There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer. Thank you for taking the time. And I would say this, if there's any previous episodes you may have missed in this series, go back and watch. And if there's an episode that seems to speak to your need very specifically, then make a note of it and then watch that repeatedly, or at least a segment of one that may speak to you, just watch it repeatedly. Because really, when we do that, that's one form of meditating on the Word. We're sowing that Word in us. And not only that, we're not just wanting to hear what the Word says, but we're wanting that what the Word says to see settle down and sink down into our spirits and take root. You know, the Word talks about the four different kinds of ground, and only one out of the four produced any fruit. And that was because the roots had to grow down. The roots of the Word had to grow down. All four of those lives heard the Word. And when it's talking about the ground, it's talking about the soil of someone's heart. And out of all four of those types of ground, only one produced because the roots grew down deep and they were doers of what they heard. And I want you to know, we want the truths that we've been preaching on this series to grow down deep into us. What are we ministering on? We're talking about in Christ. I can. Who we are in Christ, who He is in us. And know this, our identity in Christ is the foundation of our redemption. This is so foundational to us that we have to establish this in us. Because when we recognize that he has filled us with Himself so that he can flow through us unhindered, then what that means is that elevates the daily life that we're not just subject to live based on our own ability, our own reasonings, our own mental capacity, but we're allowing the Greater One in us to flow. And when he flows, my goodness, the fruit that comes out of that. Listen. God authored a plan for each and every one of our lives. But he never intended to that we fulfill that plan apart from Him. He only intended to fill us with Himself so that he could accomplish that plan through us. So we had to be skillful at drawing on him not only to accomplish the plan, but so we can live as rich as we are. We have to know who we are in Christ and all that belongs to us because we belong to him and because he belongs to us. And the most amazing thing about this is it was all God's plan and it was all God's idea that we belong to him and that he belongs to us. So since he belongs to us, let's not draw on the lower flow of man. Let's not draw on just the natural side of man or just the mental side of man. Let's draw on the Greater One, who's on the inside of us. Amen. And so that's why we want you to take note of things that God has really ministered to you through these, these episodes and listen to them over and over and over so that those roots grow down deep. I want you to know that being in Christ does not mean that opposition won't come. It means that the outcome of the opposition won't be as the devil intended. Because victory is to be the outcome of every situation that we face in life. The devil will launch something against us. But just because he launched it doesn't mean he gets to right the ending. The Word tells us this. This is the victory that overcomes the world. Even our faith. Faith gets to right the ending. And what is that faith to be? That faith is to be in the Word of God. That faith is to be in who we are in Christ. When we know who we are in Christ, the outcome is always different. You know, when my husband went home to be with the lord unexpectedly in 2013, the devil intended a certain outcome. He intended to abort the advancement of this minist. Because it was a short time later that we ended up on daily television teaching the word of God. The devil wanted to interrupt the flow of what God's plan held for us. He wanted to hinder the plan of God. But because we just realized who we were in Christ and what belonged to us. That the Devil's ending was not one that played out but we played out the ending of the Word that we just kept carrying on the plan of God. And I want you to know this, that in Christ, the ending is to be authored by faith. The ending is to demonstrate our victory in Christ. Don't ever accept a negative ending, no matter what circumstance shows up. Amen. And so everything that comes against your life is to be a place that we become more skillful with drawing on who's in us. And when you face something that's challenging, when you face the emergencies of life or something unexpected. Can I say this? Don't flip automatically back to the old man. Don't flip back to doing things the way you used to do them or handle them the way you used to. First check and say this. What does the Word say about this? What does God say to me about this? What has God authored is to be my steps in the face of this circumstance. Don't just go back to the reasonings of man and draw out of your calculations and out of your evaluations of how you're going to get past this. You know, years ago my husband, part of his family wanted to. Well, he wanted to move on with the plan of God, but part of his family didn't. And he ended up years and years ago, years before we met, he ended up going through a divorce. And you can understand that so many people have faced that difficult situation. And the devil intends to set back lives. He intends to use that situation to keep back advancement and to hinder spiritual growth, hinder development. And he wants to not only affect the person involved, he wants to affect future generations with that. But I want you to know in Christ there's help for every single situation that seems to be a destructive type flow. And I bring that up because I want to tell you something of the help that my husband received in that. Because so many people face difficult situations that are similar to that. And when he was going through that very difficult season in his life, there was a precious man by the name of Norval Hayes. Brother Norville himself, years prior, had gone through a divorce when his his spouse didn't want to continue or be part of the ministry. But brother Norville said, I'm going to obey God for my life. I'm going to obey the call of God. And just know this, when you choose the plan of God, you've chosen well, because God is the author of that plan. And I decided long ago, I will never exchange the plan of God for anything. El. I won't exchange it for a person. I won't exchange it for a business. I won't exchange it for finances. I won't exchange it for anything less because anything less than that will cheat my life. Because the best life is in the plan God authored for me. And so my husband was going through this very difficult situation and Brother Norval Hayes came up to him and he said, brother Ed, he said, you've got to get any hurt out of you. Can I tell you this? Even if we're going through a hurtful situation, hurt does not have to enter us. But sometimes we're not as skillful in those earlier years of walking with God, that we don't always know how to keep hurt out. And hurt comes in and you're not left to have to cope with that. We're not called to cope with it. If God didn't plan it, it's to be uprooted and removed from our life. And so Brother Norville said something so critical to my husband. He said, ed, going through this season of your life, he said, spend time praying in the Holy Ghost because the Holy Ghost will help help you remove everything. That would have been a troubling thing to you because you can't get it out with the mind. You can't get it out psychologically. You can't get it out by talking it out. The things that try to trouble our life, we have divine help to overcome those, to get past those so that they don't live with us and try to taint and color every single season of our life and every aspect and arena of our life. My husband did that. And he prayed in the Holy Ghost and. And in spending time praying in the Holy Ghost, the Holy Ghost was able to work and fill that place with God's best. And it wasn't long after that that he and I met and we were married and we were going on in the plan of God. But I remember before I met and married my husband that I was in a relationship that wasn't the plan of God. And there were all kinds of situations. I was a baby Christian. I had just been saved. My mind was not being renewed very rapidly, and I entered into a relationship I shouldn't have even been in. And there were all kinds of difficulties that settled down in my life because took root or took place in my life that never should have happened if I would have stayed away from the wrong relationship. But I remember that when I got out of that relationship that there were words spoken or actions taken that tried to keep living with me. And the Holy Ghost prescribed something for me. He said, I Want you to spend a certain segment of time praying in the Spirit, praying in other tongues. So every day I would take the. I'd take one hour and I would worship God. For the next hour I would read my Bible. And for the next several hours, I would take time to pray in the Holy Ghost. At the end of doing this, at the end of three weeks, it was though every memory, every difficulty, every struggle of having been in a wrong relationship was completely removed from me. It was like it never even happened. I didn't have to talk it out. I didn't have to counsel it out. I didn't have to figure it out. All I had to do, the praying in the Holy Ghost was like a divine Holy Ghost vacuum that went in and just drew everything connected with that wrong place out of my life. It was done by the Spirit. I want you to know, in him we live, in him we move. And in him we have our being. And in Christ you have supernatural divine help to get past every single situation. Don't struggle trying to get past something. Employ divine help. And so I have seen that time and time again. Just by spending time praying in the Holy Ghost. It removed things that I needed to have removed, but I didn't need to struggle with them to have them removed. Listen, we have divine help in Christ. And part of that divine help is the help, the counsel and the assistance of the Holy Ghost. And he puts you over. And at the end of three weeks of doing what God prescribed for me to where I spent several hours a day praying in the Spirit. Now, listen, I wasn't out shopping them all and praying in tongues. I was spending time before the Lord and I was separating myself so I could hear him. I was letting God know I want your plan more than I want anything else in life. And if you will want his plan, he can pull you through anything and navigate you around any obstacle the devil would try to put in front of you to hinder you. But in Christ, what belongs to you is divine help. It belongs to you, the help of the greater One who's on the inside of you. Never run to mental help. Never run just to psychological help. Never run to natural help. Never run to the sympathy of people to try to get help. Always turn toward the greater one in you. And really, I have. I have looked back over my spiritual walk and I recognize this, that when I've gone through situations, very few people know about it. And it's not. In fact, there are times I've never told anyone about things I was facing. Why? Because I Knew my help that was in me was enough. I knew the greater one that was on the inside of me was enough. I know that others can encourage us. And you know, that's the place of being part of the family of God and being part of a local church. Because being just in the atmosphere of others, your own spirit can be fortified, your own spirit can be enhanced and encouraged and refreshed. But I don't get refreshed and strengthened by talking. My problem with others, I just turn toward the divine help and the one who offers the highest flow of help in Christ. The highest flow of help belongs to you. And it's beyond what a man can offer you. It's beyond what any other human can offer you. And when my husband went home to be with the Lord, part of, I think something that was a help for me during that season was my husband being a traveling minister. We were. We were apart from each other probably about 75% of the time we were married. We were married right under 30 years when he went home to be with the Lord. And we were only together probably about 25% of that time. So it was not unusual for him to not be present. And that was a help to me that when he, you know, when he. When he went to heaven, that I was used to him not always being there. But sometimes when someone has a loved one that goes home to heaven, they're sometimes they're together all the time, 24 hours a day. And I've been able to help others with this. And I would say know this, there is not to be a vacancy like something is missing, like, because that person is no longer there, that you grieve because of the supply that they were to you is no longer there. Because I want you to know that in Christ he will fill you with himself. That the place that other person occupied and they're no longer there does not have to feel like a void. He will fill it with himself. In Christ, when you're faced with a need, you never have just you to draw on. You have him spend time feeding in the Word, spend time worshiping God, but also spend time praying in the Holy Ghost, because then you're drawing on. On divine help. And I have never for one moment, since my husband's homegoing, had a sense of loneliness. Why I refuse to have something in me that. That seems unmet, unsupplied, vacant. And there's a sense of loneliness that's of the devil. And I won't take it just because at times I'm alone. I Refuse to feel loneliness. And what did I do? I draw on the Holy Spirit. And it's the same thing when I'm facing a test and trial. I don't go out here immediately. I go in here immediately. That's what belongs to us in Christ, divine help. So I want to remind you that on the inside of you is the greater one, that he abides in you. Not just so you can run to people and start talking to them about your problem. You know, over, over in the Book of James, it says this. It says, is any among you afflicted? Is any going? And it really means, are you. Is anyone going through a test or trial? Look at, look at what it says. Let him pray. Notice that. Is any among you afflicted? Is anyone going through a test or trial? Let him pray. Isn't that interesting that the Holy Ghost had to tell us, if you're going through something, pray well, when you're praying, what are you doing? You're talking to God. So if you're going through a test or trial, notice what it says. Talk to God. Why does the word need to remind us of that? Because so much of the time, people, when they're going through something, they go find a person to talk to. They go find a parent to talk to, a relative, a spouse, a pastor to talk to. It's not wrong to talk to them, but that's wrong to go there first. First we go to him who's in us. And if we will be sensitive to him who's in us, we'll realize, oh, my goodness, I'm hearing my answer. In the face of this need, don't run first to people. Run first to the greater one on the inside of you. Run first to acknowledge him who's in you. And I've learned that spiritual habit. It's a spiritual habit to develop because people have a natural habit of running to others, and they want to tell others about it. I'm so thankful that God has helped me and helps me still to just continually turn toward real. Where real help exists. The highest help is in you. Don't go to multiple other places of help only to say, you know what? I need to get back and find what God's saying to me. I need to talk to him about it. Just start out there, and then you will. You will. If I could say this, get past that opposition, that point of need, so much quicker. And I tell you this, don't try to work out your help. Pray it out by the Holy Ghost. And I remember, in keeping along this line, I remember one of the projects that I had to address after my husband's homegoing was there was a refinancing of the building, and there were layers of things around that situation. And the bank had asked this. They said, by tomorrow, we want to know where you're getting $300,000. Well, I actually needed $400,000, but our ministry had 100,000, but I needed another 300. And I was on the road preaching, and they contacted me and said, we want to know by tomorrow where you're getting $300,000. Well, if I knew where I was getting it, you'd already had it, you know. And so I decided that moment I will not take pressure from them. Just because someone puts. Tries to put pressure on you does not mean you have to take it. I said, that's their pressure, and they're going to keep it. I'm not coming under that pressure. So I was going out to preach the service that night. And so I just set that request aside and didn't touch it again in my thought. Life went out, had the service, I come back, I'm getting ready for bed. I'm tired. I'm getting ready to go to sleep. And I remember, oh yeah, the bank wants to know where I'm getting $300,000 by tomorrow. And so I said, father, I don't know where that supply is, but you do, because you've already supplied it. And I said, I don't. I'm not going to pray to try to get you to supply something because you've already supplied it. How do I know that he's already supplied it? Well, Philippians 4:19. My God shall supply all your need according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. Then Hebrews, chapter 4, verse 3. The last phrase in the Amplified classic says that although God's works were prepared and completed and waiting for all who would believe from the foundation of the world, notice this. Although his works had been prepared, completed, and they're waiting, I said, God, you've already prepared that $300,000. You've already completed the supply for that need. I don't have to ask you to do that, but I do need to hear, where is it? What do I need to do to cooperate with what you've already completed and prepared for me. So I said, father, what I'm going to do, I'm going to lay here and I'm going to pray in the Holy Ghost. I'm going to speak in other tongues. Why? Because the Holy Spirit knows the mind of God. What's the mind of God, the wisdom of God, the thoughts of God. The Holy Ghost knows the mind of God. He will take of God's wisdom and he will impart that to your spirit by praying in the Holy Ghost. That's what I'm doing. I'm giving utterances to the wisdom of God. So I said, father, I'm just going to lay here and pray in other tongues and let the Holy Spirit author that wisdom in me. I'm not going to ask you for the money. You've already supplied it. I'm going to receive it by hearing how the wisdom of God would direct me. And so I laid on that bed and just for 10 minutes, quieted my mind. I didn't worry about the money. I didn't try to figure out a solution. And can I tell you this? While you're praying in the Holy Ghost, don't try to figure out mentally your options, because what's going to happen, you're employing the mind, and you're not sensitive to your spirit. If you keep the mind noisy, if you keep the mind active, you will miss what the spirit of God is trying to communicate to you through your own spirit. And so I quieted my mind. You say, how do you quiet your mind? Well, focus on Jesus, refuse to try to reason out your help. So I just laid on that bed, and for the next 10 minutes I prayed in the Spirit and I said, father, I'm here to listen to the wisdom of the supply that you've already prepared. And so I just prayed in the spirit for about 10 minutes. And it was like a bubble at the end of 10 minutes, up, floating up. It just floated up, just like a bubble. And all of a sudden I knew exactly what to do, and I did exactly what he said. And that's where the supply was. I didn't have to figure it out. I want you to know, in Christ, divine help is yours in the face of every need, whether it's in the face of an emotional need, a spiritual need, a marital need. Maybe you've gone through a divorce. Maybe you're dealing with situations with children from multiple marriages. Maybe it's a financial need, maybe it's a business need, maybe it's a staffing need, maybe it's a physical need. Whatever it is, I want you to know you have the divine genius on the inside of you. In Christ, his wisdom belongs to you. Draw on that wisdom. Spend that wisdom. Take time to pray in the Holy Spirit so that you make your spirit sensitive to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. Because what the Holy Spirit is saying to you is always in line with with the plan of God. It's always in line with the will of God, and it's always the wisdom of God. And we need the wisdom of God. Amen. Now listen, if you're born again, well, let me say it to you this way. Jesus is the gift that belongs to the whole world, and that's a gift that God has never taken back. Anyone can receive the gift of salvation by receiving the gift of Jesus, who is the Son of God. But once you're born again and you receive Jesus as your Savior, there is another gift that belongs to you, that does not belong to the rest of the world. It only belongs to God's people. And that is the infilling of the Holy Ghost. Now, when you are born again, the Holy Ghost came in you to abide. He bears witness with your spirit that you are the son of God, the child of God. But I also want you to know the Word speaks about the infilling of the Holy Ghost to where you're full of the Holy Ghost. And when you're full, it flows out in an evidence. And that is you speak in other tongues. If you've never been filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, but you're born again, that's a gift that belongs to you, is the infilling of the Holy Spirit. And it's a person to fill you up. And he will impart the wisdom of God to you. So if you say, pastor Nancy, I've never received the gift of the Holy Ghost, well, you can right now, because anyone who asks always receives. And when it's evident that you're filled, you begin speaking in other tongues. The Holy Ghost is not a tongue. He is a person. But it's evidence of the infilling that you begin to speak in other tongues. So right where you're at, if you say, I've never been filled with the Holy Ghost, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and I'm going to pray with you, and what's going to happen, Words are going to come up from your spirit. They will not come to your mind, but you have to open your mouth and speak out those words that your tongue seems to want to say. Don't look to your mind. But Father, I thank you that the gift of the Holy Ghost belongs to every single one of your children. So I say, be filled with the Holy Ghost. Receive him right now. Now yield your mouth to him, yield your tongue to him, and just start speaking. And receive the infilling because he's your divine help on the inside of you. Listen, if you've been filled with the Holy Ghost or you want to be, you want further ministry on that, contact us.
