And I'm also going to say, I personally, as a Caucasian lady, and I'm so white, you can see through to my veins. And I really think a lot of the adversity comes your way because you're a black woman.

You can't make this up. The election for mayor is hours away in Los Angeles, and Karen Bass has decided to use her precious time to do a live stream with Kathy Griffin, who kind of looks like transgender Chucky Kathy Griffin. Much like Chelsea Handler and these other liberal white female women in Los Angeles, they try to make this about race and gender. She says you're treated unfairly because you're a black woman, a woman of color. Karen Bass wasn't treated unfairly because the color of her skin or her gender. People do not take Karen Bass seriously because while her city was burning to the ground and the fire hydrants did not have water, she was over in Ghana, Africa, on some walk about Eat, Pray, love journey. But this is typical liberal failed Democrat policies. There is a reason a majority of Americans do not want to be a part of the Democratic party anymore because the policies are going to ruin your cities.

I was actually following this all night last night, and I don't know if it's changed at all this morning, but this is the takeaway as predicted, it's Spencer, Pratt, and Bass going to November. And here's the thing. I think they're. Fletch, are they about. They're about 4% apart right. So far. Has anything evolved this morning that I didn't catch?

That's right. Yeah. As of right now, we're at 34% for Karen Bass and 30.4% for Spencer Pratt. So close.

Yeah. Let's ask the magic question. How much for Nithya Ramen?

She had 22.3% other birds.

Yeah. And there's the problem. Therein lies the problem. And while Spencer has shaken things up and you're seeing that he has very effectively channeled this, like, raw middle class rage at the state of the state in Los Angeles, I think it's pretty safe to say that Ramen is farther to the left than Bass. But so much of it comes down to two things. For Angelenos, number one, race. There's actually a hilarious video of a young journalist on the street. You know what? I'll find it for you, Fletch. We'll drop it in in post. And he's talking to a guy who's South Asian, Southeast Asian. The guy says he's gonna vote for Ramen because she's Indian. And then the guy goes, I'm not even gonna tell you. Just watch it right here,

Oh, that's. You did pull it. Of course. You know me so well. And there. There is quite literally video after video. And you. You pulled the link. Lauren1 Where. What does Kathy Griffin default to immediately? It's not that you suck. It's not that the city is in total chaos and disrepair. It's because you are a woman of color that you're being unfairly persecuted. And I also think, didn't Chelsea Handler. I stayed out of this one. Cause I just. I hate these, like, ad hominem attacks and these little pissing matches that celebrities get into. But I'm pretty sure that Chelsea Handler went after the fact that Spencer Pratt happens to be a white man. So in Los Angeles, it was either race. It was all about race for you. That's what it came down to. Not crime, not homelessness, not the fact that the entire fricking city has burned to the ground, as has much of the state, which we'll get to in the Gubertorial race over and over and over. But the color of everybody's skin in the fricking primary election. And second, the fact that Spencer has been a registered Republican. You know, we've talked about this over the past couple of months. I've done it here. I've done it on the show I do with Dr. Drew and Sage Deal and Dave Rubin, and it's like, oh, he's a Republican. Like, it's the ultimate evil, you know, the umbrella for all of these nasty pejoratives. But if Los Angeles does not wake

up,

it will just continue to be more of the same. And before I get to my culminating point on this, which is a good one, which is a great one actually, for why I see no hope, but we should jump to the gubernatorial race where Steve Hilton came out on top, did he not? Followed very closely by Xavier Bracera, Unless that has changed this morning.

You're correct. Hilton has 27.8% of the votes and Xavier Kerr has 25.4%.

[Jillian Michaels]

So close Bianco's votes, which is a bummer. I really like him, which I think he was in around 14%. Fletch, somewhere around there is where he ended up.

He's. He's sitting at 11.3% right now.

[Jillian Michaels]

Yeah, right. So that's gonna bring Steve Hilton, like, arguably to around 40%, which isn't gonna cut it. And what's scary is that Bechera is more radical than Newsom. And in case you didn't see the show that I did with Chad Bianco, just to give you a few ideas of what I'm talking about, this is a guy that was responsible for being the head of Department of Health and Human Services. Right? So he had RFK's job in the Biden under the Biden administration, and he lobbied to remove all age restrictions for gender affirming care on kids. And I think we could leave it there. Like, we really don't need to expand on everything else he did. That was a catastrophe, because that should cut it for you. But it does, in fact, get worse. Because it was under his leadership that DHS effectively helped traffic children for the cartel. Because it was like, get him in, get him out, get him in, get him out, get him in, get him out. And these kids would come across the border with like an address written on them. And Bechera oversaw just randomly delivering these kids to unknown adults with zero follow up, zero genetics testing. It's like 85,000 plus kids. We don't know where they are. We don't know how they're doing. And that's, that's a pretty dark story. I did a great episode that you guys should check out with Dr. Phil and Anthony Robbins on that. That was him. And in addition, this guy is pretty much exactly like Newsom. They are like bookends. His chief of staff, whose name escapes me. Maybe you can look that up for us, Fletch, while I yap for a moment here. Colluded with Newsom's chief of staff, who I believe his name is like Dana Williamson, in looting, campaign coffers and wire fraud. And for some reason, Newsom, that greasy little slime ball, has managed to come out of that unscathed. But Becerra, I guess he has. But a lot of people were talking about it. What was that guy's name? It was his chief of staff.

Yes, that was his chief of staff, Sean McCluskey. He was with Dana Williamson, who was top aide for Governor Gavin Newsom. They took approximately $225,000 from Xavier's adornment campaign account, and it went to McClusky's spouse for unperformed work. And, you know, Xavier is not accused of any wrongdoing. I think we have to say, you know, he, he's not, it's not. Nothing's falling back on him for this, but it's, you know, allegations.

Yeah, top guy. But given everything I've. I've said previously about him, Xavier Bechera, and all of the other crazy that I guess we'll be getting into over the next several months. He would be a catastrophe for California. He'd be a catastrophe. And I just, I think it's inevitable. I really do. And here's my last thought as to why. I was watching Tim Pool maybe a month ago, actually talk about how both parties have to pander to their far right or far left extremes in these primaries, generally speaking, in large part because of the outmigration. So what ends up happening is that people like myself leave California, we move to red states, but then what you end up with is a more concentrated red state. And A more concentrated blue state and less moderates. So in order to win that vote, you have to essentially pander to the people who are farther right or farther left on the political spectrum. So these things don't get better. Right. When you sit there and you think, wouldn't they learn, wouldn't they become more moderate? No, because the moderates left and they're going to leave under Becerra. I will make this prediction now. I'm gonna say if he wins over the next four years, I think California is going to lose at least one and a half to 2 million people, at least. And if Trump, when Trump's out in 28, if you do not get a Republican president, those borders are going to open wide and that city is going to fill with people who are there illegally. And it's going to be the same thing we saw over the Biden administration. And it just financially will collapse. I don't see how it can support it. I just don't. It hasn't been able to and it's going to get worse. I am praying I am wrong. I would love to eat humble pie over this, but I don't think so anyway. You know what I'm gonna, I'm gonna wait to comment on this at the moment because very fortunately, Victor Davis Hansen is going to be joining me this Sunday and he's going to be breaking down all of the current events that are unfolding with regard to the war in Iran. All right, Jillian, for this next clip, I really wanted to touch on something that, you know, we never got to discuss with Sam Cedar, and that would be gender affirming care. I know you really wanted to discuss it with him, but especially with his misinformation on the top. But it came up recently with Dave Rubin's Jubilee interview. And I know you're familiar with Jubilee, the interviews in Jubilee. So, so guys, can we, can we jump right into all these clips and then we'll jump into the discussion. Can we start off with SOP4?

Greg, 5 year olds are not receiving any sort of medical transition. And so you say that they should wait. And that's true. And that's exactly why puberty blockers are prescribed to teenagers that are about to go through puberty. And here's the issue.

When you take, I would say anywhere from probably maybe like 10, 11, 12. And here's the thing. But do you think puberty blockers have been. Yes, I do. The full ram of puberty of what they're doing? Yes, a 10 year puberty blockers. Puberty blockers have been around for over 30 years. They've been prescribed to kids who are experiencing precocious puberty. And yet this has never been an issue for the rights. It is only an issue for the rights when somebody decides, oh, I'm trans, and they together with their family and their physicians, want to make that decision. They're not getting surgery at 10 years old. They're taking puberty blockers to make that decision over time with their family and their physicians. There is no reason why you or the president of the United States should be able to decide what is right for somebody's health care for an individual, for somebody else's child, unless you are their doctor or their parents.

Okay? So

you hear the right arguing that teenagers are getting osteoporosis because of puberty blockers, which is just plain bullshit. And this is the kind of tactics that they use. And this is what we have to be aware of and be armed with the knowledge to respond to them.

I mean that's, it's. You're completely accurate because I actually went through this myself given like bone density issues in my family. And that's the conversation that if you have that history your pediatrician has with you to take calcium and that kind of stuff when you're going through that period of puberty where you're most susceptible to falling behind in that area. So that's when you're supposed to.

But like that's why they have a supervision so that they can intervene when necessary, do whatever extra steps are needed.

And the right doesn't want people hearing that.

And they never cared about it. When puberty blockers were being used for children that were entering puberty too quickly and it was not comporting with their growth. As if those considerations hadn't been taken when that puberty blocker usage was being was prescribed by doctors, like, as if that hadn't been considered. It's just, it's ridiculous.

done a study to try and assess how many children patients ages 8 to 17 received gender affirming care. The data ranges from 2018 to 2022. Five years. 2022 is the last year I think that they could get the full data. As they were doing this study, only 926 adolescents with a gender related diagnosis received puberty blockers over that five year period. Not nine, not 9,000, not nine. 900,926.

Oh my goodness. Fletcher, hold my beer. There's so much misinformation, or honestly, I think disinformation here, it's staggering. Let's start at the top. First, Xavier Bechera, who formerly held RFK's position as secretary of HHS, was working to remove all age restrictions for gender affirming care for kids. Moving on to Sam Seder, him and the podcasters on his show that parrot these Talking points are either deliberately lying to you or exceptionally careless and ignorant. The JAMA study that Sam referenced tracked only 5 million American children that were covered by private insurance only. That's all. And Sam misrepresents that number as though it represents every gender dysphoric kid on the planet. It doesn't come close. And here's the reality, okay? Prior to publishing this study, roughly 18 Western nations had established clinical pathways offering puberty blockers and cross sex hormones to minors. Which covers a population of approximately 185 to 200 million kids. So the study that Sam cites captures a tiny slice of one country's privately insured children. And it excludes kids who've accessed puberty blockers through NGOs like Planned Parenthood, cash plate clinics, public insurance, and so on. Unfortunately, there is no statistic that accurately shows us how many kids under 18 are on puberty blockers. But here's a number that's pretty insightful. In 2022 alone, okay, puberty blockers generated $372 million in revenue. So that's not a medication that's being prescribed to 926 kids over five years. It's an industry. Now, as for the claim that parents and doctors should decide, here's something alarming, post2024, numerous countries across Europe have completely ended gender affirming care for kids. And both the American Medical association and the American Academy of Plastic Surgeons are now only recommending gender affirming care for kids past 18. And the CAS review is a huge part of the reason why. So this is a landmark 2024 independent report that was commissioned by England's NHS. Okay. This was done by the most arguably respected pediatrician in the UK. Her name is Dr. Hilary Cass. And she evaluated the evidence behind youth gender medicine. And after appraising hundreds of international studies across seven systemic reviews, it found that the entire field of gender affirming care is built on remarkably weak, low quality evidence, with no consistent proof, none, zero. That puberty blockers or cross sex hormones improve mental health or reduce suicide risk. And they happen to carry serious irreversible physical risks. And subsequently, in the US, the only group that has argued against Dr. Kass findings is the WPATH, which has named themselves the World Professional association for Transgender Health. Now, this group was subsequently exposed corroborating the findings of the CAST review. And this all came out through whistleblowers and FOIA requests. So these so called experts in gender affirming care within this organization were all caught on tape and in emails Secretly admitting that the evidence base for youth gender medicine was low quality or non existent, which of course directly contradicted their public guidelines. And they acknowledged that they had absolutely no idea what the long term outcomes were for kids. That puberty blockers were not the neutral pause button that they publicly claimed. And they privately flagged concerns about brain development and sexual dysfunction that were never disclosed to patients. Children, Children. And now let's look at what the actual evidence shows. And let's start with a claim about precocious puberty being the same as treating gender affirming care. Total lie. Precocious puberty is a very rare condition where a child's body triggers puberty pathologically early, sometimes around five or six years old. And in those cases, yes, a doctor would use a blocker to halt an abnormal process and pause it until the child reaches a normal age, age appropriate chronological window, 11 or 12. Then you stop the drug and the natural endogenous hormonal Runway takes off exactly when it was supposed to. You're restoring a normal developmental timeline. Treating gender dysphoria is the exact inverse. That's when you take a child who's entering puberty at the completely normal age and you crash their sex hormones to zero precisely when their brain and their body require them the most. And because over 95% of kids put on blockers go on to cross sex hormones, this alone transcends that pause concept because it effectively redirects our bodies off of the natural course entirely. And let's talk about the biological cost of that pause, specifically to bone health. To suggest that taking calcium and exercising will prevent bone loss under this pretense, you would literally have to be a complete moron. I'm sorry, but adolescence isn't just a time when kids get taller. It is a critical window for peak bone mass acquisition. Sex hormones like estrogen and testosterone are the only absolute biological drivers that lock calcium into the bone matrix. Estrogen in particular inhibits what's called osteoclasts, which are the cells that break down bone while simultaneously stimulating osteoblasts, which are the cells that build it. And when you use puberty blockers like Lupron, you drop sex hormones to castration or postmenopausal levels, which leaves them with the skeletal profile of an elderly osteoporosis patient in their late teens. It's evil. And no, supplements won't solve the problem. Calcium and vitamin D are raw building blocks. They're just bricks. Weight bearing exercise is the mechanical signal that tells the body it needs Stronger architecture. But estrogen and testosterone are the construction workers. And without the hormonal signal to actually pull that calcium out of the bloodstream and cemented into the skeleton, the raw materials do nothing. They do absolutely nothing. You can flood the system with all the calcium you want, but without the sex hormones, the bodily, the body literally cannot utilize it to build the micro architecture of the bone. The damage is structural, cumulative. And when you miss this narrow adolescent window to build bone density, you don't get a second chance to build that foundation. Now, Sam Seder and his co hosts could be that stupid, but something tells me they're just exceptionally bad actors who are on the take. The information I'm giving you is easily accessible via a two minute Google search. And one might imagine that if you're so passionate about a topic, you would take the time to actually learn about it. Especially when the consequences are emotionally and physically devastating for kids. But we're just concern trolling, right? And then of course, you have the sexual dysfunction. Many of these kids are never going to be able to have an orgasm for the rest of their lives. Many will be permanently sterilized, and they run the risk of liver tumors, impaired cognitive function, metabolic and cardiovascular disease, and so much more. But let me not forget to address the insanity of the statement by Cedar and company that people like myself are concerned about performing permanent, life altering surgeries on kids because we don't like blood. Has this woman ever looked into what happens when boys undergo vaginoplasty? The body treats this surgically created cavity as an open wound and immediately tries to close it. Which means that patients have to manually insert rigid plastic dilators multiple times a day, every day, for the rest of their lives. Or the cavity scars and it shuts and it requires major reconstructive surgery. And the WPATH files revealed that clinicians were privately troubleshooting young patients who were experiencing severe pain, bleeding, psychological trauma, all because of this process. The realities were rarely disclosed to families or kids before the surgery. And guess what? It gets worse. Because WPATH's own president, who's a leading vaginoplasty surgeon, Dr. Marcy Bowers, admitted in the leaked files that when boys are placed on puberty blockers early, their genitalia never develops enough tissue to construct a viable cavity, forcing surgeons to harvest colon segments or large skin grafts from elsewhere on the body, exponentially raising the risk of infection, permanent odor and dilation failure. Unfortunately, the harms inflicted upon these kids at such young ages is devastating and largely, if not totally, permanent. Reduced to scenes that would have been unthinkable a generation ago. And with the World cup approaching, expect more. Because this is what happens when leaders abandon their national identity. They're feeling disenfranchised. And then you have the immigration piece and all of these people who are not assimilating. And it creates a powder keg. It creates a powder keg. And that is what we are seeing there. You know, there is a clip, actually that I would love to drop in here, Fletch. It's Thomas Sowell, and it might seem like a stretch, but follow me on it.

And that in God we trust and Jesus says, let the children come to me. Wouldn't you agree that we need to open our arms to Mexico?

No, because every country has to protect its own borders. There was a time when every, virtually every country in the Western hemisphere not only allowed but encouraged immigration on a massive scale because he had the land and they needed the resources and so on. It's not at all clear that if you were to throw the borders wide open, let anyone come who wants to, that this would still be the same, same country 50 years from now. And so, in a sense, you can't let everybody come to America because if everybody came to America, it wouldn't be America anymore. So that's not an option that we have.

That's it right there. Wouldn't be America anymore. It wouldn't be Paris anymore. And that doesn't mean white. Everyone loves. Then turn around and be like, ah, you want to whitewash America? You want to whitewash Paris? No, it's about the fact that throughout history, whether you were Chinese or you were Italian or you were Irish or you were frickin Jamaican, you assimilated. And that's what made us America. We were a melting pot. The concept of like melting the very best parts of our cultures into one. And the same goes for Paris, Italy and England. I love living in America. I love the diversity that we have here. I do think, at least throughout the course of my life, that our diversity has been one of our greatest strengths. I love the fashion, I love the food. I love all the superficial reasons. I love all of the different cultures coming together. I love what it exposes me to. I love it. I love having conversations with people who are Chinese and Vietnamese and freaking Argentinian. I love it. I think it's amazing. But we all share one thing and that is a love for this country. And I think that Paris and the UK and all these other European nations, they're experiencing the same degradation of their culture. And you're seeing it play out in the streets. And what happened in Paris was just absolutely heart wrenching, Heart wrenching. The last thing I want to say on this subject matter is, you know, I want to circle back to my friend Dave Rubin's jubilee debate where it was like one MAGA person against 20 progressive leftists. And, you know, one of them gets up and starts talking about how violent the right is. And, you know, he's specifically referencing Trump. Trump says all kinds of dumb stuff all the time that I wish he wouldn't say, that he never acts on it doesn't mean it's right. I'm not justifying any of it. I wish he wouldn't do it. But the entire left, the entire left, not the former liberals, the actual leftists, are aggressive and they justify violence. And I will never forget when they called the chop zone in Seattle during 2020 where lunatics like the ones we just saw taking over the streets of Paris, took over downtown Seattle and actually invaded a police precinct and went after a black female police chief. A young white antifa kid went after a black female police chief. And the Democrat politicians called it the summer of love. And that's. And Trump's like, this is crazy. If you don't get a hold of this, I'm going to send in the guard. This is when leftists are like, I don't get it. I don't get. Try to get it. Try to wrap your head around it. This is a leftist thing we don't even need to devolve into. It's an immigrant thing. It's a whole entire powder keg that has been mixed up and the fuse has been lit by radical leftists. That's what it is.

He was coming home from out with friends and he got into an altercation with Mr. Digua and he ended up being stabbed five times. Police recall.

First of all, the young boy's father, the boy who was stabbed, actually came out and begged Britain not to allow his son's to be a vehicle for division concurrently the Sikh community. Because Digwa was Sikh. The Sikh community fully condemned his actions. And I do know a tiny bit about the Sikh religion and violence is absolutely and utterly condemned, but I do think that it is absolutely, as you said, Fletch, it is absolutely a scathing. A scathing indictment of the British government who has let tens of thousands of young girls be raped for decades now because they were too either prejudice or chicken shit to go after the abusers because they happen to be Pakistani. Who cares what the color of somebody's skin is? It does not matter. A rapist is a rapist. A murderer is a murderer. Whether they're white or they're Pakistani or they're black or they're Asian, it does not matter. It doesn't. There is good in every single race, and there is evil in every single race. And. And it is part of the human condition. And we need to acknowledge that. We need to acknowledge that. And this is absolutely sickening and absolutely devastating. And the only thing I can hope is that it will foster unity.

And. And, you know, speaking of the government, Prime Minister Keir Starmer has said that he is sickened by the video and said that there are questions that need to be answered about how accusations of racism inform the decision making in the case of.
