There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the Heater. We invite you, come on in and bring your Bible and bring something to take notes on because we're believing God for answers for your life. And how many of you know the Word is the answer book? That there's nothing that we'll ever face in life that the Word does not show us the exit out of it, the victory in it. And we want to be good students of the Word. So thank you for taking this time to join us. And it's such a joy. And one of my greatest honors is to get to bring these messages to you. And I'm just grateful to. To be able to minister to this to people who hunger and thirst to know more of what belongs to them because they're in Christ. And so thank you for joining us. In the last few episodes, we've been, of course, continuing in this series that we've been on now for almost a year. And that is in Christ. I can. And the last several episodes, though, we've been talking about in this, a kingdom that we belong to the kingdom of God, that there is all sufficiency in the kingdom, that we will never run short in the kingdom that we belong to. The Word tells us that we've been delivered from the kingdom of darkness and we have been translated into the kingdom of his dear son. I like this word, translated. What's that mean? We were picked up and put from one location to another. We didn't have to travel there by good works, God. In a moment, he translated us out of Satan's kingdom. And we are now under a new lordship. And isn't that wonderful? And so in the kingdom that we now belong to, that there is sufficiency to care for all of God's people in that kingdom that we don't have to go to some other system so that we can receive our needs met. The kingdom holds every supply for every arena of our life, that every need be fully met out of that kingdom. And our sufficiency is in Christ. And everything that God planned and ordained for our lives, he put in Christ. And then all we have to do is to dive into that treasure box of the greater One who's on the inside of us and by faith receive of that flow, receive of that provision, receive of the all sufficient one who dwells on the inside of us so that we can have every need met. So it's up to us to put a demand on the treasure box of heaven. And Jesus is that treasure box that God planned for your life. Every need met, every sufficiency, every answer. And he put all of that wealth in Christ. And then he put Christ in us and us in Christ. So we are to develop our faith in who we are in Christ and what belongs to us because we're in Christ and put a demand on all the resources of the glory and the power that is resident in him and resident in us because we are co heirs with Jesus and everything that belongs to him belongs to us. And there is not to be any need unmet. Because what does Psalm 23:1 say? The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want or I shall not have any need unmet. Amen. Now, we have been talking about that in previous episodes. We were talking about that in this kingdom, every need has an answer, every need has a supply. And it's the will of God that no need go unmet. But it's not enough to know that it's the will of God that we have our needs met. We have to know how do we cooperate with what the Word says? How do we know the ways of God? Because, and that's what I've been calling it, the will and the ways of God. We can know something is his will and not know how to arrive at that. We not know the way of receiving or cooperating with God. Go through the Word. And as you're reading through the Bible, it might help you to take note of this. What scripture, when you're reading, does this scripture show you the will of God? Mark that. And then another passage will show you the way of God. For example, the Bible tells us it's the will of God that none should perish, but that all should, you know, become part of the kingdom of God. All men. Salvation belongs to every man. But then you find another scripture that tells you the way of being saved. And the way of whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So that one shows us the way of salvation where another scripture says it's the will of God that none should perish. So we have to know not just what does God want for us, but how do we arrive at receiving what God wants for us. And that's his ways I want to refer to right now, the ways of healing. Because it's the will of God that every single one of his children live healed and whole. And if they need healing, that they receive the healing that they need. I want you to see what it says In Psalm chapter 105. In verse 37. It's talking about when God's people, when he delivered them out of Egypt, the Hebrews, it says this. He brought them forth also with silver and gold. Now listen, what's that mean? It must be the will of God that they have provision, or he wouldn't have seen to it that when they exited Egypt, that they had silver and gold. So we can see in this verse that it's the will of God that we have more than enough. So it says he brought them forth also with silver and gold, and there was not one feeble person among their tribes. Now look at that. This verse shows us it's the will of God that we be prosperous and that we be whole. And so this verse shows us that this is exactly what they had. They came out of Egypt with the wealth of Egypt. Well, where did they get that? Well, the day they exited Egypt, God spoke to Moses and said, tell them to demand of their masters the silver and the gold, and God gave them favor. And in that favor, their masters handed them all the silver and the gold of Egypt, and they walked out with the wealth of Egypt. And somebody would say, well, they're stealing from them. No, they didn't steal because they didn't force it. They demanded it. They asked it of their masters. And favor moved in their behalf. And they turned over the gold and silver. And I'll tell you this. It's 400 years of back pay, baby. It was back pay owed them. They had built that. That. That city. They had built that nation. And they were not rewarded until this day. They walked out with a back pay of what belonged to them. It's the will of God that we have provision number two. It shows us that they walked out not one feeble one among them. Now think of this. Those were. Those were slave bodies. They had been mishandled, they had been mistreated. They had been overworked, they had been neglected. But the power of God was more than enough to make, to restore and repair and make whole their bodies. And I want you to know that shows the will of God for us today. Amen. And I want to. I want to read something to you. There is. What is. It's called the Dakes Bible. D A K E S and this is Dakes had commentary on different verses. And this is what Dakes wrote in his Bible about that passage that they exited Egypt. There was not one feeble one among them. Now I want to. Before I read this, I want to say this. How many of you know the word tells us that the new covenant, the New Testament is a better covenant than the Old Testament than the Old Covenant? So since we live under a better covenant, don't you know that that means that we should have every good thing they had? And even better than what they had, we shouldn't have less than what they had. Well, if it was the will of God that every single one in that nation. Think of it, an entire nation didn't have anyone sick or feeble among them. It's estimated that there were 3 million Hebrews that day that exited Egypt and not one sick one among them. Do you know that that's God's ideal, that that's what God's highest and best is? That's what his will is. And since that was under the old covenant and we have a better covenant, how much better it should be that the. That those that are in Christ not have physical conditions that hinder and limit them and cause them discomfort. Well, I want to again read to you what Dakes wrote in his Bible, his commentary on this passage. He said the reason there was not one feeble person in all their tribes was because God had healed them. Such is the will of God for men under the new covenant, which is based upon better promises and is more glorious in power and provision than the old Mosaic covenant. It is the. Now listen to this statement. It is the shame of the church to fall so far behind Israel in receiving promised benefits. I agree with that statement. Why? Because we have so much more available to us and yet many of us are living beneath what they were experiencing in their day. So Dakes writes, it is the shame of the church to fall so far behind Israel in receiving promised benefits. Notice it's not about getting God to give it. It's about us receiving what God has already given. Then Dakes goes on and says it is not logical that new covenant saints. I read that wrong. Let Me say it this way. Is it not logical that New Covenant Saints should meet the physical and spiritual qualifications of the Old Covenant? He's saying, shouldn't we be experiencing at least what they did and even more? And then he goes on and says this. What then is wrong with the church that it does not get and partake of the spiritual blessings of the New Covenant? Well, he's completely right. Why is it we're putting up with things we shouldn't be putting up with. We're allowing things that we should not be allowing. We're falling behind because we're not living as full as we ought, but that all of that is fixable, and that's the good news of it. So he says this. What then is wrong with the church that it does not get or partake of the superior blessings of the New Covenant? Then he answers it for us. It is because of unbelief and widespread rebellion against such teaching. It is not because God has lost his power or does not care to live up to his obligations made in the New Covenant. So he's saying this. It's not God's fault. It's our fault. We have allowed things to be robbed from us, taken from us. And that's not to scold us. That's to cause us to say, wait a minute, I've been putting up with what I shouldn't put up with. And we've all done that at times. We've all put up with what we shouldn't have. But we can. If we have allowed something to be robbed from us, we can take it back because it belongs to us. Now, I want to go over to something that was written in Kenneth Hagin's book. Kenneth E. Hagin was a spiritual father to my husband and I for decades. And he has a book called I Believe in Visions. And in that he records eight major visions that he had when Jesus came and spoke to him for quite a segment of time. And in these visions, it wasn't just him seeing in the spirit realm. It was what is called an open vision. When Jesus came into this realm and talked to him face to face. And he has in that book a chapter called the Hospital Visitor. And dad Hagin, as a young man in his. In his 30s, he was preaching one day and he had. After. After the service, he stepped outside out the side door, and there that. But there was a step there that he stepped on, and it was icy. And so he fell on the ice and he injured his arm. And so with that injury, the pastor drove him to the Hospital. On the way to the hospital, the spirit of God spoke to dad Hagin and said, you, arm isn't broken, it's dislocated. And so Brother Hagin thought, well, that's good that it isn't broken. It's only dislocated. But the Holy Ghost spoke to him, said, the arm is not broken, it's dislocated. And he said, but don't worry about it, and I'll talk to you about it later. Now listen to that phrase. Don't worry about it, and I'll talk to you about it later. Well, Brother Hagin went on to the hospital, and when he got there, the doctor confirmed, well, it's not broken, but it is dislocated. And he said, actually, that can be harder to deal with than a break. He said, you won't. We'll have to set that shoulder right. But he said, you wouldn't be able to stand that pain. So he said, we'll have to put your. Put you under anesthesia, and then we'll set that arm. And so they did. And they said, now we're going to keep you for a day or two in the hospital because they wanted to observe him since he had been, you know, under anesthesia. They just wanted to make sure there were no negative side effects from that. So after they had reset his shoulder, he's sitting in the hospital bed. And he said he was absolutely really enjoying himself because he was just sitting there feeding on the Word and enjoying, you know, fellowship with God. And he said while he was there in that hospital bed the next day, he said he heard footsteps coming down the hallway of that hospital. He thought it would be a nurse. But when he looked up to see them walk into the room, it was Jesus who came walking into his hospital room. And Brother Hagin said all the hair on his head, on the back of his neck stood up. And he said, Jesus walked in, and there was a chair there in the hospital room. And Jesus grabbed that chair and moved it over next to Brother Hagin's hospital bed. And he sat down and talked to him for the next hour and a half. And so he began talking to him about his. His ministry and some different things. But he started the conversation with this. He said, I told you in the car coming over to the hospital that your arm was not broken, it was dislocated. And the doctors confirmed that. And he said, I also told you, don't worry about it, and I'll talk to you about it later. And he said, I want listen to What Jesus said, I want to commend you for not worrying. Now, why was it so important that Brother Hagin not worry? Well, I believe this. I can see in the word of God that sin, that worry is a sin. Jesus said, take no thought for your life. And so if we are worried about our life, then we're violating that scripture. And to disobey the word sin. And so worry is simply an outflow of fear. It's a symptom of fear. And when we worry, we close the door to the power of God because it's fear. It's not faith. And God cannot move for us in an atmosphere of fear because that's the atmosphere the devil works in. But God works where there's faith. So when Jesus told Dad Hakin, driving to that hospital, he says, don't worry about it. Why? Because he wanted to talk to him later if he would have gotten into worry. I firmly believe Jesus never could have shown up in that hospital room and talked to him. That's why he commended him for not worrying, because it kept the door open for Jesus to deal with him in this way. And then Jesus, through the next hour and a half, talked to him about his ministry, and he talked to him about where he opened the door to the devil. And I want to. In that conversation, Jesus made this statement. And I want to focus on that for a few moments. In this episode, Jesus said to dad Hagin, he said, it's my will that none of my children ever be sick, ever need to be operated on, or ever have accidents. Now listen to that. He said, it's my will that none of my children ever be sick, ever need to be operated on, and ever have accidents. Now, I'm not telling you that if you're in need of an operation, don't have it. He doesn't want us to ever get to the point to where we need that operation. You have to follow how God is leading you, but it's his best that we never need that. Then he followed those three things with this. He said, but very few of my children ever walk in my best. He said, because. And then he gave three causes. He said, number one, most don't know what belongs to them. He said, number two, even if they do know what belongs to them, they don't have faith enough to receive it. And he said, number three, disobedience. If they're in disobedience, they cannot receive my best. That's why it's so important that we obey, because obedience takes us out of the flow of God's. Best. God never withholds his best, but disobedience closes the door to where his best cannot reach our need. And so, again, I want to note three things. Jesus said, there's three things that are his best. That none of my children ever be sick, none of my children ever need to be operated on, and none of my children ever have accidents. But for that to happen, he said, there's three reasons why they don't walk in my best. Number one, they don't know what belongs to them. Number two, they don't have faith enough to receive it. And number three, they're in disobedience. Well, I want you to know all three of those causes are completely fixable. So isn't that good to know? If you say, Pastor Nancy, there have been times that I've had conditions in my body. Well, we can fix that by making sure we come into line with these three things. So know this. Jesus said to dad Hagin, he said, the reason that you're in this situation is he said, you disobeyed me. And so because of that, that he was in that situation to where he needed to have that procedure done on Him. Well, I don't know about you, but I want to. I want to set my faith, and I want you to set your faith that we say no more sickness in the body of Christ, instead of it just becoming a way of life for so many people. Listen, we're redeemed from that. We should not be experiencing what the unsaved experience. But if that's true, we're going to have to find out what is the will of God. We're going to have to find out how the ways of God know what belongs to us because we're in Christ, and then know how to move with him, find out what the Word teaches of how to receive it. Now, I also, in these last few minutes, I want to talk to you about the ways of God. It's the will of God that we not be sick. Well, what's the way of receiving healing? Because if it's his will, we want to know how to arrive at his will by taking his ways. Well, the Word spells out seven different methods whereby we can receive healing. Well, you say, well, why does God have to have seven different methods? Not because he needs seven different methods, but we need them. You know, every believer is at a different level of spiritual development. And so if God has only one way that someone can receive healing, then everyone would have to come up to that one way. But God knows that sometimes you have spiritual babies. Sometimes you have people that their faith has been weakened because of different things that they're going through. So God so longs that everyone receive healing who needs it, that he put in place seven different methods of healing in the word of God so that we can hook onto one of those to one of those methods. There is no method that God has provided that your faith can't hook onto. God has provided a way that you can always receive if you'll hook on to one of those ways or methods of healing. In these last few minutes, I want to just list those seven ways so that we can know what's available to us and take the ways of God to receive our healing. Number one method of healing that I want to talk about or refer to is this. We use the name of Jesus and demand in the name of Jesus that the that the disease and sickness leave our body. Jesus said, behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. What's he telling us? We have authority. And that when symptoms try to attach themselves to us, we say, no, you don't. I demand that you take your hands off me in Jesus name. The Bible says, resist the devil and he'll flee from us. So we have to put a demand on Satan and on the and exercise our authority that we not permit him to do what he wants to do in our life. But the first thing we have to recognize in that verse, when it says resist the devil and he will flee, it says, first submit yourselves to God. So we have to submit to God, obey God, come in line with his word. Then when we resist the devil, our authority will work. Amen. So that's the first method that we can receive healing. The next method, we can pray for healing to the Father in the name of Jesus. Jesus said that we can ask, and whatever we ask in line with the will of God, that the Father will give it to us, that he'll see to it that we receive it. Number three method is the prayer of agreement. The Word says, jesus made the statement, if two on earth agree as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them. And my Father which is in heaven. Now, notice this prayer of agreement means this. If someone is facing something in their body and they seem overwhelmed in their faith, God will let them borrow the faith of another that they can come into agreement. And when we're praying in agreement for healing for someone, it's not so one person's believing and one person's not believing. They must both be in faith to agree. So we're not asking someone else to agree with us in prayer so that we can be dismissed from our faith. No, we recognize. Wait a minute. If this need calls for 100% faith, I can say, if I can use it. Say it this way. Maybe someone only says I have a 30%, I'm going to borrow 70% from somebody else and I'm going to get 100% flow of the faith of God flowing. Well, that's borrowed faith. And so it takes both of us to agree. The one in need has to agree and the one who's praying and agreeing has to agree. And they both have to be in faith. The next one is through the anointing of oil that the Bible says that is any sick among you, let him call for the elders and let them anoint him with oil and pray over them. And the prayer of faith will save the sick. And if they, if they have sinned, God will forgive them. So that's another method. That's not the only method, but that's another method. That's for someone who is beyond their own ability to believe. They're maybe in such a weakened condition they need the help of someone else. Then another through the laying on of hands. The Bible says lay hands on the sick and they shall recover. Then we have this through the gifts of the spirit. What is that, the gifts of the Spirit? Well, First Corinthians, chapter 12 talks about them, that there's the gift of healing. And that's when the Holy Spirit spirit will initiate healing. But you don't have to wait for the Holy Spirit to initiate healing. You can initiate healing by faith, but sometimes the Holy Spirit will initiate it. And then the last one which is the best is just know that healing belongs to you. And you say, I know that healing has been provided for me. And I take my healing by faith and any one of those methods will work for us. Amen. Why? Because it's God's best that none of us ever live sick. And if we, if we need healing, God wants us to receive it. Well, I trust that this has been a blessing to you. And know this, that you can, you can receive what God has for you today. Because healing is the will of God. It's part of our inheritance in Christ. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this. Jesus is the heaven healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcomed. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life, and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.
Episode: 935 | In Christ I Can, Part 175
Date: January 30, 2026
Host: Nancy Dufresne – Dufresne Ministries
In this episode, Nancy Dufresne continues her years-long series "In Christ I Can," focusing on the sufficiency found in the Kingdom of God for every believer and especially emphasizing divine healing and walking in God’s best. The teaching explores the difference between God’s will and His ways, how to cooperate with God for healing, and identifies seven biblical methods for receiving healing. Drawing from scripture, respected Bible commentary, and the experiences of faith leaders such as Kenneth E. Hagin, Nancy encourages listeners to recognize, receive, and walk in the full benefits of being in Christ.
“God planned for your life every need met, every sufficiency, every answer. And He put all of that wealth in Christ. And then He put Christ in us and us in Christ.”
— Nancy Dufresne (03:15)
It's not enough to know God’s will (what He wants); believers must also know and cooperate with His ways (how to receive).
Scripture often differentiates between stating God’s will and providing the method (way) to receive that will.
Example:
It is God’s will that none should perish (2 Peter 3:9), but the way to salvation is found in Romans 10:13 (“whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved”).
Quote:
“We can know something is His will and not know how to arrive at that. We not know the way of receiving or cooperating with God.”
— Nancy Dufresne (07:03)
Psalm 105:37: God brought Israel out of Egypt with silver and gold, “and there was not one feeble person among their tribes.”
This shows God’s dual will: prosperity and health for His people.
The Israelites’ exit from Egypt included both material provision (even “back pay” for their years of labor) and complete physical wholeness.
New Covenant believers, having a “better covenant,” should expect even greater benefits.
Quote:
“If it was the will of God that every single one in that nation… not one sick one among them… that’s God’s ideal, that’s what God’s highest and best is.”
— Nancy Dufresne (13:45)
“It is the shame of the church to fall so far behind Israel in receiving promised benefits.” (15:28)
“[Failure to receive] is because of unbelief and widespread rebellion against such teaching. It is not because God has lost His power…”
— Dake’s Bible (16:45, read by Nancy Dufresne)
Nancy recounts a story from Kenneth E. Hagin’s I Believe in Visions, focusing on a supernatural visitation from Jesus.
Jesus commended Hagin for not worrying after an injury, explaining that worry is a sin and hinders God’s power. Worry flows out of fear, shutting the door to faith and to God.
Jesus stated explicitly:
“It’s my will that none of my children ever be sick, ever need to be operated on, or ever have accidents… but very few of my children ever walk in my best…” (21:13)
Three reasons why believers miss God’s best:
Quote:
“God never withholds His best, but disobedience closes the door to where His best cannot reach our need.”
— Nancy Dufresne (23:10)
(Begins at 25:00) Nancy lists and briefly explains seven scriptural methods believers may use to receive healing, noting God provides multiple ways to accommodate spiritual maturity and need:
Quote:
“There is no method that God has provided that your faith can’t hook onto.”
— Nancy Dufresne (25:41)
Emphasis: God’s will is that none be sick, and believers should access the fullness of healing, not settle for less or for sickness as a way of life.
On Authority in Christ:
“When symptoms try to attach themselves to us, we say, ‘No, you don’t. I demand that you take your hands off me in Jesus’ name.’” (25:17)
On Responsibility:
“We have allowed things to be robbed from us, taken from us. And that’s not to scold us… If we have allowed something to be robbed from us, we can take it back because it belongs to us.” (18:11)
On Practical Action:
“All three of those causes [not knowing, lack of faith, disobedience] are completely fixable. So isn’t that good to know?” (24:56)
On Living God’s Best:
“Say, ‘No more sickness in the body of Christ, instead of it just becoming a way of life for so many people.’ Listen, we’re redeemed from that.” (25:10)
Nancy Dufresne’s teaching is pastoral, energetic, and scripturally anchored, frequently using affirmations, lively encouragement, and personal anecdotes. Her tone is both compassionate and challenging, calling her listeners to higher levels of faith and knowledge of God’s provision, using repetition for emphasis and clarity.
If you’ve never heard Nancy Dufresne’s teaching before, this episode distills her core message: that the finished work of Christ has provided both material and physical sufficiency for every believer, and that by knowing God’s will, cooperating with His ways, and acting in faith and obedience, you can receive and walk in God’s very best—especially in the area of divine healing. The episode provides both deep scriptural teaching and several practical steps and stories to help you appropriate these truths and see real-life results, all delivered in Nancy’s faith-filled and passionate style.
