There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the healer. Come on in and join us and grab your Bible and something to take notes on and we'll study the Word together. Because, listen, the Word of God takes our life and sets it on course whenever we come into agreement with the Word and become a doer of it. And we're believing God for God to give you answers, things that you need to have clarity about. We believe that as you just even sit in the atmosphere of the Word being taught, that you're going to hear what you need to hear from God. And we've been teaching in this series on in Christ, I can. And it is an absolute joy for us to speak this time with you, especially around this topic. My, my, my. It's loaded with what God has provided for us. And listen, although he's provided it for us and made it our present possession, all that belongs to us in Christ, we have to become partakers of that which we possess in Christ. And this is really what we've been talking on in most recent episodes is talking about what is our part to become a partaker of what he's already made ours. And number one, we have to take the Word and we have to put it in our mouth. Why is that? Because the Word is the seed that we sow in our hearts. And we have to sow God's Word in our hearts. Then we also have to water that seed so that it grows and produces a harvest in our lives. So it's not enough to say, well, God's already given me all the things in Christ I need. Well, he has given it to us, but it's up to us to partake of what he's already given us. And that is by faith. And so faith is a law that will work every single Time. But we have to work that law. And one thing that's contained in the law of faith is that that faith has to speak what God says. And so when we sow the seed of God's Word in our heart through speaking it, then we continue to speak it. Because that's the way we water the seed that we've sown. And then we can reap a harvest of what the Word will do in our life. And we've been looking in the last few episodes, we've gone to John chapter 17. And this is a passage where before Jesus is exiting the earth, he's praying to the Father, and he's talking to the Father about what he has made available to us. And I want us to read In John chapter 17 and verse 8, Jesus is speaking to his Father in prayer. And he says these words, for I have given unto them. Speaking to his disciples, those that he ministered to, those that were his followers, he said, for I have given unto them the words which thou gave us me. So notice Jesus is telling in this prayer what the great value that he left us and gave to us is. Words. Why are words the greatest thing that we could receive? Because words is how we produce what God is Himself is able to produce by faith. Listen, at creation, God spoke words. And because of those words that he spoke, we're enjoying the creation that came about. Well, even so, the way things are going to be created in our life is through words. The way that we're going to come into the miracles, the healings, the answers, the manifestations that we need from God. It's through speaking words. And so Jesus said, I have given unto them, speaking to us, God's people. I have given unto them words. And not just any words, but Jesus said, I have given to them the words that you gave me. So Jesus didn't give us his own words. He gave us what God said to him. Because when we are taking in and acting on the words that God gave Jesus and those are the same words Jesus gave us, then that means those word words will produce through our life what they produce through Jesus life. Amen. So the greatest thing that heaven could give us is words. Because with words, we can get anything else we need. We can have the anointing, we can have the healings, the manifestations, the miracles, the victory, the joy, the peace that we need by having the right words. And so the greatest thing that heaven could ever give us is words. And can I tell you this? Even Jesus was the Word made flesh. So God's word is the thoughts of God. God's word is the wisdom of God. It's his way of operating, his way of doing something. When we take what God says and we put it in our mouth, we just moved into the flow of God because heaven's words bring us into heaven's flow and into heaven's manifestations. They bring us into really days of heaven on earth. You know, that's what an Old Testament passage says, that we should be living days of heaven on earth. Meaning Jesus did not so much come and talk about going to heaven, he talked about bringing heaven to earth. He said, the kingdom of God is within you. And so this is what we need in this life, how to bring heaven to earth. Well, the way we did it is we received into our hearts and into our spirits and the kingdom of God at the new birth. Jesus said, the kingdom of God is within you. And so he was telling us the way the kingdom operates can happen here on the earth because you have the words of the kingdom. And we operate the same way heaven operates, even while we're here. And when we speak heaven's words, we get heaven's flow while we're on the earth. Listen, God gave Jesus words. And this was enough for Jesus needs and Jesus mission and to fulfill the plan of God that he was born for. By operating and speaking by words, they were enough to accomplish what what God had authored for his life. Notice this. Jesus said. He said, I only say what I hear my Father say. He knew that as he would stay with the words that God gave him, those words would produce for him. So then Jesus gave us what the Father gave him. And that was words. So they're enough for our mission. They're enough to fulfill the plan of God. They're enough to partake of. All that belongs to us in Christ is by speaking words. When people say, well, all that belongs to me in Christ, why doesn't it just operate if it's already my present possession? Because it requires faith to activate what we already possess in Christ. And so as we speak words and we speak what God has authored for us and what is contained in Christ for us, then what happens? We become a partaker of all the provision, all the help, all the supply that we need to fulfill the plan of God and to accomplish what we're born for on the earth. Listen, when we need something from God, our help in the face of that need is always. It begins with words. When you hear revelation from God and you act on that revelation, do you know that, that that puts an end to Struggle. You may be struggling with some kind of situation that. That that faces you. And you may think, well, I don't know. I'm not sure what my next step should be in this. I'm not sure how to handle this. Once you hear from the Holy Ghost and you had the wisdom of God on it, what is that? You're hearing words from heaven. And when you act on it, it works every single time. Listen, if we heard God deal with us about something, something to do, something to carry out, something to obey, and we implemented that, and it didn't work out right, it's because we didn't stay with the words. We might have mingled in our own thinking, our own opinion. But if we stay true to what God says and do it the way he says it, we will always arrive at our victory. Because our help is. Is in words. All our help from God begins with words. And I remember when my husband had gone home to be with the Lord. I remember standing in my hallway about two weeks later, and up out of my spirit came the scripture that's found in Hebrews chapter 13. I believe it's verse 6, Hebrews 13:6, and especially the amplified classic translation. One of the things it says is that I will boldly say that the Lord is. Is my helper. Look at this. I will boldly say, the Lord is my helper. I was just walking through the hallway, and those words, they came out of my mouth before I even thought about it, because it came out of my spirit with such force. What was it the spirit of God was saying? That within my spirit. And my own mouth picked that up. And I wasn't thinking that my spirit was feeding me that. And so I just spoke it out loud. I will boldly say, the Lord is my helper. And. And when I said that out loud, the word of the Lord came to me and said, do you know how I help you? Listen, when God asks a question, it's not because he doesn't know the answer. It's because he wants you to hear his answer. And he's not even asking you for your answer. He's asking you to open the door so he can answer that. So he said, you know how I help you? And I said, tell me, how do you help me? And he said, when you put my word in your mouth, then I'm able to help you. If you don't speak my word, then I cannot be the help to you that I want to be. He was letting me know just because now that you're newly widowed, it doesn't change for you. You don't get to do something different. I don't meet your needs because you're a widow. I meet your needs because you put my word in your mouth. And I want you to know that if we will boldly say, the Lord is my helper, is there something you want help out of? Is there something you want help into? If you will say that the Lord is my helper out of this situation, I'm leaving that difficulty behind because the Lord helps me out of that. Or you say, I need to get into some things, and you may just say, the Lord is my helper into this, which I'm needing to advance into. That's what I do. I just say, the Lord's helping me in this. Why then I'm not left to my own willpower, my own ability, my own skill set as a human to achieve this. But I'm drawing on his help. So he said to me, the way that I help you is when you put My word in your mouth. He said, if you don't put My word in your mouth, I cannot be the help to you I want to be. So when we speak his words, he's able to get involved. He cannot get involved. When we speak words that are different than his, know this. When Jesus said, I have given them words that yout gave me, Father, he was getting results with words. He was getting miracles with words. He was getting healings, deliverances worked through. His ministry came as a result of words. And notice this. It had to be words believed, words spoken, and words acted on. We can know what God's saying, but if we don't say it, then we're not going to benefit. We can know what God's saying, but if we don't do those words, we won't benefit. If we don't believe those words, it won't benefit us. You know, I was thinking this morning, I was listening to one minister, just as I was getting ready at the house this morning, and I was listening to a minister talk about how in his sermon that, remember the angel that came to Zechariah and he said, you're going to have baby. And it was, of course, John the Baptist was going to be born of him and his wife. And here he was, he was the high priest that year, and he was an angel appeared to him. And he made a really big mistake. He said, how do I know that this is true? And the angel said, you're not going to be able to speak until this thing comes to pass. Why? Because he was Speaking the wrong words, that until John the Baptist was born, his mouth was not loosed because words could have affected the outcome of this. But I was thinking about this. It wasn't until now, you'll remember, after John the Baptist was born and everybody was saying, well, what's the baby's name going to be? And they assumed it would be the name of the father. And Elizabeth said, it shall be. His name shall be called John. And it was when the daddy said and wrote on a tablet, his name shall be John that his mouth was opened. Then he could speak again. Why? Because he finally came into agreement with. With what God had planned. And I wanted you to see this, that as I was thinking about this, the angel had also gone to Mary and said, you're going to have a child. And notice Mary didn't argue with him. Mary had a question. She said, how's this going to be since I haven't known a man? She wasn't arguing. She was saying, I'm not sure of how this can happen. And then the angel said, the power. The Holy Ghost shall overshadow you. God didn't mind answering that for her because she wasn't arguing in disbelief that John the Baptist, his daddy, was arguing in disbelief. But not after Mary had that visitation from the angel. While the angel was there unfolding the plan of God to her. Remember what she said. She said, so be it done unto me according to thy word. So she agreed with what the plan of God was. She agreed with the words that the angel had spoken to her. Why? They weren't his words. They were God's words that the angel was relaying to her. And when she agreed with those words, then the angel departed. Why? Now he had her faith. Now he had her agreement. And so God could fulfill, fulfill through her what he planned. But notice after that, as soon as this experience happened with Mary, she traveled to stay with her cousin Elizabeth. And as she went to travel there, notice that she would not have only been around Elizabeth, she would have been around her husband as well, Zechariah. And in being around him, his mouth was closed. She showed up at a household where the husband's mouth had been closed. Why? Not only did God not want him speaking against John the Baptist's birth, but he didn't want John. He didn't want him speaking against the one who was carrying Jesus because he didn't want Mary's ears, fear full or filled up with his unbelief. So words weren't just protecting the plan of John the Baptist being born. I believe God was shutting the mouth of that man to protect the future of Jesus because Mary went and stayed in their house and God was protecting her ears, not letting unbelief spoken around her. Well, I want you to know this, that it matters what we surround ourselves with when we're believing God for something. We can't sit and listen in fellowship with people who speak against the words of God. I'm not saying we have to be unkind to people. I'm not saying that we're just out correcting everybody. But I am saying pay attention to who you let be a voice into your life. If people are not finding out and they're not discovering what belongs to them in Christ, they'll talk you out of faith many times. And when you're believing God for a miracle, you don't have any room except for what God would say. So you can always walk in love with people. You can always be kind to people. But you don't always have to let their words land in you. And you have to guard your ears that when you're around those who are not speaking God's word, it will deprive you of the faith that you need to move further with God. But the greatest thing that God has given us is words. Because that's where every answer and supply for our life originates from that we don't receive anything from God till we speak words. Jesus is called the high priest of our profession or of our confession. He's not called the high priest of our faith, although he is the author of our faith. He's the finisher of our faith. He's the high priest of our profession. What is our profession? It's faith released. He can only fulfill faith released. He can't just fulfill faith. He has to fulfill faith that is spent faith that is released. Because when our faith goes into action, then heaven can meet those words of faith and fulfill what our words say. So thank God for power. But without God's words, we would not even know how to cooperate with with the power of God. Amen. In that verse, in that passage, John chapter 17 and verse 8, Jesus said, for I have given unto them the words which thou gave us me, and they have received them. How we treat God's words is how we're treating God. How we treat God's word is how we're treating the Holy Ghost. How we treat God's word is what we're allowing God to do in in our life. Words are containers and they contain the power to bring those words to pass to Receive the power contained into the Word in the words. We have to receive the words, and we have to receive them by faith. That means we're not arguing. We're not arguing against what God says. I remember something I was listening to. Dad Hagin, Kenneth Hagin was a spiritual father to my husband and I for decades before he went home to be with the Lord. And I was listening to him preach one day, and he was in the middle of a sermon, and he was just preaching along, and then all of a sudden, God said something to him. And he just stopped in the midst of his sermon. And he said, yes, Father, he said, I received that. He said, I received that. And he talked to God a little bit back and forth, and then he basically resumed his sermon. And then he explained to us as we were listening that he said this. He said, God just said something to me and he said, I don't understand how that's going to happen. But he said, but I still received it into my spirit. Now look at that. He was saying, my mind can't calculate. My mind can't figure out how what God just said is going to happen. But with my spirit, I agreed. And I receive that into my spirit, even though my mind can't fully understand it. So notice this. With words you agree with words you receive, not with understanding. You don't have to understand how God is going to do something before you can agree that God's going to do it. You know, the Word tells us that at the new birth we are delivered from the kingdom of darkness, translated into the kingdom of his dear Son. Do you know, my mind does not understand how that transaction happens, but I believe it, and I receive it with my Spirit. You can receive by faith things that God has said to you, even though you don't understand how he's going to bring it to pass or what avenue he's going to use to bring it to pass. Because these things don't need our understanding, they need our faith. And you can receive things into your spirit that your mind cannot figure out. But if we doubt them and we argue against them, and we reason against them, we won't receive the power that these words contain to be brought to pass. If I will only receive from God what I can figure out, I'm going to cheat my life. I'm going to cheat the plan of God. But God holds. God's plan holds so much more than what I could have fathomed, than what I could have figured out or calculated. So why do some the lives of some Christians look More blessed than other Christians because you can look outside and you can see one Christian, maybe they continually struggle for years with certain aspects of their life and others seem to be well provided for, enjoying certain benefits and blessings. And it isn't because God caused one Christian to receive more or he didn't give one believer more. It's just the one who is receiving what God says. They're going to have greater manifestations of God in their life. They're going to see greater answers in their life. It's not that God favored one over the other, it's just that one received more. I want you to know that everything that you've ever seen, that some of the mightiest believers in God, some of the mightiest men of God that he's ever used, I want you to know they never had anything more available to them than you have available to you. That it's all up to our ability to receive it. I remember I have three grandchildren right now. Oh my goodness, they're growing so fast. The oldest is 15 years old. I don't know how he grew that quick. But when the kids were little and I was pastoring at our church in Southern California, in the hospitality room, I always had a bowl that had candy in it. And so on Sunday mornings they would come running into that hospitality room before a church service and they would jump out of the car, you know, and then their mom and my daughter in law is gathering up all the stuff, you know, the bags, her purse and all the stuff. Stuff for the kids, for church and stuff. And so they'd always beat her into the room quicker. Then she would arrive in and they'd run in and I'd say, come over here, fill up your pockets with candy. And I'd say, get you a big old handful and put it in your pocket. And when they were really little, their hands could only maybe hold two pieces of candy. I said, no, that's not going to last you for today. And so I would take my bigger hand and I'd fill up their pockets from what I could hold. I want you to know that, that if we will agree with the words that God says, it enlarges our capacity to receive more. It's not that God gives one Christian more, it's just that they enlarge their capacity to receive it by speaking the word, agreeing with the word and acting on that word that God had said to them. So let's increase our ability to receive. Let's enlarge our capacity to receive words. Given that God gives to us, is what will help enlarge our capacity to receive? Listen. God can only be to us what we receive him to be. Listen, Jesus is the healer, the provider, the deliverer, our wisdom, our victory. But if we don't receive those words about him, if someone says, you know, I've never seen anybody healed, I don't know that Jesus is a healer, then their lack of receiving him as healer limits what he can do for them. So if we will speak larger, it will enlarge our insides. It will enlarge our spirit man. It will enlarge the unseen man to receive more and to hold to more. Every time we agree with and obey words from God, we receive what those words offer us. Amen. Every time we agree with them and obey them, then we receive what those words offer to us. There's so much more in this life of faith. And too many times people just expect, well, if something belongs to me in Christ, then it'll just show up. No, it won't. Because everything that God has made our possession in, it's faith that puts that to work in our life. It's faith that turns us into a partaker. So it is our privilege to add our faith to what we possess in Christ. Don't just think that it'll operate automatically. Why does it not operate automatically? Because we have an enemy in this earth who's always trying to interfere. He's always trying to hinder and oppose what belongs to us. But if we will just speak the word of God, there's enough power and to bypass everything that the enemy tries to hinder in this flow of God's blessing. And I want you to know that what God has for you is so great. But we're to believe the words. We're to receive them and speak them and let those words be performed in our lives. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss upcoming episodes. And until this, until then, remember this, that Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcomed. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.
