Well, you know, I'm not great and I'll tell you why. And you guys have something to do with this, but I know it's out of your control. So because of you and your business. Vena cbd. I have slept like a baby for years.

Years. So much so, I loved your product. So much so that I became an ambassador for your product. I have sold a lot. We had a nice affiliate program. I have enjoyed being in business with you. And now California, the state of California, has changed the regulations. So explain to me what's going on.

Well, it's pretty simple. It's just navigating through politics, navigating through laws. It's just business. And unfortunately, last year the governor signed a bill, AB8, that prevents any hemp product with any sense of THC in it to be no longer available in California. We can't ship it here. We can't sell it here. But the ironic part is that we made it here. We established our company here. We developed Our products here. And we, you know, did everything in California. Now California is not allowing us to sell it here.

Can I ask a dumb question? But there's wheat shops all over. What's. How is that different?

[Eddie Judge]

The difference is that our product is not marijuana based. So medical marijuana is still legal here in California.

It's hemp based.

So the THC comes from the hemp plant, not the marijuana plant.

And if I'm up at 11 o', clock, I can't take a half or I'll only take one because I know it's gonna allow me to wake up at. At a normal time, which is six.

He just likes to be stoned. And then he'll drink the seltzer too, which is 10 milligrams of THC, let me tell you.

[Eddie Judge]

I think it's just her. I mean, I didn't. I was more annoyed. I was more. I was more bothered when she was annoying and broke. I'm less bothered that she's. I mean, that she's annoying, but working hard. She's trying to build something.

So I have a little more respect.

She's a bit more bougier.

Yeah. I mean, she does look good. I mean, they were really.

But she is working hard. She is hustling. I will tell you, she's a terrible actress and you know, I always hear like, bravo loves her. Bravo loves her. She's, you know, actresses. A Bravo favorite. I know why she's a Bravo favorite, and I've said this before, is that she'll come in and she will say, I'm sure the producers right before coach her. She's the one that will, you know, do whatever they ask. And I'm. I can see why Bravo likes her, but she's such a bad actress that it. It's kind. It's not very subtle when she comes in and, you know, why did you do that? And what were you? And I go, oh, like, seriously, I'm saying nothing. Producers just ask you to say that and you just repeated it.

You know, I don't know that they ask her to say that. I think that maybe it's like, let's talk about what happened yesterday.

[Tamara Judge]

But they're coaching her because they know she'll do it.

[Jeff Lewis]

You are assuming that. No, I don't know that.

Well, I know they try to do it with me and what happens, Shane?

[Jameson]

Jeff simply says, I'm not doing that.

My real life, I would never do that.

And I got mad too, because they'll, you know, once in a while they'll come in and be like, can you ask so and so. And I go, do not interrupt us again. We're in the middle of it. We're in the middle of a lunch scene with actually interesting conversation. Not really, but more interesting than what they want to do.

You feel like it just depends on what producer you have that day or do you have the same crew every single day?

[Tamara Judge]

You know what? I was blaming the wrong people because. And I did apologize to our supervising producer, Mickey, because I realized she's just repeating what Post wants her. You know, what Post needs.

[Jeff Lewis]

Right.

[Tamara Judge]

But I don't want to make Post's job. Post job any easier because they get a little. They get a little lazy. And my feeling is, follow the real story. I'm not going to create one for you.

[Jameson]

So when you're watching flipping out and none of the stories have endings, we don't bring it up on camera.

[Jeff Lewis]

So basically you're saying your show's gonna fail, you know, because you won't do what they say.

[Tamara Judge]

I think it. No.

[Jeff Lewis]

Are you gonna piss off the editors are gonna be a real asshole the entire season.

[Tamara Judge]

It's a. I already pissed off the editors. It's a strong.

Not a good thing to do.

It's actually a strong show because we don't play the game.

You know, it's like, this is gonna make it real easy for you if I do this, but I would prefer you to do a little more. More work and put in a little more effort and follow the real story.

Yeah. We have people on our cast that were or have throughout the years that, like, suck up to the editors, like, have their phone number and say, you know, I don't even have our editors.

[Eddie Judge]

Now, we could tell by your. Gina's talking to the editor's direct, and they're. They're texting her before scenes, and they're like, make sure to ask Vicki about this. Make sure to ask Shannon about this.

Now editor is involved day to day. It's usually just producers. Maybe the editor asks the producer, but editors don't really talk to us.

[Tamara Judge]

I will say I do. I do miss Emily. I actually really enjoyed Emily and Shane on my show.

Did you piss her off, too?

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

[Jeff Lewis]

Oh, but I. Oh, you talked. Yes, I remember last year you're talking about.

Yeah, yeah. I mean, look, I just get sense. I mean, maybe since I've had a kid, I just get very sensitive to.

Your kid was 5 years old or 6 years old when you said this.

The kid storylines, I get sensitive.

Oh, you're sensitive to. Not that you did that to her, but.

No, no, no, no, no. I. I get sensitive to some of these, you know, people that make their.

Look, I under. I'm understanding that. I think by. And this. Andy explained this to me because he got a little defensive when I said something. He goes, you got to understand. He goes by. By talking about this on air, a lot of people reached out to her with potential. Potential solutions. Solutions. Diagnosis.

He told me that too. He told me that he liked that storyline.

[Jameson]

Well, it's hard because it's like that it really was, like, all encompassing for her. So if she didn't share, it would be like, why is she acting so weird? Something's going on in a private life she's not sharing. But also, like, it's her kids, so she does owe him to protect.

[Jeff Lewis]

It's very hard to share something like that because that's gonna live with him for the rest of his.

[Tamara Judge]

Correct.

[Jeff Lewis]

And so for me, like, it's like a fine line. Like, you know, I'm actually happy that my kids weren't on the show.

[Tamara Judge]

Yeah.

[Jeff Lewis]

While I was going through a divorce and they were little. Yeah. In hindsight, like, looking like, I'm like, it's actually a great thing because things come up and it's you put it out there and. I mean, my daughter's still bothered by. When she was 4 and she screamed, there's a booger in my milk on camera. She's still traumatized by that.

[Tamara Judge]

I mean, you're right. Some people aren't really. They're not made for this. I. I do think that was a defining moment for me. I just thought even if Monroe wanted to be on the show and. Well, she probably would want to be, and even if Gage agreed, I. I'm not. I. I don't want to do that,

[Jeff Lewis]

because he's still around.

[Tamara Judge]

He's still around. He's actually. Last month, he's been on his best behavior. I don't know what's going on.

[Jeff Lewis]

Oh, is he single?

[Tamara Judge]

No, he's. I mean, he's. He seems, like, happily engaged.

Still with your.

Yeah, they're engaged.

Yeah, and they just moved in together, and it's a nice home and everybody. So I don't know. He's happy, and I just. I don't want to disrupt this.
