Jillian Michaels
Chants for death to America calls for terror attacks, chaos in the streets. It is getting violent, it is getting physical. Every major American city is going to become a cautionary tale of what happens when leaders are too captured or too corrupt to admit that their policies have failed.
Interviewer
Many have compared you to Zora Mumtani. What do you think of that comparison?
Zora Mumtani
Keep promise.
Jillian Michaels
Nobody wants to see this in the streets of America. Wake up, team. This is your moment.
Comedian/Impersonator
Did convert to Islam just yesterday and changed his name to Abdul Rahman Muhammad.
Jillian Michaels
Allahu Akbar. Keeping it real with Jillian Michaels.
Co-host/Producer
All right, Gillian, new week and we have a new batch of clips for you. First off, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is fighting for his job after dozens of lawmakers are calling for his resignation.
Keir Starmer
Let me be clear. These are really tough results. I'm not going to sugarcoat it. And we have lost brilliant Labour representatives, people who put so much into their communities, so much into our party and our movement. And the voters have sent a message about the pace of change, how they want their lives improved. May was elected to meet those challenges. And I'm not going to walk away from those challenges and plunge the country into chaos.
Fletch
Oh, my gosh. I've seen this.
Jillian Michaels
I love the part where he's like, I'm not going to walk away from those challenges that they want you to walk away. That's what they want. I think there's like 80 of his
Fletch
own members of Parliament that want him to step down and he won't step down.
Jillian Michaels
But my favorite part there is when he goes, I'm just not going to plunge the country into this kind of chaos. And it's like, you, you have effectively plunged the country into this chaos. That's why they want you gone and they want your party gone. In fact, I think that they lost like 4, 1400 different seats, something like that. And they lost like 25 different councils in some parts of the country that they've held for 100 years, like Wales.
Co-host/Producer
And you were right that, you know, the Reform party won over 1400 seats.
Jillian Michaels
The reform Party, I think it's important to say, is not the Conservative Party. It's right of the Conservative Party. And when I looked into this. Cause I didn't, you know, I don't stay on top of politics in foreign countries as much as I probably should. But of course, this was like the shot that was heard around the world because it's indicative of things to come for other countries. The Reform Party is farther to the right and apparently this was over key, key issue, immigration. They want mass Immigration to be net zero. So nobody gets in unless somebody leaves. So if somebody leaves the country, then one person can come into the country, but net zero additions of immigrants at all. There was some climate change stuff they did not want to adhere to, if I recall correctly. And tax reform. They wanted to pay less taxes, which is understandable. But the biggest issue overall was immigration. And I actually saw the funniest clip. In fact, Fletch, I'm gonna send it to you, and let's put it in here, of a gay guy in the UK and he lays out one of the issues he has with the mass immigration problem. I'm gonna send it to you right now. Stop down for a second.
Pledge (Gay goat farmer)
The Department of Work and Pensions has boosted benefits for husbands with more than one wife. No specific groups of people will be mentioned. Thank you. It's wild. I actually don't have any words, just wild.
Fletch
Yeah. Okay. So the reason you hear goats in the background. I was gonna tell you real quick,
Jillian Michaels
Pledge is because he's actually, like, a goat.
Fletch
A gay goat farmer in the British countryside. I mean, a guy who you would imagine would be classically liberal. Right, but go ahead. You're gonna tell me something.
Co-host/Producer
Well, that actually makes sense. You know, he's in the British countryside because in the uk, a man with multiple wives occurs primarily within a certain British Muslim communities.
Jillian Michaels
And that's why he said. Yeah, he goes, nobody will be mentioned because you know that they'll put him in jail for that, most likely. I think we talked about it recently. Glenn Beck confronted Piers Morgan about it, and he said there've been like, 1400 arrests for free speech violations. So he's like, no, there's, you know, we won't say who. But listen, I honestly don't care what consenting adults do. If you want to have multiple wives and your wives want you to have multiple wives, like, God bless, but it is absolutely unfair to the British taxpayer to pay for all of your wives. You. You can't do that. Like, hey, hey, Mr. Starmer. I think this is why they want you gone, homie. It's bad enough for citizens to have to pay into a system where non citizens get more benefits than they do. Like, no wonder they're pissed. This on top of a host of other reasons.
Fletch
But now you've got multiple wives that
Jillian Michaels
the taxpayer has to cover. Yeah, no, I think it's all pretty clear as to why the Labor Party had the most devastating defeat, I think, for any political party in the country's history, on top of the fact that, like, every Week, there's another video coming out of there with chaos in their streets. It's insane.
Co-host/Producer
You know, Gillian. Absolutely. And that actually brings us to our next clip. Again this week, there was violence in New York City streets. There were anti Israel protests that of course got violence. There was prayers outside of synagogues where police had to be between those praying and those in the synagogues. We put together a little montage of some of the clips, and we just want to show you real quick and then we can talk about it. Greg, can we throw in Sat three.
Fletch
Up?
Co-host/Producer
And Jillian? Absolutely wild. I mean, there was the physically attacking kid screaming Allah Akbar outside synagogues. And I just want to point out, right before I let you dive into this, that as of recording, neither Mamdani nor Governor Kathy Hochul has said anything about this.
Jillian Michaels
I know, I know. You know what I'm. You know what I'm going to do here? I'm actually going to answer this one with one more clip because my friend Xavier Derusso addressed this and he did it better than I could ever hope to. So my response is going to be, ditto to this. I'm going to send it to you right now, Fletch.
Xavier Derusso
I'm not willing to die because you people are scared of getting called racist. Now walk with me. So today an ISIS roach shot up a university and a maniac drove into and then shot a synagogue on top of the list of terrorist attacks just in the last week. But I'm another phobic because I see who is always at the scene of the crime. Then some of you are claiming these attacks are false flags when you hear death to America. What about that is false when you're seeing death in America? Oh, you missed the Twin Towers. Then maybe you should question why Mamdani is barefoot, eating on the floor with unwashed hands on paper plates for a holiday to celebrate teachings from a book that calls for the death of non Muslims over 100 times, all while a man is throwing up the ISIS finger. Oh, and this wench right here with her hair out. Say goodbye to those Western privileges, sis. It's time to put on the bed sheet. Europe is a mess. The Middle east is literally exploding, and yet y' all are opening the door for Antifada. We are so eternally doomed if you people don't wake up.
Jillian Michaels
So I think I am going to call out, as you pointed out, Fletch, the governor and the mayor for allowing this to continue.
Co-host/Producer
They are absolutely allowing this to continue. And just to support that, you know, there were arrests made One of the people arrested was a 30 year old who was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment. He has four previous arrests dating back to 2021 that are all protest related. And he's still on the streets, still doing this, right?
Jillian Michaels
Exactly. That's what you're seeing in all of these blue cities as just repeat offender after repeat offender after repeat offender. Every time we do these shows on Friday, I'm like, oh, another repeat offender lunatic on the streets that's been left out of prison, let out of jail, like, oh, same old, same old. When does it stop? You know what I hope for? Here's what I hope for. I hope that politicians like Hochul and Mamdani get the boot like Starmer and they get the memo. Get the memo, dude. Get the memo. Because honestly, for all of the Democrats that think Trump is the end of the world, how bad then do you think it had to be for him to win the popular vote? All the swing states, the House and the Senate, where's your light bulb moment? Where is the Keir Starmer moment? Because this is it. Nobody wants to see this in the streets of America. Wake up, team. This is your moment. Honest to God, like, yeah. So many people walk out of a doctor's appointment with no real answers, no data, no plan, just you're good, you're fine. Co-host/Producer
Absolutely, Jillian. I think people were just fed up with the status quo and what's going on, and that actually leads us into Our next clip coming out of la, we have Spencer Pratt and we have a clip of him being interviewed. Guys, can we play sat5?
Interviewer
Many have compared you to Zoram Mumdani. What do you think of that comparison?
Zora Mumtani
He promised his voters, like, the subway will be free. And I'm promising my voters the metro, Metro buses, the metro trains, they will be free from urine, feces, stabbing attacks.
Fletch
Oh, my gosh. That is amazing. That is absolutely amazing.
Jillian Michaels
What a great rebuttal. I can't even believe they tried to compare those two because they are vastly divergent. What an insult. I have a lot to say about this, Fletch. Do you realize that last week a guy got his arm hacked off with a machete outside of a Whole Foods in Venice and another guy got stabbed in the neck in the same week? And somehow the conversation from city leadership is still about systems and harm reduction and decriminalization? As if the public is not watching the complete breakdown of the social order in real time. You're Leslie. LA has become an open air asylum, literally. Public dysfunction is rebranded as equity, and the basic standards of civilization are treated like oppression.

Jillian Michaels
There is not a moment in Los Angeles where you're not stepping over needles. Human waste, unconscious addicts. And then you've got the politicians that congratulate themselves for being humane. Remember when all those homeless people froze to death in New York because Mamdani was so humane. Humane to who exactly? Because it sure as hell is not humane to the people who are rotting and dying on the sidewalks, or the families or the workers or the business owners that are all trapped in the fallout. I mean, and then there's the stench, right? If you can get past the smell of piss baking into the pavement, you're gonna choke out on the clouds of weed smoke that are drifting through neighborhoods that used to be thriving communities. You've got storefronts all frigging boarded up with graffiti all over them. You've got security guards standing outside of coffee shops like they're guarding a war zone. Do you know I need to get an employee when I want to buy razor blades at a CVS in Malibu?
Fletch
You guys, Violent crime has become so
Jillian Michaels
normalized that people barely even react anymore. And this is what happens when ideology replaces governance. When every attempt to enforce laws and mandate treatment or maintain public order is attacked as cruel or maga. Like that's what they're calling Spencer Pratt, a MAGA Republican. He's not. He's running as an independent. But the result is not compassion, right? It's abandonment. It's surrender. It's a city where the vulnerable are literally left to decay publicly while taxpayers fund an ever expanding bureaucracy that somehow fixes nothing. And then you've got all the rich people that are behind the gates with the private security and the armored SUVs, and ordinary people are told to just accept the chaos as the price tag of being progressive. And that's the part that nobody really says out loud, right? The elites are pushing these policies well. They really have to live with the consequences. And then when they do, they just go to Florida or Tennessee or Texas. Because at some point, guys, a functioning society has to decide whether public spaces belong to the public again or whether every major American city is going to become a cautionary tale of what happens when leaders are too captured or. Or too corrupt to admit that their policies have failed. That's all I got on that one, Fletch. All right, everybody, picture this. It's late at night, you're scrolling, and bam. Co-host/Producer
Yeah. And, you know, we'll see if Spencer Pratt wins because it seems like, you know, there's LA can just be a little crazy. Which kind of leads us into our next one with Charlize Theron. And I just wanted to show you this and get your reaction. Guys, can we throw in Sat 6?
Commentator on Charlize Theron
What is this? Anyone in her interview, why she adopted two African boys and turned them into girls. What the Wait. She adopted two boys from Africa and they're both transgender. Who does this? This is insane. Jackson adopted 2012 transgender girl, but initially told Jackson was a boy, age three. At age three. Oh, my God. I, I, I, I mean, guys, how is this even possible?
Jillian Michaels
My 4 year old and I have just literally been passing this thing back and forth. Where is he? She's at home. They're, yeah, they're with Grandma.
Commentator on Charlize Theron
I can think of something that gives me the ick. Holy. What is this? Yeah, that's deranged, man. Like, I.
Jillian Michaels
Okay.
Commentator on Charlize Theron
Yeah, she's totally nice.
Jillian Michaels
This is a tough one. Here's why this is a tough one, because obviously we're talking about kids, and I've had so many people attack my parenting, so I'm not unfamiliar with it, and I try to be exceptionally careful when it comes to the kids. Where I think I will go with this is twofold. The first is, is that I. Those kids, I think, by the way, are teenagers now, because I remember she adopted around the time that I adopted Lou. So that's like a 10 year old clip, I think. I don't know how I missed it at the time. And how much do you love the fact that the ladies of the blue viewer, like, oh, transition to three year old.
Fletch
Yeah, okay.
Jillian Michaels
Yeah, sure. I think with someone like Charlize Theron, she thinks that she's doing. We've talked about this before. She thinks she's doing the right thing. I think the reason she believes that is because of the propaganda around it that has come out of, honestly, the Democratic Party, the WPATH files, anybody that says anything to the contrary is a transphobe and cruel to transgender people. They've buried the vast majority of the scientific facts and realities around physically transitioning kids. But the fact that kids become sexually dysfunctional, they become sterile, all those things that's not readily available, she may not have. I don't know. See if you can find it, Fletch. I don't think that she has medically transitioned the kids, which is a separate conversation, because that's irreparable if they, in fact, change their mind as adults. The other thing I will say to this is it is definitely a thing in Hollywood. There's an element of social contagion that we've seen around gender dysphoria. It's actually trending down recently. Maybe we can throw in those statistics here. I covered this about a year ago. It's trending down. And the reason that's relevant is because the argument becomes, if it's trending down, then is it a trend? Why did the numbers explode and now they're trending down? Arguably because it's less cool, right? It is a trend. It is a social contagion. And if, in fact, your kids are getting swept up in a social contagion, the last thing you probably want to do is anything that's medically permanent. But off the top of my head, I think Megan Fox and Brian Greene have three transgender boys. Three. So this is where you start asking yourself, like, what are the statistics of you having three kids and all of them are transgender? Does any of this have something to do with you? Just the statistics are exceptionally suspect, which, while I continue to talk. Fletch, see if you can figure out what the odds are on adopting two kids that are not biologically related that are both trans. We'll get back. I want to circle back to that in just a minute. That'll be my big payoff. JLO has a trans kid. God, I think. You know what? Stop down. I'm looking it up. Hold on. Jlo De Niro. Naomi Watts and Liam Shriver. Megan Fox and Brian Greene, Marlon Wayans, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union, Annette Bening and Warren Beatty, Jamie Lee Curtis, Cynthia Nixon, Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. So a lot of Hollywood personalities. And here's another one that's a bit strange with regard to statistics. Two people from the same television show both have a trans kid. Tori Spelling and Brian Austin Green. Brian Austin Green has three trans kids with Megan Fox. And Shirley Theron has two trans kids, totally unrelated, both adopted from Africa, that are both trans. What are the odds on the Charlize Theron one?
Co-host/Producer
The odds, Jillian, are 0.0001%.
Jillian Michaels
I don't. I can't even. What is that? A thou. A hundred. What is that?
Keir Starmer
Thousandth of a percent?
Co-host/Producer
1 in 10,000.
Fletch
Worse than that, isn't it?
Co-host/Producer
1 in 10,000.
Jillian Michaels
Okay. A 10,000th of a percent. Right. Okay. So I think Charlize Theron Obviously loves her kids. I'm not. I'm not going to go after her. I'm not going to go after her kids. But what I'm going to say is I do think that there is an element of social contagion because the odds of this being so disproportionate in Hollywood and so disproportionate in one family, like Brian Austin Green's family where all three kids are trans, or Charlize Theron's family where two kids are trans that are totally unrelated, or the fact that two people on the same TV show both have trans kids like this used to be a phenomenon that affected, I think, less than 1% of the country. These odds don't add up, which lets you know that something else is going on. And I want to try to end this in a positive way on someone that I think actually handled this the right way. I was talking about this the other day. Shiloh Jolie, Angelina Jolie's kid. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's kid. Do you guys remember when she was really little and she would dress like a boy? Maybe you guys didn't follow this, but there were pictures of Shiloh Jolie Pitt, and she looked exactly like a little boy. Now she's a very beautiful lesbian. So obviously there was something going on. The kid seems like she always knew she was gay, but nobody rushed to transition her physically. And now she's quite happy living with a fully developed, healthy brain, fully developed healthy bones, fully developed, healthy teeth as a lesbian. So I think what I would tell all of these Hollywood people is I, I. And as much hate, by the way, here's something else. One more thing to point out. As much hate as they get online, they also get a lot of like, you go, girl. You're such a good, loving mom. I've seen that. I've seen a lot of it. And I think you want to pump the brakes before you do anything permanent to your child with regard to their gender. And that means off label cancer drugs in the form of puberty blockers and then cross sex hormones. And I would say 00 surgeries of any kind until this child is an adult and can make these decisions for themselves.
Co-host/Producer
All right, Jelena, you know, this is a heavy week, but we're going to end this on a positive note. We came across this clip and it was hilarious. We want to share it with you guys. Can we throw in Sat 8?
Comedian/Impersonator
The shooter has finally been caught and identified and is under police custody.
Co-host/Producer
I really hope he's not Muslim.
Comedian/Impersonator
22 year old white male, Tyler Robinson.
Jillian Michaels
Oh, thank goodness.
Co-host/Producer
I was so worried.
Comedian/Impersonator
The tutor, however, did convert to Islam just yesterday and changed his name to Abdul Rahman Muhammad Osama Obama Shawarma Abdu Bin Ibn Abu Bin Bin Bin Bing Bong Bazooka. Boom boom.
Fletch
Where did you come across that? That is amazing. Oh my God. You know what I love about that
Jillian Michaels
is I think anybody that belongs to a subculture feels such a responsibility, you know what I mean? Like when gays have pink hair and they talk about transitioning kids, I'm like, oh, God, no. Or, you know, I. Oh, I honestly, here's another one. Like whenever Trump posts himself as Jesus or puts the Obama like, posts some like, you know, the meme of the Obamas on the face of monkeys, you're just like, oh God, no.
Fletch
That is the most relatable.
Co-host/Producer
Absolutely. It really shows, you know, yeah, we cover all this, but everyone's kind of in their own tribalism silos and it's, it's good to point out and you know, we can always have a laugh with it.
Fletch
All right, last thought on this, actually,
Jillian Michaels
because it's like, it is this sort of like white lunatic that, you know, the wokester quote, progressive that does end up converting to Islam and creating chaos for regular Muslims like Dan Blazarian or Andrew Tate. I mean, that must be so horrible,
Fletch
so horrible for everyday Muslims. So I just think good on this guy for pointing that out. I think that's perfect.
Jillian Michaels
And on that note, all right everybody,

Keeping It Real: Conversations with Jillian Michaels
Date: May 15, 2026
Host: Jillian Michaels
In this punchy, wide-ranging episode, Jillian Michaels and her co-host Fletch tackle contentious political crises, unravel media and cultural trends, and deliver stinging social commentary. The conversation jumps between the dramatic downfall of UK Labour Leader Keir Starmer, political unrest in US cities, Spencer Pratt’s viral tirade about urban dysfunction, and the ongoing debate about gender identity, especially in Hollywood. Accompanied by satirical clips and spirited banter, Jillian approaches these topics with her trademark “keeping it real” candor, challenging mainstream narratives and highlighting the human cost of top-down policy failures.
The discussion is direct, unsparing, and sometimes irreverent, blending social critique with pointed humor and viral media analysis. Jillian Michaels combines personal anecdotes and quick research with sharp policy and cultural criticism, while Fletch and the co-hosts supply backup facts, devil’s advocate questions, and comic relief.
This episode of "Keeping It Real" offers a raw, critical look at failing political leadership, the unraveling of public safety in major cities, and the puzzling rise of certain identity trends in American celebrity circles. Jillian challenges listeners to step outside polarized narratives, question statistical anomalies, and insist on transparent, reality-based governance—while always “keeping it real.”
