There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the Healer. And we're continuing in our series called In Christ I Can. And we have some materials and resources we want to make available available to you and get into your hands. You can get hold of these completely free just go to our website@jesusthehealer.org go to the bookstore page and you can see these downloadable resources. We have a small sampling of in him scriptures that you can download. We want you to feed on those, meditate on those. And then we also have the larger one that is a complete listing of all the in him scriptures. And in this, this, this One is about 120 page doc. And we have a friend of the ministry who he referenced 229 different Bible translations, pulled the best of those translations and compiled them for us. So it's our privilege to make those available to you. You can download them, then you can just leave them on your device or print them off and. But the most important thing is feed on them, get those into your spirit. Because when we find out who we are in Christ, we come into the highest order of faith. Faith is no struggle to the one who knows who they are in Christ. And so this is the foundation of our redemption. So we're just so thrilled that the Spirit of God has led us to teach in this series. And we are in over 240 episodes now teaching on the series in Christ I Can. Now, in the previous episode, we started by going to Hebrews chapter four in verse three, the Amplified Classic translation, God had provided a land for his people that he delivered out of Egypt, but they never arrived. And the reason that first generation did not arrive is because they didn't hold to what God said. They didn't bring their thinking in line with God's word to them. And so because of that, they were in fear, they were in doubt. And it left them wandering for 40 years in a wilderness because doubt just wanders without arriving. And so they did not build in them what God said to them. And then we have record of it here in Hebrews chapter four, verse three, the amplified classic, that God was telling them that there was a place he had for them, but they would not arrive at it because they wouldn't stay in faith. And it says this in the last phrase, he said, they shall not enter my rest. And this he said, look at these phrase, these words. Although his works had been completed and prepared and waiting for all who would believe from the foundation of the world. What's it mean when it says from the foundation of the world, before they ever needed a promised land, God had already completed it. God had already prepared it. God already had a plan for them before they needed to cross the Red Sea, God already had a plan in place for them to cross the Red Sea. He had already completed that plan, prepared that plan. He stocked that plan with everything their life would call for. But because they did not build God's word in them, they didn't hold to what God said. They never arrived. That first generation never arrived. But I want you to see something on the positive side of this, that this shows for us God's plan for your life, he's already completed it. God's plan for your life, he's already prepared everything that that plan will call for. Notice these words, he has already completed and prepared and waiting. His works have been completed. They've been prepared. You don't have to coerce him into working for you. He's already completed and prepared his works, and they're waiting. Look at this. They're waiting for all who would believe from the foundation of the world. So before your need ever showed up, he already completed a supply for your need, before he ever told you to start that business, he had already prepared every resource you're going to need for that business. He's already prepared the right people to help you. He's already prepared all the right buildings, the equipment, the properties, everything you would need for pastors. He's already. He's already completed and prepared the right location, the right buildings, the equipment, everything. And if you will approach everything that God leads you to with this is a completed and prepared path that all I have to do is walk that path by faith and with my faith, gather up all the provision, all the supply that belongs to that path. Now, if I'm going to take my own plan. If I'm going to take my own path without considering God's plan. God has not completed and prepared the path I authored. He completed and prepared the path he authored. So if I'm going to walk my direction any way I want to walk, taking any step path I want to take apart from his, I'm going to meet needs that I'm not assured that they're going to have a supply because the supply is not on the on the path I authored. The supply is on the path he authored. That's where the rich life is. That's where the wealthy life is. Brother Copeland says it this way. He said the will of God is your wealthy place. He's not just talking about financially, he's saying that there's going to be provision and enrichment for every arena of your life. In his will, in his plan, that's the wealthy, that's the wealthy direction to go. Because you'll never have lack in that in that path. So this is why we would run from creating our own plan. Listen, don't feel like I got, I've got to create a plan for my life. No you don't. You have to hear a plan. God's already authored a plan. All you need to do is hear what God has authored for your life. So much of the time the world will tell you create a plan for your life for the first, you know, one year plan, a five year plan, a ten year plan. Well that's fine to have to have, if I could say this, we're going to have to have a vision for our life. But that vision is authored by God. It's not authored by our own intellect. It's not by authored by us saying I want this, I want that. No, we are free from having to come up with a plan. All we have to do is hear a plan. Hear a plan for the next year of your life. Hear the plan for the next five years of your life. Hear, hear the plan for the next 10 years. Because God's already authored the plan. He's in this plan. He has fully stocked with his provision with his supply. So as we renew our minds to this, this is a whole new way of thinking. Before I ever put my hand to something that God has told me to do, I always know this. God's already prepared everything that this plan calls for. Everything God has told me to do. It's already fully stocked with his provision. But the provision doesn't show up automatically. I have to walk that plan by faith. And all along that plan, all along that Path of God's will. I have to, with my faith, gather up all the provision, all the supply. You know, there are people that they will walk the path of God for their life. They'll fulfill the plan of God, walk down the way he's directing them, and then they won't use their faith to gather up the supply. Well, the supply is along that path. But by faith, we have to gather that supply up. The Word talks about that. God takes care of the birds, isn't that right? Jesus made the statement. He said, look at the birds. Your heavenly Father takes care of them and they don't sow or reap. What's he talking about? God takes care of them even though they don't sow and reap. Think of what kind of provision you'll have when God's taking care of you. Plus you sow and reap. You've got so much more available to you than the birds. But know this, when it says that God takes care of the birds, how does he take care of the birds? He has stocked the earth with all the provision they'll ever need. There's seed, there's food, there's water, everything they need. There's supply for them to make their little nest. You'll see them go out and pull, you know, get some kind of piece of grass or some kind of branch or something, and they'll fly off with that, create their. Create their nest. Why? Because everything they need, it's already in the earth. He doesn't throw the supply in their nest. They have to leave the nest and go out and gather it. I want you to know, so many times people are waiting for God to throw their supply in their life, and he's already stocked it. But you have to, by faith, gather what he's already provided, the supply that he has for the plan in your life. You have to, by faith, gather that. Because he takes care of the birds, not by just throwing it in their nest. And they automatically have it. It doesn't just automatically appear. They have to go gather it. Well, by faith, we gather. We gather all the provision that he's already authored for our life. Now then, we connect that verse in Hebrews 4, verse 3. Build that in you. God's already completed. He's prepared everything I'm going to need to fulfill the works that he's called me to, to walk out the plan of God for my life. All that, that plan, all that completed supply is waiting on, is for my faith to show up, because it's waiting for all who would Believe is what this verse says. But now let's add that Philippians 4, verse 19. My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Now know this. This is speaking specifically to someone who's a giver. I recognize that. But notice that for everyone who gives, and I want you to know, on the inside of you is the nature of God and he's a giver. You have a giving nature on the inside of you. When you're being generous, you're being true to the nature of God that's in you. If we're withholding from being a giver, we're not being true to that giving nature that's on the inside of us. So notice, having the nature of God on the inside of you turns us all into a giver. So when we give, Philippians 4:19 says, My God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ. Jesus Christ. As we were saying in the previous episode, most people live need minded. We have to. This verse is to turn us supply minded. Quit thinking about the need, just meditate. I have a supply. And put that in your mouth. No matter what need shows up, say, there's a supply for this. I remember whenever my husband went home to be with the Lord and I received a big old love letter, a big one from the irs. I did not know all the business transactions that my husband had in play, but I received this big love letter before I even opened it to look at it. You know, you see the irs, the name of it right up in the corner. Before I opened it, I held that large envelope up to God and I said, God, I don't know what's in this envelope, but you do. And I know this. You have already authored a supply for this need in this envelope. And when I opened that envelope, I was so glad I had already said something before I looked at it. And when I looked at it, there were some large numbers there. But whenever I said that to God, I said, God, you already have a supply for this. What's this mean? I'm not going to worry, I'm not going to fear. I'm just going to hear what you would say to me in the face of this need. I'm going to be led by you. Whatever you tell me to do, I'm going to obey that. Well, a week later, I received another love letter from the irs. And it really was a love letter this time. It was only maybe, it was only maybe 5% of what that original one said I needed to pay the love letter had become a real love letter. It had. God had moved and supplied and I only had to pay a fraction of what they originally said. I didn't even contact them. After I got that first letter. I didn't contact them. I didn't try to do anything but because I started talking about the supply and and I started referring to the supply instead of being need minded. Then what happened? The need changed because the supply had gone into play for me. So I want you to know this verse is to turn us supply minded. Don't live need minded or you'll live worried. Don't live need minded or it could cause you to not be as generous as God has made you to be. In Christ you already have a supply for every need you will encounter. Everything God dreamed of for your life, everything God planned for your life, he put in Christ. And then he put Christ in you. I call him the treasure box of Heaven. And he's in us. And we can draw on the wealth that's on the inside of us. And we can say, Father, I thank youk that the supply is so abundant. For my life and by faith I receive. Receive the supply. Now can I tell you this. Don't be distracted and don't be troubled by needs that have already been met in Christ. Now listen to that. Don't be distracted. Don't be troubled by any need that has already been met in Christ. You know what this means. We never are to look sad. We're never to look dejected. What if you were to go to work one day and the employer says I've closed down that department. We won't need your services anymore. You want to know what your first go to should be? Praise God, I got a supply. That there's another job out there waiting for me. Or there's a better job out there waiting for me. If we become sad when we're faced with a need, we have forgotten the word. We have forgotten the supply of God. So we need to. If I could say this so renew our minds. Talk about it all the time. I always have a supply. No matter what need shows up, I always have a supply. A supply of a better job, a supply of a higher salary job. I always have a supply, no matter what the need is. Now know this need does not mean lack. Now that's so important for you to understand. Just because a need shows up doesn't mean there's lack. Because every need I'll ever face is already have a supply. So there's no lack to the need that shows up in my life there's a supply associated with that need, not lack. Because Christ is in me. Because he has made us. He was made poor that we might be made rich. I can always rest on. I don't care what need shows up. I'm not losing my joy, my countenance doesn't fall whenever a need shows up. Because need does not mean lack. Now I want to spend a little bit of time on that. But before that, I was having a conversation with someone recently and they made a statement. It was like this. How do you keep yourself close to God? What keeps people close to God? And one of the things I said, I don't know if people always understand it the way I'm thinking of it, but let me just show it to you this way. One thing that will help keep you close to God is having a need. You go, what? Because a need does not mean lack. Know this. If people are completely self sufficient, they have all the money they need apart from God. They have all the connections they need apart from God. If a human could be self sufficient, why would they need a savior? They would not feel the need for a savior. But I want you to know no human is self sufficient. People might think, well, I'm wealthy, yes, but you know something? Your money cannot keep a body. Well, there's going. Somebody's going to need a miracle physically. There are people that have been millionaires and billionaires died, died prematurely of sickness. Why? They had a need that their own resources could not supply. Every man needs a savior. I said every man needs a savior. And the good thing is every man has a savior. But we have to receive that Savior. We have to open the door for Jesus to come in to dwell in our hearts. Well, when Jesus came in, our Savior came in. Our supply came in. Our answer to every need came in. But if I could say this, I have found one thing that will keep you close to God is recognizing I have a need because I have a need. I always need my Savior. I have no room for distance between me and my Savior because so many needs come up when pastoring. I pastored for 25 years. There are people that I had never seen before that would show up at the church when they had a need. Maybe they had a physical need. Maybe their marriage was on the verge of divorce. Maybe they had a need with a wayward child. There would be something traumatic and a crisis that would show up in their life. When a need like that would show up, they would run to the church. And you know what? That's Right. That's a right response. When you have something that shows up in your life, you need a Savior. And there would be people that would show up and they would start attending the church faithfully. I was able to teach the Word to them, get the Word in them. And then all of a sudden they began to see that that word was answering the need. And in their life, do you know that need was a positive thing. The devil meant to ruin their life. But when they recognized I have a need, it caused them to see I need a savior, I need help. And it would cause them to draw near to God. What's the Word said? What's the Word say? In the book of James he said God spoke and said, draw nigh unto me and I'll draw nigh unto you. When people didn't have a need, they wouldn't draw nigh to God. So we can see the need as a positive. It keeps us really close to God. Because without God I can't meet this. I am so aware I am dependent on God for everything. Without him there are going to go with there. I'm going to face needs that I can't meet on my own apart from Him. And it helps me to say I love God, I do love him. Not because he does something for me, but I need Him. I mean I need him for my peace. I need him for every single moment of my life. Because once you have the fellowship of him, you realize life is cheated without him in it. And so when I pastored, people would search out this local church that I pastored because they had a need and God would, God would make himself known to them when they faced that need. And so the difficulty though sometimes when people had that need met and there was no longer a need, I saw those same people drop out of church when there was not a need anymore. They would forget God. They would, if I could say this, abandon their own advancement that they had made and they would stop attending. And then what would happen? They would face a hardship, then they would come back. Well, thank God they were welcome to come back. But if we'll just live close to God, we won't have these moments and flows in our life when we, when we're overwhelmed with a need and then when we, you know, recognize, oh, if I get back to God, he'll help me. Well, he will help you. But don't ever leave the closest of God. Don't ever forget God to where you think you can be self sufficient. So then I saw those same people that they came to the Church because of a need. They were fed the Word, they acted on the Word, they became a doer of the Word. And not only that, then they stayed in the church. And then their family flourished, their children flourished, and they're still flourishing today. But it was that need became a positive thing because it helped them to recognize their need for a savior. That's the highest need any man faces. But I want you to know this. God will lead you to create a need. Now pay attention to that. God will lead you to create a need. But as I said, having a need does not mean the same as lack. Lack means you don't have a supply. But every need that one of God's children will face always has a supply. So lack you can have. God will lead you to create a need because he has a supply. Not because he's trying to get you to a place of lack. Because in God there is no lack. So every need that shows up, you will have a supply. For if you'll renew your mind to that, then there's no room for worry. There's no room for fear. God leads you to create a need because he's trying to get you into the supply that belongs to that need. My God shall supply all your need. Without a need, you don't really have the necessity for that supply. So God will lead you to create a need. If you don't have a need, you don't require a supply. But when you recognize I have a need, then in God there's always the supply that is present and available to your faith. Now think about it as I said. God will lead you to a place where you create a need. God will lead you to a place where you need a miracle. And you say, well, if I just walk with God, I won't ever need a miracle. That's not true. Because every part of the plan of God for your life, it calls for the miracle power of God to fulfill that plan. Now think of it this way. When God led his people, the Hebrews, out of Egypt, he's the one that led them to the Red Sea. You know what that Red Sea called for a miracle? That that water had to be parted so that they could cross it. And God led them there. God led them to where they needed a miracle. Why did he lead them to the Red Sea where they need a miracle? Because he had a miracle ready for him. He had the supply of a miracle, waiting for them to show up at the Red Sea, waiting for them to have that need in their life. God is always. He's Always in front of your need. He has already completed a supply for every need you'll face. Not only that, God led those, he led the Hebrews through the wilderness. He didn't intend that they stay there for 40 years, but that was the path they were to take, was through the wilderness. They were only meant to pass through, though they camped in it. But the whole time they were there. Notice this. They never lacked for supply. They had manna. They had a rock that, that poured forth water that supplied that entire nation. They had miracles of just enough. Now if they would have followed God and gone on into the promised land, they would have lived in a land that flowed with milk and honey. They would have always had more than enough. But because they would only follow God so far, God still had miracles of provision for them. Although it wasn't the highest flow of miracle they could have if they had arrived, gone into ongoing supply there in the wilderness. They had a daily supply. But know this. They always had a supply for every need that showed up. I want you to know that God will lead you to create a need. He'll say, start that business. He'll say, buy that home. He will say so that sow that money to your local church. He'll say, give this to that person. He's leading you to create a need. Why? Because he has a supply. He's trying to get you into a higher flow of supply. So know this. One of the things that will help us live close to God is be aware that to fulfill the plan of God, he will lead me to create a need. And he does that because he has a supply, a miracle supply. For me, needs are not a negative in the life of the one who knows they have a supply. Now if you don't renew your mind to the truth that there is a supply for every need, you'll think a need is negative. You'll think, you'll see. A needle is a place of lack. When for the believer, a need is the place of supply. You never need to worry. You never need to be afraid. Because God will only lead you when he's leading you to a need. He's really leading you to supply. Because that's what he's already authored. God did not author need, he authors supply. And so when you have a place that God is leading you in his place and a need shows up, good for you. Now you're at the place where the supply is available to your faith. Amen. Well, we're going to be ministering along this line some more. And you don't want to miss it. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the Healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcome. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.

Episode 1002 | In Christ I Can, Part 242
Date: May 5, 2026
Host: Nancy Dufresne
In this episode of "Jesus the Healer," Nancy Dufresne continues her extensive, faith-building series, "In Christ I Can," focusing on God’s prepared supply for every believer. She teaches how the foundation of redemption is recognizing everything needed for life and godliness is already provided in Christ. The episode encourages listeners to shift from a "need-minded" to a "supply-minded" perspective, understanding that God leads us into situations where we require miracles, not as a sign of lack, but as an invitation to experience His abundant provision.
(Timestamps: 01:24–06:39)
Faith is rooted in identity: Knowing who we are in Christ leads to effortless faith.
"Faith is no struggle to the one who knows who they are in Christ." (Nancy Dufresne, 02:33)
God’s provision predates your need:
Using Hebrews 4:3 (AMP), Nancy shares that God’s works and supply have been completed and waiting "from the foundation of the world."
"Before your need ever showed up, he already completed a supply for your need." (Nancy Dufresne, 05:26)
Your pathway must match His plan:
The abundant supply is on the path God authored, not one we devise ourselves.
"The supply is not on the path I authored. The supply is on the path he authored. That's where the rich life is. That's where the wealthy life is." (Nancy Dufresne, 07:05)
(Timestamps: 14:56–19:18)
Philippians 4:19—Promise for the Giver:
God’s supply operates for those who walk in God’s nature by being givers themselves.
"When you're being generous, you're being true to the nature of God that's in you." (Nancy Dufresne, 16:16)
Confession of supply, not stress of need:
Nancy illustrates with a personal story of facing a significant IRS bill.
"Before I opened it, I held that large envelope up to God and I said, 'God, I don’t know what’s in this envelope, but you do. And I know this: You have already authored a supply for this need in this envelope.'" (Nancy Dufresne, 17:40)
The outcome: The next letter was only 5% of the original amount.
"The love letter had become a real love letter. It had. God had moved and supplied and I only had to pay a fraction of what they originally said." (Nancy Dufresne, 18:39)
(Timestamps: 20:38–25:01)
Need does not mean lack:
"Just because a need shows up doesn't mean there's lack... every need I'll ever face is already... have a supply." (Nancy Dufresne, 21:52)
Renewing the mind:
Encourage yourself with ongoing confession:
"Talk about it all the time. I always have a supply. No matter what need shows up, I always have a supply." (Nancy Dufresne, 21:17)
Stay joyful in need:
"If we become sad when we're faced with a need, we have forgotten the word. We have forgotten the supply of God." (Nancy Dufresne, 22:45)
(Timestamps: 22:59–25:41)
The blessing in need:
Recognizing a need fosters ongoing intimacy with God.
"One thing that will help keep you close to God is having a need. You go, what? Because a need does not mean lack." (Nancy Dufresne, 23:17)
Example from pastoring:
People often come to church when facing a crisis; needs drive us back to God.
"When a need like that would show up, they would run to the church. And you know what? That's right. That's a right response." (Nancy Dufresne, 24:37)
Warning against self-sufficiency:
"When people didn’t have a need, they wouldn’t draw nigh to God. So we can see the need as a positive. It keeps us really close to God." (Nancy Dufresne, 25:01)
(Timestamps: 25:42–27:10)
God’s pattern of leading into need:
"God will lead you to create a need... because he has a supply. Not because he's trying to get you to a place of lack." (Nancy Dufresne, 26:12)
Purpose of miraculous needs:
Using the example of Israel at the Red Sea and in the wilderness:
"He had the supply of a miracle, waiting for them to show up at the Red Sea, waiting for them to have that need in their life. God is always. He's always in front of your need." (Nancy Dufresne, 26:49)
Encouragement for listeners:
"Needs are not a negative in the life of the one who knows they have a supply." (Nancy Dufresne, 27:01)
“Faith is no struggle to the one who knows who they are in Christ.”
(Nancy Dufresne, 02:33)
“The supply is not on the path I authored. The supply is on the path he authored.”
(Nancy Dufresne, 07:05)
“Before your need ever showed up, he already completed a supply for your need.”
(05:26)
“Need does not mean lack. Now that's so important for you to understand.”
(21:52)
“If we become sad when we're faced with a need, we have forgotten the word. We have forgotten the supply of God.”
(22:45)
“God will lead you to create a need... because he has a supply.”
(26:12)
Nancy Dufresne delivers her message warmly, with personal anecdotes, scripture-rich teaching, and practical encouragement. The tone is uplifting, faith-filled, and maternal, aiming to inspire confidence in God’s provision and closeness.
