Trisha Paytas
What's with the hair?
Oscar
What's wrong with a little shake and go ball?
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. A lot. Yagura was actually awful. That song. No, that was crazy, right? And not one person blamed her. She got a star after that movie on the Walk of Fame. That's insane. I mean, it's not competition, but I think I was they them before she was. Her name is Trish. She's got the additional. Yay. Hi, welcome to the Just Trish podcast. Oh my gosh. It is the best day ever. It's the best day ever. I'm claiming it. I'm declaring it. I felt cute. I put on jewelry. I got a cute wig today. I felt really cute. But then, you know, chaos happened. And by chaos I mean. Well, I guess I don't need to complain about it, right? It's out of touch. And I was so excited. Cuz they're freaky or Friday.
Oscar
How exciting.
Trisha Paytas
No, because you've been excited. Jimmy's been. Everyone's been very excited for Freaky Friday class.
Oscar
I know. I think I just wasn't expecting it. So it was like a pleasant surprise to see they were doing all these collabs at PF Chang's and Grumble. I didn't think people cared that much about it, but I guess they do.
Trisha Paytas
PF Chang's was a weird one. It was funny because Saturday night I never ever hear from Oscar. Oscar's texting me, what is it? And then I was like. And I loved it though. It was a P F. Chang's. Freaky Friday. Did you get it?
Oscar
No. I was ordering P F Chang's for dinner and then I saw they had a Freaky Friday or Freakier Friday. Excuse me. Menu. And I'm like, how? And then I'm like, okay, I guess because they opened the fortune cookie, so it kind of makes sense. But it was so funny. And I know you love a collab. I'm like, and you love PF Changs.
Trisha Paytas
We almost got it that day mostly. Do you want to get PF Changs for lunch? And I was like, oh, I don't know. Maybe it was like sound kind of heavy. But then I saw it. I was like, did you not like any of the food? Is that why you didn't get the clab?
Oscar
I was just a little suspicious of it. Suspicious of it, to be honest, because like the green and purple beverages seemed. I don't know, I was a little. It seemed a little dubious to me. But I'm down to try it. I'm down to Try it.
Trisha Paytas
Taking Beetlejuice's nachos. Why is it green and purple?
Oscar
That was the COVID of the, like, posters and DVD from 2003.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if it's that. If it's their thing. I don't think it's like their brand. I think Beetlejuice could take that.
Oscar
You are right about that.
Trisha Paytas
So that's why I'm like, everything's purple and green and I'm like. I don't know how I feel about it.
Tana Mongeau
That reminded me when Beetlejuice came out, they had Dennis. We went.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Everything was just purple and green. So I was just like. Okay. I don't know if that's the branding for Freaky or Friday. I think they need to rethink it.
Oscar
Yeah. And. And it's more of a pastely purple and green in the movie. But P F Chang's was pretty saturated. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I gotta try it. There's so many collabs to try because there's the Wednesday collab, There's the PF Chang's one. We got the crumble one today. There was one other one. Oh, the popcorn buckets. I feel like they're gonna be sold out. They're at Regals only. And you go to amc.
Oscar
Yeah. The freak. You're Friday. Popcorn buckets are kind of it. I am kind of popcorn bucket bucketed out.
Trisha Paytas
No, I think.
Oscar
But that one, it is cute.
Trisha Paytas
I know. We gotta find it. Ben Verde. That's just kidding. We have new hedges. We gotta start this show with the patreon. Oh. Or not.
Tana Mongeau
So you just mentioned the buckets.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Tana Mongeau
Can I show you my bucket?
Trisha Paytas
We did find that during our search of a baby name. And we found that in our storage cleaning out our garage. And. And I was like, I don't remember being that big of a fan, but I guess I was. I got the Aquaman bucket. Why did they come out with those Aquamans when the movie came out? Cuz that's like the original. Why would they come out with those colors?
Oscar
In the Aquaman 2, he had that outfit.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. I mean, he had this.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I guess I'm seeing the orange inside that bucket. So I was thinking the orange and the green was it. Cuz he wasn't wearing orange. Right. In the movie.
Oscar
Yeah. And the second one.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Because we saw an article, something that he didn't like the original, like the costume. And they worked with him to make really? That costume.
Trisha Paytas
I remember the gold. Okay, well. Oh yeah, the Aquaman mug. It was really good. I had a little bit With Malibu earlier. That's also why it took us a long time.
Oscar
It was just so cute. Is again, this is. They nailed it. Crumble did nail the color scheme because it's light green and light purple. That is so cute.
Trisha Paytas
It's supposed to be like inverted. I guess there's like a BlackBerry and key lime. I don't really get it, but I guess it's just the color scheme of it all.
Oscar
Yeah, I got that.
Trisha Paytas
I got one for you upstairs too. Moving this. Okay. Here. There it is. Wow. Act like we're sponsored by them. Not Sponsored by anyone. Patreon.com dustrush Finally. We were working so hard on this last week. We did what our video was like an hour and a half. We were reacting.
Oscar
What we're reacting to this past weekend was the psychic twins predicting.
Trisha Paytas
Predicting Aquaman. A four minute video took me and Oscar an hour and a half to react to. It took us so long, but we were having a key. Oh, there it is. Look at that sticker. Iconic glasses that everyone wants. This is the sticker get this month.
Tana Mongeau
The Aquaman head in the glasses. There's actual reflection of. Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, that's so weird. How do you do that?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, if people, you know, you can find the location for.
Trisha Paytas
Well, I was in my old apartment with the crying on the kitchen floor. 1. Check it out, guys. Patreon.com not loveline. Me and Oscar. What did I say?
Tana Mongeau
Love?
Trisha Paytas
L. I think. Oh, my God, my head. I was uploading that Loveline. Everything was happening this morning and I. Okay, check out both. Check out both. As Oscar said, it's competitive these days over on Patreon. We have to step up our Patreon game. So we're gonna go outside the house eventually. We thought maybe doing laps around my house so you can do it faster. I'm excited. For the fitness test Target, me and Oscar will do a couples challenge and see if we can guess what each other likes at Target. We have ideas beyond the reaction. Although we do love this week might have to be a reaction because there's a lot of fast food favorites out there. So we might have to react. But we're really working hard on it, you guys. We really put the effort in. So patreon.com just trish, there it is. Well, yes, it's. It's thriving over there. It's wonderful. We're. We're thriving all together here. Other than that, you know Oscar has a live stream.
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
On YouTube where you don't game. I thought you gamed.
Oscar
And I'm Mostly a commentary reactor.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I didn't know.
Oscar
Trish expert. Trishtorian, if you will.
Trisha Paytas
I saw the title. I did not click on it. Yesterday you said, trish, don't watch this. I was so excited. I was like, okay.
Oscar
So I wrapped. I got a little, like, baby present. Baby shower present. Yeah. I ordered it, like, literally the day after you told me the name, like when we filmed and you told me the name. And I specifically was, like, looking at, like, sellers online in la. Cause I was like, oh, I want it here, like, immediately for the gag, you know. And they were in Van Nuys, which is like 20 minutes away from me. And it took like a week and a half to get here. I don't know how, but, you know.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe there are postmates. The priority. Did you knock on their door and be like, where is it?
Oscar
I know t. I could have just gone there myself.
Trisha Paytas
Think about that. When you order stuff from, like, local. Be like, where is it? Show up to their house. I love to open it out. I love the paper.
Oscar
And then. Yeah, I got the wrapping paper.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Wow. You got the wrapping paper.
Oscar
This looks like I wanted it to be, you know, thematic.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. It's like the wall we have in our house.
Trisha Paytas
I was going to say, is this a famous painting?
Tana Mongeau
Because I think we have this wall in our house.
Trisha Paytas
Literally, our wall lights up like that. Sorry, I have to keep checking everything. Okay. I'm not going to move anymore after this. The British Museum.
Oscar
I don't know, girl. I love it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. I'm so excited. I love it.
Oscar
I was really proud of the wrapping. It was fun. I did it live stream because I didn't know what else to do.
Trisha Paytas
You wrapped this?
Oscar
Yeah, I wrapped it myself.
Trisha Paytas
That could be your career. You know, like at the mall, they have, like, gift wrapping. I can't rap to save my life, so this is amazing. Wow. We gotta really.
Oscar
Yeah, I kind of ate that up. I was really struggling, but it kind of came together.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. I'm so confused. The trustees of the British. It's just part of the paper is right?
Oscar
Yeah, it barely fit. It was like one strip of paper was like $8. I was like, that's kind of crazy. And it barely. Barely fixed. I don't think that. I think that little strip's supposed to be covered, but you okay. By the grace of God, it.
Trisha Paytas
I love it. I love. This is. I already. I just see something.
Tana Mongeau
I see the word men.
Trisha Paytas
Wow.
Oscar
I thought it was.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
And then, of course, you guys have so much Aquaman stuff. I saw the next episode, but I was like, well, we don't have this one.
Trisha Paytas
We do not have this. No. That is the kind of gag of it all. Taniki Marsh, she had like, a vintage Aquaman shirt. I'm like, where did you get. And then she found. She's like. I was in, like the depths of the Internet. Like, 17 pages in.
Oscar
It is fun that it's like there's so many vintage things. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Is this vintage? Oh, yeah.
Oscar
I just felt like thousand. So the original.
Tana Mongeau
Cuz it's the original Aqua man and he looks like that, you know, he's so blonde.
Trisha Paytas
He's so blonde.
Tana Mongeau
It's kind of crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. I don't want to ruin it. Wait, why does. Oh, my God, he's so cute.
Oscar
And I like it inside. It has like, a little bio about him and it sounded like it just gives me like, the vibes of, like, what you, you know, hope for baby Aquaman combining, you know, land and sea, being a friend to marine life.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. Wait, so it's vintage, but it looks so brand new. Like, it looks such good condition.
Oscar
I know it's from. I mean, vintage in the sense that 2001 or something, but I guess, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
22 years. Oh, my God. Born with the ability to survive on both land and in the sea, able to communicate with all the sea creatures, Arthur Curry preserves and his perseveres in his quest to maintain a peaceful coexistence between sea life and the human race. Oh, my God. That's all of us right now. I love it. Oh, he was raised by dolphins. Is that lore we had? Did we know that Jason Momoa wasn't raised by dolphins in the movie? But I love that lore. Okay. And taught the ways of humans by. Oh, a kindly lighthouse keeper. Okay. They kind of switched up the story a little bit, but hey, I like that. Arthur Curry embarked on a journey to find which world he belonged in. Oh. Years later, he fulfills his destiny as ruler of Atlantis and king of the seven seas. We. Anyone who says, by the way, everyone's like, everyone knows Aquaman is like the most, like, lame superhero ever. That sounds like the coolest superhero ever. Are you kidding me? Controls the sea. Like, that's way cooler than Bruce Wayne just being rich and hiring a butler to help him with everything. This is so cool. Wait, I love this. This could be this will be the costume on the first birthday party. Because it'd be so cute, right? Because it's, like, also stretchy and comfy and wow. Okay.
Tana Mongeau
It's almost. He's in a onesie.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. That's so cute. He looks good. This one looks good. This is. This is a good looking Aquaman. Thank you. Oh, you're welcome. This is so nice. And that literally looks, like, so gorge. I guess when we do his room, we should maybe do this font of it. This Aquaman. Cuz we're trying to talk. That looks so cool.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Because that font is also for me. Feels like a kid's room.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Oh, this will go in. We're turning my closet into Aquaman's room.
Oscar
Oh, that's gonna be so cute.
Trisha Paytas
So we're, like, really excited and. Yeah, that way, because, you know, the kids like to play in different rooms. This is so cute. We'll put them right here. This is Arby's little Boo Boo. Oh, this is mine.
Tana Mongeau
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
I thought it was Moses.
Tana Mongeau
No, mine. First of all, mine has been working really hard. He just came back from his shift.
Trisha Paytas
Well, he's pretty cute in the Arby's. I'm not gonna lie.
Tana Mongeau
He's happy.
Trisha Paytas
Arby's was part of the mine. Mine is. Oh, oh, oh, he's locked in. Okay, well, mine has the curly fries on it. Arby's sent us a PR package, and it was very exciting.
Oscar
Wait, that's so cute of the Boo Boo clothes.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was very odd, but I was like, okay, I'll take it. They did get some gift cards in there too. So it was a win, win, win. And then the chair said, hot girls eat at Arby's. And then I thought Arby's was part of the. It's kind of a hot topic. Was part of the camp, not the campaign. But everyone was kind of, like, mad about advertisements. And there was a Duncan one.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
With a boy that's tan.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. I don't know.
Oscar
Castle. And Castle Legno.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Do we know him?
Oscar
He's from the summer I turned pretty.
Trisha Paytas
Got it.
Oscar
You know that show? Are you Team Belly? Are you Team Jeremiah? Team Conrad, or just Team Belly? Let me know.
Trisha Paytas
Team Belly. Belly, That's a name.
Oscar
That's her name. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
It's a girl.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Talk about bad baby names. Who names her kid Belly?
Oscar
I think it's short for Isabella.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, let me not also make fun of names. It could totally be like. Okay. I know. That's right. It could be. I was thinking, like, a big belly. You guys know I only think about my weight.
Tana Mongeau
So it's like Bella Belly.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. It's kind of cute. It could be like, or belly or something. It could be pretty. Okay, let me self. Okay, try not to be problematic. It's all these damn advertisements. They're corrupting me. No, everyone's mad about Duncan. Everyone is mad about the Sydney Sweeney. And Arby's was weirdly thrown in there. There was like a three pictures on Twitter and there was a girl that said, hot girls eat Arby's, and she was eating curly fries. And I don't know where that. But that was part of the upset. Do you see anything about that?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
Do you know who was? I don't know if there's anybody.
Oscar
No. Let me see.
Trisha Paytas
Anyway, they sent me that same shirt that said hot girls eat Arby's. I wonder if I wear it if people would be upset. I'd be like, well, that's just Trish. She's gross. Nobody wants to be her. Huh?
Tana Mongeau
You're hot.
Trisha Paytas
You can wear Babe.
Tana Mongeau
What?
Oscar
Sophie Cunningham.
Trisha Paytas
Why were people mad about it? Because she was actually hot. That's what I'm saying. What if it's irony? What if I wear it and it's like, hot girls eat Arby's. I don't think anyone's gonna be like, upset. They're not thinking like, I'm the ideal standard of beauty or the impossible standard of beauty. No, I think I'm obtainable standard of beauty. I'm a realistic standard of beauty.
Tana Mongeau
I've never seen somebody that looks like you.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if that's a good thing or bad thing, but good thing. I. I just thought it was on there. And they sent it to me in my PR package and I was like, okay, thank you for that, by the way. Love you. I haven't seen you in a long time, but I love you anyways. I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
You're just doing glam, you know.
Oscar
Oh, I thought you're talking about. You haven't seen Arby's in a long time.
Trisha Paytas
I've seen Arby's more than I've seen Moses in a close proximity to me. We've been so distant, but that's.
Tana Mongeau
There's three kids between us all the time.
Trisha Paytas
There's a lot of kids between us. There's a lot of kids. When people have 10 kids, like, what, you're not even married at that point. You're just like. You know what I mean? You're just like partners.
Tana Mongeau
It's a business.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it's a daycare. It feels like a daycare right now, which is fine. I'm like, hey, good to see you even. We have separate lunches sometimes. I'm like, oh, my God.
Tana Mongeau
When you work. We did do Patreon. That's when we were.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yesterday. We did it too. Yeah. We post. Made a hot dog on a stick, me and Tana. That was good. That wasn't even part of work. That was just. We were done, and Moses comes out and he's like, are you guys done? I'm like, yeah. Just wanted a corn dog, you know?
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
And two dinners. That's why I was like, I'm gonna also eat with you. I didn't want you to think I was only eating with them anyways. Wild. Do we have more to add about any. Was it bad? Get new advertisers.
Oscar
I feel like, though not even because of the bias of the Labubu clothes, but I feel like that one isn't as bad. The Dunkin Donuts one, again, it was just, like, very specific about genetic. So I feel like, what.
Trisha Paytas
What is that?
Oscar
What is up with the genetics in the ads? It is odd. It is very odd.
Trisha Paytas
It's such a weird.
Oscar
He said stance. Gavin in his commercial says, look, I didn't ask to be the king of summer. It just kind of happened. This tan genetics. I just got my. My color analysis back. Guess what? Golden summer.
Trisha Paytas
Oh.
Oscar
Because it's. He is promoting the Golden Hour Refresher.
Trisha Paytas
Is he Caucasian?
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, maybe, you know, Moses gets a nice tan. You know what I mean? Like, you get a nice tan, Darian. You know what I mean? So it's like, oh, that is genetics. Because you can be pale in the winter and a nice golden tan in the summer. I think his might have been. I guess. I don't know. Maybe it's problematic. I don't know. Maybe everything's problematic.
Oscar
And I think the timing wise, I'm like, oh, double homicide.
Trisha Paytas
You know, it's like, right, right. And we gotta know if that was his authentic tan or did he get a spray tan before that commercial?
Oscar
Good point, good point. He is tan in the show.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that's his thing.
Oscar
But it's the summer I turned pretty. They're at the beach all the time. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
I did see something about the woman who wrote that. Was she like a barista or something before she.
Oscar
Oh, Jenny Han.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Maybe she wrote to all the boys I loved before that was then Lana Condor. Noah Centineo, Netflix trilogy.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my gosh. Getting all her books turned into shows.
Oscar
And summer I turned pretty. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Wow. That inspires me. We're watching Mike and Molly. And she's becoming a writer. She quit her job and she's 40 and she was a teacher. She quit a job. Writer. And she was saying how all these, like, middle aged women write these hit books. She was talking about Twilight. What was the 50 shades of gray and Harry Potter. She's like, all of them were like older women in their older years.
Tana Mongeau
Colleen Hoover, Jane the Virgin. She was a writer.
Trisha Paytas
She was not middle aged. She was young. But yes, okay. Women, I guess, write books.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know. It's a plot. It's an easy plot in movies. I think she's a writer.
Trisha Paytas
Colleen Hoover was just on Kale Lowry's podcast. Who was Colleen Hoover? Colleen Hoover.
Oscar
She was.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Oscar
What?
Trisha Paytas
And I was like, okay, love that.
Oscar
That is a random crossover, I guess.
Trisha Paytas
She has a book club, like Kale does book clubs like she does. She reads a lot of books, so that makes. But also good get. I want to ask Colleen Hoover questions.
Oscar
What do you want to ask her?
Trisha Paytas
Were you at the deposition for Blake Lively? I don't know. I don't know. Why do you hate Justin Bald? Which one do you hate more or which one do you hate less? Which one do you like?
Oscar
There's a new movie, her next movie just released. The trailer today, Tuesday. It called Regretting you. I don't know. I'm excited for it.
Trisha Paytas
What's it about?
Oscar
This girl, her mom, her mom's sister was having an affair with her mom's husband, but then the husband and the. The mom's sister die, but she doesn't find out about the affair till after they've passed away.
Trisha Paytas
How.
Oscar
And so they're dealing with that trauma. I don't know. What else happens? I don't know. I edit a video on it, so that's how I know. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, so you're excited. Who's in it?
Oscar
McKenna Grace, who I love because she's from Young Sheldon and I love.
Trisha Paytas
Which one is she? The mom?
Oscar
No, she was Sheldon's arch nemesis turned crush. Enemies to lovers. But yeah, okay, she was little in the Young Sheldon, but now she's 18. But. Oh, and then the guy from how to train your Dragon who is her real life boyfriend. That's kind of cute. That's cute to me. Teenage romance, like, that's kind of cute. Kind of gives me like Vanessa Hudgens, you know?
Trisha Paytas
But wait, they're that young and they have an affair with the.
Oscar
No, they're her mom. Her.
Trisha Paytas
It's like, wait, that sounds so confusing. Yeah, well, that sounds complicated.
Oscar
It does sound complicated. Yeah, but I.
Tana Mongeau
No, it makes sense because you. You mourn the death of somebody, but at the same time you find out something bad about them, so.
Trisha Paytas
But they're dead.
Tana Mongeau
Conflicting.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I just think, like, once they're dead, they're dead. You know what I mean? Do you know what I mean? Like, when people come for us, like about Elvis, he's been dead a very long time, everybody. I don't think we need to cancel him. He's been canceled, you know?
Oscar
I know. I saw that a lot with Ozzy Osbourne, too. I'm like, okay. Everyone was like, remember this? Remember this? I'm like, okay, well, he just dies. That's like, as Ted Nivisan said, the ultimate cancellation.
Trisha Paytas
That is. But that is so true.
Oscar
It's like, what else? What else do you want? You can't hold him accountable.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's what's so crazy is like, they're in the news. Everyone's like, time to cancel that. It's like, well, they're gone. I just think we need to let.
Oscar
People canceled by life. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, truly, people are wild. I don't know what they want. I'm like, oh, my God. So I think in this book probably didn't need to be made, because if they're dead, what are they going to find out?
Oscar
You know, even Colleen Hoover could talk about it.
Trisha Paytas

Oscar
I have no idea.
Trisha Paytas
Who am I to judge? I'm writing a book about my Tavern maid, so maybe that'll get turned into a Netflix. Maybe when I'm 40. I guess that's when you hit your stride. You know, maybe that'll get my. I would love it. I want Daniel Radcliffe to be in it.
Oscar
Oh, as the Tavern Maid? As the Tavern Maid.
Trisha Paytas
Trish like fish.
Oscar
So you want Daniel Radcliffe to play Trish? I thought the whole point of you doing writing and producing it was for you to star in it.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, but I'm gonna be like the Lena Dunham in this. I'm gonna be like the older sister. I'm gonna be like direct acting, but I'll be like a character.
Oscar
I'll be like, oh, so not the main character.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I think I want to be like an ogre that like comes into the Tavern.
Oscar
Okay, but this is the Lizzo I've never eaten a vegetable moment. You said that you would never want to play an ogre and you would turn down a role in Shrek.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, right. But I want to play an ogre in mine.
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
I was thinking, what's the other word like? It just a ogre, I guess. I don't know. What's like a big ugly thing? I don't know. Sorry, you guys. It's wild today. Yeah. You play that person. That's who you're gonna be in the Tavern series anyways. You're right. I don't know. I just make stuff up on the spot, whatever I'm thinking in the moment. Yeah, okay. I'll be something.
Oscar
I don't know, I'll be a fish star. I. I have a hard time believing you wouldn't want to be the star.
Trisha Paytas
I don't think I could carry it if I'm being realistic. I think I'm like. I think I'm like a little psychic.
Oscar
Like, you think? Yeah, I don't think so.
Trisha Paytas
You think I could star in my own show?
Tana Mongeau
Should have like time travel spells. So you know, so when you move forward in time, it's you and there's a younger version of you and an older version of you.
Trisha Paytas
I want to play all of them or none of them. I don't know. We'll find parts for everybody. But I really feel strong about Danny rocking in him because he has an accent.
Oscar
Okay, T, maybe Emma Watson.
Trisha Paytas
She can't drive. She wouldn't be able to make it to set. She has no license.
Oscar
Like, how are we gonna get her there? Yeah. Need a driver or something.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, Tom Holland.
Oscar
He's kind of hot right now. Everyone's really excited about him.
Trisha Paytas
Spider Man, Good accent.
Oscar
He has one.
Trisha Paytas
But could he change it? You know what I mean? You have to change it frequently.
Tana Mongeau
The guy from Too Much.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, absolutely. Well sharp. You're casting. I think he's like my new crush at the moment. I do think about him sometimes. Really? I google him. He's married, he has two kids, he's British. Oh, yeah.
Oscar
I guess I really just don't know anything about him. He was kind of elusive, I guess on the White Lotus press tour, like, he didn't really talk that much. I don't remember.
Trisha Paytas
And then in this press tour, he's kind of the same and he has this like weird high pitched British accent. But it's a real accent.
Oscar
Wow.
Trisha Paytas
I love him. Good. Good call, babe. We're casting him. Yeah. Okay. Anyways, I think there'll be vampires in it. I think Gerard Wayne maybe will be in it as a vampire. Yeah. Sounds like a good show. Pick it up. It's gonna be a book first and then we'll put it into a show and then there's that.
Oscar
But how many books? Like a trilogy?
Trisha Paytas
No, like a 12 part series. Like Bridgerton.
Oscar
Oh, like kind of Game of Thrones tease.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
He's still writing those, is he?
Trisha Paytas
See, he's another good example. How old is he? He must be like 70. Yeah. Mel Brooks is 99 and he's doing Spaceballs 2 next year.
Oscar
Godspeed.
Trisha Paytas
Like, how I love it. I want to be in it. Literally. I was posting about it and CA Shout out. CA was like, we're gonna get you an audition for it. I was like, love it. Thank you. I want to beat it. Rick Moranis is coming back. Mel Brooks at 99. He's gonna be 100 when he's doing it. That's so iconic. I would love. That's why I wore this top. Mel Brooks loves a busty blonde. So here I am. I can play a role in this movie. I would love to. I would love. Anyways, by the way, we watched. We're watching old movies. Did you watch Big Daddy with Adam Sandler?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
No. Dylan Sprouse.
Oscar
I. I remember them in it because. No, I've never seen it.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe you're too young. Were you born 96? When did it come out?
Oscar
Before? Yeah, but I was never. I realized this when I was investigating Happy Gilmore too. I don't know if I've ever been to Adam Sandler Girl like that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think he was more for like, like the bros back in the day. Like, Logan Paul would have been a fan of him back in the day. You know. Now everyone likes him because he's old. And I. That's my. That's what I tell everybody is like, oh, my God. Like, best advice is I just get old and then people. People kind of like look at you with nostalgia. Like, oh, it's so sweet. So cute. This old person. Me too. I feel like I'm just a really old influencer. I know I'm not old, but for influencer standards, like, oh, she's just like a relic. She's been around, you know, She's a harmless mom.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She's a matron ogre now. We don't care, you know? So I think, think without Saying they're dressing frumpy and stuff. It's like, less like. I don't know. People are just like, oh, young kids are like this legend.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
We watched Big Daddy. The kid's name was Frankenstein. And nobody said anything about that. Yeah. And I was like, okay, we have Aquaman. This kid's name. Well, his name wasn't Frankenstein, but he asked him, what do you want your name to be? And the kids like, Frankenstein's like, that's what we're gonna call you. So I'm pretty sure our baby's gonna love being Aquaman because it's kind of. It was like the same kind of vibe, you know, he's like, I want to be frankincense. Anyways, great movie. Go watch it. It means like, sold. But it was a good one.
Oscar
Did you know that as a part of The Happy Gilmore 2 Junket, BFF's podcast. Interviewed them.
Trisha Paytas
Found this out yesterday.
Oscar
Me too. I was. Someone broke this news to me. I was like, what the hell?
Trisha Paytas
Did they interview Adam Sandler or just the cast? The other cast.
Oscar
The whole cast, but with Adam Sandler. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
I didn't see that one.
Oscar
Not a lot of people did.
Tana Mongeau
It's a bad choice on their side.
Trisha Paytas
Right? We had. I'm just gonna say this. We had like an off camera discussion about it. Cause 2 Peaceful. She's in a very peace era right now. She is definitely, like, good for them. Yeah.
Oscar
Two out of three of us in this room are in our love and light era. Moses is so fired up.
Trisha Paytas
I love the title.
Tana Mongeau
I had an opposite lobotomy Moses.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Moses went in on David Dobrik. I was like, wow. I love the title too. When Moses says that, it's cute. Everyone's like, like, we love when Moses goes, if I do it, it's like, wow, she's bitter. She's obsessed. So from now on, I'm just gonna tell Moses all my thoughts and be like, go off. Go off, King. We want to hear it from you. No. Yeah. And she was like, nice about still. But she was just like. I think because she was nice, like, you know what? I'm not entitled to anything. But I think off. You know, she, like, loves Adam Sandler. It's like, yeah, that one. You know, she was like that. But maybe because they were on the.
Oscar
East coast, you know, maybe I thought the connection. Like barstool. It's a just. They play golf in the movie.
Trisha Paytas
A sports movie.
Oscar
Yeah. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Or just like the same. It's like, caa. They're doing like you know, if they do tour, they're like, we can get you in that tour. You know what I mean? It's like, yeah, you have to. Maybe they have the same agency, connection, representation.
Oscar
Yeah. Junket spot is crazy. And they got the full. In the industry terms, they got a double slot, which means, like. Yeah, because usually the smaller publications get, like, half the time. So, like, the total that you can get is 15. So the smaller ones usually get 7 minutes. And then sometimes if, like, the big publications with, like, big movies like Avengers, End Game or something, like, where they don't really need that much publicity, like, they'll do eight minutes for full or four minutes for half. So, like, the big outlets get like, you know, all the time.
Trisha Paytas
How much? So they got. They got.
Oscar
They got the full. They got the full stuff.
Trisha Paytas
And sometimes, right. Some people get like. Not the stars. They get like, the supporting.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And so she. They got the stars.
Oscar
What's good by that?
Trisha Paytas
Is it out? Because I saw the ones Shooter McGavin, like, the guy who plays him, and I was like, okay, they got him. He's cool.
Oscar
I saw. Yeah. Someone sent me a link. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Not seen that anywhere in the peace era. Like, that's amazing. That's wild, though.
Oscar
Yeah, it was wild. It just was. It was puzzling to me. And no, Brianna ate up the look, though. And I. I did.
Trisha Paytas
Right.
Oscar
I have to have her flowers for that because she wore a little, like, you know, rugby tee and like, a little skirt. It was very, like, preppy golfer. I'm like, Josh.
Trisha Paytas
That part.
Oscar
Roberts Hall. What's his name? The one next.
Trisha Paytas
It's Josh. Okay, that's good. That's good.
Oscar
You know, you don't usually know the.
Trisha Paytas
Men of the podcast.
Oscar
Gosh, I wish he. I wish Brianna gave him a little help on the outfit because I wish the look was serving a little bit.
Trisha Paytas
But that part, I think she could have just gone solo. You know what I mean? Like, I think he would have not cared because it's like, you interview, I interview. But, like, I don't know if he's like a me interview. I'm an interviewer, too, but I don't know if that's his thing.
Oscar
I don't either.
Trisha Paytas
Right. Like, Brianna seems. She wants to, like, venture into other things like that. He seems like he's happy just. Just being The Bro on BFFs, you know, he doesn't want to be there. I just saw the motion McGavin, and he gave nothing. But that's okay. I don't think everybody needs to give something. I think it sounds like they were like, Josh, you go to probably, right?
Oscar
I guess so. I have no idea.
Trisha Paytas
I don't think of the BFS podcast as like a duo, you know what I mean? Because they were a trio that got crushed. Dave Chagan. That makes more sense, right?
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Team to see if there's Dave Portman Adam Sandler connection. But there's not even one picture them together. But anyway, credit points for Adam Sandler. He doesn't.
Trisha Paytas
He doesn't what?
Tana Mongeau
Have any picture with Dave Port.
Trisha Paytas
Are we coming for Dave Portnoy? I thought we were okay with him.
Tana Mongeau
I don't think we're okay with him. He's been off the rails for a while.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, really? I thought he's been nowhere out of sight.
Tana Mongeau
No, but he's been screaming on his employees and going. Yeah, when he was like screaming at his. Like he was an. He was a guest on a podcast of one of his podcasters employed by bars Tool and evil was screaming like your little stuff at.
Trisha Paytas
That was cute.
Tana Mongeau
No, no, no. He was angry. Angry at him.
Trisha Paytas
And he didn't be like, let's edit that.
Oscar
I guess he just doesn't care.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
He's the boss.
Trisha Paytas
I edit out every time I scream at Oscar.
Oscar
Somewhere there's a sizzle reel.
Trisha Paytas
That is crazy. You ever think about that? I think that was not Loveline. Cuz like sometimes it's like the cameras are rolling and we'll just edit all this out. I'm like, well, that's just like not seeing on camera. Because Jimmy could be one day I got all this footage, right? And it's not bad. It's nothing bad.
Tana Mongeau
Let's clarify. You never scream at Oscar. That's people already thinking there's things we cut. We never. You never ever screamed at Oscar.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Thank you for that clarification. Well, I like the opposite. Because of that. It's like you wanna. I feel like you have to be over Alina. I think you have to be like, you put the people that like work with you. Like, you have to put them above you because it's like you don't want to get. Get sued. Right. Are you okay? Mental health. Take a day. I'm like, you know, just like, that's probably what you should do. It's crazy. I guess like older people just don't think like that because I guess back in movies, bosses would yell at people and be like, you are right.
Tana Mongeau
They think they own the employee also. They don't understand that to motivate Your employee. You need to treat them well. You want them to be happy, then they work better.
Trisha Paytas
Right, right, right. Because people can just leave these days. I love. In a movie like a Cinderella Story. Is it Regina hall where she's just like, I quit. Yeah, I love it. And she. I only stayed for this little girl, but now that she's gone, I'm gone. And then the custom walking out too. Like, we quit too. Did you ever see that movie?
Oscar
I love a Cinderella Story.
Trisha Paytas
We should be them. We look like them.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
What's his.
Trisha Paytas
What's the friend's name? I love him.
Oscar
I don't know. The little gay one.
Trisha Paytas
Was he gay?
Oscar
He was gay. Easy.
Tana Mongeau
Gay.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if he's gay in Cinderella.
Oscar
I don't know if he was either, but maybe it was implied.
Trisha Paytas
Was he in Cinderella or in.
Oscar
Is he a. Yeah, he was the gay one. The gay friend.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God, I love him. We should get him on the podcast. He was so good in that movie too. And Chad Michael Murray, I really. Murray was on our flight from Washington D.C. back to LA. I wanted to say something, but I was like, let's not bother him at 6 in the morning. You probably would have been nice. He seems nice in his.
Oscar
Yeah, he does seem nice.
Trisha Paytas
Wish I got a press junket for that Freaky Friday.
Oscar
Yeah, I would have loved.
Trisha Paytas
Although, Jamie, the curse kind of scares me.
Oscar
Oh, you're right. And they were doing them all together. It wasn't like Lindsay by herself, so. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She's so wild, huh?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But I kind of. When you're older, I think you just don't care. I think you're just like, whatever.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
T can't cancel her, like, literally. Right? She's just like. She says some wild things.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Oscar
Yeah. Just the thought of like you and Jamie Lee Curtis gives me a little scared.
Trisha Paytas
Just like her with like Bow and Yang and like Matt Rogers who are like, just so fun. Everyone loves them, have a key. And her just like going off on them.
Oscar
I know. That's why with you, I'm very scared.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, she would definitely be somebody. Like, that's a stupid question. We were just talking about this yesterday too, how, like, interviewers, like, if you interview someone, they just like call out. Oh. Because we're talking about Joaquin Phoenix on Theobana. Like, oh, he seems so great in interviews. Like, I want to interview him. And Devin, he's like.
Oscar
He is rough.
Trisha Paytas
That's what Devin said. Like, off camera, he's like, cut this out, Devin. Or cut this out. Jimmy. He's like, well, you can cut. You can keep this in. But he was saying, cut this out. I was like, oh, my God, he's gonna say something crazy. He's like, he would never do this podcast. He would think it's so stupid. I was like, oh, my God. Wait, why? He seems so. What? And Candace is like, this is real, though. This is what we needed. Because we're like, we get Joaquin for sure.
Oscar
And then he's like, is tough. He is so tough.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, really? Yeah, he seems so, like, wow.
Tana Mongeau
I know.
Oscar
And Theo von, he was giddy. I don't know why.
Trisha Paytas
He's like, is this what you call your show?
Oscar
Very, like, like serious actor boots. So, like, I remember my friend interviewed him and for the first Joker, and like, I don't know what she did to win him over, but he, like, really liked her. And they were like, vibing, but like, all the comments on like, YouTube were like, this is the first interview he's actually enjoyed, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, damn. And then I went back to look at other interviews.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, oh, he just hates interviewers or what? Why does he it?
Oscar
Because it can contractually obligate.
Trisha Paytas
But like, Leonardo DiCaprio never promotes anything. I'm sure he could get that same deal, honestly.
Oscar
Yeah, you're kind of right.
Trisha Paytas
But he won the Oscar over Leo.
Oscar
Oh, true, true. I don't know, I guess it depends on contracts or whatever.
Trisha Paytas
But, like, I hate when people go promote something and they're just like, miserable. And I was like, don't get them to promote it. Get someone else. You know?
Oscar
I know it's a double edged thing. Like, I get the. The how it can be very draining because the press tours, especially for, like, blockbuster movies, are so big and you're talking to so many people. But dare I say the women always have the second. You know, a woman looks like unhappy interview. It's like, damn, what a. But the guys, it's like, no one cares.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. No. Everyone is just like, yeah, that's what. That's what's annoying about it. I've never seen a bad Joaquin Phoenix interview, although I've never seen Joaquin Phoenix ever. So I was like, oh, he looks like fun, but I don't even know what he's promoting. He probably wasn't promoting anything.
Oscar
I don't even know it.
Trisha Paytas
They did say that Lady Gaga was gonna get her own. Was her name Lee in the movie? She's gonna get her own spin off of Joker too. What's her name? Lee I don't know what her name is.
Oscar
Yeah, it was.
Trisha Paytas
She's gonna get her own movie and I'm gonna be more excited. I think I ran the love campaign for that one. I love Joker too. I was thinking about watching the other day, cuz I was so sad and depressed. I was like, I'm gonna watch Joker too. I think that'll, like, cheer me up.
Oscar
I love that that's your comfort movie.
Trisha Paytas
It is kind of.
Oscar
I think you're the only person who can say that.
Trisha Paytas
It's so good. And she doesn't perform any of those songs on her Mayhem tour. I was like, what? What? I would want to see all of it. It makes me so sad. Shout out to all the way. By the way, what is the Mayhem thing where they put up, like, do they put up tweets? Is that what they're doing?
Oscar
I think you can. At the Ma' Am tour, you can text in or something, like a little message that. That goes on the screen like before Lady Gaga comes on.
Trisha Paytas
And they just put whatever up there. Because we've been up there twice now, I think. So they put up Aquaman and then they put up. They put up something else Moses sent.
Oscar
Me, and I was like, okay, that is so funny.
Trisha Paytas
And when I'm like, what is this? Because Moses, he's like, I think we were in the Lady Gaga show. I was like, I don't think so. I think that's just like, tweets or something. They throw up. And I'm like, no one's clocking it.
Oscar
It's so funny. And yeah, I don't think they're screened or anything because I've seen some wild things up there. But I'm like, okay, Little monsters.
Trisha Paytas
Did you go?
Oscar
No, I didn't go. Jimmy looked like he was living, though. I was.
Trisha Paytas
He was so sweet. He was giving me, like, real time updates too. He was like, so sweet. He's like, it hasn't even started. And this made my whole life. Yeah.
Oscar
Such a little precious angel.
Trisha Paytas
I know. I was so, so happy for him. I was like, oh, my God. We ended up getting. Something was weird with the tickets as, like, he wasn't getting the tickets. So we ended up getting him, like, the day of. And they actually were like, the closer seats. They were like, right next to the stage. I was like, oh, this was even better because, like, I don't know, someone didn't give him the tickets. I don't know. Jimmy let us know. Yeah.
Oscar
He said they didn't tran. Like, the person never transferred them what.
Trisha Paytas
Kind of scam is that? I was like, what the heck? So I was like, okay, well, come through. Because they were gonna give him, like, other seats, but he didn't know where it was. I was like, well, let's just get those seats. We make sure, you know, it is. But are you going on any tours? Tours or any tours? Are you going to any shows?
Oscar
Cats.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that's right.
Oscar
I don't think so. Tate McCray is here soon. I think Darian wants to go. But it is. It's a lot to go to concerts these days. Lollapalooza just happened too. And I was like, it might. I saw a video of, like, where you have to go of from when the gates to, like, the entrance to Lollapalooza to the stage. It is like, like two or three miles. And people are like, running because they want to get like, close to the stage. It was like a drone footage of it, and people were like, sprinting, and I was just like, put myself there, and I'm like, I would die. Then you're stuck there all day, like, because Sabrina Carpenter didn't go until like, 9:30 or something. So literally all day, you can't go. Like, once you're up there, it's like you're there.
Trisha Paytas
Those kind of things scare me. Like, being like, pushed close to something. Like, I don't like that idea. How many people?
Oscar
Let me see. It was a lot. The footage was crazy.
Trisha Paytas
They said Cat's eye at like 4pm like, yeah, I had 85, 000 people.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, what the hell?
Oscar
And that was one stage because it's kind of like Coachella where there's like a few different stages. Castle was like the main around 400, 000. A daily capacity like, for the whole weekend, and a daily capacity of 115, 15,000. So each day, 115, 000 people. Nuts.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. That kind of de influences me. I just saw, obviously MCR was in Arlington, Texas, and they played for like, 70, 000 people. I was like. And then I saw like, the line of people, like, trying to get out. And I was like, I don't know, I might be like, panic at the disco trying to like, be in there because. Especially because I want to mosh. Like, if I was going, I want to go in the pit and I want to like, what is it that's moshing me? Like, right? You, like, throw yourselves against each other. And I love the MCR mosh pit because it's like old millennial and it's like not that tight. And it's just like 10 people kind of like, like running around in a circle. I'm like, oh, I want to do that. But I think that's the one where you have to like get there early, right? To be close to the barricade, as they call it. I'm learning all this terminology. I was like, I want to go to the barricade too. I think that'd be like so fun. But I was de influencing myself because they did a 70,000 person one this weekend and I was like, I don't know. I don't know. 70,000 people. Thank you so much to Home Chef for sponsoring today's episode of Just Trish. Summertime is here. We can't be bothered with recipes and just being hot in the kitchen. Oscar
Yeah, I think it's. Well, like, ERAS tour. I'm trying to think. That was probably the last, like, big one I went to was ERAS Tour, but they didn't have. They removed the pit section, like the standing section. So it was only seats, which is better.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, you don't want to be in the pit.
Oscar
I usually do, like, when it's available, but for ERAS Tour, because it's three hours, I think for, like, safety, because actually in Europe, they didn't have seats for the floor and someone, like, passed away from heat stroke. Oh, my God. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, what did they do then? That situation?
Oscar
I think she, like, fainted. She didn't pass away at the concert. And it was before Taylor came on, so it was just like her waiting and. Yeah, it was all standing at the.
Trisha Paytas
Airway and the shirt just went on.
Oscar
She went to the hot. Well, she didn't. She passed away, like, that night. But yeah, she got sent an ambulance to the hospital.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think about that. What if someone does pass away at a concert?
Oscar
Yeah, they stopped a show, I think. I guess it depends on, like, the circumstance, like if it's during the show or whatever.
Trisha Paytas
Because of all those people there. Right. There's 70, 000 people. Like, like, the probability of someone.
Oscar
Okay. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You know, and it might not even be concert related, maybe, you know, just.
Oscar
Yeah. Driving and stuff. That happens. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I tell you, that's why I never want to leave the house. Like, that is. Sometimes I think about that there's something in October I kind of found out doing. I thought, oh, we're all gonna go together. And was like, well, maybe you'll just go, like, separate. And I was just like, oh. I thought we were like. But then I was like, we can't go together because. Oh, I was saying we should go together. But I was like, maybe we shouldn't.
Tana Mongeau
Because I say if we go together, everyone together. Like with the kids.
Trisha Paytas
Right. But if we go to the thing that I'm doing together, I was like, no one of us should be with the kids. Like, I don't think we should both. Both be together. Do you know what I mean? Like, if we fly on planes, separate planes.
Tana Mongeau
Like the two parents.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
This morbid path.
Tana Mongeau
She always lives in a horror movie type scenario. But I've seen tik toks of mothers that after they gave birth and they were talking among themselves of how they just see always the worst case scenario.
Oscar
Yeah, that makes sense.
Tana Mongeau
And there's something about it that I think is just connected to being a mom.
Trisha Paytas
And I had to get that mirror out of here. The pool, around the gate. I was like, everything. The stairs. I was like, I just. Yeah, it's actually. It's awful. I need to get off of it because I'm on that side of TikTok and I need to get off it. And then Tanner's here yesterday. So we're talking about true crime. And that's on my page now. And I'm just like. I'm just like not leaving the house, period on that because it's like so. It's so scary. It's so awful. But I guess. And why, why? Why do those things have to happen him? Like, I believe in God. Why? Why does that happen? You know what I mean? Like, I don't know. That's why I struggle. It's like, why do these things happen if there is like an all being person who can stop it from.
Oscar
My Tick Tock is very different. Mine is just Jet2 holiday and JetU holiday and Blackface Labubu. That's all I have.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. What is happening in the world?
Oscar
That was wild.
Trisha Paytas
The black face of Boo Boo was crazy.
Oscar
It's literally my. It's literally every other Tick Tock Jet. Nothing beats a Jet to quality with like some turn of events that then telling my friend that the 24 karat labu girl got canceled.
Trisha Paytas
And I'm like, that was crazy. That was crazy.
Oscar
My brain switching between the two. I'm like, damn, that was. I wish someone filmed me finding out about it. Because it was what is happening.
Trisha Paytas
That's what I'm saying. Like, what is happening in the world? What is happening?
Oscar
So nice.
Trisha Paytas
Why did she do that? Did she say it's so. Did she give an explanation to make.
Oscar
It look like KSI? Which is so.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
This is the case, Isla. Boo Boo.
Trisha Paytas
What? Okay. Right. There's so many questions.
Oscar
I just don't understand in the year 2025.
Trisha Paytas
Like, well, why did she do that? Like, did she say she did?
Oscar
She did post an apology video later and she did. She just, she said that she didn't understand how like, offensive it was or what. But I'm like, in 2025, I feel like, like everyone kind of.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Because just seeing it, it's not even like, you know, darkening the Labubu's complexion. It was full blown, like hex code 000000. Like the darkest shade of black drawing the eyes. I was like, why did she do that? And then putting like a little bandana so I had a durag. I was like, oh, oh no.
Trisha Paytas
Like, do you think she really didn't know?
Oscar
I. I really. I want to give people benefit from the doubt. But I'm like, in 2020, if you have social media in 2025. I was like, maybe if you're Amish and you just don't know, like, culturally, historically, like, how offensive that is. Like, maybe, but have like Internet access in 2025, to be on tick tock and to not know that that could be offensive is kind of like, how so?
Tana Mongeau
Like, I don't buy the idea of like, I didn't know black face is a thing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
You don't need to know that. Like to take somebody's complexion and not even get it right.
Oscar
Yes.
Tana Mongeau
And the way it looks, doesn't look so something about it.
Trisha Paytas
You can put like foundation.
Tana Mongeau
Because again, something.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Let's say it wasn't a black person. It a different ethnicity.
Trisha Paytas
Right.
Tana Mongeau
Would she done the same. A certain color that she thinks represents that?
Trisha Paytas
Find out. She might try. She might be like, well, let me see. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
To me it's just like, it's past the idea of like black face coming from the movie industry and all those things. It's just like, this is not the thing to do anymore in any way. And she had another one. I don't know if you saw.
Trisha Paytas
Oh no.
Oscar
Oh no.
Trisha Paytas
Which one?
Tana Mongeau
She was talking about her dog and she was. Somehow she got to the point of talking about, like, people eating dogs.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe she's just racist. Maybe that's her thing.
Tana Mongeau
So she has another one kind of.
Trisha Paytas
Well, let's not keep going, girl troll.
Oscar
I don't think. I know. I think she really thought she was eating. I thought she thought she was eating with that KSI and it was so bad. I just can't imagine holding that up and thinking that like, oh, they're gonna love this. You know what I mean? Check this one out. You Guys, nice.
Trisha Paytas
She got a high from the 24 karat.
Oscar
Yeah, the hits were coming. It was like anything she did.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Hold on. Wait, I need to get.
Trisha Paytas
Do you have it?
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
I forgot.
Oscar
I forgot.
Trisha Paytas
I brought her.
Oscar
I was like, she's falling and I. I can take her place.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, my God. This is. This is your time. This is the moment.
Oscar
This is the world's only.
Trisha Paytas
Why? Why, why?
Oscar
This is the world's only 24 karat gold. Unproblematic.
Trisha Paytas
Unproblematic. I don't know. That hair is crazy. Why is his face not gold? Wasn't hers face gold?
Oscar
Yeah, but you see, I don't like changing the booba's complexions. It's like Billie Eilish. A little pale, you know, so pasty. A little face.
Trisha Paytas
What's with the hair?
Oscar
What's wrong with a little shake and go ball?
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. A lot. It's reminded me of someone that's like, off putting and I don't know who.
Tana Mongeau
It's like, reminds me of, like the Jimmy Fallon pants bit when they're dancing that tight.
Trisha Paytas
Pants. No, but there's something else. Who had blonde hair like that? Recently in a movie we watched, someone dubious.
Oscar
She's kind of serving. I love her little bob.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, well.
Tana Mongeau
Do you want to close it?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. What is the outfit? It's like a grass or what?
Oscar
No, that's her fur.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, you did the skin of the laboo?
Oscar
I did the fur, yes. Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Fur. Oh, I see.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Because.
Oscar
Yeah, it's not.
Trisha Paytas
And it looks a little matted.
Oscar
Her. Now you're reading her. Oh, my God. Mad at his crazy word.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know.
Oscar
I was so proud of her. I think I gotta get her up. She has gold toenails.
Trisha Paytas
You painted them or spray paint?
Oscar
No, that. She came like that. The little gold accent. So that's why I chose her to transform into gold. And, you know, now that. What's her name? Lil's Bulls Official, AKA the Jungle Pups.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, wait, is that her TikTok? Yeah. What was the first thing you said her name?
Oscar
Her. Her handle is Lil's Bulls Official. And then her name is the Jungle Pups.
Trisha Paytas
That's so confusing. Why is it two different.
Oscar
I don't know. I have a lot of questions.
Trisha Paytas
No, same.
Oscar
She's over and I think, well, you're gonna take her spot. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Are you gonna do any more Bullabuboo makeovers?
Oscar
Maybe. So, yeah, maybe. This really is my time.
Trisha Paytas
I. But.
Tana Mongeau
Well, okay, you have the boo Boo.
Trisha Paytas
Might as well, yeah, you do have a lot you could transform. Did you feel bad kind of like defacing it?
Oscar
No, because I was so proud of how she turned out. Even though you read her down. But I think she's serving.
Trisha Paytas
It's a little off putting.
Oscar
I think she's serving the wig.
Tana Mongeau
I think she's missing a gold trident.
Trisha Paytas
Is there something. Okay, right. Is there what's underneath the wig? Did you ruin the head or something?
Oscar
No, I just love. I bought the wig and I was like, I need to put it on her. I saw it on the Tik Tok shop and I said, I want one of those.
Trisha Paytas
That's wild. Okay. I'm trying to be supportive, okay?
Oscar
You'll be devil's advocate for any dubious person, but my freaking 24 character labubu, you have. You have trouble finding the bright side.
Trisha Paytas
I think it's the wig. I think if she had no wig.
Oscar
You know, I mean, it does come off, but she's. It's not as feels. She's. Her ears are a little flat.
Trisha Paytas
I knew. I knew something was a little off.
Oscar
Well, it's just because I smushed it down for.
Tana Mongeau
You need to cut two holes for the ears to come through. Maybe.
Oscar
Maybe it was giving.
Trisha Paytas
It was giving. ET that's what it was giving. Yeah, it was giving. Like, E.T. dressed up. That's it. Okay. That's it. It needs ears to hear.
Tana Mongeau
If you need fashion advice for Labubus.
Oscar
You can come to me at work.
Trisha Paytas
No. Okay. Well, guys, I love it for you, honestly.
Oscar
For me?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. It's better than Lils. Whatever. Jungle pups.
Oscar
The best. I saw Vanilla Mace on her stream. She was just too impressed. And she was like, oh, I'll make the 24 karat gold labubu. And in real time, her, like, viewers were telling her, it's like, no, she's canceled. It's like, who's canceled? The boo Boos? It's like, no, the 24 karat gold person. And then she's like, what? She did a black lace Labubu and she posted was like, in real time. Discovering this was crazy. I'm like, damn.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I don't love a chat. Because I don't know if I want to find out, like, information live. Because, like, my reaction to things, I'd be like, I don't know if I had the right reaction. You know what I mean?
Tana Mongeau
We are the chat. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You are the chat. I know. I don't know if I love finding things out to surprise. Yeah. Like, wait, what do you mean you.
Oscar
Processing in real time? Yeah, sometimes it does take a minute.
Trisha Paytas
Do people tell you things? Do they break news to you when you're new? Yeah.
Oscar
Brianna Chicken Fry interviewing Adam Sandler. I had really had to process that.
Trisha Paytas
And what did you. What was your reaction?
Oscar
What the hell?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Did you say that?
Oscar
I was confused. I just sat there in silence for a minute. It or five, actually.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. That's the social media game. Just. What. Why are they there? I don't know. But they are. And you know, that's how it is. I'm sure people ask that about me. Why is she there? I don't know. I got the Oscars. No, I would love to, I think. Why?
Oscar
I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
If they ask, I'm going. You know what I mean?
Oscar
Like, see, I. No shade. Brian or the other one either. You know, like if they are pass go. Why not?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, the other one maybe. No, but if you can't dress in theme. You know what I mean? Especially you're a guy. Go in like a.
Oscar
Or something. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
A tea.
Oscar
You know those little.
Trisha Paytas
I guess. Yeah. Used to be skinny to be a tea. I don't know if I could go as a tea. I'd have to go as a golf ball. Do you like golfing?
Oscar
No. My brothers used to golf and hacks. They went golfing. So you never went golfing.
Trisha Paytas
We should do that for Patreon. We should go to the driving range. There's one across the street.
Oscar
Okay. Work. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
See if you can. Have you ever hit one ball?
Oscar
I've never tried, but never. No.
Trisha Paytas
Have you got a miniature putt putt?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
You live in the Valley. There's so many mini pup putts.
Oscar
I know.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God.
Oscar
I've never really been inclined, but you.
Trisha Paytas
Should try a golf. Okay. Putting's hard. I think you could drive because you're also very strong. I think you'd like drive a ball.
Oscar
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
We should do it.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I was on my golf team two years ago.
Oscar
Oh, I forgot. I did forget you. I was team.
Trisha Paytas
I was a little golfer over here.
Tana Mongeau
So.
Oscar
Yeah, you. Technically. You probably have more experience to interview Adam Sandler about Happy Gilmore too then because. Yeah. Your interviewer and former golfer interviewer.
Trisha Paytas
I was at the age when F. Kilmer came out. Like, I'm pretty sure they probably weren't born came out. And I know I could have been a podcaster on that too. I was very sad. I wasn't like. I feel like our set is very identifiable. Like bad friends got to have their set on there. Hot ones. Alex Earl. But I don't know if Alex Earl had her set. It looked like someone else's set. But it would be so cool if they were here in the pink one. Who was it? Benny Softy. He could have been right there. I researched him, too. I like to research everybody. That's not how he looks. You watch Abigail Morton. Did we talk about this?
Oscar
I've never seen it.
Trisha Paytas
You never saw the second?
Oscar
No. Or the first?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, damn. Benny Safdie is Uncut Gems, right? He's. Oh. I was Josh Hefty's movie when he went Uncut Gems. That was a Julia Fox movie. Yeah, we like them. They had a grandfather named Moses.
Oscar
Oh, you really want research?
Tana Mongeau
I know Jesus would know him.
Trisha Paytas
You know him?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Yeah. Darian would know him.
Oscar
Okay.
Tana Mongeau
It's a very famous architect.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. We'll see if he does know him. I feel like he's just older. Like.
Tana Mongeau
No, there's. There's a few architects that are, like, famous. Like, they're part of the history of architecture.
Trisha Paytas
I've never met someone with your name. Name. Your birth name, actually. And I was like, wow, that's so crazy. Wow. That guy. He was interesting looking. You don't look him up.
Tana Mongeau
Benny Safdie in the movie especially.
Trisha Paytas
But that's how he looks. Babe. I looked it up. That's just how. That's his look. He was on Jimmy Fallon dressed like that, too. Or just looking like that.
Oscar
He kind of looks like Benny Blanco to me. Is it a. Maybe it's just because his name is.
Trisha Paytas
Also, I was thinking Benny from the Fine Brothers.
Oscar
I feel like Benny's all kind of look the same. Maybe.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, that's weird. Is that okay? Can you say that? I don't know.
Oscar
Benny's look the same?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah. I don't know what you can say anymore. Who knows?
Oscar
I don't know. Watch. I'm next. I'm the next one. The 24 Karat. The movie?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I'm so scared, but okay. Where are we going? Oh, guys, don't do. That's crazy. That's crazy.
Oscar
Yeah. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And what did she. I wonder what she used.
Oscar
I think she just used the darkest.
Trisha Paytas
Like a Sharpie.
Oscar
I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
It looks more than a Sharpie. Yeah, Sharpie. You kind of see the lines or something. It was just, like, solid. Like you could have cut a picture of his face and put it there. You know what I mean? Like.
Trisha Paytas
Right?
Oscar
Yeah, that's probably a better option.
Trisha Paytas
Wow, you're smart. Because I was Thinking about that. I was trying to think earlier, like, how she could have done that. And you're right.
Oscar
Yeah. Zoe's Aldania posted an Instagram. I think it was AI, but she put her. It was her face on the Labu boo, and she just posted it to her Instagram randomly.
Trisha Paytas
And she was like, this is.
Oscar
She loved it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, she loved it. Because there was also best, where I saw a little bit of the apology from the girl.
Oscar
I saw the beginning where she didn't know the history of blackface. I'm like, I gotta go.
Trisha Paytas
And I saw, like, the mistake.
Oscar
I did not stick around. I'm like, I gotta go.
Trisha Paytas
We really should have watched the whole thing.
Oscar
I don't think. I don't. There's no way you could talk your way into making it better. So, yeah, it was just.
Trisha Paytas
Is she just, like, deleting herself off the Internet?
Oscar
Like, she's just, like, deleting that apology still up.
Tana Mongeau
I think she was even. Another one. I think she has two apologies.
Oscar
Wow.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. This requires a few. I think. I think this requires.
Oscar
I don't know if you can bounce back from it.
Trisha Paytas
That's what I'm saying. I think some people just, like, delete their account.
Oscar
Yeah. Because I don't know how. Also the jump from, like, minerals to blackface, like, you know, it was gold, sapphire, ruby, blackface, like, another Tik Tok.
Trisha Paytas
That's your shirt. Well, yeah. Have you seen that trend?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
On Tik Tok where they pull the people. I pulled up. You should do that. Did you do one we should do?
Oscar
I was thinking this. I don't know who's gonna pull me.
Trisha Paytas
You and Moses together.
Tana Mongeau
Are you still thinking about your first TikTok?
Trisha Paytas
Where is your Tik Tok? Whatever, Ted N. That's gonna be a long time.
Oscar
The whole thing. Ted Nivsen is the crux of my Tik Tok, so it can't be too long.
Trisha Paytas
Honey, you might want to let him know. Where is he? I thought he was in Europe.
Oscar
He's back. He's back home. But I wonder if he took me off his clothes. I haven't seen him post.
Trisha Paytas
For not telling people what's happening on the story.
Oscar
Excited.
Trisha Paytas

Oscar
Maybe.
Trisha Paytas
But what is your. Were you gonna say what yours was?
Oscar
Oh, yeah, I wanted that one. But then also, I feel like we would really eat the. The Nicki Minaj High School challenge. One where you. You're wearing a heel.
Trisha Paytas
Can you imagine? Never. Never. I was like, I look at that chart. I'm like, who would do that? Why would you do that? How can you. First of all, if you do it, it's amazing. It's actually very admirable. Could never. Could you. Did you try?
Oscar
I mean, my knee would just like. Actually, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
My knee was shattered for a number of reasons. It's a bad knee. My weight, the heel, like, it just would just. That sounds kudos to everyone doing it.
Oscar
But that's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
When I see people doing it, I was like. And they have like, stuff stacked up.
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
If I had like a folders. Coffee can beneath me and crush. I was like, how are they. How are they even being stabilized? It's so fierce.
Oscar
It's fear. I don't know how the hell. You should try it.
Trisha Paytas
I have a heel there.
Oscar
I'm scared.
Trisha Paytas
What size are you?
Oscar
You like 11 men. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know what that is in women's.
Oscar
I know either.
Trisha Paytas
That's big. You have a big shoe.
Oscar
Yeah. And a wide foot as well. Me.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I have no shoes. Still trying to find wide everything getting another size up. It's hard to find all these shoes and can't wear any of them.
Oscar
I'm interested to see how it would go. Maybe we should do a little. No.
Trisha Paytas
What? We'll actually injure ourselves severely. Talk about morbid. I was like, let me not. Not that I'll really be depressed. I can't walk. I can't do anything. I'm like, oh, my God. I support you, though. You and Darian. Darian probably good at it.
Oscar
Darian could probably do it. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
He looks strong and centered.
Oscar
I don't know if he's sent. Maybe he maybe.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, he's not like, coordinated.
Oscar
He is a little clumsy, so I don't know. But he is a barb, so maybe hearing Nikki will.
Trisha Paytas
I didn't know it was a Nicki song. Yeah, I like doing trends, but not. Would you try the Freaky Friday crumble? That's what I did on Tick Tock today. I was like, malibu gave a real review. She tried that frosting. It was lime. She's like, oh, my God. Yeah, yeah.
Tana Mongeau
She's in the agency. Like, blah.
Trisha Paytas
She always does that. Moses will cook like an amazing dinner and she's like, she'll eat like some of it and then some of it's like, I'm like, what do you mean she's. Then she'll eat it like she just said, kind of says initially, and then. Yeah. What are you having for dinner today night?
Oscar
I honestly don't know. It's kind of like a last minute game decision, you know?
Trisha Paytas
What, what do you mean? You just like last. Like you're just like, tonight we're going to order this. Just. You don't think about it, you don't plan it?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. I plan like the whole week.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, why don't you tell me? Cuz every night I ask her, what. What do you want for dinner? It's like, nothing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, grapefruit eggs. But then I'll eat grapefruit eggs. And was like, okay, well, do you want a slice of pizza too? I was like, I'm dry. Just eating grapefruit eggs. No slice of pizza on the side. I always do. Grapefruit eggs. Pastas is Friday, Your chicken is. Oh, no, chicken is Friday, pasta is Thursday and grapefruit eggs every other night.
Tana Mongeau
Very sad. No, I love it.
Trisha Paytas
I love the grapefruit and eggs. I love it. I love it. I wouldn't eat it if I didn't love it. Because we have like Olive Garden for lunch. So I'm like, well, of course I'm gonna have something light for dinner because we have a cheese ravioli at lunchtime, so. And then they get the donuts and it's a whole thing. And the manager at Olive Garden, no one's ever in there. He comes over five times every time we eat. I love him, by the way, but he's always like, everything good? I'm like, everything's good. And then muzzle if he's like, are you sure everything's good? I'm like, everything's great. I mean friendly, honestly. That's great. More people should ask how you're doing.
Tana Mongeau
Very, like, we're happy you're here.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he's always so happy. And my favorite is when people ask, who's watching the baby? We left him in the car. Like, what do you mean, who's watching them? Like, we.
Oscar
You can't just leave a baby.
Trisha Paytas
So crazy to me. People always say, where is he? With my mom. I want to get him sick. Like, people are so funny when they ask that.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
That's my other fear of, like, not trying to go out. Especially us together. Like, if we're if we're at this thing together in Vegas, then people are like, where's the kids? Then you feel bad. You're like, well, you're right. We should be home with them. Like, I don't know. People love to shame.
Oscar
They sure do.
Trisha Paytas
They really do. God. I saw one. I was gonna bring it up, and I forgot. There was, like, a shaming thing about. Oh, they were at a hotel, and they put their kid in a bassinet in the shower. And people were, like, really upset about it.
Tana Mongeau
Okay, I guess I have to see it.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Does it have a door?
Trisha Paytas
The shower has a door. It was a pretty big bathroom. It was a standing shower, and the shower had a door. And they put him in the door because they said the caption was like, we need sleep too. So they, like, closed the bathroom door. It was a pretty big bathroom. Wasn't a little one one. But people are mad.
Tana Mongeau
But are they. Is the baby sleeping in the shower and they're sleeping in their bed?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
At the same time?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
I mean, you need to be able to hear the baby.
Trisha Paytas
People are also like, what if, like, he. Because he was not, like, that little, he could maybe climb out and, like, turn on the shower?
Tana Mongeau
So is he, like, 1 2?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, like, 12 in the middle. And then, like, other people were mad because there was, like, a toilet next to it. Like, oh, my God. That's a place where you, like, poop and pee and there's, like, a baby there.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. Get a bigger room if you need more space.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. I mean. Yeah, I kind of agree with you. I don't. I mean, we have our kids, like, on us. You know what I mean? So I don't. I mean, it's kind of weird, but people are, like, really upset. Like, we're gonna call anyways because what.
Tana Mongeau
They'Re saying, though, is that they need to sleep. They don't want to hear the baby. So it means if the baby is crying, they put him in a place where they won't hear it. That's.
Trisha Paytas
No, I thought it was like, you know, we knew someone who, like, they put them, like, in the closet. Obviously, they kept the door open, but they put him in a closet because they needed dark.
Tana Mongeau
Right. But in a hotel room, usually you can. You have a dark out, like, blackout curtains. That's what I'm asking. Like, it's more if the baby wanted to sleep, but they're up and, you know, watching TV and making noise. Put him in a quiet spot so he can sleep. But they Wanted to sleep. That's weird.
Trisha Paytas
But to be fair, I don't know if they were sleeping. Maybe they were. I don't know. I don't know what they were doing.
Oscar
Best reporter of this information.
Trisha Paytas
And also, it could have been just for a TikTok, you know, sometimes people think something's cute or quirky. They're like, look at us being funny with our babies. So maybe they're also thinking they were. Were, like, doing something. And everyone's like, oh, it's like, it gives. Like, Matt and Abby when they were FaceTiming their kids, and they thought, wow, we're so genius. Look at us. FaceTime our kids. Everyone's like, that one. Really? Where. Who was watching the kids because wasn't the parents and stuff. All the dinner. And they were like. And nobody really was watching the kids, Right? But then they're like, no, somebody was. But it was like, after they said it. Yeah, because they're like, oh, they were just. We're gonna just face. That was. That was actually crazy. That was wild. I think the moral story just, like, leave your kids off the Internet in that capacity. You know, in general, I mean, I'm sure there's something about giving Malibu a crumble cookie, but everyone just has a comment about everything. But that one was crazy. The FaceTiming your kids and they thought they were so genius. Like, watch. We got to go to dinner, and we could watch our kids life hack. That was crazy. Someone asked me, what if Moses wants to do something? Like, you know how I've been, like, wanting to, like, get out of the house? Like, what do you want to do?
Tana Mongeau
I want to spend as much as time possible with the kids.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Jesus. Because someone's like, you should just trade with Moses. You go out one night, and then he goes out. I'm like, he doesn't want to do anything.
Tana Mongeau
I don't want to go out tonight.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, okay.
Tana Mongeau
Elvis is so cute right now. I mean, it's like.
Trisha Paytas
Anyways, Elvis is cute. I died. I cried. She's so. She's walking now, and it's just so cute. To this morning. And Malvi was guiding her walk. She's helping her walk. It was so cute. And yesterday we did not loveline. When I went upstairs, I was, like, crying because she was so sweet. She loves kissing and hugging, and she is just so sweet. She's wonderful.
Tana Mongeau
And it's fun because now they're actually hanging out, like, all three of them. You know, the baby, right? But he's there, and both of the girls are around him and Alvi says baby and Malibu wants to, you know, feed him and play with him. Like, they're all like a little daycare, you know, so it's fun, kind of because they're together doing stuff together.
Trisha Paytas
We should watch that movie. Wasn't there a movie called Daddy Daycare?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, with the Schwarzenegger one or.
Trisha Paytas
No, it was with Eddie Murphy and Steve Zahn from that White Lotus show and Righteous Gemstones. You remember the. Anyways, it's so hard to explain who he is, but it was like they ran a daycare together.
Tana Mongeau
Eddie Murphy. I'll watch it.
Trisha Paytas
I think I might be misremembering this, but I think it was Eddie Murphy. It is Eddie Murphy and Suzanne, right? He's my favorite actor at the moment.
Oscar
Love the relevancy, mama. Keep it up.
Trisha Paytas
I'm like, I don't. I need to get on it. Oh, gosh. How do I learn about new people? It's just, like, so many names. Like, there's so many new actors and so many names. Because you'll tell me the same person over and over, and I'm just like, how come a different doesn't stick like it used to? Like, I could tell you everyone in, like, a Quentin Tarantino movie, like Steve Bu. Michael Madsen, like, Tim Roth. Like, I know everybody. But no names stick anymore.
Tana Mongeau
You have to watch it. Yeah, once you watch it, you.
Trisha Paytas
No, I watch Hush Stopper, and I couldn't tell you anybody's name except Jonathan Bailey is the teacher. But who else? I don't know.
Oscar
Jlock.
Trisha Paytas
Like, which one is he?
Oscar
Oh, Kit Connor from him.
Trisha Paytas
Roman Juliet. Yes, I know him because of Rachel. Zach. I know him. If they're with, like, a. Okay, this is also not relevant. Sorry. We'll get to a hot topic that's relevant. But we did watch Snow White with Rachel Zegler over the weekend. And I love Malibu with Malibu. I was kind of glued. She loved it. She loved hi Ho. She loved everything. Was kind of glued. I think the blame needs to go. Not to be mean, but, like, Yagura was awful. Like, how come no one blamed her? Everyone was like, rachel Zegler tanked this movie. And I was like, she ate Yagura. Was actually awful. That song. No, that was crazy, right? That was crazy. We both were, like, shook, and not one person blamed her. She got a star after that movie at the Walk of Fame. That's insane. That's insane. That is industry plan. I'm sorry. I'm just saying it because, I mean, Wonder Woman, we tried that. And Justice League awful. This awful. Then we noticed they cut a lot. Like, she does, like, one line and then they cut. And I think it's like she can literally say, like, one word at a time. Like, she does like it, and it's always the same. Like, she'll be like, nothing, and then it's like, cut.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You know, she gets nothing.
Tana Mongeau
Extreme acting in one burst.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
And why would. Why would the. Why is she a witch? Why does she.
Trisha Paytas
In Snow White? Yeah. She's like a stepmom. The acting, the face. I mean, even though she's beautiful, but, like, bad. It's like. It's actually crazy how acting just ruins a movie. Like, how bad it was. The singing, too, was like.
Oscar
It is. I. Yeah. I don't know how she was.
Trisha Paytas
Why. Why did they do that?
Oscar
No idea. Grace Randolph, the movie reviewer on YouTube, she was. Her review was like, she can't sing. She can't act. She has trouble just standing there, I think so.
Trisha Paytas
Like, truly. That was so weird. I'm so confused by it. It was awful. It actually took me out. It actually took me out. It was so bad. My mom thought I was an influencer. She's like, is that an influencer? Like, it's Calcula. Okay. Horrible. Well, she never finished it because Malibu just kept wanting to rewind. The dwarves.
Oscar
Oh, that's cute.
Trisha Paytas
She loved them. I didn't see the magical creature scene. That was not that good. But the doors were gonna. Ate. They kind of ate, huh? They were kind of cute.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. She likes them. It's good for kids. She likes them.
Trisha Paytas
She just wanted to rewind it over and over, that one part. And she wears a Snow White dress every day. She wore to Olive Garden. She wore it to Hot Dog on a Stick. Wore it to the mall. Mall. That mall is popping. But that's a long thing. We love.
Tana Mongeau
You need a tissue? Because.
Trisha Paytas
What? Oh, is it annoying?
Tana Mongeau
No, you're doing it to the microphone.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. Damn.
Tana Mongeau
Do you need a tissue?
Oscar
That is deranged. This is a deranged episode.
Tana Mongeau
I get the comments. I know what people are like. Last time you had a bit of a sore throat, so you had the.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, at the beginning, the little coffee.
Tana Mongeau
Right. People were like, oh, my God, the leaf's my king. I was like, okay. It's not.
Trisha Paytas
If Oscar was editing, he'd be editing.
Oscar
I'd have the voiceover or something.
Trisha Paytas
I remember when Oscar used to edit, you used to, like, cut out every lip. Smack.
Oscar
Yeah. That's crazy, because I could see it in the wavelengths. I See, when all the little pops.
Trisha Paytas
That was wild. I was like, you just sit there and edit out every. Yeah, that's crazy. I mean, not actually crazy. It's a disorder, right? Yeah. So I don't want to, like, make fun of you, but that was. That's wild. And most of them, I'm like, just. You don't have to like.
Tana Mongeau
No, I have to.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, okay.
Tana Mongeau
I'm just surprised there isn't, like, an audio filter that find those.
Trisha Paytas
Right. That could just do it automatically.
Oscar
Oh, there is. Yeah. It takes it sometimes. It doesn't catch them all, though, because then it can make you, like, sound robotic almost. Yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Anyway. Yeah, that's so funny.
Oscar
We'll go back to topics.
Trisha Paytas
Where are we at? We got. Oh, bye. Well, we got.
Oscar
What's the title so far?
Trisha Paytas
Who was it?
Oscar
Brian Safdie?
Trisha Paytas
Steve Zahn? Why don't you just put people that like. No one knows. The only I know that I talk about Danny McBride.
Oscar
I do need to have one. Maybe our 200th episode is just you picking the thumbnail and title. Can you imagine?
Trisha Paytas
No. That's why we need you. Because between both of us, trying to think of a title or thumbnail would be horrible. Actually, 100th episode. Yeah. Well, next week we'll talk about. Or next.
Oscar
Yeah. Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. I'm so excited. Moses said there's no more Party City, so he can't get the 200 balloons.
Oscar
Oh, see, there's.
Trisha Paytas
To go. And they blow him up and it'd be cute. So I don't know what's gonna happen.
Tana Mongeau
Did this coming Wednesday or.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, gotta start thinking of something. Oh, man. What's happening?
Oscar
We have a Jimmy Hot Topic. Another Jimmy. A Jimmy Wetzel submission.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, shout out to our editor, Jimmy.
Oscar
Oh, I forgot. He did want me to clarify for him when talking about the Lady Gaga concert. He was not the one that pinched Lady Gaga. I guess there's a viral tick tock of Lady Gaga getting pinched when she was walking by a fan.
Trisha Paytas
Mayhem.
Oscar
Yes, during Mayhem.
Tana Mongeau
It must be him. If he's trying to clarify. It's not.
Oscar
Well, then he also said he was not the one who threw a labubu at her and she almost tripped over it. But I do think that was Jimmy. I didn't because he went to the Mayhem tour with the Labubu and I haven't seen the Labu after.
Trisha Paytas
So, Jimmy, insert show a newspaper in your labubu in front of it.
Tana Mongeau
We need to see the date.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
It's Like a Reddit post.
Trisha Paytas
We need to see that Labu existing same show. The LA show.
Oscar
Yes. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I don't understand people. I don't understand what people are doing. Someone licked your Artboy's hand. I was just like, what are people doing?
Oscar
Lost the plot.
Trisha Paytas
I think honestly, people are going to stop doing concerts because people are like, thank God that didn't happen at my tour. But didn't Bill Eilish get like a water bottle thrown at her?
Tana Mongeau
Many people.
Oscar
It was like, Evie Rex got a phone thrown at her one time.
Trisha Paytas
Literally. Never ever leave again. I'd be like, I'm never talking to any fans ever again. If someone did that.
Oscar
That's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Why do people do that?
Tana Mongeau
So like, do they bring extra phones just to throw them or. Cuz I can't imagine throwing your own.
Trisha Paytas
Your own phone.
Tana Mongeau
You need to get home.
Trisha Paytas
People are. Yeah, I don't get it.
Oscar
Me either.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, so what did lady got? Do she stop? Does she stop or they just keep performing?
Oscar
I think she just kept it moving.
Trisha Paytas
Someone passed out at a Katy Perry concert. You see that?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
It was like a child, I think.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
What do you do in that situation?
Oscar
Katie handled it well. She kind of just like you stood there with the girl. Like, had the medics come?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, there was a medic. I didn't see anyone come.
Oscar
And I was like, yeah, two people came on stage, like to. I don't know if they were technically. I don't know what their title was or anything.
Trisha Paytas
They were just in black.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah. And they came to help her. So. Yeah, Katie healed that well.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, she's like holding her head and stuff. And I was like, that's very sweet. Katie can't catch a break.
Oscar
Well, it wasn't her fault.
Trisha Paytas
That the girl fainted is cursed, you know what I mean? Not a bad way, but just like everything seems to go wrong at a concert, you know what I mean? For Katy Perry, it's like, oh, she's yelling at a fan about her husband. She's falling off the dragonfly, she's doing a crazy dance. She can't make the dance in time. Like there's always something happening. And yes, of course, it's not Katie's fault. She's a little angel. I love her, but it's like the bad press, you know, can't catch a break.
Oscar
Yeah. I feel like this. I looked at it and I was like, oh, Katy Perry, that's sweet. That. Yeah. I think this is more of good.
Trisha Paytas
No, no.
Oscar
You don't think I forgot you always Think every good story is like a pr.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I was like, if you're thinking this is good thing for her or if.
Oscar
Someone flips and lands on their stomach, it's also pr.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God. We corrected that last time. We do need a segment of just corrections from the last episode.
Oscar
I don't think this girl f like planned that she was gonna faint on stage.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's true. She did look like she. She looked like she was out.
Tana Mongeau
That was awesome. And Katy Perry was telling her like, breathe.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
She saw her struggle and kind of like holding her breath. She's like, okay, breathe. She tried to breathe and then she just fall down.
Oscar
So excited.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that. And then like, where's the parent? Like, do you know what I mean? Like, that was my daughter. I mean, I would want to get up there to her. I'd be like, oh my God, that's my daughter. Like I need to get to her.
Oscar
I think was her family. Because there was like four people on stage. And then after the girl got escorted, like Katie held the rest of them and they prayed for her and said like she's gonna be. And where they were trying to comfort her, the people left about her. So I think they were like a group. So I think.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, why would the group stay then? If the girl left, I would want to say.
Oscar
Okay, Barry. Yeah, yeah. This girl was not like 4. She was like a teen. Like, you know, like 13, 15.
Tana Mongeau
She was older.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. No. What? No.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, she looked like a teenager.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, 12.
Oscar
She was definitely giving teen. So my cousin, the height wise.
Tana Mongeau
She was. They were almost the same height.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Katie short and Mal was. Mal was probably the same height as Katy Perry. Like that's the same. Like she's short. She's a short queen.
Oscar
If my cousin's 13 and if we're at cat's eye and I'm like performing with cat's eye and she feigns, I make sure she's okay. I'm like, okay, girl, go.
Trisha Paytas
You're gonna stay on stage.
Oscar
I want to stay with Katai. Yeah. I mean, if she's fine, just roll her over.
Trisha Paytas
That's why she's okay. Even if it was like you and me and you passed out, I'm gonna be like, I should probably leave the same.
Oscar
You're a better woman than me. Cuz I would be like, okay, bye.
Trisha Paytas
Crazy.
Oscar
The gnarly dance. Like a bag of talking.
Trisha Paytas
Ooh. Do you think they'll do that? I wonder how you get on stage. We need to reach out to them and maybe they're too famous for us now, though. 85,000 people.
Oscar
I know. They're so freaking famous now. I think that's really blew up this year.
Trisha Paytas
You do have a knack of knowing when people are about to blow up.
Oscar
Honestly, T. I do.
Trisha Paytas
Chapel, you had talked about before we even like before me, not me. Before I knew Jake Shane. I remember the first episode. He's gonna blow up.
Oscar
Oh, I forgot about.
Trisha Paytas
And he's so popular. I was like, wow, we're really. Because remember, you called him like, Jake.
Oscar
Shane was already pretty popular when I said that.
Trisha Paytas
But no, the first episode, rewind it. You're like octopus something. And now he's like the biggest influencer ever. He was only known for being friends with Sophia Richie at first. Right.
Oscar
Pretty big on Tick tock already when.
Trisha Paytas
I knew everybody, so. But my point is, is he's like Ayla's now. And you really knew. You really called them. I didn't know. I was like. And I. Yeah, I missed the opportunity, I guess. I don't know if there was ever an opportunity, but it would have been great. You do. And then Cat's Eye too. You called pretty early on.
Oscar
Yeah, I mean, kind of. It was right when they got the show came out and I knew, I knew even when the show came out, I told my man. I was like, we need to interview these girls. It took them a year to do it, but whatever.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, but they listen, you should go on those shows, like Building the Band or like one of those shows. You know what I mean? Cuz you have a knack for that. You really do. We were watching Building the Band and Nicole Seringer was like, I put together One Direction. I was like, did she? I didn't know. I guess someone said they came together from Simon Cowell, but then she was trying to be like, I put them together.
Oscar
I guess she was there. She like pointed like all the photos were out on the table and she was like, this one. And like, she helped. She was. I mean, I wouldn't give one person credit. It was kind of like a thing.
Trisha Paytas
She just pointed to a picture like that one.
Oscar
I mean, Katy Perry is the one that sent Niall through the auditions at X Factor. So.
Trisha Paytas
Like, Katy Perry? Yeah, X Factor. She was in the British one.
Oscar
Yeah. They had the guest judges and Katie was.
Trisha Paytas
They all did it.
Oscar
A lot of people did it. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But Simon takes credit.
Oscar
He was the one that. And I love it. This is the hottest. The hottest topics, most relevant. But he was the one, like, at X Factor, each judge has like a Group of talent. So he had all the, the groups. Like someone gets the oldies, someone gets the girls, someone gets the boys, someone gets the groups.
Trisha Paytas
Who gets the oldies?
Oscar
Usually they say it's like random or whatever, but it's always the old person.
Trisha Paytas
That'S funny. Oh, so he got the group. So he got them. And then James Corden had something to do with One Direction.
Oscar
I don't know what the songs or what he was always promoting. Like they were always on the James Corden show.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I would say they had like a correlation, but maybe, maybe.
Oscar
I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
I have a One Direction hot topic.
Oscar
Okay, T. What is it?
Trisha Paytas
Crystal and Ruby.
Oscar
Oh, Pokemon.
Trisha Paytas
No.
Oscar
What? Because they did do a Pokemon.
Trisha Paytas
There was a reveal. No, there's a reveal. Do you remember they did like they were calling this fan, there was like a voicemail and they're like, when you get to the hotel.
Oscar
Oh yeah, Zayn, was it Zane and Harry. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And like when you get to the hotel, say you're under this name. And the girl revealed herself this weekend on TikTok.
Oscar
Oh, she did.
Trisha Paytas
Her name was something like crystalline Ruby or something like that. Like, oh my God, no way. This is like the reveal. And she talked about that night and how there was like a bunch of fans out there. And then I guess one of them called back and was like, no, you can't come over here right now. Like, our tour manager will be so mad. And then she texted him and she's like, oh, like, I guess your babysitter won't let me. And then Harry and him like, no come. And then she said, she went and she's like, just use your imagination. What happened? Whatever. And she revealed herself. She was American. Yeah, I don't know what it meant. Use your imagination. I'm like, I don't know. My imagination goes to like both of them because it's woah. Etarian Zane, April Howard.
Oscar
Oh, I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy.
Oscar
Okay, we need to reach out for a statement. Did you comment on it?
Trisha Paytas
No, I shouldn't.
Oscar
You should.
Trisha Paytas
But why was it the two dubious ones?
Oscar
Harry and Zayn?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they seem to be the.
Oscar
I think they were the horniest.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Because even on X Factor, Harry was pretty horny.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, I thought he wasn't a sex symbol. We had this discussion when you weren't.
Oscar
Yeah, that's why I was like the fact that we need some factual corrections.
Trisha Paytas
But my sister looked it up and he's like, I don't want to be a sex symbol.
Oscar
He on X factor. He was 16. I think he was dating another contestant who was. Was in. It was older, like, than 18. She was like late 20s, early 30s. And that was the whole thing. And then I remember this is why I didn't like One Direction at the time, because I thought they were too like, bro y.
Trisha Paytas
And I never have that. One Direction is bro.
Oscar
Well, because then the guy, this one of the guys won one. Not One Direction, but like a male solo star won that season. And then the mic was on and it was like crowning the winner. And Harry goes up to him. It's like, think about how much much you're going to get. No. Yes. The mic was hot. The mic was hot. The show was live.
Trisha Paytas
Is this fact.
Oscar
I lived it. I lived it. He like, think about how much you're going to get. And I was like, I don't like that. Cuz I was rooting for Shay Lloyd at the time.
Trisha Paytas
Swagger, Jagger.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, she was on. Okay. That seems like 20 years ago.
Oscar
I mean, this was like 2012. 20, 2012. When they were. Yeah, they were 16 in here. Mary's like 31, so.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. Okay. Yeah. I don't know if I buy it.
Oscar
Which part?
Trisha Paytas
All of it.
Oscar
I left it. I was there.
Trisha Paytas
Harry Styles.
Oscar
He was. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So he is. So he is a dubious one.
Oscar
I would have. I don't know if he's dubious. I think he's horny.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, no crime. I guess.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Boy compared to an adult. No.
Trisha Paytas
You know, right. Not as horny anymore.
Tana Mongeau
We don't know. I'm just saying. Definitely when he was a teenage boy. Yeah, probably.
Trisha Paytas
Why is that? Why are teenagers more horny than adults?
Oscar
It's just those hormones, I guess, testosterone, like things are.
Trisha Paytas
But what does that mean, hormones? I know they say it's hormones, but what does that mean?
Tana Mongeau
It takes over your brain. Like you.
Trisha Paytas
So how do you control it? How do people control it when they're older? Why does it stop when you're older? You lose testosterone.
Oscar
You do, actually. Yeah, but.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Yeah, yeah. They say that if you go through menopause or get a hysterectomy, women also also just lose interest in sex.
Oscar
Oh, scary.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. What if someone loses interest first in a relationship, like your marriage? I guess that's why older people get divorced probably. Huh? Because you always think, like, when they're 70, like, why are you getting divorced? But probably one lost horniness maybe. I guess it's valid, right? Is that a valid reason to get divorced? Is like one person doesn't have Sex anymore. That's not what I signed up for.
Tana Mongeau
I don't think when there's 70 but.
Trisha Paytas
One loses interest and the other one.
Tana Mongeau
Doesn'T at 70 and then they make up kind of thing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, people do that. Who was it? Hugh Jackman. He broke up. They've been together like 30 years. Meryl Streep I think got divorced at like in her 60s. Like a lot of older people get divorced and you're always just like why Just stay together. And then you're like well maybe one of them lost horniness or maybe they fell out of love, which is more valid. What's a more valid reason for divorce? Falling out of love. I think horniness. I think if one moves is horniness falling out of love. Love? Well.
Tana Mongeau
No, I think it would happen earlier. I don't think like if they cared so much about sex they would do it earlier. Like not wait till they're both compatible.
Trisha Paytas
You're both like bunnies. And then one day someone just loses it and not their fault. It's just nature. You just lose it. Like me probably. I'll probably lose it at like 50 if I go through menopause and men seem to be horny old men, you know what I mean?
Oscar
So then you're just going to get divorced?
Trisha Paytas
That's what I'm asking him. Cuz he's going to be the horn heeled man. And that'd be I have no dream drive. And then what? You just leave me? I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
I don't think so.
Trisha Paytas
But you know I'd feel bad for you if I was just like not into it and dry and just like don't touch me.
Oscar
Dry idea.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that works. That's another hot topic. I forgot to put. I forgot to put deodorant out on Saturday night after I took a shower and the next morning I woke up with body odor. Like bad though. The idea works. The dry idea works.
Oscar
Damn, it was bad.
Trisha Paytas
It was so smelly.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know that it works. I see it in our comments pictures. People talk about it and they all say it works.
Oscar
Yeah, I bought it.
Trisha Paytas
You use it.
Oscar
I just. This day is the first day I. Because I ran out of deodorant two days ago and I bought it.
Trisha Paytas
The orange package?
Oscar
Yeah, yeah, it's new.
Trisha Paytas
That new packaging. I don't know if I like it but. But it's the same formula.
Oscar
I got it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think you're gonna love it.
Oscar
It's pretty cheap too. I was surprised.
Trisha Paytas
Where are you getting it? Ours always like $10.
Oscar
Oh, it was 289.
Trisha Paytas
Where?
Oscar
On Amazon.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, is it real?
Oscar
I hope so.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like it's a knockoff or something. $2? That's crazy.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, they're usually overdo. 10 bucks?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. CVS is like 10.89 for one.
Tana Mongeau
CVS is the most expensive.
Trisha Paytas
They are expensive. It works because I didn't think I'd ever have body. I never smile, ever. And then I was like, oh, my God, it smells so bad. And I was like, I must have forgotten deodorant. So that dry idea. And it was just overnight. I took a shower at like 10 o' clock at night, woke up the next morning and had gross body odor. So keep using that deodorant. That was my head. I thought you were gonna know what the One Direction Hot Topic. I was excited. I was like, ooh, we're gonna talk about was a big deal. Everyone online was like, oh, my God, I remember again.
Oscar
I lived through that too. I like, I remember that happening in the moment when the. And I. I was weirdly jealous. I was like. Because I was really living X Factor. I was not living foreign direction post X Factor. I was living, like, even the first album I went to, the first tour they opened for, Big Time Rush, I think.
Trisha Paytas
Who's that?
Oscar
The. The one married to Alexa Vega?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yes.
Oscar
Yeah. Carlos. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
He's super religious, right?
Oscar
Yeah, he's in there.
Trisha Paytas
Disney Band or something.
Oscar
Nickelodeon. But yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, were they trying to compete against the Joe Bros? Honestly?
Oscar
Yes. Tea. It was around the same era. Yeah. Yeah. Who do you like better between Big Time Rusher? Jonas? Well, yeah, Jonas, easy. I don't. I never was in Big Time Rush. I don't know if I hate. I just don't know anything like that.
Trisha Paytas
Ask me to audition for Big Time Rush movie. Love. Love.
Oscar
Big Time Rush.
Trisha Paytas
Anyway, okay, so one direct. Got it. One Direction was opening for it.
Oscar
Yeah. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. I like. I like them too. Well, that was good. That's mature of you. You waited till they were older to like them because they were 16 on X Factor. That's a little weird when people are like, I love them.
Oscar
True, I guess.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You're like the same age, but.
Oscar
Oh, wait, yeah, I am because Harry's like a year younger than me.
Trisha Paytas
Younger? I thought he was older.
Oscar
No, Harry's definitely. Oh, no, maybe he's two years younger. Yeah, he's probably like 30. 31. Oh, wait, I'm 33. Yeah. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You sure? You're like the same Y.
Oscar
He's like two years younger. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Should we chat to him for comment? Maybe when he has a sex toy, he'll come on and promote it. Oh, yeah. This is the.
Oscar
Yeah, this is the place.
Trisha Paytas
I think Harry Styles could be a good guest for this show.
Oscar
I think realistic too.
Trisha Paytas
Joaquin, Maybe not.
Oscar
I think Harry Styles is more likely than. Because he also seems to do things just to tickle himself. I mean. Oh, figuratively. Yeah. I think he would be bemused.
Trisha Paytas
Who would you be more excited for, Rocking Phoenix or Harry Styles?
Oscar
Harry Styles. If I saw Joaquin Phoenix in a freaking mall, I wouldn't even. You want to go up to him? No, I wouldn't be gagged whatsoever.
Trisha Paytas
No, I don't think so. I wouldn't either. I don't even know what he's in.
Oscar
I've only seen him in Joker 1 and.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, you know, Joker too. Oh, well, you. You can see it. It's so good. You haven't even seen it. Damn, Jimmy, I know you like it, right? Probably because they Maybe.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I wonder if she performed at the Mayhem Ball. Any songs for. From there?
Oscar
I feel like no, but who's to say? Oh, speaking of concerts, Rod Stewart at his. He is now showing AI images of Ozzy Osbourne in heaven with dead music icons during his song Forever Young. Oh, it's. He just added this AI like, AI visuals. And it's. For some reason, they're all taking selfies with a selfie stick. And it's like Ozzy osbourne with, like, XXXTentacion.
Trisha Paytas
Why? What? That's crazy.
Oscar
It's Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Freddie Mercury, Kurt Cobain, George Michael, Amy Winehouse. It's a cloudy background and they're posing like it's. They're taking turns taking selfies with a selfie stick. It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.
Trisha Paytas
And why?
Oscar
Why? That's a good question.
Trisha Paytas
I guess that's. If you use AI, you have to get permission to use someone's likeness.
Oscar
That's what I. I think so I.
Trisha Paytas
Would be, like, suing.
Oscar
I was gonna say I'm pretty.
Trisha Paytas
Don't put it.
Oscar
I'm pretty sure they could at least send a cease and desist, because you can't just use someone's likeness like that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Especially so soon after. It almost feels like you're trying to, like, weirdly capitalize off someone's death.
Oscar
It is very odd. Like, he. He's on his One Last Time tour. And at first. First in July, he performed after Ozzy's death and he did, like, dedicate the song Forever Young Tim. But it was just like, a photo of. Okay, which is fine. And then, like, on August 1st, it turned into an AI odd tribute. And then in Charlotte, North Carolina, he ended the song saying, very sad. A lot of these people died because of drugs. I'm still here, though, though.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I mean, again, I kind of feel. I kind of get that. Like, how old is he? 80?
Oscar
I think he's 80. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Kind of a flex, honestly, to be like, I'm still. I mean, Aussie, yes. That's, like, too soon. But I guess everyone else, you're just like, I'm here. I probably would be like that if every YouTuber died. And I'm, like, still swinging at 80, doing a podcast. I'll be like, still here, y'. All. I'm the one left standing. You know what I mean? I kind of get it.
Tana Mongeau
The problem is, like, the. They're. They're like. I'm looking at it now. It's not just an image, you know, it's like a videos. It's almost like, what if, let's say, Aussie didn't want to be next to, I don't know, Michael Jackson in a video or something? Like, he's making collages and videos between people and situations that are.
Trisha Paytas
No, for sure that.
Tana Mongeau
I think that's like Cobain, you know, like, he. Nobody should use his image. Like, there's.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, there's some.
Tana Mongeau
It's very, very.
Trisha Paytas
I remember when Ozzy died, too. There was like, Hulk Hogan, Ozzy, Malcolm, Jamal Warner. People are doing, like, murals together. And I was like, maybe they don't all want to be together. You know what I mean? I don't know. Yeah, I guess the sentiment is nice. Like, you're trying to pay tribute to people.
Oscar
Boomers love AI. Like, I feel like boomers are tickled by it. They're like, Facebook is full of it. And everyone is like, they eat it up. It's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
My mom had watched our podcast last week. I agree with you. The AI confuses me, too. Like, it gets them. You know what I mean? It gets me too, sometimes. But the boomers, especially. But like you said, I think you're right, right? Cuz my mom had the AI picture of all my kids and she posted on her Instagram. And I was like, where did you get that picture? She like, someone just made that in your tik tok. And I was like, it's a. It's like these little AI images, which I guess you guys said was okay to do with the kids, but I was just like, it was so funny. Cuz it's like a little Barbie, little Aquaman, a little Elvis.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, but just to clarify because I've seen chatter here and there. We. We don't endorse AI.
Oscar
Oh, who said? Who said we do?
Tana Mongeau
Because like that's deep. No, but like you said, I guess it's okay to do the kids. Then people are like, oh, say it's okay to use AI.
Trisha Paytas
You technically said that, not me.
Tana Mongeau
Exactly. That's right.
Trisha Paytas
Thank you.
Tana Mongeau
That's why I'm clarifying that reporter.
Trisha Paytas
You remember everything you're saying.
Oscar
I love that quote.
Trisha Paytas
I love it.
Oscar
If you use AI.
Tana Mongeau
Go to hell.
Oscar
With that.
Trisha Paytas
We play that. So I don't support it. You clarify for you.
Tana Mongeau
I don't support it either.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Oscar
Oh my God, this is too funny.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God. Yes. You're not love lying. We feel found Tana. She talked about it. She collabed with an AI influencer like five years ago. Yes.
Oscar
Little Michaela.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was little Mikayla's friend. Oh, her name was Bermuda and it said hashtag ads. She's like, I don't know if I can say this, I don't want to get like sued. But it was like, yeah, it was a hashtag ad and she was like, yeah, basically paid to go to lunch with an AI influencer.
Oscar
How crazy.
Tana Mongeau
What does that mean?
Trisha Paytas
There's like her and this AI influencer at lunch together at Catch.
Tana Mongeau
So did she go by herself and they.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I guess there was like. Yeah, there was like a person there and then they just put a. Like a. Yeah, the AI over it.
Tana Mongeau
Oh wow.
Trisha Paytas
It was like five years ago. I was like, you were ahead of the curb. Yeah, it is crazy. Like, you know, like I said Rod Stewards old. I guess she's probably trying to be like sweet like, you know. But the flex was crazy though.
Oscar
The I'm still here and like they. Most of these people die from drugs, but I'm still here.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that is why.
Oscar
It's like. You don't have to say that, you know.
Tana Mongeau
No, but that's what I'm saying. Like. But use somebody like Court Corbin that took his own life or Michael Jackson or like people that didn't print. They didn't. Prince didn't use drugs. It was. Who knows, maybe somebody even took him out. Like. Yeah, to. To say that about those people.
Trisha Paytas
And it's Kirkabeine went as wild because he actually. Yeah, that was pretty gruesome.
Tana Mongeau
His all of them accident. Like Michael Jackson.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Prince. Those are situations that we don't really know what happened and.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, maybe not a good call. Where's he performing? Is he like, just touring or is.
Tana Mongeau
That Vegas or something?
Trisha Paytas
Because he was in Vegas for a while, but sounds like now. Okay, 2080 is wild.
Oscar
I wonder where he is at next. Going to go see him, boots on the ground. Oh, Paso Robles.
Trisha Paytas
Paso Robles. Where's that?
Oscar
In California.
Trisha Paytas
Is that the name of our hospital? What was our hospital called?
Tana Mongeau
I think it is Paso Robles or Los Robles.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, what's Robles mean? Anybody? Los Robles Hospital.
Oscar
Oaks or oak trees?
Tana Mongeau
Oh, yeah, Thousand Oaks.
Trisha Paytas
That I'm. I love that. Los Robles is so cool. That's so funny because we have like, the oaks. They're like. We're just gonna call it a Spanish version of it.
Tana Mongeau
Well, no, the Spanish was first. But with the Conejo Valley. Yeah, the Spanish was first.
Trisha Paytas
Someone did say that they're talking about California. They're like, like everything is like Spanish name.
Tana Mongeau
So of course, all the Spanish land is it.
Trisha Paytas
You know what I mean? Everything's like San Diego and Los Angeles. Los Angeles, Yeah. Oh, right. So let's.
Oscar
Santa Monica. Hello.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah, you're right. Or somebody was right. Whoever pointed that out. Santa Barbara. What's Santa mean? Saint. Really?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, because it was all the missions and it's after all the saints.
Trisha Paytas
Saint Barbara. Saint Monica.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That's cool. I like it. Yeah. Well, maybe they'll get a cease and desist. I mean, I don't hope that for that.
Oscar
Well, I kind of do. Yeah. Maybe we should stop using it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Okay. He's 80.
Oscar
Yeah, he is confirmed. 80.
Trisha Paytas
Actually.
Oscar
80 actually. 80.
Trisha Paytas
Damn.
Oscar
Yeah. 45. It was born.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. That's crazy. You're born in 1945. Oh, my God. Age is such a funny thing. Like getting old is such a funny thing.
Oscar
Oh, yeah. Back to Jimmy's Hot Topic. That his submission? I didn't miss it.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, okay.
Oscar
No, the Lady Gaga discourse was just a disclaimer from Jimmy.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Oscar
Tyra bank says she'll clean up crumbs in bed and on the ground by eating them days later. And she says, quote, I'm not joking, in case he thought I love her.
Trisha Paytas
Little, like, snippets from interviews that we've been seeing lately. Just so random.
Oscar
Also from today's show, Jenna and friends.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God, they're really getting all the clips. She eats the crumbs. Why?
Oscar
Well, Jenna and Tyra were talking about eating in bed, and Jenna brought it up. Well, Tyra said That her and her mom enjoy eating, hanging out in bed. She said, we eat ice cream in bed and we do popcorn. But Jenna said, yeah, but the great. The problem is, like, you know, you get crumbs in bed, and she hates that part. But Tyra said, yes, but the great thing is then a couple days later, and Jenna was gagged, she said, no, you don't. A couple days later, you get down there and she said. Tyra said, I do. And you know Jenna, I clean crumbs up by eating them. Because if you put it in the trash, it's gonna get roaches or something. So you clean it up with your finger or you just eat it.
Trisha Paytas
How do they not get the roaches in the bed after two to three days? I love eating a crumb too, but you eat it right away once the crumb. If Malibu gets crumbs and bad, I'm eating it. I'm like, okay, let me get those before the ants get them. You know what I mean? Like, why did she leave it in for two to three days?
Tana Mongeau
How do you know after that long that it's a crumb that.
Trisha Paytas
Scab skin? Like, anything can be there. Like, no.
Oscar
Oh, my God. And then Jenna also asked a follow up question about what if the crumbs are on the ground? And she's. Tyra said, I have a no sho. A no shoe rule in my home, so I can eat off my floor. I'm serious. I do that. But then she said, I see my son doing it and I'm like, don't do that. And so she's a son. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
What?
Tana Mongeau
Sounds like a toddler.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. That's crazy.
Oscar
Oh, wait. Maybe I'm getting mixed up, though. Maybe that was Jenna's quote. Hold on.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Oscar
Oh, no, she does have a son. I was right.
Trisha Paytas
How old?
Oscar
Nine scenes.
Trisha Paytas
What? Did I miss that chapter?
Oscar
Me too, actually. God, now that I think about it.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, wait, wait, he's not okay. But she's telling him, don't eat crumbs off the floor.
Oscar
Yeah. And the son is like, wait, but you do it. But she has to, I guess, do as I say, not as I do.
Trisha Paytas
Right?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That is a big part of parenting is like, I love getting McDonald's, but Malboo, no. You know, because those new little hello Kitty Ninja turtles are coming out next weekend. I'm going to eat Malibu. But I'm like, maybe should get her hooked on McDonald's.
Oscar
Oh, good point, good point.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I'll just go and hide. I'll do it. In secret. Okay. Sometimes I think tired just says, I also love Jenna being this Jenna Bush. Yeah, she's kind of like an investigative journalist.
Oscar
She does ask to follow up.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, people need to learn from that.
Oscar
And then after Tyra said that, though, she's like, okay, we're going to commercial break. So she.
Trisha Paytas
She said, we're done talking about it. Yeah, I get that I eat stuff off the floor for sure, but definitely not days after, because animals could get to it. Like, there's just so many little things that could get. Get to it. But if she had like roaches getting in the garbage, they might get to her sheets and there's nothing wrong with it.
Tana Mongeau
So she doesn't throw any food in the garbage ever. Like, good point.
Oscar
Yeah, that's a good point.
Tana Mongeau
I think she just misunderstood the, the, you know, the saying eating and leaving no crumbs. I think maybe she was thinking she was saying. Maybe she was thinking she's saying something else.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if that was her interpretation.
Tana Mongeau
I think so. That'll be my follow up question.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. I don't think that was her. Okay, well.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
The literal sense of that, I suppose. Yes.
Tana Mongeau
In her age.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Her age. How does she.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know, like us. Like me.
Trisha Paytas
Us and me are things.
Oscar
51. She's 51.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, that's a little older. Yeah, that's what I mean. No, that's older than you. You're not in your 50s.
Tana Mongeau
I know. No, but I'm saying, like, I'm not in the generation that would say those words, you know?
Trisha Paytas
But no crumbs.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, like, I wouldn't say so.
Trisha Paytas
You would think to eat crumbs off the floor if you heard that saying, right?
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, I would think, like, oh, I'm so cool.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, got it.
Oscar
Do you remember when Tara wore a fat suit? My friend. My friend won. Wanted.
Trisha Paytas
Didn't we just talk about. Did we talk about this or something?
Oscar
We talked about her pretending to be poor and her fancy. Not the fat suit.
Trisha Paytas
I remember the fat suit very well.
Oscar
I forgot about the fat suit.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. And she. And yeah. And everyone was so sad for her. And I was like, she's not fat.
Tana Mongeau
Still think it's a Patreon.
Trisha Paytas
The way everyone was like, wow, she was treated so bad. I'm like, well, guess what? She can just take that suit off. And she just supervised.
Oscar
I forgot about that. I forgot.
Trisha Paytas
That was crazy. Just like, it was so sad how they treated fat people. Well, you're not so. And I would get it? If it was just her own body, but damn, she just had to be humongous. And I was like, that was. It doesn't take a rocket scientist.
Oscar
I feel like whoever produced the tire show left and then started producing Jubilee because it's like, so out of pocket. It's like the same level of out of pocket and it keeps, like, escalating.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, you were.
Oscar
It's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
I guess it was a different era. We watched shows from, like, 2010 sometimes, and it's like, damn. They really did do, like. They really were just, like, wild back then. You know, we watch Mike and Molly, which is so funny. It's like cbs. It's like, family friendly. And they have a lot of like, oh, my God, Carl, that's a man. You know, like those kind of jokes where it's like, you know, I'm like, this is crazy that that was like, on TV and that this is like. It's just such a wild. It's such a different time. And it wasn't that long ago. That was like 2012. I mean, it's not like it was 1999. Like, it was relatively recent. And I'm like, damn. We really have progressed, though. I'm proud of us as a society. For the most part. Not the LA girl, but it's kind of going back. No, we've lost the.
Oscar
All the genes. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. The genetics is crazy.
Oscar
It's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Someone explained it to me further, specifically the eugenics.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Like, it's like a Hitler thing.
Oscar
Yeah. Like, I mean, that was the whole philosophy. Like, you know, the white superior race.
Trisha Paytas
You know, once, you know, it gets a little deeper like that. Like, that kind of makes sense why people are upset because I kind of didn't know. I was like, I didn't know.
Oscar
What's that?
Trisha Paytas
Maybe people just weren't going to school and weren't getting educated.
Oscar
You know what clip? I got it mixed up in my head. I thought Tana was talking about. But she's talking about Osama bin Laden. But it came back up on my Tik Tok, the Matt R interview. I've just learned that, you know, people, they hate on me because, you know, they're jealous. And Tana goes, that's such an insightful statement and, like, really taking time to think about that. So do you think people were jealous of a song? Have been lot. It came up back on my six song so good.
Trisha Paytas
Like, one of the most iconic things. He's like, anyone who hates are just jealous of you. We're jealous of Himself.
Oscar
That's such a. It's such a deep, insightful statement.
Trisha Paytas
I know. Right? But also. Yeah, she. She clocked it for sure.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
Matt Rice, I'm sorry, but I feel. I fear a curse is coming in your future.
Oscar
He's officially the legal guardian of Annabelle the doll.
Trisha Paytas
Which I feel like, at first, right. Like, everyone's like, oh, that's scary. Like, I'm worried about him. But then it's like, when it got, like, to the next level of him, like, wanting to. Wanting to, like, profit off of this, like, Airbnb. I think that's when everyone really was just like, that doll's gonna get you, and we don't care. Because I think people were concerned because. Right. Didn't someone actually, like, pass away recently about animal.
Oscar
Yes. The handler. Some. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. And that house is more. There's lots of items that are cursed, so that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. What? Honestly, like, you can't have sympathy. Like, obviously, I don't want anything bad to happen. I don't try not to believe in curses. I claim no energy, but, like, no evil energy. But I don't believe in curses too much. But also, I'm not gonna try. Try and like them, find out. You know what I mean? Like, that's so weird. So you kind of don't have, like. You don't have sympathy for those kind of people. Do you know what I mean? Like, why are you even testing this?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Especially when someone just passed away that was, like, around this kind of thing.
Oscar
It is.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if I like it. I'm. I'm worried, but at the same time, you can't be worried about someone who did it to themselves.
Oscar
You know what I mean?
Trisha Paytas
Like, why are you buying this house? To profit. It's not even, like, you're, like, a fan. You love it. You're like, I just want to preserve this so no one with it. Maybe he don't want anyone. The spirits. Maybe he want to get rid of the doll, like, in. In the way you're supposed to get rid of demons, which I think you're supposed to, like, burn them or something. But. But he's not. He's trying to, like, have more people get cursed.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It's like a classic script beginning of a horror movie.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. No, it doesn't. It doesn't sound good for real. I mean, it's actually kind of scary.
Oscar
Yeah. You know, and it's a. The museum has 700. 750 cursed artifacts in, like, there.
Trisha Paytas
And he bought the whole thing.
Oscar
He bought the yeah, it's like the property. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
But he's. He's just the legal guardian of the objects, I think, for, like, five years.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So. But he's trying to, like, have people come to, like, look at that. He's going to charge people.
Oscar
Yeah. So it's a. It was a. A museum, the occult museum, but the doors were closed since 2019 because of a zoning violation. So the museum has been closed. That's why they took Annabelle, like, out on the road, like, you know, know the road show.
Trisha Paytas
And that's when the guy got.
Oscar
Yeah, so that guy passed. He was the one that was transporting her, basically. And even though he passed away, the authorities said, you know, Annabelle was not in the hotel room with him. But still, I think a little residue. A little curse residue, for sure.
Trisha Paytas
The curse of it.
Oscar
Of course, Annabelle's not gonna. She's a smart girl. She's not gonna stay at the scene of the crime, you know.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. She's like, let me just.
Oscar
Yeah, let me do it in. Skedaddle.
Trisha Paytas
But is this doll there, then at the place that he bought it is going to be. It's going to be back.
Oscar
Yeah, she's going to be. Because he wants to open up. He wants to open the museum back up, basically, and that's how he would, you know, do the profiting. But. Yeah, and he. He has a photo in. Next to Annabelle, next to the real Annabelle.
Trisha Paytas
O. It gives me kind of, like, chills. I kind of feel bad. Like, I feel like they're going to use that photo, you know, like when something.
Oscar
If something happens.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. And look, I'm the same. I. Yeah, I did it once. You. A music video in a casket. I was. I remember I had to do a music video right away because someone's like, oh, this is kind of bad if it's like, your last video. And I was like, oh, my God, let me do another video right away. Because, like, that's, like, the worst thing ever. If that's, like, your last thing that you put out there, you know, I didn't think about that, but now I'm like, okay, never again. I never want to do that. But even when we went to go see the Helena, the My Chemical Romance church, I was like. Like, I. I was excited to do it, but then I was like, everyone's taking pictures in front of, like, you know, there's like, a casket there, like the music video. And I was like, I don't know if I really want to take a picture in Front of like a casket, like, you know what I mean?
Oscar
In case.
Trisha Paytas
So I think it's just like in general, even tweets, Instagram, anything. I never try to put like love my life. Because then they're like, oh, that was her last tweet. I don't know, like something. So anytime I try to like shift, whatever, actually I'm like, is this. Would I be okay if this is my last tweet?
Oscar
Wow, that's a good, you know. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Gestures. Watch this episode. I don't know. But you know, even captions probably could turn anything into anything.
Oscar
Yeah. But this one is like you're really asking. Because if it's a doll that's infamous for. For being demonic.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. You're taking like a selfie.
Oscar
Yeah. So you want to open the doors so Taurus can come look at her.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that part.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
It feels a little bit like greedy. Like you said, it's part of a movie where someone's like greedy and wants to make all the money.
Tana Mongeau
He's opening the gates to something that nobody don't like it.
Trisha Paytas
Remember they had that little demonic doll we had to get rid of because he like threw himself off of the shelf in my glam room. It was a little. It was supposed to be Baby Yoda, but someone turned him demonic and we had to get rid of him.
Tana Mongeau
There's a name to it, I don't remember. So the place is like a museum for the occult.
Oscar
Yeah. It has 750 artifacts in it.
Tana Mongeau
I mean the fact that he even has affinity to that to purchase that into there. Something else is going on behind the scenes that is not good. Very bad.
Oscar
I remember he went to it, I think a year or two years ago. I think I had on. It was after everyone hated him for like a week because I remember I was like, oh, he was. He talked about being like wanting to buy that house one day because he was. Went on the. He went to like a VIP like tour of it or something. He was like obsessed with it. Maybe he was possessed by it and like. Yeah. Spirit's like whispering to him like, buy it, Matt. Buy it.
Tana Mongeau
No, cuz also the people that will rent it, to what purposes and what things are they going to do there? You know, it's. It's very, very sus.
Oscar
And he said he is. He legally does not own the items, but he is the legal guardian and caretaker for the items for the next five years.
Trisha Paytas
I just don't really understand that part. So what did he buy?
Oscar
He bought the house and museum because.
Tana Mongeau
Like when you have a museum, the artwork is not necessarily part of the museum. The museum is a guardian of the artwork. So sometimes the family of the artist owns it or some trust or whatever. So those objects might be owned by somebody else, but they want to put them somewhere. So they get kind of like a free storage where they could be taken care of and displayed, played. And he, for some reason chose to do that. It's really odd. It just shows that this true demonic nature.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Maybe it explains the way. Why he is the way he is. Because it's like, why.
Oscar
Yeah. And for someone who hates women to try to own a girl doll, a Raggedy Ann.
Trisha Paytas
Get Megan in there.
Oscar
Honestly. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
All the forces.
Oscar
Next interview with Megan. Thoughts on that? Right?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, maybe.
Oscar
Maybe it's a little spooky. The New England Society for Psychic Research, this has announced. Or like they're from their experience with Annabelle, claims that she is, quote, demonically possessed. It's just, I. Even if it's not real, you don't believe in it. It's something I personally wouldn't just want to mess with.
Trisha Paytas
You know, it's like a Ouija board. Like, why even try? Why even invite that in? I've heard so many people, like, once they have that in, they can't get rid of it and curses their. I'm like, okay, no, thank you.
Oscar
He's so, like, cocky and smug that I feel like, you know, if anything, like. Like you said, it's like he thinks he's almost like, untouched, untouchable. So I'm like, well, I can't help you if Annabelle comes after your ass, you know?
Trisha Paytas
I know. I think that's. It's definitely a mistake for sure.
Oscar
Yeah. But I. If you had to be in a room with Annabelle or Matt Rife, I think I would choose Annabelle personally, because she's at least kind of queeny. She's got the lipstick, she's got her hair done. I think she's more of an ally than Matt. R. Absolutely.
Trisha Paytas
I'd rather be with Jason Voorhees and Freddy Krueger than Matt. That's my option. Take me out. You know what I mean?
Oscar
Like, my wife would just make fun of your body.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, no, but, like, his energy is more evil and demonic than all of them. You know what I mean? Like, I just. Yeah, I. He scares me. No, I'm not even being funny. Honestly, I don't want to be anywhere near Matt Rife. Me too. Look, I probably don't want to unalive my. You know, I guess I want to live so I'd be in a room with them. I don't know. Annabelle doesn't kill people, right?
Oscar
I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know.
Oscar
I don't know her.
Trisha Paytas
Lord, talk about dark. I said I was morbid earlier. Now we're talking about these dolls and Matt rife.
Oscar
And I don't think Annabelle's ever killed a gay person. At least I feel so. I feel more safe. Yeah. Remember you said Jimmy brought this up the other day when you said Megan killed a gay person? A gay kid?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. No. Did you ever look it up? I swear there was some lore behind it. I saw it on TikTok. I swear. Okay, look up the theory. Did you ever look up the theory, like, Google it?
Oscar
I mean, I saw both films, but.
Trisha Paytas
There'S like, a definitely a theory that one of the kids.
Oscar
I mean, she only killed one kid.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think he was gay.
Oscar
He was just a bully.
Trisha Paytas
Sometimes the. Nowadays in. In movies, they make the gay ones the bullies. Did you see that on, like, Modern Family? They're like, we gotta go protect that gay kid. And he was actually the one bullying everybody, buddy.
Oscar
I. I don't think he was get. I mean, I don't know. I mean, because he.
Trisha Paytas
I think there was something.
Oscar
I thought he had some weird, like, urges for Megan. I mean, maybe he was like, fear diva, let me play with her. But to me, it was more like.
Trisha Paytas
Wanted to be here.
Oscar
Yeah, I don't know. I. I could be wrong. I guess you can. Next time you interview Megan, that will have to be one of the questions.
Trisha Paytas
I'm gonna find it. It's like my mom, she always Google things, like, two days later and send it to me and. See, I told you nothing. I'll find it tonight. I'll look for it.
Oscar
I mean, I googled Megan kills gay kid, and nothing. No, it's just like.
Trisha Paytas
Did you say Megan the robot?
Oscar
Because, like, yeah, I'm getting some for Megan the doll. Yes, but Megan murderer and masked queer icon. That's one of the things. But how could she be a queer icon if she's killing queers? It just doesn't add up.
Trisha Paytas
Right, right. That's true.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
We don't like queer.
Oscar
Queer hate.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, you're right. You're right. Speaking of. Okay, this is not Hot Topic. What kind of Hot Topic?
Oscar
Go on.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, just like, love. Love queer people. Jesus Christ superstar. I was at the Hollywood bowl this weekend. I've been having so much FOMO of literally every Concert, Backstreet Boys, mcr. Even Shakira is here tomorrow night as a car. I really want to go see Shakira. I love Shakira. But the Jesus Christ Superstar one really got me. I was so. I had FOMO of literally everybody there, all the performances. Adam Lambert, Cynthia Erivo, Josh Gad. I was just like John Stamos. John Stamos and Josh Gadd because they did the same part in two different nights. And I was like. I was so. I was so sad. Everyone was, like, in. Up in arms. I kind of, like, lived for Cynthia Riva as Jesus. Do you know anything about Jesus Christ Superstar?
Oscar
No.
Trisha Paytas
Anything about Jesus?
Oscar
Water into wine.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, okay. You know, a little.
Oscar
I did go to Catholic school for.
Trisha Paytas
Well, then you should know a lot about Jesus.
Oscar
12 years. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You didn't learn anything about him there.
Oscar
I'm sure I did. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Well, Jesus Christ Superstar documents the last week of Jesus's life from the perspective of Judas. Do you know who Judas is?
Oscar
Judas. Judas.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. They should include that song in the revival.
Oscar
I love that song.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, interesting. There was an era where Gaga was a little blasphemous.
Oscar
Yeah, I guess. I think she just had Judas.
Trisha Paytas
No, I saw a clip of her performing, and she was talking like God, but she was also, like, masturbating.
Oscar
Oh.
Trisha Paytas
On tour. It was like her dark era, I think.
Oscar
I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. Look, I don't care if she is Blossom or not, but I was just like the Judas song. I wonder what that was about.
Oscar
I'm just a holy fool, baby he's so cruel But I'm still in love with Judas baby.
Trisha Paytas
You're giving Shane Dawson. He did a parody. What? Oh, my God. Wait. That gave me so many flashbacks back. It was. Ah. What is it? He did.
Oscar
Judah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Wait, that's bad. Rah rah la la.
Trisha Paytas
Judah, Judah, Judah. I'm just a holy. What was Shane's parody of it? He was like, emo. Damn it. You were giving me that. He was serving so hard. I think I was in love with Shane back in the day, and he was an emo kid singing that song. And it was a Judas parody, and he went to Chuck E. Cheese in it.
Oscar
What?
Trisha Paytas
You don't remember? And you know, right when you were saying that, I was like, oh, my God, that's Shane. You're Shane Reincarnate. Damn. Okay. It's gonna drive me nuts. I'll watch it later. And it was so good. His birdies ate back in the day. I'm not gonna lie. Okay, wait, why were we gonna. Oh, oh, the blasphemy. Oh, Jesus Christ Superstar. Okay, so you know Judas.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Mary Magdalene.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She was the hooker.
Oscar
Yes. They wanted a stoner.
Trisha Paytas
She was in love with Jesus. So there was other perspectives. I think Philippa Su is her name from Hamilton that played her in this. People were upset, but I thought they kind of ate. And I think Cynthia Riva should play everybody everywhere. Honestly, they should do Wicked with just her as all parts. Glinda Piero.
Oscar
Jonathan Bailey was there.
Tana Mongeau
Dustin Douchebag, Lady Gaga.
Trisha Paytas
Judas douchebag. Oh, can you play it? Sorry. I know this is like happy, right? But I was like, so obsessed and he's like emo, right? This is it. Lisa's in it. She's the love interest. I love it. Wait for the breakdown. That's you. That sounds like you. I loved it. This was so good. I wish they had the music videos. He was, was like emo. He had like blue hair and like eyeliner and he was like in his garage. And I was like, wow, he's so hot. There was a clip too. And he was like, so funny. And I was like, God.
Tana Mongeau
Oh, oh, oh, there is. Oh, this is this, you know, I remember this.
Trisha Paytas
What you were watching Shane.
Tana Mongeau
No, I just remember.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, Loki Hot, huh? How did he get away with it? Using the Judas song? Or is it not Judas? Is it like just, Just kind of close? Is that it? Sounds like it, right?
Oscar
Yeah, it is.
Trisha Paytas
Do you like it or no? You never watched him back then?
Oscar
No, never.
Trisha Paytas
But you liked him. You interviewed him over the phone.
Oscar
Yeah, for the. But I liked him in the friend group era. Shane and friends when, like, you know, when Drew was around, when you were around.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that's later. Yeah, because he had a friend group there. It was like Lisa and Bri and.
Oscar
No, I wasn't tapped into that era.
Tana Mongeau
Anytime you say, you know, anything positive, you know, people, the comments.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my gosh.
Tana Mongeau
No, no. People mentioned that there's a couple of new. Because I know there was a part one, but now there's a part two.
Oscar
Yeah, Nikki, Nikki.
Tana Mongeau
And the things are bad and.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, okay.
Tana Mongeau
Like just, just people know, we know. Just, you know, it's a sentiment.
Trisha Paytas
No, I.
Tana Mongeau
Look, it's part of your history, you know, Cancel Shane.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, but also no. And personally, he did some to me. I gotta remember that every time I get nostalgia. I, I, I have like rose colored glasses when I look at things. Like love them. But also, like, personally, he was awful.
Tana Mongeau
To me, which in general, in Life. It's better to remember the good stuff from the past, not be stuck on the. For personal.
Trisha Paytas
He was. He was trying to ruin me. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
And other things he did that were very inappropriate.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, for sure. Well, we kind of. Yeah. Yeah, right. Okay.
Tana Mongeau
Cut all that.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know.
Tana Mongeau
No, no, it's fine. It's better to acknowledge that this is part of the history of.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he was.
Tana Mongeau
He was very YouTube too, but okay.
Trisha Paytas
Damn, it does suck when talented people are problematic. Was that talented? I don't know. Maybe not. Maybe it wasn't.
Oscar
I don't know. I would rather have you scream at me than you say me singing Lady G. I reminded you of that. I was so G. That's like cute.
Trisha Paytas
I think that's like.
Tana Mongeau
Okay, you can. You can file a complaint with hr.
Trisha Paytas
It's not good.
Tana Mongeau
By the way, HR did call to ask about you drinking Celsius on the job.
Trisha Paytas
What?
Oscar
Oh, what a good transition.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I don't know. This transition is there. Are they a hot topic?
Tana Mongeau
It's a very hot topic.
Trisha Paytas
So good. You're so smart. You had a smart kid in class. You get so many. You remember things. You can quote things. Things. You know the next hot topic. Like, you're so good. You are so smart.
Oscar
You're making up for calling my laboo's wig busted, saying I sound like Shane.
Trisha Paytas
Well, it doesn't take brains, but you know what I mean, the stuff that does take brains. You're very good.
Tana Mongeau
Apparently HR called and they said that Oscar has been showing up to work.
Trisha Paytas
Drunk because Celsius set this up. So everyone knows because I have no idea.
Tana Mongeau
You set up?
Oscar
Yeah, in the manufacturing. There's some Celsius had to be recalled because they were getting mixed up in the bottling. In the manufacturing with High Noons, which are an alcoholic beverage.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, so people are consuming alcohol for real?
Oscar
Yeah, like there's some. There's specific batches of Celsius that will have a High Noon in them instead of Celsius.
Trisha Paytas
Pretty big mistake.
Oscar
It honestly is. Cuz Trevi posted, she did a tik tok about it and she was like, well, like, I'm sober, so what if I'm drinking a Celsius? Celsius and then crazy end up drinking alcohol.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God. What if you're pregnant?
Oscar
Yeah, so true. Should you be drinking Celsius if you're pregnant? No.
Trisha Paytas
Well, right.
Oscar
In there, but yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Or child. Like, what if you're 15 drinking a Celsius? You know, I was taking trim spot 12, you know, so it's like, that is. What did they say? Did anyone actually drink some? Then you're drunk off of it.
Oscar
They've been talking on social. On the Celsius social media. They got a little bit of backlash because they started posting like, they kind of were doing that thing where, you know, brands get, like, in on the jokes a little bit. So they're making, like, little puns about. About drinking and stuff.
Trisha Paytas
Celsius was.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, no. I think when you're at fault, you can't make the jokes. Do you know what I mean? I know Astronomer tried it, but it's also like, well, this is also your company. So, like, what? I don't know if that's it.
Oscar
They had one Instagram post and it said the caption was, tag your friends. It's happy hour. And then they had another one where they put a cell. Like, they had a koozie, a Celsius koozie over, like, another canned drink.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if that's like, a joke.
Oscar
Some people were like, oh, it's so funny when the brand is in on it. But then other people are like, again, like, for sober people and stuff. Said one comment was calling out their decision to capitalize on something that could have hurt people who are sober and love your products is a choice.
Trisha Paytas
They said, sober minors, you drinking and having a Celsius. Like, there's just so many incidents where that could have been terrible. So I feel this is a grave mistake that should not be just looked over with a meme, sorry, Gen Z social media person there. But, like, that's kind of not it.
Tana Mongeau
Think about every lawyer that has a DUI case right now. You know, the, like, Celsius. My client just had the Celsius. They didn't know it was alcoholic.
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of serious.
Oscar
It's kind of like, yeah, it said there was production. Lots of mislabeled cans that contained High Noon was shipped to distributors in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin before being sent out to retailers in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin between July 21 and July 23. So very specific window, at least. Yeah, yeah. Team.
Trisha Paytas
And they what, recalled them?
Oscar
They were recalled, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
What about people who are affected by it? Weren't anybody affected?
Oscar
We're like, as a. As of now, no one has, like, came forward and said they're a victim of it or whatever, but I guess we'll see.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe people didn't know Celsius kind of tastes like alcohol.
Oscar
You know, that was very Chemically, Yeah. And I guess high. No, they're not. They're like a seltzer. So it's not like at least a high. Like how much alcohol percentage.
Trisha Paytas
But even a white claw I've gotten drunk off of. You know if it's like the same percentage of those white clothes still around. I don't even know. People used to love a white claw.
Oscar
4.5. That's kind of high. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Is it? I don't even know.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
How. How much percentage to be drunk?
Oscar
It kind of just depends on my injury. But even like one white clock, because I don't mind. I have zero, like literally zero tolerance because I. I don't drink. So like literally similar. Like one white claw. I feel it. You definitely like tipsy. So.
Trisha Paytas
So that's like really scary.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
You know, somebody takes a medication or have.
Oscar
True.
Tana Mongeau
There's lots of problems with it.
Oscar
Oh yeah. See? So white claws, 5%. So yeah, it would be like similar. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, hell no. Where did you hear this? Where was this? I didn't even see this.
Oscar
The news.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, the five o' clock news. It's like, like here from hr.
Tana Mongeau
I told you they called.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my gosh. You love a Celsius. I didn't know you drink them.
Oscar
Yeah, Too many, I fear.
Trisha Paytas
What is it? It's energy drinks. Yeah, but you said you can't have if you're pregnant. So what's.
Oscar
Well, it's a lot of caffeine.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, right.
Oscar
Yeah, caffeine. And it's supposed to like make your metabolism faster. Whatever. I just need to feel awake. So. Yeah, there are some days where it's just a little too fierce. Don't condone it. Don't condone. Do as I say, not as I do. Because I think three a day sometimes, but don't do that.
Trisha Paytas
Three a day sometimes.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Be careful.
Oscar
Don't do that.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know why energy scare me. Like, I like refuse to like, yes, of course I eat bad and I'm like overweight. But I don't know. Energy drinks, I'm like, I'm gonna die of a heart attack if I have one. Like, I just get so scared of them.
Oscar
Better to be that way, I think. Well, sometimes some of them are really crazy. Like the pre workout ones, like they have such a high caffeine level where it's like literally you feel like.
Trisha Paytas
No. My mom was drinking C4s and we were on tour and crazy. So she's like. I finally sat. She was getting. Because they make like Skittle flavors. I Like the flavors just like the taste.
Oscar
They do taste beers. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And I was like. And then Cedric's like, those are like pre work. What are they like?
Oscar
Oh, they make me zoom. I got zoomies out there before. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That was so terrifying. It sounds like taking crack or something like that.
Oscar
You feel it. Like you get hot. Like your blood feels hot.
Trisha Paytas
It's like even with Duncan. Remember I stopped drinking Duncan like years ago because it would literally make me feel like I was like going out.
Oscar
Kind of like that tea, that Panera tea. The lemonade, the charged lemonade.
Trisha Paytas
Name. It's all a little scary. AMC's on Door Dash.
Oscar
Are you going to get the popcorn bucket?
Trisha Paytas
Maybe for. Oh, that's regal.
Oscar
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I don't think they have it. I think of you whenever I think of something. Like, I know Moses doesn't like. I'm like, maybe Patreon get a popcorn, a bucket and an icy deliver. I guess that's the thing. Ices. I'm like, are IC scared of you? They said people under five should have ICs. And I was like, why can't they have IC? This is like really dangerous for kids under five. Because I love an icy. And I was like, oh, we can have an ic. And they're like, not for kids under five.
Oscar
Is it because the sugary.
Trisha Paytas
I mean.
Tana Mongeau
Or is it the listeria again, like the machine?
Trisha Paytas
No, but for kids under five. I mean, I get like a pregnant woman. But like kids under five can have like soft serve.
Tana Mongeau
I don't know, maybe their brain freeze is too strong.
Oscar
Speaking of, Demi Lovato went back to the Big Chill, the frozen yogurt shot.
Trisha Paytas
She did that after I last Hot Topics. And I was so sad. I was like, wait, this have been such a good hot.
Oscar
No, it's so you.
Trisha Paytas
She was living her best life. She was taking pictures, everyone. She was smiling. I love that. See, that is one where I love where you can embrace the meme, embrace the joke, you know?
Oscar
Yeah. And she's been doing that to promote her. Her new song. Like she had. She released merch that. I think it was a hat. I said, get away from her. Get a job. Which is one of.
Trisha Paytas
What was that?
Oscar
She left. I think she tweeted that. I forget what the context of what that was, but became a meme team. Like anytime someone's around, like one of our faves, you know, like if. If Matt Rife was with Manol from Cat's Eye. Get away from her. Get a job. That's what I would she say.
Trisha Paytas
That.
Oscar
Yeah, she tweeted that. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
That was so funny. I never heard that. But I love it.
Oscar
I love it.
Trisha Paytas
But I love that too. Yeah. Get away from her. Yeah, I love that.
Oscar
So she really. She's been really clocking into all her. Her old viral memes.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think that's so good because I just, like, love her. Her. She has the best, like, redemption comeback story. She looks good. She looks happy. She's thriving.
Oscar
Yeah. Married.
Trisha Paytas
Married.
Oscar
I like. And I think she can handle social media. I think she even did an interview with people a few months ago where she talked about, like, before when she was younger. Like, she just had a very toxic relationship. She couldn't handle anyone, like, responding to her.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
But now she has, like, a much more, like, she has boundaries and stuff. So, yeah, she's able to.
Trisha Paytas
Boundaries will change your life, I think, if people can set boundaries and, like, similar.
Oscar
Kind of similar to you. Because she was like, I feel like when she was her most, like, turbulent. Emotionally turbulent is when she was, like, relapsing and stuff too. Like when she was on different substances. Sure.
Trisha Paytas
And she has, like, she's had eating disorders. Right. So it's like all of that. I don't know if she has any mental problems or whatever. She does.
Oscar
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
So when you get all that mix and then you have toxic relationships and then people are being mean to you online. And then she was a child star, which that I can't relate to. That's probably adding a whole new layer of stuff. It's like public relationships. It's like, just so much. She had, like, a quadruple whammy. She was like. Had five things, like, going against her. And I love it. I love when someone comes out the other side. Like Lindsay Lohan, too. She's talking about living in Dubai with her kid and, like, no paparazzi over there. She's, like, thriving and glowing. And I was like, yeah, I love that. I love when people can, like, come out the other side. Because Lindsay, I was watching David Letterman interview where he was, like, coming for her. He's like, so you're going to rehab. Like, he just, like, awful to her. And I love when women can just, like, come out the other side and be like, they have a story to tell. They can give hope to people who are, like, in that same position.
Oscar
Yeah, I love.
Trisha Paytas
And the big chill. Honestly, that looks like the place to go sugar free if you're diabetic.
Oscar
Yeah, I. I forgot the context, too. Then I remembered it was when she was Mad at the big Chill for their sugar free and diet options because this. That were triggering. And honestly, like, I remember at the time, it was like, girl. Oh, that's not like, girl.
Trisha Paytas
What?
Oscar
But then I'm looking back, I'm like, you know what? Maybe she had a point. Like, she was just triggered.
Trisha Paytas
You know, of course, like, and it's like, yes, like, always, two things can be true where it's like, that is a trigger for her. And obviously there's other people in the world besides her. But, like, you know, she was going through something at the time, and she's like, this was affecting me and she walked out. Right. She didn't get her yogurt.
Oscar
Yeah, she didn't get the yogurt. But then I guess she would. Her problem there was then she just went on the social media rant about.
Trisha Paytas
Like, yeah, yeah, but she's conquered it. Yeah, she's conquered that trigger. She doesn't get triggered right. Oh, my God.
Oscar
Honestly, you're so. I didn't even, like, process that part. But you're so right. The fact that she didn't go back. Yeah, I.
Trisha Paytas
That's when I feel proudest about myself, is when people try to trigger me and I'm just like. Doesn't bother me.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You have to, like, fight it for a while, but then at some point it doesn't bother you anymore. And you're like, I'm not.
Oscar
I love Demi.
Trisha Paytas
I love Demi because I also think.
Oscar
About too, like, when she, like, she really has gone through so much where, like, I mean, literally od. I mean, she got into a fight on a plane. She, like, beat up. She. I remember that quote. I'm gonna beat that up. And then she went and like, assaulted someone. Like, she really has.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Yeah.
Oscar
The fact that she's like, yeah, like you said, able to come through the other side and not, you know, to overcome things that would have triggered her.
Trisha Paytas
Does she have like a cooking. Does she have like a cooking videos.
Oscar
Cooking show right now?
Trisha Paytas
She did one though.
Oscar
I think she might have done one. Yeah. But she's. Right now she's just promoting her new song fast. Yeah. And also she was. She was doing a little social media video in a club, which also again, overcome. To, like, be comfortable and confident enough, like, to not be triggered in a club where, you know, people are drinking and stuff is also.
Trisha Paytas
That's a big one. That's a big one. That's why I was saying the cooking thing. I remember she did, like, something in her kitchen and I was like, oh, the Fact that she's like, I think she's making Mac and cheese. I think that's what I saw. It might be old, but she was like cooking Mac and cheese and. And I was like, that is like such a big thing. Again, like when you have like disordered eating and you're like able to just like cook and not something like healthy or having to say like it's healthy or something like that. Like, I was like, I want that for her. Especially food when you can, like. Well, I relate to it. That's what I'm saying especially. But probably like heroin is also something to overcome, which is pretty big. But I think like with food it's like when you can just like be comfortable just like having Mac and cheese and not feeling guilty or anything. Demi Lovato is my favorite person in the moment. Yeah, she should come on above Harry Styles. I want Demi Lovato.
Oscar
Honestly. Yeah, she's everything. I feel like you have more to chat about with Emily Lovato than Harold for sure.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like I want to be Star Trek because I think she's a little younger than me and she was a little bit after my time of loving. Like, like I was Liz McGuire. She was after Liz McGuire, right? Yeah, like Camp Rock and all that. Like that. I don't remember that, but I know she's iconic and I feel like I could like just talk to her. She was on with Britney Spears on Was it the X Factor?
Oscar
Oh, yeah, I forgot about.
Trisha Paytas
She always judges together and she was always just like hyping Britney up and I like that.
Oscar
I forgot. Oh my God. God, I forgot she was a judge on X Factor us. That's wild.
Trisha Paytas
Didn't someone. Because I remember a contestant was like, at least I don't like lip sync. Or they had said something to her and she's like, what? Like if they were like coming for Demi.
Oscar
Oh, I don't.
Trisha Paytas
She really had everyone come for her. It was like a guy. It was like an old, like a middle aged man on there. And I was like, he's like, well, at least I don't have to like use auto tune.
Oscar
She did have everyone coming for her though. Yeah. And then when, I mean now she goes by she her. But when she was like non binary, everyone was on her for that too.
Trisha Paytas
You're right. And then she went back and everyone was pissed. Like, well, well, you know. And I related, I was like, girl, I feel you.
Oscar
Oh my God. I didn't even know. I didn't even process that until you said, oh my God.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, it's not competition, but I think I was they them before she was. I still love it.
Oscar
I think has said too, like, she doesn't mind they them, but now she like, yeah, yeah. How interesting you guys really are. And you didn't. You and Demi have begun be for a minute there too.
Trisha Paytas
I think her sister didn't like me, which I love. Her sister from Desperate Housewives. Love her. But I think she was mad because.
Oscar
You were mad about the frozen yogurt. Yeah, that's.
Trisha Paytas
I love that. I love a defensive sister, honestly.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
My sister, literally. And it's the little sisters, too. Callie will fight when I tell her. Don't say anything. She's like, I'm ready to defend you. I was like, it's okay. You don't have to.
Oscar
Well, I didn't realize how. Yeah. A lot of parallels between you and Demetria.
Trisha Paytas
Both have beautiful voices.
Oscar
A little bit of emo music to emo and pop in your repertoire.
Trisha Paytas
Well, she started the Disney knees, right? Wasn't she the one that, like, the ultimate emo? Like, who says I can't wear my.
Oscar
With my dress? Well, baby, that's just me.
Trisha Paytas
I love that song. What is that?
Oscar
La La Land?
Trisha Paytas
It's great.
Oscar
Yeah. When it was something something I will eat McDonald's, baby.
Trisha Paytas
Is that the same song?
Oscar
That's just me. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I'll eat McDonald's. Love it.
Oscar
Some may say I need to be changed from where I started Where I made my name but everything's the same in this La La land machine I love them in the water. I. I went to her concert, actually, when it was her second album.
Trisha Paytas
With who? By yourself?
Oscar
No, my friend Rebecca.
Trisha Paytas
But who was opening with her for her?
Oscar
I don't know who's opening for her. It was a Here We Go Again tour. That's what it was. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Love that. Oh, my God.
Oscar
I was with. I was. I went to all those Disney girls. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I didn't know she had her own tour. Where was she playing?
Oscar
She played at the. It was the Nokia at the time.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know what it is now.
Oscar
Yeah. I don't even think it's micro.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah. Oh, wait, it was Microsoft.
Oscar
I don't know what it is now, but that's iconic. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Damn. I love her. I love her, but, like, not in a huge fan way. That's why I think I could be like, yeah, friends.
Oscar
Yeah. I feel like you guys would understand each other sometimes.
Trisha Paytas
I'm like, not fans of people when they're, like, too similar. To me. Because it's like. Especially when I didn't like myself. Like, now I, like, love. It's like being compared to me. A lottery would be like. But you know when it's like, like, who is it? We're obviously not similar at all. But, like, Brittany Broski, for a minute, I was, like, trying. Not when she first started.
Oscar
Like, when she was me.
Trisha Paytas
Me.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Because I was like, oh, my God, we're both. And we're just so funny. Obviously, we're so different now. But, like, I was just, like, I was like, oh, no. Like, I didn't like it because I was, like, too similar to me.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I didn't like myself.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I love, love her. I mean, we're so different now. I don't know. No idea what I'm talking about. I think I was, like, with Tana, too. I'm like, we're too similar.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Because we were, like, messy and just like, whatever.
Oscar
Blonde. Blonde has a lot to do.
Trisha Paytas
Blonde. The bleach and tone blonde. Yeah. Yeah. Then when you love yourself, you start loving people that are like you. Mike and Molly. Melissa McCarthy. Moses, like, stopped a movie. What were you watching the other day? You, like, stopped it so I could watch it. Because you're like, Melissa McCarthy was on it. I wanted you to make sure you saw it.
Tana Mongeau
It was in Only Murders in the Building.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. We're so blind. We're still on season four.
Oscar
I never finished season four.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, we didn't either. We, like, started it when it came out, and then we, like, stopped and, like, we had nothing else to watch. We're like, I guess we'll watch this. It's not that great. Hopefully the next.
Tana Mongeau
At least that episode was funny with her.
Trisha Paytas
Well, she's funny. She saved it. Love her. But I think Gabbie Hannah said she was mean to her on the red carpet one time.
Oscar
Really?
Trisha Paytas
I think it was Ghostbusters and Gabby was paid to be there and say she was really rude.
Oscar
Oh, no.
Tana Mongeau
But we don't know what happened.
Trisha Paytas
You know, we do. She had a story time about it. She was applying lipstick. Like, Melissa McCarthy was getting lipstick applied to her. And she went up to be like, hey, like, I'm a fan and she's ignoring order.
Tana Mongeau
Wrong moment to come up to somebody. If you're fixing your makeup, Watch the.
Trisha Paytas
Story time because, you know, I get details wrong. There might have been more to it. Maybe she was nasty to her. I can't really remember.
Tana Mongeau
I'm saying it's not always the celebrity's fault. Sometimes the person approaching them.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I would have a hard time believing Melissa McCarthy's mean, but, you know, it could be.
Tana Mongeau
All I'm saying is, like, we need to know the details.
Trisha Paytas
Well, let's watch it. Gabby Hannah, story time. We'll react to that on Patreon. It was, like, rudest celebrities I met. And I remember she put Melissa McCarthy in there, which would be very sad. But she looked good. And only murder. She was kind of tiny, probably the same size. I always think about that when I look at something. I could have played that part, you know, like, what could I have played? And I could have played that. I could have played Mike and Molly, too. I would have loved it. And Demi Lovato. Love you. She looks great. She looks great. And not just her size. She looks like.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah. Happy. There is also, like, her with fans at the frozen yogurt shop. Like, and everyone's like, oh, you know she's happy when she's, like, the one reaching out for the hug. Because, like, there was some, like, back when she was, like, obviously unwell. Like, she was, like, looked uncomfortable in some photos, but now she's the one, like, initiating, which is so sweet.
Trisha Paytas
I love that too. Yeah, it's like, when you're just, like, comfortable. Because that's the other thing. When you're, like, so uncomfortable with yourself. Like, and I only say this from experience, I used to, like, meet and greets. Oh, my God. Were, like, my biggest, like, nightmare back in, like, 2019. I, like, hated them. And, like, this tour. I, like, love them so much. And I was like, that's so weird. Weird. Like, I used to, like, dread them and not because of the people. It's just, like, I really, like, looked back at it, and I think I was just like. I thought people thought I was gonna be weird or fat or ugly. Like, I had so much. And I was, like, so Skinny back in 2019, and I had so much fear on myself. And I was like. I think that's why I was, like, projecting. And it's like, because this one, I was like. My favorite part was the main greets. Like, I love the mean greets. And I was like, damn. So maybe when you're, like, uncomfortable with yourself or who you are, you don't want to, like, meet other people because you think you have your own insecurities.
Oscar
Yeah. And just being perceived at that point. Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Like, so I love that. I'm glad she's healed and happy. Love you, Demi Lovato. I like somebody with a chance. How did that Go.
Oscar
How did that go to the bases?
Trisha Paytas
I'm going places.
Oscar
I hope Shane doesn't have a freaking.
Trisha Paytas
No matter what you do, like, you kind of have a Shane tone, but you're the unpromatic. I always say you're the unpromatic Shane. So if you like unpromatic, go to our Patreon because that's. Or to stay here, because that's Oscar. Start dressing like him back in the day.
Oscar
I dress like him now.
Trisha Paytas
Abercrombie.
Oscar
Yes. This whole outfit. This is Abercrombie and the Jordan? Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
They sell jerseys there?
Oscar
I guess.
Trisha Paytas
So is it a silver sticker or what's the silver thing? I can't see that far. Or is it a mirror? What is that?
Oscar
Oh, it is a sticker.
Trisha Paytas
Wait, but what's it mean?
Oscar
Actually, I have no idea.
Trisha Paytas
Are they both stickers or patches? I'm. I can't see that far. It just looks shiny. So I was like, what is that?
Oscar
I don't know. Yeah, it is kind of on there.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. You're like, taking out the thing. It looks good. I just didn't know what it was.
Oscar
I don't know either. I don't even know, really. What? I just. It was on the sale section or Abercrombie and I just.
Trisha Paytas
It's not a Bugatti, like.
Tana Mongeau
No. They make motorbikes.
Trisha Paytas
Ducati.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah.
Oscar
There you go.
Trisha Paytas
Let's go on a motorbike. Love it.
Oscar
Fat Joe performed at SeaWorld. Thoughts?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, why would he do that to himself? Okay.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You know what I mean? Like, if someone's like, trisha, go before my SeaWorld. Like, I'm okay.
Oscar
I love that our head, our mind is the same. Cuz before even processing, like, yes, SeaWorld. Like, the morality of SeaWorld. My first thought is like, why, if your stage name is Fat Joe, are you performing at Shamu Stadium?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
That is my worst nightmare.
Trisha Paytas
For the joke Ghost. You're opening that up so much. That's wild. Why did he do that and where was he doing that? Where do you perform? At Sea World, Literally on the Shampoo stage.
Oscar
I don't know if it was Shamu, but it was one of the animal, like, stages, though.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, no. Oh, he sings with the track too. I love it. Oh, oh, oh. Not people leaving the free show. That's. He's performing at SeaWorld. He had a track, but, like, also, like, I used to hear the track here. He's like, behind the track, he's like, New York. And then the track's like, New York. That's bad.
Oscar
Well, it wasn't free either. You gotta pay. There was a. You gotta. Yeah, you gotta pay for a SeaWorld ticket and then the concert. They're doing a concert series at SeaWorld for some reason.
Trisha Paytas
Who's performing there? That Joe. Who else?
Oscar
Waka Flocka and Trina are the next ones.
Trisha Paytas
Mean, they're kind of big names. Why are they there?
Oscar
They're doing a SeaWorld Summer Spectacular concert series.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, I guess I can't judge if you need a money, you know, it's not them.
Tana Mongeau
It's more SeaWorld. They just. People are not coming to see the whales. So let's put something else on. Like, just close it and open up.
Trisha Paytas
You're trying to, like, get people to come in for other things besides animals.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah. It's like a summer concert series.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. No amount of money can we do performance. You're. I mean. But okay, if you're, like, about to lose your house and SeaWorld's like, We got 10,000 for you. I guess.
Oscar
I guess I'm going if you're that down bad. I guess. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I mean.
Oscar
I would have to be, like, in dire. Like, I literally would have to be about to, like, go to jail or something. I think I was gonna say it.
Trisha Paytas
Was you for, like, $50,000. A little appearance. You just have to introduce Jamu.
Oscar
I couldn't. Like, that's my whole exit. Like, not even if I, like, went off social, like, since I was a boy. I love these whale. I couldn't.
Trisha Paytas
You were the Aquaman back then. Aquaman in all of us. Honestly. Well, maybe not. Not that Joe, apparently, but. And not me either. Before I had Aquaman. Couldn't care less about the sea, to be honest. I was like, well, but you were anti sea roll.
Oscar
Even pre Aquaman.
Trisha Paytas
I wasn't a sea world. Yes, yes.
Oscar
You just didn't think about the ocean. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I'm not using a straw. You know what I mean? I'm not. I won't. And so I. Yeah, wait, wait.
Oscar
Actually, no. You were pretty brave. Like, you would be. Like, I. I even get, like, nervous, like, paddle boarding or, like, kayaking out in the open ocean, but you would do it.
Trisha Paytas
Yep. I always. I did feel calmness with the ocean. Like, I always thought it was like, I was never scared of, like.
Oscar
Which is weird because I get really anxious, like, out in open. Even though I love it, but I get so anxious when I'm there, there, because I. That's, like, the only time I'm very Cognizant of my final destination. The whale jumping on the boat. Like something like that.
Trisha Paytas
That's so odd because you like love it.
Oscar
I know.
Trisha Paytas
And you know, they're peaceful animals and they have actually protected people and like carried them to safety. Dolphins, sharks and whales.
Oscar
Well, sharks.
Trisha Paytas
People didn't say circle to let people know. Or was it the dolphins?
Oscar
That was the dolphins. Saving them from sharks.
Trisha Paytas
But you know, sharks are fine. They're fine. Sharks are fine.
Oscar
No, I mean we are in their environment. Yeah. Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
We probably hunt more sharks than they hunt people.
Oscar
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Who hunts more sharks?
Oscar
People.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, for.
Oscar
To make like soups and stuff.
Tana Mongeau
Soups and medicines and things. Or by accident. They fish and they catch sharks on.
Oscar
The way or on purpose. They fish.
Tana Mongeau
Sharks.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I get that. I'm not scared of sharks.
Oscar
Love that for you. You're pretty. Yeah. We're so oppos. You think about it, it mortality a lot on land and I think about it in the ocean.
Trisha Paytas
Well, we just belong in the water. We're just sea.
Oscar
We all are water.
Trisha Paytas
Literally. Some of us more than others. I love being 90 water. That's what I wondered was I when my water broke. I'm like, do you love this? Are you like so excited? Like, look at all this water just coming out of me. It was just so much. It was kind of crazy. You're just like, damn, that's a lot of water.
Tana Mongeau
I love that babies are being born in water.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, well, they're living in water.
Oscar
True that.
Tana Mongeau
Yeah, there are. They start to see creatures.
Trisha Paytas
My whole tick tock is AI babies. I send them to Moses all the time. You've never seen them.
Oscar
What happened if you use AI? Go to hell.
Trisha Paytas
Oh yeah, well, we didn't use it. Someone said that in the comments. They're like, we're really wasting all this energy and water on babies talking. Because it's like them coming out of the womb. They're like in the hospital. They're like, you just got here. What do you think? And they're like, put me back in. My parents are broke.
Oscar
And you love it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I love it.
Oscar
You're like Rod Stewart. Like, what?
Trisha Paytas
It's just so random. Why are they having little babies? Say this. Or it's like, no, put me back in that orange, man is the president like, you know, it's funny. Okay, maybe. I don't know. I guess if it's ruining our water systems, then maybe not. I don't know, you guys. Was that it? Was that our grand finale?
Oscar
No, no. But my caveat to That. I mean, my additional random tidbit to that too, was Khloe Kardashian and her.
Trisha Paytas
I know that.
Oscar
Talking her kids to SeaWorld. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
What did she say? Someone told me. I didn't know.
Oscar
I didn't know. She. She's whale phobic. So she didn't go to SeaWorld. But she said her kids and her cut and the. The cousin. So Kim's and whoever else did a overnight stay at SeaWorld.
Trisha Paytas
Huh? They stayed at SeaWorld?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
How? What?
Oscar
I guess because the Kardashians.
Trisha Paytas
That's so weird because it's like, I would like to go to SeaWorld, like, experience it with my kids, I guess. Like, oh, my God, they'll be so excited to see the animals. Like, what? She didn't even go. And she's like, you guys go support animals being held captive against their will. Like, that's so weird. Why would you. Not true. Why would you just send your kids by yourselves?
Oscar
Because she's whale phobic, okay?
Trisha Paytas
So don't put your kids in danger. I'm terrified of whales. You go, like, I don't. I love. That's. That'd be like me sending Malwood to Halloween Horror Nights. Be like, I hate this, but you go have fun. Like, that's so weird. Okay. And what did she say about it? They must got paid or something.
Oscar
It was a very quick, like, thing for, like, because I went to watch it too, and it was a very quick aside just to explain that she had the house to herself and it was like the first time she was home alone without the kids. Kids.
Trisha Paytas
They all went down to San Diego. Damn. I hope maybe one day we'll get there. We can't even leave the house to go to. Well, we did go to lunch one time, but damn. I guess she's letting go to San. Guess they're older. How old are they?
Oscar
And went with, like, I'm sure, I guess the rest of the family. So I don't know which Kardashians went to SeaWorld. They didn't post it, so maybe they're mad at Khloe for outing them like that.
Trisha Paytas
Actually, yeah. Yeah.
Oscar
We're supposed to be lowkey about this.
Trisha Paytas
But why would they want to stay overnight? And how do you stay overnight? There's no room. Rooms there.
Oscar
Oh, they have a thing. Because I remember when I was a kid, I wanted to do the camp and they would. They have those like on the property. They have overnight steak camp areas. Yeah. And then what? You can also. There was like, I was obsessed with this show. When I was little, like, I must have been like, 8 or something. And there was like, a show on the Discovery Channel about the kids who went to camp at SeaWorld and, like, they would stay in the shark tunnel.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I remember that. I don't think that's real. Like, I remember. I so remember that too. It's like, you can sleep under the sharks.
Oscar
You can. But it was only one night.
Trisha Paytas
The little, like, moving.
Oscar
I guess I would turn it down. It was like this. The tunnel. Yeah. You could sleep in there on a sleeping bag. But that's not exciting. Well, I saw it on the show.
Trisha Paytas
No, it would be exciting for you or me, but you're a Kardashian where you can, like, stay, like, at all these bougie places, and you want to sleep on a little.
Oscar
That place you went where you were under. Under. Where did you go when you were underwater?
Trisha Paytas
The Maldives. And we never stayed down there because it's terrifying. What do you mean? You're gonna sleep under the ocean? No, thank you. Love the ocean, but I don't think you're meant to, like, build, like, a hotel underneath it. Like, that's for the animals only. It was very scary, actually. We never did. We always stayed above it. I was like, that sounds. We never went down there. It was scary. Even though, like, brush my teeth. I just was like, this feels scary.
Oscar
Yeah.
Tana Mongeau
It was odd because also, there's noises, like, when you're under.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Tana Mongeau
It creeps. It's creepy creeks. So it sounds all the time like it's gonna combust break or something.
Trisha Paytas
You would just hear, like, just sound like. I was like, oh, no, this is.
Tana Mongeau
It was very interesting.
Trisha Paytas
And we were. How. We were pretty far down into it. I don't know. It just sounded. No. Well, that one. That middle of the sea experience is a little more scary because.
Tana Mongeau
But she was also afraid up because you're like, literally, your house is, like, on the water. Like, there's a long bridge, and you're in the middle of the ocean and your bed in the balcony. And she was like, pirates can just show up at our balcony. And, like.
Trisha Paytas
And we're far away. Well, because you. Everyone who knows people who stay there with Paris Hilton was there, like, the week before us. Like, Obviously, it's like $20,000 a night or something like that. Again, we were broke after that, so don't, like, follow us. We did not have money. I just, like, let me just spend the last hundred thousand dollars on this hotel anyways. We. But because they know rich people Again, they wouldn't get anything from us because joke's on that we have no cash, real jewelry, or nothing in our savings. You want to wire money? We do, too.
Oscar
Butterfly hair clips.
Trisha Paytas
That's all we got going on. So, in general, you would think rich people stay there so they could, like, hold you hostage. They told us pirates were in the. What is it, the Indian Ocean or something. There's pirates. And I was like. And not the cute, hot, Captain Jack Sparrow type. I'm sure these are, like, I don't know. No offense to parrot pirates. They're probably not. They're probably fine. They probably look like you and me, actually. Who knows? Let me not. Let me not come for pirates. But in general, I don't think they're hot. I don't think you want to be captured by them, you know?
Tana Mongeau
Well, I don't know if the hotness is the issue.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe they're hot. Who knows?
Tana Mongeau
I don't think they rob you or.
Trisha Paytas
They hold you hostage. What do they do?
Tana Mongeau
Hold you for ransom for money.
Trisha Paytas
Right. And then nobody we know has money, and that would suck.
Tana Mongeau
Exactly.
Trisha Paytas
Like, you're actually negative right now, sir. And that's no joke.
Oscar
Me and Callie having to come up with a. Oh, my God. Exactly 24 hours to raise money, you.
Tana Mongeau
Have to throw a concert. Maybe it's SeaWorld.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my. Okay, maybe streaming. But that's the problem. You start streaming to raise money for us. Like, they're rich and, like. No, actually, they're not. You know, like, that's the problem. It's like, we can never. Anyways, that was awful. We should have stayed at huts with everybody else that was in the shallow waters and.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
But even then, we were scared. Remember, we saw some stingrays, and I was like, maybe not all these were kind of. Mo Was a little dubious when we went because it was a time when nobody was supposed to go. Like, it's not an ideal time to go. And, like, nobody was there but us. It felt a little like that movie old. Did you ever see that movie?
Oscar
I do love that movie.
Trisha Paytas
You do love it. I loved it, too. I sat on the plane and I was like, oh, it's kind of scary. I liked it, too. That was a good one. M. Night Shyamalan.
Oscar
I love it. I'm Night Shyamalan.
Trisha Paytas
I do, too. Oh, my God, what a great hot topic this was. Do we have a kicker?
Oscar
My final one is everyone wanted. Everyone wanted to talk about Brooke firing bb. But I think this moral of the story is, don't Hire friends to work for you, period. That.
Trisha Paytas
All of it. All of it around. I don't think you should hire friends. I don't think you should work with friends. I like that. Like I said, with, like, relationship in general, just don't. Yeah. Family, anything. I don't know. Because you can't. When you're friends with someone, you can't. Would she hire her as an assistant?
Oscar
Yeah. So Brooke hired her best friend BB to be her assistant on the European leg of the canceled tour. And I didn't know this. Yeah. And it all came to a head when Brooke was asking BB to rent a boat during one. During the year. Yeah. Like, that was Brooke's whole thing. She just wanted to have a. She wanted to rent a boat for a day. And then BB Never ended up doing it. And then Tana ended up coincidentally renting a boat. And also, like, obviously out of context, that sounds like a little, like, renting a boat sounds so extravagant. But then all the comments were like, well, where they. Where they were actually at? I think it was Italy or something. It's like a very common and easy accessible thing to, like, rent a boat there where they were staying as well.
Trisha Paytas
So it's actually very easy to Google it. I did it for Mo's birthday. How do we get a moat? Like, it's kind of easy, but you.
Tana Mongeau
Know, what's over there with the canals and all that? Like, there's.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So her. Her friend. Her best friend is BB it's now her assistant.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She was incapable of renting a boat.
Oscar
Yes. And that was, like, the big crux of it. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
If you're an assistant. Assistant fired. But if you're, like, a best friend for my sister, I can't fire you for not getting me a boat. My sister was a great assistant, though. Yeah. But you definitely just. Yeah, yeah. You said it perfect. Don't hire friends because you're friends.
Oscar
Yeah. And also, like, when you are. When you don't have, like, real. I've obviously no Brook work before, but when you don't have, like, real work experience, you also don't have experience with, like, managers and stuff. So you don't know, like, how to be a boss kind of.
Trisha Paytas
You know what I mean?
Oscar
Like, because I feel like. Like, I'm bad at managing people. Like, when I have. When I'm in charge of our team, if our manager is gone and it's me, I'm like, oh, but I at least have, like, enough experience being managed that I know how to, like, do the bare minimum of the people. But if you don't have a lot of that experience, it's hard to like, know how to communicate effectively. Like what you need and what you expect.
Trisha Paytas
Brook to bb yes.
Oscar
So cuz BB got upset after Brooke, Tana and Amari talked about it uncanceled because it was very much like the other side of, you know, I fired BB because of this, this and this. And then Brooke was. I mean, BB was commenting on clips like, actually, I wasn't fired, I quit. Oh, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then Bibi ended up blocking Brooke on Instagram because they no longer follow each other. And then Brooke was removed from all the tagged photos. That's how, you know, it was a block.
Trisha Paytas
They ended the friendship.
Oscar
It was weird because Brooke all talked about it very nicely. She's like, yeah, like, honestly, if you talk to Bibi, her perspective's probably different. Like, I probably sound very out of touch. Like, like, you know, I never said like, what time to rent the boat or which kind of boat I wanted. So she, like, she seemed a little bit more light hearted about. I was more shook that it became like a serious thing probably because like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, when you're the one who doesn't have like, followers and you're being talked about on a podcast no matter what, even if someone's like, don't send any hate, but like, obviously there's people gonna be like, fbg. You couldn't even get a boat, you dummy. You know what I mean? Like, and so I think, I think that's like the issue with canceled in general. Because I was trying to think, I'm like, we kind of do the same thing, but no, we don't. Because it's like, like talking about people is hard. Like real people. Not that influencers aren't real people, but you know, if there's like a hot topic that everyone's talking about, we're just in the mix. We're not getting sued because, oh, someone already talked about it.
Oscar
You know, we're talking about other people.
Trisha Paytas
Talking about, yeah, we're not breaking anything. We're just like, oh, this is everywhere. Because someone tried to sue me one time for talking about something. I'm like, oh, but like, I didn't break this. 30 other people had mentioned this weeks prior. So what are you talking about? Like, I'm just commenting on something so you know what I mean. And I think when you talk about like real people, it's also like, different. Especially people who don't have like, followings. So if it's like people in your real life, and then it gets messy. Yeah, I think that's the issue they didn't like, because I know even Tana on, like, not Loveline, she's talking about, like, her birthday trip, and it's like, she's very, like, aware of not talking about if it's other people's problems or stories, you know, it's like, well, it's not really my story to tell, which the whole premise of Canceled is that is telling your story that involves other people.
Oscar
Exactly. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And it's interesting, it's entertaining, but does suck because then it's like, well, yeah.
Tana Mongeau
But if it's her friend, why say, what's the purpose of sharing this story?
Trisha Paytas
It's not like you said she was trying to be nice, I think to have a story because it's canceled, it's.
Tana Mongeau
Your friend, and, you know, so you try to do something good. Give her a job. She doesn't fit the job, so you don't.
Trisha Paytas
But that's like their podcast. That's like us being, like, having. Well, we need a hot topic. Let's talk about Matt Rice. So I think for them, it's like, that's their podcast. They're like, it's our story. It's what happened this past week. It's like Zane and Heath, dudes, like, they. They talk about their life. Life. So you have to talk about the people in it. You know what I mean? And it's like, yeah. And Tanner Brooks always have a lot of.
Oscar
Well, I don't say drama, but, you know, interpersonal relationship. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
They have people in their life, and I don't. You know what I mean?
Oscar
Exactly.
Trisha Paytas
And that's why I don't have people in my life or friends, because it's.
Oscar
You know, when you're young, like, for us, I feel like it's so easy because, like, we just come, we hang out, we're friends. Like, people always say that, like, we're the same. I'm always like, I don't really have friends because, like, I come here, I talk. I talk to you the most. I hang out with you the most.
Trisha Paytas
Same.
Oscar
But then, like, yeah, exactly. But that we, like, the stakes are so low for us because we just, like, don't care.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Don't care. And also, like, not getting. I know this sounds, like, so bad, and, like, it sounds like I have a cold heart, but it's like, I don't like to get too close to anyone because I did that with, like, a lot of glam people, the ones I've had For a long time, I'm like, we're friends. We're so friends. We see each other the most, we tell each other all the secrets. But it's not getting too close.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Because then it does, like you said, especially when you work with someone, it's like, it does become murky, where they're like, trish is my friend. I don't have to show up today. Trisha's my friend. If I'm an hour late, who cares? You know? And then it does become. That's the problem of, like, working together with someone. And then it's like, you'd keep everyone, so everyone. And people always say that about my parties. It's like, oh, it's just people who work for you that give you a paycheck. It's like, yeah, because those are the people I'm friends with. Because I don't have friends. Because people I don't like. I definitely don't trust people. People to just be my friend. You know what I mean? Like, I like talking to you. I like talking to glam. I don't want to just talk to someone that sounds awful. Like, there has to be a purpose. Glam. We're glamming. There's purpose. We're talking. We're talking because it's our job. You know what I mean?
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
We have fun. Obviously, if I didn't like you or glam people, I'd be like, I don't.
Oscar
Want to be around them. Yeah, for me too, I think, because I. I work so much that, like, when I'm not at working, like, I can just be alone. Like, I'm very good at, like. Yeah, like, just being by myself. But then I also like having a partner too, who I live with. So it's like, yes. Alone time is, like, kind of rare. Obviously.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
So, like, once you have the opportunity to, like, hang out with friends or, like, you know, be by yourself, it's like, I'd rather be by myself just because, like, the window of opportunity is so small.
Trisha Paytas
Exactly. So, yeah, that is the point. And I don't think there's anything wrong with it. Tanner too. Tanner's like a good friend of mine, but we just hang out. Do the podcast.
Oscar
Yeah. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Cuz it's like, yeah, I don't know. I've hung out, Shane. You know, we've hung out. And then they use that against you. Oh, my God. I try to just hang out with people. It doesn't really work out ever. Especially in this day and age. People are just. I trust no one See, you know.
Oscar
Yeah, that's the way to be.
Trisha Paytas
Superheroes are like that. They don't trust anybody, right? Kind of. Aquaman and have friends, the dolphins. It's all you need.
Oscar
No, this is a co workers in a way.
Trisha Paytas
Co workers for sure.
Oscar
Yeah, yeah.
Tana Mongeau
You just show up when you're needed.
Oscar
Oh, we are kind of like a little Justice League, I guess. Cuz they're co workers, but also friends.
Trisha Paytas
Zack Snyder version.
Oscar
Yeah, until James Gunn has his. You know. We love James Gunn.
Trisha Paytas
Love James Gunn. Always James Gunn. For sure. He probably do an Aquaman now. I'm excited.
Oscar
He probably will.
Trisha Paytas
Aqua Teen.
Oscar
Aqualad is the young Aquaman.
Trisha Paytas
But yeah, Aqualad. Is he Scottish? Why'd they call him that? Aqualad. There's a teen version. How do we not know this?
Oscar
Young justice is the show. It's a cartoon. I don't know if you would like it, but Aqualad.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, gotta find that one. They should do the movie version or TV version. The real life version of it. Aquaman. When he's ready. Aqua Boy. Aquababy is ready to become Aqualad baby. Aquaman.
Tana Mongeau
The show. Aqua Baby will be cute.
Trisha Paytas
Yay.
Oscar
Oh yeah.
Trisha Paytas
AI, get on it. Just kidding. Wait, you really are against. Did we really get canceled for that? He got serious. Like, I don't know if that was just to me or to the camera, but I was like, oh my God. Took it so seriously. Okay, that's it. We don't support Shane Dawson. We don't support AI or SeaWorld. Okay, that's it. What else do we have to say? We don't support anyone. Honestly.
Oscar
Demi, Lovato.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, period. That's it. No one else. Ah. Love her. All right. I guess that's it. That's the show. Did you have fun?
Oscar
That was a fever dream. Oh my God.
Trisha Paytas
Everything is a fever dream these days. It's just all blending together. I know. Our Patreon. I think I cried a picture. I think we cried when I did my Patreon with you. Yeah, yesterday I cried with Tana. I told. Because I was like, we should have for a Turner episode. Like people in. I'm like, I think people are my trigger. I think I just start trauma dumping on people who come through. I'm like, just weirdly like crying. Just like. I don't know. Anyways, we're fine. I was doing that yesterday too and I was like, oh, this is weird. Everything's fine. I'm actually totally fine. I'm actually totally fine. But then I see people and I.
Oscar
It's just your emotions. Your body can't help it.
Trisha Paytas
I love you guys. Thanks for watching and we'll see you in the next one. Bye. We'll see you on the 200th episode. Well, that's gonna be fun. Oh, yeah. Be joyous. 200 is amazing. We accomplished.
Oscar
That is crazy. Actually, that's wild.
Trisha Paytas
In two years. Name another podcast that did 200 in two years. Nobody. Probably somebody. Probably like Joe Rogan or Theo or someone who does it every day. Love you. Bye.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
