There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now from the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer. And we are continuing on this series that we've been on in Christ. I can. And I wouldn't be surprised if we're on this thing for a year or two, because I'm not looking really to come off of this topic. There's so much in it for us. And I want you to know the price Jesus paid was so we would have all that he has, all that he is. And it is just. It's our wealth to be in him. And it's in him that our health is, our wealth is, our sound mind is. The plan of God is. And we're just learning and discovering and we're coming into the knowledge of how to receive, of who we are in Christ so that the story of our life can look like the plan of God for our life. Amen. And we have been looking over these past episodes at so many different aspects of what it means to be in Christ. And we invite you, go back and watch previous episodes, especially if there's an episode or a segment of an episode that spoke so specifically to you. I'd say watch it again over and over, because when you do that, you're. That's one form of meditating on the Word and getting it into you. And so it's such an honor for us to bring this. These teachings to you. And we say that the Word of God is taking our life and it's rewriting the story of our life. Amen. We have been looking at something that is in Philemon chapter one and verse six, and I want you to see how it reads in verse 6. It says that the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you, in Christ. Notice this. Every good thing is in you. Because Christ is in you. So know that you don't have to go outside of who Christ is in you to live the best life. It's already been given to you. Every. Every good thing that he is, it's already in you. How do we activate the Christ in us? We respond to Him. But here, Philemon says, we acknowledge it matters that we acknowledge the right thing so that the right thing will manifest and flow. If we acknowledge fear, fear begins moving. If we acknowledge healing, wholeness, provision, the wisdom of God, all the good things that God's made ours, then that begins flowing and moving and we become partakers of the Christ who's on the inside of us. So notice, what belongs to us in Christ won't work automatically. We have to invite it to flow. How do we invite it? We acknowledge it. So by faith we say, this is mine in Christ, health is mine, peace is mine, joy is mine. When we acknowledge what's ours in Christ, it begins flowing and we become participators and partakers of that which he made ours all along. Amen. Now I want us to go to Hebrews chapter four and verse three, and I'm going to refer to the Amplified Classic translation, but I'm just going to refer to the last phrase of Hebrews 4:3 right up to this passage. It's talking about how when God delivered his people out of Egypt, of course they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years. They never arrived at the land God had already given them. Listen, God gave them the land long before they even left Egypt. In fact, God said to Abraham, he said, I have given you a land. He was even talking about future generations that would move into that land. So it wasn't even during their lifetime that the giving of the land came. It was when it was long before they were ever born. God decided. God gave that land to his people. But because they did not agree with that, because they would not move with that, that first generation never arrived at that land. So this passage is talking about because they wouldn't believe what God said, they never arrived and became partakers. But I want you to see what the last phrase says. It says, God said, as I have sworn in my wrath, they shall not enter my rest. And this he said. Now this is the phrase. Although his works had been completed, his works had been prepared and was waiting for all who would believe. Look at this. From the foundation of the world, long before these Hebrews were ever delivered out of Egypt, long before they were even ever held in slavery, God had already completed, prepared the land for their arrival. But they wouldn't believe it. And because they wouldn't believe it, they did not partake of it. That first generation didn't. Future generations did. But the generation that was it was intended for first never arrived. But I want you to see how God works for us. He prepared it, he completed it before they ever needed the land. I want you to know that's how God works for us. In Christ. In Christ, he has completed everything our life will ever need. In Christ, he has prepared everything that our life will ever need. And it's waiting for. For our faith to receive it and lay hold of it. Amen. Doesn't that change the way you approach a need when you realize the need shows up? Ah, God already completed a supply for that need. God's already prepared an answer for that need. And he didn't wait until my need showed up to do it. This verse tells us when he did it, before the foundation of the world. Listen, God is so far in front of your need that it's in previous ages that he perfect prepared the supply for your need. And in Christ, every single one of our needs are met. And you say, well, when was I in Christ? When did that happen? Well, the Word tells us that Jesus was as a lamb. As a lamb slain when from the foundation of the world. So before you ever showed up in ages past, Christ was made yours. Everything that God had for us, he put in Christ. And we don't ever need to go outside of Christ to experience success. Because all of our success, all of our victory is in Christ. Now we have to. We have to acknowledge that no matter what you face, every answer you need has already been completed. Every answer that you need has already been prepared. Is just waiting on your faith to show up. Well, how does my faith show up? That's what we read in Philemon chapter one, verse six. We acknowledge what's ours because we're in Christ. It's just that simple to say, I'm whole in Christ. I'm healed in Christ. I'm free from pain in Christ. And you say, Pastor Nancy, but I have pain. Yeah, but that's outside of Christ. Don't talk about outside of him. Talk about in him. There is no pain. And that's the way faith talks. It talks about what it has in Christ, who it. Who it is in Christ. When we say my body is hurting and it's getting worse and worse and worse. Not in Christ, only outside of Christ. So the, the, if I could say this, the flow we talk about is the flow that will manifest. If we talk about the flow of of outside of Christ, that's what will manifest. But if we'll talk about the flow in Christ, that's what will manifest. If we talk about I can't get my bills paid, well, that's outside of Christ. Because in Christ you have everything completed and prepared and waiting for your faith to acknowledge it and activate it so that you become a partaker of it. Amen. I want you to know this verse in Hebrews, chapter 4, verse 3. The last phrase was exactly how our ministry moved from debt to debt free. Because every single need that we faced, I would say, wait a minute, God already completed the supply for this lack. God already prepared the answer and the provision for this need. And I just kept treating it and thinking of it and speaking of it in terms I don't have to go out and make it happen. It's already completed, it's already prepared. But my faith did have to call for it. My faith had to activate it. My faith had to acknowledge it. Now you have to know this. You don't receive something from God because you believe it. You receive it from God because you say it. First of all, you have to believe it because that is what will lead you to saying it. But faith isn't complete at the believing. Faith invites the saying because saying is one form of action, but it's also how we acknowledge it. Remember what Fleming says, verse six, that we are. That our faith becomes effectual by acknowledging. How do we acknowledge through what we say? Our faith can't. It's not just believing it. We acknowledge what we believe through what we say. So you can believe that Jesus is your healer, but till you say it, you're not partaking of who you are in Christ. You can believe that God is your provider, but it's when you say it that provision flows. So it's not enough to believe it, we have to say it. Remember what Jesus said in Mark 11:23. It says that the last phrase he shall have whatsoever he saith. Mark 11:23, Mark 11:24. He's telling us how to move into what he's provided. We move into it by saying it. It's begin belief. Believing is part of it. But believing isn't complete until we've said it. And so many times people are waiting for it to show up. Well, have you said it? Amen. Have you said it? And I could say this to us, the more we say it, the more we'll have it. The more we say it, the more shows up, the less we say it, the less it will flow. Now what we've got to do is change what we're saying. Many times, sometimes we're saying. But we're saying the wrong flow. We're saying something outside of Christ. We're not saying something Christ. If it didn't come from heaven, we have no business saying it. If it didn't come from God, we have no business thinking it. This is what a part of a flow of living in Christ is, that we only say what comes from God. We only say what comes from heaven. We could. We. We have to acknowledge this. Fear didn't come from God. We can't talk fear. Doubt didn't come from God. We can't talk doubt. Offense didn't come from God. Unforgiveness, bitterness, ill will, all of these things that are separate from God. We have no business saying it, because what we're saying is what we're partaking of. Are we partaking of outside of Christ, or are we partaking of in Christ? So our words move us into whatever flow is going to be manifesting in our life. It's so important that we talk as one in Christ. Can you. Can you notice this? You can't say, in Christ, I'm afraid. No such thing. There's no fear in him. But you can say, in Christ, I'm free. In Christ, I'm peaceful. In Christ, I'm joyful. In Christ, I'm supplied. In Christ, I'm whole. In Christ, I think right. In Christ, there's no troubling. People will say, well, I'm having a panic attack. Not in Christ. Start talking about in Christ. Now, you remember over there in Philippians, Paul started talking about our thought life. And he said, whatsoever things are true, pure, lovely. And then he says this. Whatsoever is praiseworthy, think on these things. So notice this word, praiseworthy. You can't say praise the Lord for fear, Right? You can't say praise the Lord for doubt. So it's not praiseworthy. It should not be in our mouth. Amen. Let's read it. They put it up on the screen for me. Philippians, chapter four, verse eight, says, finally, brethren, whatsoever things. Look at this. Are true. We have a divine checklist here of what to do with our thought life. Whatsoever things are true. What are honest, just pure, lovely, of good report. If there's any virtue, look at this. If there be any praise, look at this. If there be any praise, think on these things. So in Christ we are controlling and we're demanding of our thought life that it only touch on things that came from Christ. So we can't say, praise the Lord for anxiety. Praise the Lord for this disease. We can't do it. So what's that mean? We have no business touching it in our thought life. We can override any of those things that try to trouble us by praising God for what is ours in Christ. If fear shows up, say, thank God, I have peace. Thank God, I have faith in God. See, in Christ, I have faith in Christ, I have peace in Christ, I have joy. When fear comes, quit giving attention to fear. Give attention to who you are in Christ. If symptoms come, say thank God in Christ there's no symptoms. In Christ there's no pain. In Christ, there's no disease. That's faith talk. You're talking about who you are in Christ, what you have in Christ, what belongs to you because you're in Christ. So this is the skill that every single one of us must develop in these episodes. I can teach it, but nobody can do it for us. We have to do our own thinking and our own believing. That's in line with who we are in Christ. And can I say this? It's a spiritual habit. We have to give ourselves. We have to pay attention. What am I thinking about? What am I allowing myself to meditate on? You know, we can be meditating on worry for weeks before we even catch it sometimes. Isn't that right? Do you know this worry is outside of Christ? There's no worry in Christ. I remember that there was a time that I had a lot of responsibilities that I was facing. There was a season, especially after my husband went home to be with the Lord. There were so many things that had to be addressed. Legal things, financial things, business things, constructions of buildings that were. That we had to complete construction on two buildings. There was just a lot that was having to be addressed at once. And at one point there was some unnecessary things that were put on me to add to all that. And I thought, I wish that hadn't been put upon me. I wish that that wasn't necessary for those things to be brought up at this time. And I was disappointed that they had been brought up because it was so completely unnecessary when I had so much other things that I needed to give attention to. And I remember I'm sitting at home, I'm preparing to go preach in our Bible school one day, and I'm sitting at home and for about 30 minutes I'm thinking of how disappointed I was that this had been added to my plate, that it was so unnecessary. And I'm thinking about this the whole time. I'm getting, putting my makeup on, getting ready to go. And at the end of about 30 minutes, and God spoke to me and he said, you can think about that if you want. But he said, but to think about that, you have to give up fellowship with me. Meaning this. I could have chosen a higher flow. Instead of thinking of how disappointed I was at what has had been put upon me, I could have been fellowshipping with God in Christ. Can I tell you one of the greatest things that belongs to us? Fellowship with God. The fellowship of. Of having him in our thought life, him in our attention. And we have to pay attention to our thought life because what we're thinking on is either drawing us into fellowship with God or drawing us out of fellowship with God. Now remember what God said to me that day? He said this. He said, you can think on that if you want, but you have to leave fellowship with me to think on that. I don't think anything is worthy of exchanging fellowship with God in our attention, in our thought life. That God was saying, you could have been occupied with something higher, but you chose to be occupied with something lower. Now what is this? That means we have to pay attention to our thought life. Not so we can get entrenched in something that's trying to trouble us, but so we can resist going the wrong direction in our thought life. How you say, well, Pastor Nancy, how do I know if a thought is a wrong thought? Can you praise God for it? That's what Paul said. If it's praiseworthy, if it's worthy of praise. How many of you know? You can't say, I can't. I don't have enough money to pay my bills and say, praise God, I don't have enough money to pay my bills. No, we say, praise God, I have a supply to pay all these bills. You see how it flips us to the positive side and gets us off the negative side. Can I tell you this? It's so dangerous to complain because complaint is the flow of the negative side. God is not in a negative flow. There's nothing negative in God. So we have to break the bad habit of complaining. We have to. Instead, I don't have enough money. I don't feel good. I'm always tired saying these things. I never have enough. All of that complaint is activating the wrong flow. But stay on the positive flow. Stay in saying what you do have instead of saying what you don't have. Say what you do have instead of being occupied with what's against you? What about being occupied with who's for you? You know, we have to remember this with every encounter with the devil, we always have to. The first thing we think of, he's a defeated foe. That's how we should approach every encounter with opposition. This is defeated. Why? Because we're not trying to get victory. It's already defeated. Because in Christ, we are victors already. But too many times, people recognize what's coming against us and they step into the negative flow. They step into the negative approach by thinking, I'm just so tired of this problem. I'm so tired of this coming against me. Why don't we just say, in Christ, I have more than enough to deal with this in Christ, he's already handed me the victory over this and I'm just going to walk that victory out. Then what happens is opposition becomes a strengthening place instead of a weakening place. Opposition becomes a place where you gain skill instead of laying down your skill. If we're not careful, we can have a skill and not use it. Yeah, it's sometimes too easy to lay down what we know instead of employ what we know. And can I tell you, one of the greatest things we have at our disposal is our words. So it's so easy to say the right thing. Can I tell you this? We're always saying something about it. Whatever we're facing, we're always saying something about it. So why don't we say something positive and say something in Christ? Say something of the Word because it's just as easy to say the right thing as it is to say the wrong thing. And it's certainly not easy to eat the fruit of the wrong thing. But it's certainly easy to say the right thing. So we might as well say the right thing so that we can receive of the right flow. So we have to train ourselves. What are we thinking on? We have to pay attention to our thought life so that we bring our thoughts in line with who we are in Christ. And can I say this? I've said this in previous episodes, but it would help us and benefit us if we would learn to say, in Christ, I have this start our day and bring into our conversation. In Christ, it's so good to be pain free in Christ, I'm provided for. In Christ, I have the wisdom for this. In Christ, God is leading me into my answer instead of saying, I, I'm tired of never having enough. This is just constantly there. Every day I get up, there's something else I got to deal with. Well, why don't you put, why don't you employ who you are in Christ instead of outside of Christ? Because outside of Christ, everything's a difficulty in Christ, everything has his flow. We choose so we are invited to live in Christ, speak in Christ, and think as one in Christ. That rewrites the story of our life. Not only that, it turns us into doers. Instead of wishing things were different. It doesn't do any good to say, I wish this was different. Well, you can make it different by what you choose to focus on, by what you choose to give voice to. So we need to develop this skill of in Christ. I have this In Christ, I'm provided for. In Christ, I can do everything God's told me to do. How many times God will tell somebody to do something, and they think of it as a hardship. They think of it as a difficulty. They think of it as a struggle. But why don't you recognize this? Every time God commands something of our life, instructs us to do something, it's because he's offering Himself to flow through us, to fulfill that which he's commanded of us. We are simply his channel. Can I say this? We're the Christ channel. We are the channel that Christ is manifesting through and demonstrating Himself through us. God never intended for us to fulfill anything of his plan apart from Him. He offers Himself to us to fulfill it. Listen, God authored a plan for our life, and then he gave us Himself to fulfill it through us. So we can easily say this. Christ is working in me today. I can do anything I need to do because I'm yielding to Christ in me, who is empowering me, gracing me and enabling me. And not only that, he's already provided for everything I need today. Amen. Well, we are able to come and spend this time with you. And my goodness, it is such. It's one of the greatest joys of my life to be able to film these episodes and come into wherever you're watching it, whether it's at your home, your place of business. And the reason we're able to come to you is because of the faith and the generosity of Kenneth Copeland and Kenneth Copeland Ministries. And Brother Copeland and Sister Gloria made a decision a long time ago that every programmer on this channel would not have to pay for an airtime. My goodness. I don't know of anybody else in the entire earth who's made that decision. But this man of faith, this woman of faith made that decision. They sow that airtime to us. So when they sow this airtime to Me as a programmer and the other programmers on this channel, can I tell you this? They're sowing into the life of every viewer for free. They are offering to you this teaching of God's word, this teaching of the faith of God coming into your life. They are sowing into every viewer's life. And so because they've made this decision, they have taken their partnership, the income of their partnership, and they, at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, they pay for every bill. Do you know, for me, it's well over a million dollars every year that they sow to our ministry. Think of that. That's not coming through my partnership, my partners. That's coming through the partners of Kenneth Copeland Ministries. And it's my desire to help fulfill everything that's in Brother Copeland's heart. I hook in with his vision to send this word of faith message all over the world, from the top of the world to the bottom of the world, all the way around the middle. That's my heart, to just sow and join my faith into his vision. So I'm asking you, if you're not already a partner with Kenneth Copeland Ministries, become a partner today. You can do that by going to kcm.org and you can follow the prompts to do that. And I would say this. You say, Pastor Nancy, you didn't tell us to pray about it. No, it's appropriate that where you feed, you fund. And so that is appropriate for us to sow into the place that nourishes the mantle upon our lives, that the call upon our lives and the. The knowledge of who we are in Christ comes to us because of the seed they've sown. So we purpose to be a part of helping him fulfill what's in his heart. And also it boomerangs back into our life and blesses us. So Again, go to kcm.org sign up to become a partner there. And until next time, remember this. Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

Episode 855 | In Christ I Can, Part 95
Release Date: October 10, 2025
Host: Nancy Dufresne (Dufresne Ministries)
This episode is part of Nancy Dufresne’s long-running “In Christ I Can” series, focusing on the believer’s identity, authority, and inheritance in Christ. Nancy continues to teach how every provision, answer, and empowerment is already completed and prepared in Christ, waiting for our faith to lay hold of it. The episode encourages listeners to meditate on God's Word, monitor their thoughts, and use their words to activate God's promises in their lives.
Nancy Dufresne powerfully reinforces that everything the believer needs—healing, provision, guidance, victory—has already been completed and made available in Christ. Experiencing these blessings is not automatic but is accessed by believing and, crucially, by speaking and thinking in alignment with God's Word. Listeners are urged to develop spiritual habits of meditation, confession, and gratitude, constantly affirming who they are and what they possess in Christ.
