There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.
Nancy Dufresne
I receive it right now from the.

Top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer. We want to know. We want you to go back and watch any previous episodes in this series that you might have missed. My goodness. We're having a good time teaching this direction. I love, love, love, love. It isn't the word just so. It's so, so good. And we've been using in these episodes. I've just been starting with a story that Brother Copeland told in one of his meetings. He made one statement and I think I. I don't know if I heard anything else after of his sermon, after he made this statement because it was so loaded for me. But he was talking about the time that God had him to give $50,000. Now, this was in the 70s, 1970s, and God told him to give $50,000 to Kenneth Hagin's ministry. And Kenneth Hagin was one of the men who taught and Brother Copeland and that he fed on his materials. And so I love the response that Brother Copeland gave when God said, I want you to give $50,000. Because in his own resources he didn'. You know, not many would have even today that available to give. And so when God said that to him, Brother Copeland answered, he said, in Christ I can give it, because in Christ I have it.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So what is. I saw that in Christ there's nothing that can be left undone. Outside of Christ, we can fail. But in Christ there is no failure. Because everything that God tells us to do can be accomplished from the place of in Christ. But if we try to do it outside of him, meaning in our own effort, with our own ability, our own resources, our own education, we'll falter on that. The plan of God for your life is so great that it takes God's involvement, it takes his labor to fulfill it. And so it's not to overwhelm us. It's to keep us relying upon him and depending upon him, upon him to do it through us. Remember what Jesus said. He said, my Father in me, he does the works. Even Jesus, the Son of God did not try to undertake the plan of God apart from God. He knew that it's God working in him and through him. And it's the same with us. What must we do? We must become mindful. I'm in Christ. And because I'm in Christ, I'm going to live like I'm in Christ. I'm going to think, think as one in Christ. That's what Brother Copeland did. He didn't just start measuring his resources, his finances, say, wow, I can't give that. I don't know where I'm going to get the money. In Christ is how God intended to supply that. In Christ is how he intended for Brother Copeland to give that. And he did give that. And really the story is that Brother Copeland set aside change every day. That that just change. When he'd break a dollar bill, he'd set that change aside. And when he got a certain, you know, amount of that, he would send it in. And after a period of time, he called Kenneth Hagin ministry offices and he asked, how much have I given? They said, well, you've given well over 50,000. He said, I know that change did not total that. But he said, when I obeyed God in Christ, the difference was made up. Know this. You bring your part and God does what you could never do.
Audience

In Christ, our abilities are like God's. What is that? Unlimited. Unlimited. No limits. But if we're going to just live by what we can figure out, what we can calculate, we're going to cheat the plan of God. We're going to cheat our own lives, and we're going to worry our way through life. But when you realize, in Christ I'm healed, I don't have to try to get healed In Christ I'm healed. In Christ I live pain free. In Christ, I live whole. In Christ, all my needs are met. That removes all the struggle. When you remember that you're to live as one in Christ, that it is him living through you, working through you, supplying through you, moving through you. And Paul understood that because in the Book of Acts it's recorded. He said, in him we live, in him we move, and in him we have our being. That is key to fulfilling the plan of God for your life. It's about in him, you're in him now. What do we have to. Do we have to establish and renew our minds to the fact I'm in Him. How do we do that? We feed on in Him Scriptures what are in Him Scriptures where it says in Christ. In him, in whom?
Audience
Through Him.
Kenneth Copeland
All these scriptures that tell us what belongs to us because we're in Christ. We have to feed on that, we have to meditate on that. We have to speak. Speak those things to us. We have to mutter those things to ourselves, build it in us. Well, we have put a resource together for you free of charge. Go to our website, jesusthehealer.org and you can download just a collection of all the in him scriptures. There's about 130, 140 somewhere around in there. You can print these off and just begin to feed on it and say, this is who I am. This is what I have quit living as what our past is. Right? Quit living as what we were, maybe the home we were raised in if it wasn't a godly home. Because now we're new creatures in Christ. Look at this. New creatures, new in Christ, not apart from Him. In Him. So that means that whenever God commands us, something tells us to do something, we say in Christ, I can do that. And we don't let our mind go to the natural realm to measure it. That's where the troubling is, is when our mind gets involved.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Answer Just out of the knowledge I'm in Him. And I can do that why? Because all I am is I am the glove. But he's the hand in the glove.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So the glove goes where the hand puts it. That's right. And so that's exactly his ability, his power, his life, his provision, his supply, funding and moving through every part of our life.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Now we left off the previous episode. We were reading out of Colossians chapter two. So let's go back there again today. Colossians chapter two, verse six and the amplified classic translation. It reads this way as Paul was writing. He says, as you have therefore received Christ, even Jesus the Lord, so walk, regulate your lives and conduct yourselves in union. In union with and conformity to Him. What's that mean? We're conforming to Him. We're not conforming to the system around us. We're not conforming to our finances, we're not conforming to the pain in our body. Right. We're not letting our body tell us we'll never be pain free again. We're not letting the natural realm dominate who we are in Christ. But who we are in Christ causes us to live above the natural realm. It's the highest way to live as one in Christ. So Paul says, walk, regulate your lives. He's talking about our daily life. Regulate your lives and conduct yourselves in union with and conformity to Him. Have the roots of your being firmly and deeply planted in Him. What's that mean? Gain revelation. Build on the inside of you this truth that you are in Him. You're not trying to be in him, you are in Him. But now we're trying to, we're meditating. We're building that truth in us so that we begin responding to opposition, to situations, to circumstances, as one in Him. Have the roots of your being firmly and deeply planted in him, fixed and founded in him, being continually built up in Him. Notice we have to continually build the truth in us that I'm in Him. And that means I'm in everything. I need every provision I need every help I need every supply I need, every victory I need. It's in Him. So he says, we have to continually be built up in Him. And then Paul goes on and says, becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith. What happens? Our faith life flourishes when we realize we're in Him. To the one who knows they're in him, they have no faith issues. Faith issues come when people are not building the truth in them that they are already in Him. That's when you have faith issues. So becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as you were taught and abounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving. Hallelujah. So notice this. We will abound and be overflowing in it with thanksgiving. How about this? Thank you that I'm in Christ today. Thank you that as I face this need, I'm not facing it alone. I'm facing it as one in Christ. And in Christ, he fills everything with Himself. Everything is filled with Himself. So I'll never run out, I'll never fail. As long as I remember it's in Christ, I move ahead into this.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Now I want us to look at verse nine. That's Colossians 2, verse nine, the amplified classic translation. Paul writes, for in him the whole fullness of Deity. The Godhead. What's that mean? God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost. For in him the whole fullness of Deity, the Godhead continues to dwell in bodily form, giving complete expression of the divine nature. And you are in him, made full and having come to fullness of life in Christ Jesus, you too are Filled with a Godhead. Listen to that. In Christ, you too are filled with a Godhead. That means that need can't whip God. That need cannot be greater than God's supply. I face this plan of God for my life with God in me. And you can't bring him along and him not supply the ride.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
God's no freeloader.
Audience

Kenneth Copeland
We bring the awareness of him and he funds where he occupies.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So, verse 10 again. This is so good, right? Colossians 2. Don't lose this. Colossians 2, verse 10. And you are in him, made full. And having come to fullness of life in Christ, you too are filled with the Godhead, The Full Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. And you reach full spiritual stature. What's that mean? You're not dwarfed in this spiritual life. You're growing, you're laying, you're taking ground. You're developing in Him. You're continually establishing in you all that Christ can accomplish through you. I can do this. Why? Because it's not me. It's Him.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Now, let me read these verses to you out of the living Bible. This is Colossians 2. We're going to start verse 6 and go through verses 10. This is the living Bible. And now, just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him too, for each day's problems. Isn't that good? Trust him too, for each day's problems. Then he tells us how to do that. Live in vital union with Him. What's that mean? Fellowship with Him. Fellowship. Require his fellowship more than you require finances to live. Listen, every day we're spending money. Do you know that even if you never open your wallet just to turn on a light, right? Just to sit in a home that maybe you have a mortgage on, you're spending money, right? So he says, live in vital union with Him. More than you need your money, you need your finances. Fellowship with God. That's vital union. Fellowshipping with God. Now, let me describe. Because the New Testament uses the word fellowship a lot, it doesn't use the word relationship. Relationship isn't a wrong word. But the relationship is God and His children. That's our relationship. But our fellowship is our interaction with the one we're in relationship with. Amen. Our relationship can never change. He'll always be my father. I'll always be his child. The relationship never changes. But the fellowship can change. The fellowship can increase or the fellowship can diminish. So we need to keep that vital union, that fellowship with God hot. Keep it Flowing, keep full of the Holy Ghost. Amen. Full of the Word, full of the Spirit. This is living in vital union with Him. So here again, let me start again in verse 6 of the Living Bible. And now, just as you trusted Christ to save you, trust him too, for each day's problems. Live in vital union with Him. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from him, seeing that you go on growing in the Lord. How do you grow in the Lord? Your revelation, your knowledge of who you are in Him. You can't be more or less in Him. You're already in Him. That doesn't vary. But your knowledge of how to flow and yield to him and draw on him that can grow.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So let verse 7. Let your roots grow down into him and draw up nourishment from Him. See that you go on growing in the Lord and become strong and vigorous in the truth you were taught. Let your lives overflow with joy and thanksgiving for all he has done. Why? Because he did it for you. Right. The next verse says this. Don't let others spoil your faith and joy with their philosophies, their wrong and shallow answers built on men's thoughts and ideas instead of on what Christ has said. Now, that even includes you. Don't even let your own thinking, he says, don't let other men, their philosophies interrupt this, but don't let your own thinking interrupt this either. Then verse nine. For in Christ, there is all of God in a human body, so you have everything when you have Christ. And you are filled with God through your union with Christ. And he is the highest ruler and authority over every other power. What's that mean? Nothing else is a close match to Him. That's right. Everything is a lesser power. No matter what opposes you, it's lesser.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
These words are so full, so large, and it's to dictate the way we live. We need to say. We need to say this. I am in Christ, so I have everything I need, because everything's in Him. And I'm in Him. Right? Let's say this, this room, right here. If everything you ever needed in this life was in this room, and you're in this room, you got everything you need. That's what in Christ is, everything you need. And you're in Him. You don't look outside of him for something more because there's nothing more outside of Him.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Don't look to your own resources, your own ability, your own education, your own social standing, your own if we could say this networking, you're already hooked up, baby. You don't need to be. You don't need to be practicing the worldly way of the networking to try to get somewhere. I'm in Christ. And he opens. When he opens a door, no man can shut it.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
I don't have to get into men's system and philosophies and the way that they have figured out, the way they calculate to get ahead in life. I'm in the head because I'm in Him.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Everything I'll ever need is met in Him.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Everything you need to be a success is already in you because you're in Christ. Everything you need to live healed is in you because you're in Christ. Everything you need to live prosperous is already in you because you're in Christ. We don't look out here. It's all in here. Brother Copeland makes this statement. I love it. He said, we live from the inside out. What's that mean? We let the life of God, the nature of God, the in Christ. We let that dominate us. And it changes everything outside. But most people are letting what's out here dictate to them of what they'll take in. We live from the inside out. We do not live from the outside in. And so that's because we're in Christ. We can live from the inside out.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Amen. We just need to learn to let that in Christ flow, dominate us. How do we do that? We have to talk about it. We have to think about it. We have to speak it. When you're going through your day, no matter what you face say, I can overcome that in Christ. In Christ. Not in me, but in Christ. Why? Because he's already made me an overcomer. More than an overcomer. I'm a conqueror more than a conqueror. And it's not me, it's him flowing in me. So I put a demand on that.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Now, you don't see a lot of this in other countries. You will. You'll see a well or a pump to pump water out of the ground. The Word talks about that. There is a fountain springing up in us. What is that? Once you get born again, the Holy Ghost is in you. There's a fountain springing up on the inside of you. What? To water your life. There's a difference between a pump and a fountain. A pump, you got to put forth effort to get something moving. But a fountain just springs up in Christ. We're not pumping up something. We're just letting flow what's already in us. And we're responding that the Christ in us has never stopped flowing, but we have many times stopped giving it attention and put a demand on a different flow. We have to turn our attention back to who's in us and partake of the flow that's already in us.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Well, while I started reading that, I could sense that healing anointing come in my hand. We may go back to teaching, but I don't want to ignore that healing anointing. So no matter where you're at, right where you're at, maybe you're in pain, maybe the doctors have said something to you that offers you no hope. It doesn't matter what men's words offer you, because God has already filled you with himself, so you have hope that lives on the inside of you. You don't have to look out here for hope. Can I say this? In pastoring, I have had people that were facing a physical issue, and they would say to me, pastor, I'm getting ready to go to the doctor. Believe with me for a good report. And I would have to say, wait a minute. You're already on the wrong ground. What you're doing, you're listening for men to say something your faith can grab hold of. You don't have to believe that they'll give you a good report. God's already given you a good report. You go into that office already having the good report. That way, no matter what they say doesn't move you because you already have a good report. No man gives you a good report better than the report God's already given you.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So those of you who you might have had a report from the doctor, and it might not be a good report. You've already got a good report. You don't to have have to wait for man's agreement to believe that the healing power of God is yours.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So I want to pray with you right where you're at. Father, I thank you for your precious supply that we are in Christ. Say that with me. I'm in Christ. I'm in the healer. Healing's in me. Wholeness is in me because I'm in him and he's in me. Amen. We don't have to go outside ourselves to try to get something. He's in us. And we draw on that now. Father, I thank you that these precious people, you have filled them with yourself. They're full of the healer right now. They're full of health right now. They're full of the life of God right now. So we speak to that which would try to rob them of their health, that which would try to rob them of that wholeness of that flow of God that's in them. When we say Satan, you take your hands off that flow. You take your hand off their body, you take your hand off their life, you take your hand off their mind pain, you leave them right now in Jesus name. And right where you're at, you say, father, I receive that flow. That flow of life is in me. The divine life of God, eternal life is in me. And I receive that healing flow into my body. Right now. There's somebody. Your arm is being healed right now. In fact, it began in your elbow, but you can feel that power going on up to your shoulder. Just right where you're at. Move that right where you're at in your home or your place of business, wherever you're watching or listening to this, move that arm. Why? Because in him we live and in him we move. You move what you couldn't move when your body said you couldn't move it. You tell your body in him, I can move it. In Christ, I can move that body part. In Christ, I can walk on that leg. In Christ, I can walk on that foot. In Christ, I can do what my body told me I couldn't do. Approach that. That condition as one is in Christ. Not that condition defining you, but in Christ defining that condition.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So just receive that right now.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
You don't have to. We're not called to cope with pain. We're called to live healed. We're called to dominate and rule and reign in this life.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
So we're not coping. We are living as one in Christ. I want you to know, for those that are worried about finances, I want you to know you're free from that flow. I said you're free from it. You're authorized to never worry again. Why? Because the provider's in you now. Just draw on it. Remember him. Remember who's in you and draw on who's in you.
Audience
Amen.
Kenneth Copeland
Listen, we want to help you meditate on these truths. Get these scriptures that show you who you are in Christ. Get them firmly established in you. So what we've done is on our website, we loaded all the what we call in him scriptures and you can just download that for free. Go to our website@jesusthehealer.org and you can download that, print it out and just feed on those. Build these truths in you. They will rewrite the story of your life. They will rewrite the way you think. They'll rewrite the way you conduct living. It'll rewrite how you conduct your marriage and your home. If you settle it who you are in Christ, and you begin to think in those two, instead of thinking in natural terms, it causes you to live the kind of life God authored for you.
Audience
Amen.

Podcast Summary: Jesus the Healer w/ Nancy Dufresne
Episode: 765 | *In Christ I Can, Part 5
Release Date: June 6, 2025
Host/Author: Dufresne Ministries
Description: Nancy Dufresne’s teaching ministry emphasizes faith, healing, renewing the mind, following the Holy Spirit, and what belongs to all in Christ.
In Episode 765 of Jesus the Healer, Nancy Dufresne continues her empowering series, In Christ I Can. This fifth installment delves deep into the transformative power of living in Christ, emphasizing faith, healing, and the renewal of the mind. Through scriptural insights and personal testimonies, Nancy encourages listeners to embrace their identity in Christ and harness the divine power available to them.
At the heart of this episode is the profound concept of being "in Christ." Nancy and guest speaker Kenneth Copeland emphasize that understanding and internalizing this union is foundational to experiencing divine blessings, healing, and provision.
Kenneth Copeland [02:18]: "In Christ I can give it, because in Christ I have it."
This statement underscores the limitless potential and resources available to believers through their union with Christ.
A pivotal moment in the episode is the recounting of Brother Copeland's experience in the 1970s, where God instructed him to donate $50,000 to Kenneth Hagin's ministry. Despite limited personal resources, Brother Copeland trusted in Christ's provision.
Nancy Dufresne [01:30]: "He said, in Christ I can give it, because in Christ I have it."
This narrative illustrates the principle that faith, anchored in Christ, can surpass natural limitations, ensuring that God's plans are fulfilled through believers.
Kenneth Copeland elaborates on the theological foundation that being in Christ inherently means being healed and whole. This belief negates the need to seek external remedies or succumb to physical ailments dictated by the natural realm.
Kenneth Copeland [04:32]: "In Christ, we live pain free. In Christ, we live whole. In Christ, all my needs are met."
This declaration serves as a testament to the healing authority bestowed upon believers through their connection with Christ.
A significant portion of the episode is dedicated to an in-depth study of Colossians 2:6-10. Kenneth Copeland interprets these verses to reinforce the concept of vital union with Christ, urging believers to regulate their lives in conformity to Him.
Kenneth Copeland [07:06]: "Answer just out of the knowledge I'm in Him. And I can do that because all I am is I am the glove. But He's the hand in the glove."
This analogy highlights the inseparable unity between the believer and Christ, emphasizing that all actions and provisions stem from this divine partnership.
Brother Copeland's $50,000 Donation
As mentioned earlier, Brother Copeland's story serves as a powerful illustration of faith in action. Despite financial constraints, his obedience led to miraculous provision, reinforcing the belief that God honors and supplies when His commands are followed.
Kenneth Copeland [03:00]: "When I obeyed God in Christ, the difference was made up. Know this. You bring your part and God does what you could never do."
This narrative encourages listeners to step out in faith, trusting that Christ will bridge any gaps in their resources or abilities.
To internalize their identity in Christ, Nancy and Kenneth advocate for meditating on Scriptures that affirm being "in Christ." They offer a resource on their website, jesusthehealer.org, where listeners can download a compilation of approximately 130-140 "in Him" Scriptures.
Kenneth Copeland [05:54]: "You have to feed on that, we have to meditate on that. We have to speak those things to us."
Regular meditation on these verses is presented as a strategy to renew the mind and reinforce one's position and authority in Christ.
The episode emphasizes the paradigm shift from relying on external factors to harnessing the internal power of being in Christ. This approach fosters a life led by divine influence rather than worldly systems or personal limitations.
Kenneth Copeland [18:02]: "Brother Copeland makes this statement. I love it. He said, we live from the inside out. What's that mean? We let the life of God, the nature of God, the in Christ."
By adopting this mindset, believers are encouraged to let Christ dictate their actions, thoughts, and responses, thereby transforming their external circumstances through internal alignment with Him.
Listeners are urged to regularly declare their identity and authority in Christ. These affirmations act as a reinforcement of faith, enabling believers to overcome challenges and claim victories that align with God's promises.
Kenneth Copeland [19:30]: "In Christ, I can overcome that. In Christ, I can do what my body told me I couldn't do."
Such declarations are portrayed as essential tools for maintaining a victorious and healed life, grounded in the assurance of being in Christ.
Colossians 2:6-10
Kenneth Copeland provides a thorough exposition of these verses, highlighting the necessity of walking in vital union with Christ and the fullness that comes from Him. He stresses that understanding one's position in Christ eliminates faith issues and promotes a life of abundance and thanksgiving.
Kenneth Copeland [10:47]: "And you are in him, made full and having come to fullness of life in Christ Jesus, you too are filled with a Godhead."
This interpretation serves to remind believers of their complete sufficiency in Christ, negating the need to depend on worldly systems or personal capabilities.
Towards the latter part of the episode, Kenneth Copeland leads a powerful prayer session, encouraging listeners to claim the healing they have in Christ. He emphasizes that healing begins internally, through the recognition of Christ's presence and authority within them.
Kenneth Copeland [22:08]: "Father, I thank you that these precious people, you have filled them with yourself. They're full of the healer right now."
This segment serves as both a reinforcement of the teachings and a practical application, allowing listeners to actively engage in their healing journey through faith.
In this compelling episode of Jesus the Healer, Nancy Dufresne and Kenneth Copeland effectively communicate the transformative power of living in Christ. Through scriptural teachings, personal testimonies, and practical applications, they empower believers to embrace their identity in Christ, access divine provision, and walk in healing and abundance. Listeners are encouraged to deepen their relationship with Christ, meditate on “in Him” Scriptures, and apply these truths to experience the fullness of life that He offers.
