Welcome back to catching up with Katie. So last week, y' all really liked the fact that we did kind of a very organized, like, question and answer type of deal. And we don't do that much anymore. We used to pretty much only do that on this segment. And so this week, we're. It's a soft Q A. It's. It's more of just like, a few topics, but it's. It's kind of addressing everyone in the room. So. So Lindsay's got. Lindsay's got her little questions over there. So why don't you start us off?
B
Number one, Ms. Abigail, have you. Have you finally moved into your new house?
C
Yes, I have.
D
I haven't seen it.
C
Well, you said you were gonna come over after work two days last week.
D
You wanna know. You wanna know something?
C
You didn't come either day. And even Nate. Nate's come and seen it.
D
Nate went.
C
Yep.
D
He went the other day, and I was behind him as we were driving down the road, and he just did. And I was like. I literally. I literally was like, all right, I'll just pull him.
A
And I was like, so was Lindsay, so was Lind.
C
Literally, it was me, Lindsay behind me, and then Nate behind me. All three of us pulled in, and you just couldn't bring yourselves to be.
D
The one in home. I had to go home.
C
It's ridiculous.
B
He ruined the caravan working.
D
I know.
B
He had to go to the photography store. The photo store.
D
Yeah, that was it. I had a reason. I did go. I sure did go.
A
You.
C
When. When we left the parking lot, you. Your decision had been made that you were not going because you just really didn't want to go.
D
But then I told Nate right before I left that I was going to, so.
A
I mean, it doesn't take long to walk through that house. It's. It's pretty good.
C
No, it really doesn't.
A
It's. It's.
D
I've seen.
A
It.
C
Would have taken, like, a total of five minutes.
B
It took us less than that.
D
I'll go see it today.
A
Yeah, Like. Like, I don't want you to. Like, the kitchen and. And dining room. All one kind of sent. Like, there's. There's a living room and there's bedroom and guest bedroom. There's not really, like.
C
Like a house.
D
There seems to. It is like. And I can understand the illusion that Abigail and I are friends, like, on video and Stu.
A
That.
D
But, like, in reality, like, that is just not the case. Like, this is just purely a working relationship here. And, you know. You know, and at some Point the line got blurred.
C
I was reaching a little bit to invite you to come see it. So I'll remember that.
D
I'll go see it today.
A
I was gonna say, did you end up going to get the antiques?
C
No, we're gonna do a different night because. Okay, I didn't have any way to transport. If I did find some, like, larger furniture that I liked because she said there might be a dining table. So maybe you gotta be careful.
A
There's. I mean, there's not that much room in there for a dining table.
C
There's plenty of room for a dining table.
A
You think like a full, like what.
B
I have downstairs, not in the kitchen.
C
I don't want a eight person dining table.
A
Okay, so we're like a kitchen table.
B
Like a four person, five person.
C
It's still a dining table.
A
I feel like there's a difference. Like a circular little kitchen table or.
C
Like a dining table around a round dining table.
D
I also have a round dining table.
C
I had a round dining table growing up.
A
Nothing against it. I have a round one in my house.
C
I'm just saying dining tables.
A
I call it my kitchen table.
C
Just dining tables are just like large tables.
A
Like a dining table is a long table. There is. You know what I'm saying? Like it's 6 to 8p or 6 people and up. In my opinion, if you're talking about.
B
A dining table, a nice fancy dinner, sure.
C
Google dining table.
A
A dining table is six people and up. A kitchen table is.
B
If it's like, you know, okay, that makes sense. But I guess what, I see what's happening.
C
He's chat gpting something and I'm just gonna, I'm just gonna Google dining table.
D
Yes, there is a difference, though. People sometimes use the terms interchangeably.
C
There's a round, like four seater right here.
A
The first thing that pops, four seaters. A kitchen table.
D
And I will say, oh, a kitchen table. Purpose. Everyday meals. Location usually in or near the kitchen. Common shapes, round or square. Often seats two to four people. Dining table.
A
Well, if it's a table in the.
C
Dining room and I'm dining at it.
D
That'S where I'm at with them. But anyway, we're so out of left field from the original question.
A
Right.
D
How far are you moved into your house? Like, what are you lacking?
A
Mattress on the floor.
B
No, it's not.
C
I am lacking a couch. The bed frame.
A
It's been ordered.
C
It's coming a few days from now.
B
It's the guest bedroom.
C
I have to put up a bed frame, but I have a bed Frame and a mattress for my room. I have the guest room set up. I have the kitchen mostly set up.
B
Her kitchen is so cute.
A
When I was in there a couple days ago, the amount of knickknacks that were strewn in every room.
B
We love a knickknack.
C
Yeah. Yeah.
D
I'm gonna get a bit of a hoarder.
C
I wouldn't say hoarder. I got rid of some stuff because.
A
Because, I mean, in the. Here's the thing, though. You've never had the ability, because you've always had roommates, to just, like, literally decorate a whole house. So you want to. You want to be able to, like, have a theme if you want, or, like, you know.
C
Yeah. I've been collecting said knickknacks for, like, two years now. Yeah.
D
What kind of a knickknacker are you?
B
She's kind of in all types of knickknacks. Yeah, she's got them all, like, those.
D
Little things that you take it off and there's another one there.
A
You take it off and there's Russian nesting doll.
C
It's like a marushka or my grandma.
B
I mean, there's marishka.
A
What's it. Is it like a tchotchke? That's like a tiny little Russian?
C
Because I do like this.
B
The ones where you.
C
They have a name that.
A
But I'm thinking of, like, little.
B
I had ones that were measuring cups. The ones you open and you just keep going. Matryoshka, Matryoshka, Matryoska.
A
Okay. So. So tchotchkes. I'll just put a little. It's a small ornamental trinket.
B
A chachki.
C
Yeah, I do. I would like to have one of these, though.
D
I don't like them.
C
I've always loved I. Because I used to watch. And apparently this is an obscure show that, like, not many people know about, because I bring it up and no one knows. I used to watch Higglytown Heroes.
D
Yeah.
B
Very rarely did I watch that, but.
C
And the entire premise of this kids show was Russian nesting doll. They were all. They were all Russian nesting dolls. All the characters. There was even, like, a little squirrel. Her name was Fran. And she would, like, just sit on the other one's shoulder. And then they would kind of, like, just hop around. And it was very. It was just really wobbles.
A
Yeah.
C
Yeah. They just kind of wobbled. Mosey. If we had the tv. Well, I mean, we had the TV up. We have the remote sitting right in front of Matt.
D
But we got a copyright Flag.
A
But anyway, yes, Abigail's moved in, to answer the question. But I mean, moving in is daunting. Like, especially when you're moving in to a space that's bigger than what you had before and you're like, I don't. What do I fill this space with? What do I. You know? So I'm excited to see what you do with it. I don't think we're ever gonna get a tour, guys. So don't. I don't think. I don't think I'd ask for that. No.
C
No.
D
I'll let you know what it looks like.
A

B
All right, Ms. Katie, how is the barn remodel coming?
A
Slow. What?
C
Mr. Matt.
D
Oh.
B
Oh, you're. You're gonna be Mr. Matt.
C
Mr. Matt.
A
All I think is that is my dad being Mr. Matt. Oh, my dad's. Well, you can call him Mr. Matt, but like my dad be has been Mr. Matt.
D
We have similar aura.
A
You do? You think?
D
Yeah, for sure.
A
Okay.
B
I could.
A
Maybe to an extent, but it's slow. It's slow, it's slow. It's. The stalls are coming on Monday from Lakeland for the big barn.
B
So did you pick out whatever Jonathan was texting us about?
A
What?
B
Oh, we'll figure we'll do that today.
A
What am I supposed to pick out? Windows.
B
Okay, we'll pick out the windows today.
A
So there's like two Remodels going on at once, though, because we have the big barn that's existing. It was built in like the 70s. And I'm so sorry if I just made that sound like that was 100 years ago. It's not. I'm just saying it's.
C
I mean, it was like. It was like 55.
A
It's an older barn. Okay. And there's a lot of structural things with it that I would very much like to change, but I can't just tear down. So we decided to redo the stalls and like, make basically this barn into like the folding barn. And with that, so we ended up taking all the stall fronts out, having them re welded, having them re powder coated, all this stuff. And then I was like, you know, it's getting the crunch time. This is taking forever. And so I had. I wish I had done this from the get go, but with the new barn being built, I got with this stall company, and so they are doing all the stalls in the new barn, and they. They have an option that looks quite similar to the. The stalls that we have in the bar. And so we had. I just went ahead and ordered because their lead time was way shorter than what we've been doing, so I ordered all of the big existing folding stalls from them. And so that comes on Monday. And so, yeah, it'll be good, but it's gonna look very mismatchy and very. It's. It's not going to look good, I swear, until this coming summer.
C
Yeah.
B
But once it's.
A
Anyway, it's doing good, though. It's doing good. The new barn, the trusses go up this week. I mean, we're still very much saying, like, horses are gonna go in at Christmas. So, Lindsay, do you have any fears going into your first foaling season?
B
Well, okay. Yes. One thing we all know with animals, sometimes they just die. They pass away. And that's one big fear of mine, is that I'm going to happen to see. I'm not saying I'm hoping this never happens, but I'm scared.
A
That was the conversation yesterday with Alyssa freaking you out about how she walked in, like, literally her first week and like, cool had died.
B
Yeah. I was like, that's traumatizing. Okay. I was like, all right, so just prepare a little bit. So I have to prepare myself for that to happen, but I'm praying that it doesn't. Like, yeah, I hope for the best, but that's the thing I'm scared of.
A
We had. We had like, a little dramatic run there for A bit where we had at least one. Like, you know, something crazy happened. But last year we had. We had a great. Pretty uneventful year. The only thing I think that happened was Huckleberry. Like, Annie tried to slice his leg off, but other than that.
C
Oh, good. How did that happen?
A
She stepped on him.
C
Oh, it's dark.
A
She didn't know. Okay, so fear death.
B
Yes.
A
What's your. What are you most excited for?
B
The baby?
C
Horses.
B
I'm so excited to see them. See them come out. That's to be a little, like, stomach churning for sure.
A
I've.
B
You think I've never seen. Are you born a little bit, but I've not.
D
More of just like the size of, like, you know, like, you see like, a human baby be born like that, like times three or whatever.
B
Yeah. So that's times three, probably times, like.
A
So the baby that comes out as a. Is about £100.
B
Yeah. That's.
C
Well, like, size wise. I feel like maybe like five babies maybe together.
D
Yeah. You see, like, puppies be born.
C
Yeah, yeah.
D
Right? Yeah.
A
I just spit everywhere. Right. Puppies pop out.
D
Yeah. This is like. Have you ever seen, like, National Geographic and it's like the one like the elephants are born and stuff like, that's.
B
I'm gonna be honest, I have not seen an elephant be born.
C
Okay, so they do it standing.
D
Yeah, it's wide. Do them. Baby elephants start their day, like, on the floor.
A
So do giraffes. Yeah, they just fall, like, a pretty long way. But elephants also, have you noticed? They have. They don't have their utter at the hind like cows and like horses do. It's up front, they just got titties. So then when they stand up on their back legs, they just have boobies.
C
Do they have two or do they have two?
A
And the baby. The calves, they call them a calf. They just walk beside their mom and get a little nip as they're walking.
C
Because they're very similar to us.
B
Is their gestation period the same as a human?
A
22 months. I think I'm pulling that out of my butt. I don't know. 22 months, I think.
B
What's the gestation period of an elephant?
C
No, no, no, no.
A
22 months.
B
Elephant is 22 months.
A
Yeah.
B
Okay, that's. Wow, that's long.
A
Yeah.
B
So we're different in that aspect.
A
And then giraffes are like 14 to 16 months, I think. And then horses are 11 months, 22 months the longest. No, I think a blue whale is the longest.
B
I think one of them's it is.
D
The longest gestation period of any land animal.
A
Okay. Well, a blue whale is a mammal.
C
But it's a feel like a blue whale. Like, it wouldn't hurt to give birth. Like, it feel. It seems so large.
A
Salt water.
C
Yeah, it seems. But also it seems like it's just so large that, like, it wouldn't even feel it.
A
But their babies are large.
C
Are.
A
Are they? Yeah. Oh, like, how long are they?
D
Like, pretty big.
A
Pretty.
C
Okay.
A
Pretty big. Okay.
C
I'm just imagining, like a little.
D
Imagine being a shark baby.
A
Okay. But some sharks lay eggs and some sharks give birth live.
D
Imagine being. Well, a lot of them give birth live, and there's just not enough room. So you gotta eat your brother and sister and just hope for the best.
A
Okay. You look really cynical talking about.
D
It happens.
A
Did you know that most trying to think, what is it? Is it most amazing awareness? Oh, yeah. So most pandas give birth to twins, but they just don't have the mental capacity to. To do that. So then they just take care of only one. And so, like, zoos will go in and trick them and, like, swap them out and stuff.
B
That's cool.
C
Do they not recognize, like, the scents?
A
I don't know.
B
Or koalas?
C
You would think they would. They would just know. Koalas are marsupials.
A
Yeah.
D
They got. They got diseases.
B
Yeah.
D
You ever seen, like, videos of koas? Dude, they're mean. They do look like the little, like.
C
Like squirrels. Yeah, they're like Australian squirrels. Yeah. Have you seen them in, like, people's homes? Like the spiders.
D
Oh, yeah. Australia.
A
Spiders. The wolf spiders.
C
No, they wouldn't hurt you. But the thought of one crawling on me in my sleep is, like, across your face.
D
And it's the size of your face.
C
No, it's. It's bigger.
A
I know. It's like.
B
I don't like that.
C
No. And there's this girl on Tik Tok. It could be fake. I don't know.
A
It's like, very AI is tricking me more and more.
C
Very large spider. But it could be fake. But she'll just be. She lives in Australia, and in the background of her videos, it'll just be, like, on the wall behind her and she has it named. And she's like, he doesn't bother anything. Like. And then he'll. And then she'll, like, turn back and it's gone.
A
No.
B
And it's.
C
It's just wandered off. No, thanks. I just couldn't even imagine knowing that that was in my house, like, hearing it.
B
All right, Mr. Matt, did you follow through and get your nose pierced?
D
I did, and my cartilage pierced, period. But they had to be, like, little studs, and I didn't want diamonds. And in hindsight, maybe right now.
A
Did you take it out?
D
No, but my freaking. I got my two lobes replaced, and then the balls weren't screwed on very well, and so they both fell out my sleep. I found. I found them both.
A
But I had those long enough, though. We're like, it's not going to close up in a day.
D
No, but I need to go get.
C
Those some more to. To keep in there until you.
A
You need some little dangles. I got some dangles.
D
I have the earrings. I just need more, like, balls. Balls to, like, screw them in.
A
I think I have some.
D
Really?
C
Some of these.
D
Yeah, those. Exactly.
C
I think I have some. If you come to see my house.
D
Yeah.
C
Maybe you can grab them.
D
Maybe. But anyway.
A
But you did your cartilage.
D
Yeah.
A
Is that still in?
D
I have to leave it in for however long before I can get what was in my earrings before I'm gonna get the little rings in both.
A
We were at.
D
I did follow through.
A
It was when we were in Oklahoma. Yeah, Oklahoma. And we were on the sidewalk, and I was like, how many likes for you to get your nose pierced? And he was like, I'll get my nose and my cartilage pierced. So I don't think the likes had anything to do with this action, but we got, like, double the amount of likes you said. So.
D
Yeah, it was a ploy. I was going to do it anyway.
A
And what did you say?
D
You're like, but I was on brass.
A
And we're like, well.
D
And I did say that. And I. I didn't know you said that before. And I was like, there's no way that I said I was going to get a brass earring, but now what I meant was like a brass.
A
Bold.
D
Bold meaning.
B
Got it.
D
Brass and bold, you know?
C
Okay.
D
Was what I meant by that.
A
Okay.
D
At that point in time. The end.
B
All right, next question. What is the farm doing about EHV1 prevention and will this delay the new mares from coming?
D
Following question. What is EVH1?
A
So it's like an equine herpes virus? Yes, EHV1. It's a equine herpes virus. And I don't. Do not take this as, like, a news outlet, okay? I'm not telling y'.
B
All.
D
You heard it here first.
A
So there was an event in. I think it was a barrel racing event, but also I think there's another one. It was a roping event in Texas, excuse you, In Texas, where there was an outbreak and the horses are, like, dying. Like, it's. It's lethal. And so I think at this moment, it's contained to Texas and west because everyone has gone on, like, shutdown. Like, you know, events are being canceled. No one is hauling, like, all this stuff. And so that's why we're not going. We were going to be going to Texas in December for, like, a photo shoot. So we're not going. Yeah, like, within the last couple weeks. And so. Yeah, because the. So there's two new mayors that I purchased a few months ago. They're in Colorado. They're probably not coming here for a little bit longer now because of the fact that it just. I have too many pregnant mares and I don't want to risk anything horrible. And. But yeah, so it's scary. I don't know all this. Like, I just know horses are like, legit dying. Like, it's. It's really, really scary at the. At the World Show. So, like, High Point, which is where Waylon is and like, I know Aaron's kind of on lockdown too, which is where Denver is. So. At the World show, where we just were, there were eight horses that came from that event where, like, the outbreak was, and they had come straight from that event to the World Show. Now, thankfully, they weren't in any classes that, like, a lot of, like, they were in very specialty classes. So there were horses that they for sure were around. And it's not confirmed that they were, like, infected. It's just that they had come from that area. And so, like, my horse Denver wasn't in any classes with them. And then I think they were in like, barns four and five. So I mean, we went through there with a coffee cart, but other than that, we didn't really go in there. So, yeah, basically we're taking temperatures. We're not letting anybody come in the property. So, like, Buttercup is new, but she came from Florida, so she's on quarantine. And we're taking it super seriously. But, like, we're just not letting anybody on. I'm again, not going to Texas when. When I was going to because I don't want to risk bringing something back. And yeah, I mean, I think there's some people say to go ahead and revaccinate. Some people say not to. Like, I think there's like, a differing opinion on that. But we're just. We're just keeping a close eye and being on lockdown, but yeah, the new mayors. I'll get pictures. Which side do I put it?
D
Just so you'll get pictures.
A
Pictures up of Blondie and of Ariel. So they're. I bought them as recips, but they're both very nice double registered quarter horse paint mares. And I'm. We'll see when I see them in person. I will decide if they're going to be recips or if they're going to be having their own little babies. So anyway, that. Yeah, that. That's delayed. They were going to be coming in December. Now it's for sure delayed. So what are we watching?
D
I don't. I was just. Even if, like we wanted to pull something up on this, like what that would entail and I just wanted to.
A
See if that worked. Yeah, research does help.
B
We might need to add YouTube on.
D
We do need to add YouTube. That's what I was saying is like pretty much the only thing we do need is YouTube.
C
Click Add Apps.
D
I know.
C
Well, you went by it twice.
D
This is actually my Roku account.
C
Okay.
B
You missed it.
D
Oh, my gosh. I can't see. That's YouTube TV, you dummies.
B
Okay, well, keep going.
D
It's just not on here. I just search it, dude. But anyway. Yeah, carry on.
B
So this is the last question I have on here.
A
Okay.
B
When are the goats moving to Abigail's house?
D
I forgot all about the goats.
A
You don't even know their names.
C
When there's a. When there's a fence for them to.
B
Slowly but surely.
A
You have the house. Yes. Yeah. She has the little. What?
D
Pins. What kind of fence are you putting up? I can put up a fence. I used to put up fences.
A
Don't. Don't you do that.
D
What?
C
I was also promised offense.
D
Oh, yeah, I forgot about that.
A
Don't you do that?
D
Well, yeah, it's a very loose offer. I am a very busy person, but I just like to be helpful. That's my. That's my problem.
C
But you end up creating.
D
I know.
C
More problems.
D
That is my. That is my. A huge red flag for me is that my desire to be helpful does not match my availability.
C
Oh, I have help. Matt said he would help me and then the time comes. I didn't. I like.
D
I will.
C
You should have. You shouldn't have believed me when I said that because I'm very busy and I have something else going.
A
I have a child.
D
I will not. I will not check my schedule.
C
Just like gaslight me. It's my fault.
D
I will not check my schedule. I will 100 make plans and then hope that it adds up later. So that is a huge red flag.
A
I just. I'm geeking at the fact immediately I'll build you. I know.
D
You see, but that's it. That's a perfect example. It's like, oh, I would love to help out. Would love to help out. But reality of the situation, like, you let old house.
A
You and Nate both were like, we'll just set aside a day. We'll come, we'll help you out, you.
D
Know, But I'm pretty sure Katie had a pretty busy week. And so if it was anybody's fault, me. Okay, we can get you in touch with the right people to get the fence up.
A
The old. So the previous goatee. What the kidding castle. It's not the kidding castle. What do we say it was? The weather tower? Because they're weather.
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
A
So it's now the weather tower. It is at Abigail's house. And so that'll be where they live, which they. They're already comfortable there. They can live in it. They were born in there. And then how many.
D
Are you kidding?
A
They got. They got banded this week.
B
Bean and Sprout.
D
Banded?
C
Yeah.
A
They don't like me right now.
B
They're balls.
C
They couldn't imagine that.
A
They basically put a tourniquet at the top of the box.
D
I couldn't imagine that.
A
I mean, it had like, doing that has to have like, way more complications on like a human. You would think. Anyway, so her little boys, they got banded this week. If you want to check out that video, I have it on tick tock and on Facebook. She was not a part of it. Her. Her gentle little heart just couldn't take. Couldn't take it.
C
No, I wasn't needed.
A
So me and Rebecca. Me and Rebecca were the men and we went and did it. Well, Evan was there too, but it's me and Rebecca.
B
You were the main muscle.
A
Yeah.
D
It is worth noting that on a brand new unsigned in channel, you only have to type in K A, T.
A
You only type in. There we go.
D
Of the. Of just four letters in Europe there.
A
You only have to type in your whole name.
D
Hey, 75 views on that. That was a nice one. Good job, everybody. Hey. 766,000 subscribers. Heck yeah. Heck yeah, gang.
A
So what's crazy is like I remember we were at the world show last year when we hit 500, and that was me and Nate hugged the first time.
B
Oh, that's sweet.
D
I know. Now he has a cow named after.
B
He give you Hugs often.
A
He's. I. There's a weird thing because I will hug people, but there's just been a weird thing between me, Nate, and Matt where we just don't hug. We don't hug. I don't know.
B
It's just that kind of relationship.
D
Nate is more forceful on the matter, really, than any of the other three. Nate, Will it be pretty intentional, but Intentional on trying to get a hug? You?
B
Not so much.
D
I'll just take them as they come. I know. I mean, I'm not.
A
I know.
D
She's not a hugger.
A
I gave you, like, a random hug at the airport the other day.
B
See you later.
D
You never know.
A
No. Yeah. It was like a bye. And I was like, we don't do that. Why did I just do that? It was weird.
D
Yeah. Affection and, like, it's just something I'm not used to.
A
Right.
D
When it's. When it's received, I get all weird.
A
I've been way sweeter to you. I've been way sweeter to you than them. What? I.
D
Way sweeter.
A
Yeah.
D
I thought you said a waste.
A
I've consoled.
C
Well, to be fair, though, I don't know that we've ever been around them when they needed, like, consulting.
D
You know, usually the reason I need consoling is because of you guys.
C
I would. I would console anyone.
D
I have a video idea. Let's beat Matt with a horsewhip.
C
The odds.
B
What are the odds?
D
They just never come to me with their problems. I don't understand it.
B
Next time I have a problem, I'll text you.
C
Don't, please.
B
What if I have an actual problem that you can help with?
C
He'll ignore you, and then he'll make you feel worse about and that. That'll make you feel.
B
He already ignores me in group chats.
C
Well, then I wouldn't.
D
I would just go ahead again, assume that my response would be, whatever it is you're going through, I hope you never figure it out.
C
Thank you. Thank you.
D
And I certainly hope it gets worse.
C
Than it is better.
D
I hope that there is. I hope that there is a negative outcome that I could have changed.
A
What is it? The Queen Charlotte thing? It's like.
B
Yeah, yeah, but I don't know.
A
Something, something. Prayers, Prayers. It's.
B
It's just prayers, prayers, prayers. I thought. Right.
D
I went Call of Duty game chat mode.
A
No, look at. Look at.
B
It's Queen Charlotte. Prayers, prayers, Prayers. Sorrow.
C
Sorrows.
A
Sorrows.
B
Prayers.
C
Yeah.
A
Sorrows.
C
Sorrows.
A
Prayers.
D
You don't. It don't matter what I do. I will get such discrimination in this crew. Such discrimination.
C
Such. You're just treated so bad.
D
I am. I'm treated worse than anybody. It's just because I have such callous skin.
C
I just need to be coddled.
D
Totally. And then I can wear. Wear a smile and I just go home and put my head in my wife's shoulders.
A
I was about to say you're. You're so callous that after a coffee and donut debacle, you went and pouted away from everybody.
D
That was not hours.
C
No, don't.
D
I was. I was editing, first off.
C
We haven't even talked about that.
D
We have talked about. Well, not on here.
C
Yeah, well, we don't need.
B
They had. They had a. About 10, 15 minute conversation the other day about the coffee donut debacle. It was quite hilarious.
D
And I will still die on that hill 100%.
C
It had nothing to do with.
B
He got them water.
A
Oh, it's just coffee.
C
It had nothing to do with donuts. It was a coffee water debacle.
A
Oh, coffee. If you call it anything.
B
I thought about you. So here's some water.
C
Yeah.
A
Sorry.
D
There are two. Two very clear size of that story. And anyway, I feel like we don't.
C
Have to get into it if we're closing out. I can't swear. Start speaking on it, because I will.
D
Say we're at 36 because.
A
So I'm not. We're not going to start this essentially at the world show on the last day after.
C
No, we're not.
D
I'm not.
A
Let me do it because I'm not doing it. There was a debacle.
D
Let me do it because I'm not doing it.
A
There was just a. Just for the people. There was a debacle over ordering coffee. And then there was. There was two sides to it. They could not come to an agreement. It still isn't an agreement. And that's fine. But when we got to the airport. When we got to the airport, Matt.
D
I went to edit Katie's videos.
B
Okay?
C
This was his excuse there. Well, this one has an outlet by the chair. Every single chair at the airport has an outlet built also.
D
And I even said that I wanted to be. I wanted to edit without outside influence because I'm not the kind of guy that can just throw headphones on and hang around with without wanting to be in the conversation.
C
Noise canceling you have before, though. So do that all the time.
A
Go get, like food or something. And we walk over just like Matt. Like, he was just like so far down, sitting there, editing it's, like, all around me.
D
And any other time I go to the airport, no matter who I'm with, I do the exact same thing. It just. It so happens that it is so picked out.
A
No.
D
Here's what we'll do. On the next Catch it up with Katie. We will. We will set this up like a courtroom, and we will bring this. This debacle and this. Whatever this case is.
B
Katie the judge.
D
Katie can be the judge.
A
Oh, you don't want me to be the judge.
C
He says he does this every time he's in.
D
We'll get George. We'll get somebody neutral.
C
Ever isolated himself in a little corner cubby before at the airport?
D
Well, also always, because I'm also always two hours late.
C
I always do this.
D
Anyway.
A
Well, also, I will say that morning, it felt a little icy. You had your headphones on while we were cleaning up the house.
C
Yeah, it was fresh. It was fresh then.
A
And Nate.
C
Nate had just sent him the Venmo.
D
Oh, my.
C
That's where the headphones came on after that, I think they didn't come off until we got off the plane. And then we got there.
A
We got back to Tennessee, and he was like, peace, y'. All. And just, like, he booked it.
B
He said, I'm tired of y'.
A
All.
D
We will bring this to. To it to a jury of770,000 people.
C
And y' all be here.
D
Nate will be here, and y' all can.
A
You know what? That'll be good, because just like the dog argument, people will. They'll. They'll sniff out who. Who was the right one.
D
And one of two things will happen. We will all come to an agreement and all shake hands at the end of this, or we will all go our separate ways, and no one person will ever work here again.
A
Oh, okay.
D
It'll either end one of the. It'll end with, like, the cameras just being shut off.
B
She's like, I didn't sign up for that.
D
It's just like a whole. Like a whole thing. Like mice get put away.
B
Yeah.
C
Y. We're signing off.
B
You start putting up everything, we start shuffling paper.
A
Okay. Next episode, there will be a courtroom date.
D
Yeah. And, dude, we should totally get, like. Get you a judge outfit, too.
A
You don't want me to be the judge.
D
Well, who's gonna be the judge?
A
You know what I haven't heard?
D
I thought Lindsay could be a judge. I thought Lindsay was going to be a pretty neutral thing, but she was brought into the conversation not too long ago, and she was immediately on Freaking Nate Navigation.
C
I think Lindsay should be the judge because I think she has good opinions.
D
He would be a good, neutral person.
B
I could tote. I could just sit in my little fifth chair over there. Connect. If you guys would connect the mic this time, maybe that would be great.
C
You know, I'll sit in my corner. All of the blame for that is on matinee. Yeah, I'm not even gonna pretend to be responsible. The sad little chair. And because I wish you could pan over to it.
B
Room for us.
D
Well, we don't have room for two anyway.
A
Cordless mic.
D
I think we just put it over there for aesthetic.
B
Lindsay's chair.
D
Like a little cardboard sign.
C
Big light, reserved.
B
I'll get a reserve.
A
Okay.
D
We are all adults.
C
Yeah, we did.
A
Okay, okay.
C
It's not insulting.
A
It's not. And now every time she wears white, it just comes up, you're not in white, so you're fine.
B
But she hasn't white yesterday.
D
All right. Next episode, courtroom session. Judge Judy.
A
Judge.
C
I'll get a wig.
D
Yeah, we'll get. We'll get like a little. Yeah, because you can get. I did that very cheap on Amazon one time.
B
Okay, perfect.
A
Of course you did.
C
You've done this before.
D
So we'll do. And we're all grown up.
B
She's like, me and my wife do this every week.
D
Yeah, that's how we settle arguments. We're all grown ups enough that we can have a mature argument and disagreement. Like, what is it? In school you did debate?
C
Yes.
D
Like, debate class and whatnot.
B
You guys both wear wigs.
D
Both sides will be brought. Yeah, we'll all be in colonial wigs. Like, we're trying to settle. We're all our own judge. We're all our own jury.
A
Yep.
D
You guys are the jury. And then we'll have the comments just go to war.
C
Yeah.
A
Oh, my God. Okay, well, so it's gonna be a great.
D
Dude, this is gonna be a hype.
B
This comment for. We have sides.
A
Yeah, we have that to look forward to. I do believe that feelings will be hurt. And I do believe it will bring up.
C
I think it might be a bit of a. It might be a bit of like a. Like a therapy.
D
Yeah. Well, I'll go to dinner afterwards.
A
It's all gonna turn on me. You know what I'm saying? Like, I'm just the judge.
D
We find some other problem completely.
A
This is all because we're on your trip and we were on.
C
You're Meg.
B
Meg from Family Guy.
A
Okay. Yeah.
C
Everyone just turns on her and she's like. And they're like, you just have to be the one in the family to take it. Like, someone has to take it.
D
We'll schedule that one.
A
Yeah.
D
Be a premiere.
A
Hope y' all enjoyed today. The last half. I don't even know what happened, but.
D
That'S when it got good.
A
Stay tuned for the next one.

The conversation is friendly, authentic, and full of inside jokes, typical of a group of close friends who work together daily. Much of the humor is deadpan or playful, with honest admissions about stress, workplace quirks, and ranch life realities. The language is relaxed and Southern-accented, with the kind of “real talk” that fans of Katie’s content value for its candidness and warmth.
Stay tuned for a special “courtroom” episode, where the team will (in costume!) settle their now-infamous coffee/donut debacle and maybe a few more long-standing "cases"—with the audience acting as jury via the comments.
