There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the Healer. And we are still in the midst of a series that we have been enjoying for a long time called In Christ. I can, and I wouldn't be surprised if we stayed on it at least a year or so. I mean, because it is so loaded. And when we recognize who we are in Christ and what belongs to us in Christ, what that does, that brings us into the highest order of faith. You know, when you recognize all that God has made yours, and when you become skillful at drawing and partaking of what he made yours, that gives us the kind of life that God authored for us all along. And I don't just want to struggle going through my life. I realize that any point of struggle is an invitation for me to renew my mind. It's an invitation for me to find out further what belongs to me in Christ. Because in Christ there is no struggle when I'm living as I ought to live, when I'm living in line with what God authored for me and put in Christ, there is no struggle. Because struggle comes when we think we have to accomplish something. Struggle comes when we're not agreeing with what God has said. Struggle comes when we think that opposition is something that we have to overcome in ourselves. And so, number one, we need to agree with God. That removes struggle. We need to agree that who he says we are, that's who we are. And opposition should not change our definition of what we believe. And just because we're opposed doesn't mean that faith isn't working. It doesn't mean the word isn't working. It doesn't mean that we're missing God. Opposition is going to come, but we have to realize stocked in Christ is everything we need to to maintain our victory flow in the face of opposition. You Know, years ago I was. I was talking to God about something. I was. I don't. I've never had difficulty in dealing with others so far. As if somebody, if I could say this, did something, something toward me or against me, I never had a problem letting that go, forgiving them. My struggle through time had been forgiving myself. You know, I would get frustrated or disappointed with myself. Well, how many of you know that's because you're trying to do something outside of Christ? There's no frustration when we're drawing on Him. It's when we're trying to accomplish something ourselves, apart from him, that frustration, see, sets in. And I was at this point one day, and I had talked to God. And this, like I said, this was years ago, and I was talking to God about it. And I said, God, I am so sorry to have to come and acknowledge again and repent again. I don't mind repenting, but I know you got to get tired of hearing me talk about this because it's not really a point of sin. It was just a frustration with something internally, you know, that I wanted to become more skillful in that I wasn't seemingly making progress in. And so I said, I'm just repenting to you again for failing over that. And this is not the first time I've talked to you about it. And I said, I even feel bad that I'm talking to you about it again because I want to be past this point and advance on. And so I talked to God a little bit about it. And then I sat down, picked up a book of dad Hagin's to read. And I was reading for about five minutes, and I had the sense to get on my knees. And so I set the book aside and right there by my chair, I just got down on my knees. And the moment my knees hit the floor, Jesus stood in front of me. I didn't see him. I just knew by word of knowledge. That's how it operates with me. Some may see him, but for me it operates by word of knowledge. And Jesus stood there in front of me and he said this. You have failed many, many times. And I'm so glad I had brought up that problem first. I am so glad that I wasn't living oblivious of how my life was going in that situation. I'm glad I brought it up. But he said, he started with, you have failed many, many times. And I'm so glad he didn't stop and leave me there. He said, but I never have. So I share my success with you. Hmm. Think of that. I saw and I see now, even then, I didn't even see fully what he was saying to me. I had a glimpse of it. But I mean, to see more and more fully as we go on with our understanding and learning of who we are in Christ, that he was basically telling me, the reason you're failing is because you're drawing on you and not me. And I go, yep, that's pretty much it. So when he said to me, you have failed many, many times, how many of you know, anytime we failed at something, it's because we left him out. It's because we weren't drawing on him. Because you can't draw on him and fail. You can't yield to him and fail. You can't allow him to flow through you and fail. So if there's failure at some point, then it's because we're leaving him out, and he doesn't want to be left out. And I tell you this, he will not point at us and condemn us for leaving him out. He doesn't want us to live the struggle that we encounter when we leave him out. So we have to realize that he wants to be involved in your everyday life. He wants you to lean on him. He wants you to acknowledge him, draw on him, yield to him. And you say, well, Pastor Nancy, how do I yield to him? Respond to him. Whatever comes in your heart from him, respond to that. Whatever the word says, respond to that. That's how you employ the greater one in you. So he wants us to draw on him so that we're not living a life of struggling, trying to make something happen ourselves. Now, if you look at your life not to criticize yourself, because I want you to know this, the devil is called the accuser of the brethren. What we don't want to do is be a double agent belonging to the kingdom of God, but moving with a different kingdom. Out of the kingdom of darkness comes this flow of accusation accusing us with our faults, failures, and weaknesses. Do not ever join his force team. Don't ever join the devil in turning in upon yourself against yourself. What the devil hopes to do is suggest one thought to you, one accusation to you against your life. Then he wants you to pick up that accusation, and then you keep repeating it over and over, over to yourself. Then he gets to leave the scene and let you sow that seed and watch it get a harvest. That's exactly the way the devil operates. He comes, he offers a seed. He cannot sow something in the soil of your heart. Only you Can. He cannot sow something in your thought life, only you can. All he does is try to offer it to your thought life. But if you will take what he offers and sow it into your heart or sow it into your way of thinking, then he doesn't even have to be actively involved. Because what he offered you to sow, if you sow it by turning it over in your thought life, repeating it to yourself, saying it out loud, meditating on it, or acting in line with that, he knows he's getting a harvest on that and he didn't have to do anything but offer you that. So, seed of accusation. So too many times people are joining their opposition by being a co laborer with the accuser, their brethren by accusing themselves, turning in on themselves, putting themselves down, having a poor self image. All of that comes because the accuser offered someone a thought and they took it. You're authorized to never take it. But if you say, Pastor Nancy, I can look back and see where I did take it, or well, we've all taken it at times when we shouldn't. But then we need to be more skillful at not taking it, recognizing it and refusing it. But if you recognize I have taken it, well, you're the one that can absolutely get every bit of the residue of that harvest out of your life. You can, you can resist that. Uproot it. How do you do that? By pouring in the right word. By pouring in what God says will completely uproot and clean out and wash out everything that you have cooperated with the accuser about against your own life. But know this, the devil, he wants to accuse you in your own life. So that why, number one, it injures your faith. You will not be bold to move with God when you're fixed on your faults, failures and weaknesses. To remember your past turns you into a poor receiver. And God does not want us being poor receivers. He wants us to receive everything he authored for us. But we have to recognize if I believe this accusation against myself, it's going to injure my faith. I will not be bold in the presence of God accusing myself. Now someone may say, well, Pastor Nancy, what the devil has reminded me of is true. It's something that's part of my past. But I want you to know if you've repented and the blood of Jesus has cleansed you of that, if you repented, then it is not true. I don't care that it's part of your past, it's not part of your present, because the blood of Jesus deletes those things as though you had never missed it. So let's honor the blood more than we honor the accuser by taking his accusations against us. And if I could say, letting them live with us, we are not the host of the accuser of my life. We have no business hosting him in our lives. And when we take his thoughts, and let me say this. Can I tell you this? Worry is taking the thoughts of your opposer. Worry is taking a negative thought, a thought that will undo faith. And if we go to sleep at night worrying, we are giving worry a soft place to land. We are giving it a place to lay its head. Well, worry is not living with me. And worry shouldn't live with you. Never go to bed with worried about something. Never go to bed fearful about something. Because if you do, while you sleep, you have opened the door for that fear and that worry to work against your mind and against your life. Always go to bed peaceful. Always go to bed praising God, worshiping God. Because the way you go to sleep is the door that you left open on your sleep. If you go to sleep worshiping and praising God and thinking of him, or meditating on a scripture, anything connected to God, you've left the door open for the movement of God while you sleep. You say. You mean God moves while I sleep? Well, he doesn't sleep. And I want you to know your spirit doesn't sleep. Your spirit should be at rest, but your spirit doesn't sleep. And so God will even bless you when, while you sleep, if you leave the door open to him. But if we open the door to the accuser, if we open the door to worry, if we open the door to fear and we go to sleep, then we have left the door open while we sleep for our enemy to work. And he will work while we're sleeping. Because then our authority, if I could say this, we're not standing our ground against him while we're sleeping. And we have to pay attention. How do we go to bed at night? But I want you to. I want you to know this. I don't care what time of day. You have no business worrying. I have no business worrying. We are authorized to never worry again. And you say, Pastor Nancy, the things I worry about are legitimate. I mean, maybe there's marriage problems, maybe there's problems with your children, maybe there's severe financial problems, maybe there's severe health issues, maybe there's severe problems with relatives and loved ones. Can I say this? We're only apart from Jesus. All we can do is make things hard. But with him, he turns everything easy. Those difficult situations, the situations you're struggling about, he's the greater one, is in you so that you can draw on him in the face of those and employ him so that you're not trying to fix this apart from him. He's in you to help you with those difficult situations that you're facing. Because I want you to know what's difficult for you is so easy for him. And you're authorized to move from the difficult flow to. To the easy flow by incorporating him, by drawing on Him. And that's why he said, come unto me all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I'll give you rest. He didn't say that the devil will leave you alone, but he will give you rest in the face of opposition. And what are we to do? We are to take his yoke. We are to take his burden. His yoke is light. His. His. His yoke is easy. His burden is light. If it's anything less than light and easy, you're being yoked up with the wrong thing. Don't accept it. And you say, well, Pastor Nancy, I don't know how to fix this. Well, the One in you knows. And you don't have to go to bed fearful or worried because you don't know how to fix it. Go to sleep mindful. The One in me knows and he will help me. He will. He will tell me what my part in this is, what I'm to do. I want you to know you are never left to yourself because he's in you for you to spend him. Draw on Him. The Word tells us that we have the mind of Christ. I want you to know that his mind is available to you. When your mind doesn't have hold, the help and the answers, his mind does. We have the mind of Christ because the Christ is in us, the hope of glory. And we can draw on his wisdom. Wisdom is in you because he's in you. Divine answers are in you because he's in you. So anytime you're faced with something that you don't know what to do, just know this. He knows exactly what to do. And on your side, you can think. Pastor Nancy, my situation is so complicated. It's so tangled. There's so many people involved or so many different circumstances involved, and this is connected to that, and this is connected to that. And on my side, it just looks overwhelming. I just don't know how I'm going to get on the other side of it. Can I tell you this on God's side, everything is simple. Nothing is tangled or complicated on his side. And that's the side of wisdom. All it takes is for God to say one thing to you out of his wisdom that will completely untangle everything right in front of you. Because once you hear from him, everything is easy. When, when you hear what God says to you, when, when revelation comes of what to do, struggle is over. That's the end of struggling with that situation. I was talking to someone and they had a very unique experience. God was. Jesus spoke with him and said, there are things in your life that you carry around with you and those things try to trouble you. And he said, if you'll let me, I'll replace all those things with things I have for you. And I love something that this person said. They said, jesus, I believe you have more for me, but I don't know how to unattach these things that have been connected to my life. And Jesus said, I'll show you how to do it. Isn't that something? He said, I'll tell you exactly what to do. And over the next period of time, that's exactly what God did for them, that he would speak to them. This is how you handle this situation. This is how you handle this situation. And the Word, they'd find something in the Word. This is how you handle that. The Spirit of God would speak to him about this. You don't have to fix anything alone. I want you to know. The day my husband went home to be with the Lord. And that was unexpected. And that day I said God, because there were so many layers of decisions in front of us. There were so many layers of things that had to be addressed. You can understand. My husband died in a plane crash. So there's legal things, there's financial things, there's. There were things connected to the city that I had to deal with because he was building buildings and the city was involved. And there's all these kinds of things that we had to comply with, things we had to finish. There were layers of things that I've never had to deal with before because my husband dealt with the business side of the ministry. But when I knew that all these things were in front of me and they were multi layered and they looked involved from the natural standpoint. There were financial situations I had to deal with the city, with banks, with lawyers. I had to deal with circles of people that were educated in a different way. But I knew this. No matter how great their education, I have the advantage because I have the Holy Ghost And I have his knowledge, the. His wisdom on the inside of me. And the Word tells us the Holy Ghost knows the mind of God and he imparts what God's wisdom is to us. Because the Holy Ghost doesn't counsel us based on himself. The Holy Ghost counsels us based on the wisdom of God. He takes of the wisdom of God and imparts it. And so whenever I was faced with those situations, the thought that was offered me the day my husband died was, what are you going to do about this? What are you going to do about that? What are you going to do about this? And you know what I said? I'm not touching any of that in my thought life because none of that has to be answered today. You know when it's going to get answered? When I hear what God says, that's when it gets answered. And I will not let anything pressure me into an answer prematurely. I decide when answers come. I don't let circumstances and situations pressure me into an answer that has to be given today. You know when an answer has to be given? When I hear from God, that's when it's given. My staff knows this. I am slow to make movement. I am slow to move. Why? Because I'm not just going to calculate and make a move. I'm going to hear from God and make a move. And I've got to get myself in a place to where God is heard. And that means I've got to get rid of distractions. I have to. If I could say this, I have to ignore the noise of circumstances. And sometimes it may take a moment for you to ignore the noise. You know, people say, I wish God would talk louder. Well, why don't you turn down the volume of what you're listening to? Why don't you decide that that circumstance that's pressing on your mind is not going to get your attention? And you'll watch the volume go down. How does something gain volume when it gains your attention? Wrong things gain volume when it gains your attention. But God's voice and leading gains volume when he gets your attention. So it's not about God turning up the volume. It's about us turning off the attention, off the wrong thing that's trying to get our attention. Amen. So I said, I said to my children, I said to my staff that day that my husband went home to be with the Lord. I don't have to answer anything today. I control what happens. I'm in charge. I decide when things move and when things don't move. And I only have One decision to make. And the decision is this, to do what God says. That's my only decision. I don't have to figure out how to deal with the city. I don't have to figure out how to deal with lawyers. I don't have to figure out how to deal with. With potential lawsuits. All I have to do is one decision. I will only do what I hear the Spirit of God say to me. Now, thankfully, I had been learning to follow the Holy Ghost. Can I tell you this? One of the most critical things that belongs to you in Christ is the leading of the Spirit. You must learn how to follow the Holy Ghost because he's going to be your. He's your counselor. He's going to give. He's your answer giver for every moment of life. He holds the answer for every situation that shows up. And so I had learned how to turn away from the noise that comes against the mind and, and turn toward my spirit. And so can I. You say, pastor Nancy, I don't know how to do that. Well, I can tell you really quickly. Feed on the word and pray in other tongues. Pray in the Spirit. Because what that does is it makes your spirit more sensitive to the Holy Spirit who's already in you. And when your spirit is sensitive to him, you easily perceive what he is leading you to do. Another thing to know his leading. What do you have peace about in your spirit? What do you have peace about? Not in your mind, in your spirit? What do you have peace about on the inside of you? Ignore your mind because the devil can create all kinds of commotion against the mental arena. Ignore that. What do you have peace about inwardly? Do you know you could have gotten saved today and still know whether you have peace about something. You don't have to be saved for years and you don't have to know 59 Bible verses. You don't have to. You don't have to have prayed for hours to know whether or not you have peace. In a moment, you can turn inward and say, do I have peace about this or not? And you can know. And you, like I said, ignore the mind. The mind may be at peace and the spirit be unsettled, but sometimes you may have the spirit at peace and the mind unsettled. Always go by your spirit. If your spirit doesn't have peace about something, don't do it. I don't care how much it makes sense. If you do have peace in your spirit about something, but your mind is giving you fits, ignore the mind and follow the peace that's in your spirit, learn to follow the Holy Ghost within because he is imparting to you the wisdom of God and that's what belongs to you in every situation of life. And I would say this is that the wisdom of God belongs to you so that you're not trying to figure it out in your own reasonings, because that's the place of failing. So remember, Jesus said this to me. He said, you have failed many, many times. He says, but I never have. So I share my success with you. When you draw on in Christ, you just draw on success. When you draw on who he is and how he's leading you. Now you come into the flow of success because the successful one is in you. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

This episode continues Nancy Dufresne’s long-running deep-dive into the theme “In Christ I Can,” with a focus on drawing from the power, wisdom, and success that belongs to believers in Christ. Nancy emphasizes that life in Christ should be free from struggle—not through personal striving, but through renewing the mind, relying on the Holy Spirit, and refusing self-accusation. Listeners are encouraged to resist the voice of the enemy, avoid worry and condemnation, and yield to God’s guidance—especially during challenges and opposition.
