There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now from the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad to have you with us today for Jesus the healer. Come on in. We saved you a spot. And we want you to receive what God has for you because we're believing God for answers for your life. And just know this. The Word is the answer book. And it is. It contains all that we'll ever need in this life. We have been in the midst of our series called In Christ I Can. And we're going to go back to what has been one of our golden texts in this series. Let's go to Colossians, chapter two and verse nine. And this is the living Bible translation. And Paul is writing, and he says, for in Christ there is all of God in a human body. So you have everything when you have Christ. And you are filled with God through your union with Christ. Now, see, we're filled with Him. What's that mean? We need to learn to respond to the one who's on the inside of us. Do you know that your life is a picture of what you're responding to? If fear comes and you respond to that, your life will show that. If strife tries to come and you respond to strife, and you enter that strife, your life will show the effects of that. But if you will respond to the word of God, respond to faith in God, respond to the greater One who's on the inside of you. Listen, Christ is in you. When God formed a plan for your life, he authored a plan for your life. He knew that plan would require a supply. He knew it would require resources. It would require not only money, it would require the right people, it would require right relationships. Everything that the plan of God for your life requires, God already authored the complete provision and supply for that. Everything he wanted for you, he put in Christ. And then he put Christ in you. So I called Jesus the treasure Box of heaven. When we need something from God, we. We turn to him who is on the inside of us. And how do we turn to Him? Well, we acknowledge Him. We respond to Him. We fill our thoughts with Him. We fill our mouth with words that acknowledge Him. So really our life is a picture of who we're acknowledging and what we're acknowledging. And so if you don't like what's in your life, acknowledge something different. If you recognize I've been living depressed, I've been living worried, acknowledge something different. Acknowledge what the Word says. You say, well, what's the word say? Casting all your care on him, for he cares for you. If you'll acknowledge. Wait a minute, God. I'm in God's care right now. He's working on my situation right now. Therefore, there is no cause to worry about it. To worry is to insult God. To worry is to accuse him of not being enough. To despair is to forget Him. And so know this. Many people are worried. They're fearful. They're in despair. There. Many of them have given up. Why is that? Because they quit acknowledging the Greater One in them and they begin to acknowledge the opposition around them. I want you to know, to give our highest attention to symptoms is to acknowledge failure. It's to acknowledge the wrong thing. It's to acknowledge the enemy at work. It doesn't mean that we aren't. If we are being attacked, we need to recognize. I've got an answer for that. It's called the Word. And you deal with it with the Word. It's not just ignoring it, it's dealing with it with the Word. And then you won't be troubled by that which tries to. To trouble you. But know this, that we are the ones who have to acknowledge the Word in the face of opposition. So many people are acknowledging their circumstances. That's all they talk about at dinner time. That's all that their minds are full of, is how am I going to figure this problem out? How am I going to do this? What am I going to do with those children? How am I going to get the money to pay that? You're acknowledging something, even if it's in the negative direction. You're acknowledging something. And what you're acknowledging is what's going to flow. So isn't it so much better to just acknowledge the Greater One who's on the inside? Listen, every other circumstance and everything that flows out of the devil is a lesser flow. He is the lesser one. God is the greater one. Meaning that everything else that is not of God is lesser. Most live their life is completely acknowledging what's lesser instead of who's greater. And when we acknowledge who's greater and what belongs to us in his greatness, in the greatness of his provision, when we acknowledge that, then his power begins to flow. His provision begins to flow. How do we acknowledge it? By what we're thinking about, by what we're saying, and by what we're acting on. So notice this. It has to touch our thought life, it has to get in our mouth and it has to get in our actions. What we're responding to is what's going to flow in our daily life. I remember brother Norval Hayes would tell the testimony of his daughter. She had on her hands 47 growths on her hands as she was, you know, in her teenage years. And brother Norval is. He was a. He was a. He ended up being a preacher. He ended up preaching on faith and healing and a precious man of God. But before he knew that Jesus was a healer, before he knew about how to take authority over the devil, he was praying every day for his daughter. Oh God, do something. Oh God, do something. Oh God, do something. And after a long period of time of praying about this, one day he was walking through his home, he took one step in his living room, and the next step he took, he was in heaven. And when he was had that experience of stepping out of his body and stepping into heaven, when he stepped into heaven, Jesus was in front of him. And Jesus asked him this question. How long are you going to put up with those growths on your daughter's hands? So see, he was trying to get God to do something for him. And heaven had to correct his thinking. Heaven had to recognize. Heaven recognized and had to get him to recognize. You're trying to get God to do something when God's already done it for you and you don't even know it's already been done. Therefore, you're trying to talk God into something you already have. And that lack of knowledge, that ignorance, is all the devil needs to rob from you. And so Jesus said to him, how long are you going to put up with those gross on your daughter's hands? Notice this. It's not, how long are we waiting for God? How long are we going to put up with the circumstances around our life? How long are we going to put up with those situations? We're going to have to say, I'm not putting up with that anymore. And so Jesus told him what to say. He taught him about using his authority over the devil. Tell the devil to take his hands off the body of your daughter. Listen, anything that doesn't come from God comes from the devil. If it's not good, if it's not right, if it's not pure, if it doesn't bring joy and peace and health, God didn't have anything to do with it. The Word tells us in John chapter 10. In verse 10, Jesus made the statement. He said, for the thief cometh not, but for to steal, to kill and to destroy. So look at this. Anything that steals, anything, anything that kills, anything that destroys is of the thief. But then Jesus said, but I have come. So it's not just the devil that has come, it's the greater one has come. So respond to the greater one. Acknowledge the greater one. Talk about the greater one. And Jesus said, but I have come that you might have life. And his coming trumped every other activity of the devil. So know this. If it steals, kills or destroys, the devil's behind it. Deal with the devil. Don't try to. Don't get mad at God. If things are happening against your life, it's not God doing it, it's the devil doing it. And so we have to acknowledge that in Christ is all the help we need to overcome any opposition. Why, he already defeated the devil. And our fight of faith is not with the devil. He. It is to refuse to be swayed off of what the Word says. When the Word says that no weapon formed against you will prosper, you have to say that when it looks like things are prospering against your life. So it's up to us to know what God says and to hold to it and respond to that Word. Listen, if we respond to the wrong thing, the wrong thing flows. We respond to the right thing, the right thing flows. So I want you to know, faith is seen in who you're responding to. Faith is seen in what you're responding to. Faith is seen in what you're thinking about. Because what you're thinking about is going to find its way to your words. It's going to find its way to your words. And when it finds its way to your words, it finds its way to your life. And so know this, that just as Jesus said to Brother Norville that day, how long are you going to put up with. And that's so important that we recognize in Christ we don't have to put up with something that didn't come from him. We don't have to put up with a wrong flow. All good things belong to us. If it's not good it didn't come from God. And so it's not something God. Oh, God using this to teach me. Oh, I learned so much through that test. Well, every one of us should learn something through a test. But that's not God's way of teaching us. The Word is God's way of teaching his children. He's not teaching us through causing us to go through hardship and difficulty and putting sickness on us. And people will say, well, God. God put this on me. Or God permitted it. No, God permits what we permit. And so we're the custodians of our body. We're the custodians of our life. We're the ones that have the authority. And you say, well, I'm trying to get God to do something. Well, God did do something. He gave you the authority. Jesus said, behold, I give you power or I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions over all the power of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means hurt you when you use your authority. Now, if you don't use your authority, things can hurt you. But if you will use your authority, nothing of what opposes you can hurt you. And this is what we have to understand is people are waiting for God to do something. And he did do something. Because by putting Christ in us, giving us the authority over anything that tries to challenge that life in Christ, and we are to deal with those things and refuse to allow them to continue in our life. It's exactly what Jesus said to brother Norval Hayes. How long are you going to put up with? And I want you to know I put up with stuff I shouldn't have put up with. We've all put up with something we shouldn't have put up with. But we can wake up our faith and we can wake up ourself and say, we're going to take our place. We're going to live as rich as we are, and we're going to quit waiting for God to do something when he's waiting for us to do something with His Word. Amen. Get it in our mouth and act on it. So again, Colossians 2, verse 9. For in Christ there is all of God in a human body, so you have everything. When you have Christ, you don't have to talk God into something more. He's not withheld anything of his blessings. He's not withheld anything of heaven from us. Everything that heaven itself enjoys, he's already made ours. And he wants us to live days of heaven on earth. But you won't coast into this life you won't float into this life. You have to take steps of faith. It's a walk, faith, a life of faith. We don't float there. We go there on purpose to where we become partakers of all that he's made ours. You know, if somebody were to say to you, you know, I've here's a vehicle. I want you to take this vehicle and go anywhere you want to, to spend time on a vacation, well, then that means you're going to have to get in that vehicle. You're going to have to take the steps to, to find out where do you want to go, how the directions to get there. It's the same thing with what belongs to us in Christ. That faith is the vehicle that will arrive us at the, at the fulfillment of enjoying all that Christ made ours. But you won't just float into that. You have to learn some things. You have to use your faith. You have to walk by faith every day. You know, what would it be like if someone said, well, I'm going to go the grocery store because I don't have any groceries at home. I'm going to go to the grocery store. And they get a cart and they just walk up and down the aisles. Well, things aren't going to get in your basket unless you take them off that, off the shelf. That's what we are assigned to do. The shelves of our life are fully stocked with all the victory that Christ has made ours. Now what we have to do is we have to become a partaker. We have to, with our face say, I'll take that, I'll take that. I'll take that. Just walking up and down the aisle. You can walk up and down the aisle of a grocery store for hours and come away with an empty cart. If you don't take something off the shelf and become a partaker of it by putting it in your cart. And it's the same thing with so many Christians. They're just going through this life just coasting, hoping something shows up in their cartoon. Well, God's authorized you. He has stocked it all and said, take anything you want. Take all that you need. Take all the resources. Take the home of your desire. Take, take the business that's in your heart to start. Everything you need, take it. Because I've given you the, the, the currency of heaven, which is faith. Listen, you didn't even have to come up with your own faith. He gave you a measure of his, the measure of, of his own faith. I mean, you're not even spending human Faith, you're spending the God kind of faith. So that means that it always works. If you'll work it, if you'll spend it, you'll always come away with what you desire. And I want you to know that you are so fully stocked, the shelves of your spiritual life are so fully stocked with all that belongs to you in Christ. Now be good at partaking. Be good at taking it off the shelf. Have you ever gone to the grocery store with a child? You know what you have to do? You have to tell them, quit taking that off the shelf because they will take some of the craziest things. You go, oh, no, you're not getting 10 boxes of candy. No, you're not getting all of that. Because they just see something and they just take real quick. And this is how we need to be with the blessings of God. It's there. I'm taking it if it's there. God intended for me to have it. And so we have to, on purpose, take steps to become a partaker of what he's already made. Ours, you won't float into a full cart. You have to take and you take with your faith. That's how you become a partaker. But if you don't even know it's available to you, you won't be partaker, partaking of it as you walk. So know this. That's why we've been teaching what belongs to us in Christ. Everything. If someone were to say to you what belongs to you because you're in Christ, you could answer this way, what doesn't belong to me? Because there's more. Everything belongs to me. There's not left anything outside of what belongs to me in Christ, except all that's bad, everything that is. That is troubling, everything that would rot to steal, kill and destroy. None of that's mine. But everything good, it belongs to me in Christ. Listen, if it's good, God wants it for you because he's the author of everything good. If it. If it would harm you or injure you, God didn't have anything to do with that. So don't blame God for anything that has. That has stolen from your life, that has robbed from your life, that has killed some things in your life, whether it's killed your business, whether it's killed your finances, whatever, Anything that's stolen from you, God had nothing to do with it. And so know this when it says in Colossians, chapter two, verse nine, so you have everything when you have Christ, you need to wire that into your spirit. You need to you need to hardwire your thinking that way that you begin to think, I have everything in Christ. I'm not going to do without now. It's just waiting for my faith to show up. It's waiting for me to take it off the shelf. And I take it off with the hand of faith. I say, father, you've already provided healing. I take my healing. You see, the hand of faith goes into operation through words that you speak it. And the hand of faith is able to lay hold of it. So anything that your life is lacking can change today because you can start taking it off the shelf of God's provision. Amen. Like I said, you won't float there. You have to, on purpose, take steps to arrive at experiencing the fullness of what he's made yours. So again, Colossians 2, verse 9 says, so you have everything when you have Christ. Why don't you meditate on that as you go to sleep at night? Why don't you think about that whenever you're paying your bills and it threatens to be a place of undoing for you. No, you say, I have everything because I have Christ. And that means that everything I need, it'll show up. It might not show up this moment, but I guarantee you it's moving toward my life because it belongs to my life. I take it. And listen. The moment you release faith, power always begins flowing. Now know that the moment you release your faith, God begins working. Power begins moving toward your need. So just because you don't see that need met in the next 15 seconds doesn't mean God isn't working. It doesn't mean God's not moving. The moment you release faith, God goes where faith puts him. And when you release your faith, God shows up there. And God is waiting for us to direct some things of him. He said, command ye me. Look at that one translation. He says the word says. He said, command you me. In other words, what do you want me to do for you? Do you know when Jesus walked up to the man at the pool of Bethesda, one translation said, he said to the man, wilt thou be made whole? In other words, is that what you will to happen? Do you want that? One translation said he walked up, the man said, what do you want me to do for you? Do you know what? That's exactly what Jesus asked every one of his children, what do you want me to do for you? Why, he has done so much in paying the price for you that there's nothing he'll withhold from you. What do you want me to do for you? And you say, well, I need healing. He goes, done, already done. Well, I need my bills paid. Good. Done, already done. Don't act like it's not done. Act like it's already done. And Jesus walked up to this man, what do you want me to do for you? It's pleases heaven to move in response to your faith that heaven is delighted to show up in the midst of your need and annihilate that need. Heaven is not going to scold you for having a need. Heaven is delighted to manifest. Why? Because God gets more glory whenever he moves. And your answers to show up in your life, your needs get met. He receives glory for that. And so he's. He's looking to help and to assist you. So again in Colossians 2, verse 9, you have everything. When you have Christ. Instead of saying, I don't. I never have enough money, I never get the job I want, why don't you start saying, I have everything and that everything is contained in Christ. Christ is in me. So I draw out of the everything that I already possess and I partake of it. See, that's how you activate it. With words. You acknowledge what is yours in Christ. And when you acknowledge it, it begins flowing, it begins operating. Too many times God or people are waiting for God to send it. It's not what God acknowledges, it's what you acknowledge. Because God provides it. You acknowledge what he's provided and then he performs it. Because when you acknowledge it, you're giving him permission. You know, people will say, well, God knows I need this. Why doesn't he provide it? Because God's honor is so great. It will not allow him to work without you asking him to work without you inviting him to work. Dad Hagin used to say it this way. God is the perfect gentleman. He will never violate your will. He will never force something on you, even if he knows you need it. And you say, well, it wouldn't be forcing him. I'd let him. I'd let him provide it for me. Since he knows I need it, why didn't he go ahead and do it? Well, how many times as a parent, you've tried to help a child and they think they already know. They think that they already have the right answer and they don't listen to you. He waits for you to ask, because he will not violate your life. He won't violate your will by forcing anything on you. Now the Word tells us Jesus was speaking. He said, the Father knows what you have need of, even before you ask, look at that. He knows what you have need of. But look at this even before you ask. We're not dismissed from asking. Even though he knows. It's a comfort to know when you're faced with this. Wait a minute. God knows about this. This something might have shown up unexpectedly. A need might have shown up unexpectedly in your life and you didn't know it was coming. You want to know something? God knew it was coming. And because he knew it was coming, he already completed a supply for you. He already prepared the answer for you. So you're authorized to say, father, you. Even though I didn't know this was coming, you already knew it was coming because you know what I have need of even before I ask. So because you know what I have need of, I give you permission. I ask you for this. I ask you to cause this to come. I ask you for that. I want you to know that our asking should be large. If we are asking small, we're accusing God of only being able to perform small. But if we'll ask large, if we'll ask extravagantly, God is honored by the large request. I want you to know a large request pleases God because it shows him and shows others that you believe God can do that for you. We, we want to honor God with what we're asking, not dishonor him by asking for. You know, God can. God can pay for more than one thing at a time. Did you know that? He can pay for a house, he can pay for a business, he can pay for a car, he can pay for your daily needs. And it doesn't have to just be one thing at a time. You might can only afford one thing at a time. But God does not need to only just pay for one thing at a time. It's up to what you believe. He knows what you have need of even before you ask. So keep asking. And I would say this. If we really believed that we would receive when we ask, how much more asking would we be doing? How much more would we be asking if we really believed that when I pray, he hears me and he sends the answer, brother, we would be talking large. We'd be asking large, we'd be asking extravagantly. Amen. Well, we invite you if these episodes are a blessing to you, watch them over and over again. Because there's ways of thinking that we have to establish in us. And that comes through meditating on what God says, meditating on the word of God. And these teachings help us to discover what God's made ours. So that we keep thinking in line with what God has made ours. Thinking in line with I have Christ, so I have everything. So my answer must come. The money must come, the buildings must come, the home must come, the employees, the customers must come. Because in Christ I have it all. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

This episode, part of the ongoing "In Christ I Can" series, focuses on the believer's identity, authority, and inheritance in Christ. Nancy Dufresne teaches on the necessity of acknowledging Christ’s indwelling power, using faith to receive what God has already provided, and shifting attention from circumstances and lack to God’s sufficiency. Through scripture, testimony, and practical illustrations, Nancy exhorts listeners to change what they acknowledge and how they respond to life's challenges, emphasizing that in Christ, nothing is lacking.
