There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now from the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the Healer. Thank you for taking the time to join us. And we are. I don't know how many episodes we're in now. I just know we've been on this series for almost a year now. So if you've missed any of the previous episodes, listen, go back and watch them. And when there's one episode that seems to really speak specifically to you, I would say watch it over and over, or at least a certain segment of it, because that's one way of meditating on the Word and driving these truths and establishing these truths in our spirit. Because it's when we get it in us that we begin to spend it as we ought and it becomes part of our everyday life. And we've been looking in the previous episodes, we've been starting with John 14:10. And it reads this. Jesus was speaking, and he said, believest thou not that I am in the Father and the Father in me. Notice Jesus vocalized that. He stated it. It matters that we state, I am in the Father and he is in me. Why? Because in Christ, the greatest thing that belongs to us is God himself. And so Jesus was keeping it in the forefront of his awareness. The Father's in me, I'm in the Father. And he spoke of his union with the Father. Now, this made the religious leaders mad, which will let you know what made the devil mad. He doesn't want us to grasp this truth that we are one with the Father and the Father is in us. And one with us. Because when we understand that, there's no struggle, faith is easy, that we come into the highest order of faith when we recognize our place of oneness with the Father. And then the rest of the verse, Jesus said the words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself. But the Father that dwelleth in Me, he doeth the works. So Jesus spoke the words and God fulfilled the words with his works. So when we're in oneness with the Father, we can get the same results. Jesus got that. When we speak what God says, then God fills those words with his own power and ability and he brings them to pass. This is what the devil fought about with Jesus. He did not want him declaring that. And that's what made religious leaders mad. Well, I want you to know the Devil doesn't want you to come into that revelation either. He wants you to struggle. He wants you to try to get something more from God. He wants you to try to earn something. But I want you to know who we are in Christ does not come by achievement something. It comes by receiving what the Word says. And we have already received Him. So what do we know? That as we, as we walk out, acts of obedience to God, doing what he tells us to do, then God fulfills those words by his power. God's part is power, our part is the obedience of faith. That whatever God tells us to do and directs us to do, that's how we employ the Greater One, who's on the inside of us. That we're not just trying in our, our own ability to bring his plan to pass, but we're drawing on the Greater One and putting him to work by acknowledging him, responding to him as we obey Him. Now I want us to look at. It's been really our golden text throughout this series called In Christ I can but Colossians, chapter 2, verse 9, the Living Bible translation says this. For in Christ there is all of God and in a human body. So you have everything when you have Christ. And you are filled with God through your union with Christ. And he is the highest ruler with authority over every other power. Know this. Every other power is a lesser power and it's a defeated power. But we are in union with. We are filled with God through our union with Christ. Now, I like this phrase. In verse 10, it says, you have everything when you have Christ. The King James says that we are complete in Him. What's that mean? Nothing is left out. That you are complete in Him. When symptoms try to come, you say, no, you don't, because my healing is complete in Him. Since we are complete in him, we're not trying to get God to give us something different. We're not trying to get something more or earn something more from God. All we have to do is remember something and state, I am complete in Him. Whenever opposition shows up whenever the temptation to struggle comes. All you have to do is answer that in the face of that struggle and say, I'm already complete in him. I'm not trying to be to get victory. I'm not trying to get on the other side. I'm not trying to have a breakthrough. Jesus already broke through and I am occupying my place that I am already through because he's already through. And so I speak from that position that I'm already on the other side of this test. I don't care that this test just showed up today or that it showed up yesterday. My victory in Christ has already put me on the other side. And victory is what's on the other side of that. So we say these things by faith. That's why we don't walk by what we feel. We don't walk by what we see. We, we walk by what we believe. We walk by what God has shown us. We walk by the unseen and we are to focus on the unseen and our attention has to be there. And so whenever opposition shows up, we're to say, I've already defeated you in Christ. I defeated you. I'm already on the other side of this test. I don't care how long it takes for all this to play out. My victory is already complete on the other side of this. And I'm not trying to get there in victory. I already have the victory over this. So this is what we. This is called talking and walking by faith. We don't walk by what we see, we don't walk by what we feel. And can I say this? When faith does not walk by what it feels, it doesn't walk by what it sees. It's not walking blind. We are not walking blind when we walk by faith because we're walking by God's sight. We're not walking by something this world shows us. Now, you have to remember this, that what we live by is words. God has recorded his thoughts, he has recorded his plan. We are living by the words of God. Now, before you were born again, you lived by what you could see, by what you could feel, by what you could hear, by what you could taste. It was all by the physical senses that you could of this realm. But then when we got born again, God said, you know what? There's limits to that realm. So I authorize you to not ever live by that realm of the five physical senses again, I offer you a higher realm. And this is the faith realm. It's the God realm. It's the love realm. It's the miracle realm. It's the wholeness realm. Everything of God is in this realm. And God says, I authorize you to come out of that low living realm of the five physical senses and come up to the divine flow. Come up to my realm. And you can only do it by focusing on that realm. You cannot live from the higher realm, the spirit realm, by staying occupied with the lower realm. That's why it tells us that while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are unseen, the realm you're occupied with is the realm that's going to gain movement in your life. If we're just occupied with the circumstances we see, if we're occupied with the symptoms that we feel, if we're constantly talking about the financial issues, that's what keeps the money from coming in. Because we are occupied with the realm of lack. This natural realm is a realm of lack. But God's realm is a realm of abundance. In his realm, everything is complete. So whenever we're focused on his realm, talking about his realm, we are moving in a completed flow. We're not trying to get something more in Him. We are already complete. Now. I love the testimony of one precious couple. Oh, my goodness. They were. They were leading people in their prayer lives. They were such an example in the body of Christ, in their prayer lives, in their faith lives. They lived such devout lives to God and bore such great fruit. Both, both of them are in heaven. Now, the couple that I'm referring to. But one day the spirit of God said to this couple said, if you go to watch a movie that's in a theater or watching one on television and you see something that is very tense start happening in the movie, you might for a moment be tense at seeing that activity. But then you remind yourself, wait a minute, this isn't. This isn't real. This is just a movie. And so even a stressful or dangerous scene in a movie, the viewer is sitting there reminding themselves this is not real, this isn't truth. And that's how they keep it from affecting them negatively. And they call it entertainment, and they call it enjoyment even, no matter what it is that's happening. Well, likewise, the devil will speak and seek to show us something. And he wants us to. He wants to make us think that it's real. Just because he threatens us with it, just because he causes circumstances to arise. And but the spirit of God told this couple, just remember, just because something is playing off in front of you doesn't make it real any more than a Movie playing off in front of you is real. And they didn't know why God was saying that to them. But they grabbed what God said to them. The next day, their daughter in law was in a horrific car accident. And when they went to the hospital to see the daughter, the daughter in law, the doctor said, we don't know if she'll live, but if she lives, said she will be completely paralyzed, she will be in a wheelchair the rest of her life and she will mentally be a vegetable the rest of her life. That is how difficult that her injury was. She had, she was in a coma. They said, we don't think she'll come out of the coma, but if she does, she will be unable to function. And so this couple remembered, ah, we're seeing a movie play off in front of us. We're seeing a scene play off in front of us. And they said, we refuse to believe that that picture is true. We refuse to believe that the scene that we're hearing and seeing is true. And they said, we, they said to themselves, we don't receive that picture, we will not buy that picture. Now, they weren't trying to change the doctor's report. You want to know why? The doctor's report is not what governs them, it's what they choose to say, what they choose to focus on that governs them. So the next, they just went home that night and they said, we refuse that picture. That picture isn't real any more than that Hollywood movie is real. The picture that we saw in that hospital is not a true picture. So they said, we refused to buy it. The very next day they got a phone call. The doctor called them and said, you can come and pick up your daughter in law. She's ready to be released. There's no damage, she's completely normal. Why? If they would have bought the picture, they would have had to live with the picture. But they refused to believe the picture. I want you to know God's realm shows you the truth. This natural realm will show you a picture that if you believe what you see, if you believe what you feel, you'll be stuck with it. But if you will say, I refuse to believe what I see, I refuse to believe what I feel. And you say, pastor Nancy, this is new to me. I've not heard this kind of teaching. I've not heard the word on this. And for years I have been dominated and led by what I see of this realm. Well, you can change it today. All it takes is one choice. All it takes is one decision. All it takes is one shift of your attention and that you turn your back and say, I'm no longer looking at that anymore. Just as the Word tells us, while we look not at the things which are seen. Why? Because this realm will show you a lie. Because the devil can play with the circumstances of this realm, but what he can't do is he cannot adjust what God's realm shows us. And so we're to be occupied with what God says. Now remember what I said, that when we are walking by faith, we're not looking at what we feel, we're not looking at what we see, but we're not walking blind. Why? We're walking by what God has seen. We're walking by what God says. Now let's look at it. For example, In Matthew chapter 8:17, it says this. That Himself took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses. Now, we weren't there to see that, but God saw it. God saw that divine transaction happen. He was there when he laid upon Jesus the sin and sickness of the whole world. Jesus. God was not the author of it, but he was laying the penalty of it upon Jesus so that humanity could walk free from it. We didn't see that transaction, but God's eyes saw it. God's eyes saw it in his realm. Then he recorded it for us. And he says, don't walk by what you feel. Don't walk by what you see. Because I saw that Himself took your infirmities and bare your sicknesses. I saw that day when Jesus carried that so that you would never carry that. So when we're walking by faith, we're not walking blind. We're walking by what God has seen and what God is showing us. Listen. Everything that's recorded in the word of God, God has already seen it. God has already heard it. So we are not walking blind. We're walking by his view. We're walking by his eyes. We're walking by his sight. We're walking by what he has heard. And we say, father, since you say you saw it, I trust that. I trust what you've seen. I trust what you've heard. I trust what you've said. Because everything you have seen, everything you have said can be trusted. So I receive what you say. Words that come from you are to be trusted in more than anything my eyes can see in this realm. Because God speaks to us about his realm. He speaks to us about the victory he has already seen. And he recorded it for us in his words. So that's what we're doing with the word of God. We're not walking blind. We're saying, I didn't see this, but God saw this. He recorded it when he said. When he said, my God shall supply all my need according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. God has already fulfilled this. In Christ, he put my full supply. I didn't see that happen. But God. God's the one that did it. And he's telling me what he did. And I can trust him. I trust his vision, I trust his view. I trust what his eyes have seen. I trust what he has already completed before the foundation of the world. And he's telling me about it in His Word. So I can trust and rest. And I don't struggle with living by words. Because I know these are words that came from God who has already completed what I am in Christ. I want you to know that takes all the worry out of it. That takes all the fear out of it. That takes all the struggle out of it. Faith is not walking blind. Faith is walking by a higher sight. We're walking by divine eyes. We're walking by the eyes of what God has seen. We're walking by the words that he has spoken. And I want you to know God is faithful and let every man be found a liar. But God is found true. There is no lie in his mouth. There's only truth in his mouth. And if God said it, it can be trusted upon and it can be rested upon, reclined upon, and it can be held to and walked out. And everything that this realm shows, the devil has had a play in it. The devil has had a part in it because it's of the world. And he's the God of this world. And so everything of this realm is up for change. When we believe a higher flow, we believe higher words, we believe a higher sight. We're not walking by what we see. We're walking by what God sees. And that's why it's a sin to walk by what we see in this world. Because what we see in this world will lie to us. But what God has said is never a lie. And what God has seen will always come to pass. Now, In Hebrews chapter 13 and verse 6, it says this. I will boldly say, the Lord is my helper. I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Why? Because God has already done unto me. And what God did unto me, he made me whole in Christ. He made me complete in Christ. And before I was ever born, he stocked my life with all the provision his plan in my life will Ever call for. Now, think about it. Whenever God created the earth, notice that whenever he wanted to create man, he didn't start with man. He started with a provision for man. So he took all the days, all the days of creation, creating the stars, the moon, the fish, the trees, everything of creation. And after everything was created that man would need notice, then he created man. Why was it he was showing man? Before you ever have a need, I've already provided for you. And I want you to know in Christ that Jesus was, as a lamb, slain from the foundation of the world. That before this world was ever created, God put into Christ everything you ever need, everything the plan of God calls for in your life, every provision you ever need. And that's when the Word said, God has already given us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. When did he do that? He didn't do that when you were born. He did that before the foundation of the world. Before he ever. Before he ever began speaking at the time of creation. He put into Christ everything you would need. God is always in front of your need. God is never behind in anything. And that's why he makes us the head and not the tail. Because in Christ, we're always in front of a situation. We're not behind it. And we have to realize that when a situation, a need shows up in our life, what we're to say is, God's already created the supply for this. God's already got the resources for this. He's already made full provision. Therefore, I can rest easy by faith. I call that provision from the foundation of the world into my day. Today I say that provision comes. It's been waiting on my call of faith from the foundation of the world. And you say, well, I wasn't there at the foundation of the world to see it. No, but God was. And he declared it. He wrote it down because he knows we didn't see it, but he saw it. And he says, before the foundation of the world, Jesus was, as a lamb slain. He was your total provision, and you are complete in him. So we say, we boldly say, the Lord is my helper. How did he help us? He put us in Christ. How did he help us? He provided everything for our life and stored it in the treasure box of Christ. And then he put Christ in us and us in Christ. When we are in Christ, we are in the treasure box of heaven. When Christ is in us, the treasure box of heaven is in us. And all it's waiting for is for faith to reach in and draw out with the hand of faith. Anything you need. That's why we don't go to God and start begging for him to send something down. But we draw on who's on the inside of us. And we call it to come forth in Jesus name. Because these things move. At words of faith, the Word tells us, I will boldly say, the Lord is my helper. One day I was walking through my house, and it was just about two weeks after my husband went home to be with the Lord. And out of my spirit. This verse came out so forcefully that it came out of my mouth even before I had a chance to. To think about it. And I just said, out loud, I will boldly say, the Lord is my helper. And after that came out of my mouth, the word of the Lord came to me. And he said, do you know how I help you? And when God asked me a question, it's not because he wants me to answer it. He wants to give me an answer that I need. And so I said, tell me, how do you help me? And he said, when you put my word in your mouth, that's how I help you. He said, if you don't put my word in your mouth, I can't help you, for I help you through my word. And so why does he want us to put his word in our mouth? Because the Word tells us he hastens to his word to perform it. He hastens to his word to fulfill it. But if we're not speaking it, then he's got nothing to perform, he's got nothing to fulfill. In our life. We need to declare the Word out loud. In the face of circumstances that look completely different, we can say it out loud, but not only that, we can say it quietly to ourself. And that's called meditation. But the more we will speak these to ourself, speak what he says to ourself. Then we are enabling him to fulfill and perform for us. Listen, the Holy Spirit is a performer. The day we say it is the day he's performing it. The day we fail to say it is a day he has to take off from performing it. But I want you to know we dictate the performance of the Holy Ghost. The more we say it, the more we have it. The less we say it, the less we have it. Now, I want to go real quickly to John 15:3. You'll recognize this passage. Jesus was speaking, and he said, now you are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. Can I tell you this? The Word is a divine cleansing Agent that as we speak the Word, it will clean out that which we don't want in our life. God does not tell you to get rid and pick out the wrong things. He tells you, pour in the Word and the Word will clean it out. The Word will flush it out. And people get so troubled by trying to get rid of this out of their life and trying to get rid of that. And you say, pastor Nancy, I believe these words that I'm complete in him, that I have everything when I have Christ. But I'm struggling with this habit, I'm struggling with this addiction, or I'm struggling with this need. Can I tell you this? Take your hands off of it. Because when you got your hands on it, it takes it. It occupies your attention. What are we to do? Start filling up with the Word. Start speaking the Word. Start feeding on the Word, and the Word will clean it out of your life. Can I tell you what the Word will also clean out a body. You know, sometimes people will have heart conditions because arteries are clogged or something of the liver needs cleansing. Do you know that you can speak the Word of God and that will go in and clean out? Because Jesus said, now are you clean through the Word which I have said spoken unto you. So once he spoke it, he authorized us to speak the same thing. And it will clean out so that you're not having to struggle to gain victory. Let the Word do the work. Amen. This is how God helps us. When we boldly say what God will do for us, then we are allowing God to boldly be the helper. How does God help us? He helps us through His Word. That as we obey the Word, as we speak the Word, as we hold fast to the Word in the face of opposing circumstances, then God is our bold helper in that Word because He hastens to His Word to perform it. And I want you to know his performance is perfect. He's not practicing. He is a perfect. He's perfect in his performance of His Word. He knows how to bring to pass every single word he's spoken because he's the author of those words. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this. Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

Podcast: Jesus the Healer w/ Nancy Dufresne Audio Podcast
Host: Nancy Dufresne (Dufresne Ministries)
Episode: 949 | In Christ I Can, Part 189
Date: February 19, 2026
Theme: Understanding our completeness in Christ and how faith is rooted in the unseen truths God reveals, not in visible circumstances.
Nancy Dufresne continues her long-running teaching series “In Christ I Can,” focusing on believers’ union with Christ and the full inheritance that state brings. This episode emphasizes the transformative power of faith—specifically, living in the reality of what God’s Word says about us, rather than circumstances, symptoms, or feelings. Listeners are encouraged to meditate on scriptural truths, boldly declare God’s Word, and learn how faith draws on what God has already provided in Christ rather than striving for something more.
Nancy Dufresne, on completeness:
“When symptoms try to come, you say, no, you don’t—my healing is complete in Him.” [09:30]
On the reality of faith:
“We’re not trying to get God to give us something different. … I am complete in Him.” [08:45]
On boldly declaring the Word:
“The day we say it is the day he’s performing it. The day we fail to say it is a day he has to take off from performing it.” [26:15]
On provision in Christ:
“When Christ is in us, the treasure box of heaven is in us. And all it’s waiting for is for faith to reach in and draw out with the hand of faith anything you need.” [24:50]
Nancy Dufresne is pastorally encouraging, direct, and rooted in scripture. The tone is compassionate but authoritative, often using personal anecdotes, testimonies, and practical examples. The language is faith-building, speaking in present realities—“I am complete in Him,” “Let the Word do the work”—and exhorting listeners to take immediate, practical action in their walk with God.
