Okay. Cat Kingdom. So I want to introduce my guest all the way from Australia. She was here in California a few weeks ago. I actually got to meet her, but she was so crazy busy we were not able to go to the studio to record this interview. So now that she's back home in Australia, we're doing the audio interview. Hi, honey.
Honey Brooks
Hello. Thank you so much for having me. Finally.
Podcast Host
I know, finally we've been trying to do this right.
Honey Brooks
It's not. I know the time zones and everything. It's just. It's been all over the place. But I'm finally here, so.
Podcast Host
Yeah. And I appreciate that very much. So for people that don't know you, let's explain who you are, what you do, and the fun twists in your story. You are a gorgeous model. This is for you guys that haven't seen the the videos yet that I already posted of her on YouTube. But you are a super gorgeous model and you decided to do only fans, correct?
Honey Brooks
Yes, that's right. I was married and had kids the time I was traveling Australia in our caravan and I met a couple on the road who was doing only fans. And at the time, I had no idea what only fans was. And yeah, that was when I first found out. And it kind of Led from there.
Podcast Host
Yeah. So the, the, the main reason why I wanted to talk to you because of course there, there are millions of only fans, models all over the world. But your story is very unique. The first reason, because you're happily married?
Honey Brooks
Yes.
Podcast Host
Correct. How long have you been married?
Honey Brooks
It's actually our 10 year wedding anniversary next month.
Podcast Host
Oh, wow. 10 years. Okay.
Honey Brooks
Yes. We've been together for 17 years. So like high school sweethearts.
Podcast Host
Okay. Oh my God. Okay, so you guys have been together for almost two decades.
Honey Brooks
Yes.
Podcast Host
So when you decided you're like, okay, maybe I'm going to try this out, how did it go, like with your husband? Because I know a lot of people listening, they're gonna say, oh my God, you know, and basically what I want to try to do is because, you know, I don't like when people judge women for what they do. I think, you know, we should do whatever the hell makes us happy. But. And you're a great proof of that that you can actually find a very supportive partner. So how was it? Did you tell him you wanted to do it? Did you guys talk about it together? How did it go down?
Honey Brooks
Yeah, so it was definitely at the start it was just an idea that we were both brought up. After speaking to that couple. We just saw them living this amazing lifestyle, working from home. Obviously, you know, we didn't see fully what they were doing. We actually subscribed to their page and was like, wow, like, this is so interesting. We both saw such a really good business opportunity. I think living on the road and traveling Australia and living out of a caravan really taught us that there's more to Life than the 9 to 5. There's more to life than, you know, just working in a job that you don't like for the rest of your life. And we kind of had a passion to, to live our life to the fullest, not being tied down and have this freedom to travel with our family whenever we like. So we saw that business opportunity and just thought, this is so cool. We already have really great sex. We, we love each other, we love getting intimate and all the things in the bedroom. You know, this could potentially be a really great idea for us. So it really just kind of grew. It wasn't like one person came up with the idea. It was all, or it's always been a joint discussion. It's been a thing that both of us have done. And we actually studied the industry for about six months before we even joined. Obviously. Having kids. Yeah. So having kids and coming into the industry was really, really Important to us that it was definitely going to be the right thing. People know once you put what you put on the Internet, is there forever, right? Yes. We didn't want to just jump in and just think of the money first. We really want to utilize it as a business plan, think about our kids, how it's going to affect our family in our future. So it wasn't a really quick decision. It was a lot of communication and research. And then when we decided to dive in, yeah, it just went crazy. And ever since then, it's been a mutual conversation between both of us. So, you know, if we want to take it to the next level, we'll bring it up with each other. Maybe one person's ready and the other one's not. So it's not really one person's driving the force. It's always been a joint business for us.
Podcast Host
I think that's very mature. But you did mention that you guys have kids. So that's a really good question because I know a lot of girls that do. Only fans. People judge them. Like you just said, oh, this stuff is on the Internet forever. What example do you think you're setting for your kids? How do you deal with that part?
Honey Brooks
Yeah, of course. And we do get a lot of scrutiny being a mother in the industry, and people like to. To pin that towards. And that was why I did so much research into doing it. Right. And there. There's two sides of this for me personally. There's a business side and then there's the family side in how we're handling this in terms of business. It was my absolute priority to keep who I am, my real name, my legal name, who I am as a person, completely separate to Honey Brooks. Honey Brooks is completely separate to who I am. My. All my details are hidden. Nobody knows who I am, where I live. Even if you Google my real name, I don't actually exist myself, doesn't exist on the Internet. And I've done that on purpose just so there's absolutely no connection to our family. I also work really closely with a company monthly, and we take down a lot of leaks or things on the Internet that aren't in my control that are behind my paywall. And they do that every single month, and they do all their takedowns. There's also boundaries in my business that I won't do sexually just because I don't want getting out ever for. For the kids. So business wise, I only sleep with my husband online. I don't sleep with any other males. So we're Just making those decisions to make it more comfortable and make it safer and less widespread. We do also have a really healthy exit plan out of the industry, which is really important to us to protect our family. And then on the other side is really to us about raising our children right, like setting those pillars just to teach them that we don't judge people what we do for work. You know, it doesn't matter what they do, as long as they're happy and it's legal. We don't judge. And it's our biggest number one rule in our house is we just don't judge other people. If you don't agree with it, that's fine, but then it's none of your business. And we're really open about sex in our household as well, which is really, really healthy. Because I know growing up as a young woman and even my husband, sex wasn't spoken about. It was. That was very shameful and it was a taboo subject. So of course, when you go into your older years and that gets brought up, it's very uncomfortable. You feel very isolated. So we just set the pillars and just making sex really normal, really comfortable. We're open about sex. We talk about, you know, all of the B's and the knees and everything in between because we don't want any kind of shame around sex. So there is definitely two parts of the. The toggles that are turning to really help, you know, do this in the best way, way possible. And that's the business side and what we've implemented there to keep our family safe and future aspects. And then also, you know, just building a best friend environment without any judgment and a safe sex zone.
Podcast Host
You know, it's interesting that you said that because I completely agree with you. I'm not in the. I'm not only fans, I'm not on adult entertainment, but I do agree because I come with the same type family as you just said. My parents never talked about it. They were not open about it. And it's a big problem, right, because kids and teenagers that grow up without that conversation usually have a lot of issues moving down in life. So I completely agree that the more open you are about it, the better will be for their future. I actually just interviewed the sex expert super famous in my show, like, last week, and she said the same thing. The more you make this normal, the more they're gonna think growing up, that is not that big of a deal.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, 100%. And I never want, you know, my kids to feel the way that I felt when I was younger, and that was, you know, hiding a lot of the sexual things that I did do and not feeling comfortable to talk about it. And that can really lead to dangerous situations for men and women. You know, talking to young boys now about consent and what consent means and how we can protect, you know, other. Other younger men and women in the. In the society and women and, you know, how it's okay to be liberal and out there and not asham trained and that they can come to us if any situation ever arises where they think they're in trouble, they think about doing anything sexual that they feel comfortable with us to. To chat. And that's all we're really just trying to do, is just set the foundation to. To chat to us when they need someone to talk to.
Podcast Host
I absolutely love that. Now, there is another interesting thing in your story. You decided after a while, and you tell me the details, that you were going to open up your marriage and bringing girls into the bedroom, correct?
Honey Brooks
Yes.
Podcast Host
And I can only imagine you must be judged by. I actually had somebody send me a message because I. I posted our videos on YouTube and somebody sent me a message like, oh, my God, that's trouble for the marriage. It's such a bad idea. And I said, not necessarily. I think that's a very personal decision, if that works for you. But how did you decide that that was the right thing for you guys?
Honey Brooks
Yeah, for sure. I mean, there is a lot of scrutiny around that. I think marriage is, you know, it gets difficult because there's a lot of obviously religion beliefs around marriage as well. And there's also, you know, people who have married young, and there's sometimes insecurity and people aren't communicating. There's people that love each other in different ways, and marriage is so different to everyone, and what marriage means to people is different, and that's okay. And I think people get a little bit, like, unsettled because one marriage is different to another. And how we progress from that is like. And let me tell you, if. If someone came up to me 10, 15 years ago and said, you know, in 10 years, you're going to be sharing Hank and you're going to be having threesomes with Hank, with another lady, I wouldn't have believed it. I would have been like, absolutely not. Like, that is same thing. That's trouble. I could not understand it or fathom it. However, with this business, it just really taught us about sex and sex in a way that it is only just sex. And for us, our marriage is so much more than Sex is, you know, what people don'. See. It's the, the movie nights, the memories, the experience with the kids, the, the late night cuddles. Like, it's the laughter, like laughing until we cry. Just being best friends. And to us, that's marriage. And obviously there's pleasure there as well. But we can go and get pleasure elsewhere if that's what we both want. You know what I mean? Like, we can both explore our pleasures and we got there in a way of communicating. And I think that's really, really important. Like, by no means do I think sharing or opening up a marriage is for everyone. You have to be best friends and comfortable and communicate and have that trust and communication there first. But that's kind of like what led us there is a communication just being so open and not judging. And, you know, we'll sit down every now and then, be like, hey, like, do you have any kinks or anything you'd like to explore? And we're really open without any judgment. And if we receive something that we're not quite there yet, or it's not our thing not to build any tension or get offended by it, we just take it on and just give our honest, like, feedback on where we are with it. And I think that's why it works so well with us, because we communicate the whole way through, you know, even if we try something new. When we did the threesome for the first time, it was communicating the whole way through and just touching base like, hey, uk, are you good? And just being on top of it. But we kind of progressed there because of our business. To be honest, when I started OnlyFans, I was doing a lot of girl, girl scenes and I really loved the girl energy in the room. And I knew for our next thing to kind of build up on our business would be to add another. Another person in. And for me, my boundaries is I don't want another male on my page. So, yeah, I brought it up to Hank and I was like, why don't we dive in and do a threesome? And jumped in and it kind of led off to being business first. We do it in our personal life for pleasure.

Podcast Host
To me when I met you here in LA that you. You. You figure out that you actually really enjoy this part of your sexuality that you call yourself bisexual, Correct. You're actually really enjoying. Because I don't want people out there to think that you're suffering or you're doing this just because Hank wants to do it or it's just a part of your job. You actually have fun doing it, Correct?
Honey Brooks
Yeah, absolutely. And I wouldn't. I would say it's more of, like, I love watching Hank enjoy himself and I love being there and I love enjoying each other while enjoying another female because I love the energy. So it's definitely not like Hank's like, let's do this. This is my idea. It was my idea to start with. And we've progressed from there. And I actually didn't realize how much I purely enjoyed it. I love my husband to death, and to see him getting pleasured and me getting pleasured at the same time is. Is just really erotic to me. And I do really enjoy the scenario. But it is funny that you do say that, because a lot of people say that. Yeah. Like, oh, like, honey, you know, you don't have to be forced into this. You don't have to do that. And it's just funny how there's a perception of that and not to say that there isn't cases like that, because, you know, they definitely could be. But for us, it's definitely a mutual thing, and we only do what each other is 110 comfortable with.
Podcast Host
Yeah, I think it's what you just nailed it. It has to be mutual. It has to be something that you both want to do. And I think I want to dismissify this conversation that every woman out there doing only fans is because they're desperate for the money and they're like, miserable doing what they're doing. Actually, there are some. Are some women that are, like you said, you have an entire separate life, which is your personal life, your real name, kids, homes and everything.
Honey Brooks
And.
Podcast Host
And you're actually enjoying your work. I don't want people to think because. And I'm sure you must get that a lot, right. They send messages like, oh, this is such shitty job. It's gonna be on the Internet forever. Why are you taking your clothes? These girls are such miserable. You know, and that's not the case. And this is one of the things that I really liked about you because you have this amazing energy and you pretty obviously have a very solid marriage behind it.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, absolutely. I think definitely people are quick to jump to assumptions that sex work is only for those that, you know, are traumatized, have a bad past, or just have to do it because it's the last resort. And it's absolutely not like that for everyone. You know, there are people in the industry like myself, who treat it as a business, who love it, who enjoy it, who make fantastic money off of it and can retire on it and are happy to do it and love doing it. And it's also liberating, you know, as a woman to be able to do what you want when you want. I sit in the comfort of my own home. I pick my boundaries. I say yes, I say no. I decide on how much everything's going to be. I don't have to leave my house, and I can earn crazy amount of money. I can pick when I work, if I've got, if the kids have got something on at school. You know, Hank's retired from his job and we work together on the business now. And it's just so liberating to be able to be in an environment that you've built that everything comes down to whether you say yes or no. And it's completely up to you.
Podcast Host
So when you say crazy money, can you give us an idea? You don't have to tell us the exact amount, but is it six figures a month? Is it. Can you give us a ballpark? Because I know a lot of people are curious about that.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, of course. So it sits around a hundred thousand dollars USD a month for us.
Podcast Host
That is serious money.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, it absolutely is. It's like, it's incredible money. And yeah, we're really, really proud of where we've built our business to and what we're doing and, and what that money has allowed us. I do like to always say, though, it's not always the case with only fans. Right. Especially now, I think that it is quite oversaturated and, and, you know, busy. There is a lot of competition. There are women out there that are earning a lot, lot, lot more than me and there are women out there that are earning a lot less. And it's. I, I like to always point out that we're at this place because it's been five years of continuous hard work, like in the trenches. Absolute. I would never want anyone to think that this is an easy job or an easy way out to earn a lot of money. But if you do see it as a business opportunity and you do it right and you work really hard for, you know, years and years and years, it can set you in a really nice position.
Podcast Host
So you make all this money on OnlyFans only, like literally people go there and buy your videos.
Honey Brooks
Yes, there's a subscription, so they have to pay to get behind the wall to talk to me, interact with me, get to know me, and then people can buy videos that I've already made or they can request certain videos which we call custom videos. And I get a lot of live calls so they can interact with me one on one. So yeah, it's just really the subscriptions and then what they pay to get to know me and to unlock the videos and all of that.
Podcast Host
Okay, amazing. Now, when we talked here in la, you mentioned something to me that I thought was super interesting. So I want to, I want to talk about that because I think A lot of people like me didn't know. I asked you how you find the girls that you bring in for your videos and for your marriage and you actually mentioned to me that these websites, escort websites in Australia are completely legal. Is that correct?
Honey Brooks
Yes. So in Australia, being an independent escort is legal. There's. Yeah. As long as you are doing it within the certain boundaries, it is legal. And there's actually websites, websites that display women in Australia in their state and gives you all the information that you need, the photos, how much you know that they're willing to do XYZ for. So it's a directory where you can find independent escorts.
Podcast Host
So. Oh my. I, I personally think it's a great idea because obviously here in the United States everything is illegal and you just make. Makes it so much more dangerous for the girls as well as for absolutely the clients. And I think it's such hypocrisy. I honestly don't understand. Like, if you just legalize everything, it's just going to make everything safer, so much more organized for everyone. So it blows my mind. And Americans are so uptight about it. Right. They think like it's the dirtiest thing in the world, but it just sounds so civilized to me the way it is in Australia.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, I. And you're absolutely right, it is extremely dangerous for women to be doing this in an illegal environment. Not to say by any means. It's the safest thing to do here in Australia. However, you know, we can openly go to hotels, be on camera, be seen with men that walk into the hotel with us. You know, there is a lot of backend stuff that we can do to, you know, that the women can do to protect themselves. But if you're doing it illegally, you know, you're going to have to hide it out. You're going to have to keep it really sacred and safe and a lot of maybe cash and there's just no tracking that and it can end up in a really dangerous situation. At the end of the day, sex is sex and, you know, it's. I know people look at it as, you know, dirty and this and that, but a lot of times, you know, it's men looking for connection and men, you know, wanting to speak to other women and connect with other people, which is why only fans is so big. And the fact that women, you know, can choose what they can and can't do with their body is amazing. So, yeah, it would, it would be really great to see it, you know, not be illegal. However. Yeah, you just don't Know, do you?
Podcast Host
Well, I don't think we will very unfortunately, because this, I, I, it pains me to say that I think makes sex in general such taboo here in the United States. I don't think we're gonna see it in our lifetime. But it definitely makes me happy when I find out about a country that is so much more open minded and organized about it. Because like you said, it is a profession that a lot of people choose. They deserve to be safe doing it. I'm not condoning it and I'm not saying anything positive or negative about it, but I think it's a woman's choice to do whatever the hell it is that she wants to do with her body. Like you said, I mean, OnlyFans is one of the largest companies in the world right now, right? One of the most profitable companies in the world.
Honey Brooks
And Absolutely.
Podcast Host
And one thing that I love about you, and this is why I wanted to talk to you, is because you actually found a partner that is supportive of what you do. And I think women need to know that if you decide to do that, or even like you decide to do sexy photo shoots or whatever it is that you decide to do, your partner has to be supportive of it.
Honey Brooks
Absolutely. I think it definitely needs to be a team effort. You know, it, you need to both be communicating and talking about your boundaries, how far you want to go, what you want to do together. And yeah, it has to be in a healthy position. Your relationship needs to be in a healthy position where you're already talking and communicating and open to move into that kind of place because, you know, it can get really, really like a slippery slope when you get into this. And you know, a lot of men and women think that they're okay with it until it actually happens, and then they're not, and that's okay as well. But to just give grace and, and patience and communicate and know at the end of the day that you two are a team and if you do it and you decide not to do it again, that's fine, don't do it. But you're still a team at the end of the day.
Podcast Host
I love it. And, and you said, you actually mentioned something a few minutes ago that I think is crucial. It's all about communication, right? You tell your partner what you want to do, and if you guys agree and you want to give it a try, go for it. And if one person is not ready for whatever it is, at least you, you told them what you want to do and you guys communicate about it. And I think that's so important.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, absolutely. I mean, being in this industry has completely changed our marriage, even in our personal life, because it has taught us to communicate about everything. And, you know, especially for, you know, some men from this generation where communicating and emotions and, you know, that was. It wasn't much of a conversation, you know, when they were younger. So now to have this open communication is so healthy and to kind of like, unravel it all together and know where each other is sitting, because at the end of the day, you're going to get problems when you speculate what other people think or what that person thinks or, you know, what they think of you. And at the end of the day, it's normally not that. It's just your brain that's going over and over a loop in your head and just communicating that with them gets it out all the time.
Podcast Host
And I'm so happy that you are so open about it because this is such an important conversation. So thank you so much again. I commend you for the work you guys do, for talking about it, for explaining a little bit more about the industry, because I do not think it should be, you know, so. So covered in.
Honey Brooks
In.
Podcast Host
In myths. You know, so many people talk trash about it and they think like, oh, you're only fans. You're a. And you're living proof that that's not the case. So I really appreciate so much you're taking your time.
Honey Brooks
Yeah, I love it. I really do enjoy talking about it. At the end of the day, you know, everyone has their own opinion, and I'm not here to change opinions or argue with, you know, people on the Internet, but I love sharing my story and showing to people as well that there is a healthy, safe way. Like, if you do ever think about doing this, there is the option to do the Healthy Safeway and for it to turn out well and just spread the word that, yeah, you like the people out there that aren't just doing it because they've fallen into it.
Podcast Host
Yes, absolutely. And I hope you come back to the United States soon so we can do another one. Yes, me too.
Honey Brooks
I think I am coming back soon. So let me know. I'll definitely let you know. And we can do. Yeah, round two.
Podcast Host
Yeah. Then we can actually go to the studio because after you left, I found out that you did the Inside Only Fans podcast. Right. And it's the. It's the same studio where we do Cat on the Loose. I know. So I was like, oh, my God, if I knew it, we could have tried to book, you know, one after the other or something at the studio. But I had no idea you were gonna be in the same studio.
