There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the healer. And let me just say this. It is such an honor to bring the Word and share this time with you. I love the Word. You love the Word. That's why you're watching. And it's the highlight of our day when we get to spend time in the Word together. So thank you so much for joining us. And just know this. We're believing God for words that are going to bring answers to you. And I have. I've had too much experience with this to know that it won't work for you. And that is this. That while I'm preaching the Word and you're listening to the Word, God will say things to you that didn't come out of my mouth. So be listening, because he will speak things to your heart. Sometimes something I say will open up something that God will say to you. And haven't you ever been that way? Maybe you're sitting in church and your pastor tells you to turn to a certain scripture and you read it. But you read maybe one line past that or one line before that, and all of a sudden God starts dealing with you. And that's the genius of heaven. That's. That's the. If I could say this, the counsel of the Holy Ghost, that it's so impressive to me that I can preach one sermon and thousands of questions will get answered because. Not because of what I say, but because the Holy Ghost will. He will enlarge or expand on something that I say and so expect to hear answers and things that don't even come out of my mouth, but you hear them in your heart. Amen. And if I could say this, make sure you write them down. Don't let these things slip. I have thousands of pages of things that. Not just things. God has Said to me, yes, but things that spoke to me that whenever I heard my pastor or another minister feed, listen, if it'll feed me once, it'll feed me twice. Don't leave it unrecorded. And you can go back to it time and time again. We invite you go back and watch any previous episodes in this series we've been teaching on in Christ. We can do it. And it's so important for us to know what belongs to us because we're in Christ. And can I say this to try to articulate the wealth of it is impossible because what belongs to us in Christ is as far reaching as God himself. Praise God. And you cannot take just episodes and relay all of that. All we can do is scratch the surface and let the Holy Ghost expound on it for us. Amen. And so we've been talking about something that in fact I realized in the previous episode, I started talking about something and never even dived into it. But I was referring to in this series a testimony that Brother Kenneth Copeland gave. And he was talking about how in the 1970s when he was young in ministry and he it at himself, he was in debt and he was just learning the truths of prosperity. And God spoke to him and said, I want you to give $50,000 to Kenneth Hagin's ministry. Now, Brother Hagin was a teacher that spoke into his life and fed his life. And so God said, I want you to sow that seed. And you know when you hear a command like that, because I mean, that's a lot of money today. So over 50 years ago, my goodness, that's a lot of money. And especially if you're in debt and you're believing God for everything of your own bills and God gives you that command, Brother Copeland heard that right? He didn't hear that as something hard or something negative to fulfill, but he heard God offering himself. That's good. Now think of that. When God commands something of us and it's beyond what we can do, which is always what he commands in the sense of he doesn't give us something that we can fulfill in ourselves because that then no faith is needed. And it's faith that pleases him. So he's always going to command something of us that's going to call for faith because it's faith that pleases him and he gives us something that calls for his participation. Amen. So when he commands something of our life and we know I can't do that in myself, I don't have the money to give that I Don't have the money to build that. I don't have the resources to buy that. But he commanded it of us. Then what he's doing, he's offering you something you don't currently have in your possession. Thank you, Father. He's offering himself. He's offering a higher flow. And he's offering you the opportunity for greater faith. Yes. Never bypass the opportunity to develop your faith, enlarge your faith, strengthen your faith. God will use the current resources you have to buy you an opportunity for your faith. That's good. Now, let me explain that. When God told me, he said, I'm going to. And I owned a lovely home. But God said, I'm going to give you another home. I thought, once he gave me the other home. And it turned out to be Sister Amy Simple McPherson's vacation home. She was an evangelist in the early part of the 1900s. It's a historical home. I thought when he gave me that home, that was the first home we'd ever paid cash for. And. But because it was a historical home, it needs a renovation. We're going through that process now of renovating it. But God took the money that I had to buy me a home that required a renovation. Which requires what? Money, right. Resources. It requires a lot more than just a home that's brand new. So God used my money to purchase me a greater opportunity for my faith. That's good. Think of that. He wanted to enlarge my faith, so he would use something personal like that to put me in a place that it called for greater faith. My, my, my, what a kindness. Now think of when God puts you in that situation. He's being good to you. God can't be anything but good. And he does not want us to leave us at yesterday's faith. He wants us to have today's faith. That's a growing faith, a stronger faith. It's a faith that's being strengthened. And I assumed, and maybe you would have been like me in this way. I assumed that when he gave me this other home, I was able to pay cash for it. It was at a time I needed many miracles financially. And God did that. He demonstrated that at a time of great need. Because then I recognize only he could have done that. He could only fulfilled the supply for that home. So I expected to sell my previous home because I bought another home. But after putting it on the market, I realized, wait a minute. God began dealing with me. I think I'm supposed to have both of these. And God said to me, I said, God Am I right? Am I supposed to have both of these? Because we just think it's automatic. Just buy one, sell, sell another. And God said to me, he said, you have to get past the mindset thinking you have to sell something to buy something. Now, there certainly that may be the way he directs you. But he wanted me to not assume that was the flow because, see, if we're not careful, we just live on autopilot and we just do things the way we've always done them. So when I bought this, when I bought Sister Amy's house, I put my other one on the market just out of a flow I usually normally would have been in. But then God started talking to me. I don't want you to sell it. He says, I want to turn that home into a blessing for other ministers. So now it's a place where ministers go and they can be refreshed. And it's a perfect setup to house hosts. I'm able to host guest ministers, but also it's a place where ministers who need some time, they need a place of refreshing. They need some time for refreshing. And I'm able to host them there because God doesn't give me something with just me in mind. He gives me something with others in mind. How can I be turn this that I possess into a blessing for someone else? So when you say, you mean God wants you to have two homes? He wants me to be a blessing. Now, get that. He's not just trying to give me multiple homes. He's turning me into a blessing in multiple ways by giving me multiple homes. Right now I'm on home number four. I own three. I own personally, the ministry owns one. What is it? Do you need four homes to make me a bigger blessing? Yes. You understand that. And that's a mindset that people might not understand. Well, why do you need four homes? I don't, but to be a greater blessing to others. I don't just keep them for my own use. Every single home I have opened up to host and be a blessing to other people. I don't just have them for me. Now, if we don't get past the mindset it's me and mine and nobody else's, then we. We probably not even safe with one. But if we will take everything that God's bless us, blessed us with and say, father, turn me into a blessing with this, and he'll show you how to do it. So you know why I have multiple homes? Not because I'm trying to impress people. In fact, this is the first Time I think I've ever said it that way. Will I always have this many? I don't know. But I know this. As long as I am a blessing with them, I'm safe with them. It's when I turn them just for me, nobody else, and I become single in my own self about it, that's when I'm not safe with them. So know this. As long as you are willing to be a blessing with that which you possess, you're safe with that which you possess. But if you get territorial over it and you get. If I could say this, selfish with it, you know, even finances, if we're selfish with it, we're not safe with it because it's coloring the way we think, it's coloring the way we behave and how we respond. So when God spoke to Kenneth Copeland and said, I want you to sow $50,000 to Kenneth Hagin Ministries, God was offering him something. He wasn't taking something. He was offering him something. Number one, what he's offering him is greater faith. Because he was going to have to use his faith to move with God in this. So know this. Don't just use your faith for the things you need. It's right to do that, it's not wrong to do that, but use your faith for things to give. Amen. How about that, Father? I'm going to plan this year how much I want to give. At least a base. A base number and God. You'll find this out, that if you'll look for ways to be a giver, it'll be beyond what you would have planned for yourself to give. So God was offering Brother Copeland a greater faith. When he offered him to be able to sow a seed of 50,000, he was offering him also a greater harvest. He was offering him himself, praise God, that God would manifest through him and in his life to cause that word to come to pass. And Brother Copeland agreed with that. And that money was given when Brother Copeland checked, because he gave it simply through. Not through large sums at a time, but just through change that came into his hand, coins that came into his hand, and he would just save them up and send them all at once into Brother Hagin's ministry. And he just did that over time after time, he contacted their ministry and said, can you tell me how much I've given? They said, you've given well over $50,000 now. Brother Copeland said, there's no way just in change in coins that that much money came through my hands. But he said, God made up the difference. Yes. So what did God offer him? He offered him a supernatural flow. So know this God, when he commands something of us, he's not putting a hardship on us. He's offering us something more. He's offering us the opportunity. He's offering, number one, himself, because he's the one that brings it to pass. Number two, he's offering us the opportunity for greater faith. Number three, he's offering us the skill to learn to be untroubled in that process. Amen. To not worry about it, but to become peaceful about it and to lean and draw on God. And so God will use material things in your life to train you for spiritual things. Now, don't think for a moment that God can only use the spiritual to train you in the spiritual. It's not true. God will use the everyday things of your life to put in you great spiritual truths. One of my favorite people to read after in the Bible is Joseph. He was a shepherd boy in his father's household. He was the youngest for a time. And of all the brothers, he had many older brothers. And God began to reveal to him his future. And God showed him that one day that those in his life would come and draw from his life. He saw in a dream sheaves of wheat bowing down to him. They weren't worshiping him, they were drawing on him. Wow. You want to be so strong spiritually and in your walk with God that those who are facing a need can come and draw. They can drink of the well of your life. And this is exactly what Joseph became. And his brothers heard about his dream and became jealous. They misunderstood the dream. They thought that Joseph was puffing himself up in their sight. So they sold him into slavery. He became a slave to a man named Potiphar. Potiphar was a military leader under Pharaoh. Joseph was carried to Egypt and sold to Potiphar. There was. And he served under Potiphar. And in Potiphar's house, Joseph got falsely accused by Potiphar's wife. She was struggling with aging. She wanted to think that a younger man was interested in her and he was not. And so she. She became a liar to feel good about herself. And she accused him falsely. And there was a mock trial. And she knew that this young boy was innocent. And she sat there in this mock trial, perfectly content to send him to pr. And Joseph knew he was innocent. She knew that he was innocent. But those were the only two in the room that knew it. He, of course, would have declared his innocence. But who's going to believe someone blamed and she was a woman that had standing in society. She was the wife of a leading military man under Pharaoh. So of course Joseph was at a disadvantage. But he was falsely accused, thrown into prison, was there for 12 years. Looked like he's forgotten of God. Looked like the plan's not going to come to pass. His youth is spent in prison. But in prison he just kept. Everywhere he went, he rose. He rose to the top. Even a place as difficult and dark as that place was, he rose to the top. What was it he was put in charge. And he was put in charge of. Of those who were most difficult in society to work with. They couldn't function well in society. That's why that they were in prison. They had violated society. And so these are the people that God gave Joseph his training in to take these people who were the most difficult to deal with and bring them into a place to where Joseph was put over them. And think about it. For 12 years he's doing this. He has no idea the extent of what this is going to do. Not a spiritual place, not a spiritual role, not around spiritual people, but God's building the man spiritually in everyday situations. After 12 years, by the time this young man was 30, he was ready to run a nation. Wow. Think of it. Not only was he ready to run a nation, but the most critical part of the nation, the economic scene. That is the he's safe at 30 years old with the wealth of a nation. Think of that. He's safe with it. He didn't touch into what wasn't his and become a thief and pilfer out of this economy. And he was set by Pharaoh himself over the economy of a nation. God trained him in the everyday life of a difficult place. That he was not even guilty of what he was accused in. But God can use every difficult place. I don't care. People can put you in a wrong place. God can train you there. That's right. God can build you there. Did God put him there? God did not put hardship in him, but God used that hardship to build his man. So know this. Don't kick against any building place in your daily life. When you work under another man, that's your opportunity to be built. That's your opportunity to not become a complainer, but to become a faithful servant to, to serve that man. And see, and especially in the United States, this word servant is not embraced. But that's what we need to learn. Because in, in heaven, the servant is, is what's exalted. The servant is who heaven prizes and so when we talk about servant, we're not talking about someone who's diminished, someone who is. It's not a demeaning role, it's a man building role, It's a woman building role. So take the hard places of life and be built in those places. And can I say this? People think, you know, I'm teachable, I'm submissive. I can I tell you, you're not submitted until you're faced with something you don't want to do. It takes no faith and no character to submit to something you agree to. It's only what you don't agree to that your submission has shown up or your lack of submission is shown up every day. Joseph was in a place he didn't agree with, but he submitted every day to that place. And God was able to build him because in a very difficult place that he would not have agreed with what was going on in the things around him. He submitted to God and he was built as a man ready at 30 years old to help run a nation. What was it? There was a famine coming. And God got in front of that thing by putting Joseph in command of the economy of Egypt, the greatest nation, the wealthiest nation on earth. And. And this man, by the time he's 30, is ready to run it. Wow. Why? Because he's built by God. Amen. The best thing you can be is built. Yes, In Christ, who Christ is in you. And that famine came. And for seven years before that famine came, God gave the wisdom, his own wisdom to Joseph. And he was able to acquire and gather up the, the abundance and the harvest of that nation in surrounding areas to have storehouses to feed the people during the famine that would come after those seven years of harvest. Seven years of famine came. Do you know who he was being, who he was feeding? The brothers that sold him, Potiphar, who accused him falsely. Potiphar's wife is eating out of the abundance of this man. The people who accused him had to be sustained by him. That's why you want to be safe with things that God gives you. Become a blessing with them. Because they're not just for your life, they're to feed other people. The revelation God gives you, live off of it. But it's not just for your life. Teach it, share it with others, help them. Because what God gives you, you are not its highest destiny, but you are its highest channel to go through others so that your life is feeding. Many think of took a man built by God that when Potiphar is part of the Audience being fed in that time of famine and Potiphar's wife standing there. They're seeing Joseph, he's a military man. They're seeing this young man that they played a role in robbing him of his youth. But he took God, took his youth, years and turned him into a spiritual giant. And it was not in church. Listen, you need a local church, you need a pastor. But this young man didn't have that. He carried God with him all alone. He didn't have anyone in that prison encouraging him. He didn't have anyone saying, it'll come to pass, Joseph, don't worry about it. He didn't have anyone. He had everyone pushing him down. That was a setting of negativity. That was a setting where you tear people down. They're prisoners. You don't tell them how wonderful they are in that location. They're there as a punishment. They're not there to be built up. They're there as a punishment. And everything around him, the setting, the atmosphere, the environment of that prison would have been something to tear down a man. But he, with God on the inside of him, kept building and kept building and kept building and kept building. What's that mean? He had no one to lean on. This is us at our best. We're leaning on Christ only. We're not leaning on people. We're not leaning on circumstances that are favorable, that we're only pleasing to be around. If circumstances are pleasing, that's called leaning in the wrong thing. We are at our best when there is no good thing around us to lean on but him who's in us. That's when we find out how far we have advanced in God. Amen. And there was absolutely no one to encourage him. He just walked with God in a very dark place and changed that place. You have to wonder. You want to one day be able to hear the testimony of what happened to the prisoners that were under him because he was in authority over them. He kept rising to the top. And all those who tried to push him back, the devil used them to try to hold him back, to discourage him. They one day wound up at his feet not so he could gloat over them, but so he could turn around and bless them with the abundance that God entrusted him to reign over.

Never be vindictive. Never have an attitude of, I'll show people by making it. No, you don't show people by making it. You show people by being a blessing to people. Amen. So know this. Everything that God has for you to be in life, everything that God wants you to be. First of all, it will nourish and nurture your own life. But second of all, it's to make you a blessing that. That the blessing just flows out of you as naturally as air flows into you. Amen. That's. That's when Christ is getting his way in us. Amen. Well, we invite you. You can go to our website@DefrainMinistries.org or JeSustheHealer.org and you can download some materials we want to get into your hands. This is a pamphlet, a booklet that has a few of the what we call in Him Scriptures to show you who Christ is in you and who you are in Him. And then we have an entire collection of those scriptures and this bigger printout is called in him. And you can go to our website for free. Just download those and feed on those and build that in you. Because when you feed on these, you're seeing the real you. Amen. And until next time, remember, remember this. Jesus is the healer. God bless you.
