, you do. You've got week on, week off?
Christina Haack
I do 2. 2, 5.
Kylie Wing
5.
Josh
Do you have all the kids at once?
Kylie Wing
We used to do two. Two.
Christina Haack
Yeah, it's when they're young, I feel like when they get a little bit older I can do week on. Do you do week on, week off?
Kylie Wing
We just started last year when she was seven.
Christina Haack
Yep.
Kylie Wing
Like seven and a half. I think it's working out great.
Christina Haack
Yeah, it's a lot easier than Monday, Tuesday, then Wednesday, Thursday.
Kylie Wing
I know.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
But we have a. The one thing that we came up with which actually is great is we've got this two hour like floating. A floating day where I can take her for two hours. So I don't go a whole seven days without it is a long time. So ears. So you think. Yes. Ears pierced.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Heather Dubrow
But you know what? Once you actually get there, she may totally chicken out.
Kylie Wing
Yeah.
Heather Dubrow
And chicken out.
Christina Haack
Tyler already had her first piercing. At the second piercing she almost chickened out. And I was like, you already have it.
Heather Dubrow
I had to take Winter to get her first hole redone like three times. Because then once you get the earrings, taking them out or having to change them for anything, they. That's a whole nother freak out.
Kylie Wing
I'm not ready for this.
Christina Haack
Yeah, you have to do the spray. Make sure they don't get infected.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Let's postpone this another year or two if we can. All right. I want to play a game with you. It's called my best ex. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to ask you a question and you tell me which ex of your three exes, Tarik, Ant or Josh, which one applies? All right. Who is the best dressed.
Christina Haack
Tark?
Kylie Wing
Okay. Who is the best cook?
Christina Haack
No. Josh.
Kylie Wing
Josh. Okay. Best travel companion?
Christina Haack
None.
Kylie Wing
None.
Christina Haack
None myself.
Kylie Wing
If you had to give an answer. Who's the best of the worst? Okay, best in a crisis?
Christina Haack
None.
Kylie Wing
Who do you think would be best?
Christina Haack
I don't know. I guess. And. Okay, consider the source.
Kylie Wing
Best orderer in a restaurant.
Christina Haack
None Me.
Kylie Wing
Me.
Josh
They can't cook. They can't order me.
Christina Haack
You see a trend here?
Kylie Wing
All right, you have to answer this. Best kisser.
Christina Haack
Oh, I can't.
Josh
She's gagging.
Christina Haack
I'm sorry.
Kylie Wing
If you had to. If you had to pick someone. Best kisser.
Christina Haack
I. I can't. I can't. I can't.
Kylie Wing
Really? What do you think, Kylie?
Heather Dubrow
Oh, God. I mean, honestly, I have secondhand cringe.
Christina Haack
I just can't. I can't.
Kylie Wing
So who do you. She's not gonna answer this. So who do you think was the best sex, Kylie?
Christina Haack
Oh, God.
Heather Dubrow
Oh, God.
Kylie Wing
Who would you guess? Josh?
Heather Dubrow
No.
Kylie Wing
No. Oh, Christina said no ant. Ant. Oh, maybe ant. Tarik.
Josh
Her head is on the table.
Heather Dubrow
I would.
Kylie Wing
What do you think, Kylie?
Christina Haack
Oh, God.
Kylie Wing
So it's got to be. She said no to Josh, so it's.
Christina Haack
Got to be no ant or tard.
Heather Dubrow
I. Honestly, I don't. Knowing you now, having met all three of them briefly, I just. I literally can't even imagine you with any of them. So it's. It's just so hard to even.
Kylie Wing
Well, sex had to be good at one time, right?
Heather Dubrow
Okay, well, if we're gonna go by that logic, then I would guess tar, right. Is the longest.
Kylie Wing
Okay. She's laughing. She didn't say no. Okay. Best driver. Best driver.
Christina Haack
Best driver.
Kylie Wing
Okay. Best kept. Like, most hygienic. I think it's Tarek, right? Yeah, I think it's tar.
Josh
He gets Sprite dance. He's.
Christina Haack
Yeah.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah. He's the most.
Kylie Wing
Yeah, he's pretty well put together. Yeah. He's also probably the most vain. Huh?
Christina Haack
Oh, yeah.
Kylie Wing
Yeah. But he looks good. Best gift giver. Okay. Best sense of humor.
Christina Haack
I don't like giving so many to Tarik.
Kylie Wing
Okay, so that's Tarik. He is funny.
Christina Haack
I won't give any to Josh.
Kylie Wing
He's funny.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Christina Haack
We'll just give him food.
Heather Dubrow
Yeah.
Kylie Wing
Best liar.
Christina Haack
Josh.
Kylie Wing
Yeah.
Christina Haack
There you go.
Kylie Wing
Yay. Josh got one best hair.
Josh
They all quit. Good hair.
Christina Haack
Yeah, they all have pretty good hair. The best hair.
Kylie Wing
I mean, one of them got a transplant, obviously.
Heather Dubrow
I. I would say Josh. He had a thick head of hair.
Kylie Wing
Yeah.
Christina Haack
We just can't give him any of that.
Heather Dubrow
I know.
Kylie Wing
Okay. All right. Thanks for listening. If you want more of this, listen to Jeff Lewis live every weekday on Sirius XM as well as the Jeff Lewis Channel, exclusively on the SiriusXM app.
