There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad you're with us today for Jesus the healer. Thank you for taking the time to be with us and spending this time in the Word, because the Word is helping us to come into the thoughts of God. Listen, why would we ever hold to our own thoughts when we're offered God's thoughts? I mean, it's a sound mind that says, I'm going to think like God and I'm going to quit thinking like something less than God, Right? And so the Bible is God's thoughts. He became an author and he wrote down for our benefit, his way of thinking. And so when we take the thoughts of God and we make them ours, we come into the best life because the thoughts of God is the wisdom of God. And in that wisdom, we find out how to live, how to speak, how to think, Right? So we're glad we get to spend this time with you and invite you, get something to take notes on because we're believing God with you for answers for your life. We're in the midst of this series that we're so delighted to be a part of, and it's called In Christ I Can. We're coming up to a year now on this series, and I don't know, we'll maybe continue, we'll see, but we just say this. There's a lot of episodes for you to watch. And if you've missed any, go back and watch any previous episodes. And when one particular episode or a portion of an episode speaks to you specifically, I say this, listen to it over and over and over. Because that's one form of meditating on the Word, and that's how you establish that Word in you, is by meditating on it. In the previous episode, we had looked at Matthew, chapter 10 and verse, and this is the amplified classic translation. And I Want us to start there together today. Matthew, chapter 10, verse 32, the Amplified Classic. And Jesus is speaking. And he's speaking. And we use this primarily when we're talking to someone about salvation. But I say this is also for this, for the born again life. It's not. This is something we just stop doing at salvation, but we continue it as a lifestyle. Jesus made this statement. He said, therefore everyone who acknowledges, acknowledges me before men and confesses me out of a state of oneness with me. I will also acknowledge him before my Father who is in heaven and confess that I am abiding in Him. So notice this. What we say on earth about Jesus is what is transpired and something happens in heaven. Because it says here that when we acknowledge Jesus before men, Jesus acknowledges us before the Father that's in heaven. So we, we can have something to say about what heaven is saying about us by what we're saying on the earth. So know this. He's telling us that if we will confess him before men. What's that mean? We take in public? We don't just quietly have a private, solitary walk with God. No, it needs to be public. People need to know who we belong to. Right? And I don't say cast that blindly before everyone. But we can't just say, if no one knows you're born again, I have to wonder, is he getting his way in your life? You know? And so we will use this scripture at a time of giving an altar call, which is appropriate. But I say this, acknowledge who you are in Christ. Confess that publicly, on an ongoing basis, because the more we testify, the more we confess him in our daily life. And it will build a robust faith in us. We will have our faith ever ready. Because we're keeping what he is in us, who he is in us, what he's doing for us and in us and through us, at the forefront of our thought life. And we keep it on the tip of our tongue, so to speak, then we're ever keeping the door open to him to manifest and acknowledge and flow through us as we acknowledge Him. Listen, everything that belongs to Christ belongs to you. Everything he is, is in you. How does he flow out of us? How do we put him to work for us? Through confessing, acknowledging, and giving Him a place in us to put us over. Amen. Well, this is what Jesus is saying, that we are to confess him before men. We're to acknowledge Him. Look at this. The amplified says out of a state of oneness with Him. So this is certainly applying to every believe. We are One with him. It's right for us to say, I'm one with the Father today. Today he's working in me. He's manifesting through me. He is, he is making his will known in my life. And so when we talk out of that place of what God's doing, what happens? We rob attention from the devil. And it's attention that gives either God or the devil invitation to work. If we give the devil attention, then he goes to work. We give God attention, then God goes to work. Because I want you to know where you put your attention is where your faith is at. If you're talking about the devil and your attention is on him, you're putting your faith there. But if you put your faith on God and what he's doing by talking about Him. So much of the time, believers are filling their conversations, their dinner table talk, talking to others about, well, this has happened against me and this is going wrong. And I'm struggling here, and I'm struggling here. And they're, they're constantly thinking about it, talking about it, and then wondering why they have problems. It's because what you talk about is what's going to manifest. And so the one you touch in your thought life, the one you touch in your conversation is the one that has permission to work. Because really what our words are doing is giving permission to someone to manifest either God or the devil. And if we're talking about our condemnation, we're talking about shame, we're talking about our past and where we've missed it, we're giving those things permission to bind our life. But if we'll talk about that the blood of Jesus has cleansed me, that God is working for me, God has restored my life, God has rewritten my future, then that's what we're going to experience. So know this. You choose every single day through your conversation, through what you're acknowledging, whether you're going to live struggling or whether you're going to live peaceful. Because to the person in Christ, there should be no more struggle. Why? Because the greater one is on our side, working for us, in us and through us. So what does that do that overcomes all opposition? I don't care what the opposition is. We are to brag on God, we are to honor him. We are to talk about how big he is, how great he is, and how he's working for us. And this is what Matthew 10:32. Jesus is saying. He's really teaching us how to put God to work for us. Acknowledge him, confess him before men, say to others. You know, I saw a firsthand example of this that I so appreciated in recent times. I was in a meeting and there was. It was many ministers that were there. And we were in the back room talking, some of us ministers together. And one of the ministers had. Had. Had been facing some physical situations in their life. And they, they said to. They said to God just while we were in those meetings, father, I receive my healing for that part, you know, that condition in their body. And God said something to them. He said this, then declare to the others what I'm doing in you. And so I love what they did. They just stopped right there in the room and they said to us, who are minister friends, they said, I wish to declare something. I believe that the healing power of God has restored this part of my body and that I have a new body part. And I go, thank God. That's such an example to all of us that we're seeing this. This is what Jesus said. Everyone who acknowledges me, confesses me out of a state of oneness with me, says, I'll acknowledge and confess sin before the Father. So what's that mean? When that person confessed and acknowledged before us, I believe I receive a new body part. I receive wholeness for that area of my body. Then heaven did an equal action. Heaven. Jesus went to the Father, confessed that before the Father, and said. They just now said this before men. Why? Because they're bringing honor to God by taking it public. Now, if people will only do it privately and they won't allow anyone to know what they're believing for they're not honoring God fully. Now, there are some times God may say, don't tell certain people. Why? Because they don't have ears to hear. They might try to talk you out of something. So you're very careful that you don't try to share faith with people who are against faith. And I'm talking about your faith. If you're believing God for a miracle, don't talk. Don't try to share what you're believing with people who don't have faith to join you in that if they would try to talk you out of that faith. But you do have to know this. Whenever God. You're believing God for something we need to honor him with. God is doing this for me. God is doing that for me. And when we do that, Jesus said that he will take that, those same words and confess them before the Father. You can't have your need expressed by Jesus to the Father, and that need be unmet. I want you to Know that's the way to activate your covenant is to say what God is doing for you. Say who you are in Christ. Say what belongs to you in Christ. Don't say what's coming against you. Don't confess and magnifying what the devil's doing. Talk about what God is doing in you. Quit talking about condemnation, quit talking about sin and guilt and shame. Because all of that's the work of the devil. And when people get into that, they're trying to fix their life through the soulish arena. They're trying to feel better through their soul. It's by faith. You take hold of the Word and you believe it and you demand your soul come in line with that. God is not bringing you peace through your soul, he's bringing you peace through your spirit. And it will affect your soul. So you are. You experience God's peace from the inside out. But people who are trying to talk it out, they think that, well, I've got to let people know how I feel. No you don't. That's all carnal. That is soulless. People don't have to know how you feel. Why don't you take what God has said, why don't you take what who you are in Christ and say, I am one with the Father and he has put me over and I have victory in this situation and I'm not troubled in this. And I don't have to have 14 people to come to repent to me. Before I'm in peace and before I'm in forgiveness and before I walk in love, I'm just going to walk in the light of the Word and I'm going to live a life of peace and joy. But people get this into this soulish psychological, trying to help themselves through the soul of man, through the mind. Listen, if you will believe God, believe His Word, act on His Word. It will affect your soul. It will bring you into a place of peace. But it doesn't originate with the soul. It originates from the faith in your spirit. And when you act in line with the faith and the word of God that's in your spirit, it will flow out and it will change the way you think. Instead of you trying to change situations through your mind because. And through that soulish arena, because that's not the arena where victory originates. Your spirit, man is where the life of God, the strength of God, the victory of God is flowing out of. Amen. And so here Jesus is telling us how to partake of that victory that's in our spirit, how to partake of the greater one that's on the inside of him, on the inside of us. We confess him, we acknowledge him, and we do it boldly before men. And when that person, that minister had testified that they believed they had received their healing, do you know that within a few days, every bit of the symptoms had stopped? Why was that? Because when they confessed it before men, they were honoring God. They were showing. I'm not ashamed. I'm not wondering if this is working. Faith knows this works. Faith knows that God is true to his word. And when I confess to others that I'm healed, I know God makes it. Makes that boast in Him. Good. I'm not boasting in me, and I'm not boasting about my faith, but I am boasting by faith in the God who is the healer. I am boasting about who he is in me, what he's doing for me right now. And that brings honor and glory to God. So when God to. To have God to move in our behalf, we must confess what he's doing for us. Amen. Quit talking about the devil and what he's doing. Talk about God and what. And who he is in you. What he's doing for you, what he's doing through you. And you will see that come into play in your life. Because God can only manifest at invitation. And our confession and testifying of him is what will invite him to move. Now, know this. As I said at the top of this episode, the more we confess what God is doing, the more we testify to others continually we make that the confession of our mouth. We will have a robust faith. We will not have a faltering faith. We will not have a weak faith. We will have a strong faith that comes as we testify to what God is doing. And I want you to know the faith of God that's on the inside of you is from God. You don't even. You don't even get to take credit for anything you believe God for, because it was his faith that you were spending. He's the source of every good thing. Amen. And so we are to confess what God is doing. We're putting the Lord on display. When people talk about their past and sin and faults and failures and failed marriages and failed businesses and homes they lost, they're putting the devil on display. They're putting failure on display. But we're to put God on display. We're to put who he is on display that he's working through us. Amen. And we say this. We're not ashamed to say it out loud. We're not ashamed to confess it before men. Why? Because we know God will fulfill everything of his word that he has said about us. And so we are bold to say about ourselves that God is doing this right now. God is fulfilling this in my life. He's receiving, restoring this. He's made this whole. Amen. And if people won't confess it, it's because, number one, they're either ashamed of him or number two, they doubt him. So we confess it because we're showing the devil we're not ashamed of God and we're not doubting what he's going to do. Amen. So when we humble ourselves to say what God is doing, then God, he will perform that in our life. Amen. So to activate our covenant with God, it demands that we take Jesus public. That means that people are going to know I belong to him. I belong to him. And he's working for me, in me and through me. And that puts the covenant into motion for you. This is what we saw Jesus do through his earthly ministry. Repeatedly, he declared publicly in the hearing of others what God was doing. There was nothing that. That spoke of any kind of shame that Jesus had toward his Father. He boldly declared, I am one with the Father. The Father is in me, I am in Him. And he did it in the face of enemies. He did it in the face of the religious leaders that didn't believe it. They thought, how dare him declare himself one with the Father. Well, God wasn't. Jesus wasn't just declaring himself one with the Father. He was letting them know, you're going to be one with the Father if you'll receive what I've done for you. And so this is what Jesus was bold to say. He was bold to declare. He said, my Father in me, he does the works. What is that? That's a confession. That's a testifying to who the Father was in him. Now, remember when Jesus was faced with that fig tree. Remember he walked up on the journey to Jerusalem. Him and his disciples are traveling en route to Jerusalem. And Jesus grew hungry during that time. And there was a fig tree that had the leaves on it. Well, if the leaves were on it, it was also to depict that it was also bearing fruit. But when Jesus walked up and saw the leaves, but it was void of fruit, first of all, it was out of order. And so he spoke to it, and he said, no man eat fruit of thee hereafter. So he spoke to that tree and it said, and the disciples heard him, he released his faith publicly. He didn't try to go off on the backside of the tree where no one would see him or hear him. He, in the hearing of others, he released his faith. So he was not ashamed to. He believed God would do that if he would say it. So he testified to what God would do. And the next day, after they had journeyed to Jerusalem, then they came back the next day and Peter pointed out and he said, look, master, the tree that you cursed, it's dried up from the root. And then Jesus gave us that glorious teaching in Mark 11:23, 24, about that. But notice this, and this is what I want you to see. Jesus did not try to say it secretly. What if it doesn't work? What if they hear me? He didn't care who heard him. Why? There was no shame about his father in him. He was bold to say what God would do then. What about when he stood before Lazarus, Lazarus Tomb? There were people that did not believe him. Around that tomb. They were weeping and wailing. And then they. Then they accused him. Could not this man, who you know, healed the blind, could he not have been here and kept his friend from dying? I mean, they accused him of being the cause for why Lazarus died. If you would have been here and done what you say you can do, he wouldn't have died. So he had enemies all around him. But in a loud voice, he stood in front of Lazarus Tomb and he declared, Lazarus come forth. He didn't try to do it off in his prayer chamber somewhere. He didn't try to go off into a lone place and say it. He said it loudly. And it's not because God was deaf. It wasn't because the devil was deaf. He was letting everyone know. This is what God's getting ready to do. He's. You're going to see this man come forth. And he did come forth, bound hand and foot. And he was encased. You know, when they would. When they would wrap those who had died in the cloth, they would put it in a mixture and that cloth would harden and become like a hardened mummy case. So that that resurrection power didn't just bring Lazarus back to life, it blew him out of that tomb completely encased. And then Jesus said, now loose him and let him go. Just meaning cut off that which had been placed around him at a time of death. So we see this, that Jesus, he declared it loudly. Why? There was no shame in him. There was no doubt in him of what God would do. And when he testified and confessed and declared it Loudly, Heaven fulfilled what he declared. That's why I say to you that if you'll begin to testify and confess, this is what God's doing. I mean, even in your home, husbands and wives say it to one another. Honey, the power of God's working in my body today. The power of God has restored that part of my body. And because of that, I'm going to go out and live as one, restored and testify to that daily. Say it to one another. How wonderful with a husband and wife when they're both born again and children of God. You can share your testimony. You have someone who will believe with you and you can testify, testify to those around you when you come to church, in your local church, testify to others. God's doing this for me this week, and he's doing that for you. And he's doing. And if you'll do that, your faith will strengthen. Your faith will be. Become robust. And you say, Pastor Nancy, I'm just not. I'm just not certain that God will do it. Well, can I say this? If you'll start testifying it, you'll become more certain that God will do it. Our spiritual father, who was Kenneth Hagin, he used to say this. If you don't believe it, say it. Till you do believe it. He was saying, you can school yourself into faith. So he would always encourage us, testify, tell after hands are laid on you in a healing line, then you go from that place and you say, the healing power, God's working in me. The healing power of God is working in my body. And that power has made me whole. And he would constantly tell us, he was telling us to do really what Matthew 10:32, constantly confess and testify. Because every time that you say what God is doing for you, Jesus repeats that in the hearing of the Father in heaven. And I want you to know I want to be talked about in heaven in the good way. Right. Don't you? Well, if you'll testify, my bills are paid. All of my family is serving God. And you say, but, Pastor Nancy, they're not. But you're to testify in faith. You're to confess in faith. And when you do it, Jesus will say that to the Father, and the Father will make sure that that comes to pass. And the high priest of your faith, Jesus, the high priest of your confession, will see to it that that becomes a tangible thing in your life. Amen. And so this is so key to us. Put the Lord on display. Talk about what he's doing. You know, that's what David did. He did not quietly say, you know what? I think I can. He didn't just say it to himself, I think I can kill Goliath. No. He ran at Goliath declaring, you uncircumcised Philistine. I'm going to take your head off your shoulders. Do you know, David couldn't even reach his head. I mean, Goliath, just by the standards of what the measurements that were given, he was at least 9ft tall. least. Well, David wasn't that tall. But he said, I'm going to get your head off your shoulders. Know this. He knew, that giant's coming down and I'm going to end up on top of him. And he declared it as he ran at him. And he was declaring it before King Saul. He declared it when he went to the battlefield to see how his brothers was doing. He said, who is this uncircumcised Philistine that's taunting the armies of God? Why did he describe him as an uncircumcised Philistine? He was saying, this man has no covenant. This man doesn't have God backing him up. And we have God as people in covenant backing us up. David was stunned that that Israeli army was hiding from Goliath because you got a covenant, why are you hiding? Because God will back you up. And this, this giant has no one backing him up. The biggest thing he has going for him is him. But the greatest thing we have going for us is the God of our covenant. And so this is why David spoke of him as an uncircumcised Philistine, meaning I have a covenant and you don't. So I have someone working for me that you don't have working for you. Well, I want you to know every time you boast about who you are in Christ, your covenant goes into operation. That's how you put your covenant to work for you and everything that belongs to you in that covenant. And I want you to know that you are authorized to boldly say what God is doing for you. And you say, well, Pastor Nancy, it hasn't changed. No, that's how you change it. That's how you change this realm. By you talking about that realm, you talk about the faith realm, you talk about what God has already made yours in the realm of faith. And you talk about that until it manifests. Well, Pastor Nancy, when will it manifest? It will manifest when the promise is bigger to you than the problem. If you're talking about the problem, then you're robbing the promise of its ability or its opportunity to work. But if you'll talk about the promise, then you'll rob the problem of its power to hurt and harm and rob from you. Listen Jesus told us In John chapter 10, verse 10 the thief cometh not but for to steal, to kill and to destroy. So notice Jesus noted that the thief has come, but then he said, but I have come so talk about the greater one that has come. He says, but I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly. I want you to know it pleases God when you have what you need. Jesus said, I have come that you might have the thief came to steal, but Jesus came so you could have and I want you to know God is pleased when you have every need of your life met. He's pleased when you have the home of your desire, you have the health that he's provided for you, that you have the business you long for. God is pleased when you have the devil's trying to turn you into a have not. But God turns us into someone who has everything fully need, fully supplied, every need fully met. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcomed. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.

Podcast Summary: Jesus the Healer w/ Nancy Dufresne
Episode 972: In Christ I Can, Part 212
Date: March 24, 2026
This episode, part of the ongoing "In Christ I Can" series, focuses on the transformative power of confessing and acknowledging who we are in Christ—publicly and continually. Nancy Dufresne unpacks how our words both invite God’s power to operate in our lives and demonstrate our alignment with His promises. Drawing from Matthew 10:32, Bible examples, and a personal testimony, Nancy shows that bold, faith-filled confession is not just for salvation, but a lifestyle that manifests victory, healing, and God's provision.
On the power present for healing:
"There's enough power in every sick room...to raise up that sick one...I receive that power right now." (00:10–00:46)
On confession affecting heaven:
"What we say on earth about Jesus is what is transpired and something happens in heaven." (06:55)
On daily choices:
"You choose every single day through your conversation, through what you’re acknowledging, whether you’re going to live struggling or whether you’re going to live peaceful." (15:09)
On confession inviting God to act:
"God can only manifest at invitation. And our confession and testifying of him is what will invite him to move." (22:23)
Kenneth Hagin advice:
"If you don't believe it, say it till you do believe it. You can school yourself into faith." (24:10)
On facing giants (David & Goliath):
"The greatest thing we have going for us is the God of our covenant." (25:53)
On divine abundance:
"God is pleased when you have every need of your life met...The devil’s trying to turn you into a have not. But God turns us into someone who has..." (26:55)
Confession is far more than ritual—it's the key that unlocks God’s power, lets heaven agree with your words, and shifts your experience from struggle to victory. Keep God, not the problem, on your lips. Testify boldly to what He is doing regardless of what you feel or see, and watch faith—His faith—bring it to pass.
