There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now from the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet.

Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer and we're going to be continuing on this series. I'm so delighted. We've been on this for about a year now and. And listen, if God led us to go another year, I'd be good with it because it is so loaded with our divine help. We are studying who we are in Christ, what belongs to us because we're in Christ, what we can do because we're in Christ and what he will do through us. And this series is called In Christ I can. And we could say this in Christ he can. He can move through us because we are in him and he is in us. Listen, we've made some resources available to you. We invite you go to our website@jesusthehealer.org or dufresneministries.org it will take you to the same page, but you can go to the bookstore page of our website. And we have some of these materials we want. They're for free, so download them for free. You can print them out if you want. We have a small sampling of some of the main in him scriptures that you can get for yourself and meditate on these. Feed on these. Then we have a bigger document. My goodness. This one is about 120 pages. It lists all the in Him Scriptures. But we have a friend of the ministry that what he did, him and his wife went through all the in Him Scriptures and they referenced 229 different Bible translations. They pulled the best of those translations and compiled them and they made them available to you. So you can download that. You can keep. Keep it on your device and you can just have it handy or you can print it out. But what a help because when we recognize who we are in Christ, that is the end of struggle. Listen, we have to recognize that we find the true us in the Word. The real us is revealed in the Word. And so we invite you. Go and download those. But don't just download them. Feed on him, meditate on Him. And what, what do I mean when I say meditate? Speak them to yourself. Say, this is who I am in Him. This is who he made me to be. This is what he's doing for me, in Me and through Me. And that's how you take ownership of says in Joshua, chapter one, verse eight. It says, this book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth. Well, what does that mean? Does that mean that I can only speak Scriptures? No, it means that the Word of God is going to govern everything that comes out of our mouth. Yes, we confess the Word, but we allow the Word to. To dictate our conversation. If what we say isn't in line with the Word, we're not saying it. And so that's what it's talking about. This book of the law shall not depart out of our mouth. We shall keep it there all the time. And then it goes on and it says, thou shall meditate therein day and night. What's this talking about? It's talking about a lifestyle that it' it's not just moments of faith. It is a lifestyle of faith. It's not just moments of feeding on who we are in Christ, but it's letting who we are in Christ come out in our everyday life. And then it says this that thou mayest observe to do according to all that's written therein. For then we shall make our way prosperous, and then we shall have good success. So notice this, what is referred to this, this scripture is really the law of success. Well, what is the law of success? Say it, think it and do it. So when we say the Word, we think in line with the Word. We act and move in line with the Word. It will always arrive us at success. Now notice that in this verse we don't have God's name mentioned, but what do we have mentioned? The Word. And so we are listed multiple times. And the Word is listed multiple times in this ver. This verse shows us that the success we experience in life is going to be based on what we do with the Word. And how many of you know the Word is an equal opportunity for every single one of us. It gives us the same start. It doesn't care what your education is. It doesn't care what your social standing is. It doesn't care what country you live in. It doesn't care what home life you were, you were raised in. The. The Word gives everyone the same exact place in life. And so what determines our place in life is how we treat that Word and we honor that Word. You know, the Word tells us that it is God who is working in us both to will and to do of his good pleasure. So how does God work in us through His Word? When we take that Word, we put it in our. In our. In our mouth. We meditate on it. Why is it so important to meditate on it? Well, to meditate on it means to think about it. It means to mull over it. It means that we're. We're throughout the day, we're drawing that Word back up into our thoughts, and we're letting that turn around and move around and cycle through in our thought life. Because if we will feel our thought thoughts with the Word, there won't be room for troubling thoughts. And I realize this sometimes if I'm. If I'm finding that some kind of thought is trying to trouble my life, I don't just get upset with the devil. You know what I do? I give myself a talking to, say, nancy, there should not be room in your thought life for anything but the thoughts of the Word. So I make sure that I'm keeping my thoughts full of the Word. Then there's not room for anything else that the devil would suggest. And this is what Joshua 1:8 is talking about. So we need to. We need to build in us through meditation who we are in Christ. Because as we meditate on the Word, it drives the truth of that Word into our spirit. And listen, we can't spend something we don't own. We have to take time to establish the truth of God's Word in our spirit. Because then at a moment of pressure, at a moment of opposition, that that Word will be ready to spend, will be ready for us to draw it out. You know, some people will read the Word and they say, well, I know this is what God is saying. I know it's true. I know it's what God says about me, but it doesn't seem real to me. Well, the way to make it real to you is through meditating on it. Because when you meditate on the Word, it puts the Word in you, and it puts you in the Word that you begin, that it's not just words on a page, but it is the very life of God. It's the very flow of God that's moving in your life. And so meditation is so, so important. And this Is what many times people go, I'm struggling with my faith, or I'm struggling overcoming this situation. If you will take time to feed and meditate on the Word, it will bring you into really a spiritual maturity that, that you will enjoy life at its best. Because then the Word starts becoming the first place you draw on in the. In the face of adversity. Listen, anytime we're faced with any kind of situation, any kind of opposition, our first thought should be, what does the Word say about this? Well, that means we have to keep the Word a ready flow in our life. We have to keep the Word on the tip of our tongue, so to speak. We have to keep it in the forefront of our thought life. And the best way we do that is by meditating on it all the time. Now I would say this. People say, well, how do I meditate on the Word day and night? I've got so many responsibilities to do. Well, we all have responsibilities, but that just simply means that all throughout the day we can. It's it. We keep it ever ready so that we can turn our attention toward it, turn our thoughts toward it. And know this, that you don't have to. It's not just meditating on the Word when you're in a devotional time, when you're able to spend quietly time alone with the Lord. But learn to do it in your car. Learn to do it when you're running errands. Learn to do it when you're doing things around the house. And when you're on the job, you can easily turn your attention toward the Word that's in you and draw on it. What about this? What if you're in a location where there's a lot of unprofitable conversation going on around you and you don't want to participate in that, so you just can turn inward and you can draw on the Word that's on the inside of you. And you can escape that conversation by filling your thoughts and your attention with what the Word is that. That you have sown in you. And you can escape and exit that place that's unprofitable. And you can just begin to profit by feeding on that Word and turning it over and over on the inside of you, making it a living thing to you. And so when you feed on these Scriptures, we have to establish in us who we are in Christ. Listen, all these things belong to us, but we're the ones that have to, if I could say this, drive these into our spirit. We have to establish them in us. When someone is dealing with depression when they seem to be overwhelmed by fear and anxiety. I can tell you that the problem is, is that they've not yet established who they are in Christ in their spirits. And when you have established in you who you are in Christ, fear becomes a thing of the past because you realize that that is not your portion in life. And you won't even allow it to have any kind of entrance into your thought life or into your way of operating in your daily life. Well, I want us to turn today. Let's go to John, chapter 14 and verse 10. Jesus was speaking and he made this statement. Believest thou not that I am in the Father? Look at this. He declared, and he confessed, I am in the Father. How did he come to make those statements? He had established that in him. How did he do it? By meditation. He thought of himself as one in the Father. You have to think of yourself as someone who is in the Father. And it's not because you're good, it's because he's good. And so much of the time, people think, well, I messed up so much. You know, I've done it wrong so much that they would never be so bold as to say, I am in the Father because they're trying to measure that by their own works. We are not in the Father because we have done everything good and right. We're in the Father because Jesus did everything good. Jesus did everything right and then credited it to us as though we were the ones who did it right. So know this. You can't be good enough to be in the Father, but he's good enough to put you in the Father. And so Jesus declared this, and you need to testify, I am in the Father. Now, I want to say this to you how important testimony is in your life. You have to confess what the Word says about you. And that is part of our testimony. It is important to realize that to have a strong, robust faith, we are constantly to be testifying to what the Word says about us. You're to constantly testify, I'm in Him, he's in me. And because of that, he's working through me today. He's manifesting through me today. He's flowing through me today. He's leading me today. And in the face of circumstances, in the face of adversity, in the face of difficulty, make certain that you're testifying to who he is in you. You will end up moving in a strong, robust faith when you constantly testify, he's working in me today. So much of the time, people are rehearsing and reaching back into their past to talk about the troubled spots of their life, the difficult spots of their life. And when they do, they are bringing that difficulty and they're bringing it, if I could say this, they're updating it to the present moment. Your past is to be forgotten. Your past is to be left under the blood. Once you confess your sin, once you confess any wrongdoing of the past, you lay the blood on it, and the blood is what cleanses it. And we are not to testify to the past. We're to testify to what the Word is doing. So let's look again at John, chapter 14, verse 10. Something Jesus confessed, because as I said, it's so important that we're confessing the right thing and not to confessing the wrong thing. Jesus confessed, believe thou not that I am in the Father. Now listen, this is what made religious leaders so mad, because he called God his Father and he said, I am in the Father. And I want you to know the devil does not want you to gain revelation that you are one with the Father. And Jesus got a lot of pushback. And of course the devil's going to try to accuse you with your faults, your failures, your weaknesses, and to make you step back from that revelation of I am in the Father. But Jesus confessed it. And he not only confessed it for his own sake, he confessed it so the devil could hear it. He confessed it so everyone around him could hear it. And so we need to be testifying. We are in the Father. The more we say that, the more we think in terms of that. Instead of just, just seeing your life as a singular thing apart from the Father, it is a place union that he brought us into, that we are one with the Father. So Jesus confessed, I am in the Father, look at this. And the Father is in me. So this is where Jesus effectiveness, he thought right. He recognized, I am one with the Father, I'm in Him, he's in me. So he recognized, when I'm out moving among the people, it's not just me moving, it's the Father in me moving. When I'm ministering to the people, it's not just the power of my words, it's God's power filling my words. It's not just me laying hands on the people, it's God's power flowing through me in ministering to the people. And then Jesus went on and he said this, the words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself. So notice this, he said, I'm in the Father, the Father's in me. He did not go to Himself to find his words. He went to the Father to find his words. Now this is why he got miracles. He was not just speaking something of his own. He was speaking what the Father said to him. Now remember what Jesus said at another place. He said, I only say what I hear my Father say. I only do what I see my Father do. So notice this. The words that Jesus spoke, the actions that Jesus took, came out of the place of fellowship with His Father. So why was he one with the Father? Why was the Father in Him? They were in perfect harmony, in perfect fellowship. And when Jesus was moving among men, he wasn't just drawing on himself, he was drawing on the Father for His words, for everything he did in this earth. And I want you to know we are in the Father so that we spend Him. We're not just spending us. We're not going to us to find our words. We're going to the Father to find our words. You say, how do I go to the Father to find my words? You go to the Word of God. That is the thoughts of God. And so Jesus said, because I'm one with the Father, he's in me, I am in Him. My words come from that place of union. Now this is why I said, meditation is so important because you take the Father's words and you make them yours. They become not just something the Father said, but they become something in your spirit, and they become part of how you speak. And this is why Jesus did not struggle to find the right words, and because he made the Father's words his words. And that's what meditation does for you. It brings you into God's words, into God's way of thinking, into the wisdom of God. And then you're speaking God's words in the face of adversity. And no wonder God's power then meets us. Because God's power lives in his words. When we speak God's words, we're releasing God's power. Now know this. We're not just saying words. We're releasing power that those words contain. So Jesus said. He said the words that I speak unto you. I speak not of myself. So he went back to his place of fellowship with God to find his words. He went back to what God said to him when they were in places and times of communion. And then Jesus would come out among the people, and he would say to the people what he heard in those times of fellowship with His Father. So He. He spoke God's words. And then notice what happened when he spoke God's words? He said, the Father that dwelleth in Me, he does the works. What works is he talking about? The works of the Word. When Jesus spoke the Word, then God's power worked those words. Listen. Words are to arrive us at the fulfilling of works. And so whenever we speak the words, God's power gets in those words and performs those words and they become works. Works of healing, works of miracles, works of provision, works of wisdom. And so when Jesus spoke the words, then God in him met, met the, met those words and filled those words with Himself. Now look at this. Jesus never anticipated or expected to have to go and be out among the people without His Father. He was so aware. When I walk, my Father is there. When I'm moving, my Father is moving. Why? Because the Father's in me, I'm in Him. So he recognized he was not moving alone in this earth. And when you know who you are in Christ and you meditate on those truths, you come into the understanding. This is not just me living in this home. I have a divine, a divine kingdom in me. I have the Divine Father in me. And whenever I'm moving, He's moving. When I go somewhere, he's going with me. So what does that mean? That's going to elevate the way we live. It's going to elevate the way we think. When we're mindful that we are hosting our Father, when we are hosting him, then we do everything with him in mind. We don't go to the places that would dishonor Him. We don't go to a place that he doesn't want us to go. We don't have fellowship with those we shouldn't be having fellowship with. That doesn't mean we're unkind to people. It doesn't mean we're a recluse. It doesn't mean we disassociate ourself from the rest of humanity. But it means we only do that which would bring him honor and bring him glory because we recognize he's in Me today. So doesn't that elevate how we see our existence? Because we are hosting him in our day. It's going to make us think twice before we lightly go somewhere or lightly say something. So we need to drive this great truth in us. The Father is in Me today. When I'm moving, He's moving. So when we're led to God, minister to someone, we don't stand back from that because we know we're not ministering to them. Of ourselves. We're taking him who is in us to that person. And people will say, you know, I know that I, you know, I've been to have a sense to go testify to somebody, but I just, you know, I'm too timid to. Well, what you've done is you've forgotten who you're taking to that person. You're taking the Father in you to that person, and he has something for them. And I want you to know it's not about you giving them you. You're giving them who's in you. And this is what Jesus continually reminded himself of. I am in the Father, the Father's in me. So when I'm laying hands on the people, it's not me I'm giving them, it's him who's in me I'm giving them. And I'm reminded of something that God said to me, oh, maybe about a year ago. He said, when you don't consciously live aware of my presence, he said, you rob others of the awareness of my presence. What was he saying? If you will live full of my presence, people will sense me when they're around you. And if you're not, if you're less than full, they won't sense me, they'll sense you. And I want you to know we're not authorized to bring us to people. We are carriers of him, and we are to bring him to the people we're in contact with. Now, this is what Jesus was doing. I'm in the Father and He's in me. So when I go to the people, I'm not offering them me. I'm offering him in me a place to bless and a flow and an opportunity to bless. Listen, when I go and minister the Word, when I'm in a service and I'm to be ministering in that service, I don't go up there to give the people what I have. I go up there to give God an opportunity to minister to the people. When I am, When I'm preaching, when I'm standing in the pulpit and preaching or teaching, that is not my opportunity. That's not the opportunity for my ministry. That's God's opportunity to meet the needs of the people, to bless the people, to answer the questions of the people, that pulpit is God's opportunity, not mine. And if people just are looking for an opportunity to have their ministry to be recognized, to have their ministry grow, to have their ministry go further, they've missed the whole point and their motive is going to be off because any pulpit is not my opportunity. It is God's opportunity. So when you are aware I'm in Him, he's in me. And I step up in that pulpit. I'm not there to give the people anything of me. I am there to give them a taste of him that they can receive of him in that service. So this is what we have to be aware of. When you're getting up in the morning and you're going to work, you're not just going there to earn a living. You're going there so that he has an opportunity to touch those people that you're going to come in contact with. Because I want you to know people. People will think, well, you know, my job is hard. The people around there, they're not saved. They're not a Christian. They don't talk. Right. They talk. You know, they have foul language. And I want to. I want to work for the ministry somewhere. Listen, God needs you in places so that he can. He can show up in those places through you. So don't draw back from where God told you to be. God gives us places of employment where he wants to visit that place. And I'm not saying that you don't do your work. I'm not saying that you're just there preaching to the people. I'm saying you're there present, allowing God to manifest and flow through you so that when they are around you, they sense Him. And then they'll ask you, what's different about you? Well, today I'm not just here by myself. On the inside of me, I have my heavenly Father, and He's moving and manifesting through me. See, this is why we have to establish he is in us, we are in Him. We must meditate on these truths because when we're moving through the earth, it's not just us that we're giving way to. He listen, he gave us the authority on this earth, so he needs us to flow through and manifest through. So learn to say, I'm in Him, he's in me. Say that every day. Remind yourself of it. Because, listen, Jesus confessed the same thing. Let that be your testimony. The Father is in me and I am in Him. And when I go to minister to someone, speak to someone, encourage someone, love on someone, I am ministering Him, I'm not just ministering. And so every day is his great opportunity to be seen. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this. Jesus is the healer. God bless you

Podcast Summary: Jesus the Healer w/ Nancy Dufresne — Episode 951 | “In Christ I Can”, Part 191
February 23, 2026
In this episode of “Jesus the Healer,” Nancy Dufresne continues her long-running series, “In Christ I Can,” focusing on the power of spiritual identity, the authority of believers in Christ, and living daily with the awareness of God’s presence. The central message emphasizes meditation on God’s Word, understanding the significance of being “in Christ,” and how this transforms both one’s inner life and outward actions—especially concerning healing, faith, and ministry.
Nancy closes by recentering the episode’s message: make meditating on who you are in Christ a daily practice. Speak your identity. Realize that you carry the presence of God into every situation, for His glory—not personal advancement. Whether ministering, working, or simply living, believers are called to become conduits for God’s power, wisdom, and love in the world.
