There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the healer. Come on in and spend some time with us around the Word. And I know this. Every time we sow time to to the Word, we reap such a harvest on the goodness of that Word. So thank you for joining us and we invite you to get something to take notes on because we're believing God for you to hear answers for your life. And we want you to take note of what God is saying to you and dealing with you about. Amen. We're continuing on in our series called In Christ I Can. And we're so delighted that we've been able to be on this series for almost a year now. And we're just grateful for all that God is showing us in that we have been looking. In our previous episode, we were talking and using as our starting point Matthew chapter 10 and verse 32. And this is the Amplified Classic translation. And I want us to go back there again because everything belongs to us in Christ. But how do we activate what belongs to us in Christ? How do we put the Greater One to work for us? He's in us, but how do we draw on him and spend the greatness of who he is? And so I believe that in this verse we're seeing something really important to us in that Matthew 10, verse 32. Again, the amplified Classic translation, Jesus is speaking. And he said, therefore everyone who acknowledges me before men and confesses me out of a state of oneness with me, I will also acknowledge him before my Father who is in heaven and confess that I am abiding in Him. Now, this is a verse that many times is used when an altar call is given and we'll tell people to come up and acknowledge that you want to be born again. Confess him before the Father or confess him before the Men. And Jesus will confess you before the Father. Well, that's true about salvation, but it never stops being true after that. It continues to be true. How do we put the greater One to work for us? Confess him. Confess. Today the greater One's working through me today. The healing power of God is working in my body today. Prosperity is mine. Today. Every single need that I will encounter, I will also encounter the supply for that need. How many of you know that God has already supplied every need of your life? What's that mean? He's already provided everything that your life is going to call for. He put that supply, supply in Christ, the treasure box of Jesus. And then he put Jesus in you. And now by faith, we draw out of that treasure box of the greater One, who's on the inside of us, and we call every single need met. Now notice this though, in Jesus saying in Matthew 10:32, everyone who acknowledges me before men. Look at that. Everyone not. There's not any person that if they'll confess Jesus before men. What's that mean? They're not ashamed. If they'll confess what Jesus is in them, if they'll confess what he's done for them. Jesus is my healer. Jesus is my provider. Jesus paid the price from the past to be washed away. Jesus blood cleansed my past. Therefore there's no condemnation, there's no shame in my life. Whenever you confess that, it says, everyone who acknowledges me. How do you acknowledge Him? Well, acknowledge what he's done for you. Acknowledge what he's provided for you. Acknowledge that he's working in you. Acknowledge that he's working in your behalf right now. That he's working even in places where you're not. How many times that we have seen, I have seen. I've gone to a meeting, maybe I was to attend a conference. And God dealt with me about going there. I'm in that meeting. And while I'm there, God's working on situations in our ministry back home. And I come home and I find something's been completely resolved. Why? Because while I was being where God told me to be, he was doing what he could do in my behalf. And so I put him to work for me as I obey Him. But one way putting him to work for me is this verse says, by confessing him, confess while I'm sleeping at night. God's working for me while I'm sleeping at night. The healing power of God is moving through my body. You confess what he does. And it says everyone who confesses that. Notice this, if you'll confess it before men. What's this talking about? Take it public. Don't be ashamed. We are to honor God. We're to bring him glory. But if we do everything secretly, how is God glorified in that? How are others encouraged in their faith if they don't hear your testimony? Think about this over In Mark, chapter five is the testimony of the woman with the issue of blood who was healed. How many untold millions of people have read her testimony and been healed because she testified? She told it before men. And Jesus is the one that said, tell me your testimony. He called her who. Who touched me. And she came up and told him all the truth. Think of how many people could be healed if they heard your testimony. Think of the people that would receive help for what they're facing if they knew. That's why Jesus makes it and heaven makes it part of our covenant that we be public with who he is, what he's doing for us, what he has done for us, what he's currently doing in our lives. Why? Because it gives us, number one, a robust faith. If we are talking about him and what he's doing, then we don't have room in our mouth for the devil and what the devil's doing. Many people need to rob the devil of their attention. That's such a huge issue with so many believers, is that the devil is gaining their attention. You say, well, I don't give the devil attention. Well, what are you talking about at the dinner table? What are you rehearsing of your past? What are you living under? A sense of guilt and condemnation and shame about? That's testifying to what the devil's doing. So we rob him of that testimony by giving God honor through testifying about him. God has rewritten my future. God has rescued me. God has turned. He's turned sorrow into joy. I'm done being sorrowful. I'm done being depressed. Why? Because I choose to be joyful. A confession is simply a choice you're making.

Listen to that. A confession is not something you're testifying about that has manifested. It's not only that. If a healing has manifested, confess that. Testify. Yes, but it's not just what has manifested. It's what you believe God's doing for you right now that hasn't yet manifested. Because that's what faith does. It talks about what God is doing. Faith is dealing with the invisible. Faith is dealing with the unseen. And people say, well, I'm not going to testify about something that hasn't manifested. Then you're not in faith, because faith is talking about what has not yet been seen. And that's how you move from the seen to the unseen, and the unseen into the seen realm. And so we confess and testify. Yes, a year ago, God healed me, but we can testify right now. God's power is working in me to heal my body right now. And when we testify that before men, you know what will happen? It will encourage their faith. Because all of us are believing for something. We should be believing for something. Why? Because we need to keep our faith as a living, active thing. So we need to be encouraging others by letting them know, this is what I'm believing for. I remember that a group of pastors. Excuse me, a group of ministers. Some were pastors, some were traveling ministers that every year they would go together and they would have a vacation for a week or two at a certain location. And they said when they'd start that. That vacation, they would get together and say, this upcoming year, this is what we're believing. And they said then at the next year when they had, they'd go to that same place and have vacation, they would go back and they'd tell everybody, this is what happened. All of that came to pass. And they said, every year we'd testify what God did through the year, and then we would testify of what we're believing for that God's going to do in the upcoming year. Well, what were they doing? They were encouraging the faith of one another. And I want you to know that when you talk about what God's doing for you, it helps people shift their attention from the enemy to God, and that brings glory to God. People need to hear what God has done for you. I remember my husband would often share about how God worked in a very spectacular way to pay off a building that before him and I had met and married, he was pastoring in a church in Southern California, and they needed the money to purchase the building. Then also to pay it off. Well, God did something very spectacular. In fact, two angels appeared to my husband, and they said, we've been sent from the throne room of heaven to straighten out your finances. And so they just stood there looking at my husband. And my husband said, well, what are you waiting on? They said, we're waiting on the faith command. And so when my husband heard them say that, he said, my God supplies all my needs according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. So go and cause the money to come. And a day before, two days before the money was due, a man came into his office and paid off and just came in with a cashier's check for the exact amount of money needed. And then that next Sunday, he came into the service and paid off to purchase the whole thing. And so what was it? These angels were moving and cooperating to help bring the plan of God to pass? Well, God spoke to my husband just about six months before he went to heaven, and he said, if you will talk more about those angels that paid off your building, they'll do more of that. And I saw from what God said to my husband, what we rehearse, God repeats. So if you will talk about what God has done, he'll keep doing it in your life. If you will talk about what he. How he's healed you in the past, and you say he's healing me now. Because what you rehearse, God repeats, why? Because when you rehearse it and you tell again what God has done for you, you're honoring him. And when you honor him, he will manifest. Because the Word says, those who honor me, I will honor them. So if you say God healed me last year and you, you testify to that, that's honor. And then now he's going to honor you. How's he going to honor you? He's going to do more of what he already did for you. So I want you to know when you need God to do something for you, talk about what he has done. Do you know that that's exactly what David did when he faced Goliath? He ran. He told that. He told King Saul. He said, I killed a lion, I killed a bear. And he said, this is not. This uncircumcised Philistine is nothing but another. Another enemy to take down. Well, I want you to know he was talking about his victories of the past when he was faced with the need to overcome another giant. Well, I want you to know that's how you're to face today's opposition. Talk about the victories of the past. Don't leave them in the past. Put them in your mouth. Talk about what God has done. But this is where so many believers fail, is they talk about what the devil did in the past. They talk about their mistakes of the past. They talk about their faults and their failures of the past. They talk about the divorces they went through, the homes they lost, the businesses they lost. And when they talk about that, then the devil is glorified and he continues working in that flow against their life. But if you'll talk about God restored my home. God put my. Put my family back together. God healed My body. Then when you honor God with that testimony, God will honor you by performing it again. He will continue to work and move in your life. Well, when God said to my husband, if you will talk about those angels that paid off your building, they'll do more of it. Well, he's not here to talk about it. So you know what I do? I talk about it because I need those angels to go and cause the money to come. Because God has assigned buildings and properties and provision to our life. So the more we talk about it and the more we take it public with what Jesus said. Look at this. He said, take it public. And so when we take it public, then we are expressing our faith and God will honor our faith and he will see to it that it's fulfilled. Listen, Jesus is called the high priest of our profession. Or that same word is confession. It doesn't call Jesus the high priest of our faith. He's called the high priest of our faith profession or of our confession. What is the difference between faith and confession? You can have faith but not be confessing it. You can have faith and not being saying a thing about your faith and not releasing it. Your confession is your faith that you're releasing. So Jesus is the high priest of released faith. He cannot be the high priest of faith until it's released. It has to be released. That's why he's called the high priest of our profession. Because that he can only bring to pass what we have released by faith, what we've spoken of by faith. And so it's not enough to have faith, we have to release it. That's why he's telling us, acknowledge before men, confess before men. If you'll confess me. How do we confess him? Confess who he is, confess what he's doing, that he is the Word made flesh. Every time you're confessing the Word, you're confessing Jesus. So when we confess him, then Jesus says that what will happen, he will take that to the Father, he will confess that and you'll be spoken of before the Father. I want to be spoken of before the Father. I want him mindful of me. I know you do too. Well, you can control how much the Father hears about you by you confessing what God is doing for you. Amen. And so when you do that, you activate your covenant. There is a precious friend of mine that years ago, when she was a young girl, she was in a devastating car wreck and it crushed one leg completely. And she had all kinds of miracles that God worked to restore her. But she Was, in fact, the doctors, they wanted to just remove her leg that had been crushed. And she asked them not to. And God built a whole new bone. Calcium formed all around that crushed bone and created a bone. But then her leg had been in a cast during that time. And so as her leg that was outside the cast continued to grow, the one inside the cast was hindered from growing. So when the cast was removed, she had one leg that was about 2 inches shorter than the other. Well, she said that when she would go to school, and this happened when she was 11 years old. So for the next several years, she said she would try to. She'd try to disguise that she was. She was a cripple, that she had a short leg. So she would walk a certain way, she would have her pants hemmed, you know, and she would. She would carry herself a certain way to disguise that she had a short leg. But the people did not know how short her leg was. And, you know, the people that she worked with and people that were. That she went to school with. And so she was invited to attend a meeting. And it was a Kenneth Hagin service. And the day before she went to that meeting, she sat down on the floor at the school she attended, and she put her legs in front of the other teachers, in front of the other students, and she showed that this leg was 2 inches shorter than the other one. She wanted everybody to see it because she said, tonight, when I go to the service, Jesus is going to heal me. When I come back, I want you to see that my leg is lengthened. Well, you know what happened. She got into Brother Hagin's healing line. He laid hands on her, and her leg grew out 2 inches. Her pelvis that had been. That had been hindered was injured, was completely healed. And God filled her with the Holy Ghost. But I want you to see this. She took it public. She showed the people what the need was. And then the next day, she went back. That leg was grown out. Now she sat down and she showed those same people, see, my leg is grown out. Don't you know what glory that brought to God? What. How that encouraged the faith of someone else who was needing healing? I want you to know it matters that we're not ashamed to say what God is doing for us. It's so critical that we continually confess and acknowledge what God is doing, because it will cause your faith to be strong. If you say, I feel like I'm really struggling with my faith, then get vocal. Start saying what God will do. I love what one Friend of mine said, she said this. A silent Christian is a failing Christian. Well, that's true, because Jesus said, he shall have whatsoever he saith. Notice the word doesn't say you'll have what you believe. Mark 11:23, Mark 11:24, the last phrases. Jesus said he shall have whatsoever he saith. Because it's not just about believing. You have to say what you believe. You know, God told Abraham, he said, I'm going to make you a father of many nations. When God told Abraham that he was 75 years old, and it said, Abraham believed God. So for look at that, he heard God say that and he believed it. But Isaac wasn't born until 25 years later. Why was that? For the first 24 years after God spoke to Abraham, he believed it. But he never said it. He never confessed it, he never testified. He didn't tell others. But God saw he's not getting it. So God helped him to be effective with his faith. He tricked him, so to speak, into being effective. How did he do it? He changed his name. And by changing his name. His name, his new name called him the father of many nations. Well, you know, your name is something that you deal with every day. You're either telling your name, you're hearing your name called. For those of us who order online, you're putting your name in online, right? You're using your name in some capacity every day. So God helped Abraham to be effective with his faith because he saw he believed something, but he was silent. He wasn't saying it. And so he changed his name. And three months after changing his name, Sarah's pregnant. And then within a year, they had that child. So know this, that if you're going to believe something but be silent, you're going to do without. But if you'll believe it and say it, then you'll see the manifestation of it. This is what Jesus was saying in Matthew 10:32. He said that everyone who acknowledges, look at that word, everyone, not just some. It works for everyone who acknowledges me before men and confesses me out of a state of oneness with me, I will also acknowledge and confess him before my Father and that I am abiding in him. That means you're going to have results in your life. That's going to show up some things. Now, I would say this. Start today confessing what God's doing for you at the level where your faith is at today. Many times people want to say something about where they want their faith to be, but just start with where your faith is at Today, for example, some may say, well, I'm just going to believe God that my house will be paid off. Well, that's a good thing. But have you believed for a credit card to be paid off? First, start in increments. Because faith is a process. The spiritual life is a life of advancing. And remember what the word says. It says, first the blade, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear. What's it showing? Faith is a process. You don't try to start with the full corn in the ear. When my dad, he'd plant cotton or wheat, he'd plant that seed. He didn't go out the next week or the next day or the next week and expect to find a full bowl of cotton. He did not find that full. It was first the blade, then the ear, and then he would see that cotton come into play. What's he saying? You had to be patient for the process of faith to work. Do you know that Abraham's process took 25 years? From the time God spoke to him till the time that he had Isaac, I want you to know it doesn't have to take 25 years. But I wanted you to see this, that he didn't end up where he didn't start out, where he ended up. He had to learn this process of faith. So you have to be patient as you use your faith. Let your faith grow. Let your faith develop. And so I would say this. Instead of believing for something big today, believe for something that your faith can have success with easily. If you let me say it to you this way. If you received a bill in the mail that said, and you weren't expecting it, and it was for $10,000, and you got overwhelmed at the thought, I owe this $10,000. Don't try to believe God for 10,000. You say, how do I know if I'm beyond what my faith can lay hold of? Well, the word tells us, I believe it's in Romans 15:13. I could be wrong on that reference, but I believe that's where it is. And it says through that, that in joy and with peace and joy, we believe Peace and joy in believing. Peace and joy in believing. Notice this. Peace and joy are accompanying faith. If you're believing God for something but you don't have peace about it, you're. You're out beyond your faith. If you don't have an excitement about believing for that, it's beyond your faith. Get back into where you have peace and joy, because that's where your faith is at. So if I could say it this way. You say, I'm overwhelmed at the thought of believing for $10,000. Well, can you believe for 1,000? Oh, yeah, I can believe for that. Then believe for a thousand, ten times. Take it in increments that your faith can succeed at that. And that's why I'm saying that when you're confessing something, don't reach for something far beyond what you've ever believed for. Reach for something that your faith can believe for today. Don't try to believe for where you want your faith to believe. Put your faith belief for what you know you can believe for today, and you'll see quick advancement and your faith will be encouraged and it will grow quickly. So I would say this. If you say, pastor Nancy, I'm just going to start confessing, God's paying off my house. Well, start with something else. Have you started by believing for that credit card to be paid off or for your car to be paid off? Do it in increments that your faith is encouraged instead of you being discouraged. And so I say this, no matter what it is, whatever you you say, I can believe for that. Then start confessing it. Acknowledge it. I want to read to you Job, chapter 22. In verse 28, the King James translation says this. Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee, and the light shall shine upon thy ways. The amplified classic says this. You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you, and the light of God's favor shall shine upon your ways. The living Bible translation says this, the light of heaven will shine upon the road ahead of you. What's that talking about? When you decree a thing, then God will see to it that it's established. And then he'll show you light. He'll show you what steps you need to take. He'll show you what you need to do to arrive at the fulfillment of what you just decreed. God will help bring that to pass by. He'll show you what to do. He'll show you steps to take. He'll show you your part, because he will do his part as we do our part. But notice it begins with us decreeing something. People are wanting God to do something, but they have to first decree, what is God doing? God is. God's power is working in my body. God's power is working in my children. God's power is bringing our family into the fullness of his plan. When you start decreeing those things, God will establish it and then he'll give you light. He'll show you how to walk that out, which you just decreed, because he will bring it to pass as we obey Him. Amen. Well, there's so much along this line that we still have yet to say to you, and we're so glad we've had this time and opportunity to share with you. But you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the Healer. God bless you.

Episode 973 | In Christ I Can, Part 213
Date: March 25, 2026
In this engaging episode of “Jesus the Healer,” Nancy Dufresne continues her long-running series “In Christ I Can,” digging deeper into how believers can activate the power and provisions available in Christ. The teaching centers on the power of confession—publicly acknowledging what Christ has done and is doing—and how this act of faith brings God’s promises into reality. Nancy shares personal testimonies, biblical examples, and practical encouragements for strengthening one’s faith journey.
Confessing Christ is Central:
Nancy teaches from Matthew 10:32 (Amplified Classic), expounding that confession isn’t just a salvation experience—it’s a continual act that activates Jesus’ work in our lives.
"How do we put the Greater One to work for us? Confess him." (02:41)
Public Declaration Matters:
Believers are called to take their confession public, not keeping testimonies secret, so that God is glorified and others’ faith is strengthened.
"If we do everything secretly, how is God glorified in that? ... Think of how many people could be healed if they heard your testimony." (04:37)
Testifying Builds Robust Faith:
Sharing what God has done and what He is currently doing in your life removes focus from past mistakes and glorifies God, which in turn encourages ongoing miracles.
"What we rehearse, God repeats. So if you will talk about what God has done, he'll keep doing it in your life." (11:47)
Personal Stories:
"God spoke to my husband...‘If you will talk more about those angels that paid off your building, they'll do more of that.’" (11:50)
"She sat down and showed them, ‘this leg was 2 inches shorter’ ... she said, ‘tonight, when I go to the service, Jesus is going to heal me.’" (20:21)
Faith Speaks of the Unseen:
Confession isn’t limited to what is already manifested, but is a declaration of what you believe God is doing even before it’s seen.
"Faith is dealing with the invisible...If you’re going to believe something but be silent, you’re going to do without.” (08:02, 25:09)
Encouraging Others by Sharing What God Is Doing:
Nancy encourages listeners to testify of what they're believing for—even before it manifests—to build a faith-filled community. Example: ministers sharing their faith goals and testimonies annually.
"When you talk about what God's doing for you, it helps people shift their attention from the enemy to God." (10:45)
Start Where Your Faith Is:
Don’t overreach; confess and believe for things within your current faith capacity and grow in increments (e.g., believe for a credit card to be paid off before a house).
"Instead of believing for something big today, believe for something that your faith can have success with easily." (25:45)
Faith Is a Process:
Using the illustration of planting and harvest (“first the blade, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear”), Nancy explains the need for patience in the development of faith and manifestation.
"Faith is a process...he didn’t start out where he ended up. He had to learn this process of faith." (26:51)
Decree and Establish:
Teaching from Job 22:28, Nancy underscores the biblical principle:
"You shall also decide and decree a thing, and it shall be established for you, and the light of God's favor shall shine upon your ways." (27:04)
The High Priest of Confession:
Jesus is called the “High Priest of our confession”—not just of faith, but of released faith (spoken or decreed).
"He cannot be the High Priest of faith until it’s released. That's why he's telling us, acknowledge before men, confess before men." (15:45)
On Confession and Faith:
“A confession is simply a choice you’re making...It’s not just what has manifested, it’s what you believe God’s doing for you right now.” (07:33)
On Public Testimony:
“We are to honor God. We’re to bring him glory. But if we do everything secretly, how is God glorified in that?” (04:35)
On Silent Christians:
“A silent Christian is a failing Christian...He shall have whatsoever he saith. Notice the Word doesn’t say you’ll have what you believe.” (22:31)
God’s Power Is Present:
“There’s enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one...power is present.” (00:10)
Nancy closes with a reminder:
“When you decree a thing, then God will see to it that it’s established. And then He’ll show you light...because He will bring it to pass as we obey Him. Amen.” (27:04)
Key truth to remember:
“Jesus is the Healer.”
