Foreign. I have put everything you need to get the most out of the Juice Box podcast on my webpage juiceboxpodcast.com and it is completely reinvented. Spend the next couple of minutes with me and I'll describe exactly what's available on the website. Starting at the top there's a little banner logo. The Small Sips takeaways are kind of flashing there to keep them in your mind. There's a newly diagnosed button that jumps right to the Bold Beginning series and two little lines in the top right it drops down. An entire menu shows you everything that's on the website. But if you prefer to scroll, that's fine. Scroll down. There's a Start Here button which will jump you ahead to quick links to Bold Beginnings, Diabetes Pro Tip Series, Episode faq, which is a very important page, and the Small Sip series. Or you could have clicked on Latest episode which will pop you right forward to tunein. Today's episode is called Stale Donuts. You're going to get a little picture from the episode, a link to Apple Podcasts, a link to Spotify, a link to read the full transcript, which also opens up a page where that episode lives by itself. So there's a player there and transcripts for those of you who like to read. You can also step through the last five episodes right there in that little card. It says one of five at the top and you just hit that right arrow. It jumps to yesterday's episode, which is called Ninja Training, Mom Guilt and Pop Tarts. I actually really like that episode. I'm just going to click on Pregnancy. That opens up another page where you can play every one of the episodes in the pregnancy series right there online. As a matter of fact, if you go to the Bold Beginning Series page, it actually has a little done box there. You can check it off as you finish an episode. So it lets you know, oh, I've gotten through that episode. And while you're listening online, if you want to take notes, there's a notepad there for you so you can type in I learned, blah blah blah. And then the next time you come back to that page, it'll still be there in the Notes app, as long as you come back on the device that you type the note into back to the main page. Don't let the algorithm decide whether you hear from us. Join the mailing list. You'll get periodic emails from me telling you about new episodes, articles, giveaways, things like that. From right there, you can launch into Apple Podcasts, Spotify, you can open the Episode page or hit Share, which will open up your share menu. So you could text, email, airdrop, anything you want. With that link scrolling down farther, interactive tools that actually help settings Basil Bolus fat and protein estimators, the A1C estimator, an autoimmune explorer the accompanying website to the new Aces and Paces series. And coming soon, a little description of the rule of 10. Continue down. You'll see all the advertisers if you click on those links. It supports the show. And because of all this started as a blog. My blog's still there today. For example, I added a post about the FDA expanding tease yield to children as young as 1 year old. Scroll a little farther. There's great link there to the Facebook group, which now has 83,000 people in it. And I think this is fun. Just in case you're wondering why do people listen to the Juice Box podcast? And you can leave your own review there as well. That's an overview of the main page. The next time you see one of these, I'll be back to dig deeper into one of the estimators and tell you more about some of the series. Thanks for listening. I'LL be back very soon with another episode of the Juice Box Podcast. Nothing you hear on the Juice Box Podcast should be considered advice, medical or otherwise.
