There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now from the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the healer. Thank you for taking the time to be with us. And know this. Any time that we sow towards the Word, there's such a harvest of God's blessing and his goodness back in our lives. So thank you for taking the time. And we ask you go ahead and get your Bible and get something to take notes on, because we're believing God for you to receive answers throughout this broadcast, and we want you to note those things that God would speak to you. We are in the midst of a series, and I don't know. Well, we're right at a year on this series that we have been teaching on in Christ. I can. And we are so grateful that the Holy Ghost has led us this way because we've received a lot of testimonies from the viewers of how it's been a help. And we're so, so grateful for the message that is changing our lives. Right. And we've also made some resources available to you free of charge. We want you to go to our web site. You can download these so that you can keep them on your device or you can print them out. But we have a small collection of what we're calling in Him Scriptures. This shows you who you are in him, who he is in you. And we also have a complete listing of those scriptures. This document is. It's over 120 pages. But in this one, we have a friend of the ministry that went ahead and he resourced or accessed 229 different Bible translations. He pulled the best of those translations, compiled them, and then he made this document available to us. So we delight to make it available to you. And we don't just want you to download these. We want you to feed on them, take time to meditate on it, because when you find out and recognize who you are in Christ, you really found the real you. And not only that, when you find out who you are in Christ, you come into the highest order of faith. And when we recognize all that belongs to us in Christ, how many of you know the struggle is over? And it's a life of peace, it's a life of joy. Yes, there's going to be opposition that comes. But we recognize that in the treasure box of Jesus there is everything we need to overcome and to experience the victory that he made ours. And one of the things that I want to impress upon us is know this, that Jesus, He. He dealt with the sin problem. And we're not fighting sin. We're not the struggle against sin. We're just to take our place and who he made us to be. And when we take our place in him, what happens is that we begin to live as rich as we really are. And so we know this, all that he has made ours, it belongs to us. And you know, I've had God speak to me. I pastored, of course, for 25 years. And over those times, I've had God to speak to me, to go to someone in our congregation. And I know that they were facing difficulties sometimes. Some of them had been backslidden. They'd been. They'd stepped away from the plan of God for their life. But they came back into right fellowship with God. And I so appreciate that. God said something to me for those precious people. He said to me, you remind them that everything that ever belonged to them in Christ still belongs to them in Christ. And I want you to know, no matter how we missed it, no matter where we missed it, when we repent and we come back into right fellowship with God, we didn't lose any of our in Christ benefits. Everything he always was in us and to us and for us is still ours. It's just waiting for our faith. And that's the struggle with sin, is it injures our faith. And we're not as bold. And so that's why we step away from sin and we make sure. Because, listen, Jesus told us that. And the Word tells us that sin shall not lord it over you anymore. Why? Because that's part of the old man. And the old man was crucified, it was buried, and we were raised as new creatures in Christ. And now we are seated at the right hand of the Father, and we are seated there with all the privileges, all the benefits that belong to us in Christ. So don't ever let the devil take your past and try to condemn you with it, try to push you back with it. Because to the measure that we look back into our past, that's the measure we've missed, God. And so we're not looking back at our past. And I would say this, we're not trying to reconcile our past. We're not trying to feel better about our past. We're not trying to fix our past. Listen, God thought your past was worthy of one thing, and that is covering with the blood of Jesus, washing it clean and forgetting it. And so that's the way we're to treat our past. But the devil's always trying to bring up the past to us. Why? Because he knows it will injure our faith. And so we don't go back to the old man. We don't try to fix the old man. We leave him crucified and buried with Christ and we are raised new creatures and we're living the new life. And everything that God ever intended for us to have in Christ, it still belongs to us in Christ. And yes, there are times that we may miss it. But if we confess our sin, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness, and it brings him honor. When we believe that verse, when we believe that passage, and we get up from that place of repentance where we. We lay that sin out before Jesus and we repent of it. And we get up from there and we act as though we have never sinned because the blood puts it back as though we never missed it. And so I want you to know that everything that ever belonged to you in Christ, it still belongs to you in Christ. So all you have to do is join your faith to it and partake of it, because you are a possessor of all that belongs to you in Christ. But it is our privilege to partake of that. I want us to go. We've looked in past episodes at John 14:10, and I want us to go there again because we see so much in this passage. Jesus was speaking again in John 14:10, the King James translation. He said this. He said, believest thou not that? Look at this. I am in the Father, and the Father in me. Notice this, that Jesus is publicly confessing, I'm in the Father, and the Father's in me. Well, that made religious devils so mad. I mean, the religious leaders came after him because he was daring to call God his Father. And not only was he calling God his Father, he was saying, we are in union together. I'm in him, he's in me. So we see this about Jesus. The way he approached what he carried out on this earth was that it was not just him alone, it was the Father in Him and he was in the Father. So what do we know about this? That we are to see it as Jesus saw it. That you don't know where one ends and the other begins. That Jesus did not see a hard end of himself and a hard start of where God started. No, there was a perfect flowing and blending together. That the Father was in him and he was in the Father. And Jesus was bold to say that. And I would say this, you need to be mindful to bring that understanding, even bring it into your everyday life. I'm in the Father and He's in Me. And when we remind ourselves of that at the start of a day, it's going to make the day look different. Because we have to learn this, that if we're going to partake of who he is in us, we have to acknowledge Him. And the way we acknowledge him is not just acknowledging us apart from him, acknowledging our oneness with Him. All the miracles that Jesus worked, all the healings that flowed out of his life and ministry came from this one thing. He was ever mindful and ever acknowledging his oneness with the Father. It was not him alone endeavoring to bear the fruit of the planned of God that He was to complete of the works that were to be worked. But he recognized the works, the miracles flow out of his oneness with the Father. And I want you to know you have that same oneness. So the flow of miracles belong to you, healings belong to you. Because we occupy the exact same position that Jesus does with His Father. Now know this. Yes we were. Jesus paid the price so we could be born again. Yes, we've escaped hell. Heaven is going to be our home. But I want you to know this, is that the greatest thing that God had in mind in sending Jesus was that we could be one with Him. That we are his family. He's in us, we're in Him. And that elevates us into the life of the Divine. We're no longer limited to live just the human natural life. And I would say this. We're authorized to live based on the Divine One in us. We're no longer living on the low level of the natural man. And God will not authorize us to go back to the natural when we're full of the divine nature of God, the divine life of God, the authority of God. Listen, everything that he has blessed Us with it originated with Him. You say, well, Pastor Nancy, what about my faith? You know I've got faith in God. Yes, but your faith came from Him. It wasn't even your faith that he gave to you. It's a measure of his own faith. He spent himself, filled you with Himself, and then says, now you spend me and draw on me. So you understand why we live cheating our life if we don't draw on him and we end up just drawing on the natural man. So I want you to know this, that every word and every action that Jesus took, everything obeyed Him. It all worked. Why did everything that Jesus do worked? It's because he was drawing on His Father that was in Him. Jesus constantly referred to and drew on his oneness, his union with His Father. Now again, I want us to look at John 14:10. He said, Believest thou not that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? Listen, Jesus had to believe this about Himself. You have to believe this about yourself. You have to establish this in your spirit. I am one with the Father and the Father is one with Me. And know this, it's not because you're good enough to earn it. He's not one with us and us one with him because we're good. He's one with us because he's good. Because Jesus is good. It's not because we've done everything right. It's because Jesus did everything right. And then he credited that rightness to us. So not only this. Look at this verse again in verse 10. Believest thou not that I am in the Father and the Father in me? Then look at the very next phrase. He said the words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself. So out of that oneness, he drew his words. Out of that oneness with His Father. He went to the Father's words and he spent the Father's words. He filled his mouth with the Father's words. One of the things that belongs to you, because we are one with the Father, is the words of the Father. And in the words of the Father lives the power of God, lives the wisdom of God. And so one of the greatest things that we could partake of as creatures, new creatures in Christ, is the same words that belong to Jesus belong to us. Why? Because they are the words of the Father. So Jesus said, the words that I speak unto you, I speak not of myself. So we see this. Jesus was not drawing out of Himself when He was out ministering among the people. He was drawing out of the Father in Him. And that showed up in his words. And then the next phrase he said, but the Father that dwelleth in Me, he does the works. Now, notice, Jesus was not relying on himself to fulfill those words. All his job was, was to speak what the Father said. And then he expected the Father to perform those words. Well, how come God could perform those words? Because they were his own words. And the power of God met those words. So see this, that Jesus, he started before he even talked about the works that His Father did. He went back to something that he had established in him. I am one with the Father. If we're going to believe God for miracles, believe God for healings, we have to go back and have the same foundation established in us that Jesus articulated here. And that was, I'm one with the Father, he's one with me. No wonder miracles belong to us. Everything that is of the Father is, is at our disposal. There's no such thing as us being one with a Father and not being one with miracles, not being one with power, not being one with healing. Everything the Father is, we are one with that flow. And so if we don't recognize that we are already with the Father, we will not draw on all the attributes, the divine flow of God that is part of his nature, part of his being, it already belongs to us. So what ends up happening? So many people, when they're faced with a need, if they don't have this truth established in them, they start looking toward heaven. And they start, if I could say this, in their prayer life, trying to coerce God to send something down. They're thinking they've got to get something more. But if you would establish in you, I'm one with the Father, the Father is one with me. Everything he is is already in me. Every, every move, every flow, every. Every power that is his, that is, that finds its source in Him. It's all in me. I'm not trying to get God to give me something more. He already gave me Himself. There's nothing more he has left to give me. It's all about me discovering what's in me, and about not only discovering that, but employing that, partaking of it and refusing to live less than that higher flow. So Jesus, he talked about the miracles or the works that God did through him, but he preceded that by establishing and showing us that he established in Himself. I am one with the Father. Of course miracles must come. Of course power must flow, because that is the One. I am one with the source of power, the source of miracles. So God is in us. And he made us one with him so that he could perform through us. So Jesus established in himself the oneness, the union. And know this. It was an unbroken fellowship that Jesus walked in with His Father on this earth. That's what belongs to us in Christ, unbroken fellowship with the Father. Because unbroken fellowship with the Father produces fruit that is abundant. Everything Jesus did, it worked. Every time he spoke, it worked. Every prayer he prayed, worked. And I want you to know, because of our oneness with the Father that is possible for us if we'll discover it and if we'll build our faith in it now. Because we are one with the Father, as I said, we are one with wisdom. We're one with the impossible, and everything now becomes possible. We're one with healing. We're one with miracles. We're one with provision. We are one with everything that is the nature in the life of God. And then Jesus, not only did he talk about how he got these, that these works were manifesting through him in verse 10, but in verse 12, he said, the same works that I do shall you do also. Well, how could we ever do the same works that Jesus did if we did not occupy the same position he occupies? What is that position? Yes, it's raised and seated with Christ right next to the Father. But not only that, it's oneness with the Father, that there is not an ending place or beginning place between you and Him. It's all one flow, one place we occupy in Him. And how that simplifies everything in our life, how that brings us to a place of rest that we're resting in. The One who abides in us, that he is, he is performing the works through us. That doesn't mean we don't have a part to play. What is our part? Our part is a faith that obeys. Now, it's so important for us to recognize this that it's. People say, well, I'm just trying to get more faith. Well, I want you to know that in you feeding on the Word and you discovering what the Word says is yours, faith comes. But when faith comes, that faith must be activated. So how do we activate our faith? We act. We speak words of faith, but we have words of action. And know this faith is an action. Faith is an action. Faith is obedience. That when we are obeying God, that's an act of faith. And without obedience, we are not in faith. If someone is delaying obedience, it's a faith issue. And we have to say, well, if I'm a faith person, I'm constantly obeying the Will of the Father, the plan of the Father. Our obedience is so it needs to be foremost in our mind that whenever God obeys, He commands something of us. We don't treat it as optional. How many of you know that when God speaks, it's a command, it's not an option? Because he knows that in the obeying is when the blessing of the Lord and how he can manifest, he cannot manifest except through our obedience. So Jesus always, when he was throughout his earthly life and ministry, he pointed back how he would say, I only say what I hear my Father say. I only do what I see my Father do. What do you hear in that? You hear obedience. You hear obedience in his words. You hear obedience in his actions. He's talking about his life of faith that showed up as obedience. So know this in your oneness with the Father, we are to hear something and we're to see something, because that's the only way that we. We can move with Him. We hear from Him. And then not only that, we do what he shows us. We do what he says to us. So our faith is. Our faith grows to the measure of our obedience. So if you say, well, I'm struggling at receiving this or receiving that, go back and check, is there something that he's commanded of you that you've left undone? Maybe you can say, pastor Nancy, I know that there is a time that I stepped back from the plan of God. I stepped back from the will of God. But now I want to come back into the plan of God. How do I do that? Well, go back to the last thing he told you to do. What's the last thing he commanded of you? If it's something that can be recaptured, go back to that place and put your obedience in place. Because the power of God meets a faith that obeys. And faith is always moving in obedience. Our faith level is demonstrated by our level of obedience, our degree of obedience. So God's part is power, but our heart is the faith that obeys. And I would say this. It's not just a random action of faith. People sometimes. And I pastored for 25 years, so in endeavoring to help people, I would see people say, or they would tell me, well, I'm going to do this, because that's an act of faith. And I would say, well, wait a minute. Is the Holy Ghost directing that act of faith, or is that just a random act? Listen, you don't act to try to get faith. You act because you have faith. And so it's not about us taking an Action of faith. It's us doing an action of obedience. That it's something that the spirit of God is leading us to do. You know, God said about Abraham, he said, I have made you the father of many nations. He didn't say that to Lot. Lot was his nephew that was traveling with him. After Lot left, though, God began to talk to him about. About how he was going to make a mighty nation of him. But just because God said that to Abraham, Lot couldn't take that for himself. Now what we can take for ourself is our covenant. Anything in the new covenant belongs to you. But I want you to know that the Holy Ghost will direct you in how do you employ your faith? What action of obedience should you take to employ your faith? It's not just random acts, but. But it's actions of obedience. Because there have been people who have seen, well, this person took that action of faith and they got a miracle. Well, yes, absolutely. Any time you need a miracle, the first thing you need to do when you say, father, I need a miracle, the first thing you would act after, say after that is, what would you have me to do? Because the miracle flow of God, the miracle power of God is going to begin to manifest through our actions of obedience. So it's not about just saying, I release my faith for a miracle and you sitting back and do nothing. Every miracle is going to involve you. You remember when Jesus and his disciples were invited to a wedding? It's the first. It's the mirror. It's the place where Jesus. Jesus first performed a miracle. And that was at the wedding of Cana. And you'll remember his mother came up to him and said, they've run out of wine. And I so loved Jesus reaction to her. He said, woman, what have I to do with thee? In other words, you're telling me the caterer's problem. And he just basically dismissed it. But she would not be dismissed. She turned to the servants and she said, whatsoever he says to you, do it. What was she doing? She was putting a demand on Jesus to say something. Give them something to obey. When you need a miracle, say, father, give me a command. What do you want me to do? Because your miracle is going to involve your obedience. It's not just God doing something apart from us. It's God doing something through our action of obedience. So anytime you need to receive something from God, the rest of faith is not an inactive position. It is us saying, I'm listening to hear what the Father would say to me. How is he directing me because remember, Jesus said, I only do what I hear my Father, or I only do what I see my Father do. And I only say what I hear my Father say. All the actions that Jesus took, all the sermons he preached, all the words that he spoke into people's lives, he got those from the Father. He was ever sensitive, he was ever drawing on the one that was abiding in him. He drew on the oneness that was his with the Father. And his words came out of that. His actions came out of that. And God's performance came out of their obedience, their oneness in union together. So know this. When I say that faith is a rest, I'm not saying that faith is inactive. Faith is full of works. I want you to know that none of us got saved through our own works. It's only through the works of Jesus that we got saved. He was the only one that could do works that brought salvation. You can't do enough good works for salvation. But once we're saved, works are everything. Why? Because we had the life of God, the nature of God, and the ability of God flowing through us. And Jesus said, herein is my Father glorified that you bear much fruit. Well, what is much fruit? It's much good works. It's works of faith. And what are those works of faith? They are actions of obedience to what God told us to do. God will always. He'll always direct you. But you have to recognize that your faith is not just saying something. It begins with saying something, but it's also doing something. Jesus said something. And in the saying something, then God was able to fill those words with his actions. And God will always give you something to say, something to do, because out of your oneness with the Father, there's to be miracle flow, there's to be healing flow because you are one with the miracle worker. You are one with the power of God. You are one with the wisdom of God. And that should be evidence in our life and bearing much fruit. Well, we're just beginning to talk about some of these things that are so important to us, and we're going to continue this direction. But until next time, remember this. Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

Episode 956: In Christ I Can, Part 196
Date: March 2, 2026
Host: Nancy Dufresne
Theme: Living in the reality of our union with Christ – faith, healing, and obedience rooted in understanding our identity "In Christ."
In Part 196 of her “In Christ I Can” teaching series, Nancy Dufresne helps believers recognize and walk in their oneness with Christ. This session centers on embracing our identity in Him, the privileges it brings, and how miracles—especially healing—are a result of this union. Nancy unpacks John 14:10, discusses the importance of renewing our minds, and emphasizes that obedience—actions inspired by the Holy Spirit and founded in faith—activates God’s power in our lives.
[00:10 – 02:17]
“There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one… Power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at.” (B, 00:11)
[02:18 – 04:05]
“When you find out and recognize who you are in Christ, you really found the real you…you come into the highest order of faith.” (B, 02:58)
[04:06 – 08:18]
“Everything that ever belonged to them in Christ still belongs to them in Christ.” (B, 05:32)
“…don’t ever let the devil take your past and try to condemn you with it…We’re not trying to reconcile our past…God thought your past was worthy of one thing, and that is covering with the blood of Jesus, washing it clean and forgetting it.” (B, 06:50)
[08:19 – 15:00]
“I am in the Father, and the Father in me.” (B, 08:48)
“All the miracles that Jesus worked, all the healings that flowed out of his life and ministry came from this one thing: He was ever mindful and ever acknowledging his oneness with the Father.” (B, 11:33)
“I'm in the Father and He's in Me.” (B, 09:33)
[15:01 – 18:18]
“If you would establish in you, I'm one with the Father, the Father is one with me. Everything he is is already in me.” (B, 16:51)
“He already gave me Himself. There's nothing more he has left to give me. It's all about me discovering what's in me.” (B, 17:26)
[18:19 – 23:58]
“You hear obedience in His words. You hear obedience in His actions. He's talking about his life of faith that showed up as obedience.” (B, 22:07)
“Faith is an action. Faith is obedience. When we are obeying God, that's an act of faith. And without obedience, we are not in faith.” (B, 21:24)
“Every miracle is going to involve you." (B, 23:42)
[23:59 – 26:35]
“When I say faith is a rest, I'm not saying that faith is inactive. Faith is full of works.” (B, 25:07)
“Herein is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit. Well, what is much fruit? It’s much good works. It’s works of faith. And what are those works of faith? They are actions of obedience to what God told us to do.” (B, 25:41)
[26:36 – 26:40]
“Out of your oneness with the Father, there's to be miracle flow, there's to be healing flow because you are one with the miracle worker. You are one with the power of God. You are one with the wisdom of God.” (B, 26:22)
Nancy Dufresne’s message in this episode is a compelling, faith-filled call to live daily from the reality that "In Christ," we are one with God. Healing, miracles, provision, and wisdom are already ours—not as something to strive for, but as our spiritual inheritance to be received by faith and activated through obedience. The path to experiencing the supernatural is continually reminding ourselves of our identity, listening for the Spirit’s instructions, and quickly obeying—knowing that every act done “in Christ” is met with the power of Heaven.
Key Action:
“When you need a miracle, say, Father, give me a command. What do you want me to do? Because your miracle is going to involve your obedience.” (B, 23:15)
