Hello and welcome to Juicy Crimes. Today we are going to update you on some stories that are happening this week. So in the reality world, there is a show called Secret Lives of the Mormon Wives. I assume you guys also are juicy scoopers. So I've covered that show a lot. Their fourth season just started to air and I'm going to talk more about it on Juicy Scoop. What it is is a bunch of young girls that were Mormon had got married young, had a couple babies very young, and they exploded doing their mom talk where they do these TikTok dances, exploded during COVID and one girl, Taylor, Taylor Frankie Paul. One day, if you really followed them, it's sort of the story got leaked that they that there was a swinging scandal. People were talking about it, but only in this small cult of people that watch this. I had never even heard of these people. And though I'd like seen these pretty girls with their long flowing brown hair and I was like, what is that? She then revealed, yes, we are soft swingers. We with these other couples that were part of the mom talk. Well, Hollywood came a calling. It's the biggest in the vein of Real Housewives type of shows where they have confessionals and everything. It just exploded. And her story was she then broke up with her husband who she had two kids with because of this little swinging scandal. And she met another guy named Dakota and they had a child outside of marriage. They've had a very tumultuous relationship. Breaking up all of this. They're currently. They. Currently. We thought they were broken up because she just finished filming the Bachelor, which is about to air this week. She is the Bachelorette, which is very juicy because she is already a television personality. She's a former Mormon, She's a former swinger. She has two baby daddies and three kids. So she headed out of the park. Okay, as far as all the, I think red flags for a potential mother in law could maybe find, but great casting and it's all under Hulu and abc, which is all tied together with Disney. So all these shows are on. You can watch on Hulu and abc. So unfortunately. So she goes to the Oscars because she's also. That was aired on abc and she is part of, you know, the Bachelorette. And looking at those interviews, she was fine and oh, things are good. I'm happy now. And we don't know if she fell in love or not. Well, then the news came out that they were filming season five of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and they have halted it because she and Dakota got in a d. Domestic violence situation and they needed to shut it down, I guess to investigate. But we knew very little. And there's just little bits and pieces that TMZ is dropping all the time. And in everything that I've looked and gathered, gathered, this is what I, I believe has happened. Okay. Allegedly they got in a fight, she and Dakota, and she allegedly strangled him with like a necklace or at least he's claiming it. Their two year old child was present, which now that makes it a child abuse situation. As of now, neither has been arrested, but they might. This is not the first time Koffs have been called with Dakota. She'd gotten in another fight where her older daughter was present, where she threw a chair at Dakota and the chair like a little bit hit the the girl or hit the little girl. She got out of that. They continued to co parent horribly. She went on to, you know, date other people and get picked for the Bachelor. But as you're watching season four, which is out right now, you can see that even though she meets a guy on TikTok and brings him on the show and she's already accepted being the Bachelorette. She finds out Dakota has slept with someone on the Villa, which is a whole nother TV show that they're doing, and she's absolutely furious. Furious. And I'm like, am I missing something? Didn't you just agree to do the Bachelorette? So this is. Everyone's trying to figure out what this Means for the show, the girls have become so successful, they have so many big brand deals. One of the girls is broke record as Roxie Hart in Chicago. The other one, they were both on Dancing with the Stars. They have these big brand deals. Cinnabon has stopped their deal with Frankie Taylor Paul as of today. And all the girls are executive producer on the show too, which is, is pretty cool and pretty empowering. So the word on the street is, was it the cast that was like, wait, stop. We want to have a say in how this plays out. Taylor's our friend. We, we know she's pro. This is what I'm assuming. We know she's the star of the show, but at a certain point we can't as mothers be allowing this to go on in the presence of a child. It's one thing to have a toxic relationship and have difficulty co parenting or have a back and forth relationship with your baby daddy, but it's another to be physical. And it appears that Dakota is sharing information and letting other content creators know his side of the story. It appears that he really wants this to get out, that it was in fact her that was abusive to him. So I think that the show is stepping back because they want to cooperate and they want to like free their hands of it and kind of be like whatever the police decide if these, if they get arrested, if they just, who knows, it could all be dropped. They could each say, no, this is what happened and we're both fine. And, and they could downplay it and, and then maybe charges won't be brought. However, in domestic violence situations, if someone calls the police, say more. Traditionally, a woman calling the police on her husband, saying he hit her, he gets arrested and then she realizes, well, I don't really want him to be arrested. I don't want to go through all this. I don't want to break up our family. It wasn't that bad of a hit and I need him to go to work on Monday. I'd like to drop the charges. Well, in certain cases they say, no, you don't have that right. Even if you're, even if you, you as a victim don't have the right to say, oh, I'm no longer a victim. So this is where I think this is going to be in my opinion and my prediction, really bad. And if I was to predict, I don't think they'll continue filming with either one of these people for at least a year or two, if ever. So I don't know what that'll mean. But people are going to be watching the Bachelorette. They are not pulling it because this all happened prior and it's probably very juicy. She's very compelling television. Even when she's meeting this guy for the first time. She's not a speckle of makeup on. She she's wearing baggy sweats. She's very like naturally pretty and engaging. So I can see why she skyrocketed. But it's very fascinating and we'll probably know more tomorrow. And so we'll share more of that on Juicy Scoop. But that is a crime too, so I had to include it on Juicy Crimes. Speaking of Juicy crimes, I hope you're part of Patreon. You get commercial free and extra bonus Juicy Crimes content as well as pre releases of every episode. And that's just one of the things you get when you are part of that tier of Patreon. And you can join@heathermcdonald.net you could also go see me, we're speaking of Utah. Come see me this weekend in Salt Lake City at Wiseguys for shows because we've got a lot to discuss about Salt Lake City. Also in Park City, Utah, the case of Corey Richards, a woman who was accused of killing her husband by poison and thinking that she got away with it so much that she decided to write a children's book for her three sons to understand that though their dad is no longer on earth, he's always with them in heaven. In which she did some press for it right before they arrested her when they realized we've been tracking all this stuff for a year and we think that you, by way of your housekeeper, bought this illicit drug, fentanyl, put it in the Moscow mule that you made for him, and he died. It was five times the legal limit of fentanyl that would cause a death. So there was enormous amount in it, which I believe that's why the prosecution said we don't think this was him doing a recreational drug. Like that's what she wanted to put out because occasionally he took like a weed gummy or something and it went wrong or he bought the wrong thing because there was so much other evidence that led to the classic story of did she kill him to live a more lavish life, to hide the fact that she was struggling financially and also to be with another man. So she was a house flipper. She bought properties and then flipped them. And one of the things that came out in the trial I thought was really interesting that a friend said is she came from very humble beginning. She actually was, you know, cleaning floors. She was a housekeeper in these really beautiful houses in Park City. And she manifested it, much like Amanda of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. You could buy her course. And she manifested. She said, one day, I'll be buying these houses in Park City and living in them. So she managed to do these flips. He also worked, and they did have. He actually had an affair. And they broke up and then got back together. But it seemed to be on rocky ground still. She met a handyman that answered an ad that would help, you know, with these house flips, and they became romantic and he took the stand and he said that one time she asked about his previous military experience and if he had ever killed someone and what that felt like. But he didn't think it was anything in, like, a planning way. He just thought, you know, that's something that, you know, someone would ask the person they're dating. Like, what. What is that? Like, when you're, you know, called to do it in a case of. Of war, whatever. He was, you know, emotional.

He.

They. They were, you know, having a sexual relationship. He knew that she was married, but she would say, send him these texts. I just know that you could just step right in and everything would be perfect. She planned a trip for him to go with her for three months after the husband died. Except she planned it before he died. So how would she explain that? She also. So they. She had bought this big house in. In Park City, and it was. They. She was upside down in her finances. She was in debt by either two and a half or $4 million, which can happen when you're, you know, fixing one house, but you need to buy this other one because you know that's going to be your next project. And so you take these short money loans, and in all of that, there was some fraudulent forging of financial documents unbeknownst to. But unbeknownst to her. He put his personal home that they shared together in a trust in which his sister was in charge. So she had no. She did not know that. So when his untimely death happens, she thought, okay, well, now I. I own this house. I'm going to get this insurance policy. And she had also forged some extra insurance policies, like with him forging his name, which she thought she was going to get all that money. When it all came crashing down, the family and her were not getting along. She is still, you know, celebrating that she closed a deal the day of his death. All very suspicious. Her attorneys tried their best to try to get a mistrial Saying that, you know, the prosecutor called her a black widow, which means, you know, a black widow goes and kills her lover. That's what a black widow is. But it was not. And the judge said no, that was. The prosecutor was just referencing someone else's comment about her. He was not stating that she was that. So that was like their last chance. She is an attractive woman and still young. I think she's in her like mid to late 30s. That this only happened a couple, couple years ago. And the jury went to deliberate and they came back and I think all but one count she was convicted of. So premeditated murder, the main one, but all the forging, the insurance fraud, all of that as well, she is found guilty of. And the sentencing is happening the day after we record this. So when you're listening we might know what the sentencing is. This is Utah and they have a different way of how long. They have a different way of doing sentencing from the other cases I've done. But I am guessing it's going to be for life. And I'm sure that she will appeal it because her whole thing is I did not. There's no proof that I put the fentanyl in it or that I personally, you know, sought it out. But there was a lot that put it together that she did ask the housekeeper for. It just wasn't enough. But I don't know. We'll see, we'll see if there's any kind of appeal. It seems like they made the decision in three hours. So I am very excited to see the movie of this and where they're, you know, fall in love. Her humble beginnings, they, they both kind of cheat a little bit. He would go on these like multi month long hunting trips and she would still be working. Then there was claims that he wanted her to stop working and didn't really want to do this home flipping business. Meanwhile, she's got this other handyman lover that you know, of course the minute he found out that the guy was dead, he definitely, I don't think had anything to do with it, but wanted to be like, yeah, I don't think I need to go on that Hawaii trip with you. It was, it's juicy and very, very sad because now there's three children that don't have either parent. Okay, an update on David. He's still not arrested but Neo, who is a famous streamer on Twitch. Is that how I say it? He just plays. What is that? Just plays video games or something on T on a stream, live streaming. You can make some Money and whatever. He, he has been questioned. He and David allegedly drove to Santa Barbara in the Tesla before they believe, before Celeste's death, though we still don't know like an exact date of when she may have died. This is David who was his, his. He was a singer and his Tesla was found with this young woman's body in it. She's not even a woman. She was only 15 years old, named Celeste. And I, you know, I guess they still don't have enough to arrest him, but Neo is now like in his private Instagram, which is like just friends. I don't know if that's a subscription thing or just where it's a handful of people where you follow each other. He wrote this saying, so happy I'm moving out of this ass state. Sick of the drama, sick of the fake people, sick of the, this shitty ass status culture where people care more about money and clout than the basic level of human connection. I really don't know what this means. I. He was interrogated though. They didn't hold him or arrest him. But it seems like maybe that final of being arrested, maybe he's like, I am going to turn on David and tell the truth. I feel like he must know something. But. So everyone's thinking that could be like a turn to see if, if they arrest David. In the meantime. David did shortly after the discovery of the body in the Tesla. And just to remind you, he also did songs where there was a video where they're dragging a girl's body and putting in a trunk or a body. I mean he was telling on himself in songs. He had like a, a song about like, you know, a bloody passion with someone. Anyway, we will. It's just so sad what, what happened to this girl. And again, this was a case of like a teenager that I think the parents maybe knew that she was dating an older guy that was in the music industry and was like, well, she's just a wild teenager. We can't control her if she's staying over at this friend's house or this boyfriend's house. Cause it wasn't like they had, they, they were upset that she was a teenager who wasn't living at home. It was like a weird thing. Was she a runaway? Was she really missing or was she just a teenager? An adult type relationship and the parents just turned the other cheek. I don't know. Very sad. And there's still so many questions about that. This is very interesting. This just came out through cnn. They're doing a special on it and it's about Epstein island and this guy, Robert Couter Coutier. He is an older gentleman. He was an interior designer and architect. And he is giving an interview saying that he was called to the island and there he saw rooms that had bunk beds for young girls. And they were done in a youthful way. Like, there was pink wallpaper and stuff. And when he walked in, he said, oh, do you have grandchildren? He said, no, those are for the girls. And he thought it was very weird. I've only seen the preview to this. He was interviewed in 2010 and told him everything he saw and why it was strange. And I thought another really interesting thing he said was she asked him, the interviewer, what about people that went to the island? And said, I went to the island, but I never saw anything weird. And he's like, well, you can also decide that you're blind. You can also just say, yeah, I'm blind. I didn't see anything. He's like, there's no way that you could go there and not see and know that something freaking weird was going on with kids. So that was very juicy. Jesse James, let me tell you his. He just said that his wife, Bonnie Rotten, hit him in the face and bit his thumb. Just kind of interesting that another domestic violence between stars happening, where it's the man saying the woman attacked him. And let me remind you of who Jesse James is, because it's a pretty juicy story. Jesse James was this guy who lived in Long beach and got into doing these west coast chopper cars. And he had a very popular reality show about that back in, like, 2008 or nine or something. And that's when Sandra Bullock, the actress, brought her godson, who was a fan, to take a tour. And they started dating. And it was like, oh, my God. There was something kind of hot that, like, America's sweetheart was dating this bad boy that was all tatted up, but kind of seemed like he had, like a. Like, a heart and was kind of fun. And he was tall and sexy and. And everyone was like, oh, I kind of like that she's going this edgy way. Well, they get married, and she's his third wife. So the first wife he had two kids with. The second wife was a porn star, and he had a little girl with her. Then he marries Sandra Bullock, the porn star goes to prison, and Sandra is with that little girl all the time. And Jesse James gets custody of the little girl, saying, like, well, once she comes out of prison, I don't think it's safe that she be with this Porn star. I just think it's interesting because I remember seeing all the tabloids, and it was very much like, oh, my God, of course this little girl should be with Sandra Bullock instead of her porn star mother. That was the attitude that was being portrayed. That was the narrative. And, you know, they're just. He's just that dad that married a crazy woman who had a baby. And thank God he met Sandra Bullock, who's going to come in and be the angel to save her. And they'd see photos of them together and everything else. Then she does the Blind side, that big movie, and she gets the Academy Award. And right after that, it breaks that they were in the process of adopting a child from New Orleans, a black boy, and that he. But they were keeping that a secret at the Oscars, the baby was living with him. But then this woman came forward and sold her story to In Touch magazine and said, I've been sleeping with Jesse James, and I too, am like a porn star. And he really went for girls that were, like, all tatted up and everything. Complete opposite of Sandra Bullock. And then multiple girls came. I mean, it was like a Tiger woods situation. Multiple girls came forward and were like, yeah, I would go to the Wes Chopper place, and he had a couch there. He also had Nazi memorabilia everywhere and, like, a photo of him wearing, like, a Nazi outfit. So that was weird. And so then she switched the adoptions to be adopting the baby as a single woman, and she divorced him. He then went on to marry a fourth woman who was a race car driver who I think came from some money and they had volatile relationship. I think. I can't remember. There was. This is his fifth wife. He's had five wives. They get divorced. Then he finds another porn star that he falls in love with named Bonnie Rotten, but she's a real name. Her real name is Alenia James. So. And they have broken up several times. They've tried to get restraining orders on each other, but then they've gotten back together. And now he says she's the one that hit him in the face and bit his thumb. That's the police report TMZ has. But the next report I just read was, but they're still going to stay together. I mean, this is one of my favorite juicy scoop history stories that is now blooded to juicy crimes. But I mean, he. What a cheater. And I've just always thought of that is like that. That you thought that you could like that. He presented himself this way as being this great guy. I mean, he was a Classic. Sounds like it. Love bomber. Super into you blaming that the women in his past were crazy. I don't know whatever happened to that little girl from the second wife who was the porn star. But I hope that she got out of prison and they were able to have a good relationship. Sandra Bullock went on to adopt, I think a second child. I think she has two. And, you know, fell in love again. And then. And then that guy unfortunately passed. But Jesse James, ew. I don't know what he's still doing, but there you go. Now for a little update on Nancy Guthrie. There really isn't much of an update. Sources are saying that Savannah was very upset that anyone suspected her brother in law and sister. I thought that was interesting and I can understand why. There has been some images recovered from cameras around the house prior to her disappearance, but they're like thumbnails and there's. There's really nothing to report of it. So maybe it was a pool man. Maybe it was something else. So still no images caught where they're. Where they're caught moving her or her body or anything else like that. They're still waiting on the results of the mixed DNA that was found at the scene. That's what the sheriff is saying. And you know, she's still missing. There's still just a lot of questions about that there. I did see a report that neighbors were asked about a couple, two dates prior to her missing and like what was going on in the neighborhood at that time. So it does sound like they're still actively pursuing any kind of lead or connection that someone that may have been a serviceman or somebody that worked there or had anything to do with her, you know, a week in the weeks prior to her missing, would there be some type of connection? Very sad, but. And that is that. I'm sorry this is a little bit shorter of an episode, but we're going to bring you so much juicy content this weekend and so much more. And we will see you in Salt Lake City at Wise guys. Go to heathermcdall.net and don't forget, brand new Juicy Scoop every Tuesday and Thursday. Thank you.
