There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad you're with us today for Jesus the healer. Thank you for joining us and for spending this time with us. And it's such a joy to spend this time together and. And it's such a joy for me to be able to teach and minister to you. And we're believing God for answers for your life because the Word is the answer book. And we have the divine Teacher on the inside of us, the Holy Ghost, to help lead us into what God has for us. Listen, God authored the great plan for your life. Jesus purchased that plan, and the Holy Ghost is leading us into that plan by His. God's leading us into it by the Holy Ghost and by His Word. So just know this, that everything God has authored for your life, he's already paid for. And there's no sense in us struggling in doing without when everything we need to live victorious belongs to us in Christ. And we've been in this series called In Christ I Can. And it's recognizing that anything that we're to carry out of God's plan, we're never to do it alone. We're to do it together with him, us yielding to him, drawing on him, allowing him to have. To put us over in life and to have the proper place in our life. And so the what. What we have to do to give him place is acknowledge him, recognize what he is in us to do. And he works. Listen, he authored a plan for your life that's completely impossible for you to fulfill without. And the reason he authored an impossible plan, because that is so great. And I'm talking about impossible from the human standpoint, but completely possible with God. And no, he gave us an impossible plan for us because he didn't intend for us to fulfill it apart from Him. And the best plan is something that's Far beyond what you could ever fulfill apart from Him. So know this. Lay down your plan to carry out his plan. Because that's where that's a plan full of miracles, full of blessing, full of his power. Amen. So we have been ministering along this line in Christ. I can. Because when we recognize who we are in Christ, we establish that in us. We come into the highest order of faith. There will always be a faith struggle to those who don't establish in them who they are in Christ. We have made some resources available to you because we want you to find out what who you are in Christ. And so we have two documents here and you can go to our web site and you can download them completely for free. You can go to the website jesusthehealer.org or defrainministries.org it takes you to the same page. And then you can go to our bookstore page and on there you can download what we have. It's in Him Scriptures. It's just a small, a small listing those scriptures that what belongs to us in Christ, who we are in him, who he is in us. And then we also have the complete listing. And this, this document is about 120 pages. And the reason it's so thick is because a friend of the ministry he compiled resource well he referenced 229 different Bible translations in finding all the in him scriptures. He went to all those different translations. He pull, pulled out the best of those 229 translations, compiled it and then he made it, he made it available to us. We're gifting it to you. So we want you download that, but don't just put it on your device or print it out, feed on it, meditate on it, establish in you who you are in Christ. Because like I said, it will bring you into the highest order of faith. And when you understand who you are in Christ, the struggle is over. Why? Because you just learned to put him to work for you. In the face of every adversity, every opposing circumstance. You learn that he is the greater one to be drawn on. And he is in you to be worked. He doesn't want to be left inactive, uninvited and with with. He doesn't want to sit by and watch us fail. When he's in us to turn us into the success that he authored for us. Amen. Well, we receive who we are in Christ. We move into it by faith, an obedience of fai. He's going to always give us something to obey whenever we need, whenever we need a miracle, when we need direction. When we need something from God, he gives us something to obey because that gets our faith moving. And so faith is a movement, faith is an action. We don't just sit back and confess only, which is partly. That is one way of releasing faith, but it's full faith is through acting on what God said. And so we, we want to make sure that we're obeying God in everything and we're using our faith. And part of our faith is this, this word that we've been looking at in the previous episode, and that's called endurance. That if we're faith people, we know how to endure. That means if there's a passing of time, from the time we release our faith until the manifestation of our answer shows up, what are we going to do in that span of time? We're going to endure, and not with a complaining attitude, but in a joyful flow. We are grateful to endure because we know this, that if we'll stand our ground, we will always receive the manifestation of what we're believing for. I want us to look at two Timothy, chapter three and verse 11. And Paul was writing to Timothy, and here he made this statement. He said, there's persecutions and afflictions which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra. Now look at that. All the different cities that he was going to to minister the word, notice what he encountered, persecutions and afflictions. Now he's not talking about sickness and disease and lack. He's talking about those that the Devil stirred up against him to try to cause difficulty for him. How many of you know that we're redeemed from sickness and lac. So this is not the kind of persecutions we should be facing. We should recognize that we are fully provided for in Christ. But there's going to come opposition. The Devil's going to send people, he's going to send different circumstances to try to sway us, to try to hinder us in our advancement. And Paul, although he was obeying God in carrying out his traveling ministry, he said when he was at Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, he said he ran into persecutions and afflictions which came to him. And then he said this. What persecutions I endured? Look at this. That the persecutions did not push him out of those cities, but he lasted, he endured in the face of persecution. So persecution comes from outward circumstances to try to push us off the plan of God. But it's up to us to endure. And this is what, what we see in the life of this a great Life of this man of God is he was a man who knew how to endure in the face of persecution. So he said, what persecutions I endured. But out of them all, the Lord delivered me. So what do we know? No matter what we face, we know the Lord is in that situation with us to bring us into complete deliverance from that. So he said that the Lord delivered him out of them of all. That means that we know that no matter what circumstance shows up in our life, we know deliverance from that circumstance is our future. That's what belongs to us, that we're not going to be left in that situation. But that situation is going to change as we stay in faith and as we obey God. So Paul, this. This man who had quite a life of faith, he still faced persecutions, he still faced afflictions. But he said, I endured. So having faith doesn't mean that you don't have to endure. Having faith means you endure untroubled. It means that you know how to endure and not lose your joy in the face of that opposition. And then we go over to Hebrews chapter six and verse. Well, let's go verse. Let's go to Hebrews chapter 10, rather, in verse 32, Hebrews 10 and verse 32. And it says this, but call to remembrance the former days in which after you were illuminated, you endured a great fight of afflictions. Notice this. It says, after you were illuminated. What's that mean? After revelation came, after the light came of what you're to do, anytime you receive clarity from God, the devil's going to try to push you back from your future. He's going to try to get you to be swayed so that you don't move forward into the plan of God. So he's going to. He's going to conjure up all kinds of opposition to try to push you off the plan of God. And know this, the devil will bid high for you. But it's so cheap compared to what Jesus has made yours. Don't settle for any kind of bid against your plan, against the plan of God for your life. Don't settle for something less than what God authored for you. And so we see here that after that, after he was illuminated, it says you endured a great fight of afflictions. But notice this, he endured. And so anytime you receive light, the devil is going to try to steal that from you. Now think of it. I can tell you really firsthand. I remember after my husband and I were married and we had a very unique courtship. It was a quick a Quick courtship. I met my husband, and five weeks later we were married and in the ministry together. And my husband, after I met him, he didn't even contact me until after two weeks after we met. So it was really only three weeks. We were in communication from the time we met to the time he started contacting me. And so we were. We were only together maybe five or six times from the time we met to the time we married. But that is the exception. It's not the rule. That doesn't normally happen that way with most people, but that's the way God did it for us. And there was very supernatural, spectacular dealings that God worked in our behalf to let us know that that was his plan. And then it was 30 years of heaven on earth after that with our marriage. But there was great opposition that came to my life before I met and married my husband. I mean, it was all kinds of wrong relationship, hardship in the wrong relationships, all kinds of opposition that came against my life. Why is it? Because when you're getting close to the plan of God, the devil's going to throw all kinds of decoys. He's going to throw all kinds of opposition to try to divert you from the plan of God's authoring. And so when it came time in my life for the plan of God to play out that there was such opposition before I met my husband. But thank God for the help of God because he helped to hold me on course so that I did not miss the plan of God for my life. But after I met and married my husband for a year and a half, there was great opposition that came against me, came against my mind. What was that? The devil was trying to, if I could say this, push me back from going further in the plan of God for my life. There was a great fight and I had to endure. And my husband said, honey, he said that kind of opposition came to you because you married someone in the ministry and you married someone with the anointing on their life. Well, I want you to know that anytime you move into the plan of God, the devil's not going to sit back and congratulate you. He's going to try to displace you. And if he can't do it before you move into the plan, he will try to do it after you move into the plan. And this is what is written here, that after, in Hebrews 10:32, it says, but call to remembrance the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great fight of afflictions. I can say that happened in My life and I just had to endure. There was all kinds of opposition. And I remember when it came to an end, for a year and a half, all this kind of bombardment on my mind, all the accusations that I did not really know how to handle. And there was a precious man of God who sat down with me. I had never told my husband about what I was going through. I didn't tell any other person. And by the spirit, this precious minister sat down and he. And he gave me an answer for every single opposition. The devil threw it my way during that season. And he dismantled with the word of God those things, those strategies that the devil was trying to work against me. You know, if the devil cannot keep you from entering the plan of God, he wants to make you miserable in the plan of God. He wants you to not be joyful in it. He wants you to be struggling and troubled in your mind. But of course, I was a baby Christian. I did not recognize the pattern that I could have dealt with that myself. But it was this precious man of God who sat and he, by the Spirit, he dismantled every strategy and device the devil threw at me during that year and a half. Thank God for the help of God and the help of the Holy Ghost and the help of somebody who knew God better than me. And I want you to see this, that anytime you move into the plan of God, the devil will not congratulate you. He will oppose you. And what are you going to have to do? You're going to have to endure. And it tells us in First Corinthians, chapter 16, verse 9, Paul said, A great and effectual door has opened unto me, but there are many adversaries. What's he talking about? That when God opens up another place of advancement, another place of increase, another place of more that there are going to be, the devil is going to station opposition and troubling at that entrance to try to block you from entering. And if he can't block you from entering, he wants to go in with you to that room to trouble you during that season. But that's just how. That's just his strategy. But we endure. And that means we don't quit. We don't back up, and we don't care what kind of pressure may be felt. We put that pressure on the word and we say, the word is enough for me. You know, Jesus, for 40 days and for 40 nights, he endured one temptation after another. We have recorded for us three of those temptations. But it says that he was tempted all the while for 40 days and 40 nights. Now think of it. You know when Jesus went into that wilderness of temptation, do you know that when the devil threatened him with something, do you know he would have answered the devil right? But notice the test didn't stop when he answered right. The Test continued for 40 days and 40 nights. And so I want you to know when you answer right, you just keep answering and you keep standing your ground and you stay in faith and don't think, well, if I'd have answered right, then this test would be over. Jesus endured for 40 days. And you know, he answered right the first day, but he just endured. And I want you to know that he did not go in that test to see who was going to win. The Holy Ghost led him. It tells us In Luke chapter 4, verse 1, it says that Jesus, being full of the Spirit, was led of the Spirit into the wilderness. So the Holy Spirit led him there. And I want you to see that verse again. Luke, chapter four, verse one. And Jesus, being full of the Holy Ghost, returned from Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness. When you're full of the Spirit, it's easier to recognize how the Spirit is leading you. So the Holy Spirit led him into the end of the wilderness, not to see who was going to win, but to demonstrate mastery over the enemy, to demonstrate mastery over the opposition. And so Jesus went in mastery. He demonstrated himself as master during those 40 days, and he came out as master. He did not come out in a weakened condition. And I want you to know that when you're enduring, it should not be a season of weakening for you, but you grow stronger in that, in that time frame of endurance. And the more we know how to endure, the more God can use us, that we become so usable to God when he knows we don't quit in the face of adversity. And so there are some people that if they keep practicing quitting, then there are some things that they're going to have to learn before God can use them in greater ways. And so we just need to recognize, just because we're having to endure does not mean the word isn't working. It doesn't mean our faith isn't working. Endurance is part of the life of faith, that we say what the Word says and then we endure. Then I want you to go to Hebrews chapter 11 and verse 27. And we know this great chapter of Hebrews 11 that lists so many of our faith heroes. And it talked about Moses. Hebrews chapter 11, verse 27. The King James translation said, by faith, Moses, forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king. For he endured as seeing him, who is invisible now. Think about it. Moses walked away from a lot. He was heir to the throne. He was part of the royal family. And in that, he could have just stayed in Egypt and lived a comfortable life. But there was something moving in him. The plan of God held for him. And he was not willing to sit back and enjoy the pleasures of Egypt when there was the plan of God that was calling for his involvement. You have to know this. Moses was the only free Hebrew in the entire world. Every single one of them were in slavery in Egypt. And whenever Moses mom, you'll remember. God gave her a divine idea of how to deliver her son. When the Pharaoh had said all the first. All the. All the men, the boy children are to be killed, she said, not me. I'm not yielding my son up. And God gave her a plan. And she made a basket. And she sent Moses, you'll remember, down that Nile River. And by divine hands, that basket was guided right to the Pharaoh's backyard. And the Pharaoh's daughter happened to be down at the water at the time that Moses basket came by. And she took him in and she made him a son of Egypt. And Moses grew up in that. But then the plan of God was still moving in Moses. And God brought him into freedom not for his own pleasure, but so he could bring those who were bound into freedom also. And so that assignment, that divine assignment upon his life, he would not just sit back and enjoy the luxuries of Egypt. It said that he forsook Egypt. He turned his back on what this world offered him. Of comfort and of fame and of wealth. And he walked away from it all. That took faith. And it says he was not fearing the wrath of the king. Can you imagine that? He had been trained, he had been educated to have a place in the royal family. And yet he did not. He held to what God said more than what family members said. I want you to know that there may be a time that you have to go against someone you love just to fulfill the plan of God. But I want you to know if you will stay with the plan of God, you'll be able to play a role in blessing those people who were not in favor of you following God's plan. And you know, God has spoken things to my heart. He's spoken things to your heart of his plan. But I want you to know other people didn't hear that. They don't know what God said to you. But God expects You to follow what he said to you, even if they don't understand. And people many times will say, well, I'm not going to do this or do that because I want to keep peace. It will bring problems in my home if I obey God. I want you to know that's a false peace. False peace is something that's going to rob you of the plan of God. And you have to follow the plan of God, walk in love with people. But I want you to know, don't forfeit any of the plan of God for people that love you or people that you love. Because if you'll follow the plan of God, there's going to come a day when they're going to need a rescue. And if you're in the plan of God, you can be part of the rescue for those that you love. And I know this, that there have been people in my life at different times in my life that didn't understand the plan of God. But I had to follow the plan of God. And I've been able to turn around and my life been a blessing to them because I followed the plan of God. Listen, you can't bless people outside the plan like you could bless people inside the plan. And as I said, sometimes people fear to go in opposition to their family because they don't want to deal with the problems that could be that could be stirred up if they follow the plan of God instead of following what family says. But Moses had to make that choice. And I want you to know there may be a time that you have to make a choice. And in making that choice, that you honor the plan of God more than you honor someone that doesn't want you to do the plan of God. We owe God everything. We belong to him. We don't belong to ourself. And so just know this, if we were follow the plan of God, it will play out as blessing for everyone. But we will not settle for a false peace giving up the plan of God. How are we at peace when we know our insides are dissatisfied if we step away from the plan of God or if we don't fulfill the plan of God, it's only a false peace to say, well, I'm just going to comply with a relative or a family member? Well, if your insides are unsettled, there's no such thing as making peace with others. Because if there's not peace inside, I mean, that's where peace has to be first. And so there may come a time that you're going to have to stay. You're going to have to say, I'm going to stay with the plan of God. And listen. Remember what I said. When God has dealt with you about something, other people didn't hear that. And you cannot expect them to sometimes understand the way you understand it, because they didn't hear what you heard. But when you've heard it, God expects you to obey it and follow it. Moses heard a plan, and there was a day that he was at a burning bush and that yet that bush was not being consumed by the fire. And God said, I'm sending you back to Egypt to deliver my people. Well, he had to go. He had to leave Egypt and not fear the king. And he had to go back to Egypt and not fear the king. So I want you to know that if you'll follow the plan of God, that nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing can rob you to where you're bold in the plan of God. And don't let fear of people cause you to forfeit any of the plan of God. It says that Moses, by faith, he was not fearing the wrath of the king, for he endured. How did he endure as seeing him who is invisible? So how did he endure? He didn't look at circumstances. He looked at the one who called him. He looked at the one who gave him a plan to follow. And as he kept his focus and attention on God and on the plan and what God had said to him, it held him strong. How are you going to endure? Continually keep in front of you what God said to you. Don't ever veer from what God said, because what God said to you is an anchor to you in the face of adversity. And I have had to do it many, many times that when a need would show up, I'd tell it what God said to me. When the devil would oppose me, I'd say, no, I know what God said to me. What God said to you, hold to it in the face of adversity because it will make your enduring season a joy. Because you know what God said. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

I want you to know that every single person in this world needs a Savior. And the greatest thing of all is that we have one. But this Savior must be welcomed. This Savior must be received. And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now do that with me. Say Jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.

Episode 977 | "In Christ I Can, Part 217"
March 31, 2026
In this episode, Nancy Dufresne continues her long-running "In Christ I Can" series, focusing on the vital role of endurance in the life of faith. Building upon biblical examples and her own testimony, she encourages listeners to recognize the power and authority that belong to them in Christ, especially when facing opposition or adversity. The teaching centers on the need to persist with joyful endurance, maintaining focus on God’s plan despite challenges, and not compromising in the face of pressure from circumstances or loved ones.
Nancy Dufresne passionately teaches that endurance—rooted in faith and knowledge of one’s identity in Christ—is essential for walking out God's plan, especially when opposition arises. With encouragement, practical examples, and scriptural foundations, she challenges listeners to persist, refusing any false peace that would require them to back down from God’s destiny for their lives.
“What God said to you, hold to it in the face of adversity because it will make your enduring season a joy.” (28:20)
