There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer. And we appreciate you taking the time to tune in and to spend this time with us around the Word. And we know this, that there's never a time that we sow the Word into us that we don't have such rich benefits from it. So thank you for loving the Word. Thank you for joining us. And we invite you to get your Bible and something to take notes on, because we're believing, God, that you hear answers for your life. And we want to honor what we hear by holding fast to it. And it helps us when we take note of it. And then we can go back and we can meditate on things that God would say to us during these episodes. We're in the middle of a series that we've been on for almost. I'm. What is it? Almost? 140 episodes. So we're just. My goodness, I had no idea that we would be on it this long. But listen, this is not a topic we are looking to get off of quickly because when we realize who we are in Christ, we're really establishing the foundation of our redemption on the inside of us. Because.
Listen. Because who Jesus made us to be, who he is in us, it brings us right into the presence of the Father and we were born again so that we could know Him. I love something that Brother Copeland, when he was preaching in our church one time, he made this statement. He said, I was born to know him and I was born to be like Him. That's just a stunning truth, a stunning revelation, and that is so true. The greatest thing we receive in Christ is knowing him, knowing our Father, having access to the throne of God, where he Hebrews chapter 4 in verse 16 says, come boldly to the throne of grace that you may obtain mercy. And Find grace to help in the time of need. Know this. The throne is the place of obtaining. There's no need that goes unmet at the throne. But can I tell you this? We are now the temple of the Holy Ghost. And because we are hosting the Godhead on the inside of us, we have everything in us that we need for success in this life. But the greatest thing that we not only need, but we enjoy is the fellowship of God Himself. And all we have to do is turn toward him and enjoy his fellowship. Something God said to me years ago, he said, living in My presence does not come by earning. It comes by turning. What's that mean? Acknowledging who's in us. We should feed on the Word. We should spend time praying and talking to God, communicating with him and fellowship with Him. But know this. Living in his presence, we don't have more of his presence available to us just because we prayed more or read the Bible more. We have access to him because he abides in us. And all we have to do is turn our attention toward him, acknowledge Him. You know, if somebody, someone were to stop by our home to visit us, and we said, welcome, come on in. We're glad to see you. And we said in the family room. And then we go on about our daily life and just ignore that they're there. We just go on and we run our errands or we do our housework or we work on a project and we don't interact with them. Would they really believe that they were welcomed when we opened the door to them? Well, we want God to know you are so welcome not just to enter this place, but to have ongoing fellowship. And we can learn this, that as we conduct our daily life through fellowship with God is not to be a separate thing. These are to be integrated together. That he did not fill us so that he could be apart from us throughout our day. But know this. We can fellowship with him and bring him into every facet of our day. And I would say this to young mamas. Don't you ever think that the responsibilities that are so numerous around your life when you have children in the home, that that doesn't rob from your. Your ability to fellowship with your father. You can die for those babies and be worshiping God and fellowshipping with God. Because living in the presence of God does not come by earning it. It comes by simply turning. And in a moment, we can turn toward Him. And can I say this to you? It's not a mental turning. It's not trying to feel something even naturally. It's not turning of the flesh, it's not a turning of the mind. It's a turning of our attention toward our Spirit because He dwells in our Spirit. And too many times people think that they're only in the presence of God if they can feel something. Sometimes people only think that they're in the presence of God. If the mind is. If I could say this, if they could feel. Could we say elevated, Thrilled. If they feel something of a touch in the natural. Listen, you don't have to feel something to turn toward him in your attention. And many times people are waiting to feel something before they think that they're in his presence. And in all honesty, every single child of God is always in his presence. But not all of us are acknowledging the presence of the One within. And so that's where, when we talk about living in the presence of God, we're talking about living, acknowledging who's in us. And we can train ourselves and develop the spiritual habit of turning toward him every moment and acknowledging Him. Because even when we're doing the duties of our day and carrying out the responsibilities of our day, inwardly we can be turned toward Him. And so that's one of the greatest benefits of belonging to Christ. Because Jesus, that's one of the greatest things of our inheritance. Jesus paid the price so that we could have access to the Father. And so it's such a joy and such an honor to know who's on the inside of us and to not try to live apart from Him. Because, listen, every single flow of every single day needs his involvement. Acts chapter 17, and verse 28 says this. In him we live. In him, look at this. We move. And in him we have our being. I like this last phrase. In him we have. Look at that. There's nothing we don't have when we have Him. And what we have affects our entire being. What's that mean? Spiritually, mentally, physically, materially. He's not left out of any part of our day. So let's turn our attention toward him all throughout the day and give our spiritual ourself the spiritual habit of fellowshipping with Him. And like I said, it's not about what we feel. It's about who we're turning toward. And if you'll just turn toward him, listen, you'll begin to feel the sense of his presence. But don't, don't recognize or don't think that. Rather, that you only are in his presence when you feel something. Every single moment, he's in you, and he abides in you. I Want to take the next couple of episodes and I want to let's look at some of the Scriptures that talk about in Christ. Because as we feed on who the Word tells us, who we are in Christ, what belongs to us, because we're in Christ, this is when we begin to let the roots of this revelation sink down into our spirit. And I would say this, these truths of who we are in Christ, they can't just be landing in our head. They have to take root in our spirit. Because when we fill up with these truths, truths from the inside, then we can spend them and we start getting results. I want us to look at. Like I said, we're going to take a moment and talk about several of these different scriptures. I want us to look at 1st Corinthians chapter 1 and verse 5. Now this is the King James translation that I'm going to read first. 1 Corinthians chapter 1 and verse 5. It reads that in everything you are enriched. Look at this. By Him. Think of that there. Anytime he is involved in something, everything is elevated, everything is enriched. It's not just talking about a financial situation, but he enriches everything. When he shows up, everything gets better. When he's in manifestation, everything changes. When he set up his home to dwell in you, that meant a completely different life for you. And so again, it says that in everything you are enriched by Him. And then it goes on and it says, in all utterance and in all knowledge. I want to read out of the good speed New Testament translation. It says, for you have grown rich in everything through your union with him in power of expression and in capacity for knowledge. Look at that. That we have grown rich in everything. Why? Simply because he has set up his dwelling place in us. So we need to. We need to meditate on these truths. When he moved in, everything became rich because of his presence. Now if him abiding in us enriches every arena of our life, why not spend that wealth when we're faced with circumstances? Why not employ the One who's on the inside of us in the face of circumstances and let him manifest through us to deal with whatever opposes us? So again, I want you to look at that first. Corinthians 1:5, the Goodspeed translation For you have grown rich in everything through union with Him. Aren't you thankful I'm in union with Him? He's one with me, I'm one with Him. But look at this. It says in power of expression. Ah, that means that we're able to bring great utterance to the things that belong to us because we're in Christ. You know, spiritual things are not easy to express in natural terms. And so we have to have divine utterance to help us articulate the wealth of the spiritual world that belongs to us. But he says that we are enriched in everything, in power of expression. Look at this. And in capacity, knowledge that when he came in, we got enlarged inside that we can hold and contain more. Now, I want to read this, this translation.
I only have the abbreviation for it, so I'm not certain the total name of it, but it says T4T. I don't know what to say to you other than that's the way it's noted the translation name. But it says this of 1 Corinthians, chapter 1, verse 5. That is, God has very abundantly helped you spiritually because of your having a close relationship with and being united to Christ. What's that mean? We need to meditate. I have abundant help because I'm in Him and he's in me. See, we need to repeat, we meditate on these things, speak them to ourselves. Let me finish the rest of this verse. It says specifically, God has abundantly enabled you to speak messages that His Spirit revealed to you. And he has abundantly enabled you to know many things that His Spirit revealed to you. What's the Spirit of God revealed to us? The wisdom of God, the Word of God. And can I say this? If we're struggling about something and we go to the Word and we gain revelation of what the Word says, when revelation comes, struggle is over. I can't tell you the number of times that I have faced a difficulty. And when I would go to God and talk to God about it and he would speak to me about that situation, his answer undid the complication of that entire circumstance. All I needed to do was hear his thoughts on it. His revelation and what that did that removed all the struggle of that situation. When revelation of the Word comes, struggle is over if we act in line with that revelation. Now, before I go any further and read these, I want you to know what I'm doing is I am drawing these out of a document that we have on our website that you can download for free. This is all the in Him Scriptures. It says Kenneth Hagin at the bottom, because his ministry compiled these in Him Scriptures. But another pastor, along with his wife went through these Scriptures and they referenced 229 different Bible translations. And then they, they drew the best translations out and they compiled it. Then they made it available to us. So that we could make it available to you for completely free. So you want to download this? Because that's what I'm reading out of. Why do we want you to get hold of these? Because as you meditate on these and you speak these, then you see how broad the wealth of is that is ours because we're in Christ. So when it says here that. Again, let me read the last part of 1 Corinthians 1:5. God has abundantly enabled you to speak messages that His Spirit revealed to you. Notice this. Why does he give us this abundance of being able to speak the message to tell others? You know, spiritual words have to be spiritually discerned, but for them to be spiritually discerned, they had to be spoken accurately. Sometimes people misunderstand what the Word says because there's an inaccuracy of explanation. But the Holy Ghost gives us an accurate understanding so that we can speak these accurately. Why? Because when God gives us utterance, it's not just for ourselves. It's so we can bring others into the knowledge of what belongs to them because they belong to Christ. Amen. Now I want us to look at First Corinthians chapter 1 and verse 30. As I said, we're just going to read through several of these different in Him Scriptures and we're going to discover what they hold for us. First Corinthians chapter 1 and verse 30 says, but of him are you in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us? Wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. Well, what's that mean? Wisdom, righteousness, sanctification and redemption didn't come because of something we did. It came because of something he made us to be. Now I'm going to read the amplified classic translation of that verse. It says this, but it is from him that you have your life in Christ Jesus. Think of that. Do you know how rich is that to meditate on it? It is of him that I have his life in Me whom God made Our wisdom revealed to us a knowledge of the divine plan of salvation previously hidden, but manifesting itself as our righteousness, thus making us upright and putting us in right standing with God and our consecration that's making us pure and holy and our redemption, providing our ransom from eternal penalty for sin. My goodness. How. How wealthy we are simply because we're in Him. His Wisdom is at our disposal. His wisdom is in us because he's in us. When we draw on him, we're drawing on wisdom. Then another thing, he's been made unto us wisdom Righteousness, sanctification and redemption. So these things are part of our inner being and they're ours for the spending. Now the T4T translation of that same verse says this. It is because of what God has done that you have a close relationship with and belong to Christ Jesus. God accomplished his wise plan to save us by what Christ did for us. Look, you're not saved because you know everything. You're not saved because you've done everything right. You're saved because what Jesus has done for us. Amen. As a result of what Christ did, God erases the record of our sins. He sets us apart for himself and he frees us from being guilty for our sins. Look at that. He frees us from being guilty. Now what's the devil do? As accuser of the brethren, he comes to remind us of where we missed it. He comes to remind us of our sin of the past. Now this would do away with all shame, all embarrassment, all self guilt, all of the condemnation that so many Christians struggle with. This is the answer to that, that no, Satan, I am freed from being guilty for my sin because Jesus erased, God erased the record of my sin. Think of that, what that means. Since God erased it, the devil can never bring it back up. And the courts of heaven call us guilty because heaven erased. Because heaven never intended to point to our guilt again. Because Jesus paid the price for that. These are amazing truths and it rewrites how we move and operate and see ourselves. I want to go with us. Let's go to Second Corinthians, chapter one and verse 20. Second Corinthians, chapter one and verse twenty. The King James translation says, for all the promises of God in him are yea and in him amen unto the glory of God by us. Now I want to read this another translation. It's the BWE New Testament. It says this to the many promises God has made, Christ can say, yes, he can make all of them come true. So then it is because of what it is because of Christ that we can say, yes, it is. So when we praise God, how many of you know, when we praise God, we're agreeing with what he's made ours. So this is, this is a scripture that tells us that everything God has made ours, that all we have to do is bring our agreement. Christ is the one that made it possible for us to enjoy all that God authored for us. Christ paid the bill. And then we, all we have to do is simply agree. When people say that, you know, I prayed and God said no, or God said Wait, that's not what this scripture says. The Word says that to the many promises God has made, Christ says yes, he makes them all come true. So it is because of Christ that we can say, yes, it is. So now God said yes. Christ said yes, but it's waiting for us to say yes. Because God cannot manifest what was purchased for us through Christ until we agree another translation. It's the EEBT translation. It says this. Everything that God has promised becomes yes, because of Christ. That is why by Christ, we can thank God. By him we can agree that all of God's promises are true. And we can say how very great and good God is. So he's letting us know what activates all that Christ paid for our agreement, and our praise activates all he's provided for us. If it would just activate automatically, why would he talk about what we say? Why would it talk about that we're to praise? Because everything that God provided for us needs our agreement. And when we say something in agreement, we thank God for it. We praise Him. That activates it. Now, God said something to me years ago. I was facing a particular situation that needed resolving. And I was just bringing that before God. And I was worshiping God. And God said to me, I just had the sense to just get up and rejoice. I had been talking to God about it, praying about it, and I just said, you know what? By faith, I receive. I receive his divine help. And while I was just thanking God for it, I had the sense just get up and rejoice. So I just got up from that chair and I just started rejoicing. When I did, God spoke to me and he said, in the rejoicing, power flows. Now notice this. It wasn't enough that God provided it. And God said it was mine. It was me activating it with my agreement. How many of you know that when you rejoice over something you're saying, I agree with that. And when you're rejoicing over the truth of God's word, you are opening the door for God to manifest that everything that belongs to us in Christ is our present possession. But we have to become partakers. And it's not silence that turns us into partakers. It's praising and rejoicing. And that's what these verses are telling us. That we have our part to add to them so that they become a flow of our everyday life. Now notice what God said to me. He said, in the rejoicing, power flows. We could say it this way. While you're Rejoicing, power is flowing, Power is working in your behalf. It said in God said to me, in the rejoicing, power flows. He didn't say outside the rejoicing. When I stop rejoicing, power stops flowing. While I'm rejoicing, power is flowing. Do you know you can say, father, I rejoice over my health. I rejoice that I am whole. I rejoice that I am provided for. And so you want to be specific in what are you rejoicing about? If you will rejoice and assign the specifics of your faith to a certain arena that will start working and manifesting. But this is exactly what this verse talks about, that we add our rejoicing, we add our praise, we add our thanksgiving. Because when we do, that sets the power of God to working in our behalf. I want us to look at.
Let's look at Second Corinthians, chapter one and verse 21. And I'm going to read this out of the King James first. It says, now, he which establishes us with you in Christ and hath anointed us is God. I want to read. I want to read a different translation of that. It says this, and the one who brings us with you into a settled position in Christ and has anointed us God. Listen, I'm settled on the Word. The Word tells us that God's Word is forever settled in heaven. It's our job to settle it in us. It's our job to settle it in the earth and to settle it in us. So there again, this translation, it says, this is the B L E translation. The one who brings us with you into a settled position in Christ. What's that mean? I'm not troubled by this situation. I'm settled. Why? Because I'm settling down on the One who is in Me, and he's the one that fulfills the work. So the one who brings us with you into a settled position in Christ and has anointed us is God. How many of you know the anointing destroys the yoke? The devil does not want you recognizing that there's an anointing within you. But draw on that anointing, because the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. And the devil is. He fears the anointing of God because it completely undoes in a moment what he has worked for years and sometimes decades to bind people up with. Well, we invite you, get hold of these scriptures, spend time feeding on them, meditating on them, speak them to yourself, and it will absolutely rewrite the way you think. It will renew your mind and it will help you to understand who you are in Christ and what belongs to you. But we're going to keep going this direction in upcoming episodes, and until then, we want you to join us next time. But remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcomed. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.
Title: In Christ I Can, Part 139
Date: December 11, 2025
Host: Nancy Dufresne, Dufresne Ministries
In the 139th installment of the "In Christ I Can" series, Nancy Dufresne continues her focus on the believer's identity and inheritance in Christ. She emphasizes the daily, practical benefits of knowing who you are in Christ, particularly as it pertains to living in God’s presence, the richness of union with Him, and actively receiving and manifesting God’s promises through faith, thanksgiving, and praise. Nancy unpacks several foundational scriptures, providing practical encouragement on turning towards God, operating from one's spiritual position, and activating divine help.
Nancy concludes the episode by affirming that understanding and participating in what belongs to believers in Christ will transform their lives, renew their minds, and empower their walk.
“Remember this: Jesus is the healer. God bless you.” (26:54)
