In today's episode, the chumps are in Vegas for an influencer trip. We talk about foot rubs, gambling, plus we give awards to the top five influencers. We are back with Jeff Lewis live in Las Vegas. I'm here with Mercedes Javit Krystal Minkoff, Liotte Gerst and Shane Douglas. Good morning.

Hi, guys.

So first of all, when we get to the terminal, we're waiting. Liotte and Trevor were just a few minutes behind. So we, we had congregated in the terminal and they said, oh, Liott and Trevor are here, it's time to go. So we grabbed our bags. And then that's when you realized that you had your car? Well, the valet came in right before we were about to get on the plane and said, I need your car key. So you were. You left your car at valet but then forgot to leave your keys with him?

[Crystal Minkoff]

No, he didn't have my pin code because you can't start even if you have the key. You can't start the car without a pin code and you have to write it down.

[Jeff Lewis]

Okay. So then everybody was boarding the plane and I was waiting for you because you were giving him the pin code or whatever.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Getting my hat.

[Jeff Lewis]

Well, then you were like, okay. So then you started walking out on the tarmac and you're like, oh, I forgot my hat. So then you went back to your car to get your hat. Everyone was on the plane. And actually the flight attendant was like, okay, we all ready? I'm like, no, no, no. We got one more person. You were the last person.

[Crystal Minkoff]

I was. And I was so pleasantly touched that the fourth chair was saved for me.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yes.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Because I had heard about the etiquette that you're not supposed to sit in the first four, which is what.

[Mercedes Javid]

What you shared. Yes.

If I'm a guest, I don't ever take the front. Front section. But you are queen and they saved it for you.

[Crystal Minkoff]

They saved it. They wanted me in that seat.

I think that's one of those situations where you kind of look to Liya to see where. Cause I kind of just stood there and I was just kind of looking and she's probably like, oh, okay, you can sit there.

[Mercedes Javid]

She told me later. She's like, ugh, check out with me.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yeah, I think they probably wanted to be alone.

[Ryan Bailey]

We had to.

We had to.

She was like, ugh. I guess my co host from heel to feel has to sit in the first floor.

You're my favorite person to gamble with. You were so fun, Crystal.

And you were very supportive and very encouraging.

Yes, I. I'm actually, you know, remember we talked about gambling? Like, what? I. I'm not a gambler. I don't love like spending so much money. But it was so fun when it's like someone else's money. So I was like, let being more free. But you kept winning and it was out of control. I've never seen anything like it. And Joey was like, trying to make you stop. And I was like, no, double, triple your numbers. Like, go for it. I know at that point you were up so much. It's like, it's just play money. It was like fun, you know, but we had the. It was so much fun. Liotte. Thank you. But Jeff, like, you are my forever partner gambling. I will come back anytime with you.

[Shane Douglas]

I didn't even get to gamble with you guys. We played blackjack. We. You guys were like in a separate.

[Mercedes Javid]

Our table was hot. We were having so much fun.

[Jeff Lewis]

Well, apparently you're with your favorite person, Shannon. She's my favorite person to gamble with, so. But we had a good group with. With you, Mercedes and Crystal. And I mean, we had a good rhythm going.

[Crystal Minkoff]

It was like, I. Reza kept looking at me because he kept hitting straight on. So in roulette, everyone knows it's very difficult to Win when you bet straight on, it's 38 out of the odds of 1. So he kept looking, winning, looking at how much you would win and he would win. And I was like, it's all your good karma.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah, so all your good karma. And look, so when we started, I. I did all the five chips, and I was like, okay, I'm going to just do like 10 because I'm going a baller here. And I put it on three numbers and I hit the first one.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yes, I remember that.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah. So I started screaming, and then Reza to my left. The second one he hit. So that money just became our play money. So we put the original money in our bag, and we were just like, this is it. And that was the rest of the night.

[Crystal Minkoff]

I did the same thing. I didn't realize. So the best Trevor gave us and lia gave us 2500. So I took the 500 chip and I put it on red. And that's how I started the night.

[Shane Douglas]

No way.

[Jeff Lewis]

And one right away, ballsy. She did.

[Mercedes Javid]

You were the first to hit. Ballsy. That was that first hit.

[Crystal Minkoff]

So that's how you do. Was good.

[Mercedes Javid]

It was. But Jeff hit. He kept putting $25 on zero.

[Shane Douglas]

Yeah, that's what Trevor was saying. He's like, I've never seen it.

[Mercedes Javid]

Scream four times. And so you put $25 down, and it came back 900 each time. And he won four times. It was crazy.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yeah, 3,600.

[Mercedes Javid]

It was so fun.

[Crystal Minkoff]

I mean, here's the thing with roulette. You have to also know you're either gonna play a long time because you might lose what you win. You can lose really fast.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah.

[Jeff Lewis]

I actually appreciate that you were there, Crystal, because you kept saying. You didn't tell me what to do, but you kept telling me what you're doing, which is you take the money and you put. You put your original investment back in your pocket, which I did. I was watching you. Then, okay, I'm up 500. But I still had plenty to gamble with. So I put that in my pocket. Then another 500, then another 500. And then once it got in my pocket, like, you're not coming back out.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah, exactly.

[Jeff Lewis]

And that's actually probably the only reason I won, because I normally don't win.

[Crystal Minkoff]

That's awesome.

[Mercedes Javid]

You won a lot.

[Jeff Lewis]

Because of you. Thank you.

[Shane Douglas]

You were like, Jeff. You were like. It was like, work for him. And then he's like, John. He's like, thank you very much. He came and shook our hands. He's like, gotta go have radio. It was like he closed business deal and bounced.

[Mercedes Javid]

But at one point, so. Because you love to play a lot of numbers. And then Reza was like, I'm gonna bet on Jeff. So then he put it all yours. And then I was like, I'm gonna bet on Jeff, too. So it was like our threes were. Our three chips were stacked on all of them together. And we just kept winning. And it was just so much fun. Obviously, it's fun to win. We were losing.

[Shane Douglas]

How many numbers do you play at once? Because then you're, like, spreading all your money out. How do you win?

[Jeff Lewis]

At one point, I was playing, like, I don't know, maybe 15 numbers at the most. But I was mostly 10 for a while. But I was hitting them, I mean, and that was kind of. Yeah, you know, I'd hit a 32 red or whatever, and that was fueling it, gave me the money to gamble.

[Shane Douglas]

Were there any strategies that you did that were learned from Tom Lewis?

[Jeff Lewis]

Yes. So. So what I was. What I was doing is I was looking at the board and I was seeing what numbers that they were hitting, which was like, 34, 32, 18, 13. Then I would remember because those. Those numbers. Those numbers would disappear. So. But then I would. So if there was like three blocks, I'm like, okay, we're due for a red. So I would. I would bet my reds, whatever numbers that I saw consistently.

[Shane Douglas]

Then. What made you keep putting Your number on 0 if it already hit zero?

[Jeff Lewis]

Because what happens is sometimes, and you know, I'm not saying it's rigged, but sometimes. But it could be. But you'll have like 8 blacks, 9 blacks, 10 blacks. The probability that it's going to keep hitting black, but seems a little slim to none. But what they're doing is everybody's double downing, triple downing. Oh, it's going to. It's going to hit red. It's going to hit red because we've had 11 blacks. I'm like, no, it's going to hit zero. And then that's when I put the money on the zero.

[Shane Douglas]

Wow.

[Mercedes Javid]

But see, that statistics is wrong. Every time you start over, the statistics is like, 50, 50.

[Jeff Lewis]

Always. Yes, correct.

[Mercedes Javid]

But somehow you got the one green every time.

[Shane Douglas]

That's insane.

[Mercedes Javid]

And every time I'd look at it, I was like, it's going to hit. And I. But I didn't put my number on it. But I was like. And then it would hit. And I was like, damn. Like, Jeff is just on a roll. It was. I never like it.

[Jeff Lewis]

And then blackjack how do you sit in the pool for three hours and drink? And then you walked into the cocktail party at 6:30 and you looked great.

[Shane Douglas]

I'm like, they were the first thing.

[Jeff Lewis]

I go, did you take a nap? You're like, no. I'm like, well how are you fucking doing this? How are you doing that right now?

[Crystal Minkoff]

I feel like a shell of a human.

[Shane Douglas]

You don't look like it.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Thank you. I don't know. Honestly, it's all the years of training.

[Jeff Lewis]

Of Shahs, of Sunset, Shane and I noticed this. I think it is. I love your relationship with Reza. You two were in that pool for three hours. Chatty, chatty, chatty, chatty, chatty. Just, just talking. Didn't need anyone else in that entire resort. You didn't, you just, you two for three hours just talking. I was like, I was like, that's really cool. Friendship for real.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah. And you guys are always like checking in on each other. Like really?

[Shane Douglas]

We just had Reza on heel to feel. And so it's such a lovely episode because we got to know more about Reza and then we talked about their friendship and how they met and I mean they met when they were kids so it's hard to break that foundation.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Yeah.

[Mercedes Javid]

And Reza told you guys, we were walking home last night to the room and Reza said, your first Chanel bag.

[Crystal Minkoff]

He got me my first Chanel bag in high school.

[Mercedes Javid]

He bought it for her.

[Ryan Bailey]

Wow.

[Jeff Lewis]

Wow.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah.

[Crystal Minkoff]

And it has gone up exponentially in value. So there we go.

[Mercedes Javid]

And Reza will buy me my first Chanel bag.

[Jeff Lewis]

No Mercedes. You were there. You were sitting next to me when Joey came over to our table. And you, what was your, what did you witness with the Doug and Joey situation?

[Crystal Minkoff]

Oh, it was quite tension filled.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yeah. Uncomfortable.

[Crystal Minkoff]

It was, yeah, it was hot. I, I thought that there were going to be like glass flying. I was worried that one of them was going to throw a drink and we were going to get splashed and hit. We were definitely in the splash zone.

[Jeff Lewis]

We were in the splash and we were right in the middle of it, right there and then what did you think? Like do you think that Doug unnecessarily escalated it? Well, I think he just questioned him and he felt defensive. Joey felt defensive 100%.

[Crystal Minkoff]

I mean we're. Joey said that the other side of the table was way too heavily reliant on him to entertain. He was like, I'm sick of entertaining these people on this side of the table. I need to move and I want to come and sit with you guys. And so we're like, okay, welcome. And then Jeff kept giving him more like sushi. He was just, you know, eating it. Apparently you can eat sushi with your fingers. You don't need the chopsticks. That was fine. And then. Yes, right, so. And then all of a sudden he's like, Doug is like, are you okay?

[Jeff Lewis]

Are you?

[Crystal Minkoff]

I just want to make sure you're okay.

[Jeff Lewis]

That's exactly how he said it.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah, but why?

[Crystal Minkoff]

He was hot. He was hot for Joey and not in a good way. And then, you know, Joey wasn't going to take no shit from nobody.

[Mercedes Javid]

Where did it come from? What was like, why was.

[Jeff Lewis]

I think Joey, you know, he was. He was drinking and he was, you.

[Ryan Bailey]

Know, Joey came in hot too. He came into our side of the table, little heated off the other side.

[Mercedes Javid]

But when we. When Joey came back, I kind of whispered to Jackie, I go, oh, what happened? He's. And he. He came over. He's like, I gotta get away from that side. And I go. And I said to Jackie, I go, oh, my God. Like, he. He, like, had to leave there.

[Jeff Lewis]

He.

[Mercedes Javid]

She goes, no, he said, I gotta get away from this side. Went over there and had to get away from that.

[Ryan Bailey]

He's pitting us against each other.

[Shane Douglas]

Apparently we were boring and they were too much drama.

[Crystal Minkoff]

And they had to go to the bathroom like three times, Joey and Doug, to talk it through.

[Jeff Lewis]

Well, the first talk. So first Doug goes over and they kind of scooted down on that long bench.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Oh, yeah.

[Jeff Lewis]

And they had that meeting together and then everything was cool. But then. You're right. Then they left again and went to the bathroom together, I guess to finish whatever they were talking about. Yeah, it was odd.

[Crystal Minkoff]

They wanted to squash that beef.

[Jeff Lewis]

Yeah.

[Crystal Minkoff]

But they couldn't do it quite yet.

[Jeff Lewis]

But you and I were so funny because right next to each other, like, yeah. Wow, Doug, you seem like a little aggressive. Like, you seem to be going in hot. Like, why are you being so condescending? Clearly you have some sort of issues. What are the issues? And Doug's like, I know what you two are doing and stop.

[Crystal Minkoff]

He was, like, scared. He was shaking. I was worried that no one's food was going to digest because it was, like, so heated.

[Jeff Lewis]

What?

[Crystal Minkoff]

There was so much food.

[Shane Douglas]

Because, like, as a mom, I love your fucking random comments.

[Crystal Minkoff]

It's just true. I'm like, how's everyone going to digest this? Food and alcohol tensions are high.

[Shane Douglas]

Did you. Joey and Reza disappeared for like, two hours. I thought you went to bed. Then I get a text, we're coming Back up. Where have you been?

[Crystal Minkoff]

Yeah, well, where did. We went to cash our chips.

[Jeff Lewis]

We went all. Okay, so is you, me, Brittany, Reza and Joey. We cash our chips, and then Joey's. He wants to keep that party going. So first he's like, hey, you know, I'll. I'll go up to him. I go, no, you're not coming. I'm going to bed. I'm going to bed. And then. Then he was trying to, like, latch out to you guys because he did not want the party to end. So then I called you because I was like. Because we were. You and I were a little on the down low about what we won. Which I think is. I think it's good. Like, when we weren't telling anybody, we weren't bragging or anything. But I called you. I'm like, how much you win? And you're like, how much you win? And then I go, damn, Joey was drunk.

She's like, he's still here?

[Crystal Minkoff]

Yeah. So then Liotte sent us a text, and she's like, come upstairs. They brought food. And I was like, reza, there's sliders upstairs. Let's go. So all three of us went and we gambled a little bit more, and we had some food, and then we called it a night.

[Mercedes Javid]

What time was that?

[Crystal Minkoff]

God knows.

[Shane Douglas]

Like, one. Like, I was about to. I told Trevor, I'm done. I gotta go to sleep. And as I'm about to get in the elevator, these three. Cause they were like, we're gonna come. I'm like, they're not coming. Cause that's what you said during the day, you're in the pool. And I'm like, I'm gonna go up to the Sky Casino. You're like, I'm getting out right now.

Be right there.

[Shane Douglas]

Six hours later, they never showed up. So I didn't think you guys were coming. As I'm about to get in the elevator to go down, they come up. So then we went back in.

[Crystal Minkoff]

Yeah, because, you know, Shane was at the pool, and me, Reza, Shane, Joey. Like, I think that the next trip, we should all be doing the pool together. And then we do, like, every little thing together. No splitting up.

[Jeff Lewis]

Do they have a pool at the bot farm?

[Ryan Bailey]

I'm installing one.

Okay.

Hopefully Brazil.

Why are you the best influencer?

Okay, first of all, because I took initiative. As soon as I was told that it was being shipped to my house, I asked if I can post before posting, and she said yes. So I started posting before Carney's first one, which is pretty monumental. Secondly, I also had it in something that may or may not be aired on television. And thirdly, I genuinely love it. My favorite flavor is the carrot turmeric. And if you were to count the number of posts, I would. I think I would be pretty high.

Well, that is one of one of the qualifying factors, right? It's frequency. Quality.

[Shane Douglas]

Okay. So I don't know. He was having some sort of eighth grade, you know, girl crisis. And he's like, I need to talk to you. I need to talk to you. I said, dude, I'm on a winning streak. I'm not leaving. He's like, I need to talk to you. I need to talk to you right now. Just for like, five minutes. Five minutes. Take a break. Take a break. Like, 36 times. And I said, you are acting like Monroe when she was three. I said, no, no, no, no, no, no. You gotta. You gotta leave me. You saw it, Crystal.

It was a lot. It was a lot. I don't. And by the way, that 8th grade girl analogy is correct. It was like he was kind of desperate to view. To, like, pay attention with some drama.

This was at roulette, like, while you were at.

[Mercedes Javid]

I just like, I love Joey. He's my. I love him. But it was like you were on a roll and you were very focused, and it was like, just wait. And I was like, just do chill. Like, let Jeff finish this out and he'll talk to you after, you know? But that was. It was a lot.

I was about to call security. I was very, very close.

[Doug Budin]

They had security. You couldn't get off that elevator and go into the room. You had to go past their security.

[Jeff Lewis]

What I did love about the private casino is that we would take our time. So it'd be like, crystal, do you have all your bets on the table? Jeff, do you have all your bets on the table? Because normally you're like frantic when you're playing down in the regular casino, but this guy was cool and he just, you know, he just took. Is everybody ready?

[Mercedes Javid]

Everybody good and super helpful, like, guiding you?

[Jeff Lewis]

And maybe that's why I did better because I wasn't rushing and I was thinking it through.

[Mercedes Javid]

Yeah.

There was this time where I think it was Shannon, where you got. You ended up winning on a hand, but you were using your phone. And they totally messed with Shannon. They're like, you can't get that winning, so use your phone. And she was like, what?

Wait, tell me. Come here, Shannon.

[Joey]

I had a black bat. For those that aren't aware, that would be an ace and a 10. And when the odds are 3 to 2, and I was taking a picture I think with Ryan or we were doing a video and then they said, oh, you are on your phone, so this hand doesn't come.

In all seriousness, like, he kept poker face. I actually believed it.

[Joey]

This is my pit boss friend John trying to razz me. We're really close, but by the way.

When Joey was like, really kind of like going at you, he to had looking. He's like, do you see those pit guys talking? This is where the. This is a conspiracy. This is where they're changing the hands. This is where. This is where it all goes down. I'm like, what are you talking about? He's like, you watch, you're not going to win anything anymore. Do you see them talking right now? Yeah. Like, then he kind of went that direction. He's like, joey, they let you win. And then he's like, do you see them? This is where you watch. Everything's changing now. You're going to lose it all.

That's why I was like, get out. You are shifting the energy. Go, go, go bother Trevor.
