There's enough power in every sick room and in every hospital room to raise up that sick one that may be describing you. You may be in a sick room, you may be in a hospital room. And I want to remind you, power is present. That power is there to do a work, believe in what's not. Try to get something, but notice that he's already made it yours. It's present right where you're at. Say, I receive that power. I receive that power. I receive it right now. I receive it right now. From the top of my head. From the top of my head. The soles of my feet. The soles of my feet. Welcome. We're so glad you're joining us today for Jesus the Healer. And we're in the series called In Christ I Can. And so we're so thankful that we had this opportunity to discover together what belongs to us in Christ. Because when we. When we see who he is, we really see who we are, and we find our identity in Him. And how many of you know, when we see ourselves in him, we see the end of struggle when we build into our spirits the truths of who he is in us, who we are in him, what he will do and can do in us through us and for us, that. That eliminates the struggle out of our life. It's not about us trying to do better. It's about us drawing on the better One who's in us. And so Christ in us the hope of glory. And I want you to know that because he's in us, he gives us the best life. But we have to yield to and respond to the One who's on the inside of us. Because know this, it's not something we achieve, but it's something we receive. We receive who we are in him, and we put him to work for us. Paul made this statement, and this is what we've used as our golden text in this series. Colossians, chapter 2, verse 9, the Living Bible translation. Paul writes, for in Christ there is all of God in a human body. So you have everything when you have Christ. And you are filled with God through your union with Christ. So when this truth dawns on our spirits, that's the end of struggle. If we're struggling in some arena, then we're to really meditate, find out, discover who he made us to be. Because when we see that, that puts an end to struggle. We've also been looking in recent episodes at Isaiah, chapter 48 in verse 17, the King James translation. It says this. I am the Lord thy God, which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. Look at this word. He will teach us to profit. That word is not just limited to a financial or an economic setting. The word profit in the Hebrew means to climb, to ascend, to, to excel, to gain ground, to rise above circumstances. What's it talking about? He'll teach us to advance, that he's not helping us to stay back, stay stagnant, stay rutted in a certain place or certain flow. There's always more in God and we need to learn to live in the place of more. That we're not just staying where we were five years ago, 10 years ago. What about this even six months ago. What are one of the. What's one of the main things that will keep us from advancing? It's looking back in the past. I love something that Smith Wigglesworth would say. He says to the measure that you look back to your past is the measure that you have missed God. Meaning this, that if we are constantly reminded of the past, it keeps us from advancing. And so we don't want to miss God by staying right where we're at. We want to keep going into more. Everything with God is increase. You know, even scientists will tell you when they study the universe and all of the moving components that are in the galaxies, they will say that galaxies are still being created, that they're still seeing movement more and more and more. Because when God said let there be light, he never put an end to those words. He didn't tell that when to stop. He only set it in motion with his words. And the Holy Ghost performed it. But we know this. God never put an end to it. So what is it? His words are still moving into more. That's why scientists can really, they can study and they can find that more is still being created. Well, if that's true just for a solar system, for the universe, how much more it's true for his love creation, his man. For God so loved, he so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. God loves nothing more than he loves mankind. And I want you to know, God is not bringing the universe into more and leaving his his love creature in less. God is bringing mankind into more and more and more. And who are those that can move with him and his family, the people who are the dwelling place of God. God never intends to leave you outside of more. He always wants more for you. He's always provided more for you. And how are we going to advance into that? It's only by being mindful that we are in Christ and Christ is in us. The more that belongs to us cannot be accessed except through in Christ. Because it's not the more that our resources provide our income, our education provides our social standing, or even what country or city or region that we live in. None of that could bring us into the fullness of more. But in Christ there is all of God contained in a human body. And know this, that in Christ God put in Christ everything He planned for your life. He put in Christ all the abundance, all the provision, all the wisdom, everything that your life would call for, that his plan to be fulfilled in your life would call for. He put it all in Christ and then he put Christ in you. So it's amazing and that the mind can't even really fathom all that is held in this in Christ place that we occupy. But we're discovering it and it can't really be received fully by the mind. The Spirit has to receive it. You have to agree with it in your spirit. You have to grab it with your spirit because it overwhelms the thinking of men. Why, it's far reaching. It's far. So much further reaching than the intellect of mind can grasp. I would say this, that I'm reminded when I say that you can grab things with your spirit that your mind would be overwhelmed at. I remember that I was listening to a service some time ago of Brother Hagin. Kenneth Hagin was a spiritual father to my husband and I and he was preaching in a service one time and he's just preaching in his sermon, then all of a sudden he stops and he starts conversing with God. And then he just closed his eyes and he shut out that room. And he was just listening to something that God was saying to him. And then all we heard was Brother Hagin's side of the conversation. And Brother Hagin said, yes, yes, yes, I see that we'll do that. And so then he quit talking to God so much. He turned back to the congregation. He said, well, God just spoke something to me. He said. He spoke to me something about the future. He says, with my mind. I don't understand it. But he said, with my spirit. I agreed with it. Well, that spoke volumes to me that it's not about what can our mind wrap around, but by faith we agree from our spirit with what God Says, because we don't receive from God something because we understand it. We receive from God because we believe it. And your spirit can believe what your mind cannot understand. You know, when I go to get on any, any commercial flight especially, and it's such a large, it's such a large, large vessel. And naturally, you know, I know there's the law of lift and people can explain it, but to the mind, that's not a trained mind in piloting, it's still so impressive to me that you just get enough air and you get enough lift up under those wings and thousands and thousands and thousands of pounds just fly and glide through the air. It's so impressive to me. My mind can't really grasp and understand it flow fully, how it operates with all the passengers on it. And look at this, all our luggage on it. I mean, that's a whole nother level of weight there. And the mind can't really. I can't fathom all of that. But I agree that it will work or else I wouldn't get on that plane, you see. And so there are things that we will move with that we don't understand every day in life. There are things we don't understand, but we say agree with that. Well, even so, we should agree with the greatness of the plan of God. Agree with who you are in Christ, even when your mind can't fathom it all, your mind could be overwhelmed at trying to figure it out. So don't cheat your life by waiting till you understand before you agree. Agree with this is who I am in Christ. This is who he made me to be. This is who he is in me. This is who he is through me. This is who he is for me. You don't have to understand it before you agree with it. And really, it's. It's really the highest flow of faith when you trust God even though you don't understand. There have been things that have come shown up in my life that I didn't understand, but in the face of them, I still trusted God. I would say, God, I don't understand this. I don't know why this happened, this. But that has nothing to do with weakening my faith in you. I don't have to understand it before I trust you. I trust you apart from understanding it. And really that's the place of peace. When you say, I won't be peaceful unless I can understand it. You're going to struggle in life. But real faith just says God said it. God is always good. And I don't have to understand something before I have faith in God. And so my faith is independent of what I can understand now. Know this. We, we can't believe God beyond actual knowledge in the sense of we can't. We can't really believe God for healing if we don't know he'll heal. But we have to believe he'll heal. We have to have knowledge that he's a healer. But I don't have to understand how he heals. I don't have to understand all that's involved with. For pain to leave my body or for symptoms to leave my body, or for the body to come in line. I don't have to understand that whole process. I just have to understand that he does it. So we have to have a general knowledge, but it's not always a specific knowledge that's called for. You think about it. Whenever Joshua was leading God's people into the promised land and they were facing a battle, and they knew they were in this one particular battle, they, they were winning, they were at the advantage point. But Joshua knew if the sun goes down, we're going to lose the advantage. And so he spoke and he said, sun, you stay there. Moon, you stay there. And you know what happened? That's exactly what happened. He didn't know then that the sun wasn't moving. He thought the sun was moving around Earth, but really Earth is moving around the sun. But he just said as far as he he knew to say. And God made up the difference. It wasn't just the sun and moon stopping there. It was the entire solar system. What about Jupiter and Saturn and Mars? The whole solar system had to stop. It wasn't just about the moon. It wasn't just about Earth or the sun. So he only talked what he spoke to what he knew. And God dealt with what he didn't know. And so this is what I'm saying. When we just many times just have a general understanding, we don't have full understanding. But if we'll at least employ the knowledge that we do have, use our faith, then God will make up the difference. And so in your life, you can believe I have this in Christ, even if the mind doesn't understand fully how that works. But you do have to know. You're in Christ. You have to have the general knowledge. He's in me. Christ in me. The hope of glory. I can put him to work for me. That's what the Word tells me. How all of that transpires, I can't really say. But I do know this. I can Believe it and God fulfills it. I don't know how me saying I received Jesus as the Lord and Savior of my life translates me from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God's dear Son, but it does. I have that general knowledge, although I don't have the specific understanding of. Of how that transpires. I don't know how me saying I repent activates the blood of Jesus in my life and cleanses me from all unrighteousness. But it's a truth, and so I believe it with my heart, even though my mind would falter at trying to understand it. Well, I want you to know, in this life of faith, when we move by faith, we're receiving and believing things with our heart. And therefore we can receive so much greater than. Than what our mind can calculate, what our mind can fathom. We're not limited to the limitations of the mind because the Spirit of man can be so enlarged and can reach so far into God that we can have things in our life that our mind would cheat us from. So don't be. Don't live by the limits of the mind just to keep enlarging your faith, enlarging your spirit, believing more and more and more for no other reason than God said it. You don't have to believe it because you understand it. You believe it because God said it. And that's enough for us. Amen. And so what am I saying? In this life of in Christ, it's going to call for our faith. It's not going to call for mental faith, but it's a faith that's in our spirits, of the faith of God that's in our heart. And so how do we keep moving with God so that we experience all that belongs to us in Christ? Well, this is what we've been talking about. Because God will teach us. He will lead us to profit. He will take us further. He will take us into places of advancement. He will take us. He will cause us to really move into. Into things that we never could have moved into without Him. But how are we going to do that? We're going to have faith. Well, how are we going to have faith? People can say, well, just have faith in God. Yes, but if you'll tell me the steps, how do I have faith in God? And that's what we've been talking about. We're going to continue today. And number one, you have to plant the Word of God in your heart. The Word is the seed of God. You have to plant that Word in your spirit so it's not enough to pray. Thank God for prayer. We should pray. But prayer is not the seed. The Word of God is the seed. We plant God's Word in our heart and then that word will grow up and produce. But what are we going to have to do for it to produce? We can't ignore the seed. Once it's planted, we have to keep watering it. We have to hear those same scriptures over and over, speak those same truths over and over, meditate on the Word, listen to the same sermon on over and over, something that God is authoring in your heart. When you hear a sermon, you can sense something being planted. I mean, there's a thrill in your spirit when you hear the truth of God's word taught. What was that? Something was authored in your heart. When you sense that, don't just listen to that sermon once, get hold of it, repeat it again and again and again, listening to it over and over. What are you doing? You're watering it. When my dad would plant a seed, because he was a cotton and wheat farmer, when he would plant a seed, he didn't just put the seed in the ground, say, see you at harvest time. No, he would water that thing all the time. He would make sure it had enough moisture. So if we're going to move with God, receive what he has for us by faith, number one, we plant the seed in our hearts, and number two, we water it. Why? That way it can grow. You know when someone is. Is in the kitchen, they're cooking something for dinner and it says, you need tomatoes. You know what they can't say is, oh, I don't have any tomatoes, but I have some tomato seeds. That's not going to work. You can't throw tomato seeds in a recipe. What do you have to do? You have to make sure the seed is planted. You have to let that fruit grow. Then you can take that tomato that's grown now. It will work in your recipe. And I'll say this. Sometimes people are trying to throw the seed of God's Word at their need when they haven't taken time to plant it and let it grow. Does that make sense to you? No more than you can take a tomato seed, throw it in the recipe. You can't just take the seed of God's word and throw it at your need. It needs to be planted in your heart, let it produce, and then the fruit that is produced, that's what will, that's what will meet the need in the face of that need, is that that seed has grown the Seed of God's word has grown and produced in your life. And so we sow that seed in our heart. We don't just sow the seed to our need, we sow the seed in our heart and we let that seed produce. And then what it produces will meet our need. Amen. So that's so important for people to understand because we sow the seed and we have to water the seed. The third thing that we've talked about is we have to cultivate the seed. What's that mean? We protect it. We don't just let weeds grow up with seeds. What do weeds do? They take all the nutrients away from the. Away from the seed. They rob the seed of the moisture. Weeds will. It steals everything that the seed needs to produce. That's why you have to get rid of the weeds. What are the weeds? Unforgiveness, offense, strife, bitterness. All these things that are not the flow of God. Everything that came out of God will nourish your seed. Everything that's against God will rob your seed. And so you have to make sure that we get rid of the pests, we get rid of the weeds, we cultivate our ground. We pay attention to the soil of our heart. When the Word says that there's four types of ground, Mark chapter four talks about it. There's four kinds of ground, and only out of the four kinds of ground did one of those kinds produce. He's talking about the soil of a man's heart. And in that one type of ground, out of the four that produced, the one ground that did produce only produced thirty, sixty, hundredfold. So even the ground that produced, not every, not every one of that was a hundredfold. It was 30, some was 60, then some was hundred. Meaning this, the potential is a hundredfold. But what's going to determine to have a hundred, 100 fold harvest, you have to be hundredfold dirt. Your ground, the soil of your heart has to be able to produce a hundredfold. Meaning this. You got to get rid of the weeds, got to get rid of the pests, got to get rid of the things that are going to rob from the seed of God's word. And so what is this? It's not about getting the seed to do something. It's about tending to the soil of our heart. Now you think about Joseph as a young boy. He was sold by his brothers into school. He became a slave. Then he was falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit, thrown into prison for 12 years, and for about 13 years total, he separated from his Family. And it looks like, like life is being robbed from him. He's been a slave 12 years in prison. And the thing that has impressed me so, so much about Joseph is we see the success, the success of, of this young man, especially one thing. What was it guarding his heart. He did not keep. Let bitterness toward his brothers. He didn't let bitterness toward Potiphar and his wife in. He didn't let bitterness toward any of the. The judicial system in. That was a mock trial. He didn't let bitterness in. And by the age of 30, God had a man ready to prepare. He had already prepared him to run the economy of the greatest nation of on earth at the age of 30. Why? Because he cultivated the soil of his heart and his heart was able to move into the greatness of God's plan for his life. I want you to know it's not just about planting the seed, it's not just about watering it. But we have to cultivate that ground. We have to pay attention. And can I tell you, that's the biggest part of any kind of a garden is protecting the seed. It only takes a moment to sow it, it only takes a moment to water it. But it takes daily attention to make sure nothing is robbing that seed of what it needs. That's the work of tending to the garden of your heart, is making sure things of the past, things of the present, things that somebody said did to you, that they're not robbing that seed of its life. Amen. Then, after we've planted the seed of God's word. Word, we have watered it, we have cultivated it. You know what's waiting for us? A harvest. And just like we sow a seed in faith, we reap a harvest by faith. The harvest does not automatically show up in our life. When my dad, he would put forth the effort to sow the seed, he would put forth the effort to water that seed. He'd put forth the effort to protect that seed from pests, from weeds, to keep the ground healthy. Then the next thing he did is he had to put forth the effort to harvest it. He didn't just say, well, if the seed is going to produce the harvest, the harvest will show up in the barn. No, it wasn't going to show up in the barn automatically. He had to go reap that harvest. He had to put forth the effort. Well, Galatians chapter 6 and verse 9 says this. Let us not be weary in well doing, but for in due season we shall reap. If we faint not, well, we can't reap if we haven't sown. You know that. That if we haven't been sowing the seed of the Word in us, we can't reap a harvest on something we haven't sown. But if we'll not be weary in well doing, what is the well doing? Taking care of the seed we sowed. What is the well doing? Not giving up on that seed. Making sure we're keeping pests and weeds out of the garden of our heart. Obeying God. Making sure we're being doers of the word, walking in obedience to God. That we're not. We're not trying to implement our own plan, but we're following his plan. And if we'll not grow weary in all this well doing. It says, for induced season we shall reap if we faint not well. I ask you this. How do we know when due season is? Only the Holy Ghost knows. He knows when something is ready. And he will lead you. He will guide you on what to do. I was talking to a pastor friend of mine and he was believing God for an airplane. And there came a point to where he had the funds in place. God had blessed him so much with the funds that he was going to be able to buy an aircraft. He found an aircraft that interested him. And so he got ready to make a deal and sign the contract to purchase this aircraft. And the Holy Ghost spoke to him and said, don't reap it when it's only a blade. It's not the full fruit. He said, don't reap the blade. Don't harvest the blade. What was the Holy Ghost talking about? Well, there's a scripture that tells us first the blade, then the ear, then the full corn in the ear. So what was it? He saw something that interested him. This pastor did when he saw that plane. But God had something that was a greater value. Something that he really knew would meet the desires and fulfill his his heart's desire for an airplane. He said, this looks good, but it's only the blade. Don't settle for this. Don't accept. Except this one. There's something down the road. How many times we've settled for something that looked good, but it wasn't the full fruit or the full corn in the year it hadn't grown to full process. The Holy Ghost knows. So the Holy Ghost said to him, don't harvest the blade, wait for the full process. So he backed out of pursuing that one aircraft. And a couple months later a far better one showed up. And the Holy Ghost said, Now that's the one. That's what I'm talking about. The Holy Ghost knows when due season is. So when you're. When you're following the Holy Ghost, he will tell you, buy that house, sell that land, start that business. Follow Him. He'll give you divine ideas. He'll give you open doors of financial opportunities. But follow the Holy Ghost because He knows when due season is. We don't always know, but he knows. And that's why it's so important we follow and obey what the Spirit of God is leading us to do. Because it says in Isaiah, it says that God will teach us to profit. He'll teach us to advance. He'll lead us in the way that we should go. Follow the leading of the Spirit and you'll always end up in advancing. You'll always end up in more than you ever had before. Amen. So what are the steps we take? We plant the Word. We. We water the Word. We cultivate that ground. We protect that seed. And number four by faith. We use our faith to harvest and we call that harvest into us. And especially we follow the leading of the Spirit in the harvest. Amen. Well, you don't want to miss next time. And until next time, remember this Jesus is the healer. God bless you.

And it's so easy to receive Jesus as the Savior. The Word says that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. So right now, do that with me. Say, jesus, I receive you as my Savior. Come into my heart and be the Lord of my life, and I'll live for you all the days of my life. God bless you.
