In this episode we break down what the phrase "Men are Trash" means to us. We share our personal "trash" stories that we've experienced even in the workplace. We also, discuss the ways in which men have been raised and encouraged to behave in toxic ways. We admit to some of our own short comings, but ultimately we break down this phrase and our experiences. We end with some solutions we think would be helpful to men and women. Enjoy!
