In this episode, Professor Barnes delves into the humanitarian crisis plaguing the U.S.-Mexico border. She speaks on the volunteer work that she has done along the 1,951 mile long border. The Art of Division: (In)Justice at the US-Mexico Border will be a collection of workshops, and speeches given in September and October of 2023 at Skidmore College on how the border wall acts as a canvas and inspires artists.
