Fellas, you know degree Cool Rush deodorant, right?
Remi Cruz
Well, last year they changed the formula.
Trisha Paytas
And guys were mad about it.
Remi Cruz
One dude even started a petition. So guess what? Degree heard us, admitted they messed up and brought the original Cool Rush scent.
Trisha Paytas
Back exactly how it was.
Remi Cruz
And it's in Walmart, Target, and other.
Trisha Paytas
Stores now for under $4.
Remi Cruz
So grab some and remember why its cool, crisp and fresh scent made it the number one men's antiperspirant for the last decade.
Trisha Paytas

Remi Cruz
So you, like, already lied, Basically, because we saw on the Snapchat that he was obviously witches.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
So that sucks. That really sucks.
Trisha Paytas
It sucks because if it's like your.
Remi Cruz
Friend and you, like, see the evidence, you're like, okay, don't gaslight me. I see it on Snapchat.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yay.
Remi Cruz
Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Just Trish podcast. It's a beautiful day here in California. It's overcast, but it is beautiful. Not too rainy. Kind of the perfect day, if you will. We're feeling so festive. We got cinnamon rolls sent to us from all. About that cinnamon, we have our rainbow flag made from one of our viewers at the Heirs of Trish Tour, which continues this weekend in Portland, Phoenix, and May 4th here in Los Angeles at the Greek Theater. Gender reveal. Is the bun in the oven blue or is the bun in the oven pink? I know. Cinnamon. I'll bet the cinnamon roll sent that. Yeah, they're pretty cute. Trisha's bun in the oven. I love it. So we'll see. Not that it matters. We don't see gender here. And speaking of, we got the protector doll shirt. We had a discussion about this a couple weeks ago. This is a knockoff, but the original shirt was to raise money for Trans Lifeline. So on behalf of the Jess Church podcast, we donated $10,000. The Trans Lifeline. They're wonderful. The more I looked into this. Yes. Round of applause for Trans Lifeline. Donate if you can. We'll put the link below. They made these amazing shirts at all. One, two. But they sold out so quickly.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. They're literally on backorder for months.
Remi Cruz
Yes. And it's beautiful. It's wonderful. And at first I just was like, oh, my God, I love it. Love the message. It's cute. But what Trans Lifeline does is actually so important. And each donation, $25, will connect you, connect a trans person to a peer because it's all RA the trans community. So you get peer to peer support. They offer resources. I think $450 can help someone change their ID. Like, just. That's the fiat cost to change. So there's just so many different resources, obviously, for protection, for mental well being, for physical well being, make sure all their needs are taken care of. In a crazy time right now, in 2025, it's really sad that, like, basic human rights are at risk, but Trans Lifeline is doing amazing, amazing work. So when I, like, looked into it, I was like, loved it. Because I got the shirt. And then when you said the knockoff, I didn't know the original shirts went to a charity. So I was just like, okay, let's like, look into it. And then I was like, this is amazing and beautiful. So if you can donate. We love it. Protect the dolls. Protect all trans people and all humans. That's what it is at the end of the day. You know what I mean? So we're here and we're queer and we love it. Okay. Speaking of. Hi, Speaking of queer.
Trisha Paytas
Speaking of queer.
Remi Cruz
You look great. I love this fashion.
Trisha Paytas
I reheated, not Loveline's nachos. I took the upholstery off that little sofa on the set and I made a little hoodie. I'm wearing my I heart Tana Mongeau shirt. I was thinking, I hope there is no international scandal with Tana with the wine lady, because I think that was her last big scandal. Right. That was in Europe. Yeah. So no wine tours overseas. Tana, let's avoid those. Avoid hiking.
Remi Cruz
Don't jinx it. After we film, it's always a grand revil. Something happens. I feel like she's been low key.
Trisha Paytas
She's been so low key.
Remi Cruz
Right.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I feel Europe sounds crazy, though, to go to just all her stories in the hospital and the airports. I mean, it all just sounds.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Remi Cruz
A lot.
Trisha Paytas
Although her photo shoot in front of the Eiffel Tower with Makoa was something fierce. I loved it.
Remi Cruz
I know. And then she was. Everyone thought they were engaged or pregnant.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And should have shut that down.
Remi Cruz
She did. I liked her message day on TikTok, where she was like, the. Are you engaged? Is the new, like, go brunette. Like, everybody just wants them to get married. We're just dating for a year and a half. Like, let us enjoy dating.
Trisha Paytas
It weirdly feels so much longer, but it really has only just been a year and a half.
Remi Cruz
And they're young. They're like 26. And you know what? I'm guilty of this, too. I'm always like, when are you gonna get married? It's like, you let people just date forever if they want. Honestly.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I love it. And then. Did you just have a cheetah sweater? I've never seen you in cheetah, and I love it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I got this from Shane Dawson's favorite store. Abercrombie and Fitch.
Remi Cruz
Is it Abercrombie?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yep. Yep.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. Psychic. That's crazy. I literally. It does look really good. Recently or a while ago?
Trisha Paytas
A couple months ago. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
To see if it's still online. You are giving Shane, Joel, Goldberg, and Tana all in one today. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Work. Yeah, I had to contemplate that combination, but yeah, sure.
Remi Cruz
I love it. No, I love this whole combo. You are looking so cute and your Converse and all of that. We're doing Patreon later. Patreon.com. just. We're answering your Q's and A's. Are we gonna try them at crispy strips today?
Trisha Paytas
I think so. Jimmy suggested that as well, actually.
Remi Cruz
Did he?
Trisha Paytas
Yes, but I don't want to give you his opinion on the. The crispy tenders, so we don't, you know, influence our own opinions.
Remi Cruz
Okay. So maybe we should order some backup nuggets just in case.
Trisha Paytas
Just in case.
Remi Cruz
Because I know when you don't like something, it's like, oh, yeah, somet nuggets don't hit their. They had a spicy nugget not too long ago, and it wasn't. It wasn't everything, so may not hit the same. I always get backup food. Just smart.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Way to think ahead. I don't know.
Remi Cruz
That's smarter. Just the fatty in me. But you look. You look great. You look.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, thank you. It's been quite a morning. I started my physical therapy. Decompression therapy on my spine. It's kind of crazy. It. It kind of feels like a jewel sparkles bionic spine kind of thing. Because they strap you in a machine and, like, stretch you out, basically.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my gosh.
Moses Hacmon
They're gonna get taller.
Trisha Paytas
I weirdly, I did get. My right side was like, almost. Almost. Not. Not Half an inch. Less than half an inch. A quarter of an inch, I guess was half an inch or a quarter inch shorter. So. Yeah, I did get that sorted out as well. Shorter. Yeah. It's quite crazy. I don't know.
Remi Cruz
How are you feeling? Does it hurt? Are you in pain?
Trisha Paytas
It feels funny. I have like a little back brace and everything too.
Remi Cruz
It's right now.
Trisha Paytas
Not right now. I took it off to film cuz it. It's intense. It is like. It does give me good posture though. But it kind of is like a corset in a. In a way. So I do feel kind of. Yeah, like really sucks you in. Yeah, it keeps, you know, you look.
Remi Cruz
Like you have a corset.
Trisha Paytas
Just banks right now. Thank you.
Remi Cruz
You look great. Oh man, you look so tiny. I mean, not to whatever, but you look so skinny.
Trisha Paytas
I think it's the baggy jeans and then the baggy hoodie. Definitely helps it Proportionizing for sure too.
Remi Cruz
I always say that oversized. I meant 3x everything y. I love it.
Trisha Paytas
For our audio listeners, I do look extra teeny. Just start lying to the audio listener.
Remi Cruz
I know, I know.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, just.
Remi Cruz
But you are. You're extra teeny. It's also very Shane coded. I saw Shane this morning on a TikTok. I know. Everyone's like, oh my God, Trisha, I'm sorry. It's for my algorithm. He did another one with that guy. You know the one where he was interviewed in the mall. Yeah, I think it's the same guy. Was it the same guy?
Moses Hacmon
Seems like it.
Remi Cruz
Same person. Taco Bell. And he was like, what's your Taco Bell order? And it's Shane standing with like a Baja bless in his like bag. And then he gets the Baja bus and goes through the bag of what he ordered. And he was teeny tiny. And I can say that because Shane will take that as a compliment. One thing I know about Shane is skinny is a compliment to him.
Trisha Paytas
Great. I think especially too. Again, everything else aside, just knowing like lifelong struggles with weight and then like getting into a place where you feel comfortable. He's comfortable enough. Where he gets like dressed cute and like go out and be seen full body on camera. As a former still struggling, you know, with weight and seeing something like that, I'm like, well, good for him. That he is. He feels good. Like, you can tell he feels good.
Remi Cruz
Yes, I feel like that. As the Remy Joe, I'm like, you know what? I know they feel fire. Can I say I know I talk a lot about my insecurity about My weight. But I. I always feel fire. I always feel like I want to show full body love. I mean, sometimes I, like, look back, I'm like, oh, I don't know why, but I love a full body moment. I don't know. Even on this, I, like, show my entire body. I'm like, I kind of like the way I look sometimes.
Trisha Paytas
You should.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, definitely should. It's such a weird thing, though, from going to, like, hating how you like to be like, I look really good, and then it's just like, I don't know, such a. That's such a mind, like, thing. It's like, wait, why do I like the way I look? I look good. I don't know what to say. Maybe I'm wearing baggy shirts. I don't know why, but there is.
Trisha Paytas
Something about the psychology of the oversized. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
It feels, like, so teeny tiny. This, like, I like. I'm gonna be crisscross applesauce up here. I'll just be like, oh, my God, look how small I am. I could probably do it. Let me see.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, you are.
Remi Cruz
Wow. Okay. Oh, my God. Tiny, huh?
Moses Hacmon
While pregnant.
Remi Cruz
Well, pregnant, yes. That is hard to get the. The belly over. But I'm feeling teeny tiny. And I'm not teeny tiny for the audio listeners. I'm not teeny tiny, but it's a state of mind, and I think that's all that matters.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. I think that was one of the first things we said in episode one of just Trish. That skinny legend is a state of mind. And honestly.
Remi Cruz
Absolutely.
Trisha Paytas
Years later, that sentiment still stands.
Remi Cruz
Yes. People shout out all the time to me during my, like, fat chicks era. They're always just like, you're a skinny legend. And I was like, love it. Even though we're talking about fat and body positivity, I'm like, yes, absolutely. What I noticed. I know we talked about you last time, but what I noticed, we just started watching it. Yesterday was our day off. Okay. Fish king. Tin fish king.
Trisha Paytas
Who sent that to you?
Remi Cruz
Is that from the tour?
Trisha Paytas
That's actually kind of cool. Viewers sent it to me. Yeah. To give it to Moses. He's so good. Shout out, Jeffrey. He also made me a rainbow Birkin, so.
Remi Cruz
No way.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Where is it?
Trisha Paytas
It's in my streaming room. It's part of my streaming.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. You have to bring it.
Trisha Paytas
I should. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
So iconic. Okay. Love that shout out. That's actually everything. We started watching you yesterday because we already have, so we, like, binge, like, six episodes. Never. Never. Can get a fatty in that box. I'll tell you that. He never puts a plus size gal in there. He could never catch me.
Trisha Paytas
You actually so. Right. I'm really trying to think right. There hasn't been. No, never has there even been a plus on the. In the streets of New York or London or la.
Remi Cruz
Greg Berlanti, executive producer, is like, no fat on this show. But it makes sense because when he clunked spoiler. I don't know, he clung someone on the head to drag them into the. I guess it happens every season, really. To project him to the box. I was thinking about that. I was like, how's he gonna get her in the box? Gringe is a small person, but he is also petite. So I was thinking about that. I'm like, if he clocked me in the head, could he reach in the box?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, that is a good plot hole. Because we never really see Joe Goldberg work out or lift or train. But he does carry a lot of dead weight.
Remi Cruz
Literally. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
In the past seasons, he's brought down a lot of really big guys too.
Remi Cruz
That is so true.
Trisha Paytas
How strong is Joel Goldberg? That is. That's a good question.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, we should look into it. But I would survive him. Probably. Also, probably wouldn't even be interested in me because he always liked the petite girls on the show, which I, you know, I'm fine. Preference is okay. By the way, you don't always have to like a fat person. I'm not. I'm just saying it would be nice for me to be in new season five. I didn't get the role. I love it. It's over now. It's done.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, it is officially done. No, I was thinking it would be kind of messed up, but I was thinking maybe down the line because, you know, they love a reboot. I was like, I feel like you could. You could almost do a reboot with Henry. Spoiler alert. Spoiler alert. Spoiler alert for you. Season 5 Pregnant Paws to give people time. I've never heard that term, but I could almost see, like, Henry being like a little Joe Goldberg esque. I guess it is like the nature versus nurture development. But both his parents are killers, so.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. And he was abandoned by them.
Trisha Paytas
It does seem like a recipe for disaster.
Moses Hacmon
Or he'll become a detective.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I love those hormones.
Remi Cruz
The opposite of what it was.
Moses Hacmon
Serial killer.
Trisha Paytas
Stop the cycle. Yeah. Okay. Work. That is a good idea.
Remi Cruz
The positivity aspect of it. You never know. They are rebooting Desperate Housewives Mysterious.
Trisha Paytas
Your opportunity. If I'VE ever seen it.
Remi Cruz
I'm excited. Do we know if it's, like, in this era or is it supposed to be, like, a different decade or.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if they've said, like, what time period it is, like, if it's modernized or if it's still like, the time where Desperate Housewives ended.
Remi Cruz
I also heard it was, like, gonna be, like, a 60s one. Like, they were gonna go back to the original serial lane and, like, when it first started. I'm gonna be more excited for this. I, like, actually couldn't be more excited for this show more than anything in the whole world. Like, Desperate Housewives was our show. We probably watched it twice through the all. Every season, I had Moses dress up as every single person. Orson, everybody, like, whoever he was. I was like, you're gonna.
Moses Hacmon
We walked to the actual streets of.
Remi Cruz
We walked with Syria Lane. Every time I go to Universal, I just pop on over there. I just want to show there at Universal. So we can just always hang out at Wisteria.
Trisha Paytas
Like, that'd be so fun.
Remi Cruz
Like, on our lunch breaks. Just go, you know, do Tick tocks. Do they give you lunch breaks on TV shows? I don't even know.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, of course. You're mandated a lunch break, actually.
Remi Cruz
Oh, really? And if you don't take it, then.
Trisha Paytas
What, you were breaking SAG Aftra or whatever? Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Are you saying after?
Trisha Paytas
No.
Remi Cruz
Really? I'm surprised because you've been on camera for et. Don't have to be on.
Trisha Paytas
You know, I was digital. There's. You have, like. I forgot how many. If you aren't SAG Aftra to do, like, TV hosting work, you have, I think, like, two or three jobs that you can do until you have to become SAG Aftra. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
It's so funny. I have to, because I remember back in the day, it was like I was, like, trying to get any say after jobs I could to join the union, you know, it was like. But I got. I got. I got lucky. I. It was after. And say they were separate. So I joined after, which was, like, cheaper at the time. But then when they merged, I got automatically lumped into seg. So now I'm saying after. And I was scared because Moses, like, started paying the bills, like, when we, like, got married and stuff. And I thought, like, oh, my gosh, what if he didn't renew, you know, my sake after? Because I didn't know if he knew what it was or if I was, like, worth, like, doing. But he has been doing it every. Because I did a TV show this year. And I had to be saying after it. And I was like, oh, my God, have you been renewing it? And he's like, yes, I have been. Which is great because it's like every six months you gotta pay, I don't know, 200. I have no idea what it is, but 113. I never want to lose it because it's so hard to, like, get it. And it's like, expensive now. Even back then. When I joined in 2006, seven was like $1,800 for after. I think it was like 3,000 for SAG. And I was like, that's so expensive. So gotta hang on to that. Gotta keep. I still got those residuals from Nathan for you. 42 cents every single month. I love it. Keep them coming.
Trisha Paytas
Well, shout out 20th century or 20th television. That's the studio that's doing the. The Desperate Housewife spin off. We know you're SAG Opera.
Remi Cruz
Easy.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. An easy in.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, my God.
Remi Cruz
I just want to, like, audition. Like, I haven't been able to, like, audition. You know, I feel like I nail a self tape. I've done one self tape and I got the role, so I feel like I can nail the self tape.
Trisha Paytas
Was it a self. It was a self tape. Like for a character based on you or was it like, for a character disclosed. Okay, work. Okay, work.
Remi Cruz
But it was a character.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, work.
Remi Cruz
Yes, it was a character.
Trisha Paytas
That reminds me, have you seen JoJo Siwa's live action Tangled audition? Yes, love.
Remi Cruz
So good.
Trisha Paytas
Actually, every day I see more and more evidence that, like, JoJo Siwa is possibly you're related to you somehow. I'm thinking somehow you're a biological child. I don't know how.
Remi Cruz
Absolutely.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, like a me to be done.
Remi Cruz
Because what year was she born? Because maybe I was like, blacked out on the streets of Hollywood. The years that I blacked out and don't remember anything could possibly have given birth to JoJo.
Trisha Paytas
She was 21, so it must have been what, 2004.
Remi Cruz
Oh, that is. That's close to a black. I disassociated those years.
Trisha Paytas
2003. May 19, 2003. Do you have any recollection of where you were?
Remi Cruz
I was bouncing around. I ended up in my dad's house for a little while. Then I did homeschooling where I wasn't actually being homeschooled. 2003 was. That year was my freshman year and I wasn't in school. I was just hopping around. I disassociated so Maybe. Maybe that's going to be worse. That's why I don't remember. That would be wild. Okay, let's do a 23andMe. Let's not do a 23andMe.
Trisha Paytas
I think, actually, I think it's getting canceled. Yeah, but the audition tape is so funny. Jimmy, I'm sure will insert it here. He's the one that sent it to me, so shout out, Jimmy.
Remi Cruz
I love that you didn't send me the tape. Jimmy. Is your mother proud of that? My mother died when I was young. I'm sorry.
Moses Hacmon
Who took care of you?
Remi Cruz
I took care of myself.
Trisha Paytas
That's how I became a thief.
Remi Cruz
Speaking of their. The snuggly duckling with horses out front, as I suspected. Oh, my gosh. Horses. Look, Pascal.
Moses Hacmon
Yes, they're horses.
Trisha Paytas
Are we gonna ride them?
Remi Cruz
That's the plan.
Trisha Paytas
Who do they belong to? I don't know.
Remi Cruz
How are we gonna pay for them? I'm not gonna pay for them. Wait, wait, wait, wait. You're gonna steal them?
Trisha Paytas
That was kind of the plan. It is one of the wildest things I've ever seen. It's just like, I don't know if JoJo is capable of being anyone other than Jojo. I don't know if she can get, like, lost in the character like that.
Remi Cruz
I feel like she was Rapunzel. Like, I thought she was so good. I think if she would have had, like, the hair. Her face was so on. I thought her acting was on.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know.
Remi Cruz
Like, her reactions were good because I think the hardest part is, like, reacting to someone I thought she ate. For real? For real. Not even in a campway. Not even in the Katy Perry, like, dance way. She was actually, like, I thought, good. It was so good.
Trisha Paytas
So not in the camp way. Like a legitimate actor wise.
Remi Cruz
Yes. Okay. I mean, it's a Disney live action. You know what I mean? It's just like, at this point, just give it to JoJo. I think that would actually.
Trisha Paytas
Live action. Disney princess saga is Halle Bailey, Emma Watson, Rachel Zegler, Joni Joel Siwa. That's kind of iconic. An iconic hall of fame.
Remi Cruz
I think she would crush. I do think she would crush. I think sometimes too, especially when you get a, like a good director and a good acting coach with her. I think she was good because she was kind of like, naturally good. I saw beyond Jojo. Okay, you didn't. You didn't. Did you think it was that?
Trisha Paytas
I saw Jojo with some flowers in.
Remi Cruz
Her hair and I think that was Kim Kardashian. I think I see Kim Kardashian when she acts, but JoJo A. I wanted to hear her sing the songs. Yeah. All the tangled Self tapes have been out there now. Everyone's been posting their. I guess because it's not happening anymore.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I think because it's been paused that these things are just coming out now.
Remi Cruz
Do you think because. Did they ever cast any or they never casted someone?
Trisha Paytas
No, there was rumors. There was rumors that Sabrina Carpenter was one of the top choices for Rapunzel and that Milo man. Him. Is that his last name?
Remi Cruz
Yes. He's currently Seymour and Apple. Horrors. What's he from, though? I don't know what he's from.
Trisha Paytas
He's from another Paramount plus show. I think it's called like Spirit High or something like that.
Remi Cruz
I want to say his mom is Cameron Manheim from Law and Order.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, okay. That kind of makes sense.
Remi Cruz
She was also Michelle.
Trisha Paytas
I was wondering where he came from.
Remi Cruz
He's talented.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he was in school. Spirits and Zombies. Those Disney Channel movies. Oh, yeah.
Remi Cruz
Random.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I just knew him as Seymour and he's so good at it. And I was like, oh, he's so amazing. Oh, okay. I could see him being like a Flynn writer. That could be.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I heard those two names bounce around a lot. But now, who knows? I feel like they need a break anyway from.
Remi Cruz
I don't know. I have a feeling Lilo and Stitch is gonna be a hit and they're like, bring them out again. Let's do this again, you know?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I couldn't be more excited, like the actual new movie because I just think the girl that plays Lilo is like the perfect cast. So good. Go check the ET TikTok of them doing the side by side that Oscar edited. It was so good. Like, it's so true to the original. It's so accurate. Like, it looks so good. Everything's Lilo and Stitch now at Target. Like I've been. Last night I stayed up, it was like midnight and Moses like, why are you still up? And I'm like, I have to buy every single Lilo and Stitch thing I see online. I bought the Crocs, I bought the kids stuff at Target. My daughter's birthday is gonna be Lilo and Stitch, by the way. People had really good suggestions. I was asking everyone on Instagram for Lilo and Stitch themed ideas for a one year old's party and they're like, get a lay making station.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God.
Remi Cruz
To make leis.
Trisha Paytas
That's making me so emo. Because did you do it. We. At my summer camp, when I was little, we went to the. What's it called? The. The theater that they always do, like, the Disney experiences. Is it the Chinese Theater? Oh, no, the Dolby. Oh, El Capitan.
Remi Cruz
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Thank you.
Remi Cruz
I used to work there.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. We. Our summer camp took us to the El Capitan for, like, the Lilo and Stitch, like, experience when the movie came out. Not, like, the premiere, but, you know, they kept the little activations and stuff. And one of the activities we did was lay making. Okay.
Remi Cruz
So someone new. Someone was on it. I have to do that again. Oh, my God. That'd be so cool.
Trisha Paytas
It's like a core memory, because I loved Lilo and Stitch, and I loved, like, all the music in it.
Remi Cruz
Do you have your picture from it? Do you have your day?
Trisha Paytas
I don't think we did photos there. I remember, like, I just remember going and being on the bus. I remember making a lanyard on the way to the bus. Such really random flashes. And then. Yeah, making the Lays that.
Remi Cruz
What else did they do there? I need more ideas.
Trisha Paytas
I think there was, like, a little sandbox or something to, like, build something with sand cast.
Remi Cruz
Real.
Trisha Paytas
I was. I must have been. When did Lilo and Stitch come out? Let me see.
Remi Cruz
I was like, maybe high school. I would say 2003.
Trisha Paytas
I was 10. It came out 2002.
Remi Cruz
Oh, I was so close.
Trisha Paytas
Or nine, because it came out before I turned 10. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my gosh. Okay, so that makes sense. You were like, a little kid.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Some people had suggested, like, peanut butter stamp. I have to watch the movie again. Like, peanut butter sandwiches.
Trisha Paytas
What a good idea, you guys.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God, we're killing it. They said, like, hula lessons for, like, the little kids. I was like, that would be so cute, too. So literally at the midnight, I was, like, emailing our party planner, and I was like, actually, can we get some dancers in here? And, yeah, I think I'm, like, really excited. Then I did the lore I didn't know about angel because I didn't get to, like, is there a sequel?
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Remi Cruz
So there's, like, a little pink stitch.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Remi Cruz

So I was looking at that because I was like, what am I wearing? Should I be the pink Stitch? Like, it was this whole thing.
Trisha Paytas
Who's that Piggly, the little alien who's, like, a drag queen and he wears, like, wigs and stuff to be okay.
Remi Cruz
Kind of fears. Okay. I didn't know this from the first movie.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. And Moses can be Jumbo because he wears the Hawaiian shirt.
Remi Cruz
Who's Jumba?
Trisha Paytas
He's like, Blakely's partner. Okay.
Remi Cruz
So they're. Oh, they're like little FBI, like Men in Black.
Trisha Paytas
They're, like, from. They're trying to. They're from wherever Planet Stitches from. And they're trying to catch again. Yes.
Remi Cruz
That could be so cute. And they were. He wears a Hawaiian shirt.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they're, like, in disguise in Hawaii trying to, like, do intel and then catch Stitch. And Jumbo wears the, like, big Hawaiian shirts and then pleakly wears, like, wigs and big hats and Hawaiian dresses.
Remi Cruz
We're doing it. I did order him a Hawaiian lilo and sister on disney store.com. everything has this lilo and such right now. So I got you a blue one, too. So that would be perfect. Get some sunglasses on you. Get a little lay. It's gonna be fun. We'll have the Dole Whip, love. So excited for the Dole Whip. I know. I was on my. My day off. I was just doing my invitations. I sent. We have my birthday. We have Mother's Day, and we have Elvis's birthday. So I just been sending. I sent, like, three invite. I think I sent you, like. Yeah, but don't feel pressured to come to all these. I was sending, like, people, like, so many invites.
Trisha Paytas
I'm so excited.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I'm excited, too. You can dress up.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Well, ironically, too. I'm babies. Me and Darian are babysitting my two nephews that day.
Remi Cruz
Really?
Trisha Paytas
Because yeah, my brother and sister in law are going out of town. She has to do like a work thing in San Diego that day. So I was already supposed to babysit.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God, that's so crazy.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it'll be because I said you.
Remi Cruz
Could bring your whole family. Bring everyone.
Trisha Paytas
So bring the. The two.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God, that's so exciting.
Trisha Paytas
And Bennett, late, is really like pretty much down for whatever. He's pretty easy to like entertain. He's a little bit older. And then Bennett is Malibu's age and he's a little more. He likes Darien more than me. Weirdly likes me more.
Remi Cruz
But it happens that age. There's always a favorite. There's always someone. I think Malibu is. I'm starting to become Malibu's favorite. I think because she was so excited for our spa day, our mask day. I'm like, finally my time to shine with the nail polish, the makeup. So I feel like I'm taking over a little bit. But that age, yeah, they're just, you know, and you never know. It's good and bad days. You just never know. We tried to leave for lunch yesterday. Malbo was not happy. I'm like, you know what, let's just stay. And then she just went upstairs. She was a bed girl yesterday. She just want to stay in bed all day. I was like, she is your daughter. Because she like never wanted to leave the bed. And usually she's not like that. She likes to play outside. She's like, whatever. But I was like, just let her rest. She's had some busy weeks traveling, you know, so it's going to be an extravaganza. Lilo and Stitch, we love you. I would love. I hope we can get invited to that, like, if they do another like, activation thing. Oh, yeah. How'd you get invite? Oh, you want to?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. It wasn't like through Disney. It was just like anyone who got a ticket to the seat at the El Capitan could, you know, do the little experience or whatever.
Remi Cruz
I do love that theater so much.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was really cute. And such a core memory. I'm excited for a new generation to love Lilo and Stitch.
Remi Cruz
It's so cute, especially the live action. It's just like wholesome and fun and wonderful.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And Maya, the little girl who plays Lilo is just like the most sweet, precious angel. Yes.
Remi Cruz
It's like crazy at that age. Like you're starring in a movie.
Trisha Paytas
That's crazy. I know. How do you do that breakout role, her first role.
Remi Cruz
That's wild.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it's so cute.
Remi Cruz
Can't wait.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. She's such a little cutie. I'm so excited. I hope no one is me. I think everyone's liking it, but I hope no one is like on the hate train and wants to just be mean because it's Disney.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. You can be mean to a little kid. If you're mean to a little kid and you're like something.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Especially like a lead in a movie. That'd be crazy. That'd be wild. That's a whole other thing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
People are usually pretty nice to kids.
Trisha Paytas
I hope so. But even like the movie in general, you know, even if people, like, leave her alone, but then are terrorizing the whole movie.
Remi Cruz
Like, I think it's gonna be a hit. I pretty much.
Trisha Paytas
I think so too. It's like tracking to do really, really well. Probably one of the best movies for the summer, like, for Disney. So love it.
Remi Cruz
Is that the next big one that comes out?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Thunderbolts is this weekend. The Marvel movie. Your future co stars Florence Pugh.
Remi Cruz
Oh, you love her.
Trisha Paytas
I do love Florence Pugh. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
She's a superhero.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, she is. Black Widow. We try to explain what.
Remi Cruz
I thought that was Scarlett Johansson.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Spoiler alert from a movie from six years ago. But Scarlett Johansson died in Avengers Endgame. And yeah, this is Scarlett Johansson's sister Natasha. But I love that though.
Remi Cruz
She's like, I'm taking over.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Well, there was a Black Widow movie where it was kind of like the passing of the torch.
Remi Cruz
We saw that in theaters and fell asleep.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it was like the only movie out. It wasn't a great movie, but, you know, it doesn't take much to impress me.
Remi Cruz
Just seriously. Thunderbolt.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, it's mostly like a Florence Pugh movie with like other anti heroes, I guess, as support. Like, you know, Sebastian Stan.
Remi Cruz
Yes. Tommy Lee and Donald Trump.
Trisha Paytas
There you go. Yes.
Remi Cruz
Yes. I like him. He's always playing people.
Trisha Paytas
David harbor is also, you know, David Harbour. He was in Stranger Things.
Remi Cruz
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Remi Cruz
Wait, he was in a super. Was he in the Black Widow movie?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah, I forgot. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I was like, wait, why do I remember him being like in the snow or something?
Trisha Paytas
He was the dad. He was Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pughs.
Remi Cruz
Married to Lily Allen.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. In real life. Not anymore. Yes.
Remi Cruz
But what happened?
Trisha Paytas
I forget what she said. That was recent. They separated pretty recently. Last couple months.
Remi Cruz
We want to know what happens. Do you think people owe us an apology of why or an explanation of why they broke up?
Trisha Paytas
No, I really do.
Remi Cruz
I feel like it. Well, maybe not them. But I feel like if you're public, like, if me and Mose broke, like, I feel like if I'm just like, give us our privacy, we don't talk about it. But I'm like, I don't know. I don't feel like I should explain to you what happened. Like, you're so involved with our lives, and then all of a sudden it's like, actually, no, we're not telling you.
Moses Hacmon
I think that's the difference. Like, they're involved in our lives, but he's famous. And, like, they're not. They're. Being a couple is not the content. I don't know about that, but that's not their content. They don't go making tick tocks together about, like.
Remi Cruz
But they're still a public couple, and we're all invested in that.
Moses Hacmon
They're just public. That's it. If they're not.
Remi Cruz
But I want to know.
Moses Hacmon
That's it.
Remi Cruz
You know what I mean? Like, I, like, I'm invested in them because they're famous.
Trisha Paytas
I think especially if there's like. I mean, I don't know if there's kids in their case, but, like, say, like, thinking of a couple everyone loves right now, like Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, like, if anything happened to them, like, I feel like they would just release a statement. We decided to go our separate ways. But then you don't want it to get messy because kids will read that at some point, you know, so we.
Remi Cruz
Don'T go full on Kanye. But you could just say, like, hey, he cheated.
Trisha Paytas
But what if they. There was no, like, big inciting incident. What if they just grew apart?
Remi Cruz
Oh, well, no one even says that. Like, we just grew apart. Like, it always, like, we remain best of friends.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, that's true. But I think, again, if there's kids, like, wouldn't you rather read that than, like.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I just want to know.
Trisha Paytas
I was thinking about. I was kind of thinking about that. Yeah. Because Channing Tatum and Zoe Kravitz were engaged and they broke up a couple months ago, and they're both moved on already. Like, Channing Tatum has a new girlfriend.
Remi Cruz
He moves on quickly all the time. I feel. I feel like he's always in a new relationship.
Trisha Paytas
He was with Jesse J. For a while, and then from Jesse J's next public, one was Zoe Kravitz, and they were together for a couple years.
Remi Cruz
He's in a lot of people's DMs. I know that much. Oh, people in real life, too. They're like, they'll show me too. They're like. I'm like, are you sure it's training tater? Because I feel like, whatever. And they'll show me. They'll go to Instagram, then click on the profile, and it's like a little blue check mark. And I was like. And it's like very not whatever to them, but, like, it's like very random people. I'm like, how did he even find you? Like, that's so.
Trisha Paytas
I think he's dating an influencer now, right? I think.
Remi Cruz
Really?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. They just went Instagram official.
Remi Cruz
Delaney Row.
Trisha Paytas
No, Inca Williams.
Remi Cruz
Oh, Instagram official. What does that mean? He posted a photo of her, I think.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I forget if it was on Incas or Channing, but they. One of them posted each other, like.
Remi Cruz
A couple photo that is. That says.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, the Inca posted it. She's 25, he's 45. Do with that what you will.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Why? Okay, well, we don't need to get into it again. But why? What? Who is this? Oh, is it Bradley Cooper? He's dating someone young. How old is she? 30. He's like 50 something, right?
Trisha Paytas
I think she is. She is 30. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
How old is he?
Trisha Paytas
He's in his 50s, I think. Oh, no. 50.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I guess better. But 45. 25 is okay. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
Whatever developed at least.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And at least his past two serious girlfriends were old. Like, they weren't young. So it's not like he has a leo. Not a DiCaprio pattern of.
Remi Cruz
Right, right, right. The 25 is so crazy. When I think about 25, it's like, oh, my God, that's so young. But, like. And I'm 36. I still think 25. So I always forget because, like. And again, it's like Tana's like 26, but I always forget she's, like, so young. And I'm like, wow. Because she's been around for so long. So when we do talk and do the podcast. But I forget how young she is. Like, it's crazy because it's like when she's talking about the engagement stuff, I was like, oh, yeah. Like, why are people pressuring it? She's so young. So, like, you're still so young at that age. But I mean, you know stuff at 26. But I guess it's just Hollywood. I need to just get over. Everyone's just dating everyone 20 years younger than them. So.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Even beyond, like, that age gap relationship or whatever. I was more thinking too, like, damn, like, they were engaged. They were in love. They were so public. And then just a couple months later, like their so moved on. And I'm like, I just can't. I mean obviously it may like I get how people move on and stuff, but it's just weird thinking about me. Like I couldn't imagine like being with someone for you know, five years and then like within a couple months being like posting someone new.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I could never either. I think about that too. I was like, oh my God, like you ever broke up. I'm like, that is crazy to even like think about dating someone else. But then also just like post someone else. All of a sudden you're like, well, where's Moses? Like, I don't know. It's so probably easier for me to move on. I think if you posted a girl a couple months after, I think people would be like, unfollow.
Moses Hacmon
You know me, I don't post anyone. Until you're married.
Trisha Paytas
There's a ring. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. It is weird. I think about that with my favorite couple was Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Because they were together for so long and he was always this like obsessed with her. He's like, I married the hottest chick. I married my, my high school crush. Like all this stuff like that. And then obviously it's been years, but he brought a new. He's like my lady at the Minecraft premiere. And I was like. And like obviously like you move on, it's fine. And probably she has too, like whatever. But it does make me. Yeah. When you know someone as somewhat someone, it's just like so sad. Who does it? There's a YouTube couple who still clickbaits. They're like, we love each other. Like God, who is it? Oh, they're so old. You probably don't even know. I mean they're probably my age, but they're like an OG couple. And they used to do pranks on each other.
Trisha Paytas
I know exactly who you are talking about. I think Jesse is one of them.
Remi Cruz
Jesse Jenny, maybe. And they used to do like they were beloved. They used to do these pranks and people were like, we love them and they still make content together. Like we're getting back together. Like we're not broken up. Like it's been literally 15 years I think since they broke up and they still make this content.
Trisha Paytas
Were they prank versus prank versus them? Yes.
Remi Cruz
And they used to get so like literally this is like 2006, 2007. Like they got so many views. People were like obsessed with them and like. Yeah. Then they broke up and no one cared about them anymore, like, truly not to be. Whatever. But they. They broke up and their whole brand fell apart. And then now I see they're, like, making vlogs together. I mean, they're probably fine. They're probably not vloggers anymore, but Jesse.
Trisha Paytas
And Gina, I believe, is how you pronounce her name.
Remi Cruz
Gina. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Wow. It is all coming back to me.
Remi Cruz
It's so. It's so crazy. And then they kind of, like, disappeared. Whatever. And like I said, they probably fine. They probably made a ton of money, whatever. They're probably. They don't need to vlog. But now they're kind of coming back, like, using each other in the thumbnails again.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I mean, they have to be my age or older, I would assume, because they were, like, engaged and stuff, like. Or maybe they weren't even engaged. I think they dated, like, a really long time. Were, like, never engaged.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And their whole YouTube career, they were, like, a couple.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Yeah. And so when they broke up, like, I mean, really, their whole brand fell apart, which is, like, crazy. They're the opposite of Jake and Tara, where it was like, they thrived after a breakup. And now it's like. Yeah, it's so interesting because you just know someone as together. And then the downfall of David Dobrik, I think when him and Liza broke up, I think he went, like, he went full on joker. He went full on just like, this is my villain origin story. Because, like, he was like, I met him when he was still with Liza. And then like, a couple months later, they did the breakup video, and he was, like, so happy and so just like, puppy dog, like, going over, she's making me frozen pizza. Like, just so whatever. And then, like, after that, he just started like, I hate every single female in this world. That's why I was like, maybe that was the villain origin story of David do. But it. It does suck. It does suck. She thrived, I guess. So it's always interesting to see after a breakup too. Like, who, like, not to say David didn't thrive. I guess he did.
Trisha Paytas
He made money. But yeah, it is. I'm trying to think of, like, a YouTube couple where, like, one has gone on to have so much success while the other one didn't.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, you see it on Tik Tok. Like, Chris. We just talked about him.
Remi Cruz
That is true. Poor. And Ian was probably more successful than Chris when they started because, like, a Broadway dancer and danced behind Ariana Grande and stuff. But. Right. They were a couple. I for. But you kind of forget about it. You're kind of like, damn, I kind of forgot about them. I did love them. We watched them in quarantine.
Moses Hacmon
That was. Yeah, that was their best. Oh, best of both of them.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Okay. Yeah, it is. It is interesting. Yeah. Who had more or. I always want to think too, like, after someone breaks up, like, is there someone who successfully had another relationship that everyone, like, championed?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah.
Remi Cruz
You know, even celebrities. I'm trying to think because it never really is. It's always like a Kim comparison. Like, okay, it's person. Because look at Justin and Selena. Like, no one can get over them.
Moses Hacmon
You know, where's the Ace family?
Trisha Paytas
I think they're another podcast.
Moses Hacmon
Do you ever hear about them?
Remi Cruz
No. They podcast out.
Trisha Paytas
I think the. Whatever their names are. The eight. Not the Aces. The guys.
Remi Cruz
The boys.
Trisha Paytas
The boys.
Remi Cruz
The God, what is.
Trisha Paytas
What is his name?
Remi Cruz
Austin McBroom.
Trisha Paytas
And the other one. And the brother. And the brother had a podcast. I remember when they started it because they said something weird and I was like, what is going on here?
Remi Cruz
They said something weird on the podcast.
Trisha Paytas
It was something off putting. And I remember being like, okay, what's going on here? But that's the last I heard.
Remi Cruz
I feel like they don't have a podcast anymore. I don't hear about it because I'm pretty, like, tuned in, tapped in.
Trisha Paytas
Also, everyone that we forget about is just like on Snap, making like a ton of money.
Remi Cruz
So that's the tea right there. Like, where did they go? Honestly, kudos to them. Yeah. If they're making money elsewhere.
Trisha Paytas
But did you see Tara Yummy. Do a tick tock collab with Kenzie Luby? Like Jake's girlfriend?
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I missed it. What was the tick tock?
Trisha Paytas
They did Girls so confusing. Which is like, what is that one? It's the, like, work it out on the remix. It's like that song. Which makes. It's very fitting. It makes sense. For what?
Remi Cruz
Were they fighting ever?
Trisha Paytas
Were they were beefing, I think because there was so much, like, fan speculation. Because, like, anytime Jake vlogs, it's always Tara that's featured instead of his girlfriend Kenzie. So there's always that rhetoric, which is like, if I was dating Jake and he was posting his ex girlfriend this much and they were hanging out and doing tart trips and blah, blah, blah, then it would not fly with me. So there's been that speculation.
Remi Cruz
I do feel we'll see separation. I mean, she probably did the tick tock to be like, no, we're cool, but it won't always be, like, there's just no way. There's no way you're gonna be besties with that person, you know, Even if they're, like, the nicest, sweetest. And they both are. I met both of them, and they both are, like, so nice. So sweet. They seem like girls. Girls, for sure. But also, like, it just won't. I don't know. But it's good for it. It can be good for a TikTok. It can be good for social media. Like, okay, look, we're cool together. But, God, remember that podcast? I don't even remember the name. It doesn't even matter. But it was one that Tara was on, and then they had the ex come on.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yes, yes. Dropout.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Not to be shady, but even, like, what even happened to that? You know, it's like after that, it kind of was like, oh, like, she remembers she was being quiet, and then the girl was being. And then people were like, oh, I feel bad for Tara. And I don't even know what was happening in that. I just. I know we talked about. I. I remember. Don't. Don't get it twisted. I do remember the whole. The guy.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Remi Cruz
But I'm just saying that the dynamics.
Trisha Paytas
Between Tara and Indiana, right.
Remi Cruz
So everyone kind of. They're trying to be like, we're cool, we're cool. But it, like, never came across that way. And then it kind of. Everyone started looking into everything more, and we're just like, yeah. So anyways, I hope they're all. Well.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, same too. Yeah. And it also makes sense, I guess, why Jake hasn't really posted Kenzie that much, because he was. He was even on here before, I think, dating Kenzie, and he was like, next time I have a relationship, like, I will not be, like, as public about it. Because he just, like, he said it put too much weird, like, pressure and, like, too many people. Like, you know, I had met her.
Remi Cruz
Day one, that I met Jake. The first time I met Jake, she was at the house, because I remember she was there, and I was like, oh, she's, like, so pretty. Or like, whatever. But, yeah, he. He kind of told me, but then didn't it. Because I think he probably thought I had a big mouth. But then he told me that he was kind of like, yes. No, like, I don't talk about it, whatever. And I was like, okay, so I think they've been dating, like, quite a while.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, okay, that makes sense, I think. Yeah. And she is so pretty. She, like, I literally. We're oomphies mean.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I think we are too. On Tick Tock. Or Instagram.
Trisha Paytas
Instagram, Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I don't know if I follow her on Instagram. She was so nice.
Trisha Paytas
She's gorge. She seems really, really cool.
Remi Cruz
And whenever pretty girl, like, likes me, I'm always just like, so I get so insecure right away. I mean, now I'm, like, old, so, like, whatever. But I mean, I still like a little bit of me in, like, high school, I was like, oh, my gosh, pretty girls talking to me. I'm a little nervous, you know, I get a little shy.
Trisha Paytas
But I like, when I followed her, I literally couldn't even help it. I. Something takes over me and, like, I get full, like, unfiltered.
Remi Cruz
Ah.
Trisha Paytas
Triggered ironic. Okay. But I was like, damn. Like, I don't understand. If I looked like you, I would be ruining men's lives. Like, you are the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She was so sweet about it.
Remi Cruz
You wrote it to her?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. As if I was like, what was.
Remi Cruz
How did you start that? How was the preface?
Trisha Paytas
I think I was just, like, liking her. Like, her photos kept coming up. Like, you know, when you just follow someone, then they show up a lot in the algorithm, and I was just liking everyone that came up and being like, damn, I don't know how she could possibly, like, look like this.
Remi Cruz
You commented on it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. There's one where I was just like, I can't. Like, how are you even a real human being?
Remi Cruz
Yeah, that's good. You should let people know that when you feel that way.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And it's very, like, unthreatening. Jake has nothing to worry about, obviously.
Remi Cruz
No, but it feels so good because I feel like, like, you know, I don't know how it feels to be a pretty girl, but I'm sure they get insecure, too.
Trisha Paytas
You know what it feels like to be a pretty girl?
Remi Cruz
No, not like that. Not like, because, what was it? Madison Beer who was like, it's a curse to be so hot. Like, I feel like that I can never relate to, but I'm like, I feel like some of those, like, hot girls probably feel bad about themselves.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, hot girls have problems too, as. As we've learned, different kind of problems.
Remi Cruz
I forgot about that song.
Trisha Paytas
Where did that come from again? What do I. Yeah, because we have problems, too.
Remi Cruz
Except we're just like you. Except we're hot.
Trisha Paytas
Where does that come from?
Remi Cruz
Probably that song, I'm sure.
Trisha Paytas
Where's the origin of the song?
Remi Cruz
YouTube, I think. I think it was just like, girls on YouTube because I think I did a hot girl problems video a long time ago.
Trisha Paytas
You are so right.
Remi Cruz
Is it 2011 or something?
Trisha Paytas
Double take 2012. Wow.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I remember that was the Eric, because I think I did a video trying to be that I just copied Edna trend.
Trisha Paytas
That was. That is so coming along funny.
Remi Cruz
Hot girls.
Trisha Paytas
We have problems too.
Remi Cruz
Just like you. Except we're hot. Is this new? Was I supposed to show this? I forgot to show this.
Trisha Paytas
You showed it last episode.
Moses Hacmon
No, this is. I just opened the other suitcase and there were more things.
Remi Cruz
More crocheting. I love everyone.
Moses Hacmon
This one looks really pretty. And there's one shirt.
Remi Cruz
Oh, yeah. Show that shirt over there.
Trisha Paytas
Wow.
Moses Hacmon
Somebody commented on the shirt. I was like, kidding. See a shirt?
Remi Cruz
Oh, yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Moving the microphone.
Remi Cruz
Love it.
Trisha Paytas
Wow.
Moses Hacmon
It's like airbrush.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, that was cool. Ooh, it looks big too. I'm going to wear that on the next one. I remember they held it up in the crowd. I saw it. I was like, bring that up here.
Trisha Paytas
How cute.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, that's really cute. Damn. How did they do that? Oh, my God. I Love that. Okay. Blonde S ondel4mj. Cute. Who's it from?
Moses Hacmon
It's smacked 222. Yeah, because the person is like, smack, Sarah. Sarah, smack.
Remi Cruz
Sarah, smack.
Moses Hacmon
But on Instagram, it's smacked 222.
Remi Cruz
Love it. Thank you for that. People are talented. So many talented people. I can't even. Do you want to give a shout out to your shirt? Your Amazon shirt today?
Moses Hacmon
I was. I was working hard to finding. Trying to figure out the joke about my shirt, but I couldn't just now.
Remi Cruz
You're working harder.
Trisha Paytas
Earlier.
Moses Hacmon
Earlier, like, he would ask me and I'd be like, oh, it's from the rainforest or something. Like, okay, okay.
Remi Cruz
Well, you didn't use it, so I guess that's good you said. No, not that joke. The rainforest. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
The Amazon.
Remi Cruz
It's giving White Lotus again. I love it.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I mean, they're all. I think it's all the same, but this is a dead dragon, so that's Elvis. You're. You're the dragon.
Remi Cruz
Love it.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I think you look great. You look like Walton Goggins.
Moses Hacmon
Oh, next time. Next time I'll wear the.
Trisha Paytas
The goggles.
Remi Cruz
We have them upstairs. Malibu Worm. Everyone loves those goggles. Smash.
Trisha Paytas
Well, speaking of hot girls who like you, though, I had to give a shout out to Cat's Eye because their promo campaign for the new song is all about mukbanging. And I feel like a mukbang collab Needs to happen between you.
Remi Cruz
And I knew something was happening. I got a bunch of tweets being like, post the cat's eye photo. They finally showed their hair.
Trisha Paytas
They finally debuted.
Remi Cruz
I loved mine. I didn't want to post it, but I was like, oh, I don't know if I need to get approval because there's like. Like, we took so many photos. There's probably like 20 photos of us on the thing and. But like, sometimes one's eyes closed. Sometimes, you know, and I was trying to look at everyone's face, make sure everyone looks good, and I'm like, I don't know if I'm, like, supposed to get approval of these. They all looked fierce. They looked so good, but I just didn't know. Oh, my God. So what is the song called?
Trisha Paytas
It's called Gnarly.
Remi Cruz
And what does the mukbang promo have to do with it?
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of food themed. The music video, like, there's a lot of eating scenes randomly. It's very fierce. The music video is very fierce. The song is a little controversial because the lyrics are very, like, campy. So. So some people don't like the lyrics.
Remi Cruz
What's the controversial lyric?
Trisha Paytas
This one I will say, like, maybe we do an edit, but it's like, really? Oh, even you meme. First they have the beginning is Boba tea. Gnarly Tesla. Gnarly fried chicken. Gnarly.
Remi Cruz
Gnarly is good or bad?
Trisha Paytas
Good. It's like compliments.
Remi Cruz
Someone smell gnarly. They smell bad.
Trisha Paytas
It's like sickening. It's like, you know.
Remi Cruz
Oh, they said Tesla.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, yeah, yeah. There is a version where they say robotics instead of Tesla, so I think we gotta run with that one. That's the clean version.
Remi Cruz
You know what? We took out a Tesla joke in the Broadway show, too. There was something like, what's next? A gay Tesla robot? And then how about we just say gay robot.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, okay. Very cats on. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
They should probably eliminate the Tesla.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yes, yes, yes.
Remi Cruz
Contact them and tell them, well, your.
Trisha Paytas
Oomphie is with Minon.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I feel like not my place. You're like a producer. You're coming from the journalistic standpoint for me to say something's problematic. Actually, I wouldn't say that if I were you. That's crazy. Maybe they're getting sponsored.
Trisha Paytas
I don't think they are. I think that because they didn't write the song or anything, the song was like, you know, given to them.
Remi Cruz
But that is a weird shout out, though.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So I think maybe Just edit that line. But they look so good in the music video. I think that's where you probably saw them because they filmed that whole thing and, like, it was like a studio kind of thing. So, yeah, you probably saw them when they were working on that. But they look so good.
Remi Cruz
So the hair is revealed.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, hair is revealed. The looks are revealed. They don't look too dramatically different. I don't know why, because it sounds like, oh, my God. They must have completely different. Like, Megan.
Remi Cruz
No reveal.
Trisha Paytas
Megan had orange, like, vitamin C kind of hair before, and now it's, like, darker.
Remi Cruz
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
But other than that, they all kind of look not too drastically different.
Remi Cruz
But they were adamant about it, so I was like, don't worry, girls. But I think I can post it now because I was able to take the photo. So I'm sure. Yeah, I'm sure I can post it today.
Moses Hacmon
What I saw about it was this. And Jimmy edit down, if needed, this.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
But people are comparing it to this.
Trisha Paytas
The Cody Ko. What? People are comparing gnarly to the Cody Ko spoof song.
Remi Cruz
What was he spoofing?
Trisha Paytas
What was he spoofing? What was that song? That's the first time I heard it.
Remi Cruz
Jump Scare, though.
Trisha Paytas
Always Trigger, war, trigger.
Remi Cruz
Warning, please warn us.
Moses Hacmon
That's how I learned about the new song.
Remi Cruz
That's scary. Oh, my gosh.
Trisha Paytas
What was that song? Knock it off. Cody Ko featuring Noel Miller.
Remi Cruz
You know, he thought he ate, so he's probably. We're so funny. We're so.
Trisha Paytas
Honestly. Yeah. And then.
Remi Cruz
I'm sorry, dislikes.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. Sorry, Moses.
Remi Cruz
Okay. I dislike.
Trisha Paytas
Do we hate serial killers or No? I was thinking with Joe Goldberg, I was like, do we hate?
Moses Hacmon
No, because it's always the same when you say that, you know, they always find the most extreme personality there is.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Like, you have to hate him. I'm like, Like, I don't hate anyone. It's not. He's a hateful person.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. So.
Moses Hacmon
You know what I mean? Like, yeah, he's a hateful person. I'm gonna take him to court, put him in jail forever. But I'm not gonna be a hateful person.
Trisha Paytas
The high. You take the high road. I do. I'm just.
Moses Hacmon
Why do I need to be a hateful person?
Trisha Paytas
I. I honestly, I kind of see, you know, the. I see. I know from, like, going to Catholic school and, like, you know, religion classes, you know, that is kind of the. The lesson. I see it. But in practice, I'm like, I can't. I really. I don't know if I Can do it. You know, that's what I'm saying.
Remi Cruz
I don't want to get back in this cycle, this vortex we got into last time. But you can, like, you can hate somebody, and it doesn't mean you hate everybody. Just because I hate this one person doesn't mean I hate my daughter. Like, that's the craziest thing ever.
Moses Hacmon
My reaction the first time I heard it was extreme, too. And then it takes time until you.
Remi Cruz
It's not extreme. It's just.
Moses Hacmon
No, it is. It is extreme because nobody wants to think of them as hateful person.
Remi Cruz
Well, I'm not hateful person. Just hate some people. I'm good.
Trisha Paytas
Other times.
Remi Cruz
That should be good. Like those shows, like, Blackish. There was another one, too.
Trisha Paytas
Youngish Grownish.
Remi Cruz
Grownish Grownish. Yes. I could be hateish.
Trisha Paytas
That is so funny.
Remi Cruz
Starring Trish. I love it. Other hot girls that like me. Did you see Kichi Cinderella Tweed in me?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. I was so excited.
Remi Cruz
Does she actually make cakes?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, she's a really good baker. Like, she bakes, makes beautiful cakes and cupcakes. She literally, like, bought. I think it was like, a restaurant or something like, that was no longer in use. Like, she bought it so she could film, like, her cooking and baking stuff there. And she has, like, baking series that she does on Twitch. Yeah, she's really, really good. Like, I don't know what the flavors are, but, like, they're really fondant.
Remi Cruz
Like, the three layers.
Trisha Paytas
She has, like, fondant stuff. I think she just made cupcakes that were, like, all flowers and, like, roses and stuff.
Moses Hacmon
So is she an artist? Like, she's doing all the decorations.
Remi Cruz
That's what was so crazy. She's like, oh, does Elvis need a cake for her birthday? I was like, yeah, like. And I was like, actually, yeah. Do you do this? That's so random because, like, it's so random because, like, an influencer. Like, that'd be like, if I worked on cars or something part time. Like, oh, do you want me to, like, fix your car for you?
Moses Hacmon
Well, you do.
Remi Cruz
I don't know. Huh.
Moses Hacmon
There are that, though, because you do.
Remi Cruz
Oh. Or church talks. Okay. Yes, I did fix cars in that one. But it'd be weird to, like, hire me to, like, fix your car because it's like, Well, I also do social media, but, I mean, if that's what she does, I will for sure.
Trisha Paytas
I know. Props to her because she is very busy. She's always doing something.
Remi Cruz
You were telling me she has, like, three podcasts and stuff. And I was, yeah, okay.
Trisha Paytas
Love that she's taking on baking stuff too.
Remi Cruz
I'd be so excited. Yes. We need to lilo and stitch cake.
Trisha Paytas
I'm excited to see what she comes up with. I really. I can't imagine.
Remi Cruz
Okay, I'm gonna DM her back.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, you have to.
Remi Cruz
I never get DMS on Twitter. If it is, it's you or Moses. Those are the only two people at dm.
Trisha Paytas
Me, I never see a Twitter DM either, so.
Remi Cruz
Well, I see them. I just never get them. I get, like. So if I see one, you know, the little one pops up in the box. I'm like, oh, who was DMing me on Twitter? And so it was QT. Cinderella.
Trisha Paytas
Love. That's mage. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
A lot of you. The connections just keep connecting. Love, love, qt.
Trisha Paytas
Have you seen this new debate that keeps going viral? I feel like you probably have missed it, but there's this whole thing about how many men would it take to be a gorilla? Have you seen. Moses has seen that?
Remi Cruz
To be a gorilla.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. To fight a gorilla and win.
Remi Cruz
No.
Moses Hacmon
Do you even care?
Remi Cruz
No, but I saw a T shirt recently as someone's like, I'm not a gorilla gorilla, but I beat off 100 men a day or something. Did you see that one? Okay, that sounds like. What is this shirt? I'm seeing it pop up.
Trisha Paytas
That's. I'm really contemplating that shirt. Okay. I'm trying to, like, visualize I'm at.
Remi Cruz
A gorilla, but I beat off men. Something like that.
Trisha Paytas
The first one you said more. I don't know what it was. There's something I don't. I. Okay, work.
Remi Cruz
Anyway, so what's this one? Who asked the question? And why do people want to know?
Trisha Paytas
Well, I think I saw it become bigger when Mr. Beast also, like, chimed in, and he kind of wants to put 100 men. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Off a gorilla. How many men does it take?
Moses Hacmon
Like, I saw an AI image that was, like, a big gorilla and surrounded by 100 men.
Remi Cruz
Oh, so it's 100 men, is the answer.
Moses Hacmon
No, they, like. Do you think it's possible that 100 men can actually overtake a gorilla, you know, with their bare hands?
Remi Cruz
How much are gorillas? What girl are we talking about? We're talking about, like, King Kong. Like, are they that big?
Trisha Paytas
Or, like, the one that you.
Remi Cruz
At the zoo?
Trisha Paytas
Y real.
Remi Cruz
I think 100 people could probably take a girl.
Trisha Paytas
I think 100. Yeah. I do. I think that a gorilla would take some of them out, but. Yeah, right. Because there's no way. But 100 is just unfair, though. Like 100 versus one gorilla.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, no, that's not.
Moses Hacmon
But they're. I mean, they're insanely strong.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Like, it's not. I. I don't think they can. Without tools. Without any tools. Any. Just bare hands hold them down? No.
Remi Cruz
How much do grills weigh?
Moses Hacmon
Because the reality is like 100 men. You can't fit 100 men. You know what I mean? Only maybe 10 at a time can actually be touching the gorilla.
Remi Cruz
No, but you could, like, hold them back or support them or they can.
Trisha Paytas
Weigh up to £450.
Remi Cruz
Oh, 100 men could easily take 450 pound gorilla.
Moses Hacmon
They're all muscle. I mean, they can literally rip you apart.
Remi Cruz
Really? They've ripped humans apart before. Is that real or is that probably.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they for sure.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, smaller chimpanzees have done that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
God.
Moses Hacmon
I don't think 100 men with bare hands, no tools can do that.
Remi Cruz
Where do they live, the gorillas? Jungles, but somewhere in zoos, huh?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, definitely.
Remi Cruz
I mean, aren't they scared to, like, go into there and feed them? Like, I'd be scared. Do you know what I mean?
Moses Hacmon
They take. I mean, they do it through, you know, let's say, like, kind of like Joe Goldberg. They're like a door. They put the food, they close the door.
Remi Cruz
How do they get them in there? Like Joe Goldberg? Do they drug them or what?
Trisha Paytas
I think so, yeah. There. I saw a video. Did you see this A while ago, where there was one, like, zookeeper who got trapped inside with them. And it was like a whole, like, thing with like the zookeepers having. From like the other side of the wall. Having to, like, distract the gorilla. Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
Person can get out.
Remi Cruz
Oh. Because they're not. They're never in there with them.
Moses Hacmon
No.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they are aggressive.
Remi Cruz
So that should be like red flag number one to not have a gorilla at a zoo. Like, what the hell? Even the killer whales, they're like up there and swimming with them and stuff like that. But if you can't even be in there with them. So they literally, like drug. Allegedly, I guess they drug up.
Moses Hacmon
They will tranquilize them. They'll be sleeping, basically. They put them in a cont, Take the container to the zoo.
Remi Cruz
And where are they tranquilizing them?
Moses Hacmon
Out in nature. Like, they'll capture them, but usually when they're small, like a baby.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God.
Moses Hacmon
No, it's awful. Everything about it is.
Trisha Paytas
I think a lot of them are probably bred in captivity now, I would hope at least, but.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. Honestly, Rip Those humans apart, I would too. Could you imagine? It is kind of nature versus nurture. It's like Henry from Joel Goldberg. It's like if that's how you're brought up in this, like, glass box. Box in this cage, like, it's like the twin who turned evil. It's like all of a sudden the monkey's gonna turn evil because they, like, evil thrusted upon them. You know what I mean? That's so sad.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So I don't know. I don't know. Mr. Beast joked that he wants to do 100 men versus a gorilla.
Remi Cruz
Mr. Beast, how you gonna get the gorilla in there? Are you gonna also tranquilize the gorilla? Like, what the hell?
Moses Hacmon
How can he do that without hurting people?
Remi Cruz
I'm more concerned about that and also the fact that he'd even want to try anything like that. Like, just keep the gorillas in the jungle. We don't need men fighting them. Someone's gonna. People are gonna die. And that sucks. But it's like, let's not do this. It's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
A wildlife expert and primate specialist also weighed in and said that he does think that a hundred guys could beat a gorilla, but that if it was hand to hand combat, but there would definitely be some casualties in this hypothetical battle, which honestly makes sense. It was one guy on Twitter and then it got viral. Yeah. So it wasn't like a scientist or anything.
Remi Cruz
This is like a big debate people were having.
Trisha Paytas
It became a big debate because this one tweet got so viral. So people were.
Remi Cruz
What are people saying?
Trisha Paytas
Some people didn't know if it could just be a hundred or if it would take more than that. But yeah, a wildlife expert has weighed in and to say that 100 men probably could, but it would take a good chunk of them out. Like a couple casualties would definitely be happening. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
We should be doing save the gorillas. How come no one ever does that? There's like, save the whale, save this, and no one ever talks about the gorillas.
Trisha Paytas
Tea.
Moses Hacmon
There wasn't a big movement with Humber. What was his name? The gorilla.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah. Oh, my God. Oh, my God.
Remi Cruz
Harambe.
Moses Hacmon
Yes.
Trisha Paytas
Good job.
Remi Cruz
Remember, people were like, out for Harambe. Do you remember that? And I was like, what happened there?
Trisha Paytas
What? Why am I forgetting the Harambe lore?
Moses Hacmon
I think. Did a kid make its way into the capture and then they had to shoot? They shot the gorilla.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, you're right.
Moses Hacmon
And the gorilla wasn't even hurting the kid, I think. And they're like, he didn't have to die.
Trisha Paytas
A three year old boy visiting the zoo climbed under a fence where he was grabbed and dragged by Harambe. Fearing for the boy's life, a zoo worker shot and killed Harambe.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. That whole situation's awful.
Trisha Paytas
How did that become out for Haram?
Remi Cruz
I don't know. Google that.
Trisha Paytas
Well, this is.
Moses Hacmon
This is kind of like, you know, Connie, Connie. Like it was in that era where things became a big meme. It was kind of the only meme and everyone took it to every possible direction.
Remi Cruz
That's actually sad. That whole story is kind of sad. You saved a child from going under. They climbed under a fence to the elephants. Moses saved a small child.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God.
Moses Hacmon
In the zoo. It was. It was insane. It was like this weird situation where this kid and this kid was like determined to get to the elephant. And I think it was a girl.
Remi Cruz
Was it a girl?
Moses Hacmon
And she was like, under the fence and I managed to just grab her shoe, like the end of her shoe under the fence before she made it an escape for it. And I was just like, what the hell is going on here right now? Where are the parents? And her leg almost got out of the shoe. And luckily, I think then the parents showed up and we pulled the kid out.
Remi Cruz
It's so crazy. Yeah, crazy. That's crazy. I was like, nervous because I was like. I also was like, I don't know, like, what do you do in that situation? Right. Because it's also like someone else's kid. I'm like, what if you just like, I guess you have to save them.
Trisha Paytas
I'm gonna have to. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Like, what are the parents like, don't yank my kid's leg.
Moses Hacmon
It was already inside.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
It wasn't even like, she's looking at the fence. I'm like, don't do that. Yeah, she was like, like inside.
Remi Cruz
We sat from across. We were kind of a crossway and Moses ran really fast.
Moses Hacmon
Like, I ran and. And because I don't even know how I noticed it happening, but ran. And I mean, if in that case with a gorilla, that would have saved that life, you know, that's true.
Remi Cruz
That's true. I guess you have to.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. At least elephants are a little bit less.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. They're very humane.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Yeah. I'm like, I'm trying to remember the specific context of this tweet, but God, my mind consumes way too much like, like media and that. Like, I don't know where the origins are, but I saw this one video and it was like an elephant foot hovering over like a Human's barefoot. And it was. The point was like, look how, like, aware and smart elephants are. But then there was. Oh, my God. In hundreds and hundreds of years ago, because the photo was black and white and, like, bad quality. So I'm assuming it was a while ago they had a. They hanged an elephant that, like, like, pursued and killed someone. And they were like, well, that elephant just knew that she was evil. That's why that. That it killed her.
Remi Cruz
But they hanged them.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they hang them with like, a crane or something. This elephant was like, yeah, hanged.
Remi Cruz
Why? Why?
Trisha Paytas
Because it killed pursuit.
Remi Cruz
Why did they take that route? True of all the ways or what? Like, that's so weird message. Oh, my God, is that real? Was that a real photo?
Moses Hacmon
Elephants are amazing. Like, they'll. They can paint, you know, and they. And they recognize, you know, people. And it's true. There was one person that. That abused elephants in a circus, and one of them retaliated against that one person. And if somebody dies, they'll. They'll walk a thousand miles. They know, and they'll walk a thousand miles to, like, almost like, attend a funeral.
Remi Cruz
And oh, my gosh.
Moses Hacmon
And the way they protect their babies. I mean, they're amazing.
Trisha Paytas
So this. It is real, this elephant? Her name was Mary. RIP Mary. They named her Murderous Mary, which seems very. That seems very uncalled for. She stepped on her trainer's head because that trainer. Yeah. Was hurting her and was unqualified.
Remi Cruz
Well, period.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Like an abusive trainer. She was like, I'm gonna take you out.
Trisha Paytas
And then. Then they freaking hanged her from a crane. That is so sad and so dramatic. You also don't need to be doing all that.
Remi Cruz
That's what I'm saying. That is so odd and so weird. I always think too, like, how do you, when you come to Earth, get chosen to be a gorilla or a human? Do you know what I mean? Like, they're souls. They're smart. Like you said, they brains. It's like, okay, so what stopped you from being a gorilla versus a human?
Trisha Paytas
I guess just fate. I guess just fate. I don't know if there's a scientific explanation for that.
Remi Cruz
Do you ever think about that? Or, like, why. Why is that being a gorilla? Like, why did that soul and brain go to the gorilla?
Trisha Paytas
I think it's just fate.
Remi Cruz
So weird.
Trisha Paytas
Maybe we. Another question for the vet. Whenever the hot vet comes. Yeah. I would love for you to ask the.
Moses Hacmon
Think it's more in Buddhism. In Buddhism, like, they say there's levels. You know, you start from the, like, you'll be a worm and then you'll be like you. It's almost like the evolutionary.
Remi Cruz
The gorilla seems above us. If they're so strong. Could be.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. I mean, being a dolphin is probably an incredible experience. Or a whale or.
Remi Cruz
That's so interesting. And it's like. Do you believe in reincarnation? Do we come back as different beings, different creatures?
Moses Hacmon
Absolutely.
Remi Cruz
The worst would be an ant.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
You're just every day fearing for your life.
Trisha Paytas
Unless you're the queen ant.
Remi Cruz
What happens then?
Trisha Paytas
Then everyone kind of like is the one that brings you the crumbs and stuff so you don't have to really risk your life or whatever just having babies all day. Oh, yeah, you could do that.
Remi Cruz
I love it. That'd be a queen ant all day long. Bring me those crumbs. Bring me the babies. I love it. Remember there was a. Wasn't there Ants World or something at Disneyland where there was giant ants?
Trisha Paytas
A Bug's Life World.
Remi Cruz
Oh, yeah. What happened to that?
Trisha Paytas
They turned it into the Marvel Avengers stuff.
Remi Cruz
That's what they replaced it with. I hate it. It was such a. Such a cute land. It was like these giant ants on top of your, like, leaves and it was so cute. Ah, I hate that so much. As much I love those giant chicken sandwiches. I still do not.
Trisha Paytas
Damn. I do love those. Oh, yeah.
Remi Cruz
I guess the cafe is Ant Man.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Oh, damn.
Trisha Paytas
I do like that giant chicken sandwich, though.
Remi Cruz
That sounds so good, right?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Oh, maybe we could do a cooking video where we try to make that giant chicken sandwich. It has to be kind of easy.
Remi Cruz
You have to find a really giant piece of chicken because all the chicken fillets are so small. They're like this big.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
How do they get a giant. Giant chicken. That's.
Trisha Paytas
They must just. It's pretty thin, so they must pound it. They pound that thing.
Remi Cruz
Well, we pound it too. And it would never get it that big because Moses makes pretty good schnitzel. Like, he could make that, but it just wouldn't be that big because I.
Trisha Paytas
Would love to interview a Disneyland chef. Do you think they do interviews?
Remi Cruz
I don't think they let them.
Trisha Paytas
I know. I feel like it's under locking secret.
Remi Cruz
Recipes gatekeep all day long.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I also have a weird craving of going to Universal, which sounds crazy, but they're doing my fan nights right now.
Trisha Paytas
I saw a commercial for that. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Where did you see a commercial? On tv.
Trisha Paytas
No, randomly. This lore is kind of insane, but one influencer who was in one of the Joey Graceffa are they gay or straight, Whatever. One of those videos. He's like a fitness model or something. Anyway, but he was cast in the commercial for Fan Fest and they made him be one of the Vikings from How to train your dragon. And that's how I saw.
Remi Cruz
Saw the commercial, and he wasn't even, like, in the park working. He was just like, just.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, just a model.
Remi Cruz
Did it make you want to go to it?
Trisha Paytas
I didn't. They didn't show what it was. They just showed him walking around in this Viking hat. And I hadn't seen how to train your dragon at that point when I saw the commercial.
Remi Cruz
So when was this?
Trisha Paytas
Two weeks ago. I saw how to train your dragon last week.
Remi Cruz
That was fast. Damn. You're like. After you saw that, you're like, I need to go watch this movie.
Trisha Paytas
It was Darian's idea.
Remi Cruz
Oh, was that his birthday?
Trisha Paytas
Yes, actually, that was his birthday movie.
Remi Cruz
What'd you guys eat? Maggiano's closing soon.
Trisha Paytas
I know.
Remi Cruz
Save Maggiano's.
Trisha Paytas
So save the whales, save the divas, Save Maggianos.
Remi Cruz
Save the clock tower at Fan Fest because they have characters like that are dressed up as, like, Doc Brown and, like, Crispin Glover and they, like, reenact, like, the scenes from Back to the Future. So you go to the back lot and obviously that's where they shot Back to the Future. So it's all decorated as if it's Back to the Future. Like, you're in the movie and they have actors coming around. Like, even before you go to the backlot, there's a woman being like, the clock tower. Like, save the clock tower. You know, whatever. So it's like an immersive experience. I want to go so bad.
Trisha Paytas
Wow, that is so fun.
Remi Cruz
I love a good cosplay, like, when actors are, like, interacting with you. I love. I hate interacting with those people, but I love seeing it happen.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
It feels like you're a part of the movie. I feel like you should go because that's, like, a thing. I want to go. I just feel like there's. I never have time and I can't. But I wish.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I would be down to go. I don't. I am not allowed to have that kind of roller coaster activity right now, though, for seven more weeks. But. Yeah. But hopefully, if it's still. If it's still going on.
Remi Cruz
No, I think it's done.
Trisha Paytas
We never even went for Universal for the Wicked food, the Wicked Cafe.
Remi Cruz
We meant to go over Christmas break. What happened?
Trisha Paytas
I think we just got busy.
Remi Cruz
I know. Next Time. We have to make that a priority.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. For Wicked. For good. We will be there.
Remi Cruz
When does it come out?
Trisha Paytas
I don't think they even released the trailer officially yet, but I would assume November again. I'm assuming.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. We have to make sure we're really on it this time.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. We should honestly get the invite from Universal. They invite all these freaking people for their little, like, random, like, theme park excursions and activations. I'm like, come on now.
Remi Cruz
Like, you know, I love activations. Where did that come up from? Where did that concept come from? I love the idea of people just, like, setting up fun things for people to try to promote. We had. I guess I can say. I don't know if I can say it. Maybe I can't. I don't know. It's probably fine. It came to me unsolicited in an email, so I probably can say it.
Trisha Paytas
Right.
Moses Hacmon
Okay.
Remi Cruz
They. Speaking of activation, there's a new Megan movie coming out.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, yeah.
Remi Cruz
You know, it's like a doll. A doll or something. You've seen it.
Trisha Paytas
The gays love Megan. Trisha, you should probably interview the doll or something, because she's everything.
Remi Cruz
Well, that's what it was. They were trying to have me interview Megan, and they were like, but we need to know if you want to ask her, like, certain questions ahead of time so we can, like, program her. And I was just like, what does that mean? Like, I was like, Emelia. I was like, no, that's weird. But also, she possessed a little possessed doll in my house.
Trisha Paytas
No, she is. Is a diva. Megan is a diva. Gays love Megan. She dances. She loves pop music. She loves chapel roan, weirdly, but okay. She's so fierce. And Megan. Yeah, Megan choose. Coming out pretty soon. And it's like, even gayer than the first one. Full gay. She's full diva. She's like superhero diva. She became, like, the anti hero. She was a villain in the first Megan, but now she is saving the day. She's fierce. She's going up against another femme fatale evil girl robot lot. And there's good music. There's good dances.
Remi Cruz
Oh, you love Megan.
Trisha Paytas
Gays love Megan.
Remi Cruz
How do I not know this?
Trisha Paytas
They even. They made Megan, too bigger and gayer. Like, literally on purpose. There's a gay scene. There's like, a scene where, like, there's a Megan Stan that, like, wants to free Megan because she was incarcerated and Megan won. Whatever. And they go, megan is a mother. Like, and it's like this gay guy being like, no, she's so fierce.
Remi Cruz
She's so.
Trisha Paytas
She is a mother. And I'm like, you should have been that role.
Remi Cruz
That was believable.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, say yes to interview Megan. If Oscar can be in Megan 3.
Remi Cruz
Megan 3.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Well, that's what I was thinking. I was like, this seems like a paid advertisement or something. Like they have like the Megan doll here. I'd be like, when are we giving.
Trisha Paytas
A whole paid promo?
Remi Cruz
Unpaid promo, but it would be promo. And then they're like, what? And the other option was like, if you don't want the Megan doll. They're like, we have like IRL Megans that show up. Like a group of Megans that would show up. And I'm like, well, what does that mean?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, they are just, just actors that they. They have them at Universal. They have like little Megans and they dance and run around with knives.
Remi Cruz
They could do a little tick tock with you or something.
Trisha Paytas
The Megans are fierce. I think you. You need that doll. It would be everything that's not scary. Protect the dolls and protect Megan as well.
Remi Cruz
I can't wear this without protecting all the dolls.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, all dolls.
Remi Cruz
All right, well, maybe I'll think about it. And it came from the at, you know, the right hat and stuff like that. Because you always are like, is this real?
Trisha Paytas
And then you're like, okay, that is so fierce.
Remi Cruz
Okay, make an interview. Coming soon.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, Honestly, T, I know the gays in the comments are going to be all about it because love Megan, but.
Remi Cruz
If she's possessed, we are not possessed.
Trisha Paytas
She's technology. She's just like. Yeah, she's like AI.
Remi Cruz
So why is she evil?
Trisha Paytas
Because her programming. Spoiler alert for Megan1. But her programming, like, was to protect Katie, this, like, little girl. Like, protect her at all costs. So anyone who likes, like, remotely threatens her or like, is just mean to her. She's like programmed to the extreme to like, you know, take them out to protect her. Okay, so she's not like possessed. No, no. Devil.
Remi Cruz
It's just like, yeah, done and done.
Trisha Paytas
She's technology. Yeah, good. I'm glad we clear that up, cuz that's. That's is big.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I know. I was here. I was judging. I was like, I don't want a little possessed dolly.
Trisha Paytas
I think you're thinking of Annabelle. No relation to Annabelle. She is possessed. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Okay. And Chucky.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. There's no possession here. It's just technology, Megan. Even trolls, Chucky, she's like, I'm more iconic than you'll ever be, Chucky.
Remi Cruz
Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She's on Twitter. She's on Twitter being messy. That's why I love Megan. That's why everyone loves Megan. She's cute. She has wigs, and, like, the girl who played the doll is, like, a dancer. So, like, she. Everyone was impressed because the choreography was so good. And.
Remi Cruz
Oh, it's a person that plays her.
Trisha Paytas
There's, like, a girl, and I guess they. I think they have her in a mask or something, or they animate her. Megan's like, the doll's face over her, but it's like. Like, her doing the body and, like, all the movements, and then they put, like, the robot's face over her.
Remi Cruz
Do you think Deadpool stole those nachos? I think Deadpool was first with the dancing.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, actually, you're right. Bye. Bye. Bye. Was after Megan.
Remi Cruz
Maybe they're like, oh, we're gonna also make this character dance.
Trisha Paytas
Honestly. Yeah. Because the dance sequence from Megan is what, like, really made it become a thing.
Remi Cruz
Is it scary?
Trisha Paytas
It's PG13. They. There's no, like, gore or anything. It's more like, like, campy and not a lot of, like. Like, any of the kills are, like, off screen and, like, implied. It's not, like, in your face.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, all right, maybe I love it.
Trisha Paytas
Shout out.
Remi Cruz
You see the doll?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I'm looking at now. I know what you mean. Like, what little scary your fears were.
Remi Cruz
Thank you. It's scary a little bit, but I guess she's a diva. The gays love, then we love. Take it into consideration.
Trisha Paytas
Gays. We got to demand it.
Remi Cruz
We got to get guest appearance for just Trish. I was like, oh, my God, who is this?
Trisha Paytas
From Universal? I was like, who could it be?
Remi Cruz
No, that's exactly it. Because I was literally immediately thinking, wicked start.
Moses Hacmon
You know, he starts with them and then move to the real people. And then that's true.
Remi Cruz
We'll start with the doll.
Trisha Paytas
You'll be in. Yeah, you'll be in.
Remi Cruz
I'll email back.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, please do.
Remi Cruz
I wouldn't delete it. Usually I see it, and I'm like, oh, okay.
Trisha Paytas
Have you seen this tiktoker controversy about. She's a wellness tiktoker. Janelle Rohner. You know her?
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. My mom is obsessed with this story.
Trisha Paytas
This does give me a lot of ey.
Remi Cruz
The whole weekend I got to hear about Janelle. Every. Every time she mentioned her Janelle, I was like, who is Janelle? What are we talking about? And because she kept posting the tik toks throughout the weekend. Oh, she just posted a New one rebuttal to everyone. I'm like, what is happening?
Trisha Paytas
I love that Letter was on this.
Remi Cruz
Oh, she'll be so sad she missed. This is. This is her hottest topic. Yes.
Trisha Paytas
She is a Tik Tok TikTok wellness influencer. And she faced backlash for admitting to using GLP1s for weight loss even though she. She sells $200 weight loss courses, which is crazy.
Remi Cruz
That's kind of crazy. I feel like. Yeah. Because she. She admitted to it just recently.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Like.
Remi Cruz
Like the past. This past weekend. And she's been selling this weight loss course. I followed her since, like, the pandemic. You probably seen her. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Remi Cruz
She was the nurse that always ate the, like, cream cheese on peppers. Like, she was just, like, obsessed with keto. She'd always have, like, a watch monitoring, like, what she eats, macros. Like, she was definitely that person for so long. So I just always know her as being, like, a little obsessive about her weight and what she eats and stuff. So I didn't think anything of it. But, yeah, I wonder why she admitted to it. She admitted to using GLP1s over the weekend.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. She posted a video, a YouTube video, and she said that she uses GLP1s as a tool to help her lose weight. She said, over the last year, I've decided to make some new choices in my health. I started working with a doctor, and we did decide to add a GLP1 to my plan. And that she also had previously tried keto macros and workouts. But she said GLP1s are not magic. They don't change your lifestyle overnight. It's just a tool to help. I still had to show up, show up for my meals, track my macros, drink my water, go on walks, do my workouts. Everything I already teach and believe in, it just helped me regain a sense of control. And it's something that I don't want to be ashamed of. Stuff.
Remi Cruz
What's a macro?
Trisha Paytas
It's a type of. I'm gonna explain it really terribly, but it's a type of calorie or whatever, and you're supposed to, like, monitor how much of those that you eat. And that's supposed to be the key to, like, weight loss.
Remi Cruz
I mean, she said she. She took it to regain control, but it's like she's always been very obsessed with calories and all this stuff that she talks about. Like, I followed her literally for like, five years, and I feel like she's, like, always been obsessed with it. So, like, what did she need it for maybe how.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, this is just like benefit of the doubt, I guess, or my experience with GLP1. So I guess like, yeah, you can still like monitor it, but you still kind of have the. Especially if it sounds like she is like obsessed and you have like the food noise. Maybe.
Remi Cruz
I hear that term a lot. Food noise.
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of this like in the back of your mind you're thinking, yeah, food, food, food. Like, oh, what's for lunch? What's.
Remi Cruz
Doesn't everyone think that?
Trisha Paytas
Surprisingly, no.
Remi Cruz
I know you don't think about what you're eating.
Trisha Paytas
I do. That's why I'm on GLP1s. What?
Remi Cruz
Even GLP1s are not canceling out your food noise.
Trisha Paytas
I had to increase my dosage actually, cuz it's still not really it. It kind of is a thing where like when I start craving something, like I. I'll think I'm craving something and I'll be so excited to eat and then I like eat it. A little bit of it. I'm like, damn. I really can't even fathom eating more.
Remi Cruz
If that makes the GLP ones make you feel that way.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, yes. Because there were some. Oh, like we had canes two days ago, whatever. And like I was so excited for it and I always can't. I always get like the big whatever. The big boy meal is the one where you get. And it's really expensive, but whatever. Yeah. But I could only eat like two and a half tenders and I was like, I really can't even fathom eating more.
Remi Cruz
It tastes good. Good.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Still tasted the same, but I was just so full.
Remi Cruz
That's crazy.
Trisha Paytas
So.
Remi Cruz
So it actually shrinks your stomach or just like makes you feel full?
Trisha Paytas
I think it make. It makes you. It gives the sensation of that your stomach feeling like really, really tight and full. Pretty early on is from my experience, but okay. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
So she just wanted that feeling more.
Trisha Paytas
I guess because even if you're like. When you're obsessed with it and you're still tracking it, whatever, it's still like hard, you know? It's still hard. Like it's. It. You don't really have that freedom of like, oh my God, I can't just like eat whatever, blah, blah, blah. Granted, I'm not selling people a weight loss plan, so. Yeah, that's.
Remi Cruz
I think that's always the issue. I think it's when people aren't honest about it and it's like, it's fine if you want to be honest or don't want to disclose it. I get that part. But if, like, your brand and this girl's brand is literally selling weight loss, like I said, I followed her for so long. Like, it's. Yeah, you should disclose that right away.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Be like, these are my results. Adults with a GLP one, too.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And I think, obviously, I think she started doing the plan before she started GLP1. She made it seem like she started it. Recent.
Remi Cruz
Ish.
Trisha Paytas
But still, I think the second you're, like, even thinking about it, you gotta be with the disclaimer if you're like, if that's your whole thing, if you're selling the plan, if people are buying this.
Remi Cruz
So are people not happy?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, she got a lot of backlash.
Remi Cruz
On tick tock or YouTube. Because I also loved how on Tick Tock shows, people are asking if I did GLP ones. Well, the truth is, you have to go to my YouTube channel.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, all right, I've seen it ever. It's on her Instagram. It's on her Tick Tock. It's on her YouTube. It is kind of everywhere.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. People are not. I think people just want people to be honest, especially if you're selling weight loss or body positivity. Like, I think people just want. It's. I think that's the main reason Kardashians get so much hates because, like, just be honest that you got work and don't just say, like, it's just diet, exercise. Of course that. Of course you have to do that. Of course you do. Like, but I'm just saying, like, you have to show with the assistance of, you know what's. It's wild to me that people don't disclose that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And like, one of the comments said there isn't shame in taking GLP1. The shame is when you fool your audience into thinking they can look like you if they eat an exercise exercise like you do. So that's disappointing. So that really is kind of encapsulates the whole thing.
Remi Cruz
Especially an influencer. Especially these type of influencers. Like, this woman is like, you know, she's a regular person, but she has, like, followers. So it's like when that's your only famous and rich because. Or making money, I should say, because of your followers and you're not authentic with them. I'm like, that's. That's so.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And to her credit, though, she did say she will do a refund for anybody who bought a class in the last 11 months. So I guess in the period of her doing glp, Ones. So if.
Remi Cruz
I don't know if that's giving her credit. It's like you scam people.
Trisha Paytas
It's at least something, I guess, right? Like, she's at least refunding people.
Remi Cruz
No, she should have been honest from the get.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, I agree.
Remi Cruz
But, yeah, now those people, not only because it's not. Not only did you scam them, but they had 11 months of being like, wait, why don't I look like this?
Trisha Paytas
True. That is true.
Remi Cruz
We're taking JP Ones.
Trisha Paytas
Okay.
Remi Cruz
Like, so I hate that part of it.
Trisha Paytas
So, I mean, doing the macro stuff does help, but obviously GLP ones is like a big, huge.
Remi Cruz
You know, before.
Moses Hacmon
Even before she started taking it, she wasn't getting the results she wanted.
Trisha Paytas
True.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
True, true, true.
Moses Hacmon
So she was selling something that didn't give her the results she wanted, so she went to something else, an extreme. And then. So it's.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, no, it's. I hate it because I follow her for a while. I still think we're oomphies. Maybe. Maybe not after this, but I think it's. I. Yeah, I think that's, like. So. That's so especially, like, people who, like, literally gave you, like, this, like, career.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
For being, you know, because everybody, like, wants to be influencers, so they make money. And when you're just like a regular person that does something like, like your whole. This is your whole brand, and then you just ruin that. You, like, tarnish it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Sucks.
Trisha Paytas
That's why I've been very transparent. When I first got skinny, Adderall helped me a ton.
Remi Cruz
Did you say it when you got skinny?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, when everyone. I think even when you came and you asked, I was like, well, I was on. I started Adderall. I mean, again.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
When I was like, bobblehead. Because.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I mean, obviously I. I didn't have a trainer and I was, like, working out and stuff. But, like, that Adderall, like, for someone who hasn't some. Was undiagnosed ADHD for, like, how old was I? Like, 25 years. And all of a sudden I'll start Adderall. Even a super small dosage. It was 10. But, like, it made my metabolism, like, go so fast.
Remi Cruz
So that's great. That is wild.
Trisha Paytas
So anytime anyone asked, I was like, I don't know. And then even when I started Faux Zic, I was like, GOP one.
Remi Cruz
So I feel like, day one.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Like, this is what I'm doing.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So I think you just gotta be, like, upfront and then for sure. And then if People hate on you for being upfront about it and that's like their problem. It's not.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, you're not like lying or being authentic for sure. If I ever. I would almost take it just for social media to be like, oh, first day on Ozempic or whatever.
Trisha Paytas
It would give you content whenever you need something.
Remi Cruz
I know. I'm so torn with it. I, like, ultimately I'm just like, I don't know, maybe not. I don't know. You know, I'm torn. Who knows? But you know, I'll be the first to say it for sure. Especially if I start getting, oh my God, you might not lose £100. Like, I don't know. I just been working out. You guys diet and exercise and you did.
Trisha Paytas
If, if they do your gym and they tidy it up, you can just always say, although I still have those vivid memories of your Instagram story when you were just on that elliptical and you would show the time and it would be like damn near three hours. You cannot get this woman off.
Remi Cruz
But I wasn't, I wasn't like losing weight. I was kind of maintaining weight. I wasn't losing weight. I was there for three hours and I really was there for three hours and I just. It is hard. It's hard to lose weight. That's why I don't knock a Manjaro if it's gonna help you boost it up. Because I was, I was doing that. I loved it. Oh my God, that was fun. We'd watch like 90 Day Fiance for three hours. I'd just be down there so long. Yeah, I felt good after it. I need back to it.
Trisha Paytas
Those endorphins. Those endorphins do the trick.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I'm gonna work out again. We're putting that into our schedule. A daily walk. We used to do it a lot when we first met. We used to walk on the beach together and just used to walk all the time. You were a walkaholic.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, walking. I mean, for me, walking is the way.
Remi Cruz
The way of life. Is there more to it?
Moses Hacmon
Being of losing weight, being healthy? All the stuff you talk about, you.
Remi Cruz
Were walking to lose weight when I met you.
Moses Hacmon
It's everything. It's strength, it's your back, it's your core, it's everything. It's just healthy to walk that you're like walking. But I was maintaining. I mean, it was helping me maintain. Cuz I could eat and gain when.
Remi Cruz
I first met you. To say, you forget to eat. You're like, I forgot to eat. I was like, what does that mean you forget out to eat?
Moses Hacmon
You work and run around and that's crazy. Good thing. When you work from home, it's easier to kind of like, okay, order food. But when you going from place to place and like, I don't want to stop over there. I don't want to take an hour now in traffic. You know, it's so. You can very easily get to a point where you're like, oh, man, it's 4:00 and a.m. i getting dinner now or am I?
Remi Cruz
So, yeah, can't relate to that.
Moses Hacmon
Forget to eat.
Trisha Paytas
Well, since you're wearing a protect the doll shirt. Yes. Did you see the response from John Lithgow, who is in the new Harry Potter series? He responded to the backlash that he got.
Remi Cruz
Oh, no.
Trisha Paytas
For joining the Harry Potter reboot.
Remi Cruz
Is this a boomer?
Trisha Paytas
Yes, he is quite old.
Remi Cruz
Is he from, like Third Rock from the sun or something?
Trisha Paytas
He was in Conclave.
Remi Cruz
What is Confluence?
Trisha Paytas
The Pope movie about electing the Pope.
Remi Cruz
Oh, so he's old.
Trisha Paytas
Yes, he is old.
Moses Hacmon
That's why people. People kept saying the name for our baby. Conclave. That's why.
Remi Cruz
No, not Conclave. Oh, my God. Okay, what did he have to say? I'm scared.
Trisha Paytas
Well, there was even, like an open letter from, like, fans of his for asking him to, like, not take on this role.
Remi Cruz
Who's he playing?
Trisha Paytas
I believe he's Dumbledore. Yeah. And he said, of course it was a big decision because it's probably the last major role I'll play because it's an eight year commitment. So. And he's old.
Remi Cruz
So how old is he?
Trisha Paytas
Let me see his age.
Remi Cruz
Damn. He's like, this is it for me. This is my. He don't care. He's like, it's eight years, you guys. I got. That's it.
Trisha Paytas
C79. So, I mean. Yeah, okay.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So yeah, he'll be like, what? He'll be eight, seven. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my gosh. Okay. That's sad. And then eight years for, like, what? Oh, was that how long? What?
Trisha Paytas
Because A, it'll be eight seasons and a season a year?
Remi Cruz
Is it just a remake?
Trisha Paytas
It's a. It's gonna be a. Yeah, Max. Or HBO Max, whatever. Series instead of a movie. So a series for each book and I'm assuming, I guess for the last book, two seasons. And he said that he received an open letter. It was called an open letter to John Lithgow. Please walk away from Harry Potter. And he was even sent this letter by a very good friend of his who is a mother of a trans child. And his response to it was, why is this a factor at all? I wonder how J.K. rowling has absorbed it. I suppose at a certain point I'll meet her and I'm curious to talk. Talk to her. And he asked. He got asked that the backlash made him reconsider the role, and he said, oh, heavens no.
Remi Cruz
Oh. So his first question was, why is this a factor? What does that mean?
Trisha Paytas
Like, why do people even care that, like. Yeah, like, why. Why should this, like, influence the series? Why should the series not happen? Just because J.K. rowling is transphobic, I guess.
Remi Cruz
Very actively, currently. Yeah, that's the thing, too.
Trisha Paytas
It's not even just, like, transphobias that she's succeeding in, like, ruining.
Remi Cruz
Getting more money to, like, fund other.
Trisha Paytas
Legislation that could, like, put trans lives at risk.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, yeah. It's, like, literally harming people, putting people's lives in danger. So that's probably why people care. That's. I hate to say it, but sometimes it's like when the older generation leaves us, it's almost like it's like shedding skin. It's like, you know what? New. Okay, finally a new can come. Because it's like, they just won't get it. You're like, you could explain it to this guy, but he's just not gonna get it, obviously. And it's just like. Like, it's just sad. And honestly, just kind of, you know, let them go, I guess.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. It's, like, crazy, though, that a friend of yours is giving you this, like, sending you this art letter, and you know that your friend has a trans child, and there's no part of you that can empathize and be like, is the check that good? I mean, obviously the money is going to be good. Yes. But, like, how desperately do you need it? And especially if you feel like you're gonna be dead in eight years, then what's the point? Yeah.
Remi Cruz
And he's been on big TV shows. John Let the Go has definitely been on, like, 13 dark from the sun and, like, big Broadway shows. Like, he's definitely. Regardless. Yeah. If, like, someone close to you sent that to you, and once you. And if. If you got, like, an open letter, wouldn't you be like, maybe I should look into this? Because, again, I've been ignorant to stuff. But it's like, sometimes when you're like, the whole, like, Internet's crashing down on you, like, maybe something is wrong with my way, I'm thinking, yeah, it's harmful. It's dangerous, and the fact that he's like, even that was his. Like, why did you make. How do you make the response? Did you tweet it? What did he do?
Trisha Paytas
He did an interview. Interview with Variety.
Remi Cruz
Oh, yikes. His PR person was not on top of it.
Trisha Paytas
I know. He needed Bill Belichick's girlfriend. We are not talking about.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Where was his person?
Trisha Paytas
Where was his offices? Yeah.
Remi Cruz
He's a handler, for sure. These old men, Jason Isaacs, too, it's like they need to just get someone on it. You know what I mean? And not to generalize that for just old people in general, but they just seem a little out of touch, which is fine. We'll probably be out of touch when we're like, you know, 70. But I'll have someone to help correct me. Little Elvis or Malibu.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, but actually, we don't use that terminology.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, yeah. That's what. Period. That. That's what happens in Tim Allen's new show, Shifting Gears. His Gen Z grandchildren keep him in line. They're like, no, we can't say that anymore.
Trisha Paytas
It's just so disappointing. I don't understand how Warner Brothers didn't button this up. Like, how did you not do anything? Sign some kind of contract to shut her up? JK Rowling up, just so you could avoid this.
Remi Cruz
Like, I'm actually surprised it even got, like. Like, green lit. Like, I just. Because she's so outspoken and the stuff she's outspoken about, especially the time of it all, it's just, like, so odd.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And then did you see how she shaded Pedro Pascal? Oh, yeah. He wore a Protect the Doll shirt at the. The Thunderbolts movie premiere in London. And he and J.K. rowling shaded him, like, pretending to not even know who Pedro Pascal is. I was like, as if he's not in Game of Thrones, Star Wars, Marvel, the Last of Us. He's literally in every big franchise. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
And he's all over the place.
Trisha Paytas
Don't even pretend.
Remi Cruz
What did she say?
Trisha Paytas
She. She, like, someone tweeted J.K. rowling making fun of Pedro. And then she chimed in as if, like, she didn't even know who he was or whatever. I'm like, please, please. Everyone knows Pedro.
Remi Cruz
God, I'm so annoyed.
Trisha Paytas
So annoying. Everything is frustrating. Pedro. Yeah, no, he's from. He's Chilean.
Remi Cruz
And he was. Did he have a British accent? Game of Thrones?
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. I don't even really remember him.
Remi Cruz
He was British in that show. Except for Peter Dinklage, but I guess. I guess not him.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like, yeah, he must have.
Remi Cruz
Had an accent, maybe. But I don't remember him in it either.
Trisha Paytas
It was a smaller role. It wasn't like a huge role.
Remi Cruz
But he went to high school with someone famous. Recently I just saw David Harbour.
Trisha Paytas
They did theater together or theater class in Chile. Not Chile. I don't know if he grew up in Chile.
Remi Cruz
Background.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. Yeah, he's Chilean.
Remi Cruz
Where do you go to high school? Because I saw their yearbook photo and I was like, oh, so that's like. Okay. Is David Harbor Chilean? No. Oh, okay. You know what I love when I meet people at the shows and they'll say, I'm Peruvian. I'm like, oh, that's so cool. And they're like, like, like Oscar, I love.
Trisha Paytas
That's so cute.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, it's always so cool. You're the Peruvian influencer idol.
Trisha Paytas
I'll take it, I guess. Yeah, yeah.
Remi Cruz
Any other famous Peruvians out there?
Trisha Paytas
There's got to be some, right?
Remi Cruz
Interesting.
Trisha Paytas
Let me see. I'm actually curious. I feel like there's a lot of famous Cubans, but. Yeah, none that I recognize. Yeah. And no, like, no one immediately recognizable. Like, name wise.
Remi Cruz
Oh, interesting. That's so interesting.
Trisha Paytas
Wow. Now I gotta make it big to.
Remi Cruz
You're the Peruvian. Maybe you.
Trisha Paytas
I gotta make it for my.
Remi Cruz
You know those sites, like most, like famous birthdays and stuff. It'll say, like, the number one, like, top rated celebrity. That's Peruvian. You might be that. Have you ever typed your name in there?
Trisha Paytas
Well, I'm not even. When I Google famous Peruvians. I'm not even on the list.
Remi Cruz
Oh, you're not on the list?
Trisha Paytas
No, on Google, so.
Remi Cruz
Because sometimes those websites will be like, most famous person with a May 8 birthday. I'm like, right under. But there's other, like, categories too. It's like famous people from Riverside, California. There's always different categories.
Trisha Paytas
I wonder if you moved up on famous birthdays. I'm actually gonna.
Remi Cruz
No, I'm definitely number three. I think it's Enrique Iglesias.
Trisha Paytas
You moved up to number one. Over.
Remi Cruz
Is there like, Takashi 69 or something?
Trisha Paytas
He's number two.
Remi Cruz
I'm number one.
Trisha Paytas
You moved up to number one on famous birthdays.
Remi Cruz
Who's number three?
Trisha Paytas
Das Mendoza.
Remi Cruz
Oh, okay. Love that. Enrique's not on the list.
Trisha Paytas
I don't see him on here. Maybe he really fell.
Remi Cruz
He's definitely made.
Trisha Paytas
I don't see him on here.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
David Attenborough is number four.
Remi Cruz
Did he play Dumbledore?
Trisha Paytas
He's a host. Oh, a TV show host Ethan Wacker is number five. It says he's an actor. Oliver Biermann, he's a race car driver. IO Sky, a wrestler. Desmond Dennis. RB singer Stephen Amell. I do know he's number nine. TV actor. Number ten. Enrique Iglesias, pop singer.
Remi Cruz
He is number ten. He was always number one.
Trisha Paytas
Hella lot. Yeah. You've taken over.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. Number one. And person born in May.
Trisha Paytas
That's big. That's huge news.
Remi Cruz
Wow. I'm so honored. I love it.
Trisha Paytas
Shout out famous birthdays. Thank you for making it happen.
Remi Cruz
Shout out for. It's May today. So today is May Day, everybody. Happy May to all my Taurus May babies out there. Also to the Gemini May babies. Because Elvis is one of you. We also applaud you. May is going to be a good month. I feel it.
Moses Hacmon
It's your birthday.
Remi Cruz
Gender reveal. Gay music video, birthday party, Mother's Day tour. Elvis's birthday. Lilo and Stitch. It's going to be so much fun.
Moses Hacmon
Club Vegas.
Remi Cruz
Yes, the club.
Moses Hacmon
I just looked. Pedro Pascal went to middle school in Orange County, California.
Trisha Paytas
Wow.
Remi Cruz
Which part of Orange County?
Moses Hacmon
I mean, Orange county is pretty small. High school.
Remi Cruz
What is it? Palamitos?
Moses Hacmon
Alamitos.
Trisha Paytas
Wow. Okay.
Remi Cruz
I didn't know he was an Orange County.
Trisha Paytas
Me either. I never thought that. Okay. Cali boy.
Remi Cruz
I love that.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I love Pedro.
Remi Cruz
California boy.
Moses Hacmon
Guys, did you see the. You mentioned the gender reveal. Did you see the. How do you say her name? Let me see. Lele Pons. Gender reveal.
Remi Cruz
No.
Moses Hacmon
You did not see that?
Remi Cruz
No. What is it?
Moses Hacmon
I'm just trying to get ideas. For hours.
Remi Cruz
What did she do? Oh, my gosh.
Moses Hacmon
So everyone is wearing, like, raincoats.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my gosh. Did you see this?
Trisha Paytas
No.
Moses Hacmon
I'll show you. Flipped twice.
Remi Cruz
Oh, no.
Moses Hacmon
Le Pon slipped twice. Pregnant.
Remi Cruz
Wait, what? What is this?
Trisha Paytas
What came out? Is that pain?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. Cuz they're all like in raincoats of some kind. You know, like. And then there's liquid. So one side is glue, one side is pink. And is she okay?
Remi Cruz
Was she celebrating? That's so scary.
Moses Hacmon
And her partner just ran forward, not even looking back, you know, and she slipped once.
Remi Cruz
Why did he run forward?
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, people get excited and they just jump.
Remi Cruz
I mean, that is a crazy gender reveal. That is why I've never seen paint. Why did they do that? I mean, that's so sad. I guess she's okay. I'm hoping she's okay. That's crazy.
Moses Hacmon
She seems to be okay in the rest of.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God. Like falling when you're pregnant too. Is just like, oh, so scary.
Trisha Paytas
I guess I like the ide. The idea and practicality. No, but I think that the idea is kind of.
Remi Cruz
What's the idea behind it?
Trisha Paytas
What are you visualizing in raincoat? Like, you're wearing all white. You have the little coats on, and then you're going to be covered in the color of whatever to represent whatever gender. I guess that in theory, but yeah, practicality, then you're slippery, you're sticky. You're, like, wet.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Like, you can't go hug people. Hair and makeup. All right, well.
Moses Hacmon
Well, you don't want to do that on stage.
Remi Cruz
No. We have other plans for our gender reveal. It's going to be a big one. I was thinking something small. And then the Greek was like, well, actually, we can do this.
Trisha Paytas
Whoa.
Remi Cruz
I was like, all right, let's do it.
Moses Hacmon
We're just gonna bring our little. You know, you pull the string and.
Trisha Paytas
He does a little last time. That's what I thought.
Remi Cruz
I really did think that that's what we did. Yeah. So. Oh, that's wild. Be safe out there. Gender reveals really can be dubious. I think everyone needs to, like, chill.
Trisha Paytas
A little bit, Start wildfires. I think that happened once.
Remi Cruz
Yes. Oh, my gosh. Be careful out there. Sparklers are happening.
Trisha Paytas
Wasn't there one? There was another viral gender reveal where, like, something got. They. It was like a cannon or something, and it got, like, projected out for the gender reveal. But then it. One of the people's, like, friends or family was sitting front row, and I forget what it was, but it projected and it hit him square in the face and then, like, fell backwards because it got, like, pushed out with such force. Oh, gender reveals are kind of dangerous.
Remi Cruz
They are dangerous. They are a little silly. I mean, we're doing ours. We love a gender reveal because it's exciting, whatever. But it's like they're kind of, like, silly. But it is crazy how invested people are in it. People with ours are just, like, obsessed with, like, why are you having. And I was like, that's so funny.
Moses Hacmon
People analyze everything. Cuz, like, I've seen so many that get criticized where, you know, the partner, like, he ran to his mom or his mom ran to him instead of going to your partner.
Remi Cruz
I see that a lot.
Moses Hacmon
I see there's a lot of those.
Remi Cruz
They rent their mom, the mother in.
Moses Hacmon
Law, or the mother in law tries.
Remi Cruz
To steal this, or they come in to, like, hug the sun yet. Yeah, it's like. It is crazy. But, yeah. I don't know, I mean, they're fun, I guess. They're exciting. It is kind of fun to be like, what is it? But I don't know. That's funny though. How do you see that just on Tik Tok. I mean, not funny. It's like sad.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, yeah. It was one of my hot topics. I love your gender reveal hot topics.
Trisha Paytas
I wonder how you're going to feel about this. Alex Cooper revealed that she once turned down an $8 million brand deal. Oh.
Remi Cruz
What? No, I never heard this.
Trisha Paytas
I know why you missed it. Because it was on Harry Jowsey's podcast.
Remi Cruz
She was on Harry Jowsey's. Oh, it's on her network, right? I mean, like, let's.
Trisha Paytas
I literally had a block Harry Jowsey on Twitter just because he is doing ads now on X or Twitter for his of. And he like, I every like five tweets. It's like something for Jesus and then something for Harry Josie. I'm like, okay, Jesus, whatever, I guess.
Remi Cruz
But wait, what do you mean for Jesus?
Trisha Paytas
Some random person's like, have. Are you Christian? Like, it's just a random Christian person promoting Christianity.
Remi Cruz
Random. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like Christianity is like the least needing of advertisements. And he's.
Remi Cruz
Oh, oh. And he's promoting it.
Trisha Paytas
This random Twitter person. Yeah. Cuz now random people on Twitter can do like promotions, you know. So anyway, so half my ads are Christian questions. The other half is Harry Javasy. And it's like these.
Remi Cruz
Oh my gosh.
Trisha Paytas
Same like two photos of Harry Jowsey, like lifting his shirt up and like a mirror and it's like, should I shave? And then like a wink and a link to it.
Remi Cruz
Yes, I see those too. Because I was like, what is this? Me too.
Trisha Paytas
I literally had a blocking because I'm like, I cannot see this anymore. I don't give a if you shave or not.
Remi Cruz
Your abs. Like, that's what I saw. Like your belly. Like, what are we shaving?
Trisha Paytas
Weird. Who gives up? I want to interview someone who is paying for Harry Josie's ol. Because I have questions. I have a lot of questions. Questions. Why are you doing that? Do you just have so much money that you're wasting it on Harry Jowsey? Like, please let me know.
Remi Cruz
Well, I guess I could see why that I could see. I mean, I guess he is like.
Trisha Paytas
Attractive, but he doesn't even show anything. Because my friend Art had the same manager as him for a while. So nothing. No, but he like, will post in the messages, like, unlock this to see everything. And it's like nothing.
Remi Cruz
Yes, I do hate that too. So, like the original.
Trisha Paytas
Come on now. Honestly, worse than everything.
Remi Cruz
Where's everything? Yeah, I felt fallen. I've fallen victim to that too.
Trisha Paytas
It's like, come on now. There has to be like, you know, the FTC came in to crack down on, like, when influencer brand deals were getting crazy. There's got to be something to crack down on. Like this. False promises on Wild West. Getting nuts.
Remi Cruz
But anyway, is it still the same podcast? What's his podcast called?
Trisha Paytas
Boyfriend Material.
Remi Cruz
Oh, the same one.
Trisha Paytas
Same one. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I remember he started just like, sitting by himself in front of a grass wall.
Trisha Paytas
I think he realized that it was worse than watching paint dry. Like, I think I would rather watch.
Remi Cruz
So does he have guests now all the time or just Alex?
Trisha Paytas
Last time he had Bob the Drag Queen on and now he has Alex Cooper.
Remi Cruz
Wow. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
He's getting the bookings.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I love that.
Trisha Paytas
But anyway, Alex Cooper revealed that she wants turned down an $8 million brand deal. Harry asked her, what's the most money you've turned down? And Ariel was gagged that she turned it down for that much money. But she didn't say what the product or the brand was. But she's. Alex said that she felt uncomfortable putting her face next to it and standing by it. And she said that the deliverables were also, like, a lot. Like, she didn't say what they're asking, but she made it seem like it was not just like one post, that it was like, you know, multiple things.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And.
Remi Cruz
Oh, she said she's not comfortable putting your face next.
Trisha Paytas
Does it probably like a deal Must be something contra. I. Oh, maybe you're right. But $8 million for Dill and that.
Remi Cruz
Was like her brand, right? She always.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, but she said, I think it's important to say notice because otherwise you just lose your effing credibility. So that made me think it was something like, I don't know, maybe the new Harry Potter. She's like, I won't promote Harry Potter. That'd be fierce. I would love that.
Remi Cruz
Would you turn on $8 million to put Harry Potter?
Trisha Paytas
It depends what the. Also, Alex Cooper is. Is fine. Like, she's so rich. Like, 8 million. She's okay. But for me, that's like life changing money, right?
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
And it depends, like, at the contract, like, I wouldn't be able to be like, in the next episode, be like, FJK Rowling. Like, she is in sick evil.
Remi Cruz
It would definitely put that. It would definitely be like, you can't talk about Disparaging about this person.
Moses Hacmon
Anyways, you can, you can donate a million to that charity we talked about earlier. Like you can, you can take it to.
Trisha Paytas
Oh my God. It's tough like for a normal person. That is tough for Alex Cooper, obviously. I feel like that's lot easier. But it's.
Remi Cruz
But even for me, like you said, 8 million is like lifechanging. That's literally like.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, it is a lot. Oh my God. But okay for, for me, I still have a normal job. For you, I don't. How would you still a lot of.
Remi Cruz
Bougie jobs over there. Bougie? I have a normal rent control. You probably have more money in your bank.
Trisha Paytas
I have a 9 to 5.
Remi Cruz
You have bougie though. You're in entertainment.
Trisha Paytas
Entertainment is like the cheapest paying of all the industries. I gotta tell you for. Unless you're Florence Pugh, right. Or Zendaya. But for you, if you did 8 million dollar brand of Harry Potter, how could you show your face on Just Trisha next week? I don't know, you have to replace me with spill stash or something. I don't know. But.
Remi Cruz
Oh really?
Trisha Paytas
I think people would be pissed at me. But I'm, you know, influencing isn't. Isn't my thing. $8 million.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I guess I'd have to. I don't know. It's so hard.
Trisha Paytas
That is hard. It depends on what it is. It depends on what it is. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
I want to know now what hers was because yeah, I would say, yeah, if it was like a political person I didn't agree with, I don't think I could do it for a million.
Trisha Paytas
Okay. I don't think so either because that I also was thinking, well, Tana said that like allegedly, Tana alleges that the Trump's campaign was like hiring influencers to endorse him or whatever. Right. And I was like, something like that. I guess if I don't agree politically, I'm like, well, that's something I wouldn't be able to do.
Remi Cruz
You know, like an anti gay campaign all of a sudden.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. So yeah, I guess I would turn.
Remi Cruz
$8 million down for. I mean. Yeah, you'd have to. You'd have to like.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, for like.
Remi Cruz
Because we just talked about losing a relationship with your audience and then authenticity.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Really sad.
Trisha Paytas
My God, they would use that clip against us so quick. I would just peace out. I'm like, hey, bye guys. But you know, would you. Yeah. For 8 million.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Because I don't, I don't even know how I Would make how many years it would take me to make $8 million. So if I had to be like.
Remi Cruz
What if it ran out and then you couldn't come back?
Trisha Paytas
Well, I would still have my normal job. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Life changing. Because you're still working at et well.
Trisha Paytas
It'S the backup, you know, I love a backup plan. So.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, that's so funny.
Trisha Paytas
Or yeah, like, Darian will be an architect or something. So I guess I have my 8 million, Dan.
Remi Cruz
That's true.
Trisha Paytas
Build things, design buildings. I don't know. But.
Remi Cruz
So you'll take it for the Harry Potter program?
Trisha Paytas
It depends on what it is. And I have to read the fine print and the contract. Yeah, but I don't know. Just because 8 million is so much. But for Alex Cooper.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. She just had like 160 million dollar deals. She's like, that's fine. She can turn it down. A little out of touch to be like, I turned on $8 million. Like, I guess it's shocking and it's great.
Trisha Paytas
I guess it's like me, Harry Jowsey, a headline. She's like, damn, what can I do do for. For my cl.
Remi Cruz
What did he say? Was there a follow up?
Trisha Paytas
He was just kind of gagged by it. There really wasn't. Not much follow up. He just asked, are you effing serious?
Remi Cruz
How did she. She didn't say anything more. No details.
Trisha Paytas
You know, that's how the Unwell network kind of does things.
Remi Cruz
It's like, you know, do a follow up. Be like, tell us, give us a hand. You know something. He's like, all right, I'm not really.
Trisha Paytas
Follow up kind of journalists over there.
Remi Cruz
Did he have questions prepared?
Trisha Paytas
I don't think I honest. Actually, to his credit, I did. Did only see an article about this and then went to the boyfriend material Instagram and found that one clip.
Remi Cruz
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And that's as far as I got into it.
Remi Cruz
Do you prefer podcasts where people are like, they have questions ready to go, or do you like a conversation where they're just talking? It doesn't even have to be about them.
Trisha Paytas
I think it's very circumstantial and situational. Like some people are very entertaining. Like there's some like streamers, for example. Like, it's not like I watch Shout Out, Jenna's pen. I don't like I watch Gen X pen. She doesn't have things planned, but she's like naturally just very entertaining.
Remi Cruz
Right.
Trisha Paytas
But there's some where it's like, you really need to have some kind of organization because, like, your thoughts are all over the place. And you're also not that entertaining. So even you just kind of riffing isn't tea, you know? So it kind of has to be situational based on who is in front of the mic.
Remi Cruz
Because you like to have something prepared. Because for our Patreon today, you're like, let's ask some questions for our mukbang. Whereas supposed to be. I'm like, it's a mukbang. I love it. We're doing it. I think that's a good idea. But it's so interesting. You're always like that. Because even another time, too, you're like, oh, I like to have something to talk about while we do the mukbang. The mukbang is the video. But I get what you're saying, though. Like, I. That's why I trust your creative and put on the patreon. Because I was like, oh, that makes sense.
Trisha Paytas
And to say, like, with, like, Patreon, we film. We like bulk film, film. So, like, some stuff that we talk about isn't relevant by the time it actually goes up. A Q and A evergreen kind of.
Remi Cruz
Always sounds so much like Moses. Because I remember when I. I was going on maternity leave, and I'm going on maternity leave again for, like, a week or two or whatever. When you're about to give birth, he's always like, you guys should just do a generic episode that can be posted whenever I was, like, boring. I like to hear what's happening now, you know, or talk about what's happening. But that makes sense. That makes sense. So they can watch anytime. I'm telling you guys, our last not Loveline will be, like, May 21, but then Tana will be back, and it literally is like, we just watched the White Lotus finale, and we, like, stop talking about it. I was like, oh, my God, this is gonna be so dated. But I just love talking about a hot topic, you know, that it does.
Trisha Paytas
Remind me of, like, your OG YouTube days when you would, like, again, you would mukbang into the car show stuff. But you were so, like, scheduled in advance. I'd be like, three weeks late.
Remi Cruz
Talking about mine would be, like, a month. I would have a month of videos ready to go at all times. It was. I was so scared. I don't know what. Like, I was gonna be busy. Like, that was never the case. I. So I had so many videos where sometimes I just put, like, two up a day because I had so many.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like you were probably influenced because your whole group or Whatever. Were very much like production people who were so planned out, like with their upload schedule and everything. So you're like, damn, I guess I gotta do it too.
Remi Cruz
Oh. And I was like, every day. I would post every single day. Cuz when the ad was good, I was like, let me just post every single day now. It's like crazy. It's like not even anywhere. What?
Trisha Paytas
It used to be vlogmas year round with you.
Remi Cruz
Oh, I. Oh, vlogmas is crazy. I would do two a day. I was like obsessed with vlogmas. I'd have the vlogging channel and the main channel and I was just posting everywhere on vlogmas.
Trisha Paytas
So funny.
Remi Cruz
So much work. Where's your vlog? Where's the Broadway vlog?
Trisha Paytas
You stopped vlogging?
Remi Cruz
Did you give up?
Trisha Paytas
Temporarily. But I. There's stuff that I have in my brain that I've been filming some stuff. I've been filming some stuff and I have an idea. But yeah, it'll come soon.
Remi Cruz
Did you film when you did the podcast qt?
Trisha Paytas
No, I was too scared to vlog with them. Although I meant to take like Instagram photos, but then I forgot my freaking influencer camera that I bought to take photos of. And I'm like, damn. Because I really wanted a photo with Ted Nivison, but I didn't. I don't know, I was kind of like shook that he was there, so. But we'll have Ted back at some point, you know, for those, those maternity leave videos, I think.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Be on it. Oh, yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
Paige is a vlogger now. Tana's vlogging. She was blogging in Vegas and I was, I'm sorry. So impressed when people vlog. Because it is a lot. It is a lot to like, think of it, to bring it, to do it. To do it. Yeah. Because when there's like a flow. But I love it. I love it. If someone wants to vlog, I'm always like, yes. Because it's like so old school. It reminds me of just like back in the day. And it's cool because then she posted the vlog of the Vegas show and it's like, cool to watch it back. It's like, oh, that's so cool. But it's a lot of work. So when I. When I see people do it, I applaud it.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah. And at least Paige is like doing like, interesting stuff. Like, I'm not, you know, you went.
Remi Cruz
To my Broadway show.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And I vlogged that.
Remi Cruz
Well, where is it? I actually want to See it because I want to see the footage you captured. That's why I love TikToks too. I do love seeing like my show because I love when people capture. Some of the tick tocks are going so viral. Oh my God. There was one me dressed as like a yellow outfit with a Culver's apron and a cheese head saying Pink Pony Club. It has like literally 4 million views right now. It's like so crazy. And it's like just like literally 20 seconds of me seeing.
Trisha Paytas
I love it.
Remi Cruz
I think people think Pink Pony Club's my song because like every show everyone asks for like, like I swear that's like the number one. People like chant it. It's like shallow and that I'm like, I wonder if they think it's my song.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know if they think.
Remi Cruz
I think they do cuz everyone asks for that. I was like, and I don't. Shallow. I guess I made the video okay. It's like that thing. But Pink Pony Club was like never my thing.
Trisha Paytas
I think cuz your cosplay was just so good that it was like, damn.
Moses Hacmon
I mean, when Malibu sees chapel on tv, she says, mom, that is true.
Remi Cruz
That's tea. That's so funny. Any chapel? Rome news? No, she's been quiet the past couple days.
Trisha Paytas
Yes. It's like the shove or whatever. So she's kind of just been chilling. She was on I guess W Mag lately, but yeah, she's kind of just doing her thing. I don't know. I don't know. Yeah. Gotta see if Misha wants to come to the show. Maybe she does. I think she's back in Texas.
Remi Cruz
But I get terrified to invite performers or real creatives to my show because it's just so. I love my show. I love it and people love it. They come back. It's like so much fun. But if I was like someone like Ben Platt was there, I'd be like, oh, I don't know. I don't know if I want you.
Trisha Paytas
To see this really. But I think they'll see the crowd like loving it. They're like, wow, this has. This is it. Like this must be so good.
Remi Cruz
I think even if you're the most non judgmental person, there's a little judgment. Be like, what is this? Why is there no music? Why is there no set? You know what I mean? It's just kind of. Yeah. It's hard to get unless you get it. So I get very nervous if anyone of any sort of creative or talent position wants to come. Even My own agents at ca, like when they come to New York show, I'm very nervous. I'm like, oh. Like I don't know, it just makes me nervous. This one too. There's a lot of ca. I'm like, I'm like, I don't have to like unsign me. They're like, oh my God, this is. Girl, you told us you want to be on Broadway. You know what I mean? Like that kind of thing.
Trisha Paytas
So I don't know, I feel like it'll just convince people even more. Like maybe some casting agent will be there to scout you. A casting agent from Wisteria Lane. The spin off. And then you'll be like, wow, we got to get her on.
Remi Cruz
Maybe I should do a monologue at this show in la.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, you got it. Like just in case.
Remi Cruz
Like a. Yeah, a little Hamlet. To be or not to be.
Moses Hacmon
No, Hamlet. Actually film. Like take shots from Wistera Lane, like from the show and you should be in it.
Remi Cruz
I don't think I have enough time.
Trisha Paytas
Just do a self tape like JoJo entangled, you know and just play it.
Remi Cruz
At some point in the show. Yes, done and done. I can do that easily. I can edit. Perfect, perfect. Okay. I'll put a little reel together like for the halftime. Be like, hey, if you're an eight. No, I haven't. If you're a casting producer out there, contact my agent.
Trisha Paytas
It's la. Everyone knows someone, you know.
Remi Cruz
That is true. It is funny how people do know. It's so small in a way. Yeah. It's like all connected.
Moses Hacmon
Because if. If the new show is in current time, they need an influencer.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Moses Hacmon
You know you like the whistle down of we steer a Lane. The influencer.
Remi Cruz
That right.
Moses Hacmon
You know what I mean? Like somebody that is the gossiper.
Remi Cruz
The influencer. I would love to be an influencer. I hate when they. But I think I'm too old to play the influencer. I think they'd probably like a 20 year old to be an influencer.
Moses Hacmon
You never know. You never know. You're the.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, like mom talk.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah. And you have the daughter that is.
Remi Cruz
And oh my God, that's crazy to be like I could have a daughter on that show. Like that is crazy. Like Zac Efron played a dad in something and I. I was like, that's crazy. When he was just like a little kid in High School Musical. I think I'm not old enough to be a parent. I think I'm still too young. Like a teen mom over here.
Trisha Paytas
You're not old enough to be a parent.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, I feel like that sometimes. Like, I feel like I'm too young.
Trisha Paytas
I feel that every day actually when I'm babysitting, I'm like, I don't know how I could do this 24 hours a day for the rest of my life.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Like, responsible for their life, for they're feeding entertainment.
Trisha Paytas
Entertainment care. Yeah. It is quite a commitment. So, mama, kudos.
Remi Cruz
It's a commitment with my bag. Oh, yeah, kudos, Mama. Especially at the age Elvis is. They're just crawling and she's like rolling. You just got to catch them everywhere they're going. You're like, ah. You're just like on top of them. Like. Yeah, it's scary.
Trisha Paytas
Jojo Siwa was back on the vial files recently. Yes. Like, I think, I think this dress came out like today because she did an interview, an update. Yeah, literally today, April 30th.
Remi Cruz
JoJo loves a straight man. You know what I mean? She loves to be with the men, honestly.
Trisha Paytas
Tea? Yeah. Cuz she loves Nick Viles. She loves Tyler Cameron.
Remi Cruz
Chris Hughes.
Trisha Paytas
Chris Hughes. Like, those are. Those are her people. My God. All right, well, she went on Vial files and spoke out about her breakup from Kath Ebbs and she said that Kath Custer out. And that is what kind of led to JoJo breaking up with them at the big celebrity Big Brother after party.
Remi Cruz
What did JoJo say?
Trisha Paytas
I am so happy where I'm at right now that I just want to stay here. Whatever that means. Whatever this is, I'm great here. Obviously, a lot of people think that Chris had something to do with it, meaning the breakup, but she said Chris does not have. Chris does not have absolutely anything to do with it. Chris and I are friends. We have a very, very great friendship. And then responding to Cath's tick tock where they talked about the breakup, JoJo said that that's not entirely the story. She said, all of a sudden we're at the wrap party for Big Brother. I'm getting cussed out. I understand they're angry and they're coming at me, but I also keep reiterating it, like I'm not in a place to talk.
Remi Cruz
Well, I can see that. I mean, Chris Olson actually said it in a to talk this morning. He said, you know, never trust a story that doesn like two sides to it, you know, I think that probably is the case. I like, you know, back a little. What I said last episode is like, I do feel bad for Kath. Like, I mean, that is awful. Like you are in a relationship. The beginning is like, I love this person so much. And then by the end of it, it's like, yeah, you're kind of getting emotionally cheated on or just, I don't know, made it look a little silly, I suppose. And that is hard and not fair. And, yeah, I mean, I'm sure, like I said, if that was, you know, Moses with Gabby Wendy, I'm sure I would also be cussing him out, you know, to be like, I'll be like, oh, my gosh, what the hell? But. But it's like, you know, I think there's. I think both of them probably has something to do with it, because obviously, yeah, JoJo's. JoJo wasn't exhibiting relationship behavior on this show.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And then JoJo also said that Kath requested that she doesn't discuss their relationship or their breakup. And that quote, out of respect for another human in the situation, they have asked to not speak about it. For me not to speak about them. Him. I told them, I said, look, that's going to make me seem like I'm an avoidant of the situation, and I am not an avoidant. So she is gonna reference it and talk about it. Asked JoJo to not talk about them, and JoJo said, Look, I have to talk about it at some point.
Remi Cruz
So that's a tough one, too. That is a tough one.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like you kinda have. I. You kind of have to. Yeah, you can be respectful, but you kind of have to.
Remi Cruz
Kath was public with her too, so.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
In the relationships, I do you feel it's kind of like, well, you enter that public relationship.
Trisha Paytas
But yeah, so there's.
Remi Cruz
And then it's tough if someone came to me, like, don't talk about me anymore on the show. Like, if Shane was like, hey, can you stop talking about me? I mean, I probably would. Even if he's a public figure and doing dubious things, I still probably, like. I guess if it's, like, really bothering you.
Trisha Paytas
I think for Jojo, though, like, this is like, Jojo is one half of the story, like, literally half of the story, because it's her relationship. That relationship is like the headline, like, internationally, because it's all over the big headline in the uk. In America.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, right.
Trisha Paytas
It's like the story that everyone's kind of obsessed with right now. So you got to say something. Right.
Remi Cruz
What was the title of Nick Viles podcast?
Trisha Paytas
Oh, good question. Let me see.
Remi Cruz
I would love a title.
Trisha Paytas
Going deeper with Jojo Siwall.
Remi Cruz
Okay. Random. Okay. They need you over there. And thumbnails. What's the thumbnail?
Trisha Paytas
Let's see.
Remi Cruz
Is it far away? I hate when they do far away thumbnails. I like an up close.
Trisha Paytas
I was looking at Spotify, but let me see what they did on YouTube.
Remi Cruz
Okay.
Trisha Paytas
It's kind of kooky. Okay.
Remi Cruz
And the Going Deeper title is crazy, but okay. Okay. Yeah, it's. It. It is tough. I don't know the answer to that cuz it's like, oh God. I. Yeah. Someone asked me to like not talk about them like in a like relationship level. I'll be like, I don't know. It's tough.
Trisha Paytas
I think it's so situational. Like they. You. I feel like everyone's at least title entitled to saying their piece at least. And you can be respectful about it. Like I'm not saying Jojo should disparage Kath or whatever, but at least like say her side of the story. Like you know that really eloquent Chris Olsen TikTok that you reference. I like there are two sides.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So I think, yeah, Jojo's at least entitled to be like, you know, well, this is what my side of it.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
But not like, you know, go into detail and like, you know, put cath on blast or anything. Like just do it respectfully. Like there's a middle ground there maybe.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
I don't know. I don't know how long this is going to follow Jojo though. Like it is the story right now. But I wonder like what is next if she gets into another relationship right after. I will be like, come on now.
Remi Cruz
I know. I think at that point we just like let it go and it's on that person be like it's on you because you've seen this all play out. And I think she needs like a year of singlehood.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And self exploration. Maybe a retreat or something. A White Lotus trip or something.
Remi Cruz
Her on White Lotus would be crazy. That'd be wild. Oh my gosh. She should play herself if she's on.
Trisha Paytas
Mike White is watching that tangle freaking audition and being like, damn, I would hire her instantly.
Remi Cruz
Immediately. I would. For real. I thought she was so good that she ate. What do you think like someone like him does on a normal day? Like you have this huge show, so successful and then like what happens after it's over?
Trisha Paytas
Like when you're done done, like just now. Oh, I'm sure he's probably. The next one's probably in pre production, don't you think?
Remi Cruz
You think you just go right away to work another one maybe I mean.
Trisha Paytas
I feel like a lot. Sometimes they have like a nice, like a couple. Couple months off. Like a few months of just like nothing. But then pre production on the show starts up so early because it is such a long process with like, casting crews location. They use so many locations and yeah, obviously they have like the Four Seasons, but there's. They use so many other, like, exterior shots.
Remi Cruz
Why Four Seasons?
Trisha Paytas
I guess they just have some kind of deal that was.
Remi Cruz
They do.
Trisha Paytas
I believe so. Yeah. That was put in place after the success of the first season. And but even in, like, the Thai season, like, they still were shooting in other hotels for, like, different exteriors and stuff.
Remi Cruz
Oh, really?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. I read like, a breakdown of all the locations they shot. And it's like, even though it was still the White Lotus, it was still other hotels that they were using for different areas.
Remi Cruz
Did you see Matt King was like, had a paid partnership to go to the White Lotus Thailand hotel that they used the Four Seasons. Isn't that crazy? I am leaving, like, the actual hotel where the main pool stuff was, and it was paid partnership. White Lotus Four Seasons Thailand. Isn't that crazy?
Trisha Paytas
Where was this?
Remi Cruz
On TikTok?
Trisha Paytas
Hold on.
Remi Cruz
Yep, yep. I think you had like three or four from there. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
In early March, we flew to Thailand with American Express to live out our White Lotus fantasy and Four Seasons hotels. Koh Samui delivered, folks. Oh, my God.
Remi Cruz
So crazy. American Express. What the hell? What's happening?
Trisha Paytas
A Amex ambassador, he turned off comments. Oh, I wonder why. He said the advertiser has turned off comments. Maybe American Express.
Remi Cruz
Maybe they use as like a sponsored post or something. Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. Yeah. That doesn't make sense. They must have put money behind it because it has so many views that they must have.
Remi Cruz
Like, so weird. I know. It's like, so odd.
Trisha Paytas
What? Yeah, I'm gonna go through, like, who else did they pick for this?
Remi Cruz
It's just so odd because, like, macking is just, like, never been, like, an influencer. Like, he's just not, like, popular. You know what I mean? Like, it's just such a weird person to pick. But he gets major brand deals. I don't know.
Trisha Paytas
They. The other influencers are Chloe Bailey, I guess she. She makes more sense to me.
Remi Cruz
Which one is Chloe Bailey?
Trisha Paytas
She. Halle Bailey, sister.
Remi Cruz
Okay. Okay.
Trisha Paytas
Jake Miller. I don't know who Jake Miller is, but they took him to a music festival. Interesting. I wonder. I want to know who is, like, doing the influencer list at these brands.
Remi Cruz
That they should like someone that doesn't know Anything. Always. Always the people they pick. I'm just like, who is what? They're like someone just somewhere is like, oh, he's like, he's really influential. Like, okay, we'll pick him. So weird.
Trisha Paytas
It is so random.
Remi Cruz
And also like, do they need the promotion? Like American Express and what Four seasons. Seasons.
Trisha Paytas
It's like hbo. What?
Remi Cruz
It's.
Trisha Paytas
So when the show is over.
Remi Cruz
I we said March, so maybe it was beginning.
Trisha Paytas
They went in March. He posted this the beginning of April.
Remi Cruz
So the show was in the midst.
Trisha Paytas
He posted this on 4. 4.
Remi Cruz
Okay. I think the show was finale. April 8th was the finale.
Trisha Paytas
So the week before he posted. But everyone was already into the White Lotus by then.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. No one needs to watch to be encouraged to watch the finale.
Trisha Paytas
And they flew him out in March, so the White Lotus was already on and already ahead.
Remi Cruz
Hit what an American Express? Like, you're going to go get American Express because Matt King is a partner.
Trisha Paytas
Or go to Thailand. Like, was anyone influenced by Matt King to go to Thailand versus the White Lotus show?
Remi Cruz
Maybe that part. I want to go to Thailand. I'll take it. American Express pay me. I'll go to Thailand.
Trisha Paytas
Literally. That is so weird. Mindboggling. That is truly mindboggling. Just like what is going. Some people just. I'm saying brands have too much money sometimes and are just investing in weird things. I don't know.
Remi Cruz
I want to know like the rate. I wish he would leak his like Ms. Hermias and accidentally did.
Trisha Paytas
I would die, die to know.
Remi Cruz
Maybe you didn't get paid. Maybe got 800. Maybe we got 80,000. Who knows?
Trisha Paytas
He does have like 500, 000 followers on tick Tock. That is a good amount.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. Okay. That's better. Yeah. Because when I knew him, he wasn't really like an influencer. He kind of just like hung out with a bunch.
Trisha Paytas
Supporting. Yeah, supporting character. But that's wild.
Remi Cruz
We love supporting characters.
Trisha Paytas
That is wild. I feel like we should do a protest where we stop talking about brand deals just because we are giving more attention. We're giving them more bang for the buck. Like now, you know, people know they can sponsor Remy and they get just Trish. Not only did they get pretty basic. They got pretty basic. Then they get just trash all looped in.
Remi Cruz
Just pretty basic on filtering over here. That is so true. Dallas is gonna keep paying her because.
Trisha Paytas
They'Re like, trisha can't stop talking about it. It'll be a hot topic. We gotta freaking start putting our foot down.
Remi Cruz
You're right. Let's censor brand names, Jimmy. Every time we mention a brand from now on, censor it. What did they say? Try to get that brand deal. Because I'm telling you, I love Pepsi over like I prefer Pepsi over Coke. It's so good. It burned my throat the other day and it was so good.
Moses Hacmon
It's like the Kardashian when they blurred the McDonald's. I think.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, we're gonna start blurring it for sure.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Our mukbangs. No more.
Remi Cruz
Was there a big one? I feel like there was a big one today.
Trisha Paytas
The James Charles one was. I thought the big one. It really was nothing else. Right? Do you have anything else?
Moses Hacmon
The confirmation of many of the things we heard about.
Remi Cruz
Oh my God. Did Moses break this to you or did you see it already when he.
Trisha Paytas
No, Moses broke the news to me.
Remi Cruz
We were in a group chat at like 7pm like wasn't he texting all of us at like or 6pm or something? And I was like, what is this?
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, I was, I watched it. It.
Moses Hacmon
He's broke by Be Better. You know. You know him.
Remi Cruz
Oh, that's what it was. Mose was on series like Be Better sent me this and then I was about to send it to Oscar and then I realized you sent it in a group chat. Cuz we don't really group chat. It's always just like uploaded things. That's. Uploaded things. That's like our group chat. There's no like other chat. So then I was like, what is he sending in the group? So yeah, I. I only had seen certain clips. Did you watch the whole thing?
Trisha Paytas
I watched the whole thing, yeah.
Remi Cruz
Be Better interviewed Zach Gellers.
Trisha Paytas
Zach is a former friend of Evan Johnson. Evan is Caleb Malik's allegedly abusive exboyfriend. But Zack Gellers was, I guess the whistleblower that first posted the tik tok calling out James Charles for having a friendship with Evan despite being friends with Kayla. So Zach was the first one to post a series of tick tocks with some screenshots and some receipts, tweets showing that James had or alleging I should say that James had a friendship with Evan. Alleging that James gave Evan advice on how to deal with the fallout from Kayla's allegations. And also invited. No, not even just invited. Flew out, paid for his flight. Allegedly. Allegedly flew out Evan Johnson to come stay with him. Him in Enchino, California. And because in the video it's crazy because Evan, who is supposed to. Okay, just this. Let me address this one in particular before going back into it. But this was crazy and showed me so much about who Evan is because he's supposed to be, like, under the radar, not, you know, showing Kayla, like, where he's at. Because Kayla is friends with James, so if she sees that Evan is at James's house, she's going to be upset. Evan on Snapchat posting at James Charles's house, which is in the backyard, which is all over his tik tok, very identifiable being like, hey, what's good, la? And then the next one being like, I'm going to be having to post a photo dump because I'm not going to be able to post. And then he puts the geotag for Encino to show where he's at.
Remi Cruz
I'm like, how are you not so dumb? He wants her to know, I think he just.
Trisha Paytas
I don't.
Moses Hacmon
Everything goes back to Snapchat again, you know, because he was in the creator fund of Snapchat, so he has to post a lot. So that's why he was like posting just backyard the thing. He was just posting random stuff. But if you know his house, which Kayla knows, people that were there knows, they will recognize he's at James Charles house.
Remi Cruz
You don't think he did it on purpose? I would do it on purpose all the time. When I'd be at someone's house, I'd always try and show like a little, like, backdrop thing to show where I'm at.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, this is the guy.
Moses Hacmon
I don't think he was trying to make her jealous. No, because not that situation.
Trisha Paytas
The gag is huge. So why this is obviously extra terrible. So James are allegedly terrible. Whatever. James, it was friends with Kayla, really good friends with Kayla. James had also wanted to do like, a campaign for his blush, his new blush that was coming out in February, like a Valentine's Day theme photo shoot with Kayla and James. And so that was like, already kind of scheduled. But then in February, Kayla broke up with Evan and she told James on the phone and allegedly explained to James the situation that was going on with Evan about him being abusive towards her. And allegedly, James's reply was, oh, does that mean I can have him now? And Kayla thought, I guess, thought that was a joke. But then she picked up that Evan was at James's house. And when she saw that stuff on Snapchat, obviously Zach and Kayla have received like, they printed out the snap so that they knew right away that this was messed up. And Kayla even called James, allegedly was like, hey, is Evan with you? And James said, no, he's not with me. Despite Him.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Being there. So.
Remi Cruz
So you, like, already lied, basically, because we saw on the Snapchat that he was obviously with you.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Yeah.
Remi Cruz
So that sucks. That really sucks.
Trisha Paytas
It sucks.
Remi Cruz
Because if it's, like, your friend and you, like, see the evidence, you're like, okay, don't gaslight me. I, like, see it on Snapchat.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And to be, like, lying about it and stuff, too, it's like, okay, what? So again, that was in February. So for context, Kayla came out at the beginning of April with, like, her videos that really showed, like, all the horrible stuff that Evan allegedly did to her. But the evidence is very damning. Like, it is so graphic and so triggering. And the injuries that she sustained were insane. So the evidence itself, obviously, is kind of irrefutable. But in February, it was kind of just like, there was speculation. She had obviously talked to James about it, but she was on Tick Tock Live, kind of alluding to what happened. So the public already kind of had a sense that he did something terrible to her. So the fact that, like, Kayla's viewers and followers already could pick up on that, but James was still with Evan and hanging out with him and giving him advice, very, very dubious. Kind of gets worse, because in this interview with Be Better, Zach also alleges that James and Evan had a sexual and transactional relationship. Zach alleges that there are videos that he was shown of James and Evan having sex as well. What.
Remi Cruz
And who's Zach in relation to them?
Trisha Paytas
So Zach was friends with Evan. They lived in the same town in Tennessee. Okay, so they were friends.
Remi Cruz
Um, does he know James?
Trisha Paytas
He does not. He only knew James.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, he didn't know James or Kayla. Yeah, he didn't know any of them. He was just his friend. So everything that he heard was his side for a long time.
Trisha Paytas
Yes.
Moses Hacmon
Until he heard Kayla's story. And when he realized what happened, he. He basically said, I'll support her in every way I can.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he totally, like, flipped and was like, no. And then he ended up working with Kayla to kind of, like, you know, put the pieces and the screenshots and stuff together. Yeah. So, yeah, so Zach does allege that he saw, like, these videos because he was friends with Evan, and at first he thought it was kind of funny, like, oh, look what Jim James Charles sent me. But then he ended up saying something along the lines of him to, like, hey, money is money. So, implying that there was some kind of transactional.
Remi Cruz
So he's close with Evan and does not know James?
Trisha Paytas
No, not personally, obviously. He knew of James Charles.
Remi Cruz
So that makes sense that, that this, the, the Evan guy would be saying this stuff to him because he.
Trisha Paytas
And there was times where alleged, you know, Evan would be like, replying to James on like, on Instagram. He said it was all through like Instagram messages, not snap this time. So he was like in the room, like seeing when Evan was opening up, you know, photos or videos. And it was very much like a sexual relationship.
Remi Cruz
Oh, my God.
Trisha Paytas
So yeah. And again, at this point, James had allegedly been made aware of by Kayla of what Evan was capable of and. Or what Evan was doing. And once Zach first came out on Tick Tock about this, this was Coachella weekend one. So it was, you know, in April.
Remi Cruz
James's like, big weekend.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah, he did. He went to Coachella and he replied or he messaged Zach after seeing the Tick Tock and was like, hey, I absolutely did not know about this. I was being manipulated by Evan. They show the screenshots too. Well, Jimmy, you can put it in here. I'll screenshot the screenshot. And James kind of makes it seem like, you know, he was manipulated by Evan. He didn't know the extent of what was going on and that he absolutely does not stand by Evan and he would appreciate if he, if Zach could take down the Tick Tocks, alleging that he had an sexual relationship with Evan and that he was happy, like to call on the phone and work it out or something.
Remi Cruz
James loves a phone call.
Trisha Paytas
He loves a phone call.
Remi Cruz
He's always, he's like, we get to talk on the phone.
Trisha Paytas
I was like, yes. So it's all kind of a mess. So this is kind of like where I punt it to James. Okay, so, you know, people are talking about this. You know, you can't avoid it. You know, there's comments on your tik toks. You know, people are talking about it.
Remi Cruz
You reached out.
Trisha Paytas
I previously reached out. Couldn't get a statement from it. At first. I was like, fine, maybe he's going to do it on his own, so whatever. But at this point, there's been nothing out. Like, there's been no response. It's not going away. So. And also you're DMing people who are going to cover it saying, this is absolutely not true. Like, I don't stand by Evan. I was manipulated by Evan. If you're saying this stuff in people's DMs, off the record, especially now that there's screenshots of you saying this to Zack back, why are you at this point not coming on the Record, if that is the case.
Remi Cruz
It's so simple. It's like your friend. It's dv. It's like standing up for everything. That's right. And just being like, I did not know about this. It's disgusting. I don't stand by it, period.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
So simple. And it's like, if you can't do something simple like that, then, like, what is happening? That seems odd. And then it's easy to denounce someone who's, like, an actual, like, awful person. They're like a monster. You can announce them whether you're best friends or not. People did that, you know?
Trisha Paytas
And I get also is gonna very, very likely become, like, a legal thing with Evan. Like, Kayla makes it seem like she's really, like, wanting to push this all the way to court. I guess I get that too. But there's ways you can still talk about it without jeopardizing a case. Like, obviously, that happens all the time. Like, it doesn't matter how big or small the case is. People.
Remi Cruz
Still, James's involvement wouldn't be. I wouldn't think, legally by him down. Like, he could just say, I don't stand by this. Done.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. And he. He could, if anything, too. He could be like, yes, a testimonial. Like, Kayla came to me and told me about this. Like, he is a witness, really. Right. Because she came to him and explained this to him.
Remi Cruz
It doesn't look great. Yeah. Doesn't look good. It looks like you're still trying to save a friendship. And when people don't speak out against someone that does something awful, it's like, I feel like you're trying to save something behind the scenes.
Trisha Paytas
I don't even know if it's saving the friendship with Evan at this point. I think it's saving James. I think this is just my opinion. I think think he has learned from Dramageddon. The second that you acknowledge something, it takes on a life of its own, and it becomes very real. But also, this isn't something that's gonna go away. Like, Kayla. She's not as big as a Tati or Jeffree star, I guess, but she still has a really big following.
Remi Cruz
That's what that sugar bear hair we're talking about. We're talking about, like, domestic violence.
Trisha Paytas
Exactly. So in the fact that you were giving an alleged abuser advice, that you were allegedly seducing them, wanting to be.
Remi Cruz
With them, why would you want to clear that up?
Trisha Paytas
Why? These are literally the first time I heard this stuff. I was like, there is literally no way. This is real because of everything James has went through. This is kind of his reputation. I'm like, this has to be made up because it's so insane. How would he be having an affair with his. His friends? Abusive exploit. Like, when you put that in a sense, that sounds insane. Like, how. And then seeing all this evidence, I'm like, what? St. James never come out seeing Kayla endorsed everyone else who was talking about it too.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
Okay, so that also is, like, giving me such, like, epiphany. I'm like, why is Kayla saying, like, I can't say anything, but I will say everything Zach and my sister saying is true. Why is she FaceTiming in the interview? It ends with the FaceTime of Zach and be better being like, thank you guys so much. I'm so excited to see you. I appreciate everything you're talking about.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
She's endorsing everyone who is also speaking up about James and Evan's relationship.
Remi Cruz
Yeah.
Trisha Paytas
So why all of a sudden. And so now when it affects you, are we not gonna believe the woman who was abused and now. And did you only care? I'm asking the question. I'm not, you know, pointing fingers or anything. Did you only care about it? Once Kayla came out with the YouTube videos that got like 5 million to 10 million views? Is that when you were like, oh, I really cannot be seen with Evan? Were you cool with it until it became viral? That is my question to you, James Charles. I would love to know, and I would love you to actually step to the plate. It is time. I get that you have a great team, a very successful team of really smart people who are probably telling you it'll go away. Whatever I'm telling you, it's not going to go away. Because as long as that girl has a platform, as long as everyone else who supports that girl has a platform, it will not go away. And I will always be looking at you funny because how am I going to sit here and be like, maybe James isn't as bad as I thought? Like, maybe he's coming around. Maybe growth and change. And then the second that you can, like, swoop in, in and have some kind of relationship with your friend's abusive ex boyfriend, who ironically is your type as tall, straight, dark hair, abs model, all of a sudden, like, none of this looks good. None of this looks good. It's time to just step up to the plate. You wanted to be influencer. You somehow have gotten a million chances. Somehow I've gotten a million chances. And, you know, and I'm not saying, like, I'm not trying to be a hypocrite. I'm with you, who's also had a million chances. But I see someone, someone who has had a million chances and has tried really, really hard to not let their audience down. You have had a million and one chances. Why are you letting your audience down? You ignoring it is letting your audience down. Speak up. Post a freaking notes app or something. Because it's getting ridiculous. Why is this 20 year old girl that you're supposed to be friends with endorsing everyone's story who is coming out with this? It doesn't look good. And anyone who is a fan of James, who is like, well, he DM Zach and was like, oh, I had no idea. I was manipulated by Evan. Again, why is Kayla pretty much confirming that she spoke to him about it by endorsing everyone who's speaking out against James? It doesn't make sense. It makes literally no sense.
Remi Cruz
I think you said it perfectly. I think you said all that perfectly.
Trisha Paytas
It pissed me off, to be honest. I was like, of course.
Remi Cruz
Yeah. I mean, I. I feel it on such a different level too, because it's like, I've talked to him and it's like, you know, I don't want to ever say anything publicly. And it's like, like you said, don't just like, message us and say like, well, I can't talk about this. I don't want to talk about this, but. Because that's like manipulative. It's like, well, then say it. Say it like with your chest, like, say it. If that's like the truth, like, why are you trying to convince us or each individual person that you dm, oh, I'm not a bad person. You don't know the story. It's like, then say what it is. Yeah, that's like the frustrating part. And it's manipulative and it's awful and it's gonna be, yeah, it'll be like, too late. And like you said, you've been given a lot of chances and chances, like, run out and then eventually people just see you as you are. And like you said, you are getting too old to be just, oh, well, he's just 18. He's just 19, you know, better.
Trisha Paytas
And this isn't like a dramageddon where it was like, you know, know people in their mid to late 30s against like a teenager. Like, you are the adult. Kayla is younger than you. Why is she having to be more mature than you? She is 20 or 26. Like, how is she supposed to be the response? She's a victim. So why is the 20 year old victim having to be the one that has to be like mature and the bigger person and like having to defend herself like this instead of her older influencer friend with a humongous platform? It makes no sense. It literally makes no sense. It's really pissing me off now because again, I didn't believe this when I first heard it because it sounds so insane. But the more stuff that comes out, not only the more stuff that comes out, the more you remain quiet. That actually is what is the most damning to me. The more again, you have nothing to lose. Cuz there's literally a Screenshot of your DMs explaining your side of the situation that Zach has and be better have now posted. You have literally nothing to lose. But you remaining silent says so much. Honestly it says that. Oh it says so much.
Remi Cruz
So silence speaks volumes.
Trisha Paytas
I have no, like I don't know to me I'm like I don't really have the benefit of the doubt anymore. Like it's kind of gone in my, for me, in my opinion.
Remi Cruz
Yeah, like you said, it's like you can't just keep giving benefit of the doubt and being like yeah, maybe this means it's like okay at this point.
Trisha Paytas
You know, especially like I said, Kayla being the one to, you know, why is Caleb thanking me for speaking out? If she had a problem with. If something I said was in factual the last time we talked about it is something that Zach or be better covered was incorrect, she would be the one, you know. So like of course out of everyone's side, I'm not going to take James Charles side. I'm going to take Kayla's side.
Remi Cruz
Absolutely not.
Trisha Paytas
So come on now.
Remi Cruz
And that's on period. So. All right, well we'll see. Maybe let's hope by the time this is out, maybe this will be outdated.
Trisha Paytas
Here's hoping.
Remi Cruz
Well, yes, hopefully for him. But it's not. We know James pattern of behavior.
Trisha Paytas
I know and I would love to be proven wrong. Like this isn't me. Like I would love to be made a fool because that means that someone isn't terrible. You know what I mean? And I am very open to changing my opinion based on information that is presented. You know, but right now all the information presented is not good for James. So like that is why my opinion is so anti James right now. But it would easily change if there was anything presented otherwise. Yeah, but there has been nothing so.
Remi Cruz
So easily fixed and yet There is no solution from James. All right, well, you are very informed on the subject. I like hearing about it.
Trisha Paytas
Shout out to Moses because he's the one that sense it.
Remi Cruz
He's like, I saw this from Be better also. Shout out. Be better. Okay. Doing interviews. Doing soup style interviews.
Trisha Paytas
Very good interview, too. Yeah, he was very good.
Moses Hacmon
Yeah, I did. I did tell him that. And he said thank you so much. I did a lot of research and checked all of his claims with my lawyer. Everything he said is true. I even have receipts I didn't include to protect James privacy.
Remi Cruz
Wow.
Moses Hacmon
And just don't want to include stuff that. But he's happy to share anything. And they're really just trying to help Kayla at this point.
Remi Cruz
Yep. That's amazing. That's amazing. Especially a young girl. No one really comes to the defensive. So it's nice to see there's people online helping her. Yeah. That's why especially Zach for coming forward too. I mean, he kind of had nothing to really gain from this, I wouldn't think.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah. Especially he was. Didn't know Kayla.
Moses Hacmon
So it seems like he was in shock because he heard Evan's side of the story. For the. You know how it is. You have a friend who's like this. This crazy girl. He's this crazy girl. And she says all those things and she does all these things. And so you buy into the story.
Remi Cruz
So then when you kind of hear the flip side of it, you're like, wait a minute.
Moses Hacmon
You see that? And it's shocking and it's awful.
Remi Cruz
All right, well, we'll hopefully have an update next Hot topics on this. Hopefully a positive one from James. Maybe. But let's not hold our breath. Out. All right, you guys, thank you for watching. I hope that this filled your appetite. We're gonna not that part. This is the show.
Trisha Paytas
No, I know, but build your appetite.
Remi Cruz
Wet your whistle.
Trisha Paytas
I do like wet your whistle. We hope it wet your whistle. Is that sexual?
Remi Cruz
I think so.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, Lord.
Remi Cruz
Whistle while you work. Got a bowl. Oh, okay. Lydia Butthole Collins. She'll be here soon.
Trisha Paytas
Will she?
Remi Cruz
No.
Trisha Paytas
Oh, my God. You can't say that. What?
Remi Cruz
Love?
Trisha Paytas
Yes. I love Lydia. You think she'll be with Corey?
Remi Cruz
Whoa. Where's she based?
Trisha Paytas
She's, like, living with Corey or she's. They've been living like they should.
Remi Cruz
We fly her out to maybe. Okay, I'll do.
Trisha Paytas
Yeah.
Remi Cruz
