Trisha Paytas
I'm also no Shade. I'm sick of every mainstream thing she does is a get ready with me when she's doing interview. Good Morning America. It's like, we're gonna do an interview with a Get ready with me. It's not even like, get ready with me. You get Today Show. Like, that's weird.
Moses Hacmon
Her name is Trish. She's got the dish and all gossip, Filthy Rich riddy and pink, Hot Topic queen and says what everybody thinks she' just. Hello. Welcome back to the Just Trish podcast. Tgit. Thank God it's Tuesday. I love a Tuesday. It's steak and eggs day. When you're watching this. I'm gonna go record my audiobook for the second day. And we just love a Tuesday. Taco Tuesday. I'm gagged. I'm gagged, as you said, for the casual cosplay slay on a Monday morning. And I love it. I wish I was so. Oh, no. What? It's not even. It's not on.
Oscar
His powers. He's.
Moses Hacmon
Wait, what happened? That wasn't even recording.
Oscar
Is his powers were. Something is happening to the camera eyes. I don't know.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. This should have got an entrance. I saw you peek around the corner. I knew something was happening and I am gagged. Also disappointed you didn't tell me. I would love to have been on this cosplay. This is get ready with me to
Trisha Paytas
go to Xavier School for gifted Youngsters. That's been my bit. That's in my bed all morning.
Moses Hacmon
Is it Jojo Sema?
Oscar
I thought you're gonna sing in Minion.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God.
Oscar
Because that was my cosplayer.
Moses Hacmon
You're a Minion or a cosplayer? Your X Men? Because I didn't know what it was
Trisha Paytas
then I was like, what has an
Moses Hacmon
X on the shirt? And I was like, oh, my God. You gave it away. I don't know. Wait, so are you X Men? This also was giving a little max from a Goofy movie. Like the power singer.
Trisha Paytas
Quite a spectrum of things you've thrown out from Minion to superhero to Disney character. But.
Oscar
Or is it just the new beta headset? Headphones?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. What is happening? It's headphones or a mask. I love that you did this. Not even when you came up with Comic Con. You're just doing it.
Trisha Paytas
I know. Well, I love this. Oh, yeah. Both in yellow, ironically. I think you are influenced by Minion talk. Like, I know I keep seeing Moses.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, you are. You're reposting.
Oscar
I'm not influenced by Minions.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, My God. Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
See?
Moses Hacmon
All right.
Trisha Paytas
What are you influenced by Minions? I am. Game Casual cosplaying. Cyclops. Scott Summers from X Men. Mostly because I pre ordered this jacket like 3 months ago from like this designer, like this independent designer. And it came in on Saturday and I was like, okay, what the hell? Sure.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, that 100 degrees in July or August now I guess you get that air.
Trisha Paytas
Really?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah, it's freezing. We have the Lola blanket down there for the sponsor today.
Trisha Paytas
Perfect.
Moses Hacmon
No, I love it. I love getting a cosplay too. Whenever I get it, like fresh. I don't care if it's like old. I'm like, we're gonna wear it wicked now. Like, I love this. Is it coming out soon?
Trisha Paytas
Well, X Men are in. In the zeitgeist again because of Spider Man. Brand new day. I'm not gonna say who nor what, but there's some impact there. And then the casting is supposed to come out in like two weeks. August 14th is when the cast is supposed to be announced. There's been some rumors of who's going to be the new MCU X Men. And the actor who is rumored to be in talks for Cyclops.
Moses Hacmon
You.
Trisha Paytas
No, but maybe after this. Did you manifestation? Not yet, but I feel like maybe this I'm kind of giving Indy never ready. Say I talked to Jake Schreier and maybe I'll be in the movie.
Moses Hacmon
Please put Oscar this movie because you like, love like you love. And I feel like you need a cameo or something.
Trisha Paytas
Something like. Come on. I know.
Moses Hacmon
Wait, this is. Okay, so who's the rumor?
Trisha Paytas
The rumor is Cooper Hoffman, who is Dustin Hoffman's son. But the gag is everyone's saying he's too fat to play Cyclops, which is kind of sad because like everyone, you know, skinny shames the skinnies. But then you're still fat. Shaming the little. The chubby people.
Moses Hacmon
Is he chubby? Be realistic. Is he mid size or is he plus size?
Trisha Paytas
He is like mid size. And it's like, hey, I feel like you could easily do like the Chris Pratt like abs in like a month transformation.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah, okay.
Trisha Paytas
But he does have a bit of a receding hairline, so people are mad at him about that. Bullying for his hairline and his weight. It's quite tragic. It doesn't help that Cyclops, his nickname is Slim cuz he's tall and skinny. So it does. It does set a. A precedent, unfortunately.
Moses Hacmon
A body positivity. Slim, I think that's. I like an iron. An irony of the name too.
Oscar
I like it.
Trisha Paytas
I know.
Moses Hacmon
You know, like, if Aquaman never swam or if Malibu Barbie just, you know, wanted to just be opposite.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, exactly.
Moses Hacmon
I love this. Okay, so are you on board for Mr. Hoffman?
Trisha Paytas
No. I am also one of the haters. But you know what? That's okay. At least I'm not. I don't tweet saying he's too chubby for the role like everyone else. Everyone's saying he should be Beast instead. And I'm like, that's a little diabolically.
Moses Hacmon
Is there a character named Beast?
Trisha Paytas
There is, yes.
Moses Hacmon
Well, maybe. Maybe it's more fitting I would take a character Beast over a character named Slim. You know, I would take that. Well, you might. He might get shredded into slim shape
Trisha Paytas
because he's not, like, ugly and he has, like, a little bit of a belly.
Oscar
Sure.
Trisha Paytas
But, like, you know, those. Those white boys, they can get shredded, you know?
Moses Hacmon
So I'm more on the cut. It. It's like, let's give the Nepo baby a rest. You know what I mean? What was the red carpet with Kaya Gerber and Richard Gearson the Shards? And it's like, do we need double Nepo babies in this? It's like, we get it, but it's like, too much. Maybe.
Trisha Paytas
I give it to someone because I am excited for the shards. I bought the book. Haven't read it yet, but I was like, this sounds like something.
Moses Hacmon
What's the Shards?
Trisha Paytas
It's the show starring Kaia Gerber and Homer Gear, who's Richard Gere's son.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. You knowing the name.
Trisha Paytas
That's the interview. So I got. I went in really deep.
Moses Hacmon
No. And they looked. Did you edit the one where they showed Richard Gear?
Trisha Paytas
That was me, but that was Slay
Moses Hacmon
because I didn't know. I didn't get it. I didn't know. I didn't know they dated. So I was like, okay, this is kind of slay. I love the, like. Yeah, comparison. Okay. Love them. Gorge all of them. Maybe don't need all of them in one. I don't know. Give normies a chance. I just think we're, like, losing the normal. When I talk about making my book into a movie, I'm like, maybe we just give an up and comer. We just give someone who's never been seen.
Trisha Paytas
I do miss the concept of casting up and comers. Like, you know, I think that's why Obsession was such a hit, because it's people we haven't really seen before. And it's like, there's a freshness to it. Like, they're talented, they're hot, and they're fresh. Like we haven't seen them before. Yes, I do miss that. However, comma Ivy Woke is also in the Shard. So, like, she's kind of giving Normie. She's just, you know, an everyday kind of girl.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
And she's in it, so let's celebrate that.
Moses Hacmon
Well, you love Ivy Woke.
Trisha Paytas
I love.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, well, we love that, though. She's a normie, but I don't think she's normal because you brought her up a bunch of times. She seems famous now.
Trisha Paytas
She's getting pretty famous, I think. But, you know, she really was. How to be scrappy for the role.
Oscar
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
You know, she really had to work hard to. To get her name out there. So I appreciate it.
Moses Hacmon
You look so cool. This is the coolest. You look like a DJ or something.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know how long I could last in this because can you hear? The visor is just not made for big heads, unfortunately. And I also can't see.
Moses Hacmon
Did you do a tick tock? Oh, wow. You look. Look at you without your glasses. Oh, my God. Oh, my God. That's crazy. It's like Superman. Yeah, no, but like, you look so different without your glasses. That was crazy. Oh, my God. Who are you giving there? For a moment, you were giving. Gosh. Who? I know people say. People are also telling me Johnny Glucky is another one of your doppelgangers, which I agree with, but that. Or who's the other one? The one in that. The one. He's an apple baby, too. God, what is his name? From Schitt's Creek? I don't know.
Oscar
Oh, yeah, yeah. People mentioned him.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, yeah. They asked for his name. I know why I love him. Levi.
Oscar
Levi. Daniel.
Moses Hacmon
No, Dan.
Trisha Paytas
Daniel Levy.
Moses Hacmon
Daniel Levy.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, we did that.
Moses Hacmon
Dan Levy. Yes. You look like him too, but there was somebody without the glasses. You literally looked like. Who's the one you love? David Corn sweat. Yeah. Take off the glasses again. Do it side by side.
Trisha Paytas
You need. No, no. That is the most diabolical setup I've ever
Oscar
faces.
Moses Hacmon
I think you do. That was actually kind of crazy for a min. That sounds like. Wait a minute.
Trisha Paytas
Cut the cameras. Dead ass. That was crazy.
Moses Hacmon
You know what? People always, like, mocked the 90s sitcoms when they would be like, oh, you just took glasses off her and she became hot. But, like, not to say you're not with the glass, because you look gorgeous with the glasses. You just look very intellectual. You look like a big Bang Theory hottie. You know what I mean? Which is good. We love Johnny Glucky. We love all that. But. But when you turn it off, it was giving, like. Oh, my God. Like, quarterback. Like quarterback, yeah. It was giving. Finn from Glee. Like, it was just like, oh, my God. Like, it was giving. Wow. That was crazy. That's wild. You should just not see.
Trisha Paytas
I guess so. I guess so. Maybe life would be better that way.
Moses Hacmon
I can't see. I actually. I actually can't see. Like, you really cannot see?
Trisha Paytas
That's why I always get nervous when you're. You're throwing out names of who I look like.
Moses Hacmon
I'm like, that is true. That is true. I would look. I can see some people be like, that looks like Brad Pitt. And it's like, I do. I can't see faces far, but I've seen you up close enough to know. But I was giving that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
At least through blurried vision, but I
Oscar
thought it looked good.
Trisha Paytas
I thought you looked like him.
Moses Hacmon
You probably did, though.
Trisha Paytas
It's funny also because at Comic Con, I couldn't tell people were cosplaying blind or actually blind. And it seemed kind of cool, though, because they're playing Daredevil, like, a lot. There's a lot of Daredevils at Comic Con, and he's a blind character.
Moses Hacmon
I love that.
Trisha Paytas
So they were, like, cosplaying him and have, like, the stick, the walking stick. I'm like, are you cosplaying, or is that, like, genuine blindness? I don't know, but it was. It was giving either way.
Moses Hacmon
So does Daredevil always have a stick?
Trisha Paytas
No, he. His power is that he has, like. His other senses are really heightened, so he doesn't even need to see his bag. But I do think when he's walking around the streets in New York, he has a stick.
Moses Hacmon
I would guess they're actually blind. I would assume. Right. Because that's kind of a crazy.
Oscar
Cosplaying a disability is kind of. I don't know, an interesting concept.
Trisha Paytas
Cosplaying like Professor Xavier and they're in the wheelchair, or are you Xavier?
Oscar
That's what I'm saying. Suddenly you show up and you park in the disabled parking, and are you cosplaying?
Trisha Paytas
Are you very arty from Glee in the wheelchair?
Moses Hacmon
That is crazy. They honestly. They really should have casted someone who was actually in a chair. There's so many actors that are like, that is. Wait, who was Daredevil?
Trisha Paytas
Charlie Cox. You know him?
Moses Hacmon
No. Oh, wasn't Ben Affleckham at One point.
Trisha Paytas
That was a while ago. Yeah. Back in the early. In the early 2000s.
Moses Hacmon
Are either of them visually impaired?
Trisha Paytas
No, no, they both are. I don't even think wear glasses. Gaggett. Like, at least if it was me, I'm like, you know, I was like, oh, he has astigmatism. He can't dc. Like, sure, that seems odd, too.
Moses Hacmon
Not to be like, too well, but, like, if there is again, there's probably lots of blind actors that could probably play a blind superhero, because that's kind of everything that there's a blind superhero. Like, I feel like there's not many of them.
Trisha Paytas
Or in the Odyssey, who's that guy you like that was in Mario John Luisamo. Yes.
Moses Hacmon
He was blind.
Trisha Paytas
They. He's playing a blind character, but they put contacts in his eyes to make him blind, which is interesting.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. Method acting.
Trisha Paytas
I know they make his eyes all cloudy, and then he couldn't even, like, walk to, like, craft services or whatever, which I'm kind of like, couldn't even take the context out. But regard this. He was like, yeah, like, no, Everyone forgot to bring me to craft services for lunch. But Matt Damon came and found me to take me to lunch because I was blind. So I couldn't. I couldn't go. But I'm also like, oh, my God, take him out, question mark, whatever.
Moses Hacmon
Who am I to judge John Luz? Yo can do no wrong. He plays every character. Ethnicity.
Trisha Paytas
Like, he's just ethnicity.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. I think he changes what I think when he. Well, I think he has in the past. You know what I mean? He's ethnically ambiguous, I guess you could say. Yeah. Yeah, I think.
Trisha Paytas
Ambiguous. Just how ambiguous are we talking?
Moses Hacmon
I love him. He does no wrong. I want him on the podcast. He's my new dream guest is John Leguiziamo, which he's in the Odyssey, so maybe that won't happen. But was there a Cyclops before? Is he being recasted?
Trisha Paytas
James Marsden was the original Cyclops. He's in Avengers Doomsday out this year. Ty Sheridan was the second cyclops in the movies that flopped, so we kind of just scoot over those. Although Sophie Turner was Jean Grey in those movies with him. And I liked Sophie Turner, but from Game of Thrones? Yes, from Game of Thrones.
Moses Hacmon
So they're all getting replaced?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. I mean, they get one last hoorah. I'm assuming in Doomsday, maybe Secret wars and then recast. And the cast is supposed to be announced the 14th at D23. Allegedly. Hopefully.
Moses Hacmon
And you're not going to that.
Trisha Paytas
Not going will be at home. It's only one day and it's in Anaheim. So it's like, at least for Comic Con, it's like, yeah, you can go and work it, but you get a little, you know, you get a little staycation out of it there. It's a drive to Anaheim, not even like a Disneyland ticket or anything. So it's like there and then back. So that's like a lot of hoopla.
Moses Hacmon
You could stay, I guess and go to Disney after.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. But then that's expensive. That's so much money. And it's too hot for Disney these days, I fear.
Moses Hacmon
So it's a lot to do. Anything. We literally didn't even leave the house at all this weekend. Like literally there's nothing to do. Like we taken them to Target, we take them to Barnes and Noble.
Trisha Paytas
But like there's no so me. That's like literally.
Moses Hacmon
My ideal weekend literally was like, she never is. I'm bored. And it's like. Because we usually always do something. And I was like, gosh, it's just so hot. And oh, we couldn't go. Oh, we couldn't go in the pool because yeah, she had like an owie. So she can go in the pool. So we're like, okay, what do we do? And then she's like, I just maybe go to the grocery store. Let's go in the car and go to that grocery store. We're getting our bomba. We're getting all the tortillas. And yeah, she had a blast. But it's really just too hot to get the parks. It's like in the weeds. We're like in the parks out here. They don't. They're not shaded. So the swings, the slides are metal.
Trisha Paytas
That's really hot.
Moses Hacmon
Yes. Even ours in the back, she couldn't go out there. I guess we could put some water, but then you're like sliding down the slide and it was just. It's just too dang.
Oscar
So you never know when you go somewhere if there'll be air conditioning there.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Like the mall, sometimes you get there and you're like, wait a minute, this is not marmalade.
Moses Hacmon
So hot. So hot. I'm just like, we're sweating. Yeah, it's. It's hard to do literally anything. Which is Comic Con is crazy that they have it in the summer. Cuz everyone's wearing costumes and obviously it's freezing in here. But it's like everywhere else. It's like hot when you go outside, you're just like sweating in all your gear and.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, cuz even in normie clothes, I was really sweating. So I felt for the. The Costco there of latex. I cosplayed once as like Katniss Everdeen. I was kind of more PETA, I guess because I was wearing just the. The District 12 training outfit.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
And I didn't have a wig or anything.
Moses Hacmon
No braid.
Trisha Paytas
No braid. But I was also. Wasn't blonde. I don't know. I guess it was giving like casual cosplay tees.
Moses Hacmon
You're giving Liam Hemsworth in the Hunger Games. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Although he was not a tribute and I was in the tribute outfit. But we'll.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know what that even means.
Trisha Paytas
You saw all the Hunger Games movies? No.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, but you know that they.
Trisha Paytas
When they're training before going. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. The Tributes are the contestants.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
I didn't know they were Tributes. I just know the Joey Graceffa band called the Tributes. That's why I was like. I'm so confused. Got it. Oh, and he wasn't. Liam just.
Trisha Paytas
He was just a District 12 citizen.
Moses Hacmon
Oh.
Trisha Paytas
And then he. Then he got into the military.
Moses Hacmon
Wait, so he did the. Wait, what? The military?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Then he was in the. The District 13 military?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Then the third movies. He was doing something. I was like. I knew he was involved. So he did the big movie with Miley Cyrus. The song.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. The last song.
Moses Hacmon
That was before Hunger Games.
Trisha Paytas
Before Hunger Games. That was his breakout role. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
So. And they gave him just that little part in the Hunger Games. Like you're gonna just be a citizen of District 12 and not even in the Hunger Games.
Trisha Paytas
It was a love triangle. So he was the. The third part of the love triangle? Yeah, like Katniss, PETA, Gail.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, it wasn't really that. He was in it for like 10 minutes.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he really didn't have that big of a role. But also, is he that good of an actor? I don't know. I don't know. I haven't really seen him in much, but he hasn't really gagged me ever in his career. No Shade, but.
Moses Hacmon
Well, he was smiley too, right? Controlling, it seems.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, you're so right. At the Avengers endgame premiere. That was. Yeah. Have you seen that video where he like. Yeah, they're posing and then she's like, I love it.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
That's fierce.
Moses Hacmon
I wonder what happened. Did you. Could you read lips? Someone couldn't read lips.
Trisha Paytas
And I. I remember seeing a lot of like lip reading videos when flowers Came out because it's like, you know her single post divorce album in Anthem. And people thought it was like, can you like, pose normal or something like that? Like, can you just like, be normal or pose normal? And then she got annoyed. She's like, that's what he said to
Moses Hacmon
her on the red carpet.
Trisha Paytas
Something like that. Because she was like, being very Miley. Like, she was like, yeah, I remember that. Yeah. And then he whispers something and then
Moses Hacmon
she's like, oh, my God. If someone said be normal, especially when you're like the star and you're Riley Tires, I'd be like, neither of you
Trisha Paytas
are in the movie anyway, so, like, who cares? Like, yeah, you're just the brother. Yeah. We don't know you from the star
Moses Hacmon
of anything of the Hunger Games, of your family of no Shade, but of your relationship. Yeah. You're will always be the second fiddle. But I suppose that's why he acts out. Maybe he's a little angry. Flowers is the Miley Cyrus song.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I can Buy Myself Flowers.
Moses Hacmon
Jelly Roll just did it over the weekend at one of his shows.
Trisha Paytas
He covered Flowers. Okay.
Moses Hacmon
I guess he just got through a divorce too.
Trisha Paytas
He was. True, true.
Moses Hacmon
No, people were saying that his concerts. I've never been to a Jelly Roll concert. I don't know about any of this, but that his concerts are all just cover songs. Yeah, they're like. Because all you see is him just covering like, Green Day and Miley Cyrus. And everyone's like, does he? Yeah. I don't know if he sings any original songs. I don't know what's happening.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, albums?
Moses Hacmon
At least one. I guess he won a Grammy for him. Everyone's like, what? I don't know one telly Roll song. I just know he did Flowers over the weekend. And I was like, that's very random. Guess he felt related. Bull to it. What?
Trisha Paytas
Okay, he does 18 songs.
Moses Hacmon
And are they all covers?
Trisha Paytas
He has a lot of covers. I will say he has like. He has like, maybe five of them are covers.
Moses Hacmon
That's a lot. One usually. Well, usually people do, like, one more than you.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like, you'll throw 1 or 2.
Moses Hacmon
And most of them, it's like, I'm known for it. Like, shallow. You know what I mean? I don't know if he's known for Flowers by Miley Cyrus. I don't know if he just threw that into the mix.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he has an MGK cover. He has a Ain't no Mountain High Enough.
Moses Hacmon
Like, just Motown is all ends of the spectrum. Like, why? Like, what is this show? I think he's giving everyone the universal ick. I think everybody is just completely over Jelly Roll, which has to suck because I know once again, when you lose the weight and people are just, like, not gagged by it anymore, like, they're just not gagged by you, it's like, oh, no. Like, what happened was the appeal that he was bigger maybe. Maybe, like, oh, he's like, big. We like him because he could have played Cyclops. I mean, he, like, lost the weight now. You know what I mean? Like, he's slim.
Trisha Paytas
It's called the Big Ass Stadium Tour, Part two.
Moses Hacmon
Is he on a stadium tour? No.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Even Morgan Wallen is doing stadium shows, and I keep seeing this one clip of him. I always hate when, like, you know, there's a clip out of context because the girls get it all the time. But I'm really like, what else? I don't think I'm missing anything because there's one clip of Morgan Wallen performing. I had some help that song with Post Malone.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
And he's just wearing, like, tennis shoes, a jersey from, like, whatever. I'm assuming whatever team is in the city he's in, and, like, cargo shorts and just kind of like walking around like, as if it's nothing.
Moses Hacmon
And I'm like, no performance? No.
Trisha Paytas
No backup dancer. At least Harry Styles had a couple backup dances. Yeah, of course.
Moses Hacmon
You have to have a little something behind you, moving.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Your production is better than Morgan Wallens,
Oscar
I'll give you that.
Moses Hacmon
I could do the stadium tour for sure. I could definitely do that. It is, I guess, country. You're just.
Oscar
Well, they did. So they're minimal. The biggest stadium tour. This is part two. And the reason they're doing this, because part one grossed over $170 million, which
Moses Hacmon
this jelly Roll show, I think Jelly
Oscar
Roll and Post Malone.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
That is. I. It's so crazy. It isn't it? Right? Like, I'm.
Oscar
I mean, Post Malone is beloved. I mean, he's a big star.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know his music, but that's so interesting to me. I would have seen a jelly roll. It's giving. It's giving, like, not bad, but it's giving. Like, you're not, like, not Beyonce, not Taylor Swift, not the Weeknd.
Oscar
Like, well, they probably gross a billion. You know, he's doing 170 million.
Moses Hacmon
What is the stadiums or arena Stadiums?
Trisha Paytas
Stadiums, yes.
Oscar
Stadium tour.
Moses Hacmon
And it's literally just a little karaoke. I'm jealous. I'm jealous. In the sense of like, damn, my shows are kind of karaoke. I want to do that. Like, how do I get to be in a stadium? Like, what is it, huh?
Oscar
You're jelly.
Trisha Paytas
You jelly or jelly?
Moses Hacmon
I'm not jelly of jelly roll. That is Post Malone seems cool. I don't really know him either, actually, but maybe he does. I have no idea. But what is it? I guess I'm trying to figure out what I need to do to get there. What is it about them that they're giving stadium tour too? Thank you so much to no CD for sponsoring today's episode of Just Trish. You guys know I have been super open about my mental health journey and everything I go through online sometimes. Yeah, that means a moment of me crying on the kitchen floor might turn into a meme. But honestly, sharing that stuff has also helped people see what the mental health struggles can actually look like. To, like, really look like. And reminds people that they're not the only ones going through it. And I think this is a really great thing to bring up. Sometimes you think of mental health or disorders like OCD and you might think, that's not me. You hear stereotypes from it, oh, I'm not having outbursts, or oh, I don't clean manically. Like, there's just certain stereotypes that we have that we don't realize that a lot of us go through some sort of disorder slash mental health struggle, maybe on different ends of the spectrum, maybe where we don't experience all the symptoms or we experience a lighter version of it. No matter how big or small your struggle is, it can be really beneficial to seek help. And treatment for symptoms of these disorders can make your life breathable, if you will. And I always a credit to getting help. In 2019 and 2021, I continue to get help before my OCD, which is having these intrusive thoughts and having them hold less power over me. And it's really changed my whole life and my whole being. I can actually sleep at night, which has been wonderful. And that's why I want to continue talking about OCD right now. Because it's a mental health condition that's so misunderstood and a lot of people struggle without even realizing it. It's not just about being organized or liking things clean. It's not funny. It's really serious. It can actually show up in ways you might never expect. If you feel uns safe questioning if your thoughts are real paranoia about your relationship, those can all be symptoms of ocd. When you have ocd, you get unwanted thoughts that create intense distress and you feel like you need to do certain things to calm that distress. Those thoughts can latch onto your relationships, your health, your morals, literally anything you care about. That's why it can be really debilitating. But it doesn't have to be that way, because OCD is actually really treatable with the right kind of specialized therapy. And that's where no CD comes in. NOCD is the world's leading provider of OCD treatment. All their licensed therapists specialize in erp, or exposure and response prevention therapy. Unlike regular talk therapy, which isn't recommended for OCD and can actually make it worse. ERP was designed specifically for OCD and it's been proven to be the most effective treatment. With no cd, you meet your therapist in live, face to face virtual sessions. It's covered by insurance for over 138 million Americans, and they provide support between sessions so you're not left dealing with OCD on your own. So if any of this sounds familiar, visit nocd.com and book a free call with their team to learn more about how NOCD can help. That's n o c d dot com. Thank you so much, nocd, for sponsoring today's episode. Episode White man can never be me, I guess. Damn. Do you see why I have gender identity issues, though? This is the problem. I do feel perhaps if my gender was not CIS female, I could have a little more star power just by being a man.
Trisha Paytas
Very. The man by Taylor Swift.
Moses Hacmon
Is that a song?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
How's it go?
Trisha Paytas
I'm so sick of running as fast as I can, Wondering if I get there quicker. If I was a man, period, I would.
Moses Hacmon
She probably would. You do think about that. All the stuff Taylor Swift, she. She has to do like the three and a half hour show with dancers and costumes. She's diving into the stage. Jelly roll is just like, I could buy myself flowers and wearing tennis shoes and it's just like. It is. It is wild. It is crazy because there is a. There's a country adjacent. There is a country girl that's on tour right now. She's like pink and sparkly pepperoni. Yeah. At least she's giving sparkly guitar. She's like on a sparkly little, like, window. Like, at least she's giving showmanship. These country guys are just like. Like, you're giving us tennis shoes. Who's the one you said was wearing tennis shoes?
Trisha Paytas
Morgan Wallen.
Moses Hacmon
Single that through. Chairs.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, that's the him. The chair thrower.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. He also, like, he always is in something because he, like, threw a phone at someone like, last month during a show.
Oscar
It was like a security person working there or something.
Trisha Paytas
I think he's his own security.
Moses Hacmon
It sounds like he's just like, yeah, what is happening? And they just. No one ever talks about. No one really cares.
Trisha Paytas
No, it, like, comes and goes.
Moses Hacmon
I just see Zach Brian give a guitar to a concert goer who was sick. She had, like, an oxygen tank with her, so I'm assuming she was. She was like, in a special seat. So I'm assuming she was. Had some chronic illness and he gave her a guitar, which I thought was really sweet. I was like, well, that's nice. At least they're doing something good sometime. I just feel like you never see anything good about any of them. Like, there's never one redeeming quality. Like, what? He's the one from SNL2 that was like, get me out of here.
Trisha Paytas
God's country.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And you're just like, are you okay? What is happening? I don't know. Jelly Roll, too. I'm just. I don't know. Is there anything good that we hear Jelly seem.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like I hear good things about Jelly. I mean, I heard good stuff when he was bigger. I don't know. He got a lot of good press when he was, you know, the big guy. But, yeah, now that he's slimmer and like, on the journey to losing weight, it's like when you're in that pocket of, like, yes. You know, you're not skinny, but you lost some weight. Everyone's like, wow, good for you. Your health and everything. But then you get too skinny and everyone. All depressed becomes bad.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, you're so right. Oh, my God. I can't get too scared.
Trisha Paytas
No, you really can't.
Moses Hacmon
I don't think that's possible. I. We were talking about our GLP one use the other day, and it's just like. Yeah. I mean, at some point I will plateau. Probably, like, sooner rather than later. And it's like, I don't. I'm nowhere near being too skinny.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
You know, I don't think anyone would know I was on GLP1 unless I just talk about all the time. I think people would just be like, oh, she just.
Trisha Paytas
I gained weight on mine because I was. Yes, because I was out eating my GLP1 because I was like, stress eating.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, okay.
Trisha Paytas
And also, it was like my birthday too. So I was like, you know what? I don't care. I'm going to eat whatever the hell I want. And there was Comic Con after. So I'm like. But I think I'm just too old where it's like, eh. Like I've lost weight before. I'll do it again. You know, I'm not really stressing about it.
Moses Hacmon
And yeah, I. I kind of. I agree with that too. I feel like even if it does like wear off or something, even towards like the end of the week when it wears off a little bit, I am kind of like mentally just like, no, I can do it. I can do it without it being super strong. You know what I mean? So I think it's just like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Readjusting your mind, which is kind of what it does. I don't know. I'm still pretty early on, so we'll see in a year, I guess. I guess a year is usually where plateaus.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. Yeah, actually, because that's kind of where
Moses Hacmon
I remember you were saying, we'll see how it goes. But for now it's good. And just don't get too. Too skinny.
Trisha Paytas
Yep. For real.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know if I ever have to worry about being too skinny. I think even when I'm like smaller, I'm still not like, skinny. You know, I think my 180 was my smallest. And that's still pretty. I think that's skinny, but it's not.
Trisha Paytas
Have you seen all the Skinnylicious menu discourse about the Cheesecake Factory?
Moses Hacmon
I saw Molly.
Trisha Paytas
Me too. That's how I said that was my introduction. Yeah, Molly from Flopcast.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I kept seeing like in the search bar of other tiktoks like Skinnylicious Menu, but I was like, I don't know if I have it in me to go into. Yeah, I don't know the discourse, I guess the tldr. And this is just quickest top line. Like, I don't know all the lore about the debate, but the quickest top line debate is if the Skinnylicious menu in name is fat phobic. Because it's like it's not the healthy menu or the Healthylicious or like, you know, the low calorielicious. It's like, it's just Skinnylicious. So it's like reinforcing that Skinny equals healthy, I guess. Or skinny equals better.
Moses Hacmon
Damn. People go deep with that.
Trisha Paytas
I know. And like, it's funny because I just. I. I don't know. I guess I never thought about it because it's been Skinnylicious like forever.
Moses Hacmon
And it's a better name than Healthylicious. That's way cuter.
Trisha Paytas
The Debate, too, is like, all because it's lower calorie does not automatically equal healthier. It's like that part. Yeah. So that's kind of where the debate lies. Like, yes, people are like, yes, it is fat phobic. Or it's Skinnylicious. That's just the name. It's not like healthier by default just because it's less calories.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, well, I think that's why they call it Skinnylicious, because it's just you're eating less calories, you're in your calorie deficit. If it was healthy, it'd be called Healthylicious, but it's obviously not because you can get those chicken. That chicken pasta I used to love, it was 525 calories. And it's like a chicken spicy pasta. That's on that. That. And I mean, it's still like pasta. I mean, it's probably not like, you know, it's not like broccoli and chicken or anything like that. So I think it probably is. They have like a cheesecake on there. Like a low calorie cheesecake, you know, so it's like, it's probably not healthier. It's just. You're just skinnier when you eat it. Which, I mean, that's what they're saying in the name. So why are you guys mad at them? You know, and skinny everything I love. Skinny cow ice cream, skinny girl margaritas. Like, it's just kind of like a shocking name. And honestly, skinny jeans.
Trisha Paytas
Was anyone mad at skinny jeans? Like, could skinny jeans ever make a comeback now in this.
Oscar
But they're actually slimy. Like, the jeans are skinny.
Trisha Paytas
That's true.
Oscar
Not yours.
Moses Hacmon
Triggered in my skinny jeans. I don't know, maybe like pencil jeans or something. Like pencil pants. You know what I mean? Like, there should be some Another name. It is true, I guess. I don't know. People are a little, like, crazy. I like things like a Fat Tuesday drink, you know, at Vegas. Those fat. Okay. I do like fat things, too, so it's fine. What other. There's another good fat Fat. Albert, like, what other fat. There's like, sometimes fat's good.
Trisha Paytas
What is that? Food court place. Fat Sals. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Really good mozzarella sticks. And I'm gonna eat at a place that's called Fat Cells. That sounds better to me. Like, I'm gonna eat there because, you know that food's good. So I don't think either things bad, I think they're just adjectives. And I think when people take them out of Context, they're like, this is fat phobic. It's like, no, it's just like Skinnylicious menu means you're in a calorie deficit. You're gonna be skinny. If I eat at Fat Sals, you know, the fat sals knows what's good with the mozzarella sticks, and they're the best mozzarella sticks in the world.
Oscar
So Fat burger.
Moses Hacmon
Ooh, Fat burger is good. Fat Actress with Christie Alley was a great show.
Oscar
The skin delicious. I mean, it's a market thing. They're trying to sell you what you want. People are like, I want to be skinny. Here's my menu. So it's like, I think they're just selling you something that not necessarily even gonna work. Necessarily.
Moses Hacmon
But it won't work.
Oscar
Like, you're not really buying skinny. You know what I mean? Like, but you feel like you are.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. It's pretty skinny.
Trisha Paytas
I was gonna say when you order, like, doordash the Cheesecake Factory and you. I remember when you would get stuff on the skinny menu. Yeah. Yes. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
We should do that for our Patreon eating all the skinny lichen menu. But it's like 5, 000 calories after we're done. It's like the cheese, it would be so good. Did you ever order of the skinny lunch? Did we do it in double skinny?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I definitely was not ordering from the skin delicious menu, but there's things on there I don't mind. Like, they're. I like the wraps. Like the. Well, I don't know again, in this political climate.
Moses Hacmon
But the lettuce. The lettuce, they're really good.
Trisha Paytas
Like, Thai lettuce wraps are really good. Yeah, they actually.
Moses Hacmon
Those are actually really good. Yeah, I've had those too.
Trisha Paytas
Those are my favorite.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, they have a new, like, double chocolate cheesecake coming out today. It's like a cookie crumble cheesecake. And it sounds really good, but I don't think it's on the skinless menu. Their cheesecake cakes. But you know what's crazy about Cheesecake Factory is like, their salads are like 1800 calories.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
Wow. How is that even possible?
Trisha Paytas
Those dressings will really get you.
Moses Hacmon
Really?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, yeah.
Oscar
There's lots of sugar and stuff and
Moses Hacmon
cream and the dressings. Guess that's why they have the skinny licious menu, because it's like, well, you can have the 1800 calorie salad or you can have. Which is crazy for a salad. If I'm going have 1800 calories. We have like five Domino pizzas.
Trisha Paytas
I know. Like, especially off that menu. That's so deep. Like, you can literally have. Have any cuisine in the world on the Cheesecake Factory menu. If you want to allot that many calories, go big or go home. Salad, like, that's kind of like. It's kind of sad.
Moses Hacmon
Especially if you go to Cheesecake Factory for a salad. You're like, well, just go to health
Trisha Paytas
and at least get an appetizer. Like the macaroni balls with the salad. I used to do that.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I love it.
Oscar
I love.
Moses Hacmon
When did you ever do the combo? I see how the skinny girls do it. They all do. The skinny girls, the Caesar salad and french fries. Fries.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I do love that Caesar salad wrap with french fries. Especially, like, that's really good.
Moses Hacmon
I know I'm craving your Caesar salad wrap again, but I'm so, like, scared of lettuce now, and I don't want to eat it. Me. That's. As soon as I made those, I was so excited. I'm like, I'm on this lettuce era. And then I was like, no, now the lettuce is poison and I'm so scared to eat it. Have you eaten lettuce?
Trisha Paytas
Yes, I have. I give, like, you know what? I threw all my hesitations to the wall, I think again, like, after my birthday and Comic Con, I was eating so much, like, fried stuff that I was like, I need like, a salad.
Moses Hacmon
Although I cleanse.
Trisha Paytas
I did see that. I think, like, two people passed away from it.
Moses Hacmon
From what? The salad? The parasite?
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
Who?
Trisha Paytas
Well, I don't know him personally.
Moses Hacmon
What I mean, was it because of the. How do they know? How do they know it's a parasite? Oh, my God. And what was the headline? Where did you see that? More like, where's that headline? That's.
Trisha Paytas
I think I got, like, an Apple news alert.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. That two people have died. That's kind of scary, actually. Everyone jokes about this parasite, but damn.
Trisha Paytas
In Michigan. Oh, it's breaking news. It was two hours ago.
Moses Hacmon
No.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Although they did already have health conditions before they got the parasite, so it just, like, amplified.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, okay. Well, okay. But still.
Trisha Paytas
Still. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
They wouldn't have gotten that parasite. They say where they got it from?
Trisha Paytas
Well, Michigan was where the big outbreak, like, originally happened. It looks like it was from bagged salad. Like, bagged lettuce from the grocery.
Moses Hacmon
No, I used to buy that, actually. I used to buy bag lettuce. Oh, my God. That's actually so sad and so scary. Can they sue wrongful death.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. That's an interesting question.
Moses Hacmon
Because it's like.
Trisha Paytas
Like if you get that parasite, you know, like back in the day, it was always suit plantation. We're like, remember all like equalize. Like in our. You guys, when we were growing up, soup plantation, right, Was gonna equal like no shade.
Moses Hacmon
They would have like on the door. It would literally be like E. Coli outbreak. Just eat at your own risk, like.
Trisha Paytas
And did they ever get sued for that?
Moses Hacmon
Well, they're no longer in business, so maybe the one my favorite slim plantation was in Temecula, California. Because I would go there with my dad and it's closed down and now it's Bonnie Hannah. But I was like, damn, that sleep plantation always had E. Coli. Like, they always were like, just so you guys know, there's been food poisoning here last week and it's. But you know, we still went in. We still were like kind of like Quiznos. Remember? They always had like allegedly like rats in there.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I don't remember. No.
Moses Hacmon
Are they still around Quiznos?
Trisha Paytas
You don't remember Quizno in so long.
Moses Hacmon
They had the little rats even singing on the commercial. Be like, we love the subs. We love the subs because they are good to us.
Trisha Paytas
I remember that commercial, but I didn't know it was.
Moses Hacmon
It was the rat singing it side
Trisha Paytas
joke of we have rats.
Oscar
Yeah. Yes.
Moses Hacmon
They were like leading into it and they were like, we're gonna double down on this.
Trisha Paytas
That's very Trishian.
Moses Hacmon
No, I loved it.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, that's kind of camping into your controversy. That's, you know,
Moses Hacmon
Chucky, Jeez.
Trisha Paytas
They're just like, why is Charles in it?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Oscar
If somebody sees a mouse, they're like, oh, the mascot.
Moses Hacmon
We never went to the Northridge one. We gotta go before it shuts down. Those animatronics are still there. I wanted to go for Aquaman's birthday, but I think it was too.
Oscar
As far as the lettuce, I checked. I mean, you do you have to just really wash it.
Moses Hacmon
Well, it's really interesting and well disagrees, right?
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. I read. I read a few articles. That's like. I mean. But maybe it's fear mongering. I don't know. Maybe they're just trying to scare you.
Oscar
Let's say if you take the outer shell, like take out the leaves, throw them away. They say not to soak it in water because then it will cross contaminate. Like you have to physically remove.
Moses Hacmon
But that parasite could be in there. Remember one time I got green peppers and there was like, it wasn't a Paris, but there was some weird in there. And we just threw away the whole pepper because you're just like, well, it has to be in the whole thing. Like, it can't just be on the outside. Like, it must infiltrate the center of it.
Trisha Paytas
Or have you ever seen like a tick tock or whatever of people will find like a little frog in their lettuce or something? Yes. Have you seen like those videos?
Moses Hacmon
A tiny frog frog.
Trisha Paytas
And they'll keep it and have it as a pet.
Oscar
But I'm like, you definitely can find things in your.
Moses Hacmon
Have you.
Oscar
Yeah, sometimes you'll find a bug or something
Moses Hacmon
in lettuce and produce in different products. And the peppers. We're not reading peppers again.
Oscar
Not. Not the peppers.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, and I love peppers. That's my new favorite thing.
Oscar
Peppers are good because they're like sealed.
Moses Hacmon
No, but you remember that one pepper I got that was weird. Like black little, it looked like.
Oscar
But that was just like it. It. No, it was more like mold. Like it just went bad.
Moses Hacmon
And I got it from Farm to Fresh, the big expensive organic $8 for a pepper. And then I brought Almond Little. And I was like, what the hell is this? That's why I don't eat. That's why I just stick to processed, just frozen food. You know, they froze off, processed any bugs out of there? There's nothing. Nothing there.
Oscar
If it's frozen or you deep fry it, they're dead.
Moses Hacmon
I do love that when you put something through a deep fryer, it's like, well, it's gonna kill whatever. Whatever. Anything nasty of what was on there. Mm, so sad though. Damn, be careful of that lettuce. And Taco Bell just keeps em out on new menu items. So they don't care.
Trisha Paytas
Gotta keep it moving.
Moses Hacmon
At least they apologize.
Trisha Paytas
It's not even their fault, really. So.
Moses Hacmon
But they were like, hey, we're gonna pull our lettuce. I feel like the grocery stores never own up to it.
Trisha Paytas
I know. I think if anything, it maybe wanted to support Taco Bell more because they're like, you know what? Out of an abundance of caution, we're gonna remove this even though it's not our fault. You know, they just supplied it. It's from. Yeah, whatever. Taylor Farms or whatever.
Moses Hacmon
So that's the one that Michigan caused the operation.
Trisha Paytas
Or imagine if it was like ballerina farms or whatever was responsible for.
Moses Hacmon
Like, the people would love that. They'd be like, oh, finally we got it.
Trisha Paytas
That would be A takedown.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my gosh. I saw a little backlash on the Nara Smith we talked about a little bit last week about the Caller Daddy, where she said, yes, she was not a trad wife and wasn't supporting that. But everyone's like, no, no, no. And if you go back, I love Nara Smith, and I'm a Nara Smith apologist forever. But if you do go back, because I never. I only followed her when she became, like, big, you know, when she started, like, blowing up. But, like, at the beginning, I think she was promoting a little trad wife with the whole lucky bought me this bag.
Trisha Paytas
She was?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Like, wow. The Internet doesn't let you forget. As I know. I'm painfully aware too. We, like, do not forget this. But damn.
Trisha Paytas
I think she wasn't, like, labeling herself that or maybe in her head, a trad wife is someone. It's, like, more extreme. But, like, you were branding yourself off, like, traditional gender roles and a traditional marriage. Trad equals traditional. So, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
So she just was like, wasn't me. It wasn't this.
Trisha Paytas
I was just living my life, you know? Like, everyone labeled me that. Like, well, we labeled you that because that's what you were giving. If you give that, then, yeah, you'll be like, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
That's why I was like, damn, Clockett. Because she was. They used to collab with Ballerina Farms. That's what made me think of that.
Trisha Paytas
I forgot about that.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And Ballard Farms is like, the ultimate trad wife because she's. She's very much like, I just left by Ballet Dreams to do this, and I'm so happy to have bacon, which is like, again, like, fine, I guess, if you just, like, want to own up to it. But, you know, Nara and who else. Did someone else want the whole girl boss mode? And that's good. Honestly, they should. But it is. Is funny to not be like, I. That's why whenever I do. If I. When I go on my book tour, I'm just gonna be like, I was never a troll. I never did anything bad. I want to just deny everything. I'd be like, that wasn't me. People put the troll label on me. I did nothing wrong. Because you know what? Some people might not know. They might forget. You'd be like, oh, wow. Because you do when you watch it. I didn't know much about her. I was like, oh, yeah. I kind of feel bad. And then you're kind of like, well, damn, you kind of did do that for a minute. But honestly, denying is kind of everything, too. It's kind of t. It's kind of camp. When I start doing my little book tour, I'm just gonna deny. Who does that? Who lies Interviews all the time.
Trisha Paytas
Robert Pattinson, period.
Moses Hacmon
I'm gonna do that. That is. That's the route I'm gonna go. For sure. You just make up.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that's the difference. Robert Pattinson. We love that he lies.
Moses Hacmon
You're so right. And as soon as I do it, it's like, oh, she's still lying. She hasn't changed. You are so right. Just say, I'm going to do the exact same promo press tour, everything he said, and see if people think it's endearing. You're right. Spoiler alert. They won't. I recorded my audiobook over the weekend on Friday. I did one one day. Oh, my gosh. It's so hard. It's so. I mean, it's not like hard job, but it's like, damn, you really can only do it for like four hours straight before your eyes start. Like, because you're reading it off an iPad, you have to get every word perfect. You know, even on here, I like, like, stutter, slur my words. Like, if you just even. Like, there were some words where I'm like, why does that sound so. Like, some words I would say, God, what was it?
Oscar
Start questioning yourself.
Moses Hacmon

Hereditary or something like. I don't know. There was just all these words that I was just like, why can't I? Like, it was just so crazy because I was like, wait, this is like, this is right, Right? But it kept sounding weird. I don't know. There was certain words I can't say. And I just thought I was a really good reader until I did that. Then I was like, oh my God. I'm kind of like. Then your voice kind of gives out a little bit. I'm doing it for the next like five days straight. But damn, that's no joke. The person who's recording me recorded Al Pacino and Barbra Streisand's audiobook.
Trisha Paytas
Hey, Legends.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. They said they were in the booth. The booth.
Oscar
I know.
Moses Hacmon
I didn't feel like that. I was like, wow, we're right here. But they said they were really difficult to work with too. So I guess not to. Not in addition to like, oh, it's a favorite difficult. And she was pleasantly surprised at how. How I took direction. I was like, you tell me all day long if I said something stupid or it didn't sound right. She was kind of good too because she was like helping with man fluctuation. I feel like it's good. I feel like. And she actually said because, okay. She was Kind of like she was. I love her, but, you know, there's certain people are just very, like, you know. What's the word? They're very serious and they're very strict, and they just like, no, we're here to do this, and that's it. She didn't really know much about me. She's, you know, older.
Trisha Paytas
She's got a job to do, honey.
Moses Hacmon
Job. I had to drive all the way out here. She was like, from far away. So she's like, I drive all the way out here. So I think she was already a little. But by the end of it, she like, this is a really good book. Shall I do. Yeah. And she's like, guess what? I get paid the same if the book sucks or not. But I'm telling you, your book is great.
Trisha Paytas
I love the realness.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She was so like.
Moses Hacmon
And there are some books that suck. And she was like, telling me. She was like, listing some. I was like, oh, my God, girl. Okay. But then at the end, she goes, this is really good. And that's why I told Moses. I'm like, this girl was like a hard ass the whole time. And by the end of it, she's like, this is really good. You got me interested. I can't wait to hear more. I was like, love it. She was really into it. So I'm not to my own horn, but I do think the audiobook is gonna be amazing. And there's extra stuff in it. So when I'm reading the transcript, I like to put a little bit more. So even if you get the hardcover, you can also read along and then I'll give you a little antidote here and there. Because I like antidotes. Is that right? I don't know. What's an antidote?
Trisha Paytas
A little antidote that's a cure for poison. Anecdote.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. I did that once before, too. Anecdote. That word does not appear in my book. Do not know. Anecdote.
Oscar
But so far, everyone that came across your book really loves it. Like, they really, really.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. So go. You can't pre order the audiobook, but pre order the hard copy. Or maybe you can, I don't know, get the audiobook, too. It's really good.
Oscar
I mean, I would do both. Yeah. Because I would want to have the hard copy in hand, but then I want to listen to the. Yeah, you tell it pretty good.
Moses Hacmon
Anyways, that was my weekend.
Trisha Paytas
I want my advanced reader's copy. I'm still waiting for that.
Moses Hacmon
You can have it. Although there is a Correction in that one. I guess you could have that one. There was. Well, that's the other thing to do with audiobook. It's like, I really. God. I mean, you go through the book so many times. You write the book, you talk with, like, collaborators, your editor, your publishers, my agents at caa, the lawyers, the lawyers in the uk. Like, you're going through the book so many times. And then when I was doing the audiobook, there were like, minor, very minor. I think there was one that said senior year instead of junior year that I put. And I was like, oh, my God, no, that was junior year. And I just know someone's gonna be like, no, she was their junior year. Because you can go through the yearbook. So it's like little minor. So there was two minor things I caught in the audio. And luckily I was able to catch it because I literally was like, oh, my God, there was like a nut. Another tiny little thing. And the gag is, is like, you can change some things now, but it has to be the exact same word count. So it's like trying to find. So like junior and senior was like an easy switch. But, like, there was one other thing
Trisha Paytas
to throw the whole, like, format, I guess.
Moses Hacmon
I guess it's already been formatted as this. Like, so I gotta really go through it again. Because it's like when I was reading, I was like, oh, no. So, yeah, I still. I've. I've changed so many things so many times. I wanted to be so spot on, so accurate. And there was one. But you could have that one and you can see if you can spot the inaccuracies if you listen to it later. I think it's good. Yeah, I think it's good. It's pretty fun. But yeah, when you read it, it's just like. Or when I was reading it for the audiobook, I go, it's so weird. And it's so weird because you have that forever, like your little voice telling your story forever. So if people ever want to use, like, excerpts later on, they could have my actual voice telling the story. You know, it's pretty fun. My voice is still here, but after Friday. Oh, it was, it was rough. I gotta do it tomorrow. And then Wednesday I have just Trish and not Loveline back to back. So I was like, I. I don't know. My voice is gonna be gone. I don't know how Jelly Roll does it. Just doing all these shows every night. 18 songs. I need to learn those voice. The tricks of the trade. The voice, the trad wife. If you will. Who's on call her daddy this week?
Trisha Paytas
I actually have no idea.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, it's Wednesday, right? It comes out.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah. But I haven't seen any, like, teasers or anything.
Moses Hacmon
Right.
Trisha Paytas
So I have no idea.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Oscar
Sometimes.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. I guess she's probably stocking up for when she gives birth.
Trisha Paytas
Birth. Yeah. I made a mental note of when you mentioned Chuck E. Cheese animatronics. I was gonna mention the five nights at Freddy animatronic that's on sale at Spirit Halloween.
Moses Hacmon
We're getting it.
Trisha Paytas
And. Okay. I was at the Home Goods this weekend. That's what I did on Saturday morning. I was at the Home Goods, like, the second it opened.
Moses Hacmon
What were you looking for?
Trisha Paytas
I let the Home Goods tell me what I'm looking for.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. You know you were just trying to get out of the house in the ac.
Trisha Paytas
I just very Malibu Teens. Yeah. Like, I went there, and I was like. Like, I'm gonna let HomeGoods tell me. Granted, I didn't even find anything. That's kind of the gag. But I was just. I went with an open heart and open spirit, and I was gonna let the store guide me and show me what I needed. But anyway, I went to HomeGoods and there was a line at the Spirit Halloween literally next door. And I was like, oh, are they having, like, an open call interview or something? I was like, are they doing interviews? Because the store just opened. So I'm like, why else would there be a line in August at Spirit Halloween? And then I went home, and then I saw that there was all this hoopla over a fnaf. Like, real life animatronic.
Moses Hacmon
And that's what they were in line for.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. It's like this, like, really limited, 500 lifelike animatronic. Looks like it's just from the movie, and it's being resold for, like, $3,000.
Moses Hacmon
Where. Where do you even resell something that big? You can't do it on Poshmark.
Trisha Paytas
I get. Guess ebay. I've seen listings on ebay that are going for, like, $3,000.
Moses Hacmon
And it's the same. It's. It's life size as, like, the Chuck Cheese ones.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Someone literally opened and built it in the parking lot of a Spirit Halloween, like, did a tik tok of it, and it looks really cool. I will say I'm like, damn, if I would have known, I would have hopped right over and got into that line to get.
Moses Hacmon
Would you have, like, how many people
Trisha Paytas
were in the line when I left the HomeGoods. I would say maybe like 15 people. It wasn't anything too crazy.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my gosh.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I literally thought it must have been like job interview interviews because, like, it wasn't a crazy amount of people. And also I'm like, who was lining up at Spirit Halloween? I didn't even know this was happening.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my gosh.
Trisha Paytas
Anyway, I all that to say I am very into it. And, you know, it's one of those things where you can't get it. Like the I always fall for it. The scarcity thing, like, the scarcity marketing. It does get me a lot.
Moses Hacmon
Me too. Mine is the Halloween tree from Michael's that is still in our foyer over there. When you walk in, it looks like a dead cat. It hasn't moved set up. And I'm kind of like, damn. I was so excited about this tree. And I'm kind of of like, did we need it? We got the last model. I was like, we need to get this last one. We need it. And I'm just like, it's just literally causing clutter in a house that I'm decluttering.
Trisha Paytas
Well, Halloween is still a ways away, so you still have time.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know where we're put it. What to put it here too, because then I just thought about it too. We bought little Halloween ornaments for it. And it's like the kids can't have the ornaments because, like, Aquaman, they'll just break the ornaments. So I'm just like, I guess we're going to put it in here next episode. You see, the Halloween tree will be here because I don't know where else we're going to go with it. And we spent 300 on the last store. I don't know if it was 300, but we bought all the little things that go with it it. And we have no place to put it now. And I'm like, dang. But I'm still in the Halloween spirit. I still really love Summerween. We made ghost cookies over the weekend that was really fun. And I had edible markers to make little faces and I couldn't find them. So we ended up using, like, pink dye, but they were just kind of like colorful marshmallows on top of the cookies. But we're very. I wore my bone onesie to do the audio recording. I'm very that also. I feel like, well, you know, it's giving. It's giving the vibe. And everywhere, everyone's like, is it Halloween already? Like, people were like, genuinely Confused. Like, the people recording were like, is it October? I was like, what do you mean, is it October? Like, okay, no, it's not October, but it is Summerween. And then people don't know what that is. And then you have to kind of explain that that's a whole thing. But if, you know. You know, I guess. And I'm. I'm here for it, you know? But I'm here for summer, too. I'm still enjoying the summer vibes. Yeah. There's, like, lemonades. Like, there's a new lemonade happening at Chick Fil?
Oscar
A today.
Moses Hacmon
And I just, you know, I'm. I don't like heat. Hell no to the heat. But we're going to a barbecue. There's, like, a barbecue happening, and we're gonna go to a barbecue. I'm like, that kind of sounds fun. Like a summer.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's summery enough, I guess.
Moses Hacmon
There's, like, cornhole going to be there. And I was like, that sounds like we should celebrate summer that way. But everything is just so damn hot. But happy August. Nothing exciting happens in August.
Trisha Paytas
And the rust on your door.
Moses Hacmon
It's another Taylor Swift song. What is it called?
Trisha Paytas
August Just.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my gosh. There's a song for everything.
Trisha Paytas
You gotta take a page out of her book and just make a song for every month and every age. Like, you just need. I think the trick to getting you into stadiums, like, on the general path is just having a song for everything.
Moses Hacmon
Like, I tried.
Trisha Paytas
I know. And I feel like, you know, your biggest hits are the really specific ones.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
So I think you need to keep that energy going. Yeah. Yes. And every language, everything. Like Korean Christmas, Korean summer, Korean Christmas, Korean. You're turning 21. Korean funeral song. And then same like a J done all those. A J pop for every occasion. Like, you need to go into every language. Every life event, every holiday, every month.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
That's gonna be a lot like Rebecca Black Friday. I think that just went, like, platinum or something.
Moses Hacmon
What does that mean?
Trisha Paytas
It sold, like, a million recently. Yeah. Like, it literally just happened, like, a week or two ago. It got certified platinum.
Moses Hacmon
Why? Why the surge of Friday all of a sudden?
Trisha Paytas
That's a great question. She was on Canada's Drag Race recently. Maybe that pushed her over. Wow. Over the edge, probably.
Moses Hacmon
The power of Drag Race because.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Like, literally just happened, like, two, one week ago. Friday went platinum.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Fifteen years after it released.
Moses Hacmon
And the music video is not up anymore. Right. The official one. Because then they have to take it down. Remember when she was here. She was like, we had to take the who, and then no one got any money from it.
Trisha Paytas
I remember looking it up the other day. It's still on our. It's back on our channel. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
How many views?
Trisha Paytas
181 million.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I would think it would have more because isn't Gongham style like a billion?
Oscar
Maybe it was taken down and put back up.
Moses Hacmon
Right. Well, what. 2011, it came out. What year does it say was uploaded?
Trisha Paytas
It says it was uploaded 14 years ago. Oh, that's.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, that's like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
So, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
September 16, 2011.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. So, yeah, that's the original one.
Trisha Paytas
I had to show Darian Friday because Rebecca Black, like, I said, she was the guest judge, and Darian didn't know her. And I was like, you've never heard Friday?
Moses Hacmon
And that's crazy. I guess he's younger. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And also, was he in Costa Rica? He might have been in Costa Rica when it came out.
Moses Hacmon
She was international back.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if she was international, really. She's all over America.
Moses Hacmon
But Friday was huge. But, yeah, maybe, maybe. Do you remember Rebecca Black Friday?
Oscar
Definitely an American thing.
Trisha Paytas
See?
Moses Hacmon
All right, try harder. Rebecca Black.
Oscar
She needs more days of the week.
Moses Hacmon
We gotta go international. I think it's actually so much cooler. Not so much cooler. I mean, it's cool to go big here. I think it's pretty cool, though, when you go international. A different country. Very. Like, David Hasselhoff, he was so big in Germany in, like, the 80s. And so I do love when I think it was Uncle Jesse on Full House, too. Like, his song became super big in Japan. And it's like, that's so cool to, like, just go. Bart Baker, actually one of the original YouTubers who did parody music videos, he became big in China. Like, it's kind of cool to just, like, become big in a whole different country for, like. Yeah. Unexplained reasons. You're just like, oh, this is cool that people embrace it. If I'm big in your country, let me know. I would love. I would love to come visit. I just think it's fun. I don't know. Brazil would be a cool one to be big in, but I suppose Spain. Spain's having a year. Not only did Spain win the World cup, but Spain won. Mister, did you see this one? Inner. Inner Superstar.
Trisha Paytas
No.
Moses Hacmon
There was. Spain and South Africa were the top two. I was gonna send it to you because those. Those men were, like, kind of, like, almost looked like robots. Like, they almost looked a little too perfect. And you're just like, what is it? It was called, like, Minter, Mr. Interstellar or something like that. And Spain ended up winning. And I was like, wow, Spain's really hot happen that year. I almost sent it to you on Instagram. I was like, I feel like Oscar were like, these people, they were just like. They didn't even look like a human being. They just looked a little too perfect.
Trisha Paytas
Is it Mr. Supernational?
Moses Hacmon
That sounds right. Supernational. Did Spain win? Mr. Supernational. Spain.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, that might be it.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. And then first runner up was South Africa.
Oscar
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
And you're just like, what is this company?
Trisha Paytas
And you thought, Oscar would love these guys.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. I feel like that's so your type. They look like Superman. They both look like little Superman fans. That. It looks just like all the people you love. The lucky blues of the world.
Trisha Paytas
And when have I ever said lucky blue. Gotta have me some of that. Literally never.
Moses Hacmon
Okay, David. Corn sweats giving. No. You didn't think so, huh?
Trisha Paytas
No, no.
Moses Hacmon
What's your type?
Trisha Paytas
Ted Nivison is like, the threshold.
Moses Hacmon
He's giving Tenficent. He could have been in that competition.
Trisha Paytas
He could have been in the competition. You are right about.
Moses Hacmon
I did see another one I was gonna send you, which was Hassan's, but was like, did you see that one?
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Just like walking in the streets of somewhere and someone's like, oh, my God, that butt. And I almost sent it to you too.
Trisha Paytas
Everyone said he was built like a Pixar mom. I was like, that is, like, so specific.
Oscar
Oh, my God.
Moses Hacmon
But, like, accurate.
Trisha Paytas
God, what is this? There's one. I have to. I have to give the account a shout out. Oh, it's anti. Anti Piker. They are the one that does, like, all the. The Thirst, the Thirsty clips, but they're anti. I think the name is ironic, I'm assuming, because the whole feed is like. Like Hassan being hot. Yeah. And they were very excited that Hassan was back in a tank top and showing that dumpy. And they said, shout out to the cameraman for, you know, getting that angle and really focusing on. On the butt, I guess.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. When you're a streamer, you're just sitting on your butt, so no one really sees it.
Trisha Paytas
Literally. I just looked up Hassan and the first tweet is from Anti Piker. And it said, hassan, piker, fat butt massage. That's the whole tweet. Tweet.
Moses Hacmon
That's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
It's a video of him getting a butt massage fully clothed, mind you. But, yeah, recent 2025.
Moses Hacmon
That's too.
Trisha Paytas
So they've been. They've been. They've been really on the beat for quite some time. So. Shout out to the fine journalists.
Moses Hacmon
I think about massage. Someone do. Someone's doing it. Someone's hand. Hands are doing it. It's not just like autumn.
Trisha Paytas
No, no, no.
Moses Hacmon
I think that's a little. Yeah, that's a little outdated. I don't know if we need to have butt massagers anymore.
Trisha Paytas
I imagine it was probably just a full body massage and that was part of. Part of the deal.
Moses Hacmon
No, I've only gotten. You've got enough massages. Are you getting your butt massage?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I mean, the glutes.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I've never. I've got maybe five in my life and never once has it been close to any of those regions.
Trisha Paytas
No, I mean, it's not anything crazy. It's just like the hip. Well, because my sciatic nerve is like in your. It's like in your cheek. So they, like, they. It's like an elbow. You press down on it. I mean, over a towel. Nothing crazy, but like.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. Yeah, I've never had that.
Trisha Paytas
That's like, I saw a tik tok of. I think it was Benito. Benny. Benny Drama. He was talking about, like, how he got a massage and the masseuse, granted, he found him, I think, at the gym and he was gay. So you got to be a little, you know, do your due diligence not to victim shame. But he did.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
He did, like, grab his ass after. I'm like, oh, my God, that's crazy. He grabbed the masseuse, grabbed his ass, like, during the butt massage. Like, that's crazy.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. I feel like that you could get away with a lot as a masseuse. Probably.
Trisha Paytas
Mine are always very unsexy because it's like the most pain ever. But I. Yeah, it's like, I need it to, like, really feel like those knots are getting busted, you know, and that's all that's busting.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. I was like, oh, my God. I remember the first ever YouTube video I got hired for, even before the Shane video, because I used to find castings all the time on, like, LA casting. Like, YouTube. People would always cast people. And it was like, I forgot what it was, but it's like an episode that's still up. And it was called, like, the ultimate butt massage. And they, like, literally hire me. They paid me, like, $100 for the day to give, like, the main character of this, like, YouTube web series a butt massage. And it's like, still on. And it's called, like, the Butt Massager. And it's like. Was so weird. I was, like, 18, and I look. Or maybe I was like, 19, and I look really young, too. And it's like this, like, older. This old man. And it was just, like, so weird. I mean, it was a web series, I guess. I guess it was scripted, but you just wonder how many people just make up those ads just to get their butt rubbed. And now it's just up there forever. And I just have my big ass duck nails, like, massaging the. This, like, old man's butt. I was very weird. And it was literally just the cheeks. So I'm just like this.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, like bare bear.
Moses Hacmon
No, he had, like, a Speedo on, I guess, but he's, like, up against a wall. It was so weird. Yeah, I was like, a little trickery when I saw it the other day. I was like, it's kind of crazy that that's still up there. But I guess YouTube was crazy. So I guess butt massages just gave me a little bit of a creeper vibe. But I guess if you need it for a static nerve. Is that what it is? Maybe.
Trisha Paytas
And I don't go in specifically for that. Just part of the.
Moses Hacmon
It's okay, I guess. I guess it's okay if that's what, you know, you're going in for.
Trisha Paytas
Well, again, I'm not booking a butt massage.
Moses Hacmon
No, not you. But if you're booking a butt massage,
Trisha Paytas
like Hasan, I mean, I also would. Would dare say Hassan didn't go in specifically for that. It looked like he was getting the, like, upper back to mid. Okay, so he is also, I think anti piker. Just specifically made it for the SEO purposes. So when you search Hassan. But like, that, that's what you get, you know?
Moses Hacmon
So smart. I guess.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Gotta, you know, really optimize that SEO.
Moses Hacmon
Shout out to all the butt masseuses out there. Shout out to Betty Skinner, too. Is he going through it because he's platinum blonde now? And people were saying once a gay goes platinum blonde, they're going through something in life. That is so, like, true. I forgot about. I think he's filming the season two of.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he's filming over. Compensating.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Right now.
Moses Hacmon
So maybe it's for that.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe. I mean, he luckily is, like, super hot, so he can kind of get away with anything, you know?
Moses Hacmon
Who do you think is hotter? Him or his ex boyfriend, in your opinion, who's more attractive?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God, I forgot. Terry.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Terrence. I Mean, they're both like, equal, I guess. I mean, they're also like, not my type, but like, like, objectively they're hot, if that makes sense. You know what I mean?
Moses Hacmon
There's not one. Because I never gotten more responses to a story than literally Joey. Everybody's just like my dream man. I was like, oh, my God, I didn't know people were gagged for him. He's handsome.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they're both very handsome. They're both very attractive. Neither of them are my type, so it's hard to say, like one or the other. Let us know in the comments below. Who's hotter. Oh, we should me adding a little poll feature.
Moses Hacmon
Just so awful if it was the other way around. A girl. Who's hotter? Selena Gomez or Taylor? Oh, my God, it's so awful.
Trisha Paytas
But I guess who has a bigger rat?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, right.
Trisha Paytas
Tmz. No shade always has. Like, who? Oh, you know those bikini. I think Tana was in one. It was like her and like Alex Earl with like, who wore the bikini hotter? Mojo or Alex?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, see, it's just like weird when it's like women and it's like tmz. But I feel like if it's gay culture with a gay, it's fine. That is just a key. They're both hot. Every gay is hot. Every man is hot.
Oscar
What?
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. We're gonna just say that.
Trisha Paytas
No. What do you mean? You literally. Last week's called every man Disgusting ugly, the Mormon Wives. So you're gonna lump in the Mormon?
Moses Hacmon
Well, every man is up for dead than Connor.
Trisha Paytas
And you just said the old man. But that you massage was gross too.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, you're right. Just kidding. I was trying to be nice. Okay. All the gay men, we love. Everybody else, thank you to Ro for sponsoring today's episode of Just Trish. I am Trisha Paytas and I am on ro. And I'm so proud to be on ro. I love it so much. I don't even need an ad read to give you my personal endorsement. I have been working with RO for years here on the podcast telling you guys about the best way to access GLP1s. They do a free insurance check. They also find the lowest possible medication for cash pay options as well, which is Wonderful. It's making GLP1s accessible for everyone, which I really, really appreciate. I myself personally have started my journey May of this year and I'm so proud to say that I am 35 pounds down and it is just a great tool to make myself feel absolutely Amazing. And give myself the energy back, the confidence back that I lost to somewhere along the ways these past five years during pregnancy, I definitely slowly gained. And the older I get, I'm 38, it was harder to just lose the weight. I was exercising, I thought I was eating right. I was like, okay, I'm not eating anything, so why am I not losing the weight? Nothing was working. I was like, let me try this GLP1. I've heard about it for years now and I'm so happy I did. I personally on the Zepp bound pen and I love it so much. They are single doses, so you use the pen and then you dispose of it right away. It's like pretty much three clicks. It's like click done. And it's very simple. Don't let it intimidate you. I was kind of worried about the needle of it all, but it's, it's very, in my opinion, it has been very easy. Simple. It literally takes a few seconds. I'll come back into the room. My husband, like you did it already. Very, very easy to use. But if you are a nervous about a shot, they also have the pill format of a GLP1. So all the same great benefits of a GLP1 in pill form. They have the WeGovy one, which I've heard great things about as well. Different options because GLP ones are not a one size fits all. There's different options. You talk to a medical provider through the Row app. I've been talking to them at 8 o' clock on a Friday night. I have found it very convenient to talk to them. What it's convenient for me, which is great. You can talk to a medical provider and they find out which dose is best for you. I started at the lowest dose and gradually worked my way up. I'm still not at my maximum dose and it's just something that I talk about with the medical providers to see what is right for me. They really check in to see what your goal is, how you're feeling, if there's side effects. Again, GLP1 is not a one size fits all. Everybody has a different reaction to the medication and they can just give it to you accordingly. So you feel your absolute best. Trisha Paytas
Although poor Chris Olson, he's really going through it because his book. Book is also approaching.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And I see so many threads now on Twitter of everyone clocking his book and saying, like, what does he even have to say? He's just. How is he? 26, 28.
Moses Hacmon
28. 28. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
It's called My Therapist. What is it? My therapist hates me.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
My therapist hates me.
Trisha Paytas
And everyone hates the COVID too.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. People are just really coming for him, I think. I mean, as we discussed people younger than him, Joey Graceffa was Connor Franta. Like, they've all. I mean, I agree with the sentiment is like, I, I what? Yes, a memoir at 28 seems a little, A little early, but I guess I wrote my first one at 24. My unofficial one unpublished, but it was garbage. But I think people just want to hate him for him because it's like, okay, one thing to be like, okay, what's a 28 year old for a memoir? But nothing. But the COVID sucks. The title's Jet McCurdy. Like, it's not even the same at all as Jeanette McCurdy. My therapist hating me. I wish my mom, or I'm glad my mom died. Those are two different centers. Sentiments. Just because they're long sentences.
Trisha Paytas
I think tonally because it's.
Moses Hacmon
I'm.
Trisha Paytas
It's like dry. I don't know, it gives that kind of like dry celebrating something like negative or whatever. I guess that's kind of the vibe.
Moses Hacmon
It should be called like, I killed my therapist or something. That's a little more jarring. Like, you know, like, I'm glad my mom's dad is jarring. His is just him smiling, being like, I think my therapist hates me. It's giving, like Jake Shane or something, you know, like. Yeah. And not a bad way. Just in a very. That's that whatever. But people are just like, I don't know, ruthless. Damn.
Trisha Paytas
I. And I kind of like, well, if you ain't feeling it, just don't buy it, you know, Just leave it on the shelf. That's kind of how I feel about most things, though. Like, just leave it on the shelf, I guess, you know, And a lot
Moses Hacmon
of books are left on the shelf. I'm at Barnes and Noble twice a week, and some of those books do not move. I was like, damn. You know, because sometimes you see, like, the ones that are hot, the Mel Robbins one is always sold out. It's always like, you see the little let them area and that's also that. But then you see some that are like, which is kind of scary. I'm scared, cuz, like right now. What's the one on display? Oh, the Lena Denim one's on display. Her memoir. And I'm like, oh, maybe mine will be there. But then at the flip side of that is like, like, what if, like, it's just there for a long time? Be like, oh, no one's buying these books.
Trisha Paytas
Like, I want to clearance.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, is there a clearance section at Barnes and Noble?
Trisha Paytas
Not at Barnes and Noble, actually. They get the sticker. They get like the 50 off sticker, you know?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, they don't just. Sometimes Target just does that. Right? Don't they? Just because I remember back in the day, Target would just like, I remember buying a Clay Aiken album and, like, we just got it in and they to, like, put the discount on it right away. But I think it was just like a thing they did with every CD.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they're on physical media. They'll do like 20 off, but, like, they'll put a 20 off sticker, but that just means, like, they discounted 20 off the sticker price or the listing price. But there's also the clearance section, and I always like to peep the clearance section to see, like, oh, whose vinyl's back here?
Moses Hacmon
Whose vinyl's back there?
Trisha Paytas
I'm not going to say any names, but I was surprised. I was surprised at the name names.
Moses Hacmon
Wait, why, why don't you. What do you mean?
Trisha Paytas
Mary Smiles and Schmoja Schmat. That kind of grabbed me.
Moses Hacmon
The second one, Doja can't hear his house. Together or separate?
Trisha Paytas
Separate. Separate, Separate. And Megan Moroni was there too. Yeah, I guess. Just maybe printing too many vinyls.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Who's buying vinyls?
Trisha Paytas
Me, but.
Moses Hacmon
Well, you're not buying Megan Maroney your hair in styles.
Trisha Paytas
No, not even on clearance. But that's just because I'm, you know, trying to consume less. Trying to focus on the. The number one Stan List. Like Olivia Rodrigo. Granted, I was consuming. I was buying, like, all those variants. But cat's eye, I gotta pick. They're doing a variant for each member.
Moses Hacmon
I'm like, too much.
Trisha Paytas
I think I just gotta pick one. But I don't know who to pick. So that's a whole other.
Moses Hacmon
Who do you pick now that mana is out?
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. I was trying to think that. I'm like. I'm kind of going, whose cover I like the best? And that's another thing. Everyone hates their new, like, covers for.
Oscar
For.
Moses Hacmon
If cat's eyes getting hate, then everybody's getting hate. What are they? Why do they hate it?
Oscar
The.
Trisha Paytas
The styling was interesting. It was interesting. I will say that.
Moses Hacmon
I think they did get a new stylist. You remember, I didn't like the styling of. I had somewhere they were wearing, like, underwear, and I was like, I do not like the styling.
Trisha Paytas
It's more of that. So I don't know how you're gonna feel about the new cover, love.
Moses Hacmon
I just love that they were girls that wore pants. You know what I mean? Like, it's just like every. We have so many Sabrina Carpenters up. I like. I like that they had cool, like, street wear and stuff. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
Let me find what they're wearing now. There was one where I was like, oh, this one is a little crazy because Megan, in particular, she was just wearing lingerie, like, not even. And the COVID huh?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah. See, I couldn't buy that cover because it's in my house. I'm like, well, I can't wear that cover. No, it's fine for some people, but.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, here it is. Here's Megan's.
Moses Hacmon
Let's see some.
Trisha Paytas
So it's. Yeah, just, like, the lingerie, and then, like, it's kind of giving American Apparel tees, isn't it? From back in the day.
Moses Hacmon
Yes. With the white wall, for sure. Yeah, yeah, that is. That is.
Trisha Paytas
The styling is interesting.
Moses Hacmon
It also looks like Leg Avenue, if you know what that is. It's like a.
Trisha Paytas
There's Lars. Lars looks cool.
Moses Hacmon
Love hers.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, there's Daniela.
Moses Hacmon
Okay, so far, that's my fave.
Trisha Paytas
Daniela is my fave so far, too. Where's Yoon Chae? Yoon Chase in the front.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I love you. And what's she wearing?
Trisha Paytas
There's Yoon Chae. Okay, that's kind of like, I want to wear that.
Moses Hacmon
That's my next cosplay. I love the pink.
Trisha Paytas
And then here's Sophia.
Moses Hacmon
Love the hair, too. Okay. I love. I love yeah, that one with the lingerie was crazy. That doesn't even fit the other styles.
Trisha Paytas
I know. I don't know.
Moses Hacmon
That is weird. It's so good.
Trisha Paytas
But yeah, I don't know what the concept really is for that photo shoot. It really is just giving. Like someone said early seasons of Drag Race, you know, like the promotional. That is so giving. Like Drag Race Grace new season back in 2012 or something.
Moses Hacmon
But yeah, it's. What's it called? What's the name of the album?
Trisha Paytas
Animal. And like, I don't know, some. Yeah, some of the outfits. I'm like, I don't really know what it's giving, but that's giving American Apparel,
Moses Hacmon
too, with the gold shadow.
Trisha Paytas
It's all giving American Apparel tea.
Moses Hacmon
So weird.
Trisha Paytas
It's a little odd, but. So that's why. That's. To bring it back. That's why, again, it's making a little bit harder to figure out which variant I'm going to get because, yeah, each member gets their solo cover.
Moses Hacmon
That's half 1am And I don't know,
Trisha Paytas
I feel like the. I don't know, it's gonna be whoever catches my eye, I guess, on the shelf, I guess, is what it's gonna.
Moses Hacmon
I like the pink hair, so I think I would go with the pink hair.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Is really, really serving with that hair. And then maybe Daniela would be my second choice. But I also love Laura's, like, in the blue, so I guess we'll see.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, they all look very beautiful. They look good. I just. I like. I think it's. Oh, I think it just came up today, their debut performance. They were like, at a mall.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
You know, like their first one ever. And Manaz in the front and they all had such cool, like, they were wearing like, baggy jeans, pants and crops. Yeah, I just kind of miss that because I thought that's like, so unique in the world where we're all like. Because I saw this whole thing about pop stars who are rebranding. So I saw like, Tate McCray back in the day used to dress kind of like Billie Eilish, kind of. And now she's just like this like, pop star Britney, which is like, cute. Zara Larson, too, had such a different style. And again, of course, the whole point was the rebrand work works, but it's like, damn, we really are just kind of all looking the same in a way, you know?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I am very partial to their outfits. Last year, like, when it was, you know, like the baggy pants, I really like The. The gnarly era. I feel like their outfits were. Were tea and they had some, like, obviously, like, leather and hot pants and stuff. Or like, they had a lot of denim with the Gap ad, like, around that time. Yeah, that was a great time to be an icon. Like, everything was right in the world. We were on the charts, all six of them together. I was going viral for the right reasons. I miss it. And that was only a year ago. A lot has happened.
Moses Hacmon
So wild to think about. It's like, what, they're gonna be here for Thanksgiving at nla. They're doing a show.
Trisha Paytas
I know I'm gonna be there. I got tickets. Yes, I did. Yes, I did. I'm seeing all the girl. I have Adela, who. She just had an amazing Lollapalooza set that I feel like Lalapalooza just happened.
Moses Hacmon
I felt like that too.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, how is it La Palooza again?
Moses Hacmon
I feel like that, too. That's so weird. Just happened over again this weekend. This back again.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Zar Larson performed Tate McCray.
Moses Hacmon
I did see all that. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Audrey Hobert. You know her?
Moses Hacmon
Should I know her? The way you said that, I was like, ah.
Trisha Paytas
I was listening to Audrey Hober. I had to get in my, like, white girl hype myself up TE's this Morning because I was, like, just a little sleepy. I'm like, yeah, let me put on some Audrey Hobart and handle it. And that's what I did.
Moses Hacmon
And what were you doing while you were listening?
Trisha Paytas
Singing along? I was living my full, like, white
Moses Hacmon
girl having tea, sitting outside.
Trisha Paytas
I was driving. I was driving here.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, you put music on to drive?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I usually. I can either do silence or, like, I'll listen to, like, a YouTube video or something.
Moses Hacmon
I do silence, too. I love silence.
Trisha Paytas
I love silence. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Just, like, focus just on driving. Don't think about anything, like, no thought thoughts.
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of like meditating.
Moses Hacmon
It is meditative and I love it so much. I like more people need to do the silence.
Trisha Paytas
But today I was like, I need some extra energy.
Moses Hacmon
I get that too, when you want to be a little more hyped.
Trisha Paytas
And I saw clips of Audrey Hobart at Lollapalooza and she was giving, like, full white girl down. Like, she had her little flats on, like, her little Tory Burch flats. And she had, like, her. Oh, just flats.
Moses Hacmon
Crazy. We're talking about cats.
Trisha Paytas
They were wearing Tory Bird, but they were just little black flats. And I was like, love this flats
Moses Hacmon
are in right now. I am trying to find a pair of Flats that are cool. I don't know what are cool girl flats, but I. I know they're in cosplay.
Trisha Paytas
Some Audrey Hilbert then. And get into.
Moses Hacmon
How do you know her? This is the first time I heard you talking about her.
Trisha Paytas
No, she has a. Sue me. I want to be wanted. Sorry that your dog died. Sorry that I'm not your dream. But you'll go to heaven and I'll go to hell in the meantime.
Moses Hacmon
That's great that you don't know, but I like how fast that was. The cadence was good.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I love a little Audrey Ober.
Moses Hacmon
You got it.
Oscar
Sounds like Audrey.
Moses Hacmon
Audrey Hepburn. Every time he's saying it, I'm thinking it's saying, audrey.
Trisha Paytas
No relation. She used to. Or she does write for Gracie Abrams. Co write with Gracie Abrams.
Moses Hacmon
You know what? I got the mix up in my head before he even said that. I was like, they kind of are giving Nepo baby to me. Like, same vibes.
Trisha Paytas
I think Audrey Hobert's parents work in, like, tv. Like, one of them wrote a show or something. Kind of like Jake Shane.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Well, even Will Ferrell's son. I just discovered him this weekend.
Moses Hacmon
Magnus.
Trisha Paytas
Will Magnus?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
No, magnet. You're right. You're right. Magnus.
Moses Hacmon
I want him on the podcast. He's been doing rounds. I love his song.
Trisha Paytas
Me, too.
Moses Hacmon
I love his vibe.
Trisha Paytas
Me, too. I never heard of him before. All of a sudden, everyone was posting, like, will Ferrell's son is released a new song. And I was like, what?
Moses Hacmon
I didn't know too good. I remember when he had the son. I remember when he named him that. And I was like, wait, that's kind of an epic name. Like, all these names are so cool. He seems normal. He seems well adjusted.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. He was like, obviously gonna get asked the Nepo baby question.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. What do you say?
Trisha Paytas
Like, he's like, well, yeah, of course we have it easier. Yeah, he learned. I feel like you gotta.
Moses Hacmon
You learn because you do. You have it easier in every aspect of life. There's no way you're. It's harder. There's no way. It's this. Like, you just get it. And we just have a little. A little too many nipple babies. But he's one. I'll, like, accept. I just think there's just so many. And I was like, okay, let's just have people. It should be like, just okay. What did your dad do? Oh, they were a contractor. Great. You can be in this. You know what I mean? Like, it's kind of refreshing when people who said that someone's like, oh, none of my parents sing. They were like the only person with like a singing talent. Was it Rachel?
Trisha Paytas
I remember we talked about that too.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, Someone was like, oh, nobody in my family sings.
Trisha Paytas
Was it Olivia Rodrigo?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, maybe. I almost got you an Olivia Rodrigo sweatshirt at Target, but they only had extra small or like double xl. It was really cute. It was like a purple zip up. They have. They have a whole section. Have you seen it?
Trisha Paytas
I was. I remember seeing it like in the ads. When it. In the ads in the catalog. Unlike the app, I guess when it
Moses Hacmon
came out, it was kind of cute in person. Like I didn't even know it was Liv Rodrigo. I literally went to go look at it and I was like, oh. And then I was like, why I gotta get this Ross skirt? But I was.
Oscar
I did love her.
Moses Hacmon
Did you get any? I guess you're trying to consume less.
Trisha Paytas
Did I get any from her? I think I've got a. I got one shirt that I wore here a couple weeks ago.
Moses Hacmon
It's hard to not buy things. I'm really trying not to buy things either. Also just cuz, like I keep getting rid of things. I'm like, why am I bringing more things into the house? And it's like. It is. It is hard. But I've been doing pretty good lately.
Trisha Paytas
I think I've been doing better too. I mean, I. Consumerism does have its claws on me. Just since I was a kid, even before I even understood the concept of. I just loved collecting love things. I love things. But even at Comic Con, I think I did pretty well because I. I only got like practical things really. Like either a shirt or like something. Like I got a luggage thing, like a carry on suitcase because I had to throw mine away because my cat threw up in it.
Moses Hacmon
Oh my God.
Trisha Paytas
I know. So I've been in the market for one.
Moses Hacmon
What was the luggage? What's on it?
Trisha Paytas
It's X Men, actually, you lot.
Moses Hacmon
So you need to get in it. Have they filmed it yet? No, not yet.
Trisha Paytas
No, it's in development right now. And I have two weeks before that D23 announcement. So let's make it happen.
Moses Hacmon
Oh my God. I would have loved. You should get a little cameo on something.
Trisha Paytas
They need like to fill the whole school. They got to fill the whole school of mutants. I gotta be in there. I'll be in there. Yeah, I'll be whatever. Yeah, just not the Blob. That's kind of crazy. I'd probably kill myself.
Moses Hacmon
Wait, why? What's so bad for The Blob.
Trisha Paytas
His power is he's fat. Like, literally. That's his power.
Moses Hacmon
Everything, though. That'd be so sick. What. What does he do? How does he use music?
Trisha Paytas
He's just, like, indestructible because, like, everything bounces off of his big belly.
Moses Hacmon
I love that. Like, that's kind of everything, actually. So you just have to stay fat to, like, restore humanity, to save humankind.
Trisha Paytas
Well, he's a villain too, which kind of makes it.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I love. Actually I'd love to be the Blob. Who's gonna be him there? They announced that.
Trisha Paytas
I don't think they'll announce the Blob, but I'm sure he'll be the Blob.
Moses Hacmon
What's the Jennifer Lawrence character called?
Oscar
Blue.
Moses Hacmon
Blue one. I want to be hurt. Who's gonna be that?
Trisha Paytas
It's tbd. Indie Neveretti from Obsession said that she would love to be Mystique.
Oscar
And then.
Moses Hacmon
Well, who wouldn't? Everybody I know. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
The fan cast that has been going around is Hunter Schaefer. And that was.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Because Mystique, she's like a shape shifter and she is, like, androgynous. Like, she's like femme presenting.
Moses Hacmon
Right.
Trisha Paytas
In the comics, she, like, becomes a man and impregnates women. That's kind of the guy. Oh, my God. That can be anyone, anything.
Moses Hacmon
I'm like, that's a good one.
Trisha Paytas
That Hunter Schaer should be missing. That makes the most sense. I think they might be a little. They're going so typical with the casting. Like, X Men is like a lot of hot people, a lot of horny people and characters. I mean, so they really are getting hot people.
Moses Hacmon
They need to get a few other traditional.
Trisha Paytas
And I'm like, but Hunter Schaer is gorgeous and she would be so good. And she's in the new Blade Runner, like I told you. And at Comic Con, they played like, a clip of it. And.
Moses Hacmon
And she's so good. She's so good. She's so.
Trisha Paytas
So I'm hoping for her. But no, she didn't ever ready because everyone now is, like, flipping and. Yeah, her bad. Everyone hates her.
Moses Hacmon
I'm like, wait, what is. What was the flip? Is it because she's just not as, like, personable with fans or people are.
Trisha Paytas
So she did a podcast with Variety and that. It's like she the most. She's talked like, long form. And I think people at first kind of Jennifer Lawrence tease like that. She's so, like, raw, not media trained, bro coded. And now all of that people dislike. Which is kind of interesting.
Moses Hacmon
You had told me that too. That she was a little bit of
Trisha Paytas
a. Yeah, she's just bro.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Which is I'm not like other girls type. Right.
Trisha Paytas
I think that's just her thing because she was like she was streaming her playing herself, playing video game. Playing video games like Call of Duty and stuff. Just because like she loves it. So. And this was before she had a brand or anything. Like she just was streaming to. To make a little bit of money.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So I think that's just her genuine interest. But yeah. And then also people uncovered she's like a Johnny Depp stand. So then that was a little alien. I think she was just liking all these like Johnny Depp coded posts.
Oscar
Oh.
Trisha Paytas
So that turns them okay against her too. So. Yeah, the pendulum is fierce. Anyway, she threw her name out there for Mystique and everything. Everyone was not having it, so yikes.
Moses Hacmon

Trisha Paytas
No. Hate this way. Take it back. Although this hair is giving a little. A little mystique. Tease a little Rebecca Romaine.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I would love. Oh, my God.
Oscar
Cast me.
Moses Hacmon
I'll do it.
Trisha Paytas
You should.
Moses Hacmon
I think we. If we have a body positivity slim, we could have a body positivity mystique. I think think we can just have a little bit of everything. You know what I mean? And I think that would be great. I would love it. I'll stop my GLP1 so I can continue the body positivity moment because by the time it films, you never know. I could be just giving Hunter Shaffer body. You know, I. That would be so fun. That would be a good one. I would love to be in it too, but I don't know anything about it, so I'm sure casting would also not want me to be a part of it.
Trisha Paytas
You know, you can. Once you lock in on something, though, you do become an expert pretty quick. I will say that's true.
Moses Hacmon
I had to really get into it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
This actually was inspired by Kelly Clarkson Breakaway.
Trisha Paytas
I see it.
Moses Hacmon
That was the inspo. Yes. I sent to what wigs. I was like, this is the inspo. And it just feels. It feels like Tuscan Mom. I Feel like I should be going to, like, Panera or Olive Garden and just, like, getting the never ending pasta pass, you know, which they're still thought of, which is a little bit of. A little bit of a scam. They only had, like, a few thousand.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was like another scarcity limited run kind of thing. I didn't even try, to be honest.
Oscar
That's.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, it sold out right away. But, like, in this economy, they should be giving pasta passes to everybody. The government should be doing it to everybody, you know, because that's. That's a great deal.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I mean, and especially we can't have lettuce, like, give us pasta passes.
Moses Hacmon
Although they do love a salad bowl. Mose loves a salad bowl. When we go there, they bring out, like, just an individual salad. It's like the giant, like, pasta bowl of salad. I just cannot get into lettuce, y'.
Oscar
All.
Moses Hacmon
When you get that soup and salad and you're just like, let me just have some of those. Like, it's literally just lettuce. Yes. It's such a weird.
Trisha Paytas
Oh. Because it has that, like, what is it? Is it the dressing just, like, oil or something?
Oscar
Pretty much. Probably oil and vinegar.
Moses Hacmon
It's just like, wet lettuce. You're like, I love this. I'm like, oh, my God. That's interesting.
Oscar
Like, Caesar salad. Like, how does anyone have Caesar salad anymore?
Moses Hacmon
How does anyone have Caesar salad anymore?
Oscar
It's all romaine lettuce.
Moses Hacmon
I guess just in general, the concept of lettuce, to me is kind of bizarre. Just having. Just using lettuce is kind of crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Cut to you eating a head of lettuce for your ASMR channel.
Moses Hacmon
Do it again. Give me. That's. That's our Patreon. This week is us doing my asmr. Just eating the lettuce head. And I'm sure it's getting delicious on the asmr. I mean, there's. There's never ending asmr.
Trisha Paytas
I guess another show that you can put your name out there for is Ryan Murphy. This article, I read the headline was. Is threatening to reboot Glee, but. Which is diabolical.
Oscar
It is a threat, but that's what's
Moses Hacmon
so camp about it. That's what I love is, like, leaning into it like we were talking about earlier. We're just like, let's lean into the. Even Matthew Morrison. But it does kind of kill the meme because he also kind of, like, does the trigger warning Matthew Morrison for his cameos. And I'm like, okay, a little Killing the meme, but also kind of like it, I guess. You know what I mean? It's kind of. Remember who was. I think it was Gabby Hannah, who was like. You remember people called her. She's killing the meme when she did the monster merch or whatever, like, from the thing, and she goes, yeah, of course I'm gonna kill the meme. You guys are, like, making fun of me. Whatever. She got, like, all mad about it. But it is kind of true. It's like, once you're two in on it, the meme is not. That's why I try not to meme myself too much or, like, make fun of my memes, because I'm like. I want them to live on. Once you're in on it, then it does kind of kill it.
Trisha Paytas
Granted, this my new favorite reaction meme on Twitter. It's you in every variation of doing the King Tut dance in all these different cosplays. Me? Yes. And literally, someone edited it, so it, like, it just goes by like a horror. Like, almost like a carousel, like, horizontally. Just. Just, like, swipes through every iteration you've ever done, and it kind of goes on forever. So I don't know. You're breaking your own rule of the meme, I guess.
Moses Hacmon
Is that a meme? Okay, Is King Tut a meme, or is it just an iconic video? I think of memes as, like, no, no, thank you. You know, like, those are the memes. I thought, like, King T is just iconic.
Oscar
Definitely. It's in a. No. Anomaly. Anomaly.
Moses Hacmon
Which one?
Oscar
King. King Tut. Because it's not. It's not a meme, but it's so special that it just tickles people's minds. Right. When you think about King Thought, you don't think about any kind of text or something to go with it. Right?
Moses Hacmon
That's not true. People would argue that problem will delete later.
Oscar
No, but still. But that's what it came with. But meme people apply their own, like, you know, something to do it.
Moses Hacmon
Well, I'm, for one, excited for the Glee reboot, and I would love to be in it. Not as a teacher, but as a student. I want to be one of the McKinley High kids.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Because Ryan Murphy said at the Shards premiere, actually, it said it might be time to. To revisit Glee, and I'm. Honestly, I'm seated. I'm already seated.
Moses Hacmon
So seated for it.
Trisha Paytas
I was a hardcore Gleek, and I think I could get into Glee again easily. Like, are you kidding?
Moses Hacmon
I know. And then it'd Be so great to have like the original cast back. You know that Lea Michelle's a teacher.
Trisha Paytas
This is a tweet, by the way. This was because Ryan Murphy, also at the Charlottes premier, was talking about how the new season of American Horror Story is not just coven themed, it's like themed after many seasons. And then shout out Brooklyn. He tweeted Sarah. Sarah Paulson. This season on American Horror Story playing Ev. And it's just you doing.
Moses Hacmon
I don't remember. That is so weird. I don't remember doing that so many times.
Trisha Paytas
But I know your mind where it's like you're in cosplay not knowing what TikTok to do. So you're like, I'll just do King Tut.
Moses Hacmon
Like I.
Trisha Paytas
The gag is I know exactly how your mind works.
Moses Hacmon
Real. That's so real. Because I don't remember like why I would do that. Like, nobody cares. Dude in those costumes. That is.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, well, correlation between the Riddler and King Tut, mind you, but we're gonna do it anyway.
Moses Hacmon
Glad you know who I was. I feel like some people didn't know who I was. Well, shout out what's his name if I get casted.
Trisha Paytas
Brooklyn. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
I would love to be considered for it. It. Oh my God, that'd be so cool to have it come back.
Trisha Paytas
I know. I can't. I can't imagine what kind of plot lines we'll get into because so much was covered in the original Glee. Like they kind of left no stone unturned.
Moses Hacmon
What is like a relevant modern day one?
Trisha Paytas
Like, I guess someone. It's kind of lame though now, but like someone would have to be like an influencer, I guess, right? Or aspiring influencer. Like you would need that kind of archetype.
Moses Hacmon
Olson would be in there.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, him, Jake, Shane, Hailey, Bailey. Get all of them in there.
Trisha Paytas
And I guess like the gay, like obviously with Kurt, he was kind of like. He was fierce but like bullied. The gay would be the bully, I think. Like, it would be like a mean gay. You know that.
Moses Hacmon
Was that in How I Met yout Mother? There's something. There was one. Was it How I Met yout Mother? Oh, no, it was Modern Family where Cam and Mitch, they were like, oh my God, the gay one, we gotta like look out for him. And he was the one being the bully. But that's. So that is what it has to be now.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, for sure. You have to like make it very subversive. Where it's like the girls were like, Santana, she was gay. But also. And mean. But, like, it has to be. The boy instead of getting bullied is the bully in the Glee Club. Because also, like, you expect gays to sing and gays is. He's probably also the social media influencer who's, like, famous on TikTok for singing covers or whatever.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. I just immediately think of James Charles, the meanest gay that thinks he can sing. I mean, right? I mean, he's kind of perfect for being diabolical on that character cast. He's gonna bully for sure.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
My mind went to Grant from Twink and Aetta. Not that he's mean, but he, like, he's so funny. Yes. He's like. He can read. He's, like, not mean, but can read and can be shady. So that's where my mind.
Moses Hacmon
We need a trio. We need Grant and James Charles and Chris Olson. They're the new Cheerios. Say a little prayer for you. And they all sing.
Trisha Paytas
I think that would have to be like, the Hunger Games. Like, you know, like Grant. Grant. Take him out. My money would be on Grant. Grant is James Charles and Chris Olson. Yes. 100.
Moses Hacmon
Well, he needs Minions. You know what I mean? That would be.
Oscar
Chris Olsen is the new Mr. Shoe.
Moses Hacmon
First of all, he's only 28.
Oscar
That'd be perfect for the role. He's like the young teacher that thinks that he's hip, but everyone hates him.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God.
Oscar
No, but I'm saying, like, lean into the world.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. According Monty, there's, like 30 when he got casted to play Finn the quarterback. Like, I mean, they usually, like, cast 30 to play younger on Glee. I would love to be Mr. Shue or the principal. Principal Figgins. I liked his.
Oscar
I thought he was kind of like Mrs. Sandals.
Moses Hacmon
What?
Oscar
Yeah, Mrs. Sandals. It's like a play on Mr. Shoe. It's a cool name for a teacher in a show like that.
Moses Hacmon
Mrs. Sandals is crazy. That jump was you.
Oscar
Don't be Mrs. Flip Flop.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. Okay, well, Unfortunately, I think Mr. Sh
Trisha Paytas
would be reprising us in that writer's room. Are you kidding? Ryan Murphy. Come on.
Moses Hacmon
Moses gets casted. Ryan's like, I. I like him, actually. He'll be in the teacher. Oh, my God. You know, I saw Kurt on my flight back from Atlanta. No, I forgot to tell you. Yeah, he was. It was crazy because he looked like Kurt. Like, he looked like Kurt Hummel. Like, he literally. He had a face mask on, but he had the pompadour. What is that? Pompadour?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, the Style.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And it was definitely him. And I was like. I kept, like, looking back. Cause they're like, we're gonna make eye contact act. Surely he'll. Nothing. Just never looked once at me. Yeah. I was like, damn. Like, you kind of look around who's around you, you know, and just see who's gonna be around you. Nothing. No, I got. Even when we got up, Nothing.
Trisha Paytas
Do you think he wore the mask for health precautions or to not get noticed?
Moses Hacmon
I want to say to not get noticed.
Trisha Paytas
I would think, too, we got to reach out for, like.
Moses Hacmon
Okay. No, but I think it was. I think because he was very much like. You could just tell. He's like, I'm not making eye contact with anyone. I am. In my opinion, it was giving. Like, I'm very famous. I cannot be bothered on this flight is what I was getting. But maybe. Maybe there was something else. I don't know. But. Because, you know, sometimes you look at people and they look a little friendly, give a little nod. You give a. Whatever. But he was. He was not having it, but I was. He was coming back from Atlanta to LAX on last Wednesday. I was really excited, too, because, you know, when you see a Gleek in the wild, you're just like, oh, my God. Like, you just wipe. I certainly want Matthew Morrison on here. Even though you tell me he's problematic, I still just, like, love his. His energy.
Trisha Paytas
All the Glee stars. Matthew Morrison is kind of crazy.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, really, who else?
Trisha Paytas
At least, like Darren Gris.
Moses Hacmon
I would say, no, he's the worst.
Trisha Paytas
Is he? What's wrong with you?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. I heard some tea on him. Well, allegedly. But I had some tea on him recently, and they were like. I was asking someone about something, and they're like, he was the worst because he's. He made. Like. I said, I won't spill all the tea. But he was being, like, weirdly. I don't know. He was, like, being a little, like, homophobic. Underlying homophobic. But he's like, it's okay because I'm like, a honorary gay or something like that. He considered himself in the category that he could say those words that you can't say if you're not gay. And he's like, but it's fine because the gays consider me one of them or something.
Trisha Paytas
That is so funny.
Moses Hacmon
And he was. But it was, like, just jarring. And I remember they were. They were just like. I was just a little, like, shook when he said that. Because they're gay. And they were like, that's kind of crazy.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like he's probably hanging out with our dear Jimmy Wetzel. I was like, no, you can say it. You can see the appsler. Go ahead.
Moses Hacmon
That is true. I blame on blame Tony from everyone who's just saying it willy nilly. I'm like, you guys, you know, I just repeat everything. I just, like, let things come out and the context, too, the way they're so aggressive. I'm just like, oh, my God. Like, it does. Yeah. Sometimes they remind me, like, okay, just don't repeat this. I'm like, well, let's not say things like, can't repeat. Treat me like a toddler. Okay. Where it's just like, I don't know what we're saying, what we're talking about, but. But I heard other things about Dan Chris, but, I mean, I don't know. I think he might be worse than Mr. Shue. Let us know the next poll. Who's worse? What was his name in the show?
Trisha Paytas
Blaine or Mr. Shoe?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, Blaine or Mr. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Who else from Glee? I'm trying to think. Maybe Amber Riley.
Oscar
Always.
Trisha Paytas
I always love her.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, she's fierce. She went Dancing with the Stars.
Trisha Paytas
Heather Morrison. Always love a Heather Moore.
Moses Hacmon
She was with Connor on off Broadway.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah? Yeah. Who else from Glee?
Moses Hacmon
The ones had the podcast, Artie.
Trisha Paytas
And I love Diana Agron, who played Quinn Fabre. But she is so mysterious. Like, where is she? I thought she was gonna have the world, like, at her fingertips after Glee.
Oscar
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
I wonder what happened.
Trisha Paytas
I've seen her, like, do a red carpet here and there, but, like, she really don't be doing much, I think, of her own volition, I'm assuming, because I feel like she could have auditioned and got done a lot after. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
What's a little cursed, huh? So sad about.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, well, Kevin McHale just, who played Artie, just said that he hates the Glee curse thing. Because he's gonna be cursed. No, because he's. He said. Because it's all, like, real people who have had tragic and traumatic things happen,
Moses Hacmon
but coincidence that they're all in the same show, like, you know what I mean? Like, they can't be mad at people for drawing the conclusion.
Trisha Paytas
I have no comment on that.
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. Maybe not may wrong, but I mean, I mean, it's just. Yeah, it's sad when it's, like, so much. I don't know. It's like Kennedy curses it cursed or they just had tragedy. Yes. But they're all in the same family, so that is a little. Okay, apologies. He'll never. Come on. He's killing it the most. Kevin McHale. He's on these. Actually. Kevin on the podcast, which I don't think he likes me. Which is fine because so many people are like, oh, we can get him on the podcast. Like literally three people I know are really close friends with him and never heard back, which is like, fine again. But he's kind of taken off. He's just announced to join Broadway's Rocky Horror Picture Show. He's replacing Full Circle, though, for Glee too. Because wasn't he.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yes.
Moses Hacmon
In Rocky or Picture show on Glee where they double casted all the roles. Yeah, it wasn't like John Stamos in the Rocky Horror Glee production, even though he wasn't a high school student.
Trisha Paytas
Wasn't he someone's.
Moses Hacmon
He's on the.
Trisha Paytas
Was he going to teach her?
Oscar
Was he boyfriend?
Trisha Paytas
I thought he was one of the. Yeah, someone's boyfriend.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, he was the. The guidance counselor's boyfriend. Cuz he was a dentist on the show. Yes. I was like, why are you in this play with the high schoolers?
Trisha Paytas
I forgot. And he was crazy. Actually, I have to go back and do a rewatch before I advocate for a re.
Moses Hacmon
No, it's definitely problematic. It's definitely like just a racist, misogynistic homopho. Like, it's actually like, awful. But I think you get the pass because Ryan Murphy is the creator. So it's just like.
Trisha Paytas
Well, and I. I just saw like a tik Tok montage of all like the funniest moments. Like, and I'm like, damn. It was like one of the. Those tick tocks where I was like, no, no. AI used to write this grid, by the way.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And it was the fiercest, like clips. And I'm like, oh my God, I forgot how amazing the show was.
Moses Hacmon
It was amazing, but problematic. And yeah, it's hard to know if you couldn't do any of like two crazy jokes these days because it's like, I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
Because even Scream Queens of another famed Ryan Murphy production, I feel like really went there with like, how mean it was. And that's another one that like, people still are re watching, like currently and like adore.
Moses Hacmon
Right? That's true.
Trisha Paytas
I think it just depends on how funny it is. Like, if it's funny enough, you can kind of get away with it.
Moses Hacmon
I think that's probably true.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Glee never did fat jokes, did they?
Trisha Paytas
I'm sure they did, but I feel no, Santana definitely made fat. It's because when Quinn Was pregnant. She would make a lot of jokes and, like, when they fought, like, she would make jokes about her belly. Oh, really?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah. She made fun of Finn too.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, yes.
Moses Hacmon
She'd always calm doughboy and chubby, and that's pretty crazy. Yeah. I guess they just went after everybody. I was like, well, good for them for not being fat phobic. But do we miss fat jokes? I don't know. Maybe. Are they ever funny? Let us know if you miss fat jokes.
Trisha Paytas
I know they're both.
Moses Hacmon
Do we claim if you miss fat jokes? Because, I mean, like, like you said, when it's funny, I guess it's funny. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God.
Moses Hacmon
Love, love, Glee. Shout out Kurt Hummel on the plane. I was trying to make eye contact with you. Yeah. Chris Colfer. I probably would have. God, he's written so many books. Who else? Oh, Jenna McCurdy just announced her third book today. I was like, people really are third. Yeah. Didn't she just come up with an earlier this year?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. She had a fiction book that was
Moses Hacmon
her last half his age.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
And this one is called. It's like a journal. It's like a wellness journal.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, Lord.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I forgot what it's called. But she said she used vegan leather for the journal.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, fierce.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And it's just little prompts. And I'm like, damn. She probably got, like, after her book did really well. She got, like, a big book deal, and they're like, you're gonna do 10 books in five years. I think that's what Chris Cole for us is. I think he has 13 books.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy.
Moses Hacmon
I feel like Joey must have gotten a big deal too, because his books just keep coming out too. And it's like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he has three from his series.
Moses Hacmon
His.
Trisha Paytas
He just did his witch or. No, he just did his coven one.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, his. In real life.
Trisha Paytas
In real life, five. So, yeah, he must have at least five.
Moses Hacmon
A lot of books.
Trisha Paytas
That's a lot of books for someone
Moses Hacmon
who's not really reading or writing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Oscar
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Or maybe I guess he's writing. Yeah. All right. Well, I guess he's overcoming. That's his superpower, which is good.
Trisha Paytas
Overcoming.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. The new show and you're writing. I mean, that's pretty good. Good. How do you not do it backwards?
Trisha Paytas
And also, no Joey Gravit shooters. I don't even know if he has any. But he. He always is making shady jokes like, oh, I didn't know you read Oscar. I'm like, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
No, for sure.
Trisha Paytas
Joey is the shadier if he had a podcast, y', all, like, his thoughts are diabolical. He's shady boots.
Moses Hacmon
So did you see it was. I think it was full coverage. We just talked about them, but Laura Lee and Manuel Mua were talking about how there's a brand. They didn't say which brand, but there's a brand that said that they don't work with like Millennials, that they only work with Gen Z, Gen Alpha.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God.
Moses Hacmon
And then Laura said she got an email. I don't know if it was from the same brand or different brand, but same thing where the brand was like, hey, just gauging interest if you're interested in this event. This is not an invite, but I guess they just like never wrote back. She. I never heard that ever. Where they're like, they just sent to see who was it, who's interested. And then they were gonna pick from a list and then she never heard back. And then like the whole brand was just all young Gen Z and Shake. They don't care about Millennials. They were talking about this whole thing, how brands are just over old influencers and they don't want to.
Trisha Paytas
Wow.
Moses Hacmon
But I say to that, like, that's where we need to start, like going with like, I would love to do like hemorrhoid cream or something. You know what I mean? Like adult diapers. Like just start getting the age appropriate sponsorships. Do you know what I mean? Like, I feel. Doordash just sent me one. Not sponsored, but they did send me a PR box and it was just like things that are cringy to buy. It's called Cringe Mart. I don't know if it's a real part of their app. This is not sponsored, but I wish friggin Doordash sponsored me. It was like there's a part of the app where something's cringy. Have you heard of this or is this like fake?
Trisha Paytas
No, I've never heard of it, but it makes sense.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. So that's like embarrassing stuff. That's embarrassing. So then they sent me all the embarrassing stuff in a box. Like literally Doordash was like, here's this like fancy box. I just opened it, like literally right before you came in and it was like, I say not even embarrassing. What was? It was like UTI pills, like for if you. When you have a urinary tract infection. They had some condoms. They had. What else they had something for itch.
Oscar
Something for itch tummy. The one you like.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I loved Pepto Bismill not embarrassing. I love Pepto Bismol.
Oscar
Basically any uncomfort you might have in your body and you need something.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, it was really interesting. I was like they had like lube. I was like, is this any embarrassing? I asked Mose, I'm like, what's like something embarrassing? You said hemorrhoid cream, but I was like, you bought hemorrhoid cream for me? So you're not embarrassed by that?
Oscar
I was, I'm just. I was trying to think what could be.
Moses Hacmon
What's embarrassing for you? What are you embarrassing for me?
Trisha Paytas
Probably like I would say like a laxative or something. Like anything to help you go is always like a little.
Moses Hacmon
If I'm checking you out, I'm be like well look at him taking care of himself and his gut health. Like I would be like wow, that's great.
Trisha Paytas
I would be like order. I feel like ordering via like, like door dash or something. I would be embarrassed cuz it's so specific a you have to like search it, add it to your cart, check out and then the dash and then you have to put a substitute that also it's so there's so many steps where like buying it myself, I don't really get embarrassed because usually I do a self checkout anyway. But also I'm like, I'm sure the cashier is seeing crazier things in this, you know.
Moses Hacmon
That's true.
Trisha Paytas
And also I've been a cat when I was a cashier. I never was like, I never thought about like what someone was buying. I'm like, let me just get this over with, you know?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But yeah, doing it in an app I feel like is more embarrassing just because there's so many steps. You got to search for it out of your cart, pick the subscribers, substitute. Then your dasher's like, oh, they don't have this one. What about this one? And then you're like oh my God, there's so much to it.
Moses Hacmon
That's true.
Oscar
Then you have to meet them in person, one on one to get it. Which is kind of.
Moses Hacmon
You're the only one who meets in person. Everybody else has leave at the door and I always tell them that just have them leave it at the door. You're the only one who goes out to bring people.
Oscar
We do it is food, like fresh food and I don't want them leaving it.
Moses Hacmon
But you wait by the door, you wait on the other side of the door. You hear them drop it. Yeah.
Oscar
Then you just pick it up, see them behind the glass.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Oscar
You are the only insane person who's
Moses Hacmon
like, I. I tell them when I'm gone, like, stay inside the house. Like, you don't need to go out and greet the person, just let them leave it. I'm leaving it every time.
Oscar
Also, there's other things. Like, sometimes they're at the gate, sometimes they walk up, they don't drive up, so then they can't get out. Sometimes there's so many little details. Sometimes they go to the door downstairs. It just. The food is there. I want it. I want it.
Moses Hacmon
Sometimes the gate doesn't work. Sometimes the downstairs entrance is where they go to.
Oscar
But for me it's not. I don't feel embarrassed, but I do feel bad if I go to get medication when I'm sick. Like, I feel bad being out in public, being there, being sick. And I'm like, I'm getting this while I'm could infect you. So I think that is when I would use it.
Moses Hacmon
I wonder if you can pick up like a prescription, like if you're embarrassed to get.
Trisha Paytas
Like, see if you need id, delivers it now they.
Moses Hacmon
No way.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Like if you.
Oscar
They.
Trisha Paytas
I was getting notification. If I'm like, like you're running out of days to pick it up, you want us to deliver it?
Moses Hacmon
They never offer that to me and I do CVS too.
Oscar
Oh.
Moses Hacmon
They literally just like, we're returning it now. It's been too long and it's crazy. It's like, well, what do you mean? Like, I need a time to go get it. You can go. I can give Mose my ID and he can go pick it up for me.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, yeah. Sometimes my dad will pick it up for me. But we have the same names. I don't know if that really matters.
Moses Hacmon
But yeah, I feel like, yeah, that's different. I feel like Moses picking up a church of prescription. It's like, how do they trust? How do they know we're even related?
Oscar
Well, I got your idea, I guess.
Moses Hacmon
Do you ever show it?
Oscar
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, what if you kidnap me and that's how you got my id.
Oscar
I think that's the least of the crimes of be worried about me getting your prescription.
Moses Hacmon
I just think if like a guy showed up with like a girl's ID and be like, okay, where is she? Where is she?
Trisha Paytas
You asking all the questions?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I would be a little bit.
Trisha Paytas
As you should.
Moses Hacmon
You need to ask questions because that's how you stop these people, the crime stoppers. So that way you gotta say something like, that was kind of weird, huh? That Was a little odd.
Oscar
She just always have a police officer back there.
Moses Hacmon
Did you see the no influencer sign in Nantucket?
Trisha Paytas
I heard about this, but I didn't see it.
Moses Hacmon
Who'd you hear about it? How'd you hear it?
Trisha Paytas
It was in again, the search bar in a tick. Like it was. I always get dropped off somewhere in the middle where it's like someone like commenting on the drama. And then most of the time I have the wherewithal to, you know, investigate. But this time like swipe, like, let me find a horse video. You know what I mean?
Moses Hacmon
Like I saw, okay, so I saw. First I saw Brianna, then I saw Dave Portnoy. You know, they're always, they're always at the forefront. They're the forefront. They're gonna let you know with each other. Which I like is so funny to me. It was actually speaking to Portnoy. He was just at a pizza place. Shout out Otto's Pizza. Is that what it's. It's autos a Otto. You saw the one where he like went in and like, oh, are you like famous? Because they saw the camera or whatever. Because he has someone like film him and they're like, you know Trisha Paytas? He's like, I do?
Trisha Paytas
No way.
Moses Hacmon
Like, do you know, you know Trisha Paytas? Like, I do know her. I was like, first of all, we don't know each other. We've never met. Like, we don't know you.
Trisha Paytas
But okay, she didn't know who I was. Saw the camera and then she's like, do you know Trisha Paytas?
Moses Hacmon
Saw the camera and I was like, do you know like Trisha or something? I do.
Trisha Paytas
I asked her, I'm like, is this the original location?
Moses Hacmon
Beloved. Anyways, I love that.
Oscar
I was more surprised cuz I'm like, I see Trisha Payless reposted. I'm like, you reposted Dave Porter?
Moses Hacmon
You know, I have a little soft spot for Dave Porter. He is annoying, but I do, I do like his pizza review, babe. I was. Did you hear me cracking up last night in bed? I was like laughing out loud. Did you hear me chuckling? No. You have your earphones in?
Oscar
I guess.
Moses Hacmon
I guess you don't hear me. I was like laughing out loud at one of his pizza reviews. Nothing. Whatever. I know Dave. Whatever. He's like, saw his memoir in the. Remember Lax? I saw his memoirs. Like, wow, that's crazy. But anyways, it was so funny. He was doing a pizza review. It's hard to explain unless you watch it, but like, literally. Anyways, you have to watch it. I can't explain it because it's, like, not as funny if you don't watch it. But. Okay, back to the thing he said. Nantucket.
Oscar
Tuck it.
Moses Hacmon
There was, like. There was, like, a restaurant that says no influencers. Like, it's a sign that says no influencers. And Dave's like, yeah, like, as it should be. Like, we don't want influencers here. Like, it's Nantucket. It's like, bougie. Like, why are you guys coming here? And, oh, they don't want people, like, filming and stuff like that. He's like, don't bring out your phones everywhere. Like, this is. This is Nantucket. I don't even know where the Nantucket is.
Oscar
I know.
Moses Hacmon
Is it the one from the Jennifer Lawrence movie? Remember the one where she's, like, pretending
Trisha Paytas
to be when she was, like, the babysitter?
Moses Hacmon
Yes, yes. And she's like, oh, it's Nantucket. And everyone's just like, oh, it's so booze.
Trisha Paytas
It gives me, like. Like, Martha's Vineyards.
Moses Hacmon
I think of somewhere they're all the same Cape Cod. Like, they're all the same to me. I don't know any different. So I think they're all kind of the same on the east coast is what I'm gathering. And then Dave Horner was like, yeah, they don't want influencers here. So then Brianna Chicken Fry responded. Oh, he specifically said. Dave said, we don't want influencers like Brianna Chicken Fry coming here or Mike Maylak. So then Brian Chicken Fry responded, is like, why are you throwing us under the bus? Like, you're also an influencer. Like, what do you mean? Like, you're sitting at the house. You're wearing merch of your own show T by the sea by, like, a house that you paid for. Because influencer of clocked him, like, by the influencer brand that you started. So he was, like, saying they didn't want people like a Brianna Chicken Fry or a Mac Me, like, there. And I thought that was so funny. So then Brianna was with Josh Richards. So then she goes on. They're, like, reviewing what Dave Portnoy said, and he's like, yeah, we don't want influencers who are like, at Coachella one day and then F1 the next day coming to Nantucket. And then Josh Richards and her were literally, like, that's literally what we just did. We just went from Coachella to F1. So, like, literally just talking about them, it was so funny. I was like, oh, my Gosh. So I was like. But I was also like, kind of period. Like, I think it was a campsite. I don't think they were really like, no influencers. Come here. I think they were just kind of like being like, hey, don't come. Also, Nantucket sounds like old people on the east coast, so why would you want to go anyways? But people get. Do people get offended? No, I think it was just day portion fry talking about it. They were, like, so mad about this. But Dave is an influencer, as Brianna said. She. He's doing those pizza reviews, but he's.
Oscar
Oh, I can see. Because he's older and he was there before the word influencer even came about. Because there was a moment that word was introduced to the public.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Oscar
So I think that's why he doesn't see it. Because he was.
Moses Hacmon
Doesn't mean you're not one. I was here before the influencer was invented, too.
Oscar
Right. But I am. I think you're more of a celebrity than influencer, period.
Moses Hacmon
I want to be in celebrity memoir, not influencer memoir. Better not be next to Chris Olsen.
Oscar
Just kidding.
Moses Hacmon
I love Chris Olsen. Shout out for your memoir. I'm excited for one more. I'm finding an influencer. Am I an influencer? No, I don't even think I am. Because I think influencer influences. I think I'm more of a content creator. I suppose that's the difference, right? Am I an influencer? No, I don't influence people. Maybe I think you influence Benihana. I guess.
Trisha Paytas
Trish Fluence. You do have some Trish Fluence.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah, I do like that. That's many podcasts. Yeah, I guess so. I guess some people.
Oscar
I guess, because do I say influencer is like a billboard? Like, all they do is advertise things. Like, they're not, like you said, content creating.
Moses Hacmon
I thought to be a billboard.
Oscar
But you're an entertainer. And by being famous, you're also influence.
Moses Hacmon
Love that. I do love that.
Trisha Paytas
And I think, like, when I see that sign, if I saw that sign somewhere, I would think the. Be the type of influencer who's like, streaming. I think maybe because I just between all the clips from Streaming University and now, like, what was this past weekend? Streamer Olympics. Streamer games.
Moses Hacmon
Like, who did that one?
Trisha Paytas
Ludwig and Red Bull did that streamer game. Yeah, yeah. And it was like, how'd it go? I saw a few clips.
Oscar
Somebody running in front of a.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Oscar
Bow and arrow.
Trisha Paytas
And there was like an archery. It's like the Olympics, basically, but like campy version, because there is archery, but there's also Simon says. So I don't know. It is a spectrum, I suppose. But there was, like, real archery, like, real bow and arrows that they were shooting. And they said they, like, did the countdown. And right when they were about to shoot their arrows, the competitors. Someone ran in front of the archers, like, and if. And Ludwig stopped them from shooting.
Moses Hacmon
But, like, regular people, like, it was like a streamer.
Trisha Paytas
He was streaming himself.
Oscar
Himself.
Trisha Paytas
And, like, he just ran in front of it to be funny. But, like, he really could have.
Oscar
They literally. They could have easily just real arrows.
Trisha Paytas
It's like archery.
Moses Hacmon
Archery uses real arrows.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was like hitting a target, like, the bullseye. It's like a dart, you know?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my.
Trisha Paytas
Throwing in, you know?
Moses Hacmon
And Ludwig stopped him. He went out there and stopped him.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he was, like, already on the sideline, so he, like, stopped him. And it was, like, right before they were gonna shoot, like, but, like, literally a second.
Oscar
It's more. They stopped them from shooting. Yeah, they could have easily shot, but he was in front of them. He ran in. Nobody stopped him from running.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, this is natural selection. I fear. I feel like everyone's just gonna die off because, like, literally, the. Not for any other reason other than just, like, stupidity. Like, you know what I mean? It's kind of like, damn, those are
Trisha Paytas
the influences that come to mind when I see those signs. So, like, I would. I wouldn't even think that applies to me because I'm like, yeah, get those influences out of here, you know?
Oscar
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
I guess that was Dave Borno's thought, too.
Oscar
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
We hate the Brian chicken fries. Not me, though. But even Josh and Brianna had that argument, too, where they were like, we're not even. Like, Dave's in front of businesses being like, here, I'm trying this pizza. They're like, we're not even those people.
Trisha Paytas
Public menace. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
And then the clip that I was laughing out loud about, like, all these interactions are happening. This, like, lady who's like, obviously, like, a little office trying to talk to him, and she. I don't want to be on camera. He's like, you're talking to me. And so he's just, like, going back and forth with this girl. And then old people came out, and they're like, don't eat in there. And he's like, well, what do I have to like, he's engaging with all these people, too. So I was just like. Then someone. Guys, like, someone's like, I fought a war for you. And he walked into the pizza place. And so he's also engaging and like you said, being a menace in front of the. He's. He's going in and filming the people. Like, he's just. So they were arguing. Like, you're more of that obnoxious influencer than we are. Because we. We don't even do that. We're not even. Like, streaming streamers are annoying. I'm gonna just say it. I do think streamers are hella annoying. Yeah, IRL ones.
Trisha Paytas
Hashtag not all streamers, but hashtag most streamers. A lot of them are like, really? I think they just. There's the quest for, like, the. The clip now. Like, they're kind of just clip farming. And it's like, by any means necessary. And it's like, damn. Especially with the. The ones who have a teenage boy audience. It's those ones specifically, is what I've gathered. Because I'm like, they say the craziest and nuttiest things, but somehow, like, are still so popular and get so many opportunities. I'm like, what the hell is going on?
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. I don't know. But it's. But just people filming everything. Like, just filming everything in the world. It's like. Let's put the phone down. The. The one that. The In N Out thing that happened over the week in the show, shooting, it was like someone was like, literally filming him shooting the people. Do you want in the Tesla?
Trisha Paytas
Like, it's like, no, I didn't know they filmed.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God. Yeah, like someone and their. Their Tesla was being charged. Whatever. Anyways, it was like, so sad, so scary. And like, literally, the person filming, I'm like, why are you filming? Like, why aren't you, like, calling, running away, putting people in your car like something. It was just so crazy. It's like, to me, that seems like you should also be charged with something. You're watching something happen and you're filming it. Like, it's just so weird. I get it. If it's, like, happening to you and you, like, want to film it for, like, documentation. But, like, this person was in there car, like, filming it. It was just so weird.
Trisha Paytas
It was crazy.
Moses Hacmon
People just want to film everything and it's a little. A little dark. Yeah, but.
Trisha Paytas
But there's not. Yeah, I'll highlight some positive streamers, I guess. Anyway, again, my. My new faves, like I said, are Benji Chavez and Wendy Ortiz. They were Team Mexico and. Oh, y' all know I'm Team Mexico. Down.
Moses Hacmon
They've been out for a minute. Of the World cup at the streamer games.
Trisha Paytas
The World cup is crazy.
Moses Hacmon
Yes. Finally, redemption. I was like, wait, that was a while ago. Yes, I know. Once Mexo left World cup, we, like, didn't care. So they're still in it. I do love them. We love.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. They. They were representing for Team Mexico. There was this one moment. I love Benji Chavez. There was.
Moses Hacmon
I love him now, too.
Trisha Paytas
There's a clip of him watching us talk about him that I saw, and I got, like, butterflies. I was. I thought it was AI. Like, someone edited him. Watching. Watching it. I thought it was a prank. Because I, like, love Benji so much now.
Moses Hacmon
I love him, too, because I saw that, and I was like, okay, let me, like, go look up. Yeah, he's pretty funny.
Trisha Paytas
So funny.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But there was, like, one moment where it was like, a soccer competition, like, hitting a goal or scoring a goal. And like, someone from Team America, some annoying straight guy. I'm assuming he's straight because he's annoying.
Moses Hacmon
And period.
Trisha Paytas
He was like, I'm good at football, and I'm good at soccer. Like, I can do it all. Like, I'm gonna beat Mexico. And then he didn't get a point. But then little Benji comes, and he scored, and I was so happy.
Moses Hacmon
They win.
Trisha Paytas
They got third place. But Benji went and stole the second place trophy. So he's like, technically, we got it.
Moses Hacmon
How did he steal it? How do you get it?
Trisha Paytas
He just took it. I'm assuming he asked if he could hold it and then ran back to Wendy. He's like, wendy? I got.
Moses Hacmon
Was she so gagged?
Trisha Paytas
He's like, okay. She's like, okay, we got. First of all. She went, how'd you get that? And I was like, okay, we got second place.
Moses Hacmon
She's so unbothered. I do love her. They're my only streamers I care about.
Trisha Paytas
I love them. There's some other, like, slushy noobs. I love slushy noobs. And they were there competing kdb. I love no Vanilla Maze because she said, it's too hot for me. And I'm like, period.
Moses Hacmon
It's too hot. I just saw her on E trike karaoke. I want to do it so bad. You see her on there. First of all, love that little setup. I would love to do E Trike karaoke, but the girl is very tiny doing it.
Trisha Paytas
I knew it. I knew it was gonna be around.
Moses Hacmon
Like, that's crazy. She's just, like, biking around with all these people in la. I did see James Charles was on It. I was like, damn, she really had everyone. Jojo Siwa did a little Eminem and Dr. Dre when. While she was on there. So it's like, I want to be on this. But then I was like, I just also don't know if she could carry me.
Trisha Paytas
I knew your brain was gonna go there. I can't blame you. When I. Yeah, like, again, at Comic Con, there's, like. Because there's so much traffic, you know, they have a lot of, like, bicyclists or whatever. It's like, you know the petticoats. Yes. And I'm like, I. My mind goes to the same place where I'm like, I don't want to see this person struggle. And, like, really get their workout in. It's so hot, too.
Moses Hacmon
And imagine they collapse with you behind
Trisha Paytas
them, like the horses and the New York.
Moses Hacmon
And you're the reason that is. That's why I'm like, I do not want to be the person to pour that little girl outside.
Trisha Paytas
And then you start the movement of like. But we have to have, like, a legislation to stop because weight limit, like
Moses Hacmon
a helicopter before you get on there. Let's put your. Put you on a scale or something like that. In that situation. Yes, the scale is helpful. And you just don't want to hurt anybody. That's why I don't jump on people. That's why I don't do anything. You know, some people just, like, jump. Jump on people, and I'm just like, how do you know they're not gonna, like, collapse with your weight? Their knee, their back, like, all of this stuff like that? It's just wild to me. It's so crazy. But shout out to little Mace on the E Trike. It looked really fun. She was singing Little mermaid. Got like, 8 million views. I was like, wow. E Trike was probably happy about that. She's a good singer.
Trisha Paytas
She is.
Moses Hacmon
I like vanilla mace.
Trisha Paytas
Me too.
Oscar
I love.
Trisha Paytas
She's so funny.
Moses Hacmon
She's so funny.
Trisha Paytas
I love that. She was surreal. She. Because she got invited to do it last year. Streamer games. And then she had a quick. She was like. It was too hot. It was too much for her. She's like, this year, I'm staying my ass home, but, like, rooting for my friends who are there.
Moses Hacmon
And I'm like.
Trisha Paytas
It was like, 100 degrees, so.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Why is it beginning in summer? Do it in the fall.
Trisha Paytas
Or take a note from Alex Cooper with the winter. The winter streamer.
Moses Hacmon
Yes. I love a Winter Games. For sure. Wonder if they're going to bring that back.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. She seemed like she going through with the Alex Cooper, but good luck, sister.
Moses Hacmon
I know she was posting messages she got from a bunch of men that's like, stop complaining about your pregnancy. She just is like, damn.
Trisha Paytas
I know.
Moses Hacmon
Are people really are just ruthless and
Trisha Paytas
not to pile on the Alex Cooper hate train. But like, she's reading these DMS from haters. Meanwhile, I've sent her so many DMs saying like, this was before you got me her West Elm collection. But I was like, hey, Alex, love your West Elm collection. Has my DMs ever been open? Why are you opening the DMs from haters Alex Cooper, but not from the sweet gays who are asking for your West Elm collection?
Moses Hacmon
You know, it's always the case. You're so. Oh, were you asking for the collection? Like, okay, this is the 15th one. Well, we got it.
Trisha Paytas
I was sending her support when it was her versus Alex Earl. I was like, you know, here at Just Trish, we're team Alex Cooper. And then said, by the way, love your West Elm collection.
Moses Hacmon
And never did a scene or she's
Trisha Paytas
seen it, never had an open. But I'm like, so why are you opening from like this? The haters and not. And not the lovers.
Moses Hacmon
It's always. Yes, it is a true one. It's like, yeah, why are you opening like random people's dms? Because Instagram's hard. Like, that's hard. Like you could see a comment. Sure, I see comments. But a dm? I never am opening a dm. Like, I don't know how you even open those on Instagram, but second, yeah, it is. They always do. That's the bad thing. You always like, they highlight the, the haters, the negativity. Yeah, there's probably a lot of people are like, we love you, you're glowing.
Trisha Paytas
And give us your merch.
Moses Hacmon
Or, you know, collaboration, you know, like, yes, yes. Yeah, you're so right. I was like, I did you. I always comment. I'm always like, hey, girl, looking good out for the D's ootd.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
You look amazing. You know, like, I'm always trying to hype her up too, but Alex Cooper,
Trisha Paytas
answer those DMs a D. And Alex Earle's trailer for Earl Meets World from Netflix came out. God, I felt nothing. I really tried to like come at it open minded, but I'm like, this looks so boring to me.
Moses Hacmon
Like, I know.
Trisha Paytas
What is it giving you?
Moses Hacmon
I don't know. I'm with you. I like think she is just so pretty. I love her TikTok. Like it is long format. It's just not for some people where it's just like gives. Yeah. I don't know. Almost. It's almost like cuz it's like they're trying to play up drama but it's like it's. It's like a nothing burger as Moses would say. Like it's just very like what? There's no drama. There's. It's empty. It's giving dry. It's giving.
Trisha Paytas
The big plot point from the trailer so far is that her family is team Braxton and not team Alex. Like they want her to get back with Braxton and she feels betrayed. I'm like, clearly y' all are fine cuz we see you guys hanging out and like are. You guys are a great. Are a solid family unit. So clearly it wasn't that much of a point of contention. So like.
Moses Hacmon
I know and it's kind of like I didn't even know who Braxton was. Like, you know, I didn't know you were dating him. Didn't know anything about him. Like.
Trisha Paytas
And it cut like the end frame is like the family sitting on the couch together looking like tense and I'm
Moses Hacmon
like, okay, no, I'd rather watch the d'. Amelio's. I think give me a season three of that over this. I think. I'm so sorry. But at least, at least Mark d' Amelio is giving us something live. Like her dad's is like not messy enough. He just seems like kind of like her manager and like level headed business guy and it's like all right, boring.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah T. I feel like they're so PR like and so aware of their image. Like no shade. Because I know Alex Earl's got shooters, but I guess shoot me on site because like I just, I don't really feel it. I really don't see it. I mean, yeah, I see she's a beautiful girl. I see she's a beautiful girl.
Moses Hacmon
I gorgeous.
Trisha Paytas
The trailer opens with her get ready with me style hair la.
Moses Hacmon
That's what I'm saying. It feels a little contrived.
Trisha Paytas
Like yes.
Moses Hacmon
All right guys, get ready with me. Let's like I get what they're doing. Trying to like lean into.
Trisha Paytas
I'm also no shade. I'm sick of every mainstream thing she does is a get ready with me when she's doing interview. Good Morning America. It's like we're gonna do an interview with a get ready with me. It's not even like, get ready with me today. Like, that's fierce to me. But like, yeah, get ready with me for an interview. Like, that doesn't really, like, give anything.
Moses Hacmon
That is so funny. You're right. How people just kind of, like, latch. I mean, I guess it's like, that's like her thing, right? It's very Access Hollywood. When we had me on there, like, we're going to.
Trisha Paytas
You need to answer personal, in depth questions about all your controversies while eating cold in and out.
Moses Hacmon
That was. That was Oscar's pitch for Hollywood in 2018.
Trisha Paytas
It's true. That's true. So who am I to judge?
Oscar
But.
Moses Hacmon
And they still have me do it anywhere I go. Like, you want to eat. Literally, like, you want to eat some burgers on State?
Oscar
I'm like, Broadway. Oh, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
My Broadway show they wanted me to do. And I said no with Rachel Zach. They wanted me to do this little eating segment.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And wasn't your microphone supposed to be like, something like some kind of prop or something?
Oscar
Yeah, there was something. Yes. A spatula or.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, something like that.
Moses Hacmon
I think I did end up having a spatula still as a prop. I know what you mean. For the microphone. And they wanted us to eat. And I was like. And like, hindsight, like, now I probably would have especially, like, that's kind of. Everything's kind of camp with Rachel Zegler. Like, we just, like, are in the middle of the stage, like, eating a sandwich. Like, that's kind of funny. I think at the time I was like, wait, this is my one shot. This is my Broadway. Like, you know, it was before I lost my voice for everything. I really was trying to make it, like, a serious thing. And I was just like, is this what you guys think of me? That I'm just like an eater? That I'm gonna. In the middle of my Broadway show, I need to have a sandwich. Like, I don't know. I was a little, like, offended at the time, but I think now I probably would do it. I'd be like, all right, whatever. Especially if it's like a little bit of a brand integration. They probably were trying to make some money back from the thing. I probably, like, all right, whatever.
Oscar
Let's just. Yeah, I mean, whenever you have a meeting about something, it's either mukbang or chicken nuggets that comes up in some way.
Moses Hacmon
That's so funny. People always love to like, chicken nugget is my brand. Like, you should be eating chicken nuggets. You should sell a chicken nugget. This and, like, I mean, that's fine, I guess, if that's what people want me to lean into. I do love a chicken nugget, so I guess that's okay. But it's just so funny the way people view things. But that is. What would you be known for? If you're going on Good Morning America? What are they going to have you do now?
Oscar
Maybe cooking before. That would be something.
Moses Hacmon
Water. Oh, cooking. Cooking is a good one. Well, cooking very. Yeah, maybe.
Oscar
Fine. I'll do this cooking segment on. On the dog show.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I feel like that's normal. I feel like everyone has a little cooking segment on there. What would yours be?
Trisha Paytas
Me? Like, if I'm on the Drew Barrymore Show.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. What's your niche?
Trisha Paytas
I feel like mine would be, like, a try not to laugh challenge, and it's like Ross the hilarious Ross Matthews and Drew Barrymore trying to make me
Moses Hacmon
go, oh, that's a good one. That's actually a really good one.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I feel like that's.
Moses Hacmon
That's a good one. Yeah, your laugh is good. What was the one we were watching? It was like, on our Patreon, we were watching one of your old.
Trisha Paytas
My old YouTube videos.
Moses Hacmon
What was the one where you. You were, like, cackling. God, was there. It was, like, with someone else. Was it with an influencer?
Trisha Paytas
Carla, Greg?
Moses Hacmon
Oh, maybe just everybody. Yeah, you were like. Your laugh was still so prominent back then.
Trisha Paytas
It really was. Yeah. It's authentic.
Moses Hacmon
It was giving thing real.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I'm just a giggler in general. Nervously. And when I'm entertained, do you nervously giggle? Yeah, all the time. Or like, when I don't know. Or if I'm especially here, if I'm talking about something that's, like, uncomfortable because I'm also, like, giving the information. I'll, like, giggle as I say it. Not because it's funny, but because, like, I'm awkward.
Moses Hacmon
I don't giggle. I smile. And it's the worst thing. Moses, you probably, you know this. In the past, like, the past week, I was like, when I tell. When I want to do something that I haven't told him about or something, and it's like, I know he's gonna be like, yeah, why didn't you tell me about this? I have, like, the biggest smile on my face, and I just know it's, like, not a good thing. He's like, well, where you going? I'm going.
Oscar
It's like a child. It's like if Malibu or Elvis is doing something, and I know something is up
Moses Hacmon
a Smile where I can't. Like, I'm just like.
Oscar
And then smiling.
Moses Hacmon
Your face. And I feel like, this is even worse. It's like, news that I don't want to tell him. It's just like, oh, I'm doing something I didn't tell you about. But I'm.
Oscar
But I'm telling you this week. It was a series of things. It was just like.
Moses Hacmon
It was a series of things happening. First it was the billboard, because I didn't tell you. And then I think another thing. Oh, I was going to go. So I was the thing down the street, and I was like, oh, I'm going. You know, like, what about me? I'm like, okay, I didn't know if you went to, like. I know. I just get. So I had another thing this week I didn't even tell you about, but I'm not going. Cause I was like, ah, this is another thing. But let me just not keep pushing it and be like, I'm actually going to this.
Oscar
So wait, what?
Moses Hacmon
No, I'm not going. You know why I'm not going is because I think it's gonna fall on, like, fajita night. And I really don't want to miss fajitas. And I don't know the next time I'm gonna get those, because I think it's gonna be, like, on a Thursday. And that's like, the only day you really cook something, because Wednesday's your cooking day. Tuesday, steak day, Monday we go out. And so I was like, damn, I'm really gonna miss a food night if I go out to this everything's on a freaking Thursday event, too. Everything's a Thursday.
Oscar
And I was like, well, what is it? Maybe I want to go to the event.
Moses Hacmon
Well, I was a plus one, so I don't know if I get a plus one for my plus one. So that's why I was like, no, I didn't really. I did. But then I was like, no, I'd rather just stay home and eat fajitas because I love your cooking. That could. Cooking keeps me home. Who said? Oh, Nara Smith said that. Lucky, lucky cooks, too. Is that what she's saying? Yeah, it's not traditional. Like, he cooks and he cleans.
Oscar
It even came on my TikTok. People coming for her.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, people were really mad. God, people just want to be mad. Don't be mad at me, anybody, please. That's why I just always like to preface things where I'm just like, I'm dumb, I'm stupid, I'm old, I'M fat, don't come for me. Poor me. And so you can't really attack someone who's all of those things and they know it. But Nara Smith's beautiful and Chris Olsen has a six pack. You know what mean I mean? So it's just like I was feeling skinny in my jeans today, but then I realized I forgot. I sat down on the podcast. Like, I was so skinny standing up. And then when I sit down, I'm like, it just bubbles over just a little bit. But I was so proud of myself. I was getting into like 34s. I was like, wow, I'm so skinny. And then I was like, oh, but when you sit, it doesn't feel the same, you know? But that's okay. That means people won't hate on me. They'll be like, oh, look at her fat roll hanging over her jeans. You gotta keep relatable. You gotta keep humble relatable.
Oscar
Grande's new music video, Petal Petal.
Moses Hacmon
She shows up and everything too.
Oscar
Yeah, it kind of. That actually remind me, which comes up a lot lately. The YouTube on your iPod.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yeah.
Oscar
And suddenly I'm like on my own. Tick tock. And I'm like in the comments, like, she keeps showing up, face pops up.
Moses Hacmon
Have you seen that?
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Oscar
How and who.
Moses Hacmon
That's kind of cool though.
Trisha Paytas
It is Tik Tok Holden. Yeah, I saw Holden Smith do a breakdown of it. It was like a me and her teammate it. So anytime you like, say mention her name or whatever, it pops up.
Moses Hacmon
I swear I didn't even mention her name.
Oscar
You don't even need to mention her name. I was just comment replying to a comment on my TikTok and it popped out. So I screenshot it. Oh, and I posted that picture. When I posted that picture, it came up again. So I screenshot that again. Wow.
Moses Hacmon
Is that why you're wearing your pedal shirt?
Oscar
No, it's because of that.
Moses Hacmon
But Stream pedal.
Oscar
But I watched the music video and I was quite like, I don't know, it kind of like left a certain emotion.
Moses Hacmon
Oh.
Oscar
With me. I know it was a lot. I mean, there was so much happening between.
Moses Hacmon
You liked it or didn't. I'm trying. I'm trying to see if we should
Oscar
dig more into this. Like, you can't like it even because it's so. Oh, you're talking about, like, it's strong on one hand. It's the desperation of a woman trying to go into the music industry. Like that whole part. And then the gruesome end where she Just like chainsaws, saws, everybody. And then she's like all bloody.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God.
Oscar
And she's very like, her physique and all like, it just. There's a lot.
Moses Hacmon
You liked it or you didn't.
Trisha Paytas
He's confused, conflicted.
Oscar
It was, it was very different, which I appreciate.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Oscar
And she was very like calling out in a way, a certain, you know, her own industry. She's trying to be herself. They don't like it. She's trying to be sexy. They don't like it. She's trying to be thread wife. They don't like it. And at the end they tell her, we miss the old you, the way you used to be. Maybe try to find yourself. And then she just loses it. And chainsaws everyone down.
Moses Hacmon
Damn.
Oscar
And she's like, very Kill Bill. And she's like, bloody.
Moses Hacmon
No, I mean, it sounds that good.
Oscar
And then anyway, so it's a lot.
Moses Hacmon
I like it. I mean, I don't know just by your description.
Oscar
I like it.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, sounds good. You liked it. You saw it?
Trisha Paytas
No, I couldn't see it. No shade. But just because I. The stills and like the clips or whatever, like, did make me like sad.
Oscar
I'm the only person that saw this music video.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Yeah, yeah. Stature. I'm like, it just like made me kind of sad. I'm like. And also like, I don't want to contribute like, like negativity. So I'm like, let me just like sides, like avoid it, you know, I know.
Moses Hacmon
I was like that too because my whole tick tock is like when you stop commenting and then I do a tick tock comment because it's like, it is, it is a dub. It is so hard. Like I was more saying I did a tick about it because same. I just saw the stills and you're like, yeah, you see the stills of literally like your ribcage and you're just like, oh my God. That is very shocking, of course. But that was. I said it. A little talk of like. Whereas like more of. I think people are just like using that as like a disguise to just be kind of like the Chris Olson. Right? Yes. Should a 28 year old have a memoir? I don't know. Probably not. Like, that doesn't mean really make sense. Do we need to be like, your face looks ugly. This is a stupid title. You're trying to get to number card. Like, you know what I mean? Like, people were just so nasty and it's like, same thing with Ariana. It's like, of course, of course. It's shocking. Like, of course it's like, but do we need to just be so nasty? Like, I won't repeat all the comments because obviously, whatever. But, like, just so nasty for no reason.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think that's why it's so hard. This era too, like, is hard for me to really get into it because I just, like, very conflicting. It's like, obviously, like, love her as a person, but it's also. I don't know, it's such like a hard, nuanced thing. And you're right, like, people get very, very excited. And it's every. It's straight man, it's women, it's gay men. People get so excited when they, like, have a past to be hateful. Like, it's like, oh, she's going through this. So now we can just, like, unleash in every, like, negative. Live in every vitriol thought that we have. We can unleash and say it. And we get a free pass because she's doing this. You know what I mean?
Moses Hacmon
Right.
Trisha Paytas
It's universe. Like, it happens for, like, pretty much every female pop star particularly. So there's like, when you get like the. Almost like the moral free, like the moral hall pass or whatever, it's like, oh, she's doing this. So now we get it. We get free passes, say whatever and say the craziest, like, nastiest stuff. Like, on every post you all open and it's like, hard to find the nuance because there are some people who are genuinely, like, concerned. And then there's like the, like, her stands who, like, see it the same way. Like, either people who are. It's hard to parse through it. Like, people who are concerned versus people who are just hating because, like, it gets, like, intermixed, you know? Yeah, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
And then she announces that she's taking a step back after the tour and she's not going to be doing her show on the West End with Jonathan Bailey and St. It's like, okay, so she's clearly, like, regrouping. But then still, people are like, see, she has a. She's not addressing it. She's not this. And I was like, yeah, of course she's not gonna say it's because I'm sick or something. It's like anybody who cancels a show, they don't say they cancel shows because no one's buying their tickets. Which is how it is, how the case is. But it's like, you just say a very blanket statement to not have to go into the stuff that's like, very hurtful or embarrassing, you know, which could be if she's sick or if you're not selling out of your shows or whatever. Like that, like, that's. That would be a reason. So when people, like, she's gaslighting us into being like. Because they did, I guess, say, like, she's healthily doing this tour or she's doing it with lots of energy or something like that. It's like, it's like. I don't think it's like gaslighting. I think it's just, like, trying to protect whatever it is she's going through. Obviously, like, it's shocking. It's not like, well, but to speculate, but also to then also just like, really rip in and be like, and they did this, and she has a fat dancer and this. It's just like, damn. Like, they're really going after everyone around her too.
Trisha Paytas
She's a homeworker. Like, it's like dance. Everything is like, unleashed. I'm okay. What? What? Exactly? Like, I think even if she said, like, even if it was like, very upfront and so blank, like a blanket transparent statement, whatever is going on, I feel like no one would be happy anyway. People be like, oh, so she still was posting all these photos glamorizing it this whole time. It would be like, it's like a lose, lose.
Moses Hacmon
You don't think. I feel like JP Sachs said he did this with his tour. He was like, he had a tour last year and he had to cancel it. And he literally was just like, I just had to be honest with people. Like, I had to tell because before he canceled it, he's like, hey, if you guys buy tickets, this tour will be canceled. And then obviously, like, the tour got canceled or whatever. And obviously now he's. I think he's with Megan Maroney or something. I think he's opening up at these stadiums. He's kind of big, but he's like. He's like, sometimes, Sometimes transparency. Because if she were to come out there, anybody, like, I won't talk about Aaron, but like, let's say it came out and I was just like, hey, been dealing with, like, self harm or something. Like, don't you think people would have, like, a little more sympathy as opposed to. I guess people just think they're getting gaslit, I guess, perhaps.
Trisha Paytas
But also, like, say. And it's so hard because it's all like talking hyper hypotheticals because we don't actually know anything. But say, like, if you are going through something where it's like, either an addiction or a mental health thing. It's like, you can't. It's different where I feel like Justin Bieber, I. I forget what he got diagnosed with, but he had like an actual physical ailment that was diagnosed and it wasn't like, you know, a mental thing, you know, so. And he had to like, postpone his tour because of that, you know, and people obviously are going to be understanding because it's like something that's out of your control versus, versus, like something that stems from like, you know, mental health. It's so different because, like, a lot of the times you. I mean, you're aware that you have this issue, but like, you're in this weird process of like, disassociating or denial or whatever or it's not that bad. So it's like, also harder to like, if, like, if that was me and I'm like in the middle of it, I'm not going to be able to say, like, you were. You're right, I have an issue because I'm. If I'm going away, it's because I'm getting treatment for said issue. So I'm not at the point where I can say I'm going through it because I have to remove myself, get help, and then I can like, look back and be like, yes, I was going through this. Like, but you have to get to that point before you can admit it,
Moses Hacmon
you know, So I feel, especially with any sort of disorder, eating or eating disorders, like, I 100%. You, like, don't know you're in it, you know, you don't know. I think for me, for a long time, I just thought I had like a weird issue with food. And then you, like, look back and you're just like, oh, my God, that was like a binge eating disorder, which you, like, don't know at the time. You're right, you know, and so you don't know how to like, phrase it and stuff. And it's. It is, it is such a. It's such a hard one. I believe eating disorders are so mental. I was talking about this too, where it's like, I do think it is obvious. It's like a physical sickness, but it's like, it's almost like. I think it's a lot mental. I think eating disorders is a mental thing. It's all. It's mostly in your head, obviously. It's like, you know, it comes out if you're not eating food or eating food or whatever. But it's just, it's such A hard one. And it's like you're hyper aware, but also can be in denial at the same time. Like, you're hyper aware. You're this. It's that. It's. Eating disorders are really tricky and tough. And. Yeah, you kind of don't know. Sometimes you don't know if you need help sometimes you don't know if people are being mean. Because that's the problem too, is like, you don't know if people are just being assholes or if you actually help people around you don't know, because maybe people around you are like, I know with me, with my mental illness, it's like, people like, oh, she needs help. I'm like, no, I'm fine. So then like, okay, leave her alone. So it's just like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And also, like, struggle, I guess, for you too. It's like. I mean, I'll say. I'll put it about me then, like. So, like, when I interviewed you, it was like you just got out. I think what it was when you were going to do your Heartbreak tour. So it was right after you were 5150. Right?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Two mental hospital stays.
Trisha Paytas
Exactly. And it's like, I'm interviewing you. You're, like, a little erratic, but also like, you present fine. So I'm like, she's fine, you know, so it's like, I would never think or even like, when I saw you the first time at Joey's house. And then I go, and we're talking. You're fine. You present fine. And then you go home and you're on the floor like, he left me, you know, so.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And you don't know. Are you okay? Are you not? Where do you step in?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it's hard to, like, judge that too.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And I was like, not what I would have, like, love someone to step in. But like, at the time, you could, like.
Oscar
It is.
Moses Hacmon
It's so hard. And I think that same specifically Ariana Grande, and she's at such a power position or, you know, any celebrity, I guess, that in a power position, it's like, if she says she's fine, she's fine. And now, you know, it doesn't become an issue. Are people seeing other stuff? You know, obviously she's doing a tour which is very physically demanding. So it's like, you have to have some stamina. It's like. I don't know. It's. It's. I just think. Yeah. The commenting here we are talking about it because it is like a shocking thing. And I think it's Okay. I don't know. Like you said, I don't know where the line is. I think it's okay. So people know, like, you know. But then Kelly Osborne came back and everyone's like, oh, she's looking healthier. Because now she's like, not as. I don't know people. It's just like, it's such a. Then. Then that could trigger her into more. Like, it's just like, where does it end? It doesn't end. And it's sad on the. That was my main thing is I'm like, it's actually. It's just sad because at the end of the day, like, we're all so many of us, 99% have body dysmorphia and we're our bodies and food and like, where does it end? It never ends. It's like you never. You can never be too skinny, you're too fat, you're too this, like, it's just.
Oscar
Which is what her music video was about.
Moses Hacmon
I watch it. I guess I'm glad that you watched it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And it's hard to have like a nuanced conversation about it. Like, I think a lot of people are making good points. It's like, obviously you want to not say like, hey, this is like the aspirational attainable image, but you also, like, want to be respectful and sensitive and not like, hateful and ruin someone's like, mental health, make them even worse, like, mentally, you know, especially Ariana, I think, is very susceptible to it. She's very, like, hyper aware of, like, what people like, even the meme of her as the daisy, you know, like, she's aware of that. That meme. So, like, she is like online enough to know these, like, memes and what
Moses Hacmon
people does she know? How do you know she knows?
Oscar
Cuz they leaned into it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So she like, she saw like the me, like her fans using her head, like, as the. The flower or the daisy, whatever.
Moses Hacmon
And like before the song came out,
Trisha Paytas
it was already like a meme because. Yeah, Petal, there was a whole thing where it was like there was an AI version of the song and everything. Because the album is also called Petal. So. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, I didn't know it was like a whole thing.
Trisha Paytas
So she's like, very aware of basically, like.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
You know, what the fans are saying and stuff, so. Or not even just the fans, people.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And obviously very sensitive too. So it's like if you know someone's very sensitive, she's. She made a tick tock like 2 years ago or 3 years ago talking about her body, you know, so it's like, you want to be sensitive and respectful and then also be like, hey, like. Because even like, when I was dealing with, like, disorder eating, I would watch like, Like, I think like, America's Next Stop Models, where I learned about, like, purging or whatever, and I was like, oh, I should try that.
Moses Hacmon
That's so crazy. Yeah, you wouldn't know.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And like, you don't really know. Like, you hear that it's bad, but, like, you don't know to, like, what extent or whatever. So, like, it's good that it be like, hey, no, this is actually unhealthy because of this. This, this, this.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
So you want to make it seem like, yeah, like, don't. This is. Shouldn't be like the norm, shouldn't be normalized. But you also want to, you know, be respectful and. And not, like, pile on and make it a whole debacle.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Especially now that she's, like, taking a break. And then like you said, the TikTok that she made years ago where she don't comment on people's bodies, she's made it very clear. I. Yeah, because there's people. I always say this because, like, people always be like, I don't know if I should tell you this, but, like, you look good. Like, you know what I mean? And it's like, I make it my whole brand. Like, that's what I talk about. I don't care. I talk about my body, I talk about my weight loss, all stuff like that. But I think when people either don't say it or like, Ariana makes it abundantly clear that she actually, like, gets like, disturbed by it and gets, like, offended by it's like, yeah, just don't talk about it. Everyone sees it. It's enough out there. She's already taking a break. There's not much else you can do at that point. Like, everyone knows. And the genie Cooney do have it all. Where it's like, she's aware. Everyone's aware. That's it. Then you just leave it at that. And that's just what their body. And then like, yet to come back and be like, she looks healthier now. You know, like what they do with Kelly. That's where I was like, everyone just needs to chill. If she looks healthier, great. Then you just need to stop talking because obviously she doesn't like when you talk about her body. Kelly Osborne session like, I want to talk about her body. If someone. If someone, you know, wants to Talk about it. They'll let you know. You can talk about my body if you want, or you don't have to. Don't talk about other people's bodies.
Trisha Paytas
Let's do a poll.
Moses Hacmon
Is it okay to call me Skinny? Yes. I get it, though. I get it. But I'm also a millennial, where I'm just like, well, you call me Skinny. I might take it as a compliment, but that's also probably up.
Trisha Paytas
I have a speed round of two other ones. This one I have to show you, cuz, like, it actually, like, made me so disturbed this morning. Mario Lopez, did you see this video that he.
Moses Hacmon
This is my hottest topic.
Oscar
No, that was real. Like, he really posted.
Trisha Paytas
Posted. Yes. He posted this AI video of him and his niece at a Dodgers scheme. And I'm so curious as to what he put in this AI prompt, because it. I think it originally started as a selfie of them, and then the video became her shoving, like, two hot dogs in her face, like, rubbing mustard all over it and, like, clothing it up. Like, yeah,
Moses Hacmon
Mar Lopez is in it with her.
Trisha Paytas
He's like, oh, my God, he's looking good laughing.
Moses Hacmon
Huh?
Oscar
He's looking good laughing.
Moses Hacmon
But it's so bizarre.
Trisha Paytas
It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. And the tweet was, I can't take my niece anywhere. And he posted this AI video, and he has deleted it this morning. But it was up for, like, at least, like, eight hours or more.
Moses Hacmon
My God.
Trisha Paytas
And I. I got a feeling. I was like, at some point, someone's going to make him delete this, right? Because it is insane.
Moses Hacmon
It's so insane. Your knees. And it's like his teenage niece, Like, I don't know who she is, but, like, just, like, probably, I'm assuming around that site, and it's just like, you're next to her. It's so sexual. It's so hypersexual. It's like, like, all of it. The hot dog shoveling, the vomiting, the smearing on the face, him being like, oh, my God, you're so messy with that mustard. Like, it was bizarre and disturbing. But I hope to, like, his credit, like, I went to his Twitter to, like, look, and he does post, like, just, like, memes every hour. So I wonder, like, I knew someone like this. I did on Facebook, where, like, people from other countries, it's almost like it's kind of like clip farming, but, like, view farming, where it's just like, there's people who just, like, make content to get views and engagement on Your thing. So it looked like all his tweets kind of had that. They were like weird memes, weird videos. And I remember I'd see that on Facebook a lot and people like, oh, it's just to get money. Because it's like you post these videos and it gets a lot of things. So I'm assuming Mario Lopez did not post that. I would have hope.
Oscar
But they need the photo underneath and
Moses Hacmon
like, no, he had a video on there. So there's the video still up. The original videos like, hey, we're at the Dodgers game, like so.
Oscar
Oh. So you know, I mean one of the things with Twitter and grog is like, you know, you have a photo and you just click on one button and it turns the photo into a video.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Oscar
And AI does whatever it wants to do with it. So. But I think still I think it's him like he probably. It's his photo video. He had to upload it from his own.
Moses Hacmon
I think he has a company. My theory is he has a company doing all these memes and videos for him to get engagement on his Twitter or to get paid on his Twitter. I don't think he's posting every hour memes. I think someone's doing it for him.
Oscar
But specifically that photo video he had to get from his own camera.
Moses Hacmon
Sure. For sure. Everyone does it. Every celebrity. All these celebrities I know, they send videos and they send it to their social media person, the social media post person post it. So I'm assuming he has that because this was a weird. But whoever posted that is like look into that. Who posted that for you and why?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I see what you mean. Because he does a lot of like, like his latest tweet was training for the can I date your daughter interview and it's him boxing and I know damn well he just has. I know him. A straight. A straight guy.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Running his like socials.
Moses Hacmon
It's giving that and it's like, it's
Trisha Paytas
like when I did Ryan Seacrest and I was like not a match because it was like me trying to be a straight guy. So I feel like Mario Lopez definitely has like a red pilled straight man doing his social media. And if you are gay, come forward and I will apologize.
Moses Hacmon
But no, there's just no way.
Trisha Paytas
There's no way.
Moses Hacmon
Or when Colleen, Remember, had a 13 year old doing her tweets, it is giving that 13 year old.
Trisha Paytas
I mean there's just no way who him or whoever didn't see that. It was like fetish, like fetish content. There's just no way. It was so sexual. And his crazy 19, I guess so, like, at least she's. At least she's legal age. But like to do that to your niece. But that's why I'm saying, like, because they probably KNEW she was 19. Like, I don't know. I. I feel like it was so purposeful.
Moses Hacmon
He needs to make a statement. I never want to say make a statement.
Trisha Paytas
You cannot keep this. You cannot keep it moving. You need to make a statement on this.
Moses Hacmon
I would be. Right away, I would take to Instagram, be like, that was not me. I hired this. This is so disrespectful. Inappropriate. That was. That was crazy. I was like, what? That was actually the craziest.
Trisha Paytas
He cannot keep it moving. I wonder if he's still like on Access Hollywood. I actually don't even know.
Moses Hacmon
No, I feel like he hasn't been on there in a while. I know. That was like his thing. I feel like. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
He was the host of it for a while. He joined when I left, so I didn't really cross over.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, really?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah. My crossover was Billy Bush.
Oscar
The.
Trisha Paytas
He was the Trump grabbed by the.
Oscar
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Although Billy was. He was in that video. But he. And he is like, super conservative. I think at least he was nice to me. And I was obviously. Yeah, that's good.
Moses Hacmon
There's some.
Trisha Paytas
At least.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But Mario I heard was a toughie there for sure.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. He. I never heard great things about him either. And you're like, okay, you're like from Saved by the Bell. Like, be nice. You know what I mean? It's like when you get like a second chance when you've just like been this one character forever. It's like, be nice to people.
Trisha Paytas
I know.
Moses Hacmon
Very Daniel official to paying up from Boy Meets World. She has like, her second chance and it's just like, she's like, seems nice to everybody. Just be a good person. That's crazy, though. They need to make a statement asap. That was weird.
Trisha Paytas
Very gross. And the fact that they're. Whoever's running his socials is already posting though. And like.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, they're still. No, that's what I'm saying. They're still posting every hours of like, everything's like, normal. I was like, okay, he clearly has someone that's like farming.
Trisha Paytas
Let me just double check his Instagram to make it to see if maybe at least like a. A. A creative mode, a create mode story,
Moses Hacmon
you know, love great mode.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. Yeah, he does have like, selfies with his niece at the Dodgers Game. So, yeah, it literally was like a photo.
Moses Hacmon
There's a video of it on his Twitter as of this morning. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And on his Instagram, it's. Oh, he's keeping it moving. He's keeping it moving.
Moses Hacmon
No, especially when it's like your family. And so, I mean, that's like the first thing I'd be like. This is so.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, like his sibling, whoever is like her parents would be like, what the hell is.
Moses Hacmon
I would be pissed. I'd be pissed. If it was my daughter, if it was my niece, if it was my nephew, I'd be like, what the.
Trisha Paytas
Like, that is the weirdest thing in the world.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Amari Lopez, we need that statement asap. He'll probably give it tonight or something. After we're done filming. I'll do an emergency follow up, make
Trisha Paytas
a little TikTok or something.
Moses Hacmon
I'll do a little iPhone and send it to Jimmy.
Oscar
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Update.
Moses Hacmon
As I'm editing this. That's what Tana always does. Guys, I was editing this and I just saw. I did love when people would do that. That from the future.
Trisha Paytas
And then my. My last one was wardrobe. Who's another streamer. He's only. He's 17, but he was on live talking about how he got invited to Tara Yummy's birthday party. But then it was 21, it was like over 21. So he came in, he was about. He was like on his way to the party and then he found out that it was 21 and over. Only because obviously he's drinking and stuff. And it was like a whole controversy too. Like, why is she involved inviting teenagers to a party? I will say when I watch Streamer University and not to be always atarium apologist, but like, I assumed he was a lot older because he was at Streamer University. So I just assumed everyone there had to be like of age.
Moses Hacmon
You would assume.
Trisha Paytas
I would assume, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Most people would assume. Tara also is like famous for inviting literally everybody. She just sends DMs to everyone I know. So I think it's probably like one of those.
Trisha Paytas
A blanket. Yeah. It was funny seeing that become like a whole controversy. I think too. The only reason I knew realized his age is because he was talking to Sky Jackson on the streaming university, whatever, one of the streams, and they were talking about what year they were born. And then I forgot what he said. 2008 or something. So whatever that math is. And then I remember having to do the math.
Moses Hacmon
Half that was like, 17's crazy. And he. What did he stream? Trying to go to the party.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he was. And he talked about his experience of like. And Tara's like, well, you can still try to go. And he's. He was annoyed with Tara for inviting him. If it was like, wait, she said
Moses Hacmon
you could still try to go.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So she knew his age after he called her.
Moses Hacmon
And he called and the party's happening.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
She picks up.
Trisha Paytas
She apologized. She said, oh, well, like, you can still try and call, come to and get it.
Moses Hacmon
But did he just say, I can't. He's like, I can't get in.
Trisha Paytas
He's like, I'm 17. Why would you invite me if it's 21 and over? She's like. And then she apologized.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, this is why you don't be friends with streamer. Don't call me on your stream.
Trisha Paytas
It wasn't. He was talking about it on stream. The call was not on stream.
Moses Hacmon
Got it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, she called.
Moses Hacmon
So he's talking about this.
Trisha Paytas
He's talking about his talk with her and telling his viewers about it.
Moses Hacmon
But again, even that. I don't even want to talk to any streamers because it's like, all your conversation. I mean, probably why people don't talk to me. We have a podcast. It's gonna be on the podcast. I'm like, okay, don't tell me to things if you don't want me to podcast. So it's like, yeah, I think streamers are. It's just like, all your business will be out there. Damn. But so I don't really get it. So she's like, I can't get in. He calls her. She like, we'll try and come. He's like, well, no, I just tried.
Trisha Paytas
He didn't go. I think he was like, on his way or whatever because he stopped at the in and out. He was streaming at in and out and talking about this. So I feel like he was on the way and realized it was 21 over and asked her about it. She apologized, said, you can still come. And awesome is. I don't. I think Yana. Another streamer was there. Yana JJ. And she's 19, so I'm assuming. I don't know how.
Oscar
Who.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I was gonna say, I don't know how. Well, they're checking those real. I thought we had to have real IDs.
Moses Hacmon
No, they used to be good back in the day to check IDs.
Trisha Paytas
My brother, the one I'm not that close to, is also half white, but he is just disclaimer. Like, I'm throwing everything out there. Like, the Distance myself. He. Yes. Cuz I remember like going into his room once cuz he had like a snake or something. So I used to sneak in there and look at a snake. And in his printer he was printing fake IDs. And then I told on him cuz not on purpose but to ask, to inquire like why. To ask my mom, like why is he printing random to your mom?
Moses Hacmon
You snitch on your brother?
Trisha Paytas
I did on accident. Just I guess doing my boots on the ground. Journalism from a young age.
Moses Hacmon
Maybe that's why you're not close. But Oscar is a little snitch. Being like mom, why is he doing this?
Trisha Paytas
I just a curious.
Oscar
Maybe you wonder. This is how people get ideas. Can I get my id?
Moses Hacmon
He was curious, right? You were genuine.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, I was genuinely. Because I didn't know the concept of fake IDs. You know. And then. Yeah, but. And they, but they looked bad. Like I saw like I remember seeing it and being like it looks like it was printed in a printer. Because it was like not even a good like laser printer disc. Like you know, it was no hp. Like it was so. And now with the real ideas, I'm like, how? Let us know in the comments below. How are you sneaking? How are you sneaking into the clubs?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, people just not checking. I could never sneak in. Oh my God. I could never sneak in. I never had a fake id.
Trisha Paytas
Me either.
Moses Hacmon
I was always scared of getting caught.
Trisha Paytas
I hate breaking rules.
Moses Hacmon
I know. And like getting that's to me so embarrassing is to be like, here's if ideas like you're not old enough. I'd be like so embarrassed. I happened one time when I had my real ID. I was like 21. And I was like actually 2021. And I went in and the guy would not sell me alcohol. I was like, I can see a fake ID and whatever. And I was like with my boyfriend at the time who was literally like 50. And I was like, they won't let me buy the alcohol. And like why was my boyfriend making me go get alcohol when he was like 50 and I was 21? And the guy like wouldn't tell it to me because he's like, this is a fake id. And I was like, but it was so real. I was like. And I thought he didn't destroy it or anything. Thank God. But I was like, damn. Even when I had it. But I thought it was so embarrassing because I was like, damn, I can't even get alcohol. Especially when you're 21. You want to be cool and get alcohol. And you're just like, damn, I can't get it.
Trisha Paytas
I remember my 2021, my 21st birthday. Not to bring it back to the Glee curse, but it was when Corey Monty passed away.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, he said, like, okay, okay.
Trisha Paytas
But I remember it so, like, viscerally, because, like, it was my 21st birthday. I was ordering a drink for the first time, and then they didn't even ask for my freaking id. And then also Corey Monteith. That's when I found out he passed away. And I was like, this is a lot going on. But then. But my. All my friends have stories of like. Like, especially in high school, of them being like, you know, the bouncer would, like, quiz them. Oh, this is you. What? What's your address? And like, they would quiz. And like, I remember, like, they would always go out. I would always, like, I would stay with them as they pre. As they got ready. Then I would take my ass home.
Moses Hacmon
Love that.
Trisha Paytas
That's a good way. So they would, like, I would have to, like, quiz them on their fake id.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, you were helping.
Trisha Paytas
You were assisting. And, like, their full name, middle name, address. And they would have to have, like a whole backstory for their fake names. Yeah. And also the photos, like, didn't really look like them. Or, like, especially once they were like, in college, they would have, like, a lot of them were, like, in sororities or whatever. So, like, they're older. Whatever they're called. They're bigs. They're bigs.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, yes. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
What helps them, like, with their old ID or whatever. Oh, so.
Moses Hacmon
So they had someone's actual id.
Trisha Paytas
It was just some were fake and some were inherited real IDs. Or some were inherited fake IDs too. So I was like, here, girl. This one always worked for me. And take. Take it. It's crazy.
Moses Hacmon
Like, do you really need to go to a club that bad? They're not that exciting.
Trisha Paytas
I was gonna say hot Take. Like, clubs are lame.
Moses Hacmon
I think clubs are so lame. I hated them when I was young. I hated them now. I think they're just so lame. Did I go to a club? I feel like I went to a club once and I was like, what is happening? Like, God, where was it? Did I go to. Did we go to a club together? And I'm like, what do you even do when you're inside? You're just like, here we are
Oscar
usually too, when you are single because you want to meet people or something. But I remember going in Hollywood and they. The bouncer asked us for Money to even go in to pay to go into the club. You know what I mean?
Moses Hacmon
Oh damn.
Oscar
Yeah, like it's shady.
Moses Hacmon
I guess guys, they always let girls in for free, right? I don't know.
Oscar
I don't know how we were a mixed group, but. No, they asked for everyone. They were just.
Moses Hacmon
Girls weren't hot enough, right? Don't they let hot girls.
Oscar
I'm just saying the bouncers were making money on the side.
Moses Hacmon
Oh well, don't pay it. That was your fault. And like I'm just going home. I'm not paying this. This is crazy. I loved my early twenties was. Oh yeah. It was me and Trigger warning Shane and Drew and we would go to El Torito and then go back on the couch and just watch Strawberry 17 where we saw Oscar. We would just watch those videos.
Trisha Paytas
Time well spent.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, it was great. We get sweet Lady Jane cakes and eat them and it was just. It's a good time. Great time. So better just stay home and sit on the couch.
Trisha Paytas
Wait for that 21st. You know what? Wait until. Until it's legal.
Oscar
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
Like way far 21st.
Trisha Paytas
No way. For your 21st.
Moses Hacmon
See us getting like the audio where it's at the two and a half hour mark. I'm like what? How the word starts slurring together. Wait for that 21st. And even then.
Trisha Paytas
It's not that great.
Moses Hacmon
It's not that great. My dad.
Trisha Paytas
It's expensive too.
Moses Hacmon
Drinking.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And going out. Ubering.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
It's a whole thing.
Moses Hacmon
Ubers drinks are so expensive. You like don't feel good. I don't know. I don't just think it's lame, but we don't drink. So I guess if you like drinking, that's probably now food. That is worth it. Go spend your money on a hundred dollar tomahawk and just eat in front of a tv. It's the best, best feeling ever. Well guys, thanks for being here. This was a great episode. Actually really fast and we had a lot of good conversation. Nothing too hot, but. And sometimes when we do a little something a little too contradictory. Controversial maybe. I don't like to be too hard on anyone. I feel like we were just very light hearted on everybody today. Right.
Trisha Paytas
Except for Mario Lopez. But that's deserved.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. That statement I'm. I'm giving benefit out that it's his A team. Like you said, like a straight. Straight.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Worst case scenario, he needs to be investigated. Let's get those phones. Let's go through the hard drives. Best case scenario, we need to investigate whoever is A social media.
Moses Hacmon
That part, yes. Also, let's just stop AI because I think that was the real culprit. AI did something. Something there. Yeah. Grok. Cancel Grok. Who do our kids like? Oh, they like Groot. They have. They watch this.
Oscar
No relation, for the record.
Moses Hacmon
They're like, who's that little tree? That's what Malibu asked me. And I was like, I don't know which one that is. And then I looked it up, and it's from one of your movies that you love. They love it. Those little kids shows they watch. They. Elvis said Pikachu on her own. And she's like, oh, that's Pikachu. I was like, how do you know?
Trisha Paytas
Jimmy love that.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my. It was so cute. She was like. She said Pikachu. Malibu called me Trisha for the first time yesterday. Moses doesn't even call me Trisha. She's like, Trisha. I was like, what? Moses never calls me Trisha ever.
Oscar
And I'm like, I always say babes.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, babe, always. I say Moses more if I'm trying to get your attention to her. Saying Moses sometimes is kind of cute because I say it. But, like, you never say Trisha. I was like, who the hell call me Trisha? It was so funny. And then she had it. I was like, wild kids are changing. Kids are growing, and so are you. You. If we're not changing and growing, we're stuck. Stream, petal. They're always changing and growing. The song sounds good. Moses like, music video. He gave glowing reviews. I'm gonna go watch it, too. Support the art, support the artist, support the music. Okay? And let's less commenting on less people's bodies. Unless it's mine. Comment down my.
Oscar
I think it's to your shows.
Moses Hacmon
