There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now.

Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the Healer. And we are so delighted to be on the series we're in called In Christ I Can. And if you've missed any of the previous episodes, go back and watch it. We invite you. Some of the episodes would really maybe speak to you in a very specific, a very specific way. So we encourage you watch those over and over and over because that's how you meditate on the Word. That's how you establish that Word in you is by more than one hearing. You know, the Word tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. We never can receive full faith with one hearing. We, we need to hear it over and over. And you'll find that your faith will grow. And so we invite you go and watch any of the episodes that you that really ministered to you in a particular way. Watch them more than once, over and over. But we're so glad to have you with us today. And as we jump into this teaching today, I want to remind you that you go to our website@jesusthehealer.org and you can download completely for free. If you'll go to the bookstore tab there it will take you to the page where you can download in him scriptures. This is just a sampling of some of the in Him. It's not all the complete ones, but we do have a complete listing of them. And this is in the bigger format and that's a complete listing. And with that we have a ministry friend who I believe it was 229 different Bible translations he referenced and he pulled the best of those translations and he compiled them into that larger format for you. So we invite you go to the website, download that. You can print it out if you want it want to, or just keep it on Your device. But not only that, feed on these scriptures. Establish in you who you are in Christ. Because once you recognize who you are in him, then you will come into the highest order of faith. And listen, when we find out who he is, we really find out who we are, because we are in Him. And so that's why these scripture compilations are so, so important for you. So we invite you download those for free. We started on the previous episode looking at Colossians chapter 2, verse 9. This is the living Bible translation and it's been one of our golden texts for this series. And it reads this. For in Christ there is all of God in the human body that's talking about that. Jesus took on human flesh, didn't he? He had a human body. But know this, all of God was in that body. And then it says in verse 10, so you have everything when you have Christ. Look at the largeness, that statement, the all encompassing words. You have everything when you have Christ. Why is that? Because every need that your life would ever face, God put the answer, the supply, the resources, the provision for that in Christ. Jesus is the treasure box of heaven. And then he put the treasure box in us. Christ in us. And so I want you to know that every victory you'll ever need has already been won by Christ. Every provision you'll ever come up to, to need has already been provided in Christ. What is it that takes what he's provided and brings it into our life to experience it, our faith? We have to know what he's provided and we have to release our faith. Listen, God doesn't deal in money, he deals in faith. And so many times, so many Christians are so occupied with trying to get more money, the need for more money. When you recognize what you need is to know what's already been made yours in Christ and how to become skillful with your faith to partake of what he's made yours. And that's what we're endeavoring to teach you in these, in these episodes. And especially we're so grateful God has led us to teach on in Christ because when you read these statements and you have everything when you have Christ, we have to, we, we need to quit living less than what's already been paid for. We need to learn to live as rich as he made us to be. And if we don't, he'll, he'll let us have everything we're okay with. But when we see, wait, there's more, then we stop being okay with certain things. You know, I'm reminded of, of A testimony there was a precious woman of God. And, I mean, she had a marvelous miracle ministry, a marvelous healing ministry. And she. She was just one who was known as a pillar in the body of Christ. She's gone home to be with the Lord. She lived to be 104 years old before she passed. But when she was 62 years old, she ended up in a wheelchair and she ended up blind. I'm not sure what the condition was. It wasn't described. I'm wondering if it was maybe diabetes because she was unable to walk. She had gone blind. And one day, here she was, 62 years old. She had been a minister for years. And one day she had a vision. And Jesus stood in front of her and said, what are you doing in this wheelchair? Listen to that. She had, if I could say this, evidently been okay, and resigned herself to a measure of what she was facing. And Jesus was waking her faith back up by saying, what are you doing in this wheelchair? He was saying, if you're okay with this, you'll have this. But if you'll decide you're not okay with this, my power will back you up. And so she got her faith on it. And she ended up living to be 104. And she was, by, at the time of her death, she was driving herself at 104 across country to preach in other churches. I mean, this woman had gotten back on her faith. And I want you to know it's so important to recognize everything we're ever going to need has been provided. But we have to wake up our faith to make sure we're not okay with something less than what's been made ours in Christ. Listen, in Christ, there's no symptoms. In Christ there's no pain. In Christ, there's no lack in Christ, there's no fear in Christ, there's no torment. In Christ, there's no depression. So if we're experiencing those, we're putting up with something that's less than what belongs to us in Christ. And you say, well, I'm just waiting for God to do something. He's waiting for us to wake up our faith and exercise our faith. And so Jesus was so notice when he stood in front of her, here she was. She had gone blind. She was unable to walk. And he said, what are you doing sitting in that wheelchair? What is this? He knew she knew more. He knew that she had greater skill with her faith than this. And it might sound like he was being harsh, but I want you to know God can't be anything but good When Jesus stood in front of her, he was not being mean when he said that to her, he was being good to her. What would have not been good is to leave her in that situation and not even address it. To address it was the goodness of God. Sometimes we just need to shake ourselves and say, what am I doing putting up with this? What am I doing putting up with symptoms, putting up with lack, Putting up with a worried thought? What am I doing putting up with strife in my home? Because you will have everything you put up with. And if you decide, I'm not putting up with it anymore. The Word tells us what to do to receive, of the power to change that. And so it says here In Colossians, chapter 2, verse 9, you have everything when you have Christ. So if we're not experiencing the everything, that's on us, it's not on God. It's not that God's not doing his part. He did his part by putting everything in Christ then putting Christ in us. Now, I love the testimony of one woman. I heard the testimony that she was. I don't. I would say she was maybe in her mid-40s. And she had gone to the doctor because she had. Was experiencing a lot of weakness. And the doctors told her, you have some form of cancer. And she did not have any kind of insurance. And so she. She did not have any means to pay for any kind of treatment. She was. At the time, she was living with her dad, who was a pastor, and she was on the couch. She was so drained of all of her strength, and she was on the couch. And I so appreciate what her dad did. He did not walk in and say, honey, I know that you're struggling. I know that it's a lot. I know that, you know, it's a real physical challenge. I know you don't have a lot of strength. I know that you're losing strength day by day. He did not pity her. He did not sympathize with her. He walked up to her and said, physician, heal thyself. And then he walked off. In other words, you know the word, you know the healing word. He wasn't talking about going the medical route, because that is a scripture. You know, physician, heal thyself. The context this pastor said it to his daughter in was that you are dealing in healing medicine. How many of you know the word is God's medicine? It says over In Proverbs, chapter 4, verse 20, my son attends to my words. Incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from mine. Eyes keep them in the midst of thy heart, for they are life unto those that find them. And health. And the Hebrew says in that word, health, it says medicine. They are medicine to all thy flesh. So what is the medicine that God prescribes his Word. And that's what her father was telling her that day. You have the healing word in you. You have access to the word of God that will change this. So he said, physician, heal yourself. In other words, lay that medicine on this situation. Don't lay on that couch, lay the medicine of God's Word on your situation. Thank God, he woke up her faith. And you know, when you feel bad, it's just easy to sit and feel bad. It's the natural thing to do. But when we feel bad, we're going to have to go against the natural. We're going to have to go against what we feel and we're going to have to be doers of the Word. We're going to have to take that Word and lay it on our situation. Because the Word is a living thing. The Word has the power to restore and to make whole. You know, many of us need to take the Word of God and do repair work on our bodies. We need to take the Word of God and put some things back in place where they ought to be. And sometimes people say, well, I'm just praying for God to do it. No, he's already put all the help, all the provision in Christ. He gave you the Word. He expects us to feed on the Word, speak the Word, believe the Word, hold to the Word. And really faith is simply acting like the Word is true, not just thinking about it, not just confessing it. It involves confessing it. But we're to act like the Word is true. You can't just sit in your, in a sickbed and just confess, confess, confess with never intending to act. Because people will confess, confess waiting for something to show up and God's waiting them to act as though the Word is true. And then when they act on that Word, the power of God will meet that action of faith. But know this, the Spirit of God will direct you on what actions to take. It's not just random actions, but it's spirit led actions. Do you know that in every account that we have of the healings that happened under Jesus earthly ministry, every single one of them, he told them what to do. He prescribed what to do. He would say to a lame man, take up your bed and walk. He would say to the blind man after he put clay in his eyes, go wash that off in the pool of siloam. He would tell him, tell them something to do they didn't have to figure out or come up with something to act on. They were led in the actions to take. So when you're believing God, know this. The Holy Ghost will lead you on what actions to take. But if we don't listen and we lay aside that actions we, we will miss out on receiving the flow that he's trying to bring us into. So know this. Faith is, is more than words. Faith is an action. So our words are to be in line with the word of God. We are to speak the word, but we're to speak the word so we'll know how to act. Because when we confess, by his stripes, I am healed. You can confess that and confess that, but act sick. You can just act like I'm not getting better. You know, you don't want to deceive yourself by speaking faith words, but acting outside of faith. Amen. Our. Our actions are to reflect those words we just spoke. Since by his stripes I am the healed, then I can get up and go to work. Since I'm. By his stripes I am healed. I can do more than I could do yesterday. And if I would say this, if you find yourself, if I could say this, overwhelmed by symptoms, overwhelmed by a certain condition in your body just a little bit every day, do something more today than you did yesterday. Do every day, take more ground. Every day, believe for less pain, less symptoms, but get up and do something more than you did the day before. And every day just keep taking ground. You know, whenever construction workers are moving a mountain, they're going to lay a highway or something, they don't remove it all at one time. They don't remove it all in one day. They do it a little bit at a time. So it's okay to just take one thing at a time and put your faith on it and say, today I will move this leg. I'll walk on these feet five minutes. Tomorrow I'll walk on them seven minutes. The day after that, I'll walk on them ten minutes. Every day I'm doing something more because faith is an act. But know this, the Holy Spirit will lead you. It's not random acts trying to get faith. This is where many people miss it. They think, well, I'll take an action. And they're trying to, if I could say this, force the hand of God. They say, well, if I act, he has to do this. No, you don't act trying to get faith. You act because you have faith. Amen and there's a difference. So if you say, I don't know what action to take, ask the Holy Spirit. He will lead you and direct you. And then when you fulfill an act of obedience to what the Spirit says, then the power of God will always meet you in that action of faith that obeys. Listen, faith is obedience to God. I said faith is an obedience to God. So it's not just you thinking up something and then trying to force God to comply with what you thought of. He will lead you. He will direct you. You know, there are some people that have died because they didn't go to the doctor. Then there are some people who died because they did go to the doctor. What's that mean? We have to be led. The Spirit of God knows where your faith is. He knows what you can believe for, and he will always lead you. But there are some people who presumed to have a faith they didn't have. And so they go, well, I'm just not going to go to the doctor. Sometimes that happens because they're in fear, not in faith. They'll say, I'm not going to go to the doctor or I'm not going to take medicine. That's fine, if that's how the Spirit is leading. You always be led by the Spirit of God, don't you decide what you want and then try to force God to comply with what you want. You always listen. We need to be teachable. And the one we should be most be most willing to be taught by is the Holy Ghost. Amen. And so don't try to figure out your answer. Hear your answer. And Jesus always told the people what to do. He always said, do this. Go show yourself to the priest, take up your bed and walk. Go wash in the pool of siloam. He would always give them an action of obedience. Because faith is an act. It doesn't just sit in a chair and confess. Confess, confess, confess the word and never act. Because our confession is to lead us to action. It's not to lead us to just sitting and waiting for something to show up. I've known this, that the power of God and the answer for my life has rarely shown up. While I was confessing it, it showed up while I was acting on what God said to do. So know this in the action is when the power of God will will meet our faith and manifest. Amen. So again, Colossians, chapter 2, verse 9. For in Christ there is all of God in a human body. So you have everything. When you have Christ, look at this and you are filled with God through your union with Christ. You're not filled with God because you earned something. You're not filled with God because you were good enough. You're filled with God because Jesus was good enough. He was enough of a sacrifice. He paid the price. So know this. Everything of God is yours. Everything that belongs to Christ belongs to you. The Word says that we are co heirs with Christ. That means what he has, we have. How can it be anything but that? I mean, he's the head, we're the body. How can the head have something without the body having it? How can the vine have something without the branch having it? He is the vine, we are the branches. What's this mean? It's a shared vine flow. Everything that he has flows to us. And we are to receive that by faith. Accept that by faith. Expect that by faith. And we're to say Christ doesn't have pain in his body, therefore I refuse to have pain in my body. Christ doesn't have unpaid bills, therefore I refuse to have unpaid bills. I thank God that He has already provided for this. And Father, I receive all the provision I need to meet to pay this need. Amen. You have to apply your faith because you already have it. And too many times people are trying to talk God into doing something because they don't recognize he's already done it all. He's already provided it all. Listen, in the Old Testament they would pray and they were trying to get God to do something for them. But under the New Covenant, what we recognize is in Christ, everything has already been done. You say, well, Pastor Nancy, if all the victory has already been won, everything has already been done. How come I'm having to deal with the devil? How come there's opposition? How come there's symptoms? How come there's lack that tries to show up in my life? Because Satan has been overcome. He has been defeated, but he has not yet been imprisoned. There's a day he will be imprisoned and he will lose all contact with humanity. But until that day, he walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Who does he devour? People who don't know. People who don't know what belongs to him in Christ. The devil is counting on our ignorance to work his plan. And it says in Hosea, chapter four, verse six, God was speaking. He said, my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. So know this, if we're ignorant of what belongs to us in Christ, we'll put up with things we shouldn't be putting up with. And so we are to recognize in Christ there's no symptoms in Christ there's no troubling of the mind in Christ there's no strife there in Christ, there there's no lack in Christ. I don't sit not knowing what to do. So you have to recognize in Christ is all your help. So when you're faced with something and you recognize in yourself, you don't know what to do. Recognize, wait. The one in me does. And I'm not trying to get him to send something down to help me. He has already been put on the inside of me. Christ is in me. I'm in Christ. And by my faith I. I draw out and I speak. Father, I receive the wisdom I need. Father, I receive in Christ is all the health I need. So I thank youk that in Christ I'm whole right now. Even in the face of symptoms, even in the face of pain, even in the face of a negative doctor's report, you say, thank God in Christ I'm whole. Now see, faith talks about what belongs to it in Christ. Faith isn't talking about circumstances. That's what fear and doubt talks about. That's what unbelief does. It talks about the opposition. But faith talks about who's in them, who's for them, what God's already provided for them. And know this, that any encounter you have with the enemy, with opposition, always approach that as this is a defeated foe I'm dealing with. I am not trying to defeat him. Jesus already defeated him. Do you know this? We are not even called to fight the devil. We are called to fight the good fight of faith. That's the only fight that the believer is to engage in. We're not to fight the fight of fear. We're not to fight the fight of worry. We're not to fight the fight of the devil. We're not to fight the fight of fighting with people. We are fighting the good fight of faith. What does that mean? We refuse to be swayed by. By symptoms, by circumstances that would try to deceive us into thinking we don't have the victory. We have the victory. And I'm not going to let these symptoms of these circumstances sway me off of what God says. I have the victory because God says I do. I don't have the victory because circumstances say I do. I'm not led by circumstances. I'm led by what God says. And this is the good fight of faith. The good fight of faith is a fight of words. The devil is going to suggest something to you and you're going to answer those words with the word of God. You're going to reply, you're going to talk back and you're going to call the devil the liar that he is. You're going to refuse to believe lying circumstances. You're going to refuse to believe lying symptoms. Just because you feel it doesn't mean it's true. You know, here, right where we're filming, right here in this studio, I can feel the air conditioner, but I'm not an air conditioner. Just because I can feel it doesn't make me become that. Just because you can feel symptoms doesn't mean you're sick. Symptoms are nothing but a temptation trying to get you to accept sickness. And you are authorized to say, I refuse to accept the temptation to be sick. And you say, well, Pastor Nancy, I've been sick for years. Well, you can close the door on that. You can change it today. You don't have to take years to close that door. You know, if somebody had a broken door on their house for years, do you know they can get that fixed in one moment of time? They just get it fixed in one day and change what? That. What had access to that home for years maybe. Nope, we're fixing this door. Well, I want you to know you can close the door to fear, you can close the door to sickness, you can close the door to lack, you can close the door to depression. I by you deciding, I'm done having that out of place. Because if you gave place to the devil, you can take back the place you gave him. And just know this, you do not have to live with something the way it has always been. The woman with yeshua blood for 12 years, I so appreciate her. She kept kicking against that, that situation. She never resigned herself to stay that way. She was always trying something more. Even though she was trying something medically and it didn't work, at least we see something about her. She would not be okay with being, being sick that way. She was constantly looking for her help. And one day she heard the truth and she heard the real help and she received her miracle. So I want you to know that you're not called to fight the devil. You're called to fight the good fight of faith. And that is everything that I need in this life. Jesus has already provided it for me. So. So with my faith, I receive it. It must show up in this realm. It must come. It must be an experience in my life. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

Podcast: Jesus the Healer w/ Nancy Dufresne Audio Podcast
Episode: 982 | In Christ I Can, Part 222
Date: April 7, 2026
Host: Nancy Dufresne (Dufresne Ministries)
This episode continues the "In Christ I Can" series, where Nancy Dufresne teaches on the believer’s identity in Christ, the all-encompassing provision made available through Jesus, and the practical application of faith—especially for healing, provision, and victory over negative circumstances. Listeners are encouraged to understand what is already theirs in Christ, to refuse to settle for anything less, and to activate their faith with both words and Spirit-led action.
On settling for less:
“If you’re okay with this, you’ll have this. But if you’ll decide you’re not okay with this, my power will back you up.” (10:22)
On acting on the Word:
“Faith is acting like the Word is true. ... You can't just sit in a sickbed and just confess, confess, confess with never intending to act.” (21:30)
On Spirit-led action:
“You always listen. We need to be teachable. And the one we should most be willing to be taught by is the Holy Ghost.” (24:40)
On co-inheritance:
“He’s the head, we’re the body. How can the head have something without the body having it?” (26:33)
On resisting symptoms:
“Symptoms are nothing but a temptation trying to get you to accept sickness. And you are authorized to say, ‘I refuse to accept the temptation to be sick.’” (27:00)
On the only fight for believers:
“We are not even called to fight the devil. We are called to fight the good fight of faith.” (27:40)
